Very good quality and informative and helpful sales staff. Unfortunately, delivery was postponed for 3 days from when I was originally promised it. Even though delivery is not controlled by the store itself, I have given the store a mediocre rating as a result of delivery not being made as quickly as I was told at the time of the sale.

Again…this store and company are absolute trash! They refuse to refund us for a bed and base they sold us that are not compatible. The delivery team that set up did not set up correctly and now a leg is broken and they won’t even replace it- after telling us that they would!!! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!!

DON'T BUY FROM HERE!! They sold us an adjustable bed base and a frame that were not compatible. The delivery team set it up wrong. Wood slats on bed frame are already splintering from being set up wrong, and leg on base is already broken - after one week!!! I have gone back to the store twice, and have called and NOTHING has been done yet. We were promised a credit for the delivery and have not received it. Now they want us to buy a bunkie board. Had we been told at the time of purchase that we needed that, then we would've purchased then. Now we have a broken bed (less than 2 weeks old) and broken promises. I spoke with Tucker at Waco store TWICE and nothing has been done. Dear Ashley Store (Owner), Your response is a joke. I have come to the store, called, emailed and texted SEVERAL times and after almost 2 weeks, there is still no "resolution". As for deliver setup not meeting my expectations - they wouldn't meet ANYONE'S expectations! It was set up so wrong that we couldn't sleep in it! Your customer service is trash!

I am happy with the product (recliner) However, I feel the sales person while very nice either misled me or just lied. One of the first things I said to the salesman as a deal breaker was the recliner had to be delivered and the old recliner taken away, That was important since I have no way of getting rid of old furniture, The sales man stated that was no problem that the recliner would be delivered and the old one removed. Delivery charge was a $100 which I thought was a bit high but I agreed thinking the old recliner would be taken away, Upon delivery I was informed that the old recliner would be removed from inside my home but was not going to be loaded on the truck and taken away. Upon reading the sales agreement I see it states that Ashley would not take the old product away. I would not have bought the recliner if I had known this was true since I stated up front that it was a deal breaker. I am not happy with Ashley and the sales person.

DONT SHOP HERE. Today I have reached out to corporate so let's see what happens. Poor service , several employees dropping the ball, especially when they have a driver for their company, Alexander Rojias from Dallas 981 distribution center who lied by falsifying a story and refused to deliver the chair to my dad who is in memory care. Shame on him and the whole company. ASHLEY FURNITURE INDUSTRIES DOED NOT HOLD THEIR FAILING WARRANTY COMPANY TO DO THEIR JOB AND HAS SEVERAL EMPLOYEES WHO DONT KNOW PROPER INFORMATION. I'm still fighting them on this but I'm warning everyone I can to stay away. It should not be this taxing to get basic customer service. I've recently heard other horror stories and encouraged others to speak out and write reviews. I hope I'm able to get a resolution and speak to upper management. However, I won't hold my breath. Ashley is labeled 1.1 with the BBB which is an appalling rating. My only hope now is that Jesus intervenes and handles this and all the individuals who have done wrong. And Ashley Furniture, don't bother with the "we're so sorry for your experience, please call us" comment. I've called everyone short of the Pope to get assistance but y'all have failed at literally EVERY LEVEL.
