The customer service from them and the entire staff was truly exceptional—multiple team members (even those not directly assisting me) stopped by to offer beverages and ask if I needed anything. We even played a few rounds of cornhole (I managed to beat Gagan, much to his good-natured disappointment 😂), and the whole team made the experience genuinely fun and relaxed. This wasn’t our first purchase from Ashley Furniture, and it certainly won’t be our last. A huge thank you to Gagan, Jordan, and the entire Ashley team for making the afternoon so enjoyable! 🛋️✨

Making first time home owner purchases can be a bit challenging but the staff here were very supportive and friendly. I highly recommend coming here if you’re looking for some help and advice on decorating your home.

Tamara was not at work one time when I went by the store. T was congenial. She said she would pass along to Tamara what I had mentioned to her. And what can I say about Devan! It was evident that he had years of experience, and he made some great suggestions and offered some cautions that were very helpful. Brooke Hooter and her manager in Texarkana, TX went above and beyond to help us purchase a sectional and dining room set. Originally when we applied online we were only approved for a certain amount. However, in the store we were able to get approved for a higher limit, 0 percent interest for 5 years, and our monthly payment is affordable. Thank you for being patient and kind even when my family kept changing their minds several times.

Great service. Wanted to order something that was on the website but not available in stores. They went ahead and made calls immediately to see if they could order it for me. And T, my sales rep was trying to find something that met all my criteria that they did have in case they couldn't get it. I wound up being able to get what I wanted and everyone was so nice and accommodating.

There were three associates who assisted us. They were all professional and kind. They made the purchase quick and painless. The only complaint I have that is out of their control is one piece is not ready and will take 29 days to get here.

I purchased a king sized bed that was sagging in the middle because either it was not set up correctly by the Ashley delivery team or it has a missing plywood board that is needed. I have a warranty, however Jordan thought it would be best for me to purchase a plywood (boogie board) from Ashley to resolve the issue. Will see if this does resolve the issue on the brand new king bed support system?

We furnished are entire home and they made sure to go the extra mile to make sure we got the furniture we wanted and excellent prices. We will not shop anywhere else for any furniture needs. They are some of the best priced couches in tk in my opinion. They have a clearance room too with great couches too. 100% recommended going to them.
