Justin was great and helped us a ton, even stayed late to make sure we were 100% satisfied with our items we ordered.

We were looking for a new couch. We were helped by the staff and we missed an area of the store where we found our couch! The process was easy and the staff were very helpful.

I came in with what I had in mind to purchase and that was a Queen bed for my son. I got a steal on a Hot Buy. Roger greeted me promptly when I came into the store. Roger was able to sell me the queen bed, add a protection plan, and delivery within the same week! Thank you Roger for not having to meet Winnie “my mom” lol. Glad I was able to purchase the same day! Go shop with him!

I had a very good experience with the Ashley representative. Newt Patridge met me as I entered the store. They had the bedroom set on display that I was hoping to get delivered on the day of my move to my new home. He was able to tell me that it was in stock at their Fort Worth warehouse and could be delivered within seven days. I had been concerned that it could take several weeks before it could be delivered. He was also able to look up a dining room set I wanted. It was also available. Newt was very knowledgeable about the items I purchased. He answered my questions easily and reviewed my purchase details with me. He was so easy to work with. No pressure sales. Easy going and very pleasant. This is the third time I've purchased from Ashley and recommend them highly.

Take your business elsewhere. Nothing but problems after paying. Delivery was rescheduled twice the day before it was supposed to occur. Then they didn’t deliver the entire order yet never notified us that any product was back ordered. I’m livid. Now our kids can’t even use their beds with zero clarity on when the remainder of the order will be delivered. I’ll never shop at Ashley again.

Customer service is poor. Initially I came into the store to get ideas. I told the guy I didn’t want to purchase anything. He insisted and followed us around the store. I told him we would be back on a certain day. He accidentally text me on that day “This customer is supposed to come back but don’t hold your breathe .” I ignored it We came back to make a purchase. I placed an order with my mom paying half for my housewarming gift. The sales lady told me that I could do partial finance and partial cash. After paying $1500 cash, she told me I could not finance the rest. My mother was going to come back the next day and bring the remaining amount cash because the credit union had closed and couldn’t up her limit. I decided to cancel the transaction because I didn’t want the couch anymore. (This was a HEADACHE. Customer service gave me the run around for about three weeks.) I came back into the store because I changed my mind and decided to go with the same couch. The sales lady happened to be there and she pulled the guy that was helping me to the side and told him something..you can always tell when someone is talking about you because they looked. Then they high fived. We brought it to his attention that we knew she was talking about us and he was literally speechless to the point he was almost stuttering. Needless to say I canceled this transaction too and went with Haverty’s. A little more expensive but customer service was TOP NOTCH. Also, if you go into Ashley’s you can find the same products online CHEAPER. They raise the prices in store for commission. They also force the $349 delivery and warranty on you so they can get the commission for it. We were told this would “make the price cheaper” which doesn’t make sense at all.

Payed for a recliner for my elderly mother & they keep changing her delivery date! It’s BS! We have bought several things from there! But No more!!!

First, good luck getting to anyone at the store. You get the call center who provides no help and will not refer your concern to a supervisor. I went personally to the store and spoke with the manager he guaranteed he would try to assist with their Dallas Distribution center but regardless he would contact me to let me know if he was successful. He basically just told me what I wanted I wanted to hear to get me out of the store. Still no resolution.

Repeat business after a warranty claim on furniture purchased in Jan ‘24. Couldn’t ask for better customer care! Morrigan McClung took great care of us and make sure the replacement furniture purchased under the warranty claim suited our needs. He also arranged for a new warranty for the replacement furniture and included delivery for a price under our warranty replacement claim. Ashley will have our repeat business. Morrigan is great with customers!

Very satisfied with our service and the attention that Amy gave us. She is the manager and I highly recommend only going to her. She makes sure that she finds exactly what you are looking for and within the price range too. Her professionalism, expertise and just willingness to help and patience were so much appreciated as we shopped for our new couch. Went in yesterday searching for a firm mattress, wife and I. We had searched two days prior, and felt a little drained. Then a salesman came and I thought here comes another pushy team dude looking to make a buck!! Was i surprised to find out- not the case at all. This guy's name was Rodger, he was very down to earth and personable! Not only did he land the mattress we so desperately needed and wanted, but it almost made us feel as if we got away with something. Anyway he's the type of guy you would want to sit around, and hang with Thank you So Much Rodger!

We purchased a package today of a split King bed from one of your sales people MOE in Tyler. he was an excellent salesman. he didn't push any product or any additions to the product that we ended up selecting. he was gracious stayed back when he knew my husband and I were talking about what we wanted. he showed us all the possibilities that were available in the store from the description we gave him. we ended up spending $10,000 and feel that this investment is better than any investment we could have made at this time because it is going to affect our health and our sleep and improve our lives dramatically. we can't wait until June when the product is all delivered and installed in our home and we're ready to start getting better every which way. we thank you for your product and we sincerely thank you for MOE. We came on an early Friday morning when they opened up the only customers there were me and my daughter I came looking for specific item. It was a new mattress set, that was on sale. Roger was our salesperson. I had not dealt with him before at the store he was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and very attentive without being pushing. He immediately located the mattress that I wanted and offered to look at anything else. Ashley's was having a big sale. I am on a tight budget and I appreciate Ashley's sale. Their discounted Furniture area had love seat that I had always wanted to buy which was going to be discontinued so they marked it half price. However I didn't have a truck to get it with. Roger helped me locate a man named Omar who does special deliveries privately, contacted privately listed with the Ashley company. I was able to get my love seat that very day and the private delivery service was excellent you couldn't meet a nicer set of people very clean very neat very quick and very courteous. My mattress set was scheduled to be delivered Within 10 days to my home. Other companies have taken several weeks to get just one item. I'm loving our experience with Ashley Furniture. We will return and tell all our friends. Thanks again Roger you're the greatest. SS P.S.. my daughter also purchased a beautiful entertainment center that was on sale, right after my purchase.

As a result he was able to explain the pros/cons (very few cons) so that we could practically apply the type of furniture in our home. We are grateful for the experience and the value. We left the showroom floor blessed and genuinely excited about seeing our purchase in our living room.

Furniture is great but the delivery guy did not take the boxes the furniture was delivered in. My trash company will not pick them up. I tried to call the company and selling agent but response. Quite disappointing.

The worst experience ever. I have ordered a home full of furniture and only 3 pieces arrived and I have now been calling for 1 week and crickets. No information is availe as to when or a scheduled date. The sales rep Amy is great but enough is enough. I had someone sit all day at the house for only 3 items. No furniture to sit on and no beds to sleep on. HORRIBLE I do not recommend at this point.

Last time we came here we had a horrible experience, but not today! Our salesperson, Newt, was absolutely amazing. He found us a great deal that matched what I wanted as well as what my wife wanted while staying within our price range. He heard us, didn't try to sell us anything crazy, and worked with us to close the deal. You need more salesman like Newt, and less of those "alpha male gigachads" sitting on their asses at the front.

If you are looking for quality, brand name furniture at a terrific price then you need to head to Ashley Furniture. The salespeople are so helpful and welcoming. Mo assisted us with our purchase and was great in handling the purchase of it. My family will be shopping there again.

I had a most patient and thorough sales lady, "CAT". I'm disabled and she sat in furniture,leaned back n recliners, etc. she didn't mind helping me pick just the right living RM suit.Very satisfied w deal she made for me. I highly recommend Ashley furniture and CAT as sales lady!

We came in to look around at couches for our living room and we found a couch set that was really cute! It was a little pricey, but John helped to get us a great deal on the set and was very nice the whole process. We had to change out one of the couch pieces for a recliner the day after we finalized everything, but John was super understanding and helped us get a good price on the recliner! We will definitely be coming back and having John help us again.

Me and my husband came in looking for a new bed frame and mattress. Amy greeted us when we came in and gave us the rundown on their current sales and left us to shop! She was so helpful and informative when we looked at mattresses. She was fun to talk to and knowledgeable in all aspects. We’ll definitely come back to do business with her!

If I could live zero stars I would. I ordered a loveseat from the Ashley store in Tyler in March 2025. Justin and John helped with order and I thought they did well at the time in helping me. I paid for it along with the expensive warranty and “White glove service delivery”. The delivery guys did good at not damaging walls or furniture but as they started assembly and removed plastic we noticed it was the couch and not the loveseat. We told the delivery crew immediately and they gave us a number to call. They insisted on leaving it “so we'd have something to sit on until the new delivery arrived” even though we told them it was incorrect. I called the customer service number the delivery team gave me within minutes of departure and the customer service lady assured me we would be taken care of. Now three weeks later over a dozen calls & emails, they always say someone will call (they never do) and refuse to make this right. It is not! We’ve been nice, patient, and also a very good customer as we’ve purchased bedroom suits, living room suits, recliners, chairs, and a dining table over the years. I'm appalled that their management won't refund our money or fix this issue! They’ve lied and cheated, and I suppose they hope we will just go away and live with something that doesn't fit our space or our needs. I'm waiting for their Vice President -Doug Whitwork to call and fix this issue. I wouldn't trust this company any longer to purchase anything. Sadly, they don't care about anything but meeting their sales quota and the commission and bonuses I'm told. I truly wish I would have spent the thousands I've invested with them over the years into a better company that cares about the satisfaction of their repeat customers. They've lost my business as they still refuse to make this right. If they do, I'll gladly update my review. Also, sadly they let AI to be your service rep and it just sends you in circles. I'm deeply hurt that I just wasted thousands on their products and still do not have the loveseat I purchased! Don't waste you money or time with this company. They will not stand by their word and they only care about commission.

I know being professional doesn’t always mean fun but boy did I have a BLAST, with John and Eli! They were an absolutely amazing team and helped me find exactly what I desired. The sales lady Donna did great. Problems with the computer concerns me. Had to fix issues. And I don't understand the high shipping when a customer doesn't have the option to pick up. Maybe better discounts on the furniture if you have to pay to have it shipped or go back to giving the customer a choice of pick up or shipping.

Update: Purchased from Tyler store two leather power reclining sofas, both were delivered damaged with the power reclining footrest is damaged. I have had an open claim for 2 months now and Ashley still hasn't repaired or replaced the sofas. Their customer service for the claims department SUCKS. Save yourself the frustration and Go anywhere else but ASHLEY FURNITURE. They have lost me buying anything else for as long as I live and I will be vocal to anyone that will listen NOT TO SHOP with this sorry company. BUYER BEWARE

We purchased some furniture for our house when we recently moved to tyler. The sales person sold us $450 worth of extended warranty saying that if we don’t use the extended warranty in next 5 years we can redeem it for the full price towards the purchase of furniture. 5 years down the road, went to get a furniture and some other sales person after confirming with his manager told me that I’ll have to purchase minimum $500 worth of furniture at full price. I would have ended up paying significant amount out of pocket as a full price item purchase or pay $50 and buy some of their every overpriced wall arts that would be not worth my additional $50. Ended up losing my $450 because of their non transparent business practices. You lost my business forever. Why would you give the phone number 866-787-7930 that y’all don’t respond to? It should be the number that actually is taking customer complaint. Called/texted on the number provided and received no response.

I'm not super fluent in interior design and I knew what I wanted but not how to tell him and he was able to walk us around and help us find a couch in budget that would hold up against our dogs and right in my style. Last week we spent $7k on a power reclining couch & loveseat from Ashley with a $500 white glove delivery. It was delivered Jan 31st at 1 pm. Upon arrival we learned we were not sold the correct accessories to power our couch. The men delivering the couches spoke 0 English (which normally isn't a major issue) but couldn't help us troubleshoot the problem at all so we were left with an expensive couch we couldn't really use. We went to Ashley & were told to call the VIP number, they told us that was an in store issue & to speak to a manager. The manager told us basically they couldn't help us at all other than send us the accessories we should have had the 1st time and she can maybe give us a gift card. We get home & the accessories only work half the couch. Went back up today and after we told them we really needed a refund on the delivery because at this point we have spent several hours & now 3 trips to Ashley in 48 hours we were basically told too bad that isn't their problem and customer service at corporate tells us it is an in store issue. Pretty much no one is willing to take responsibility on a fairly simple complaint nor did they offer even to send help to fix the issue only maybe give us a gift card that we can't use because I've full furnished my home from Ashley in the past 3 years. Guess we will be using Havertys from now on. Very disappointed in our salesman Mark who told basically acted like this wasn't a big deal, I guess he made his commission so his job is "done" even if the customer is extremely unhappy.

First of all, they NEED more sales people here, they are highly under staffed, we were not able to make a purchase!! Secondly, they need to coach their manager, Marco on professionalism, what a angry guy, complaining about his boss, some guy named mike and wanting another job. Poor guy, hope he gets one.

I had been looking at a sectional online. I went in to see it in person. My sales guy, Newt, was awesome. We sat on the sectional and talked about it for a while. I'm hoping it goes as smoothly as buying it did!

I could not be more dissatisfied with my experience. After paying for a full bedroom set only a dresser was provided. When we reached back out for clarification a second delivery was scheduled. The day of delivery no one showed up or contacted us. We reached back out to the company and scheduled yet again another delivery. The day of delivery yet again the delivery team was a no call no show. We reached out again, to discover our bedroom set, which was allegedly in Ashley’s warehouse, had been discontinued. Each time we’ve had to reach out ourselves with empty promises of call backs. Now we are awaiting our refund after being told it would be all together and it’s been split into multiple payments. They refuse to give our money back until they come to pick up their dresser (which they shouldn’t have delivered without the rest of the set)and even though it’s scheduled they refuse to give us our money even though we had to pay before receiving product from them. Three months since we first ordered. We thought Ashley was a good company, now I wouldn’t even purchase a dog house from here. I guess I’ll be waiting for my four thousand dollars to be returned , without a bedroom set. Such a massive waste of time, energy, and resources on our part. Such crooks.

Paid $500 for a couch warranty and it is a huge time consuming nightmare to try to get a hold of these people to get any sort of repair scheduled. They are happy to take your money for the warranty, but I’ve never seen a group of people drag their feet so hard when actually trying to fulfill the warranty. Since they were unable to fulfill our warranty, we’ve reached out to them for a refund approximately 30 times with a cancellation number and have yet to receive our money back after about a year of trying. Overall, kind of a crooked corporate set up that makes it easy for them to take your money, but impossible to get it back in the most dishonest of ways.

Our experience at Ashley Homestore was great! We appreciate our sales person Mark for all his help,and his patience. We definitely recommend this furniture store for all your living space needs.

I spent $1000 with this company contact them three days after purchasing the mattress there was no longer good, and they practically slapped me in the face with a smile and told me there was nothing that I could do about it. Our family has order from Ashley’s before but was very disappointed in the service we received during our most recent order. It has been problem after problem! First they did not attach a phone number to my order, they apologized and corrected. I started to receive automated messages let me know my items were ready for delivery but then was told the system should not have reached out because my items were indeed not in stock yet. After the second time of being scheduled with my items not being here, I reached out to the Tyler store to speak to management. I called 3 times (two separate days) leaving a message for the manager Holly with no answer or call back. After the third call, Holly finally got on the call to start our conversation with “Yes Mrs. Martinez I am aware of your issues and have not called due to not having an answer to give you”. I asked when should I expect an answer or idea of when my items would be here or to simply stop receiving auto messaging urging me to schedule my delivery, she had no answer. A week later and after reaches out again to be told there is still no answers, she calls back to let me know my items are in and ready for delivery. I made sure to ask “are you sure all of my items are in” since I did not want a partial order. Delivery day today, guess what? I got 4 out of 6 pieces in my order. No one can give me straight answers. Everyone claims it is someone else’s fault. After an almost $4k order, I am HIGHLY disappointed with the lack of communication within the company and the ability to give me a straight answers.

First off, I needed a couch, and I needed one before June 30th, because it was our plan to have family stay with us from out of state and needed an extra place to sleep and places to sit down. We just moved into our home and don't have much of anything. Now, I know before June 30th was unrealistic, which is why we shopped at 8 different furniture stores (and online) to see different options and prices. We decided to buy a large grey sectional, that we found online, for a lower price than in store. My wife and I have been saving up and had a budget of $3,000. When we saw this couch online it was $2,499 and with taxes, and Ashley's delivery fees it turned out to be $3039, perfect! NOT. We went to check out online and when we put in our delivery address with a different zip code than the suggested closest store it kicked us out and said the price had changed. The price changed by $350 dollars!! I contacted live support and they were worthless saying they couldn't do anything about it, but kept pushing that if I was military I'd get 5% off, after I already told them repeatedly that I was not. The total price was $3,578 with just this change. No longer even close to an option for us. We were super bummed and kept shopping around. Finally after all of our shopping we decided to visit the actual Ashley Store before we made a choice. First off, we were approached by John. There was nothing we could do or say AND be polite at the same time to get this guy to leave us alone. I mean, props to him for being a great salesman, but my wife and I were not able to sit and look around at what we wanted to because John was too busy taking us couch to couch and telling us novels of all the great things about them after we had already told him it was the wrong TYPE of couch and the wrong MATERIAL that we wanted. We felt so cornered that we actually found the same couch that was online that we wanted, but left so that we could get away from John. Another day we went back in, eager to try the couch that we wanted, without someone staring us down or pressuring us, and we tried to strategically sneak around corners so that we weren't seen by anyone. A sweet lady named Amy came up to us and asked if she could help. We told her we were looking at rugs, to get her off our back, and she said to let her know if we needed help. We finally made it to this couch, by ourselves, alone, unbothered, and who comes around the corner? JOHN! & to top it off guess who else came around the corner? AMY. It was a very awkward ordeal and they both exchanged some words on who was going to work with us, because John explained he previously had. They both looked at us and made us choose. We said "We'll take both of you." We walked away from them so they could figure it out, and we pretended to be interested in a different couch, so we could get away from them. Finally we saw John walk away towards the front and we went back to this sectional so we could lay on it and figure out if we really wanted it. As we were sitting on it, Amy walked by. She stopped and told us "By the way, we have a sale going on for the whole store, but for Ashley Exclusives like this one it's 15 - 20 percent off." That was such good news because it meant we could afford it again, and made the decision that we wanted it. We asked her if we could work with her instead of John because we thought her personality fit better for us. She agreed and told us to call her. We called her and ordered the couch because we were sold when she told us it was a week delivery time. We got a text 2 days later asking us to pick our delivery date, and the soonest available was July 9th! We were told it would take a week. I text Amy and asked her about it and she replied "Let me look into it." I have text her two other times since and haven't gotten any type of reply yet. We went ahead and scheduled it for the 9th of July and we're pissed off. We would've gotten a different couch from Furniture Row with a better price and better warranty, but we were sold on the one week delivery! Screw this company!

I’ve been working with Amy for several months trying to find just the right furniture for my new living room. She’s been so nice and helpful and today I finally placed an order for a new modular sectional! I couldn’t be happier with the customer service she’s provided!

We went in to look at sofas and found exactly what we wanted. The salesman was fantastic and offered great advice on which would serve us the best. My only complaint would be that I never received my email receipt for my purchase.

The only reason why I've giving 5 stars is because Mark Westenmeyer. He delivered EXCELLENT customer service from A to Z. We had issues with delivery for a couple of days but Mark smoothed everything over. He listened to our needs when we arrived, was not forceful, gave us the space to make decisions, and knew all about each product. Buying furniture is an investment and I'm happy to say I will be back if Mark is my salesman. Thank you, Mark for help! You made everything so much easier on us!

I purchased a table and four chairs from Ashley in Tyler Tx in March of this year. Braylon was very helpful with all my questions, etc. (except I think the protection plan is a scam) I was very satisfied until I noticed two of the chairs weren’t level. So I contacted Braylon and he referred me to a third party and a guy came out and put pads under the legs. We wanted to exchange the chairs and the third party said no. So I called Braylon to see what our options were. I left him FOUR messages and he ghosted me! I called the store and spoke to manager Holly and she said Braylon was wrong to do that and she would check on it and call me back. She never called me back. I will never shop at Ashley again. They’re good apparently until you have a problem.

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE‼️ If I could give a zero start review I would. I went to the store to order a table and they made a mistake and ordered me the wrong one i called immediately and told them i wanted to return that table because it was not the one i had ordered, they told me they will call me back, they never did so I went to the store and they said they couldn’t do nothing at all until the manager was back, she returned after a week and she had a very horrible attitude for no reason! I asked if I could please exchange the table or do something about it because they sent me the wrong one she refused and said did you called the return number I said nobody told me about that, I called the store and they just told me to wait for the manager she said well we are just going to have to wait for corporate and see if they approve it, I called the next day and they said no we don’t accept returns!!! Are you kidding me?!? Where in the store says no returns??? And they ordered me the wrong item NEVER BUYING HERE IN MY LIFE!!!!!!👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

He was friendly and helped us find exactly what we wanted. By far one of the most enjoyable hassle free furniture shopping experiences we have ever had.

Great service in the store which I give 5 stars, BUT the service setting up the delivery time is horrible. They never get in contact with you even when specifically asking the bot to and there is a way to get in touch with a non-bot but they never reached out to me.

Let me preface by stating that Ashley Furniture is not where we normally buy our furniture. That said the pieces we purchased worked for our needs and most importantly the price was astoundingly good!. Second only to the buying experience afforded us by “Mo” we felt no pressure, he was to the point, informed, knowledgeable and willing to find out anything if he didn’t know already. Normally I hate going into furniture stores dues to the business model.. sales people trying to make a sale and not come across as irritating or pushy, I feel for them, tough job. Again, I cannot speak for the other stores, their back office staff or any other parameter therein. I can say if you should venture into Ashley furniture in Tyler, seek his services out, you will not regret it.

My experience in purchasing a sleeper sofa from Ashley in Tyler was awesome! I stopped in the first time and spoke with Braylon Russell. He was kind, friendly and very professional. He answered all my questions, gave good suggestions and was very helpful and there was no pressure to buy. I received good customer service and that is why I returned, I could have just as easily ordered on line. However, there is nothing like good old fashioned, face to face customer service and that is why I returned a couple weeks later to purchase. I was again greeted with a smile and Braylon remembered our interaction and was quick and efficient in getting what I wanted at the right price and even acknowledged my veteran status. We just bought living room furniture. We were greeted by Justin. He welcomed us and let us browse around looking at all that was available. He checked on is just to see if we had questions. Another associate from the mattress department even joined in on our search for end tables. Even though we didn’t find the tables we bought the couches and recliner at a great price.
