We have been looking for a comfortable sofa for our new home . We downsized so we only have room for sofa and a recliner .Jack Wilson helped me over phone couple weeks ago but I didn't want to wait that long for sofa. I promised I would call him back . Good for my word , I called him back and he gave me that same great customer service . They still didn't have what I wanted in my timeline . Jack wasn't going to let me slip away this time . He got Jordon , a manager involved who made me a great deal but I wasn't in love with sofa . I asked if anything else in store and was offered a great sofa that I love !!! I got the best deal when I got Devin on the line. I couldn't ask for better service and I highly recommend Jack Wilson if you are looking for any furniture! We loved the fact that you could buy individual pieces and customize to fit specific needs and space. Great service. Wanted to order something that was on the website but not available in stores. They went ahead and made calls immediately to see if they could order it for me. And T, my sales rep was trying to find something that met all my criteria that they did have in case they couldn't get it. I wound up being able to get what I wanted and everyone was so nice and accommodating.

There were three associates who assisted us. They were all professional and kind. They made the purchase quick and painless. The only complaint I have that is out of their control is one piece is not ready and will take 29 days to get here.

I purchased a king sized bed that was sagging in the middle because either it was not set up correctly by the Ashley delivery team or it has a missing plywood board that is needed. I have a warranty, however Jordan thought it would be best for me to purchase a plywood (boogie board) from Ashley to resolve the issue. Will see if this does resolve the issue on the brand new king bed support system?

Nice but pricey

My experience has been outstanding!!! The manager and team went out of there way for me in everyway possible. We furnished are entire home and they made sure to go the extra mile to make sure we got the furniture we wanted and excellent prices. We will not shop anywhere else for any furniture needs. Highly recommend

I called the store to advise of the issue I was having, and they immediately scheduled a service visit to take a look at the mattress. They identified the issue in a timely manner and I was given a store credit. I went in to get a replacement mattress and was given first class service at the Ashley store in Texarkana. My service advisor was polite, extremely patient and took care of my needs. The assistance store manager Matthew was also amazing! He was very kind, personable and very good at his job. We had a great experience purchasing our new beds and mattress from Corrie today! 10/10 recommend!

After searching for days, I found a patio sectional set on the company website which was discounted to the exact price that I was willing to pay. However, the item was out of stock for online purchase. I called the nearest store in Texarkana and spoke with a sales specialist, Cassie, who informed me that they had four units in stock in their warehouse. After further discussions, she said they would match the online price and it was available for pickup at the warehouse today before 5 PM. I drove from Magnolia, less than an hour away, and arrived to the warehouse shortly before 5 PM. Despite being close to closing time, everyone including the inside manager down to the inventory staff was professional and courteous. The payment process and loading took no time and I pulled away from the warehouse minutes after 5 PM. Great experience. I will definitely do business with them again.

I just wanted to say my hubby and I had the greatest experience. Ms. Tawana was Awesome!! Great customer service and very knowledgeable of the items in the store and what we purchased. We will be doing business again at this location with Ms. Tawana. The furniture we are replacing came from the Ashley's store in Fort Wort, when we stayed in Keller. We are replacing the recliner, family sectional, bar stools, and kitchen table and chairs. 😄 We have had the recliner, living room furniture ( which we are keeping), kitchen dinner table since 2006 which all came from Ashleys. Still standing strong, but we knew it was time for something new and Ms. Tawana was very welcoming. Thanks again for your kindness!!😊
