Good quality. The manager in Sugar Land store is very nice and provide good price.
unless you want to be on your back in the middle of the evening during dinner with your hands cramping putting together furniture your paid thousands of dollars for and even included the white glove delivery and install then dont shop here. if you want to pay 200 dollar for 60 dollar ikea chairs that you have to wait a week for then dont shop here. If you dont want pushy sales where you have to negotiate prices and wait for the sales guy to go back and forth and back and forth to fix mistakes then dont go here. If you want to pay a bunch of money for a fake wood ikea table that you even after white glove service, you still have to put together because they only partly do. And dont tell you, and wait for you to find out while eating dinner and almost breaking a table leg then by all means shop here. apparently the table was built for 4 bolds but they will only do three and not even tighten the three. thanks Ashley for ruining my family dinner with me on my back and dealing with arthritis after oayinf 4 thousand dollars. edit - chairs final arrived and the stained one when delivering and took one of my Clorox bleach wipes off my island with out asking and proceed to bleach non white fabric even better you cant get ahold of any live person and when you do you have to go through a text option. ruining thousand dollar furniture they are willing to offer 9 dollars to resolve the issue… wow. don’t plan to use warranties with them. its 100% official do not buy from them. edit - enjoy the saga - get to submit a claim and it was shortly followed with an email stating to respond because they feel it’s resolved. reply as they stated that nothing has been done and get an auto generated response telling me they don’t monitor this email.
I am laying on my back putting furniture together after paying 4 thousand dollars. White glove service apparently means we will only bring half your items and only partly put them together. So after almost breaking a table leg because the delivery service guy javier thought it would be a great idea to only put in half the bolts and not even tighten them. That added with pushy sales process that takes forever and feels like I am buying a used car. I wonder how they are in business but when you sale a 60 dollar chair for 200 bucks list and a 1400 mattress that comes rolled up, if I would have known my Ashley mattress that was 1400 bucks was a compress rolled up cheap mattress that I could have gotten any box store for 800 I would have not bought. disappointing - feel I wasted my money, 6 years ago ashley had good service and products not its all fake cheap stuff that they sale at a super high mark up through pushy sales practices.
The 5 stars is only for our salesman. He was polite and cooperative. We haven't had our furniture delivered yet so to give a more detailed and honest review about the furniture I will have to wait until after it is delivered.
April 9, 2024. Had to re-order a new dresser because the people who installed my carpet broke the leg off. Was such an easy process by Gary! It was almost a perfect sale. One item was entered incorrectly and I noticed it when I was leaving. I had to wait an extra 15-20 minutes for it to be corrected. But the salesman was very friendly and professional!
Go see Akeem! Extremely knowledgeable and very patient with great customer service skills. If you want to be taken care of.. go and ask for him!
