Please be aware of the NO RETURN or EXCHANGES policy from this store, it’s apparently on the fine print, so please be careful before you sign anything. We bought $14k worth of furniture from this store and wanted to exchange $600 worth of items, and they wouldn’t budge. Service lines aren’t helpful either, you get put on a loop between the actual store and the customer service phone line on a loop. We bought other items from multiple other stores (CB, CB2, West Elm) and didn’t encounter a similar issue. Take your business elsewhere.

Terrible experience! Terrible furniture quality. Purchased the sofa set in march and as soon as the product was delivered there was a prominent loud creak in the sofa. The very next day I called my sales agent Felix at the Sugarland store where I let him hear the creaking sound over the phone. The sound was loud enough to be heard over the phone so clearly there was a manufactures defect. I was told to contact the warrant department which I did the same day. Warranty department said they will be sending a repair technician almost a month and half later on April 30th. Forward to today where technician Leonard came to inspect the sofa. Where he said the noise is there so just lifted the couch cushions and deemed that this is not repairable. He then proceeded to tell us that he couldn't do anything to repair this and he can't approve an exchange. I then contacted Akon(manager at Sugarland Ashley) and he said this is a manufactures defect and to contact the warranty department and speak to guest services to request a replacement. Upon speaking to guest services I was told the technicians report was received and accordingly to that there was nothing wrong with sofa and can't be replaced. I then requested Paula to connect me to a supervisor and I was told there was no supervisor available to help me with my request. I asked why there wasn't a supervisor and was told we only have 2 who are addressing other requests. Paula then said she will put in a request to have a supervisor reach out to be in 24 hours. Lastly, Paula said if we keep the sofa she can give me 30% off, but that is unacceptable. I just spent close to $3000 on a brand new couch which is CREAKING. The only reason why I went with Ashley furniture was because my sales agent told me the furniture quality is better than bell furniture. But now I can tell him how wrong he is. Previously I had bell furniture for 6 years and never faced this issue. Not only is the furniture quality poor but so is the customer service department and everyone I have spoken so this far. Terrible service, terrible quality, terrible resolution.

Here is my experience with Ashely . I had a purchase which went okay till the delivery day. Driver called Daniel came around 7;30 pm on April 23. I had told him not take the coffee table as it’s broken , but he mentioned that it’s totally fine as they will exchange it . Up on checking , he deliberately delivered a broken item while he and his colleague were talking and checking outside before they give it to me inside the house . I will share the video and picture later . Then I called customer service , which totally was rude and unprofessional ( Eva and Clair) whom failed to address the issue . False promise from the driver , unprofessional customer ( who hang the phone in customer ) Literally , it’s a day time robbery who all represent Ashely . No one want to take responsibility while pushing the claim one another . Finally the robotic customer service Still have the broken table in my house with no help. In the picture , The driver was checking the exact broken place and yet delivered it with a false information. I will never buy and recommend Ashely . I will shortly put the whole conversation and videos to the social Media as I can’t put it here.

unless you want to be on your back in the middle of the evening during dinner with your hands cramping putting together furniture your paid thousands of dollars for and even included the white glove delivery and install then dont shop here. if you want to pay 200 dollar for 60 dollar ikea chairs that you have to wait a week for then dont shop here. If you dont want pushy sales where you have to negotiate prices and wait for the sales guy to go back and forth and back and forth to fix mistakes then dont go here. If you want to pay a bunch of money for a fake wood ikea table that you even after white glove service, you still have to put together because they only partly do. And dont tell you, and wait for you to find out while eating dinner and almost breaking a table leg then by all means shop here. apparently the table was built for 4 bolds but they will only do three and not even tighten the three. thanks Ashley for ruining my family dinner with me on my back and dealing with arthritis after oayinf 4 thousand dollars. edit - chairs final arrived and the stained one when delivering and took one of my Clorox bleach wipes off my island with out asking and proceed to bleach non white fabric even better you cant get ahold of any live person and when you do you have to go through a text option. ruining thousand dollar furniture they are willing to offer 9 dollars to resolve the issue… wow. don’t plan to use warranties with them. its 100% official do not buy from them. edit - enjoy the saga - get to submit a claim and it was shortly followed with an email stating to respond because they feel it’s resolved. reply as they stated that nothing has been done and get an auto generated response telling me they don’t monitor this email.
