October 11th I visited Ashley’s Furniture Store around Noon. I warmly greeted by one of their staff members by the front desk named Mrs T. She was very kind and polite and made me feel very welcome. I was then helped by a on floor salesperson named Aubrey. She was very helpful in picking out some personal finishing details in my home. Making first time home owner purchases can be a bit challenging but the staff here were very supportive and friendly. I highly recommend coming here if you’re looking for some help and advice on decorating your home.

Bless her heart, Tamara has been working with me for several months to find the couch and chair that I wanted. She was a delight! Every time I mentioned what I envisioned, she gave 100% of herself to try to locate what would please me. And she made recommendations that were very helpful. Another employee who assisted me was T. Tamara was not at work one time when I went by the store. T was congenial. She said she would pass along to Tamara what I had mentioned to her. And what can I say about Devan! It was evident that he had years of experience, and he made some great suggestions and offered some cautions that were very helpful. It was refreshing to experience how the employees worked together for the benefit of the customer. Thank you Tamara, T, and Devan. Brooke Hooter and her manager in Texarkana, TX went above and beyond to help us purchase a sectional and dining room set. Originally when we applied online we were only approved for a certain amount. However, in the store we were able to get approved for a higher limit, 0 percent interest for 5 years, and our monthly payment is affordable. Thank you for being patient and kind even when my family kept changing their minds several times.

We have been looking for a comfortable sofa for our new home . Great service. Wanted to order something that was on the website but not available in stores. They went ahead and made calls immediately to see if they could order it for me. And T, my sales rep was trying to find something that met all my criteria that they did have in case they couldn't get it. I wound up being able to get what I wanted and everyone was so nice and accommodating.

There were three associates who assisted us. They were all professional and kind. They made the purchase quick and painless. The only complaint I have that is out of their control is one piece is not ready and will take 29 days to get here.

I purchased a king sized bed that was sagging in the middle because either it was not set up correctly by the Ashley delivery team or it has a missing plywood board that is needed. I have a warranty, however Jordan thought it would be best for me to purchase a plywood (boogie board) from Ashley to resolve the issue. Will see if this does resolve the issue on the brand new king bed support system?

My experience has been outstanding!!! The manager and team went out of there way for me in everyway possible. We furnished are entire home and they made sure to go the extra mile to make sure we got the furniture we wanted and excellent prices. We will not shop anywhere else for any furniture needs. The sales man was very nice he made sure I got just what I wanted very attentive and if he didn’t have a answer he went Above and beyond to make sure I had the answers before I left the ladies that helped also very nice it’s was a smooth in and out process thanks for a great shopping experience

Friendly and informative

I went into Ashley’s just to look!, At some furniture. But Blair was so friendly and helpful along with Jordan and Matthew that I couldn’t help but buy A sectional . The entire staff were so accommodating answered all my questions and went above and beyond . my granddaughter didn’t wanna leave She had so much fun with the staff!, I can’t wait to go back to purchase more furniture I had such A good time… who knew buying furniture was so much fun.

VNS asked us what she could help us find. We were looking for a Queen size Headboard. We needed just a headboard and she let us know that Ashley’s has quite a few headboards in the store. VNS showed around the show room floor where their headboard were located. She was very friendly and attentive to our needs
