I went in to find a living room sofa set and found exactly what I wanted. I’m a very indecisive and wasn’t sure what I wanted 100% and Traveon Mann was so patient and reassuring! He did not rush me and he wasn’t pushy at all which I loved! He’s great! He’s very understanding and I’ll definitely be getting back with him on purchasing a table! 10/10.

The Ashley Homestore in Victoria is my family's go-to spot for out furniture -- When we bought our home in 2013, Ashley's was where we got our living room sectional, bedroom set (bed, dresser + mirror, and nightstands). 6 years later, we visited and got a new couch, TV entertainment center, and coffee table. Then, in Summer 2024, we decided it was time to upgrade our bedroom furniture. Chad was phenomenal -- super knowledgeable, friendly, and gave fantastic real world advice about how our bedroom set would stand up against things like our husky's constant shedding! He was so patient with our mattress shopping, too! In fact, we even gathered all the numbers with him, left for other errands and to do some comparison shopping with other vendors, and we still knew that we needed to stick with the quality of furniture and level of customer service that we have received from Ashley's time and time again. My husband swears to this day that our new bed and mattress has been an absolute gamechanger for his quality of sleep and energy levels! Most recently, we have been working on a dining room remodel - so off to Ashley's we went yesterday! Jazmin was so much FUN to work with - so sweet and patient and I sensed she has a great eye for interior design! I could explain the "look" I am going for and the little nit-picky things I don't want/like, and she was right on cue with showing me dining sets that would work. I also appreciated that we still took a lap around the store to make sure nothing else jumped out at me, but without wasting too much time on styles that were not what we were looking for (if you're a shopper like me, you want to make sure you've at least laid eyes on the whole inventory!). Everything flowed so smoothly that we even decided we need a new couch, spur of the moment! (In fact, it was a couch that Chad helped us fall in love with at our last shopping trip! Also had discussion with Jennifer in the business office when I found a cheaper price online. Jennifer explained the in store versus online pricing differences and we were able to confirm the in store price was the best for me. Saved on shipping with local pick up.

My name is Rachel Rebolloso and I just purchased a sectional & table from Ashley furniture in Victoria Tx. I was very happy with the whole experience from the front door. We were greeted and helped by Robin. She was awesome and patiently helped us! She was so friendly & professional and definitely knows her stuff! The ladies at the service desk just added to the experience as they were helpful, courteous & kind, offering us water. This location is a well oiled machine & all of the employees were very good at what they do! Everyone deserves a raise in my opinion. I will only go there for future furniture purchases! 10 out of 10! Would highly recommend!!!
I’ve bought several things from this location before and never had any issues with sales people but I went in last night to look at a chaise I’ve been eyeing for awhile and I wanted my husband to take a look at it before we purchased it and we were approached by the assistant manager. He was somewhat friendly but by the end of the interaction he was rude and arrogant. I won’t come in to this location again to purchase and will do my purchasing online from now on. Or as he put it, talk to a robot who won’t give you really any information but honestly I’d rather do that than have any interaction with that assistant manager again. Update: Changing from 1 star to 5 star. Spoke with Angela the manager and she made a bad situation way better. I like the way she handles things and I will be seeing her when we go back in to make our purchase. If anyone ever has issues, reach out to her, she’s great!

I’m honestly quite disappointed in the manager he was pretty confident when he sent us over to BEL furniture and said check out there quality of their couches Compared to Ashley furnitures We haven’t even had our couch for 4 months and it creaks every single time we sit on it and the middle parts of the cushions cave in! We don’t have kids or a dog that would be running around or jumping on them it’s just me and my husband thankfully we don’t I would hate to see how they would hold up if we did have small children! I specifically asked the manager about the creaking and he said oh no this would never happen with these couches! very expensive for it to already be creaking so much. We were also told That they would be easy to clean If anything spilled or got stained… they are not. We also purchased a purple mattress that inclines The same time we purchased the couches and the metal frame also squeaks and makes popping noises when on the incline setting! We bought this specific mattress and base to help with my husbands snoring, It does absolutely nothing for him the guy swore it was the best and that we would definitely see a difference but no. So I’d suggest just save your money. We felt a little pressured to make such fast decision since he kept telling us we only had till that day so we could get the “deal”. If I could go back, I would definitely not buy the purple mattress!!! And maybe take some more time and look at other places before purchasing from Ashley furniture store. We had at least gotten a year worth of use with zero issues With the couches we purchased from BEL furniture and were way cheaper. *Update a manager did reach out to me and was very nice and upset that we seemed to be having these issues she is trying to help make it right which I really do appreciate.*

We recently purchased two recliners from Big Lots, thinking we were getting a great deal, but we were extremely disappointed. Feeling discouraged and stuck with a tight budget, we were uncertain about finding better options. That's when we met Miss Cecilee. She was not only incredibly friendly but also genuinely empathetic and sincere in helping us. Thanks to her, we found two recliner's that my husband and I both love. While they were slightly over our budget, she worked with us to make it affordable, and we couldn’t be happier with the purchase!

We bought a temper-pedic mattress for our room and a queen sealy mattress for a guest room and could not have asked for a better sales person. We plan on going back in the future for new living room furniture and will ask for Cecilee.

She even dragged around an ottoman to help pick out pieces to tie everything together. She has a ton of knowledge about what Ashley’s is offering. Katrina went above and well beyond any expectations. Glen was our salesman and was very helpful and got us in and out. The mattress was ready and delivered after two weeks just like they said. Service was okay. Sales rep told me my furniture would be in 2 weeks after purchase but no more than 4 weeks. Here it is June 18th 5 weeks after purchase and they are telling me my items wont be shipped til the 1st. Ashley's has some horrible service. You would think for purchasing your items cash they would put a rush to make their customers want to come back, pero no!! I don't recommend them to anyone. Purchase your furniture some where else..

Pick up our first part of our order that Qualified for free delivery. We picked up our first part of our order our selves thinking they will deliver the next part. The dresser was wrong but we went ahead and excepted the other one instead. We wait 2 months for chairs and ask for these to be delivered and told us we will need to pay for that as well with the slow customer service we got from the Angie that no longer works there. You think you would want the perform good customer service when they spend a good amount of money with you.

When they say 12 weeks, believe them! I've been waiting closer to 16 weeks and they still say it'll be another 6-8! Pay the little extra somewhere else! DEFINTELY NOT WORTH THE WAIT TIME!! INSANE!
They instantly tried to up sale us - showing us the more expensive of the items first and trying to push us in that direction. (No surprise there.) The card they offer is strange. Its not like a credit card - they want a down payment of like 20% and then they set a monthly required payment. They have low stock and long wait times to receive items due to COVID.
It's pretty sad that as soon you walk in the employees do not even acknowledge you to greet you or ask if you need help... walked in with my Mother to look for a dining room and not one employee asked if we needed help in the whole store. I was walking out saw the same two employees standing there talking to each other and I said " it's sad that no one even asked if we needed help" they looked at me puzzled and didn't say a word.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE!!! I have been getting the run around for 8 months on a solution to my couch that has frame damage since it arrived even though we purchased the premium protection plan. Their repair guy has been out here 3 times and it is still broken. Jamie Ruiz and the other managers at their "corporate office" will not contact you back. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!
I went to visit my daughter and the first thing she said when we got to the house was “do not seat in the couch because is defective and I don’t want you to hurt yourself”. Really??? Then she told me everything that happened and how this company haven’t done anything right. Not even an apologize. Do not buy anything from them! You better go somewhere else.
I went through a MAJOR headache dealing with the corporate Ashley Furniture office as my furniture I ordered online has been running late for a couple months. After voicing my frustration and initially canceling my furniture order, the owners of the local Victoria store and fulfillment center kindly reached out to make it right for me. My 5 star rating reflects the customer service I have received from the local owners. Dealing with corporate sucks. Don't order online! Go in store!!
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING WITH THEM NOT EVEN WITH THEIR “PROTECTION PLAN” I bought a couch from Ashley's Furniture Victoria TX back in August 2020. It was delivered in November with a severe popping, cracking and sinking issue. We can’t even use this couch at this point! We told Ashley right away and tried to take care of the issue within their 30 day return window, but they continued to conveniently keep pushing us off. So I finally went into the store and showed them a video of me sitting on the couch. They agreed to send someone in May 2021! The guy reinforced the couch with some extra wood, but the sinking and horrible noise continued. He tried to work on it 2 more times, but finally said “we can’t fix this couch”. I have expressed multiple times we are moving out of state and that’s why we were so diligent about calling on time for a solution. They said they will not refund us or give us some kind of ashley store credit for a new couch since it is a franchise and we will not be living here anymore. Now they said the only thing they can do is order another part and have the guy come out and try to fix it again! It took more than 2 months to get the couch, the piece of material to replace even took a month to recieve so there is no way the part will get here on time! So at this point, they know we would not be in Texas by the time they would get the part, and still there is no guarantee that it would fix the problem. I told them that option will not work for my husband and I as we are moving out the state in the first week of July and we reported this issue since November 2020. Jaime told me thats “all he can do”. We have been very diligent, respectful, and above all extremely patient in this whole process despite the fact we have not received the same in return and still our problem is not fixed and it feels like they could care less. We are very disappointed in how this whole process has been handled and feel as if the least they could do to make it right is let us return the couch and either get our money back or a store credit to any Ashleys.
I had purchased 4 kitchen chairs from a local AF location and they had to be shipped unassembled which was no issue. They were to be delivered to my doorstep. Through a variety of confirmations we had scheduled the delivery but was never informed that a signature was needed. Was informed 30 minutes out that a signature would be required. Informed them that I was at work and would always be at work on their route delivery day to just leave it by the door or send electronically for signature. No help besides “well how about have a neighbor sign for it”. You would think that a large company in 2021 would have options or at least a little common sense to make it easier on the customer but not AF. Order canceled and will spend my money elsewhere. For the record the saleswoman and customer service rep at the store were great.
Ordered furniture and I keep getting told it will be here in 2 weeks. It keeps getting pushed 2 weeks. Also my bed got here 3 weeks ago and we are waiting for the slats...why didn't it come in with my bed? I will never order from them again...

I will never do business with Ashley Furniture in Victoria TX. If I have to buy furniture I will go out of my way to get it elsewhere even if it cost me extra. The experience with this company has been awful. I had to wait 3 months once ordered for the couch to be delivered to my home. Once the couch was delivered to the house we noticed immediately that the couch was not the couch we were shown in the Ashley furniture showroom. I brought it to their attention and management pretty much shrugged it off and said we knew what we were getting cause it was in the paperwork we signed regardless of it being a different couch than we were shown by the salesman and if we wanted they would pick it up and place another order to get one in another 3 months leaving us couch-less so I told him no thanks and we would just stick with the couch we got duped with. Will never do business with them again!

What a disappointment it was to try and buy a large amount of furniture from this store. The prices I was quoted were ridiculous - over 100% more than what I was quoted at other stores. When I questioned why there was such a price difference I was told because Ashley Homestores got furniture that was better made, and everyone else got merchandise that was damaged or had flaws. The salesperson continued to say this, and when I called the Ashley corporate office they said this was not at all true. If you stand behind what you are selling and the price you are charging you shouldn't have to lie.
Slow, slow service that doesn’t seem to care too much. Out of three people that we have spoken to, only one took time to *try* and help find our purchase. We bought a couch- after being extremely pressured by the sales representative to make a quick decision- and we were quoted up to 8 weeks. That’s an understandable time wait, especially with what is going on now. However, after 8 weeks of hearing no update on our order, we called and were told it would be 10 weeks. No big deal, so we call after the 10 weeks to see when we can pick it up. Now they’re saying it will be over 12 weeks. Who knows how much longer it will be after that. If they would have given a proper time estimate I could have taken my business someplace with much better customer service.
EXTREMELY POOR QUALITY! I bought living room furniture around the beginning of April and have been beyond dissatisfied with it. The furniture is so cheaply made that it has had to be repaired 3 different times now(recliner still not repaired correctly) and has only been sat in a handful of times! I have been getting the runaround on an exchange, almost as if they were intentionally pushing it off to exceed the return window. The "corporate office" always says they'll talk to the store, but nothing yet. It is unacceptable to be paying for this JUNK! BUYER BEWARE!!!

Pretty P.O. at this point. I ordered and paid for two dressers and two full size bed frames with the head board and foot boards. I've been waiting since May just to see they wont be delivered until JULY. . Meanwhile they delivered just the rails....tf Imma do with rails.....I went into the store to talk in person waited for 15 minutes , hell I even walked the whole store STILL no help because they had just SOLD a big set. So I just walked out. . . .I'm waiting for my delivery but will not be ordering online or coming to the local ashley furniture store. . . I actually liked the fact that I found this set for my daughters i moved into my brand new home while both girls were gone with their dads hoping I'd be able to surprise them by the time they returned....patience is key I hope you guys speed everyone else's process. I can be patient but I'd hate for someone else to wait like I am having to.

There is customer service and there is CUSTOMER SERVICE! We bought a recliner four months ago and it developed a problem. We called Ashley yesterday morning. They asked we email a picture to them. We did. Today, one heck of a repairman showed up at our residence (34 miles away), disassembled the chair and repaired it onsite! Highly recommend this business for the quality of their product and followup care.
I had a situation with the delivery team at the warehouse. However I spoke with the store manager who insisted on making my purchase right! The customer service team here went above and beyond to make me a happy customer! I will return next week to make another purchase.
This place is all about sales pressure. Paid $1300 for a chair being sold by other stores for $600 with free delivery! Always compare online before entering into any contract with these people.

Furniture is pretty, but... Pricey and I don't like sales people constantly trying to sell me something... Sometimes just looking, IS just looking. I understand it's their job, but... Edit (post response from owner). I can appreciate the need to respond to less than stellar reviews, and I can appreciate needs and jobs of sales personnel, but the response sort of made my point. I couldn't even leave a review online without being offered to come in and buy something... oh well, I understand, but I don't know that I'll be back anytime soon.

Very disappointed, purchase bedroom few weeks ago and came with defects, First quality wasn’t as expected from Ashley Furniture and staff told us that we should get a call from the main office which never happen.

Very terrible service. They stripped the screws for the bunk beds we had bought. Couldn’t even take it apart to put it in the truck. Then after leaving and almost out of town they forgot to give us all the parts. If I could I would give no star. We will not be back again for sure. Very disappointed.
Just went there yesterday shopping for a sofa recliners and love seat with recliners. No such luck! Over priced. Everything! But their sale is buy the sofa and they throw in the recliner at a lesser price! Who wants a recliner? Went to new furniture store BEL. Found sofa recliner, recliner loveseat AND recliner for .... watch this price $15,000 with delivery!! Can't beat that price!! Even Lacks couldn't beat that price!! So look out people a new furniture store is in town!!
Fair price on mattress. Customer service has been poor. If your sales man or store mgr is on days off, it is up to the customer to find out if there furniture is in. Store manager offers no solutions for there mistakes and refuses to take responsibility. Places all blame on salesperson. Still waiting on deliverery. Wich Has to be set up as well from another person you have to talk to. Then they have to call you BACK as they don’t know what deliveries they have to even set up. I asked to speak with Paige but was denied. Was told my bed would be available 28 or 29th by the store mgr and Pedro the sales person. That did not happen. I was told to sign a document to state it may take 2 weeks but it was a “formality”. So I did not receive a phone call nor my mattress in the time frame I was given. Again No one has had offered anything show how this won’t be a customer service problem in the future to hold. Mgr, salespeople, or owners accountable for there statements. I’m still left to do all the calling. I still don’t know when I’m scheduled to have my bed delivered but the owner knows. But has not told the customer. Me. :update- owner has responded to a google review but has not returned my phone call to handle the complaints of their service or a time frame of when my bed will be be delivered.
We bought a couch and dining room table and were told it would take two weeks to be delivered but it is over six weeks later and we are still waiting. The company isn’t acting like they care very much about it either.
This the second time we have been to Ashley's without getting any assistance. Lesson learned!

Bought living room and bedroom furniture. Salesman Bobby was knowledgeable and easy to work with. Owner made sure we got price we wanted. Delivery guys DJ and Jeremy were awesome.
Great furniture, sales professionals very nice and knowledgeable. Delivery was a bit odd - the dept. said they would call at noon to tell me a drop off time - I called at 2 and my window for drop off was 5-9 pm. Once a correct time was established everything went smoothly and delivery guys helped us move a big piece of furniture. (This was during peak post Christmas delivery for them) The best part the furniture looks great in my home!!
Okay so I just recently moved to Victoria, and I live in an apartment, I visited Ashley furniture in late October in search of a couch. They had a Black Friday deal going on In which I bought the couch I wanted for 300$ less than asking price. Which the deal was really good for the couch. It’s a small sectional very comfortable for less than 800$. Paige and Angela were very helpful in helping me find the couch I wanted and in the color I needed to fit my home. My experience there was great, customer service was amazing and the purchasing process was fairly quick and there were no problems. I would definitely shop here again. Oh and they did not have the couch I wanted in the color I wanted so they ordered it and had it shipped to my house in less than 3 weeks!
Often on the expensive side, and some of the salespeople can be pretty pushy. They have a decent variety though. Most of the time they also have some kind of deal or one coming up.

Girlfriend's parents got us some furniture for our new place. The movers were great, got in and got the job done quickly. Not so quick that it seemed like they were trying to get done, but quick like they were moving with purpose. They somehow took a sleeper sofa up a flight of narrow stairs and through what I can only describe as an impossible entryway, all without any damage to the sofa. Once the movers left I noticed that the cocktail table has wonky drawers, one sticks on the track in weird places and the other is looser than... well you get the idea. The piece is on wheels so you can easily move it and while adjusting the positioning of the table the loose drawer kept flying out. Not a huge problem though. If I can figure out how to upload pictures I will add the impossible entryway. It is truly a marvel that the sofa fit.

I purchased bedroom and dining set in november, told 4 week delivery time. Received bedroom set in november, with a little screw up. Here it is mid February, I have not received rest of furniture. I have been told a couple of delivery dates (only after I call them). They have told me their policy to call every week to update on my delivery. Have never received one call from that store, only way I find out what is going on is when I call them. Actually, I don't care about weekly update, just asked them to let me know if placed on backorder. That has never happened. At this point, I think I should charge them interest on cash money I paid upfront. Nice furniture, as far as I am concerned, very poorly managed store.
In the market for a new recliner. Shopped around, and found one at Ashley Furniture that I wanted. Then I was told 2 - 4 weeks because they would have to build it. Very disappointing. So looking elsewhere where they have furniture that you can ACTUALLY buy!
This is a very respectable business, I can tell you this location is owned and operated by a family that takes pride in their work. NO it's not the cheapest, but it's not marked up exponentially. The products are quality, the staff and management will help you and honestly care about customers. Trust me I love exposing corrupt and vicious businesses here in Victoria, but I give this one a 5-star rating. Tip- level with the sales people they are people like you and know that Victoria isn't full of millionaires. 👌🏼
Never again. Poor customer service, Failed to notify us prior to receiving our furniture to set up delivery date. Waited a week, for "corporate office" Ashley's furniture to make contact on setting up a delivery date. I set up a date and time with Becky Monday only to have her call me Tuesday to re-setup the same delivery date and time. Come Wednesday the day of delivery. Ashley's furniture fails to show up with our furniture or even a call to notify us that our furniture wouldn't be delivered as promised.. No in house delivery No number to contact office in charge of deliveries to obtain information on our delivery. No customer service. Typical poor business habits.
