Newt was super amazing to work with. Very down to earth guy. He knew all the different types of furniture (we were buying bedroom full set, kitchen table and sofas) even down to all the different mattresses he knew! His manager was super helpful as well- I didn't catch his name but Newt was a popular guy with a lot of customers wanting him- his manager stepped right in and was awesome too. We are happy with our furniture and will be using Newt again in the future.

Found a few couches online and it said view them in store at Tyler tx, drove there and had nothing I saw online and nothing I was looking for.

We had a great experience at Tyler Ashley store. They showed us some furniture after we told him what we were interested in, then left us alone to look n try things out. They would check now n then to see if we had any questions. Once we decided the check out was fast. The delivery went great. The two guys that brought it were fast and showed us everything about using our couches.

My wife and I purchased a table from Ashley Furniture with a delivery date scheduled two weeks out. That timeline was acceptable at the time of purchase. When the delivery date came and went, we received no table and no communication of any kind. We were the ones who had to reach out to find out what happened. Only after contacting Ashley Furniture were we informed that the delivery had been rescheduled without any notification to us. There was no phone call, no email, and no attempt to inform us of the change. Due to this lack of reliability and communication, we made the decision to purchase a table from a different company. Since that point, I have been trying to obtain a refund for nearly a full month. At the store level, we are repeatedly told that the issue sits with the finance department and that the sales department has no involvement. Most concerning is being told that our refund request has been sitting in an individual’s inbox for almost a month without authorization. This raises serious concerns about how refunds are handled internally. It is difficult to understand what the finance support team is doing if a refund can sit untouched for weeks. It is equally troubling that a customer refund can be delayed simply because it is waiting in someone’s inbox with no follow up, no escalation, and no accountability. Throughout this process, the burden has been placed entirely on us as the customer to chase updates and demand action. This entire experience, from the missed delivery to the complete lack of communication and now an unreasonably delayed refund, has been completely unacceptable. We have lost confidence in Ashley Furniture’s ability to manage even basic customer service responsibilities, and as a result, we will not be making any future purchases with your company. At this point, we are asking for what should have already been completed weeks ago. We expect immediate authorization and processing of our refund, along with confirmation that this matter has been resolved. This situation should never have reached this level of frustration, and the lack of urgency displayed so far has only made it worse.
