Me and the wife tried to get a cali king bed. We ordered a cali king, they sent us a king. The owner told us she couldn't help us get the cali king We wanted. So we had the bed sent back, and then the owner still tried to charge us for a bed we sent back. Sent us to collections. Avoid this joke of a business. The owner will send you the wrong product and still try and make you pay for it. One he'll of a hassle don't waste your time here.

Last August I purchased a recliner at this store. I was not satisfied with the recliner and returned it and purchased a less expensive recliner. I was told I could not get a refund but a store credit to be used on a future purchase. Today I returned to purchase a sofa and loveseat. After negotiating a price the manager did not allow me to use my credit. Since the credit is technically my money I am very unhappy with the manager’s decision. As a result I cancelled my purchase and will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. To all future customers beware of this store’s credit policy.

I am a Veteran and repeat customer of Ashley Furniture, and what happened at the Victoria, TX location on 12/14/2025 was unprofessional and unnecessary. I purchased a couch and a $150 4-year extended warranty on 12/8/2025 during their Veterans Day sale. The furniture was delivered on 12/12/2025. On 12/14/2025, I decided I would only use the furniture for the holidays so I request a refund for the warranty that I just bought 6 days prior. The furniture was NOT being returned, and nothing in writing stated the extended warranty was non-refundable. The manager was cold, dismissive, and refused to help me or provide her supervisor’s contact info, even embarrassing me in front of her employees. Only after contacting the Corpus Christi office and mentioning small claims court did she finally agree to process the refund. To the owners, I strongly believe you are not fully aware of how your manager is treating customers in your name. The way this situation was handled does not reflect the professionalism of your other locations. You lost trust that day, not because of policy, but because of attitude, behavior, and dismissiveness. To Veterans, Ashley Furniture in Victoria will gladly say "thank you for your service" during promotions, but this store manager showed how quickly that gratitude can disappear once the sale is completed. Veterans deserve honesty, respect, and transparency, not pressure sales tactics or dismissive treatment when we ask valid questions. Was $150 of some warranty return worth the trouble and the loss of a customer, that is poor managerial performance. Any business minded person would tell you that you want returning customers.

Don’t waste ur money or time here. They basically just bait and switch you. On top of that the price u pay for ur new mattress or furniture piece is the price on the apparel and then they add a big shipping charges. Don’t be fooled by the sticker price.

Ashley was the 1st store I went to yesterday looking for very specific couch features. Chad greeted me at the door and kindly showed me my options. After not having everything specific I wanted he introduced me to their sister store to see what was over there. After finding a couch from Ashley's and a recliner from 5th I left to go to other stores in town. The 2 local stores I called and both were rude literally slamming the phone down. The 1 on the loop I went in and was asked why I needed the very specific requirements for a couch and no they didn't have anything even told me my idea of x color matching my couch would be fine and basically I didnt know what I was talking about...... Anyways, I went back to Ashley picked out a reclining love seat, then walked next store and got the recliner. Chad was so friendly, played with my granddaughter who was with us. Truly wanted to help with what I was looking for. Probably the best shopping experience in a very long time! I definitely will be back!

The Ashley Homestore in Victoria is my family's go-to spot for out furniture -- When we bought our home in 2013, Ashley's was where we got our living room sectional, bedroom set (bed, dresser + mirror, and nightstands). 6 years later, we visited and got a new couch, TV entertainment center, and coffee table. Then, in Summer 2024, we decided it was time to upgrade our bedroom furniture. Chad was phenomenal -- super knowledgeable, friendly, and gave fantastic real world advice about how our bedroom set would stand up against things like our husky's constant shedding! He was so patient with our mattress shopping, too! In fact, we even gathered all the numbers with him, left for other errands and to do some comparison shopping with other vendors, and we still knew that we needed to stick with the quality of furniture and level of customer service that we have received from Ashley's time and time again. My husband swears to this day that our new bed and mattress has been an absolute gamechanger for his quality of sleep and energy levels! Most recently, we have been working on a dining room remodel - so off to Ashley's we went yesterday! Jazmin was so much FUN to work with - so sweet and patient and I sensed she has a great eye for interior design! I could explain the "look" I am going for and the little nit-picky things I don't want/like, and she was right on cue with showing me dining sets that would work. My name is Rachel Rebolloso and I just purchased a sectional & table from Ashley furniture in Victoria Tx. I was very happy with the whole experience from the front door. We were greeted and helped by Robin. She was awesome and patiently helped us! She was so friendly & professional and definitely knows her stuff! The ladies at the service desk just added to the experience as they were helpful, courteous & kind, offering us water. This location is a well oiled machine & all of the employees were very good at what they do! Everyone deserves a raise in my opinion. I will only go there for future furniture purchases! 10 out of 10! Would highly recommend!!!

I’ve bought several things from this location before and never had any issues with sales people but I went in last night to look at a chaise I’ve been eyeing for awhile and I wanted my husband to take a look at it before we purchased it and we were approached by the assistant manager. He was somewhat friendly but by the end of the interaction he was rude and arrogant. I won’t come in to this location again to purchase and will do my purchasing online from now on. Or as he put it, talk to a robot who won’t give you really any information but honestly I’d rather do that than have any interaction with that assistant manager again. Update: Changing from 1 star to 5 star. Spoke with Angela the manager and she made a bad situation way better. I like the way she handles things and I will be seeing her when we go back in to make our purchase. If anyone ever has issues, reach out to her, she’s great!

I’m honestly quite disappointed in the manager he was pretty confident when he sent us over to BEL furniture and said check out there quality of their couches Compared to Ashley furnitures We haven’t even had our couch for 4 months and it creaks every single time we sit on it and the middle parts of the cushions cave in! We don’t have kids or a dog that would be running around or jumping on them it’s just me and my husband thankfully we don’t I would hate to see how they would hold up if we did have small children! I specifically asked the manager about the creaking and he said oh no this would never happen with these couches! very expensive for it to already be creaking so much. We were also told That they would be easy to clean If anything spilled or got stained… they are not. We also purchased a purple mattress that inclines The same time we purchased the couches and the metal frame also squeaks and makes popping noises when on the incline setting! We bought this specific mattress and base to help with my husbands snoring, It does absolutely nothing for him the guy swore it was the best and that we would definitely see a difference but no. So I’d suggest just save your money. We felt a little pressured to make such fast decision since he kept telling us we only had till that day so we could get the “deal”. If I could go back, I would definitely not buy the purple mattress!!! And maybe take some more time and look at other places before purchasing from Ashley furniture store. We had at least gotten a year worth of use with zero issues With the couches we purchased from BEL furniture and were way cheaper. *Update a manager did reach out to me and was very nice and upset that we seemed to be having these issues she is trying to help make it right which I really do appreciate.* New update!! Purchased this less than a year ago and I’ve already had the Ashley furniture store technician come out because it was making a popping sound. We got the adjustable base so that we could enjoy watching TV sitting up, but we hardly use the adjustable settings and one of the welds on the metal part where it comes up is already cracked so if you plan on using it a lot, I would not suggest! The bed itself is very comfortable. We do love it. We definitely would have not gotten the adjustable base had I known That is not very good and it is incredibly expensive! I don’t wanna pay hundreds of dollars for bedsheets that stay on every single sheet that we have purchased comes off all the time even the lady from the warranty told me she has the same issue! I wish there was a cheaper alternative to the sheets that actually stay on this bed, especially when using the adjustable base.
