Robin was absolutely amazing. Super easy purchase. We knew exactly what we wanted and she rolled with that. In and Out with absolutely no pressure to purchase anything else. We will be back to see her for sure!!

Fiona was very helpful in answering all my questions and making sure my concerns were taken care of. It was a speedy process & she was able to answer every question I had or find someone who did know the answer.

My hubby and I came in looking for a beautiful couch for our fourth guest house and we had the pleasure of meeting Gail. She knew the perfect piece when it came to comfort and style and without repeating any previous styles for of our other houses. Here's a picture of our fourth guest house.

I’m honestly quite disappointed in the manager he was pretty confident when he sent us over to BEL furniture and said check out there quality of their couches Compared to Ashley furnitures We haven’t even had our couch for 4 months and it creaks every single time we sit on it and the middle parts of the cushions cave in! We don’t have kids or a dog that would be running around or jumping on them it’s just me and my husband thankfully we don’t I would hate to see how they would hold up if we did have small children! I specifically asked the manager about the creaking and he said oh no this would never happen with these couches! very expensive for it to already be creaking so much. We were also told That they would be easy to clean If anything spilled or got stained… they are not. We also purchased a purple mattress that inclines The same time we purchased the couches and the metal frame also squeaks and makes popping noises when on the incline setting! We bought this specific mattress and base to help with my husbands snoring, It does absolutely nothing for him the guy swore it was the best and that we would definitely see a difference but no. So I’d suggest just save your money. We felt a little pressured to make such fast decision since he kept telling us we only had till that day so we could get the “deal”. If I could go back, I would definitely not buy the purple mattress!!! And maybe take some more time and look at other places before purchasing from Ashley furniture store. We had at least gotten a year worth of use with zero issues With the couches we purchased from BEL furniture and were way cheaper. *Update a manager did reach out to me and was very nice and upset that we seemed to be having these issues she is trying to help make it right which I really do appreciate.*

Feeling discouraged and stuck with a tight budget, we were uncertain about finding better options. That's when we met Miss Cecilee. She was not only incredibly friendly but also genuinely empathetic and sincere in helping us. Thanks to her, we found two recliner's that my husband and I both love. While they were slightly over our budget, she worked with us to make it affordable, and we couldn’t be happier with the purchase!

We bought a temper-pedic mattress for our room and a queen sealy mattress for a guest room and could not have asked for a better sales person. I went to the store wanting to just browse around. I needed to replace my living room set because it was starting to feel a little shabby and dated but definitely could have held on to it for a few more years. A young lady named Fiona helped me to find the perfect set to replace it with. She was super sweet and knowledgeable and made this stressful decision so easy.

She even dragged around an ottoman to help pick out pieces to tie everything together. She has a ton of knowledge about what Ashley’s is offering. Katrina went above and well beyond any expectations. She made the whole process easy and stress free. She also has a great eye!! Could not have done it without her. A couple of my items were backordered, but she reached out every single week to update me on where we were with the various items.
