We have had a great experience at Ashley's in Texarkana yesterday. The sales associate Aubrey was very knowledgeable about the bedding we were trying to find. Aubrey also steered us to the correct pillows and mattress cover we needed for our new mattress. Her personality just really lit up the whole store. All the associates were very courteous and friendly. I would strongly recommend anyone looking for home furniture to try Ashley's in Texarkana.

As always, the Ashley group held to their 5 star rating, and the delivery guys did as well. They were fast, efficient, friendly and caring to our house. We could see their long day wear, but not from them or their attitudes, but just being aware of 9 deliveries ahead of us. These guys are behind the scenes, but as usual Ashley’s staff was amazing

The young salesperson that first greeted me and then helped me was awesome! Aubrey surprised me first with her knowledge of the store's inventory and then I was pressed with her ability to guide me to items after asking just a few questions. Don't lose her--it would be a great loss indeed!

The staff here were fantastic (minus one guy who seemed rather new and has some learning to do to add personality to his sales pitch but he’s learning so I feel for him). Otherwise they took care of me, I went one week alone just to look, then brought my significant other to get his opinion after looking at several other stores together, went home and decided what we both wanted, leading me to return and purchase what we decided on. I’ll update my post when I get my couches delivered in four weeks!

This was the best furniture shopping experience we have had. Most places are busy and not very attentive, but not Ashley. Aubrey was the sweetest and easiest to work with. Our furniture came in sooner than expected by at least a week. Delivery guys were super efficient and cautious not to damage anything. A+++++ overall.

Nate was great. He wasn’t pushy and listened to what I was wanting. He helped move stuff around for me to see and was very patient. Even though I didn’t purchase that day, he just ask that I let him know when I was ready because he was going to be off the next 2 days, but would come up to store for me. I had to think it over and sleep on it. I’m not an impulse buyer. After talking with my friend who is helping me decorate I decided to purchase. Went back the next day and even though Nate was not there I made sure he was getting credit for the sale. The sweet lady that waited on me was very helpful and assured me Nate would get the credit and the sale. The manager there I spoke with was extremely nice and helpful too! You have a great staff. Hang on to them.

My family went in to browse for new living room furniture. We don't live in Texas so we didn't intend to purchase. Brooke met us at the door and showed us around. She took her time and showed us everything we were interested in and gave honest feedback. About 35 minutes after entering the store, we were purchasing a new sofa and loveseat. Brooke was amazing and made it easy. The whole family enjoyed the experience.

Our sales person Sara was the best. She was not pushy, didn’t try to talk you into something different and I love that she was soft spoken. Her soft spoken voice made you feel calm while looking at the different couches they had. The two guys (Marcus and his partner) that delivered our furniture were super sweet. 10/10 from walking into the store until my furniture was delivered.

Edited.... I was contacted by Jordan (store mgr) today. She listened to our experience and made suggestions to resolve our differences. She communicated with us! I am happy to now give a 5 star review because of her positive attitude and willingness to listen. Jordan offered a resolution that was satisfactory for us. No we didn't get a tv by our choice this time. What we did get was exceptional customer service by a store manager that cares about her store. Thank you Original 2 star review My fiancé and I went into Ashley's to browse and kill some time before another engagement we had. As soon as we came in, we had a salesman following us everywhere we went even after explaining we were just looking. Finally my fiancé told him he didn't need to. We walked around enjoying our time looking and came to a sectional that we both liked immediately. It was on sale so I told her we should get it. I went and got the salesman. He then told us we would get a free TV with the purchase. Well that was unexpected and a bonus. So we got everything set and my fiancé asked about throw pillows. The manager came over and told her he would have to charge for them but might could work something out. She looked around and found some she like. The manager told her that each pillow was $50. He decided he would sell them for about $30 each. She passed and mentioned the that at least we would get the tv. The manager then told us no on the tv because the sectional was on clearance. Our issue with the situation was we were told by the salesman that we would get the tv with the purchase of the sectional and the the manager said no. Why did the salesman tell us we would to begin with? Should he have already known that certain salesman items were excluded? The worse part of the situation was we financed the sectional and when I agreed to have them run my credit, they did it twice and opened two credit cards. Why wasn't it done once and why wasn't I told it would be a credit card to begin with? Also, a $250 delivery fee sees pretty high too when we live in town. We bought the sectional and are very pleased with it. We would purchase again from them. We are unhappy with being told one thing about the bonus of getting a tv and then being told our item is excluded from the promotion. Simply don't tell us we would to begin with. Be more informed. Run a person's credit once or tell them you need to do it a second time. Tell them your financing is on a credit card. Dont open two card accounts if you are only using one. Communicate better upfront instead of after the fact.

We have been looking for a comfortable sofa for our new home . We downsized so we only have room for sofa and a recliner .Jack Wilson helped me over phone couple weeks ago but I didn't want to wait that long for sofa. I promised I would call him back . Good for my word , I called him back and he gave me that same great customer service . They still didn't have what I wanted in my timeline . Jack wasn't going to let me slip away this time . He got Jordon , a manager involved who made me a great deal but I wasn't in love with sofa . I asked if anything else in store and was offered a great sofa that I love !!! We loved the fact that you could buy individual pieces and customize to fit specific needs and space.
