Ashley Store Tyler, TX

I don’t leave one star reviews lightly, but this has been the worst customer service experience I’ve had. It has been months of trying to get replacement castors for our ottoman because the wheels keep falling out. I’ve attempted to escalate to management several times and cannot reach a live person. The AI system blocks access to real support, which is incredibly frustrating when you have an unresolved issue. Delivery was also a problem. The crew was cussing in front of my wife and son, assembled the couch incorrectly with the feet sticking out at different angles, and left us with deflated cushions. The technician who came out later did not have the replacement castors and did not bring his own tools. He was polite, but the issue still wasn’t resolved. Sales was pleasant, but that’s where the positive experience ended. This situation has taken far too much time and energy. I will not be purchasing from Ashley again. If you do buy from them, I strongly recommend picking up and assembling the furniture yourself. Confirm parts are in stock before delivery. Learn from my mistake.

The sales gentleman was so nice, knowledgeable and caring, with a respectful attitude towards us that we fully appreciate and different from an unfortunate experience before; the delivery was in the same level of customer care, that is superb, the young gentlemen that brought our furniture were exceptionally nice, respectful, expedite and very attentive to our questions , they took very good care of us and we would like them to be congratulated and commended for their exceptional customer care . We are so very happy with our purchase!!😊🥰🥳

Sales allowed us time to browse the store. They were very helpful with and knowledgeable about our purchase. This was our 2nd purchase from Ashley and we were very impressed.

Our sales person Rodney Grigsby did a great job on helping us. We told him we were just looking around and he gave us space. He popped by to ask if we needed any help from time to time. When we had decided what items we wanted more information on he answered our questions. We purchased several items and enjoyed the experience.

Newt was super amazing to work with. Very down to earth guy. He knew all the different types of furniture (we were buying bedroom full set, kitchen table and sofas) even down to all the different mattresses he knew! His manager was super helpful as well- I didn't catch his name but Newt was a popular guy with a lot of customers wanting him- his manager stepped right in and was awesome too. We are happy with our furniture and will be using Newt again in the future.

Found a few couches online and it said view them in store at Tyler tx, drove there and had nothing I saw online and nothing I was looking for.

We had a great experience at Tyler Ashley store. They showed us some furniture after we told him what we were interested in, then left us alone to look n try things out. They would check now n then to see if we had any questions. Once we decided the check out was fast. The delivery went great. The two guys that brought it were fast and showed us everything about using our couches.

I ordered a couch and recliner from them. Recliner backordered by a week. Realized I didn't actually have room for it and tried to cancel the order. Initially CS agent said he'd get the order cancelled, then mid sentence he slipped up and indicated he'd processed the delivery instead. Called back again and now I'm getting the run around concerning cancelling the order. Local store manager is dodging my call. Almost $6k in business with them on the last 5 weeks all told and they treat me like an idiot.

This place is so cool. We went in looking for a couch and this was the second place we went. The first place just wanted a sale. Ashley, more importantly Amy Dollar took the time to listen to what we wanted. She directed us in what materials would be good for we have 4 yorkies and we were afraid of possible accidents on the couch. She just really cared about us!! Ashley furniture is a great place to shop!

Store was very clean and my Salesman and his manager were both very polite and helpful. I didn't feel pressured for a sale and I ended up getting a couch order that day. I highly recommend this location great staff!

I checked pieces out for about 3 months. Never was I pressured, and I was always treated in a friendly manner. Finally I made a choice and the sale was smoothly accomplished. In fact, I actually loved every bit of my shopping experience. I found the same quality here as at Swan’s, and Ashley. I simply found what I liked, for they had a better selection. My advice, shop Southside first. It might save you lots of footwork.

Newt at the Ashley store in Tyler was a great partner finding the right pieces I needed for my new place in Tyler. I would highly recommend Newt and the other team members at Ashley.

Pretty disappointed in Ashley. I ordered an expensive couch and was not told at the time purchase that it was backordered. I was told 2 days before the scheduled delivery that it was on backorder. I made arrangements and got rid of my furniture so there is room for the new couch. Had they been transparent and told me my delivery date was estimated due to back order I wouldn't not be in this situation without furniture and could have chosen a different piece.

Rodney was great! He wasn’t your typical salesman. He was friendly and informative, NOT PUSHY. Which was awesome considering some of the other furniture locations in Tyler… Will buy from him and Ashley’s again in the near future!

10/10 service! As soon as I walk through the door I felt like I was family!! I didn’t feel pressured into buying something I didn’t need and everybody was very professional and friendly! Joe and Mark are great!! I will be buying all my furniture from Ashley!

Been trying to contact the warranty department. They will not return messages. Ashley's furniture tries to find a way to NOT warrant their products. Why pay $350 on the warranty? When Ashley's people question you like a criminal. I WISH I COULD GIVE 0 STARS.This issue with cushion WILL BE resolved one way or another.

Horrible experience, bed frame was delivered damaged and at 10:00 pm by 2 sketchy men.. They failed to put the bed together properly and forgot to put some pieces on! It’s been 7 weeks and 5 phone calls later I still can’t speak with a manger ( Nazneet Kaur ) refused to talk to me.. I don’t recommend anyone getting anything delivered from this place! Communication and punctuality is terrible.

Deceptive business practices, sold me a repair contract on a bed and needed repair the contact holding firm denied and said they don't cover any thing except chips in paint burn marks Bed has structural issues from improper assembly done by Ashley's install team paid for contract that is worthless. Justin Thompson is an amazing salesman, very patient & had all the answers to all my questions. He helped me work within my budget to get exactly what I wanted. No high-pressure sales. I just moved back to Texas after 60 years and this will be my local go to furniture store for sure.

I absolutely love getting my furniture through Ashley! I have used Justin a few times and he is truly the best. He takes his time to find you the best deals and discounts. He doesn’t hover over you or guilt you into buying more. He is truly a great sales person. You can tell he isn’t just trying to make commission, he genuinely cares and does his best to make it happen. I forever use Ashley furniture and Justin :)

Easy and non pressure purchase of a mattress

I’ve been shopping with Ashley Furniture for over 8 years, they have always had great service but this last time after spending 8,000 in the store was very different. 1st the sell guy asked it we needed a mattress pad, we told him NO. He added one anyway $400 of waste. We have one already for my Hot Flashes smh! Also when our stuff was delivered the delivery ppl damaged my ceiling fan, left it hanging and now it hell trying to get them to come fix the problem. Blade is bent. They won’t me to pay for someone to install the fan and they send me $100. I’m really trying not to get a lawyer over something so simple but we just had our home remodel. If I could return all the furniture I seriously would. Very disappointed with the way Ashley is handling damages to mt property

This place is a joke. If I could leave a zero I will. I walked in on July 22nd and purchased a bunk bed, mattress, two dressers, and two mattress covers. I schedule it to be delivered on the 23rd of Aug as I didn't get my keys for my home until Aug 20th. I received a text Aug 11th stating that my delivery was set for the Aug 16th. I called them and told them that it was scheduled for the 23rd as I don't get keys until the 20th. The lady then proceeded to tell me that the dresser are on back order and don't know when they will be in, and the bunk bed everything was being delivered besides the bottom two panels. I asked them how can they deliver a bed that cannot be put together if all the pieces are not there. They "supposably" suppose to put in an order to the warehouse to find out when the bottom panels will be end. Said it would take 24 hours to get a response. I never heard from them and called on the 13th spoke to a lady and she said that they hadn't received a response yet. Told her the same thing I told the other lady on Monday 11th. She got her supervisor to look into it and come to find out the bottom panel pieces wouldn't be available until November of 2029. I stated how to do you sell a product in store that you don't even have available. She stated that her manager can put in a receipt to the location for me to choose something else. I told her there was nothing else I wanted/liked in the store which is why I bought what I bought. I told her I wanted to cancel everything. She states we had to go into the store to sign paper to cancel. Went in the store and seen that the bunk bed are now half the price and show discontinued. and this was on Aug 16th. I asked how can you sell something that was discontinued and think this was okay. I was needing the bunkbed so they sold the floor model to me. Picked it up the next day. They finally schedule to deliver the mattress and dresser for Aug 27th. When the delivery people got there said that they only have the mattress and not sure when they dresser will be delivered. When I called they had it scheduled for delivery on the 15th of Sept. I was able to reschedule it for the 3rd of Sept. Then they tried to pull the payment out for everything (remember I removed the bunk bed off because I purchased the floor model instead). The lady from the store called and said that we were late on the payment. Told her we were not making a payment until they corrected it as I never received the bunk bed because its not available until 2029 and I bought the floor model instead. That the company claimed that day it was fixed. After two or three weeks they finally pulled their head out and figured it out. This place is a joke and will never buy from them again. I they never offered any credit or anything for the bs we have had to deal with. Bought the furniture a month a head to make sure it would be delivered on time. And was nothing but a headache. Also to head. They automatically address a warranty price onto my price without myself or my husband know. When I got home I looked at the receipt and I asked him if he added this he said no he didn't know what I was talking about. I called the store and asked to have that removed. Also, they claim from delivery however they also charged a delivery fee of 300. Stay away not worth it. I would also like to add that WENDY the Acima person in their store. Dont do it. She wont help you when there is an issue with your purchase and wont let you speak.

FINAL UPDATE 9/20 Well my refund is in my bank account. Took 18 days to complete what should have been a very basic routine procedure. No one needs to do this kind of review just to get what they are due. So do your homework, like I should have done, and see what other problems customers have had. Retailer, restaurants, car dealers or home services, look them up. Good luck out there. Remember it is a dog eat dog world out there so don't be the one wearing milk bone underwear. UPDATE 9/17 Just got off the phone with a customer service rep. THEY have not fixed THEIR problem with inventory/recordkeeping. The rep admitted i did not rec the chair and yet their policy won't give my money back until they get someone in some warehouse to click on a computer screen to say it wasn't delivered. What a complete CF. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! UPDATE 9/15 Received a voicemaul yesterday, Sunday 9/14. Could hardly hear the msg. It was from the customer service dept I think. The lady gave me the same thing I have heard for a couple of weeks now so I won't bother to write it down again. Suffice to say no refund of my money or if they can even find the chair that was supposedly delivered to me. DO NOT SHOP WITH THESE PEOPLE! READ THE AI COMPILATION OF THE REVIEWS! UPDATE 09/13 Got an email today, from the store owner, saying that he understands my frustration. Out on a limb here but I just don't think he does. Provided a number so I can talk to him and resolve this. Went to the customer support team, not the owner. The nice young lady said she will address this and gave me a ticket number to refer to, just like the nice lady did yesterday. Only yesterday she didn't give me a ticket number and turns out did not refer my complaint to anyone. Just the same foolishness I have had since this started 12 day ago. My advice to you do not do business with this company. If you have any problem you will be ignored. UPDATE Got text today, 9/12 thanking me for my review. I can only assume they are using an automated robot. Still no call from the refund people. UDATE Called yesterday, 9/11, and got the same response from the young lady on the phone. On the phone 40 minutes, mostly on hold and got the same answer. I should hear from the refund people within 24 hours. Asked to transfer to the mysterious refund people and was told they can't do that. Apparently the refund department can only receive calls on the special Ashley Service System phone. I purchased a recliner on 9/1 of this year. The salesman i had was great so this rating has absolutely no reflection on him. None. My circumstances for purchasing the recliner change so I called 9/2 to cancel delivery scheduled for 9/4. I was told it was canceled and someone from another department would contact me in 24 hours about the refund. I called the next day and checked on the delivery and it was still scheduled. I spoke with someone again and was told the same thing, canceled and would get a phone call in 24 hrs. Next day and the chair is still scheduled for delivery. Another call to Ashley. The person said are you sure it wasn't delivered. What? Yes I am sure. Well she said it will be canceled and once again a phone call would come within 24 hrs about the refund. Today is 9/11. No call. I called again same song and dance. The very nice girl on the phone said there was a survey if I would like to participate. I did and after noting I was unsatisfied was asked to hold on for a representative to speak to. Waited 10 minutes and no answer. Hung up and wrote this review. Let me be clear the store staff was great, the phone reps I spoke with were polite but obviously there is a problem with the communication links in this corporation. Ashley's seems to be like every other retailer we have to deal with. Too big and the customer is lost in the in the drive to make more money and to MAYBE take care of the customer if time permits.

Sales associate was friendly and helpful finding us the perfect nightstand set. I thought I wanted a mixed set, one with a cubby but went with a matching pair of wood stands. Quality looks good for a medium priced set. Sales associate was tall and walked a little fast for some people. Being in my 60s I got a short workout keeping up.

If I could give no stars I would. The absolute worse. Ordered my sectional last week and was told it would be delivered today. After giving my old one away this past weekend, I get a call this morning informing one the pieces is on backorder. No communication until today. Wasn't even Ashely that called but the delivery company they contracted to ask if I still wanted it. I literally have my sons 21st birthday party this weekend and guest will have nowhere to sit. The only thing they offered was 5% off. What a joke, buy your furniture elsewhere!

Ashley Furniture, Tyler TX - Purchased from them 18 months ago (with everything having a insurance policy). Both units failed ( electrically) and parts where no longer available to repair. Ashley replaced at no charge. I would highly recommend thus company to anyone who is looking for furniture. Integrity/honesty rates at 100%.

Walked in to see about ordering a nightstand that matched a bed frame we recently purchased on sale online at Ashley. The night stand was no longer on sale and we wanted to see about promotions in store. Right away they were helpful and explained that online sales are different than in store. The manager stepped in and offered to honor the online price. Will return for future purchases. Fast and friendly!

My husband and I decided to visit Ashley Store in Tyler for the first time last week to look at bedroom furniture. Upon entering the store we were never asked if we needed help finding anything.There were people that worked there waking around with tablets in there hands. After not being acknowledged by any of the sale associates we made the decision to leave and take our business elsewhere. We were really disappointed in the customer service!!!!

The store location itself was great. The company as a whole, horrible. We shopped there for the first and last time ever in May of 2025. Bought a $750 chair from them that came with issues. It was nothing like the chair I tested in the store. I tried to give it some time to see if the kinks would work themselves out but the issues only got worse! The chair is impossible to lay back in as it shoots up with the slightest of movements, the feather pillows that serve as the arms, lose their shape quickly, it clicks, creaks, and squeaks incessantly despite our efforts to lubricate it. We had paid for the warranty which was a joke!! Apparently the warranty doesn’t cover shotty craftsmanship—says so specifically in the fine print that they fail to tell you when purchasing. So, needless to say, we are stuck with a chair I despise and we will NEVER shop at another Ashley Furniture store again

I had a very good experience with the Ashley representative. Newt Patridge met me as I entered the store. They had the bedroom set on display that I was hoping to get delivered on the day of my move to my new home. He was able to tell me that it was in stock at their Fort Worth warehouse and could be delivered within seven days. I had been concerned that it could take several weeks before it could be delivered. He was also able to look up a dining room set I wanted. It was also available. Newt was very knowledgeable about the items I purchased. He answered my questions easily and reviewed my purchase details with me. He was so easy to work with. No pressure sales. Easy going and very pleasant. This is the third time I've purchased from Ashley and recommend them highly.

Take your business elsewhere. Nothing but problems after paying. Delivery was rescheduled twice the day before it was supposed to occur. Then they didn’t deliver the entire order yet never notified us that any product was back ordered. I’m livid. Now our kids can’t even use their beds with zero clarity on when the remainder of the order will be delivered. I’ll never shop at Ashley again.

Customer service is poor. Initially I came into the store to get ideas. I told the guy I didn’t want to purchase anything. He insisted and followed us around the store. I told him we would be back on a certain day. He accidentally text me on that day “This customer is supposed to come back but don’t hold your breathe .” I ignored it We came back to make a purchase. I placed an order with my mom paying half for my housewarming gift. The sales lady told me that I could do partial finance and partial cash. After paying $1500 cash, she told me I could not finance the rest. My mother was going to come back the next day and bring the remaining amount cash because the credit union had closed and couldn’t up her limit. I decided to cancel the transaction because I didn’t want the couch anymore. (This was a HEADACHE. Customer service gave me the run around for about three weeks.) I came back into the store because I changed my mind and decided to go with the same couch. The sales lady happened to be there and she pulled the guy that was helping me to the side and told him something..you can always tell when someone is talking about you because they looked. Then they high fived. We brought it to his attention that we knew she was talking about us and he was literally speechless to the point he was almost stuttering. Needless to say I canceled this transaction too and went with Haverty’s. A little more expensive but customer service was TOP NOTCH. Also, if you go into Ashley’s you can find the same products online CHEAPER. They raise the prices in store for commission. They also force the $349 delivery and warranty on you so they can get the commission for it. We were told this would “make the price cheaper” which doesn’t make sense at all.

Payed for a recliner for my elderly mother & they keep changing her delivery date! It’s BS! We have bought several things from there! But No more!!!

First, good luck getting to anyone at the store. You get the call center who provides no help and will not refer your concern to a supervisor. I went personally to the store and spoke with the manager he guaranteed he would try to assist with their Dallas Distribution center but regardless he would contact me to let me know if he was successful. He basically just told me what I wanted I wanted to hear to get me out of the store. Still no resolution.

Repeat business after a warranty claim on furniture purchased in Jan ‘24. Couldn’t ask for better customer care! Morrigan McClung took great care of us and make sure the replacement furniture purchased under the warranty claim suited our needs. He also arranged for a new warranty for the replacement furniture and included delivery for a price under our warranty replacement claim. Ashley will have our repeat business. Morrigan is great with customers!

Went in yesterday searching for a firm mattress, wife and I. We had searched two days prior, and felt a little drained. Then a salesman came and I thought here comes another pushy team dude looking to make a buck!! Was i surprised to find out- not the case at all. This guy's name was Rodger, he was very down to earth and personable! We came on an early Friday morning when they opened up the only customers there were me and my daughter I came looking for specific item. It was a new mattress set, that was on sale. Roger was our salesperson. I had not dealt with him before at the store he was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and very attentive without being pushing. He immediately located the mattress that I wanted and offered to look at anything else. Ashley's was having a big sale. I am on a tight budget and I appreciate Ashley's sale. Their discounted Furniture area had love seat that I had always wanted to buy which was going to be discontinued so they marked it half price. However I didn't have a truck to get it with. Roger helped me locate a man named Omar who does special deliveries privately, contacted privately listed with the Ashley company. I was able to get my love seat that very day and the private delivery service was excellent you couldn't meet a nicer set of people very clean very neat very quick and very courteous. My mattress set was scheduled to be delivered Within 10 days to my home. Other companies have taken several weeks to get just one item. I'm loving our experience with Ashley Furniture. We will return and tell all our friends. Thanks again Roger you're the greatest. SS P.S.. my daughter also purchased a beautiful entertainment center that was on sale, right after my purchase.

The worst experience ever. I have ordered a home full of furniture and only 3 pieces arrived and I have now been calling for 1 week and crickets. No information is availe as to when or a scheduled date. The sales rep Amy is great but enough is enough. I had someone sit all day at the house for only 3 items. No furniture to sit on and no beds to sleep on. HORRIBLE I do not recommend at this point.

We came in to look around at couches for our living room and we found a couch set that was really cute! It was a little pricey, but John helped to get us a great deal on the set and was very nice the whole process. We had to change out one of the couch pieces for a recliner the day after we finalized everything, but John was super understanding and helped us get a good price on the recliner! We will definitely be coming back and having John help us again.

Me and my husband came in looking for a new bed frame and mattress. Amy greeted us when we came in and gave us the rundown on their current sales and left us to shop! She was so helpful and informative when we looked at mattresses. She was fun to talk to and knowledgeable in all aspects. We’ll definitely come back to do business with her!

Update 8/1/25 as promised if ever fixed: After review and letter to regional and CEO, John our original sales person reached out. He deeply apologized and ordered our loveseat. The only problem was “they were going to have to build one new at factory and it could take up to 8-16 weeks more”. Again I didn’t feel it was John’s fault. He gave great service and did what he said and the regional or CEO never called or emailed or offered a dime for our trouble…Finally, after more calls the manager called me, but got involved and backed John up and we’ve finally received our delivery and they took the full size couch. So far so good with the loveseat. It is comfy and seems sturdy. I’m praying it was all a glitch but the manager had already paid commission and gotten it out of inventory. I truly think they thought we’d go away. But it was a battle start to finish. Sad it took so much stress and arguing, to get them to do the right thing! It took 4 -5 months to get corrected. 🛋️😔 If I could live zero stars I would. I ordered a loveseat from the Ashley store in Tyler in March 2025. Justin and John helped with order and I thought they did well at the time in helping me. I paid for it along with the expensive warranty and “White glove service delivery”. The delivery guys did good at not damaging walls or furniture but as they started assembly and removed plastic we noticed it was the couch and not the loveseat. We told the delivery crew immediately and they gave us a number to call. They insisted on leaving it “so we'd have something to sit on until the new delivery arrived” even though we told them it was incorrect. I called the customer service number the delivery team gave me within minutes of departure and the customer service lady assured me we would be taken care of. Now three weeks later over a dozen calls & emails, they always say someone will call (they never do) and refuse to make this right. It is not! We’ve been nice, patient, and also a very good customer as we’ve purchased bedroom suits, living room suits, recliners, chairs, and a dining table over the years. I'm appalled that their management won't refund our money or fix this issue! They’ve lied and cheated, and I suppose they hope we will just go away and live with something that doesn't fit our space or our needs. I'm waiting for their Vice President -Doug Whitwork to call and fix this issue. I wouldn't trust this company any longer to purchase anything. Sadly, they don't care about anything but meeting their sales quota and the commission and bonuses I'm told. I truly wish I would have spent the thousands I've invested with them over the years into a better company that cares about the satisfaction of their repeat customers. They've lost my business as they still refuse to make this right. If they do, I'll gladly update my review. Also, sadly they let AI to be your service rep and it just sends you in circles. I'm deeply hurt that I just wasted thousands on their products and still do not have the loveseat I purchased! Don't waste you money or time with this company. They will not stand by their word and they only care about commission.

I know being professional doesn’t always mean fun but boy did I have a BLAST, with John and Eli! They were an absolutely amazing team and helped me find exactly what I desired. The sales lady Donna did great. Problems with the computer concerns me. Had to fix issues. And I don't understand the high shipping when a customer doesn't have the option to pick up. Maybe better discounts on the furniture if you have to pay to have it shipped or go back to giving the customer a choice of pick up or shipping.

Save yourself the frustration and Go anywhere else but ASHLEY FURNITURE. I'm not super fluent in interior design and I knew what I wanted but not how to tell him and he was able to walk us around and help us find a couch in budget that would hold up against our dogs and right in my style. Super super happy with the purchase and I never felt pressured or like he was hovering, I felt like I was chatting with a buddy and happened to find a couch I loved. When we furnish our new house we will absolutely be coming back to Roger! I hope he gets a pay bump or a big perk because he was fantastic. Last week we spent $7k on a power reclining couch & loveseat from Ashley with a $500 white glove delivery. It was delivered Jan 31st at 1 pm. Upon arrival we learned we were not sold the correct accessories to power our couch. The men delivering the couches spoke 0 English (which normally isn't a major issue) but couldn't help us troubleshoot the problem at all so we were left with an expensive couch we couldn't really use. We went to Ashley & were told to call the VIP number, they told us that was an in store issue & to speak to a manager. The manager told us basically they couldn't help us at all other than send us the accessories we should have had the 1st time and she can maybe give us a gift card. We get home & the accessories only work half the couch. Went back up today and after we told them we really needed a refund on the delivery because at this point we have spent several hours & now 3 trips to Ashley in 48 hours we were basically told too bad that isn't their problem and customer service at corporate tells us it is an in store issue. Pretty much no one is willing to take responsibility on a fairly simple complaint nor did they offer even to send help to fix the issue only maybe give us a gift card that we can't use because I've full furnished my home from Ashley in the past 3 years. Guess we will be using Havertys from now on. Very disappointed in our salesman Mark who told basically acted like this wasn't a big deal, I guess he made his commission so his job is "done" even if the customer is extremely unhappy.

First of all, they NEED more sales people here, they are highly under staffed, we were not able to make a purchase!! Secondly, they need to coach their manager, Marco on professionalism, what a angry guy, complaining about his boss, some guy named mike and wanting another job. Poor guy, hope he gets one.

I had been looking at a sectional online. I went in to see it in person. My sales guy, Newt, was awesome. We sat on the sectional and talked about it for a while. I'm hoping it goes as smoothly as buying it did!

I could not be more dissatisfied with my experience. After paying for a full bedroom set only a dresser was provided. When we reached back out for clarification a second delivery was scheduled. The day of delivery no one showed up or contacted us. We reached back out to the company and scheduled yet again another delivery. The day of delivery yet again the delivery team was a no call no show. We reached out again, to discover our bedroom set, which was allegedly in Ashley’s warehouse, had been discontinued. Each time we’ve had to reach out ourselves with empty promises of call backs. Now we are awaiting our refund after being told it would be all together and it’s been split into multiple payments. They refuse to give our money back until they come to pick up their dresser (which they shouldn’t have delivered without the rest of the set)and even though it’s scheduled they refuse to give us our money even though we had to pay before receiving product from them. Three months since we first ordered. We thought Ashley was a good company, now I wouldn’t even purchase a dog house from here. I guess I’ll be waiting for my four thousand dollars to be returned , without a bedroom set. Such a massive waste of time, energy, and resources on our part. Such crooks.

My experience shopping at the Ashley Store in Tyler, Tx. was great. I went in looking for a particular sofa and left with a much better selection for me. Not to mention a great queen bed and box spring. John Hart was super helpful, knowledgeable and easy to work with. Paid $500 for a couch warranty and it is a huge time consuming nightmare to try to get a hold of these people to get any sort of repair scheduled. They are happy to take your money for the warranty, but I’ve never seen a group of people drag their feet so hard when actually trying to fulfill the warranty. Since they were unable to fulfill our warranty, we’ve reached out to them for a refund approximately 30 times with a cancellation number and have yet to receive our money back after about a year of trying. Overall, kind of a crooked corporate set up that makes it easy for them to take your money, but impossible to get it back in the most dishonest of ways.

Our experience at Ashley Homestore was great! We appreciate our sales person Mark for all his help,and his patience. We definitely recommend this furniture store for all your living space needs.
