I had a great experience shopping at Ashley's Homestore yesterday. Mark the Associate Sales Manager assisted me on selecting a beautiful dinning room table at a great price. Mark did not come off as one of those pushy salesman. He walked me through my entire purchase, which was quick and easy. Excellent service!!!

Great experience and service at this store. Braylon R. helped me out to furnish my new place. He was the first one to ask if I needed help and was always available for any questions and concerns. I will definitely use him again in the future.

First off, I needed a couch, and I needed one before June 30th, because it was our plan to have family stay with us from out of state and needed an extra place to sleep and places to sit down. We just moved into our home and don't have much of anything. Now, I know before June 30th was unrealistic, which is why we shopped at 8 different furniture stores (and online) to see different options and prices. We decided to buy a large grey sectional, that we found online, for a lower price than in store. My wife and I have been saving up and had a budget of $3,000. When we saw this couch online it was $2,499 and with taxes, and Ashley's delivery fees it turned out to be $3039, perfect! NOT. We went to check out online and when we put in our delivery address with a different zip code than the suggested closest store it kicked us out and said the price had changed. The price changed by $350 dollars!! I contacted live support and they were worthless saying they couldn't do anything about it, but kept pushing that if I was military I'd get 5% off, after I already told them repeatedly that I was not. The total price was $3,578 with just this change. No longer even close to an option for us. We were super bummed and kept shopping around. Finally after all of our shopping we decided to visit the actual Ashley Store before we made a choice. First off, we were approached by John. There was nothing we could do or say AND be polite at the same time to get this guy to leave us alone. I mean, props to him for being a great salesman, but my wife and I were not able to sit and look around at what we wanted to because John was too busy taking us couch to couch and telling us novels of all the great things about them after we had already told him it was the wrong TYPE of couch and the wrong MATERIAL that we wanted. We felt so cornered that we actually found the same couch that was online that we wanted, but left so that we could get away from John. Another day we went back in, eager to try the couch that we wanted, without someone staring us down or pressuring us, and we tried to strategically sneak around corners so that we weren't seen by anyone. A sweet lady named Amy came up to us and asked if she could help. We told her we were looking at rugs, to get her off our back, and she said to let her know if we needed help. We finally made it to this couch, by ourselves, alone, unbothered, and who comes around the corner? JOHN! & to top it off guess who else came around the corner? AMY. It was a very awkward ordeal and they both exchanged some words on who was going to work with us, because John explained he previously had. They both looked at us and made us choose. We said "We'll take both of you." We walked away from them so they could figure it out, and we pretended to be interested in a different couch, so we could get away from them. Finally we saw John walk away towards the front and we went back to this sectional so we could lay on it and figure out if we really wanted it. As we were sitting on it, Amy walked by. She stopped and told us "By the way, we have a sale going on for the whole store, but for Ashley Exclusives like this one it's 15 - 20 percent off." That was such good news because it meant we could afford it again, and made the decision that we wanted it. We asked her if we could work with her instead of John because we thought her personality fit better for us. She agreed and told us to call her. We called her and ordered the couch because we were sold when she told us it was a week delivery time. We got a text 2 days later asking us to pick our delivery date, and the soonest available was July 9th! We were told it would take a week. I text Amy and asked her about it and she replied "Let me look into it." I have text her two other times since and haven't gotten any type of reply yet. We went ahead and scheduled it for the 9th of July and we're pissed off. We would've gotten a different couch from Furniture Row with a better price and better warranty, but we were sold on the one week delivery! Screw this company!

I’ve been working with Amy for several months trying to find just the right furniture for my new living room. She’s been so nice and helpful and today I finally placed an order for a new modular sectional! I couldn’t be happier with the customer service she’s provided!

We went in to look at sofas and found exactly what we wanted. The salesman was fantastic and offered great advice on which would serve us the best. My only complaint would be that I never received my email receipt for my purchase.

The only reason why I've giving 5 stars is because Mark Westenmeyer. He delivered EXCELLENT customer service from A to Z. We had issues with delivery for a couple of days but Mark smoothed everything over. He listened to our needs when we arrived, was not forceful, gave us the space to make decisions, and knew all about each product. Buying furniture is an investment and I'm happy to say I will be back if Mark is my salesman. Thank you, Mark for help! You made everything so much easier on us!

I purchased a table and four chairs from Ashley in Tyler Tx in March of this year. Braylon was very helpful with all my questions, etc. (except I think the protection plan is a scam) I was very satisfied until I noticed two of the chairs weren’t level. So I contacted Braylon and he referred me to a third party and a guy came out and put pads under the legs. We wanted to exchange the chairs and the third party said no. So I called Braylon to see what our options were. I left him FOUR messages and he ghosted me! I called the store and spoke to manager Holly and she said Braylon was wrong to do that and she would check on it and call me back. She never called me back. I will never shop at Ashley again. They’re good apparently until you have a problem.

We went to buy a sofa and loveseat. Very nice experience. They were not pushy at all and it was a quick smooth process. Will def be back.

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE‼️ If I could give a zero start review I would. I went to the store to order a table and they made a mistake and ordered me the wrong one i called immediately and told them i wanted to return that table because it was not the one i had ordered, they told me they will call me back, they never did so I went to the store and they said they couldn’t do nothing at all until the manager was back, she returned after a week and she had a very horrible attitude for no reason! I asked if I could please exchange the table or do something about it because they sent me the wrong one she refused and said did you called the return number I said nobody told me about that, I called the store and they just told me to wait for the manager she said well we are just going to have to wait for corporate and see if they approve it, I called the next day and they said no we don’t accept returns!!! Are you kidding me?!? Where in the store says no returns??? And they ordered me the wrong item NEVER BUYING HERE IN MY LIFE!!!!!!👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

We have gone to this store twice this month for living room furniture and a mattress. Amy is a Rockstar and makes a very mundane task fun.

Mike was amazing. He was very helpful and informative on the showroom. He did not hover and allowed us look and talk but was within reach when we had a question. He was friendly and helped us find exactly what we wanted. By far one of the most enjoyable hassle free furniture shopping experiences we have ever had.

Great service in the store which I give 5 stars, BUT the service setting up the delivery time is horrible. They never get in contact with you even when specifically asking the bot to and there is a way to get in touch with a non-bot but they never reached out to me.

Let me preface by stating that Ashley Furniture is not where we normally buy our furniture. That said the pieces we purchased worked for our needs and most importantly the price was astoundingly good!. Second only to the buying experience afforded us by “Mo” we felt no pressure, he was to the point, informed, knowledgeable and willing to find out anything if he didn’t know already. Normally I hate going into furniture stores dues to the business model.. sales people trying to make a sale and not come across as irritating or pushy, I feel for them, tough job. Again, I cannot speak for the other stores, their back office staff or any other parameter therein. I can say if you should venture into Ashley furniture in Tyler, seek his services out, you will not regret it.

My experience in purchasing a sleeper sofa from Ashley in Tyler was awesome! I stopped in the first time and spoke with Braylon Russell. He was kind, friendly and very professional. He answered all my questions, gave good suggestions and was very helpful and there was no pressure to buy. I received good customer service and that is why I returned, I could have just as easily ordered on line. However, there is nothing like good old fashioned, face to face customer service and that is why I returned a couple weeks later to purchase. I was again greeted with a smile and Braylon remembered our interaction and was quick and efficient in getting what I wanted at the right price and even acknowledged my veteran status. We just bought living room furniture. We were greeted by Justin. He welcomed us and let us browse around looking at all that was available. He checked on is just to see if we had questions. We never felt pressured to buy anything. He helped us with our questions as well as look for end tables that would go with the couches. He helped us see if the recliner would go with the couches. Another associate from the mattress department even joined in on our search for end tables. Even though we didn’t find the tables we bought the couches and recliner at a great price. We can’t wait for our furniture to be delivered. Thank you Justin.

Purchased a couch a year ago and purchased the protection plan. They tell you it will cover damage for 5 years and all you need to do is call and get your item replaced. I had to call the warranty and they have denied my claim and now have to live with a damaged product that I can't sit on anymore. Called the store to discuss dissatisfaction and they say they have a 1 year warranty after purchase and then it is on the warranty company. We'll I am 10 days past the 1 year and denied by company when I payed over $500 for plan. Now I have an unusable couch that no one cares about because it isn't their problem.

Everyone was knowledgeable, spoke with kindness. We laughed, it was a very comfortable relaxing experience.It was also quick to pay, sign and leave. Can't wait for my furniture to arrive

I was greeted and helped with what I was looking for as soon as I walked. Very professional and friendly staff. I will ALWAYS shop Ashley's.

When I first walked into the store, there were several employees standing at the front. I walked up to the older lady in the red shirt to ask about a particular bed. I told her that I had seen the bed at another location and that I looked it up online. She stated, “The internet doesn’t know what we have in the store.” When she could not find the bed online she told me that they did not sell the item. Therefore, I ended up walking around the store to see if I could find it myself because she did not seem like she wanted to assist me. As I was walking around, Mark came up to me and asked if he could help me find anything. He went above and beyond to help me purchase the furniture that I was looking for. Because of his excellent customer service I am leaving 4 stars. I would have left 5 stars, but I do not think that the manager should have to stop what they are doing to assist customers when there were atleast 3 employees standing around not doing anything.

My husband and I went to Ashley to buy a king mattress and box spring set and a bed frame. As soon as we walked in, Donna came right over and asked how she could help. Bought a couple of dressers. Think one of the sales people was new,he kept messing up our order. But it all got done right & then some.Overall it was all good. Items was delivered,one of them had corner broke off. But called & they r going to replace it..Love our dressers,well made.Definently will buy from them again.

On October 11, 2023 we were Looking for a specific table/cabinet. Sales associate was patient and showed us several units and just as we were ready to call the battle, we found one that should work very well. We ordered it and paid for it and asked if they could hold it and was told no problem. Called to have delivered only to be told they inadvertently sold ours and would have to order another one. That took several weeks. Was called regarding delivery and were then informed that this one was now damaged and they would need to order another one and it would be several weeks. This same unit was now on sale for hundreds less and included the fau fire-place heating unit for their Presidents day sale. They did not even offer to match that price but said ours was now available. Our unit was delivered finally on Tuesday, March 19th, 2024. More than 5 months later. Needless to say, regardless of any price savings or promises made, I will NEVER refer anyone to Ashley for anything.

This Has not been a good experience at all!!! Paid for my furniture all at once. I still haven’t had anyone setup a delivery date. I have spoke with manager, but no delivery person have called.

The experience at the store was very very good. But the next day when we’re trying to ask questions about the furniture and the prices. We have called eight times and have not heard back from the store yet.

Amy was our sales person she was fantastic. The only complaint I have is I ordered 2 love seats delivery was doubled to $449.99 to deliver both love seat to my Whitehouse home and set up. Deliver charge is apparently for 1 piece of furniture $249.99. But since I had 2 pieces the charge ballooned to $449.99. That amount was more than I was will to pay. They did reduce my delivery charge to $249.99 for both pieces.

The store has awful delivery service. Not dependable at all. We ordered a power reclining sofa and a reclining chair last week online and they sent an email saying it would be delivered on June 9th. No time window or anything. So two days ago we got rid of our old stuff and only one small sofa for everyone to sit on with me on the floor for 2 days. Today June 9th we heard nothing and nothing has been delivered. We tried calling and couldn't get anyone. At least give a time window and if you can't make it then send an email so people don't waste a perfectly good day waiting for it. It's like getting stood up. It's sux to be ready and no one shows up. Here it is Saturday morning June 10th and still no furniture. Minus 2 stars because of delivery service. If we don't have furniture today by the end of the day it will be Minus 2 more. June 11th and still no furniture. Maybe have a back up plan when everything goes wrong. I can't believe that people hasn't figured out yet that online systems are not always dependable. Having a backup plan is always a good idea. June 12th and still no furniture 😢 June 13th and still no furniture. My husband has already been to the store and has reordered. The point is I still am sitting on the floor! June 14th and still no furniture 😡. June 15th and still no furniture. I emailed the address given in the response and my husband called the store and no response. I don't even think they have put our order in. I am working on my husband going somewhere else but he is insisted on giving them a chance. I will never recommend or do business with Ashley furniture again. If they would just let us know something today or get our stuff here today I would delete this review. I'm done with this store I finally talked my my husband into going somewhere else. I've never had this kind of problem buying furniture before and will never recommend or shop here again.

My wife and I went to the showroom, so she could actually show me what she found online. Hopefully to get a even better deal. However that could not have been further from the truth. Not only did the employee have to go online to order, but it was not available in the showroom for us to see. The price online was considerably lower, more than $125. With zero shipping cost. We drove 75 miles, to see nothing. The sales person , did what myself or my wife could have done online. Without us wasting half of our day. The savings online, would have been more than $ 240 cause of the cost of shipping. Very disappointed

She was very kind, patient, joyful, very professional, and took all the time in the world on several occasions going over products with us. She was very knowledgeable about her products and inventory and was able to answer all of our tedious questions all the way down to warranty coverage!! You could tell that she wasn’t only good at her job but that she enjoys it, which amplified our experience! DONT SHOP HERE!! Horrible. was lied to over the phone. Drove over a hr to get to the store and the guy I spoke w sev times was not there; of course. Wldnt honor their website ad. Said that was a corporate deal and they were a franchise. Then told me they would give me the protection plan half price then they didn’t then said I cldnt pick up Two sofas they had to be delivered another 159.99. They are horrible to work with they will lie just to get you in the store.

We purchased two sofas and a leather recliner loveseat on 2/20/23. We scheduled delivery for 03/21/23 and that date was confirmed by the shipping department around 03/08/23. We got a text confirmation for 3/22/23 before 2pm. Today, 3/21/23 we received a text message moving our delivery to 3/24/23 or two weeks later. We removed the old furniture expecting delivery on the 22 which required a change in our schedule for the second time! Now we are told that WE ARE REQUIRED TO CHANGE OUR SCHEDULE AGAIN! I will be canceling our $4,700+ order today and will never do or recommend Ashley furniture!

Have been wanting a Love seat, as I needed a smaller size "sofa" to fit in a special area. Oh, my! They had all kinds, popular colors, and allowed looking time without pressure selling. (Found it interesting the sales people walking around looking constantly at their cell phones. What??) Anyway, Michael E. came over, answered my questions, and we sat on several love seats to get the low down on style, sales price, warranty coverage, and availability. I went home to get specific measurements, and returned with an idea on what would be best. I felt I was treated fair, given good price, and will return if I have other needs. Positive experience!!

I went to the Ashley store in Tyler Tx to purchase a mattress and asked the sales person and the manager on duty about delivery. I explained that I only had Friday afternoons off. If they could guarantee me they would deliver on Friday for me I would make the purchase. The manager called the warehouse manager to make these arrangements. Once I got the guarantee I went ahead and bought the mattress. I was told that the next day someone would call to make arrangements for delivery. When I received that call I was told that they would not honor what the store manager guaranteed. The next day I went back to the store and asked for a refund. The sales guy that was helping (Mo) was very good to me and even tried again to get the warehouse to deliver on a Friday for me with still no luck so we proceeded with the refund. The next day I received another phone call from the warehouse to make arrangements again for delivery. No one knows what is going on between the store and their warehouse. #lost a sale. # lost a customer for life

While I was very interested in one of the clearance items, I still needed to be completely sure that I was making the right decision. I found Micah to be very genuine and very patient in allowing me to take all the time I needed to check and double check the item. My experience at Ashley was neither rushed nor was there any coercing on the part of Micah. He simply addressed my concerns with honesty and integrity, thus allowing me to make the best decision for myself. I am very grateful for the assistance that Mr Reed provided.

I hope this review will let other people know to research this specific Ashley's before going there, We had an awesome experience with an Ashley's in the past not so this time. 1st of all, they are not affiliated with Ashley's national corporate office. 2nd we spent hours there picking out our furniture and as we were leaving the store were told our furniture was 3 to 5 weeks out. Then they brought An armless chair that did not match ,when they finally got it here 2 months later, They damaged my wife's brand new floor. and try to put it off on the delivery company instead of taking responsibility. Quick summary, they totally mislead you, their customer service is terrible, I was so fed up I told my wife to go to the store and just return the couches, they told her we signed a no return policy so watch every little thing you initial. if you want them to bring you a damaged piece of furniture and refurbish it in your house right in front of you instead of bringing you a new piece of furniture.. that's what you'll get, And their corporate office for this store is a joke. Please just be aware of who you're doing business with.. I could go on and on about Ashley's in Tyler Tx, but I'll just say this.. we will never use them again.. Ps I wish I was more computer literate, I would leave pictures of the armless chair they 1st brought and the damage to my wife's floor.. Our sales rep Justin was super friendly right from the beginning. He introduced himself and asked if we had questions. We never felt pressured and he didn't hover. We really appreciate that. He moved a few pieces around so we could do some color and texture comparisons. We came in with the dimensions of our living room. We were never upsold or anything like that. We found the piece we liked and that was that. Everyone was helpful. The financing part was quick and easy. We were only in the market for a couch, but we were so happy with the experience we bought a bed and mattress as well. Horrible customer service giving me a run around for a month I am trying to order a back for my couch that I got 2 month ago and the the zipper broke all the stuffing came out . And I still haven’t got it this is horrible !

People were nice up front purchased a recliner and the white glove delivery service under the false explanation that they delivery people would set the chair up where it was supposed to be as well as move the old furniture out to the porch. I made sure of this before the purchase or i could have just got it myself with my truck. While working my pregnant wife informs me they just dropped it in the middle of the living room plugged it in to make sure it worked and left it there! Had to leave work early to move the heavy electric recliner out of the middle of the living room so my 6 month pregnant wife and 3 year old could even see the television again. Spoke with customer service at this location they just said well we will have the manager talk to the salesmen about what is actually included sorry. No refund no partial refund nothing. Hopefully the chair holds up better than the delivery promises.

We bought several thousand dollars of furniture that took 3 weeks to deliver after we were told 1 week. Once all the furniture arrived, we determined in just a few hours that one of the items was too big and called to return it. At this point, we found that since we purchased from the Tyler store instead of on-line, the sale was final and we could not return the item. If we had ordered online, and received the same white-glove delivery, we would have had 30 days to return it. The website does say that some stores are independently owned and may have different return policies. I thought in Texas we had three days to return an item, but I guess we were wrong. I cannot recommend buying from the Ashley furniture store in Tyler if you are not completely sure about the purchase. And even then, it appears you have more options if you have an issue if you use the online store anyway instead of in person. Caveat emptor! Buyer beware! Especially in Tyler, Texas!

David Whitworth and Angela Donahue both were extremely pleasant to work with today. We are satisfied with the purchase of new living room furnishings and we’re grateful for Angela’s advice and David’s expertise.

Absolute nightmare. I purchased a bedroom and living room set back in July. I was told by my sales person that the entire bedroom set was in stock at the warehouse along with the sofa. The chair and ottoman were going to come in 10 days later. The TV stand and ottoman were to take a month to come in. First delivery, which was suppose to be the entire bedroom set and sofa, showed up without the bed rails and footboard. After I call, I was told the bed rails and footboard was not in stock. Therefore, the box springs and mattress were placed on the floor. The dresser and night stand and damage to the drawers and needed replaced. It took another 3-4 weeks before I would receive the rails and footboard and longer for the replacement dresser and nightstand. The chair and end table arrived on separate deliveries almost a month after I was told. The TV Stand and ottoman were over a month late, which I had to go pick up, because they wanted to charge me another delivery fee for these. I get the ottoman home and unwrap it, only to find it had 2 large scratches in the fabric on top. This piece had to also be replaced. During this whole process, they had contacted me about making a delivery, which I can't remember for what pieces, only to no call no show me. This isn't my first horrible experience with Ashley, but I assure you it will be the last.

A lot of choices and great prices. Mike Campbell worked with us and was super helpful. We have decided that any future purchases of furniture will be made at Ashley.

This has been the absolute worst buying experience of my life. October 2021, my husband and I, was pregnant at the time, went into Ashley’s store to purchase a bedroom suite. The salesman informed us that some of the furniture would be no more than 1-2 to months late arriving. Next month will be an entire year and we still have not received our entire bedroom suite. It has been a complete nightmare! The customer service is absolutely horrible. They hang up the phone in your face and they are very rude! No one will help you at the store. I still have not received a call back. I have 2 nightstands, a mirror, a Chester, and mattress with no headboard, no rails, no sides, and no dresser for the mirror. I did not receive the mattress until January. Again, I was pregnant. Sometime in April, supposedly customer service was trying to call me to renew my contract. I had called them month after month after month with no avail. I was in the hospital having a baby I’m April. They kept changing my delivery days to months out. In March, we were told our furniture would arrive in July. April they cancelled my contact, discontinued my autopay which I had no idea, racked up hundreds of dollars in late fees, and destroyed my credit. We are hurt and disgusted and we still have not received our furniture. We’re just stuck! One person told me I needed to return the mirror with no dresser within 3 days of our delivery. How was I gonna do that when they kept rescheduling my deliveries? Again, no one will help us! Please avoid this trap! I will never ever do business with them again! We are so hurt and disappointed!

By far the worst experience I’ve had with a furniture dealer. Paid in full for my furniture in April . Called many times to get a status update for delivery. Every time I called I was told it would be 2 weeks from that day. This went on for three months. Could see the furniture in stock online but just not available for delivery according to customer service. Was told upon buying it would be 6 weeks till delivery, that was not the case. As long as you’re okay waiting nearly 1/3 of a year, the quality is good but that’s about it.

Justin was excellent! Not pushy at all and answered all our questions! The store had so many options, it was hard to pick between our three favorites but we’re so excited about our new furniture 😃

It took exactly 5 months for our furniture to arrive when the salesman said 3-4 months. We picked it up ourselves so it’s all in boxes and you have to put it together yourself which we didn’t realize guess that’s on us. But picking it up there were no issues easy in and out. But please I feel for you if you have to call customer service good luck getting someone on the phone after 21 minutes on hold it hangs up and leaving your number no one calls you back took 3 days to let them know we could come and pick up.

The furniture is lovely but I bought and paid for it on March 4th 2022. I just received delivery Thursday August 4th. I understand the world is still recovering from a global pandemic. But Ashley Inc has been using my money for 5 months. The delivery people were very professional and I can't say enough about their good efforts.

We were allowed to wander the store without feeling someone was hovering. Mo did a great job of moving around an end table so we could see how it would match. Thanks for the great service!

We have been waiting to get a delivery from Ashley for almost 3 months. Today the truck finally showed up. They had the wrong pieces and refused to fix it until middle of August. The purchase from them was great, after that it has been downhill. Don't bother trying to call them as the managers refused to even get on the phone. Avoid Ashley at all cost. If you want Ashley furniture just purchase it from some other store that carries what you need. Hope this saves some one from the same trouble I had.

Staff was attentive but also let us wander and look without pressure. Store was clean. Casey did great pointing us to sales and items he thought we would be interested in.

We ordered furniture in February of 2022. They assured us as soon as our house was ready we could just call and they would deliver. In May they started calling daily wanting to deliver our stuff. We explained to them there were renovations going on we needed a few more weeks. In June my husband calls them after we really rushed the work to be doneand we still have not got all our furniture it's now July 14. They have split our order into 5 deliveries. I'm irritated because we have no furniture. And you can not get a person on the phone. Only by chat.

I really wish I had read the reviews before I purchased a dining room set and 2 bar stools. It took two weeks to deliver only to have the chairs cut too short on one leg of all 6 chairs! Then come to find out the the bar stools are back ordered til 2029!!!! What kind of foolishness is this. So I've been rescheduled for the chairs to be delivered only for them to be a no show then I called and recording tells me it will be 16 weeks. I'm so done and please do respond with the I'M SO SORRY TO HEAR fake auto concern. I won't my time wasted back an this purchase filled PERIOD.

They were very helpful. I walked in told her what I was looking for, she took me straight to a couple of options. We talked about the upgrades to couches that have been made over the years that was pretty impressive to me. She even let me take a pillow home to make sure it was what I really wanted. She also made the paperwork very simple.

Great service… I would send anybody that is looking to buy furniture to Ashley’s in Tyler.

I received my mattress on time. I had bought one of the Sterns and Foster mattresses. However when it arrived some of the stitching,approximately 2',on the end of the mattress was pulled loose. The delivery guys said hey no problem we will just exchange it. I even talked to the representative. I called the store in Tyler and emailed them and the salesman. I included pictures. Now I don't know about anyone else but $3500 is a lot to spend for a mattress. It should not have any stitching loose. So far no one from Ashley has contacted me concerning this complaint.

It just seemed as though I was pre-declined for credit, I didn't think they had near enough info from me to determine whether or not to offer me a line.... other than that they do have quality furniture just not at a realistic price without financing... but I did end up buying a clearance item that I'm happy with.

The service was amazing!! We went to almost every furniture store in Tyler and finally found just what we wanted for a great price at Ashley’s. We also got a protection plan for 5 years that covers basically everything; Including if our kids color on the furniture or spill a drink and it stains they will replace the piece at no extra charge. It’s the best warranty that could possibly be offered. Overall a great experience and we will be back in the future.

Very disappointed it has taken 3 trips to get my stuff and I still don’t have it all then customer service says it’s our salesman fault there was nothing they could do we would have to go back into The store and have them fix it that way they didn’t install the lights that go into my headboard they just left them sitting in the box on the nightstand there rude I do not recommend them for the price that you pay for your furniture you expect a whole lot better customer service

I had a great experience. Braylon was helpful from the time I walked in until the time that I left. I left with two beds.

Me and my roommate went inside ready to buy a couch for our new apartment and were ignored by two staff associates. An older couple walked in immediately after us and were immediately greeted and toured around the store. It was a good fifteen minutes of shopping before one of the staff who had ignored us finally asked us if we needed anything. He wasn’t very friendly and we were already disappointed so we kept walking. Finally at the back of the store the manager asked us if we had been helped. Honestly a frustrating experience because we are managers and working adults. Just because we look young does not mean we are not financially ready for a couch.

Braylin was a wonderful sales person! He was very attentive and was always trying to make sure my requests and desires were met! He was very courteous and just a breath of fresh air! I ordered 8 pieces from them. I only received 2 after 6 months. Every time you call they will give you a new date every time you call. When I tried to get a refund for the remaining items. It almost took an act of God. I had to drive to the store three separate times. Every time so different run around. I would say this was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Please stay away. Con artist.

We won’t be shopping at this particular store anymore, we love the Ashley brand of furniture but this store is terrible! Their customer service is terrible and the amount of time you have to wait for the furniture you want is ridiculous. It never comes in when they tell you it will once purchased. The store manager here is so unprofessional and rude, it’s hard to believe he is in a management position. He treated us so disrespectful, we will not shop here again!

I was very pleased with the service I received from the team at Ashley Homestore. The associate that assisted me was not only knowledgeable about the items I was interested in, but also very kind and professional with a great sense of humor. We received the furniture within less than two weeks. I have another piece of furniture that I purchased back on Labor Day that I was told should be delivered in February. From my understanding, I purchased a popular and particular piece that unfortunately is taking longer than others to be shipped from overseas. I appreciated the manager of the store giving me an update of the status of my previous purchase and reassuring me it will be here very soon. I would also like to brag on the delivery team that came out this past weekend to deliver my son’s new bedroom furniture. The two gentlemen were so kind and professional and very hard working. The pieces they had to carry upstairs and maneuver through a small hallway were very heavy. They were very careful but also very efficient and quick in the process. Overall, I am very happy with the purchase and service from Ashley Furniture and the delivery company & crew. I look forward to receiving my bed soon!

Went in for a couch, recliner and possible accent chair. Found the couch and recliner. They had a great deal and selection in store. My husband instantly said he would love to work there because of how homey the store was. Service was quick and excellent, we were asked by multiple employees if we needed help. Our guy was Mo and he was able to answer any questions we had. Very happy with the experience and can’t for the couch and recliner to come in!

Was told they would price match their online prices so we went ahead and applied for their card to order in-store. After doing so the sales manager tried to overcharge us for the 5 year protection plan we were planing to purchase and would not let us purchase the furniture piece without it to protect their margins. Complete waste of time and an unethical business practice. Anyone looking to purchase go online to their website and do so, saved us $1k on our purchase. COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME.

Bought a very expensive king sized mattress with assurance from the sales person (Robert) that our current mattress would be hauled away upon delivery of our new mattress. We asked several times if the delivery people would take our old mattress and were told repeatedly that it would be no problem- no if, ands or buts! Didn’t happen because we had a small stain on one side of our old mattress. Delivery people said this happens all the time!! They wouldn’t touch it so I had to slide off the old mattress BY MYSELF (I’m a 53 yr woman) and haul it outside while they watched. Not a good move Ashley Furniture!! Be upfront and honest instead of trying to nail a sale! Won’t be back. Always a catch.

We went to Ashley today to buy a sofa. We were helped by Mo, or as he calls himself, the big tall guy lol. He was very helpful and friendly. We got the exact sofa we wanted in the time frame we needed. Would definitely recommend the Tyler Ashley store to anyone.

Incompetence at its best. Would give 0 stars if I could. Delivered the wrong baby dresser not once, but twice, to my daughter. Instead of picking up the WRONG item, yet again they are making her wait AGAIN for the exchange process in order to get the right one to her. So far - 3 weeks. In the meantime, she cannot set up the nursery! The regional manager needs to get the right dresser to her yesterday, even if he has to go get it himself!! She is so very upset, and rightfully so. Tyler Ashleigh furniture, you need to take care of this first thing tomorrow morning November 5! Override the system. Return the wrong one. Order the right one for the same price she paid and get it there tomorrow!!! So very disappointed!!! 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

My wife and I ordered a sofa, stools, and accent chairs from this place in August. We were told that our order would be delivered on the 16th of October. I called a day ahead of delivery only to be told that our order wasn’t going to be ready until the 18th and the 21st. Given the times, this is reasonable enough. I call on the 18th only to be told that not only was the 18th’s portion of the order not ready, but the dates were now the 21st and the 24th. Same song and dance on my follow up call on the 21st, now 26th and 30th of October. My issue to this point is two fold: 1. We were given no updates, and no information in regards to our order until I contacted them. Many other chains we’ve dealt with have at least some form of communication with us in regards to our orders. When I brought this up on my fourth call to the place, I was merely told that they don’t give updates until they are ready to deliver. I later find out that that is not always the case. 2. The lack of accountability. Each call I’ve made to customer service in regards to my order is met with a level of apathy that is only surpassed by the lack of relevant knowledge in regards to my order. It’s concerning when you call twice in a day and the information you were given on the first call not only differs from the second, but the second has not reference material in regards to the first call. As of the date of the this review, my wife and I still do not have our furniture. The action that prompted this review, the proverbial straw, was when we finally got a delivery date for November 3rd from 8:45-11:45. At this point, we just want our stuff, regardless of the convenience of the time. We make ourselves available to receive delivery and proceed to twiddle our thumbs until noon where I, notice I did not mention a call from Ashley’s to us, call them to be told that our stuff was available to be delivered but I’d have to choose a time. If that’s confusing, allow me to shed light. Ashley’s warehouse canceled the delivery of our order without letting us know. They told us nothing. Already knowing where this was heading, I locked in a new date for the 10th (the soonest date) before calling. On the phone, I was told that my delivery date was for the 10th, almost as if I must have been mistaken. I tell the woman on the phone that the new date was one that I set up literally minutes before calling and outside the delivery window that ASHLEY’S set up. I asked her what my options were, and she told me I had none. We ordered the furniture from Ashley’s in August, and they were the first place we ordered from. We have gotten everything else from places we’ve ordered from both in and out of town. Nebraska in Dallas has Ashley’s stuff that is getting to us quicker than the stuff from Ashley’s!? We ordered from there in October. I’ll have to do my research to see if this warrants a BBB complaint as thankfully we aren’t well versed in sub par customer service.

My husband and I had a tremendous experience at Ashley tonight! Sales rep Bailey C was absolutely phenomenal at making sure we got EXACTLY what we wanted and WHEN we wanted it!! We now get to live our velvet couch dreams.

Worst customer service ever. My delivery was missing shelves and the sofa I received is defective. I received a box with a metal frame as big as my sofa. Don’t really know why this was ordered unless my issue is a very common one. Lord help you if you have to place a call to customer service, prompt 4. When someone finally does answer you will be left on hold and cut off multiple times. I will never purchase anything from Ashley furniture store again

Horrible customer service! Beware of the contract which will not allow for a refund and will penalize you if you cancel an order before delivery. I ordered a bedroom suite from the store and waited many weeks for delivery this summer. After having the bed for 3 months the bed frame slats broke. The slats are a cheap patched pieces of pine and very poorly designed as they support the entire mattress and boxspring. The feet for the slats were attached with bolts and broke off after moving the bed. I have called the store and customer service multiple times for two months and have yet to receive a call to schedule a repair or replacement. I have now received a single call after the BBB complaint and still no call to schedule service or replacement after more than another week. I am amazed that a national company could offer such poor customer service. The picture shows the poor design of the bed slats. The feet have been repositioned vertically again to hold the mattress and box spring.

Great salesperson in store however horrible customer service at corporate and delivery. They will reschedule your delivery without your acknowledgment and tell you that a call was placed to confirm. It has been approximately 4 that I have been waiting for a delivery that was scheduled for June.I will never suggest for anyone to purchase with them.

The worst company I have ever dealt with. The salesperson was so careless with our delivery issues. My order got canceled on the 27th because a foot board couldn’t get transferred to Tyler. I never authorized a cancellation. The manager at the Tyler store said he would be on top of this whole order to make sure we get our bed set delivered today which was a complete lie. Save your money and go somewhere else. These people don’t have an ethics. It’s ridiculous how careless the management is. They will do anything for a sale. Round of applause for your service. Just great.

My niece and I were at Ashley looking for inspiration for a couple of rooms at home. Nick greeted us and gave us space to browse but was right there when we had questions! This store is beautifully appointed and we enjoyed finding some decorative elements for my niece. When I had a question about availability of a style, Nick sat down with me and researched for me. So I'm in the store about to buy several pieces of furniture. I walk all over this store and can't find any help. Guess where they are? Sitting around on there phones or laptops chilling. Guess they didn't need my money. Nice furniture, poor customer service.

I will NEVER order anything else from Ashley furniture. I have had a sectional ordered since March 2021 they told us 6-9weeks for delivery. When that time frame passed we never received any phone calls for updates on our furniture so we would call and every phone call we made they kept pushing out the delivery date.we were told that the sectional was available but we were still waiting on the ottoman and they wouldn’t deliver a partial order. So finally in May We called to cancel the furniture but no one was “available” to take the call in that department and we were told someone would call us back..we never heard back from anyone. Finally in August the sectional & ottoman were delivered but it was not complete and was missing 1 piece. We are now into September we have once again been given the run around on delivery time. We were told the armless chair was available and ready for delivery they even set up a delivery time between 6-9pm only for them to text me on the day of delivery saying to pick a different date for delivery. When I called to speak with customer service I was told the piece was not available. I’m sick of the lack of communication, the rude customer service and the fact that every person you talk to tells you something different. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else.

Customer service after the purchase has been non existent. You cannot call and talk to anyone at the store. My order went from 4 weeks to 9 and now still waiting on 1 pc. 2 weeks ago my the footboard was ready for pick up on a Saturday. I verified that week that it was in fact there in the warehouse. I drive 55 minutes to the store to find out it is not there and they don’t know when it will be in now. Called customer service for them to tell me that they cannot do anything and I need to talk to the store. I drive 20 minutes to the store and talk to a manager who says she will figure it out and deliver for free. She calls me back a couple of days later and says she has me Set up delivery for today. I had to take the day off because they could not give me a specific time and someone had to be here to sign for it. They never showed and never called me or my wife. Multiple calls to customer service and no help as to when I am getting my furniture that I have paid for. I wouldn’t recommend Ashley furniture to my enemy.

Nick was amazing! He kept us informed about the best offers currently available, inventory stats on the items we were interested in and delivery estimates. He answered all our questions and was a pleasure to work with. Ashley furniture has a nice selection at a fair price and with great customer service we really enjoyed the experience!

This furniture buying experience was one of the best I have ever had at a furniture store. Our sales guy, Mo was very helpful and let my wife and I look without hovering and bothering us. When we found the recliners we liked, we found him and he signed us out and took payment quickly. Mo is, hands down, one of the best sales people we've ever dealt with. Ashley Home Store should definitely do what ever they can to keep him around for their potential customers.

Told us what things although they might look nice we’re not a good buy and guided us in the right direction to buying something we hope to be very happy with. Purchased a couch a less than a month ago... the store said if I didn’t like it I could return it within 30 days. Now they are saying that’s online only. I hate the couch, very displeased someone lying to me, and expect y’all to hold your word.

We purchased 12 pieces of furniture from Ashley Home Store. The first six pieces have been delivered. We paid extra for set up. The delivery drivers did not assemble all the items as paid for. Three of the largest pieces were damaged; one beyond repair. The salesman told us to accept delivery of items even if they were damaged and they would repair or replace it. We notated on the delivery ticket the damage and called about the non assembled piece immediately. It is a desk that is damaged beyond repair. When there was no response I went into the store and spoke with the store manager. I have been assured multiple times I will receive a call to resolve this issue and have not. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company to compel a response and even that has not provided me a courtesy call. Beware of this company...we accepted three large pieces of damaged furniture per their instructions and six pieces with no estimated delivery date...thank goodness for Capital One. At this point my faith in Ashley's Customer Service is irrepairable. Purchase here with the knowledge this could also be your experience. DO NOT ACCEPT DAMAGED ITEMS!

Love buying our furniture from Ashley! First bought our living room set up, and now our bedroom set up. It was an easy experience!

Please be aware that if you buy from here you are very careful. 1. You will not get an exchange. 2. Absolutely no refunds not matter what you say nor if your furniture was delivered damaged. 3. Hassle to get any help from local furniture company and much less from the company. When calling corporate they said they are there own affiliate. 4. Managers will sweet talk you and say there’s a policy for no returns after 72 hours and even within your 72 hours of reporting you are ignored. By the way our purchase was paid cash and that didn’t help one bit to dispute anything. Worst experience with this furniture store and management. Please avoid the hassle and don’t waste your time

Blair was extremely helpful, friendly, and was up front from the get go about delivery times. Buying our new couch was probably the easiest experience I have ever had Furniture shopping. From walking in, picking one, setting a delivery date, paying, and filling out paperwork, we were out in right at an hour. I highly recommend visiting Blair and allowing him to make the process easy on you.

Robert was great but delivery was disappointing, was supposed to receive my bedroom headboard/frame 7/21/21 the morning of delivery after taking off to be there between the scheduled time 0830-1130 got a call about 0900 that there was an error with my order being in stocks and the delivery would be postponed that it could be 2-4 weeks. That same evening got a recorded message call that my order was Now in stock and I would be contacted for a delivery confirmation time soon. Finally received my order 7/28/21 a week later which isn't that bad, but once again my order "delivery window " was 0830-1130. At 1230 had to call to check on the delivery as it still had not come in, I was told an "urgent contact request was put in and I would receive a call with status within 3 hours". I contacted again advising this was not acceptable being had to take off work a second time being the first delivery appointment didn't happen. Miraculously I received my purchase about 20 minutes later!

I needed to buy a new recliner and decided I wanted a loveseat recliner. Stopped at Ashley Home Store wondering if they might have anything like what I had in mind, and that would fit in my small living space. As it happened, I walked in, and there it was! Exactly what I was looking for. The salesman, Nick, was wonderful. He had a great personality, was extremely knowledgeable, and super helpful. It was just an all-around wonderful experience. Will be going back soon to get my new mattress!

We had a positive experience picking out a sectional. We were very understanding of the supply chain being impacted, and fully expected to be waiting a few weeks at minimum to get the furniture we liked. However, we were pleasantly surprised to get on the schedule for delivery the same week! The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Would recommend.

We went to several different furniture stores in Tyler and Ashley was by far the best. Our salesman was Mo and he went the extra mile for us. Also, they were able to get a loveseat delivered faster than any other store.

Only had 4 of the 5 items we had ordered delivered. It's been 3 weeks and still no update on when we'll receive our last item. No one at the store ever answers the phone, and when calling the customer service line, they can't do anything to help. I always get a different answer from every person I've talked to. Multiple messages have been sent to the DC with no reply. Incredibly frustrating when you just want the final piece of furniture you paid for. **Update 7/19: finally got our last item about 2 weeks ago, but it was delivered broken, so now I'm waiting on an appointment for a service tech to come to my house. For the second time. 🤦‍♀️

Not HAPPY! Got brand new furniture delivered yesterday and the power packs for the recliners were broken. They will not exchange them!! Mind you I can understand if they were used for a time but literally charged for 24 hours & they don't work. POOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! BUYERS BE WARE!

Terrible experience and I have spent thousands at this location. Most recently bought a bed for right at 10k, split temporpedic. My side is much too firm so I called the store and called the number I was provided to exchange in I believe the first 90 days. They sent a guy out to measure and inspect the bed which I thought was odd - he said it was good and I would get a call in a few days to exchange. This call has never came - Ashley has been no help and I’ve slept on the couch for 90 days. Go give someone else your 10k for a mattress. Very disappointed in the service tbey have not provided.

They will work with you! Very professional and patient. However, do not trust their delivery dept...the will boldface lie to you. They contact you about a delivery date and then never come through and never contact you or give a rational reason for the non delivery. Trust the sales people only.

Brandon and Candy were very helpful and went out of their way to find what I was looking for. I think the price for accent pillows is insanely high but the people are very kind.
