They have knowledgeable and friendly staff, a wide selection of items (I was looking for a new mattress) and competitive prices. I was able to find what I wanted in just 20 minutes. I can definitely recommend Ashley Outlet.

Called about a week ago and spoke with Troy about a sofa I found on their website. They didn’t have the color I wanted, but he let me know he could get it ordered and would even discount the online price! Got it ordered today and super happy with the service received!!

The manager and men working loaded up both of my furniture pieces after purchase- safely and securely and I got them home on my own because of all of their help getting loaded and secured down on my truck. Stopped in the store looking for a chair to take home immediately. Found one that suited me, price was negotiable and we settled on an amount that satisfied me! The young men were very helpful and courteous. Loaded my new recliner up and away home I went! Very satisfied customer here!

My experience was seamless! I found a sofa online with a great discount, but they don’t carry the exact one in store. They ordered it for me and honored the discounted online price! Go see Troy! He was very patient and respectful through my decision making process.

Michael was our salesman and he did a great job. He went the extra mile when he tracked down another dresser for us at the same discount price. He helped us a lot, that is why we will be back for the rest of the new bedroom, thanks Michael and his boss was Troy, another good guy

I was greeted cordially and not rushed. I found a formal dining room set I fell in love with. I got a dresser with a large mirror a chest of drawers and night stand for my bedroom. I call the store looking for a new table and Ms Cindy helped me with no problem she even sent me a few pictures of different tables and I didn’t even have to go into the store to order it we did everything over the phone. They are really nice and friendly I will tell anyone to go shop there.

The service was very unprofessional, the staff was very disrespectful, classless inconsiderate and just all our rude. The ACIMA personnel had to assist with the sale because the sales people were to busy rearranging funiture in an empty store (myself and my husband were the only customers) at the i was trying to make my purchase. And i want to be very clear the only reason i made my purchase was because of the ACIMA represenative. I will not be back to visit that paricularur store due to customer neglect.

My husband and I went into the outlet in search of a sleeper sofa. Matthew and his team were so helpful. He showed us different models and what they had to offer. When he didn't have the specific one at his store he was kind enough to send us next door so we could sit on the exact one to make sure we loved it before we purchased. We finally made a purchase for the sleeper sectional and matching recliner! Matthew was able to complete everything over the phone once we got home so we could make sure the measurements fit our home! This is the second full set of Ashley furniture that our home will have. If you are in the market for furniture make sure to stop by the outlet first and ask for Matthew!
