My family went in to browse for new living room furniture. We don't live in Texas so we didn't intend to purchase. Brooke met us at the door and showed us around. She took her time and showed us everything we were interested in and gave honest feedback. About 35 minutes after entering the store, we were purchasing a new sofa and loveseat. Brooke was amazing and made it easy. The whole family enjoyed the experience.

Our sales person Sara was the best. She was not pushy, didn’t try to talk you into something different and I love that she was soft spoken. Her soft spoken voice made you feel calm while looking at the different couches they had. The two guys (Marcus and his partner) that delivered our furniture were super sweet. 10/10 from walking into the store until my furniture was delivered.

Peggy was such a huge help and made the whole process so much easier.

Edited.... I was contacted by Jordan (store mgr) today. She listened to our experience and made suggestions to resolve our differences. She communicated with us! I am happy to now give a 5 star review because of her positive attitude and willingness to listen. Jordan offered a resolution that was satisfactory for us. No we didn't get a tv by our choice this time. What we did get was exceptional customer service by a store manager that cares about her store. Thank you Original 2 star review My fiancé and I went into Ashley's to browse and kill some time before another engagement we had. As soon as we came in, we had a salesman following us everywhere we went even after explaining we were just looking. Finally my fiancé told him he didn't need to. We walked around enjoying our time looking and came to a sectional that we both liked immediately. It was on sale so I told her we should get it. I went and got the salesman. He then told us we would get a free TV with the purchase. Well that was unexpected and a bonus. So we got everything set and my fiancé asked about throw pillows. The manager came over and told her he would have to charge for them but might could work something out. She looked around and found some she like. The manager told her that each pillow was $50. He decided he would sell them for about $30 each. She passed and mentioned the that at least we would get the tv. The manager then told us no on the tv because the sectional was on clearance. Our issue with the situation was we were told by the salesman that we would get the tv with the purchase of the sectional and the the manager said no. Why did the salesman tell us we would to begin with? Should he have already known that certain salesman items were excluded? The worse part of the situation was we financed the sectional and when I agreed to have them run my credit, they did it twice and opened two credit cards. Why wasn't it done once and why wasn't I told it would be a credit card to begin with? Also, a $250 delivery fee sees pretty high too when we live in town. We bought the sectional and are very pleased with it. We would purchase again from them. We are unhappy with being told one thing about the bonus of getting a tv and then being told our item is excluded from the promotion. Simply don't tell us we would to begin with. Be more informed. Run a person's credit once or tell them you need to do it a second time. Tell them your financing is on a credit card. Dont open two card accounts if you are only using one. Communicate better upfront instead of after the fact.

October 11th I visited Ashley’s Furniture Store around Noon. I warmly greeted by one of their staff members by the front desk named Mrs T. She was very kind and polite and made me feel very welcome. I was then helped by a on floor salesperson named Aubrey. She was very helpful in picking out some personal finishing details in my home. Making first time home owner purchases can be a bit challenging but the staff here were very supportive and friendly. I highly recommend coming here if you’re looking for some help and advice on decorating your home.

Brooke Hooter and her manager in Texarkana, TX went above and beyond to help us purchase a sectional and dining room set. Originally when we applied online we were only approved for a certain amount. However, in the store we were able to get approved for a higher limit, 0 percent interest for 5 years, and our monthly payment is affordable. We have been looking for a comfortable sofa for our new home . Great service. Wanted to order something that was on the website but not available in stores. They went ahead and made calls immediately to see if they could order it for me. And T, my sales rep was trying to find something that met all my criteria that they did have in case they couldn't get it. I wound up being able to get what I wanted and everyone was so nice and accommodating.

There were three associates who assisted us. They were all professional and kind. They made the purchase quick and painless. The only complaint I have that is out of their control is one piece is not ready and will take 29 days to get here.

I purchased a king sized bed that was sagging in the middle because either it was not set up correctly by the Ashley delivery team or it has a missing plywood board that is needed. I have a warranty, however Jordan thought it would be best for me to purchase a plywood (boogie board) from Ashley to resolve the issue. Will see if this does resolve the issue on the brand new king bed support system?

Nice but pricey

My experience has been outstanding!!! The manager and team went out of there way for me in everyway possible. We furnished are entire home and they made sure to go the extra mile to make sure we got the furniture we wanted and excellent prices. We will not shop anywhere else for any furniture needs. Highly recommend

On a Sunday very much understaffed. The people present did their best to accommodate. I was helped by a newer associate who was clearly still learning the more intricate details of the job, but together we made it through.

We had a great experience buying a couch from them. Everyone is so sweet and willing to work with you on things. Carla sold our couch to us and she was the absolute sweetest! They are some of the best priced couches in tk in my opinion. They have a clearance room too with great couches too. 100% recommended going to them.
