I purchased a mattress from Ashley outlet that didn't hold up as long as I expected. I called the store to advise of the issue I was having, and they immediately scheduled a service visit to take a look at the mattress. They identified the issue in a timely manner and I was given a store credit. I went in to get a replacement mattress and was given first class service at the Ashley store in Texarkana. My service advisor was polite, extremely patient and took care of my needs. The assistance store manager Matthew was also amazing! He was very kind, personable and very good at his job. Thank you all for making the process easy and stress free. I highly recommend Ashley in Texarkana.

We had a great experience purchasing our new beds and mattress from Corrie today! 10/10 recommend!
After searching for days, I found a patio sectional set on the company website which was discounted to the exact price that I was willing to pay. However, the item was out of stock for online purchase. I called the nearest store in Texarkana and spoke with a sales specialist, Cassie, who informed me that they had four units in stock in their warehouse. After further discussions, she said they would match the online price and it was available for pickup at the warehouse today before 5 PM. I drove from Magnolia, less than an hour away, and arrived to the warehouse shortly before 5 PM. Despite being close to closing time, everyone including the inside manager down to the inventory staff was professional and courteous. The payment process and loading took no time and I pulled away from the warehouse minutes after 5 PM. Great experience. I will definitely do business with them again.

We will be doing business again at this location with Ms. Tawana. The furniture we are replacing came from the Ashley's store in Fort Wort, when we stayed in Keller. We are replacing the recliner, family sectional, bar stools, and kitchen table and chairs. 😄 We have had the recliner, living room furniture ( which we are keeping), kitchen dinner table since 2006 which all came from Ashleys. I went in the store to see a mattress that I wanted to buy. I found it online and it said it was in stock, so I headed to the store, but when I got there I was told it IS in stock online but not on the store. That's the ONLY negative from this visit. The store professional showed me the closest mattress they had to what I wanted and I liked it, so the store professional (Cassie C.) was persistent that she could give me the same in-store price on the online mattress that I wanted. I got the same deal in store that I was going to get online, which was much cheaper than in-store. Thanks Cassie!

I came here with my wife looking for a mattress. The sales woman was ok but I felt like she didn't really care if we bought from them or not. We found a mattress that felt OK even though they were all extremely overpriced. So we finally decided to take a chance on one of their brand mattress. This is where things really started going downhill. I asked about having it delivered and they said they do that for $200. That is about double that I had been quoted elsewhere. I was still thinking about getting it when I thought to ask about taking my old mattress away. The sales woman said we don't like doing that. I told her this was a deal breaker for me because all other mattress places take your old one away. So she called a manager who came over and said for an additional $300 they would take my old mattress. So that means $500 total to deliver and haul away my old mattress! That is insane and a ripoff! The place I ended up getting my mattress from delivered it and hauled mine away for $160. Oh and I live three miles away from the store. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE IF YOU NEED DELIVERY AND HAUL OFF. They lost me as a customer for anything.

The young man who sold us a mattress at the Ashley Outlet, Texarkana, TX, Nykeme Walker, was articulate and well informed about his products. He had a non aggressive demeanor and did not push any of the higher priced mattresses plus, he explained what each mattress offered NOR DID BAD MOUTH the lower priced mattresses! I was impressed with his sales technique-HE DIDN'T HAVE ONE! He merely explained the different mattresses and what they contained inside and how they were made. We were just pricing mattresses yesterday with the intent to "only look" and had several other places to go by. But the mattress we chose at Ashley's had the best price range for our budget and was well-suited to my brother's stature and aging disabilities (getting old stinks!). Mr Walker truly exhibited "honesty was the best policy." We wanted him to have the commission although I'm certain we could have found the same craftsmanship for less somewhere else. Then..he explained the shipping procedure, when it arrived what to expect, that the drivers would remove and dispose of the shipping container the mattress came in AND, we were to inspect the mattress immediately, before the driver's left, and "call him about any problems." Overall experience was Ok. My sales person Christen was very nice, however, I wanted to take the piece off the showroom floor and was told I couldn’t. Then as I was paying I heard them getting ready to sell a piece of furniture to another person and it was off the show room floor. I asked about that and was told it has something to do with how fast they can replace the piece. That’s not my problem. If you aren’t selling from show room floor then that should apply to every piece in the store regardless.

6 weeks ago I gave ashley’s 2 thousand dollars and said yes i’ll take that couch and they said okay great it will be here in 2-4 weeks. i’m still sitting on my floor sad and wondering if it will ever be here. they don’t even send me the biweekly updates anymore i have to personally message the lady that sold me the couch and she can’t even get me a reasonable answer for when or why so if you have 8 weeks to wait for furniture then yea great go with ashley’s but if you don’t have at least 8 weeks or more i’d recommend literally anything else

Purchased a mattress with the guarantee that we could switch if we didn’t like it, we could return it for a new one. Since I was buying one of the more expensive mattresses, I made sure to ask what the situation was if the next we chose, if it happened, was less than the original purchase. I was enthusiastically told that the difference would be credited. The first mattress didn’t work so we had to find a new one. However, once back in the store, It was broke to us that any mattress chosen to replace our current would have to be of equal or greater value. We were just told that sorry their salesman misinformed us, but it is what it is. So, don’t A) trust anyone working there at their word and B) dont buy anything on one of their guarantees without reading through the contract, attorney if necessary, because they won’t be honest enough with you up front nor will they attempt to mend the situation.

I came to Ashley’s in search of a mattress with no idea what I wanted let alone needed. I was immediately greeted by an associate named Grace. She showed me around the store and informed me on everything I needed to know and could ask. I was surprised with how much she knew about mattresses and how much I have been missing out on a good one. I got to try the nicest ones in the store to find what suits me best. The manager named Will discussed the financing with me and informed me about a 60 month interest free payment plan that I will surely be utilizing in the future. My overall experience was amazing and the store has the best designs, deals, and staff in the area.

Nice show room with lots to choose from, very nice associates, but they tell you that they hope delivery will be sooner than later, but later is the truth. 2-6 weeks I was told, it is 5 and half weeks. I have never been a fan of on demand supply. It only gives a company a bad rep.

Everything was super expensive. Prior approval before going in so knew what I could get, but was told couldn't pull it cause it was filled out online. Reran my credit with the same company and others and then because of prior approval was given will contact. What they were able to provide was horrible. So waste time and gas. Bought my last sectional there, ordered it and paid cash but didn't acknowledge. Left there empty handed with prior approval. Went to one of their other stores they supply and found a better set that was hundreds less, better financing and delivered same day. I won't be going back Unless huge sale I can just pay cash. Kinda snootie.

Had to change my review, complete and utter liars, I was told my couch would be delivered this morning, I didn't get a call until this morning. Oh, we can't deliver until Friday. Then there is no set time, only a 30 minute window, so I'm supposed to stay home all day, and after paying a ridiculous fee for delivery, after this I will never buy anything from this company, or four states as they own that and the mattress store. Awful and horrendous service. Had a bad experience at four states with a sales lady walking off from me. That should've been my clue.

Lori the associate there greeted us with a smile and welcomed us to the store. She continued by asking our names and what brought us there. We told her and she immediately took us around the store to look for bedroom sets. They had so many beautiful ones that it was so hard to choose and to make up my mind. Lori was very patient, professional and knowledgeable throughout the whole time we were there. When I finally made up my mind she took care of the rest and gave us information of when our set will be delivered. I received my bedroom set and mattress and I’m so in love with it. The mattress is very comfortable and have had the best sleep in a long time. I have sciatic problems so this has helped me so much. Thank you Lori I will definitely be going back. If you’re in the area and need furniture, go see Lori. I already told my mother in law to go visit when she moves.

Walked in and no one said a word or even looked at me. After walking past 6-7 employees, I realized they were perhaps not there to help people. I ordered the item from Ashley's website for half as much. I guess that's the cautionary tale. It's a small store with a very odd smell.

I’m so glad I went to Ashley’s HomeStore in Texarkana when I wanted to purchase a piece of art and a bed. Shellye Roberts was such a delight to work with. I told her upfront I would only buy what they had in stock and she stayed right with me. She didn’t try to persuade me at all. She knew what I was looking for and only showed me what was i requested. She was very patient with me as I am indecisive. I think I looked around for over two hours before I made my purchase. Despite extended delivery delays due to co-vid, they are very helpful and polite. All of their furniture is high quality and beautiful. The delivery & installation process with seamless and quick. Customer service is great, however it would've been great to know up front wait times could be upwards from 6mos to a more than a year. I believe it's strictly Ashley's because I personally know people that have furnished an entire house with less than a month delay at competitors stores.

The short of this review, don’t purchase anything they don’t have in stock you may eventually get it, I’ve been waiting almost 4 months so far. I’d recommend just going on Ashley.com and ordering you’ll get a better deal and better service. We purchased furniture in May with a delivery date of mid July. They are moving the date every week we’re now up to October before all our purchases are in. We tried to cancel but the store manager was a very rude lady and told us we’d have to wait.

I am not happy with how this purchase has gone. I am a patient person but this has been a bad experience for us. I paid cash for the living room suite I wanted. as time went on the delivery date kept getting pushed back. I got a call a few months after I bought the set to be told that the sofa was 10 more weeks out But they would waive the delivery fee and bring the rest of the set sooner. So delivery day came. The furniture was damaged so a claim was filed by the delivery team. Parts were sent to the house however they were the wrong parts so had to be reordered. When the delivery truck left the house they hit and damaged the overhead cable line. It has been over two weeks and the overhead line is still not fixed and I can't seem to get answers. So in short, I ended up fixing the damaged loveseat and it looks like I'll be dealing with the overhead cable line all while waiting another few months or so for my sofa to complete my set. Needless to say this hasn't been a good experience but I love the new look of my living room.

Ashley's is where I go for all of my furniture needs, however, I don't always want to go in store to "shop"! I browse online before I ever decide to go see something in person! While browsing recently, I found a bedroom set for my daughter I just knew we had to have! Instead of going in the store, I just called and spoke to Susan (the nicest and most knowledgeable person I've ever had the privilege of talking to at Ashley's! Seriously ASK FOR SUSAN!) and got it ordered without ever having to leave the comforts of my home and with no hassle at all! She absolutely went above and beyond for me and answered every single question I had!

Well you know the saying, if I could give 0 star I would. This review isn’t about money or time, but about care and Honesty. I originally ordered my (Ashleys brand) couches from hopes four state furniture store, they told me 2-3 weeks. I called the 3rd week just to see where we were. They told me they couldn’t get a new set til 9 weeks later. I didn’t feel like waiting 9 weeks being I had company all the time. So four states called Ashley’s in Texarkana and asked if they had a set or a set in their warehouse. They did but it was a floor set. Before four states sold em to me they told me it’s a floor set so they don’t know the condition. They said “once you get them, you have to call us immediately if anything is wrong with them” I told them I didn’t want them if they are not in good condition. They said “well of course if they aren’t in good condition we will just replace it”. With that I was okay I’ll take em. Ashley’s furniture delivered them and took pics and left. I right away seen one side was kinda low and the other side was higher then the other. but I was like it’s a glider so maybe it’s just like that. I had also seen the decorative threads were cut up. But I was more concerned why it was sitting low. Well when I rocked it, It was just hitting the floor. I laughed cuz I was like okay it’s broken obviously. I called immediately like dude said. And took pics and the four states called Ashley’s for me. Ashley’s called me then and said they will send a “couch tech out and see if they can replace a part on it”. Even though I thought that was weird a “couch tech” I was okay fine have someone come look at it. Couch tech came a couple weeks later and concluded it needed to be picked up and the frame fixed because it was broken. He also slipped up saying that it was a clearance set at the store. (Something I was never told). He said they sit so long at the store things like this will happen. (I’m just like wow, they coulda told me it was a clearance set and not charged me full price) anyways We scheduled a pick up. They took it and bout two weeks later brought it back. So this is the dumb part. The reason why I’m writing this. The side that was low was fixed, glided fine and wasn’t hitting the floor. The other side....freaking...sitting...on the floor. I don’t understand. I was so upset I told my husband I’m done with them, I’m not even gonna call em on it. This is something that shouldn’t of happened. It’s like they didn’t even check the couch before saying it was fine to deliver back. That side was perfectly fine. How do you go from fixing one side and then delivering it back with the other side broken. Ashley’s furniture obviously does not care about what they sell and what you get in return.

I think everything was great except that they wouldn’t come down on the price at all when I was paying for it straight out and I have to wait 8-12 weeks for them to come and still would not come down on the price. 😕
My boyfriend and I came in looking for a sectional. They gave us a wide variety of options and were great about making sure we picked the one for us. Susan was a great help in picking out the right sectional as well as explaining the financing. She happily answered all our questions until we were 100% sure on our purchase. The furniture take too long to come in

Went in looking for a desk. Lori was available immediately to show us what inventory they had. We were in, made a selection and were on our way in less than 30 minutes!
Sales person and manager were nice, but in a sales kind of way. Talk the talk..... We needed bedroom furniture and dining table. The bedroom items we liked were not in stock so we selected others that were. Since we were set on the dinning room table we were willing to wait longer for it. We were told that they couldn’t deliver the in stock items sooner unless we paid extra for “prime” delivery which we did. It still took over 2 weeks to receive them and that was only after we called asking about them. On top of that one of the dressers was not in stock, even though we confirmed availability at the time of purchase and that was a huge part of why we chose that set. At this point we are still waiting for the table. While the furniture looks nice, I don’t feel it was worth the price we’ve paid not the time we’ve waited.

Lori Sawyer was a great help! She allowed us to shop to determine the best selection and style for our needs. Lori answered all of our questions. We had a great experience and will continue our future pitchy with Ashley furniture. Highly recommend using them. Ask for Lori Sawyer. Fast forward to delivery - The men that delivered our furniture unfortanetly scratched our newly installed hypoxy flooring. Very hard to fix. My husband got a phone call from Ashley. The plan of action was an instore credit. I am not happy regarding that decision at all. My floor is still scratched. Cannot be repaired as the entire floor has to be redone. BUT We have an in-store credit.
Call for protection plan since my mattress is not working for my husband and I so the protection plan only cover manufacturer issues not like if my back is killing me so they told me what they can do is put a service order so for right now I am waiting for them to contact me after that will see if they help me or not and I will change my rating or leave it how it is. Will update later Update they replace the mattress thank you for helping me and my husband
We ordered furniture a few months back and was told upfront before we purchased anything that there would be delays due to COVID. Basically, just not enough people working to keep things moving along. Communication is key and Shelly Roberts is the best at staying in communication, offering options, and making things run smoothly. We have used Ashley’s for several years and will continue doing so!

I'm giving this poor review, not because of the employees or the customer service, but because of the prices and quality. I initially went into Ashley's looking for a rug, but I'm needing several things, so I just browsed. Ashley Furniture, how in the world can you charge $400-$500 for a single coffee table? Not a SET with the coffee table and end tables included. JUST the coffee table. That's insane. Over a thousand dollars for a dining room table that's lightweight and wobbles. I grabbed the ends of several of your tables and lifted them up with one hand. If I spend a thousand dollars on a dining room table, it better be sturdy, solid, and heavy. I wouldn't recommend anyone shop at your store. Again, the staff was very friendly and helpful, but in my opinion, the majority of your furniture is cheaply made and WAY overpriced. I've seen your furniture being resold on the Facebook Marketplace and I've never seen a piece that wasn't badly damaged because the furniture you sell isn't built to last. For the prices you charge, you could make quality furniture if you wanted to, but you'd rather make it cheap and pretty and sell it for probably 10 times what it's worth. Ashley customers, if you want quality furniture, go to Oak Creek Amish Furniture in Texarkana (you can find them on Google). You won't find better quality furniture for your money and they also finance!

I went in just to browse and see if I could find a dining set that I liked, as im updating my dining room. Shelly greeted my family and I with enthusiasm and did not hesitate to answer any and all questions I had! I found a dining set that I fell in love with at a SUPER awesome price, thanks to Shelly! She also went above and beyond and found me 3 matching bar stools online, that i was really hoping to get! All of the staff at Ashley makes me feel like family any time I walk in, which might have something to do with the cute little redhead attached to my hip (daughter), but im not complaining a bit! My accessory box was left at the store by mistake, and even though the store was closed, Susan made the extra effort to bring my box all the way to my home so I could finally get a good night sleep. Best sleep I've had in years and its the first time in over 4 years I've gotten out of bed with very minimal pain even with compacted lumbar disks. Thank you so much for this blessing! Went in on memorial day 2 try and find a mattress and box spring.. was in store 15 mins no one said a word...I even was touching the mattresses getting the feel of them still no one said a word....associates on sales floor having conversations with each other instead of paying attention to the guest.... wont be buying there n e more...😡😡
They have some of the nicer pieces in Texarkana and some are affordable, but theY often use pictures of non sale items for their sales. Quite misleading.
So far I'm fairly satisfied. The sales rep helped get me the best price on my item using the Price Match Promotion. Only issue I have as of right now is that I haven't received my receipt via email of my purchase which I did a few hours ago and feel that I should have received it right away.

Go anywhere but here. It has been a financial wreck. No interest .... wound up getting phony charges added onto the bill. Took weeks and lots of time on the phone ( valuable time ) to get it straightened out. Our dresser was delivered banged up. Took weeks to get another one. We waited forever on our mattress base. It has been a horrible experience. Its very frustrating when nobody knows anything about your problems.

Found exactly what I was looking for in a sofa. Carla, our sales representative, assisted me in picking out some tables. The manager was willing to negotiate and made us a good deal. Accessories are a little pricey but they will negotiate on those too! Will be back if we need furniture in the future and will definitely ask for Carla!

We purchased a Purple mattresses well as pillows from Ashley Furniture in Texarkana. I would strongly encourage anyone wanting to purchase a Purple product to purchase from Purple directly and not go through Ashley Furniture. Ashley Furniture does not offer the same warranty as Purple does. Had a problem with pillows and Ashley Furniture told me since I slept on them they were mine. (Purple offers a 100 night warranty) Not what I was expecting considering what I spent there. Delivery is also weeks quicker. I was getting the run around until I called to cancel my order then all of the sudden they could give me a delivery time. I did end up contacting Purple directly and their customer service is amazing even though I didn’t buy directly from them. They were more than willing to help solve my pillow issues. Very disappointed in Ashley Furniture. No customer care after the sale.

However, when I came back to pay for the furniture I picked out I went to the back to show my mother before purchasing. When told the unknown associate that I was just looking right this second, we were followed around while she was 10 feet behind us everywhere we went. I hate for an associate to chase you. When and if we have questions or are ready to purchase, I will tell you.

Loved the care and attention as soon as we walked thru the door and during our time of shopping. Cat was great, very patience with us! BUT, THAT WAS AS FAR AS IT WENT!. Once out the door, things changed. I was promised my furniture by Thanksgiving, as told by our saleswoman, Cat. But, on talking with them today, it is going to be another week maybe a week and a half before the furniture arrives. In the mean time, I will be having my guest sitting on metal chairs. I have no furniture in my living room! I was also told that if I cancelled this order it is going to cost me 30% of the total of my order!! Goodness, so, I am being forced to either wait on the furniture to arrive, whenever that will be or I will have to pay the 1400.00 for "restocking" fee. LOL. Go figure. Will wait on my furniture and will plan on any future purchases to be somewhere other than Ashley!
We had an encounter a while back when we were trying to buy new living room and master bedroom furniture, the prices were a little too high and they were absolutely badgering us about making a sale and rushing us to buy. We were going to come back and buy but we just took our business elsewhere. I’ve never set foot in this store again and advise other people not to as well.

My experience with Ashley Furniture Texarkana could not have been better! Marci, my salesperson, was so sweet and helpful!! She makes you feel like a friend you have known forever, not a pushy salesperson. She called me after delivery to make sure everything was satisfactory, but did not pitch for more sales other than to say call if I needed anything. I appreciated that. Service was prompt and efficient. The delivery men were awesome as well!!! Fast, efficient , professional and friendly! Also, the delivery scheduler was very nice and had no problem working around my schedule. This will be the first place I go next time I need furniture.
In 10 years of using Ashley’s to purchase our home furnishing we have never had a bad experience. When dealing with sales - it can sometimes be awkward when arriving to look around but every person we have ever had as a sales person has been amazing - and the managers even more amazing. They have always been extremely informative so we know exactly what we are getting. I will NEVER go anywhere else. Ever.

This is our 3rd major purchase in the last 4 years. We walk in and ask for Cat Edwards, she assist us with everything we need. We tell her what we have in mind and within minutes we have our selection made. We do not get the run around, we get exceptional service that we have not gotten at other furniture stores in town. When it comes to our furniture needs, we will only shop Ashley's and with Cat Edwards!

It's a furniture store but the sales woman is very knowledgeable and helpful. I would say her name but I don't have her permission. She is an awesome person.

Forgot to order our mattress, waited 2 and 1/2 weeks until I called them, and then we get lied to. No solutions offered just a sorry "we dropped the ball." Now my 3 year old will be sleeping on an air mattress for the next week while we wait on the mattress to arrive. We have ordered from Ashleys 3 times in the past 2 years, but this will be our last.
This isn't the first time I've purchased furniture at Ashley Furniture. I returned because of the quality, prices and the kindness of the staff. This loveseat, I'll admit, will take a bit of time to get used to - it's very firm. Of course, not as soft as the floor model.
I had a great experience at Ashley’s, Marci Wilson was my sales lady about a month ago and she found my daughter exactly what she wanted at a very reasonable price and she loves her bed So much I went back today got in contact with Marci, she found me exactly what I wanted and I bought one for myself. My husband and I went into this store recently and were helped by Jordan and she was so very kind and helpful in finding us the perfect mattress for us. We chose to wait a day to think about our purchase and she was available all throughout the day and the next day for our questions, which were many. We definitely recommend to ask for Jordan! Also Garrett the manager was very courteous and helpful with our purchase ! We highly recommend this store!

Ashley's Home Furniture has been incredible to work with! They have helped us every step of the way from letting us buy during a sale and "lay away" until our house was ready, to timing delivery and even letting us change from a manual reclining sofa to the electric one. Ashley's will be our go-to for furniture from now on.

If I could use less stars I would, do NOT use Ashley's home store. I bought a bed and Chester drawers from here and it has been nothing but a horrific experience. The bed in broke the first time, then the footboard that came in was a totally different bed, that happened twice, they have supposedly ordered the right piece but a month later I still have no bed. The manager was supposed to call me on 2 different occasions never did. I was supposed to receive an email from them stating that they ordered the bed, still haven't. I would NOT do business with them or recommend them to anyone!!!

I purchased a recliner from the Ashley store in Texarkana Texas on 4/17/2019. Before I bought the chair I ask the Manager how long it would take for them to deliver the chair. He said they tell their customers that it would be delivered in 2 to 4 weeks. I told him I did not want the chair if it was going to take a month to deliver it. He informed me that it should be delivered in approximately two weeks, he even circled two weeks on the paperwork. We are now in the 4th week still waiting for our recliner and we haven’t heard a word from Ashley. I just wanted to write this review and let others know that Ashley is the slowest furniture store I’ve ever done business with on delivering your purchase. This is not the first issue I’ve had with Ashley but I assure you it is my last. Never again! Well, I got my recliner from Ashley Furniture in Texarkana, TX. It took just under 5 weeks and it would have taken even longer if I had not wrote the first review. After I wrote the review the Texarkana store sales personnel started making inquiries as to why my recliner had not been delivered. It turns out the problem was with the Ashley Warehouse. After discussing the situation with the Warehouse it became apparent they had simply dropped the ball and my recliner had been sitting there for some time. This was a prime example of a serious disconnect between sales and the warehouse. But, all is well that ends well and I'm grateful for my recliner. I want to say the Sales personnel at the Texarkana Ashley store were very apologetic and did what they could to locate the problem. But the real hero of the day was a young lady at the Ashley Warehouse who worked very hard to get the chair to me. Sometimes corporate policies get in the way of common sense. I like Ashley furniture and I would most likely buy from them again with a much better understanding of how they work as a group. You have heard the squeaky wheel gets the grease, well in the future I would definitely be that squeaky wheel by calling often to check on status.

Richard was an awesome salesman, the sofa and recliner are of great quality, and both are very comfortable. I will be returning to Richard in the future to get a matching dual recliner section. Ok I have to run now, I have to put a rear end in my new recliner :)

Just a quick comment. After visiting several furniture stores in town recently we were close to the decision of not purchasing new living room furniture due to pushy staff and very poor customer service. Last minute decision driving home from the grocery store we decided to try one more place. After walking in to Ashley furniture and not being greeted by pushy staff was amazing to us! We found what we were looking for, found Missy with a quick question. Too much surprise we received the answer to our question as a positive one! To say the least, Missy was awesome with our questions and needs without being pushy. A last minute decision worked out in a sale due to great customer service! So if you desire great customer service without feeling put out, go to Ashley furniture and ask for Missy!

Me and my wife, Ashley Franklin recently purchased a sectional from Ashleys, our first time buying from them might i add. The moment we walked in the store, we knew we were home, our sales lady was jordan, she was very professional, not a pushy sales rep.
