Our family has order from Ashley’s before but was very disappointed in the service we received during our most recent order. It has been problem after problem! First they did not attach a phone number to my order, they apologized and corrected. I started to receive automated messages let me know my items were ready for delivery but then was told the system should not have reached out because my items were indeed not in stock yet. After the second time of being scheduled with my items not being here, I reached out to the Tyler store to speak to management. I called 3 times (two separate days) leaving a message for the manager Holly with no answer or call back. After the third call, Holly finally got on the call to start our conversation with “Yes Mrs. Martinez I am aware of your issues and have not called due to not having an answer to give you”. I asked when should I expect an answer or idea of when my items would be here or to simply stop receiving auto messaging urging me to schedule my delivery, she had no answer. A week later and after reaches out again to be told there is still no answers, she calls back to let me know my items are in and ready for delivery. I made sure to ask “are you sure all of my items are in” since I did not want a partial order. Delivery day today, guess what? I got 4 out of 6 pieces in my order. No one can give me straight answers. Everyone claims it is someone else’s fault. After an almost $4k order, I am HIGHLY disappointed with the lack of communication within the company and the ability to give me a straight answers.

The people that work here are amazing, especially Rodney. He jumped through hoops to keep up happy and made sure we got what we wanted. Definitely recommend this place for anyone looking to buy a new piece for your home, but look or ask for Rodney he is the best!!

Sales associate and manager were beyond welcoming and friendly! The sales associate who approached us was nice, knowledgeable, and helped us with all of our questions. I didn’t feel pressured to buy anything, and ended up buying a sofa, chair, ottoman, and coffee table. Best furniture store I have been to. Highly recommend!

Mark, our sales associate was super patient with us as we were undecided on what we wanted. He was not pushy or rushing us. We looked at several pieces of furniture from sectionals to recliners, and even oversized recliners. After we made our purchase he went over the financing and asked if we had any questions. If anyone is looking for furniture go see Mark.
