Bless her heart, Tamara has been working with me for several months to find the couch and chair that I wanted. She was a delight! Every time I mentioned what I envisioned, she gave 100% of herself to try to locate what would please me. And she made recommendations that were very helpful. Another employee who assisted me was T. Tamara was not at work one time when I went by the store. T was congenial. She said she would pass along to Tamara what I had mentioned to her. And what can I say about Devan! It was evident that he had years of experience, and he made some great suggestions and offered some cautions that were very helpful. It was refreshing to experience how the employees worked together for the benefit of the customer. Thank you Tamara, T, and Devan. Besides being knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful, everyone was a LOT of fun!

Brooke Hooter and her manager in Texarkana, TX went above and beyond to help us purchase a sectional and dining room set. Originally when we applied online we were only approved for a certain amount. However, in the store we were able to get approved for a higher limit, 0 percent interest for 5 years, and our monthly payment is affordable. Thank you for being patient and kind even when my family kept changing their minds several times.

We have been looking for a comfortable sofa for our new home . Great service. Wanted to order something that was on the website but not available in stores. They went ahead and made calls immediately to see if they could order it for me. And T, my sales rep was trying to find something that met all my criteria that they did have in case they couldn't get it. I wound up being able to get what I wanted and everyone was so nice and accommodating.

There were three associates who assisted us. They were all professional and kind. They made the purchase quick and painless. The only complaint I have that is out of their control is one piece is not ready and will take 29 days to get here.

I purchased a king sized bed that was sagging in the middle because either it was not set up correctly by the Ashley delivery team or it has a missing plywood board that is needed. I have a warranty, however Jordan thought it would be best for me to purchase a plywood (boogie board) from Ashley to resolve the issue. Will see if this does resolve the issue on the brand new king bed support system?

My experience has been outstanding!!! The manager and team went out of there way for me in everyway possible. We furnished are entire home and they made sure to go the extra mile to make sure we got the furniture we wanted and excellent prices. We will not shop anywhere else for any furniture needs. I was immediately greeted by the same representative who also greeted me instantly one year prior. As before she was, and continues to be helpful, kind, patient, knowledgeable, and a joyful presence. She allowed plenty of time to shop while never leaving our side. She went above and beyond by having items of interest, which were located in other areas arranged together for display; this assisted a great deal with the visual aspect of the decision making process. My mother and I came in to Ashley to look for furniture we were greeted by young lady that goes by the name Tee. Her customer service skills are impeccable she listened, she found us what we were looking for and now we are leaving out of Ashley's with the furniture that my mom needs for her new home. We wld like to thank Tee for all her work, her patience most of all her amazing customer service skills.

I purchased a mattress from Ashley outlet that didn't hold up as long as I expected. I called the store to advise of the issue I was having, and they immediately scheduled a service visit to take a look at the mattress. They identified the issue in a timely manner and I was given a store credit. I went in to get a replacement mattress and was given first class service at the Ashley store in Texarkana. My service advisor was polite, extremely patient and took care of my needs. The assistance store manager Matthew was also amazing! He was very kind, personable and very good at his job. Thank you all for making the process easy and stress free. I highly recommend Ashley in Texarkana.
