DONT SHOP HERE. Today I have reached out to corporate so let's see what happens. Poor service , several employees dropping the ball, especially when they have a driver for their company, Alexander Rojias from Dallas 981 distribution center who lied by falsifying a story and refused to deliver the chair to my dad who is in memory care. Shame on him and the whole company. ASHLEY FURNITURE INDUSTRIES DOED NOT HOLD THEIR FAILING WARRANTY COMPANY TO DO THEIR JOB AND HAS SEVERAL EMPLOYEES WHO DONT KNOW PROPER INFORMATION. I'm still fighting them on this but I'm warning everyone I can to stay away. It should not be this taxing to get basic customer service. I've recently heard other horror stories and encouraged others to speak out and write reviews. I hope I'm able to get a resolution and speak to upper management. However, I won't hold my breath. Ashley is labeled 1.1 with the BBB which is an appalling rating. My only hope now is that Jesus intervenes and handles this and all the individuals who have done wrong. And Ashley Furniture, don't bother with the "we're so sorry for your experience, please call us" comment. I've called everyone short of the Pope to get assistance but y'all have failed at literally EVERY LEVEL.

I came down to Waco for a family emergency and decided to do a little retail therapy at the Ashley Furniture store while I was here. To my surprise, they had several clearance aisles, and I was able to find so many beautiful pieces for my new home. The staff was absolutely impeccable. I was treated with the utmost respect and given excellent assistance throughout my visit. They guided me through the store, showed me various options, and helped me secure multiple pieces that I truly love. I will definitely be returning in the next couple of weeks—even though I’m not quite sure where I’m going to put everything when I get back to Houston! Very disappointed. I was told my item would be delivered on 2/4 left work early never received a call or texted that they were not going to deliver today. Received information that next appointment is scheduled for Saturday however talked to Kat at customer service and said it wasn't even at the store it was still at the warehouse and wouldn't be delivered until the 10th. Reached out to sells person trying to get correct information and have not received a call or text to confirm. I was told the item we bought was a display sale but customer service said it's coming from the warehouse. We paid for the item not financed so very disappointed.

Felt very comfortable making my pur chase. Aaron showed me different mattresses and adjustable frames. Even though I was telling myself cost was more than I was thinking, the lifetime of the mattress spoke for itself. Aaron spent the time I needed while answering all my questions. I felt I made the right decision in the end.

Absolutely horrible customer service. I was lied to about the initial delivery date. Had to wait a month for the 2nd delivery date. They canceled that 2 days before delivery. Had to wait a week and a half for the 3rd delivery date. They canceled that one 2 days before delivery. Missed two days of work because I had asked off and they filled my spot. The 4th delivery date was promised by the VIP team to be after 5pm so I wouldn't miss work. 1 day before delivery They tell me they cant deliver after 5pm only between 930am and 1230pm. I told them I cant do that and they promised I would not have to take off work. They apologized and and said they would get it right the 5th time. No thanks if buying your top of the line flagship couch doesn't mean to your company it definitely doesn't mean anything to me. You can keep it. In response to the owners reply: I have called that number multiple times with no resolution to the issue. Except that if I cancel the order it will take 60 to 90 days to credit the account. Not impressed at all.
