Update: new delivery date scheduled. Will update if it arrives or if they cancel again. I’ve had an incredibly frustrating experience with Ashley Furniture from start to finish. During my initial purchase, the sales associate failed to include two items I clearly told him I wanted. When the delivery arrived, those items were missing, forcing me to repurchase them and schedule an additional delivery. When that second delivery finally occurred, one of the pieces arrived damaged. The delivery person attempted to cover the damage with a marker rather than being honest about it. I was told a replacement would be “no problem,” but that is when the real runaround began. I was bounced between multiple customer service bot phone numbers, repeatedly transferred to representatives who could not assist me, and ultimately had to go back to the store in person just to get answers. I eventually spoke with someone who scheduled a replacement delivery for December 13. Because Ashley provides extremely wide delivery windows and does not confirm times until very close to the delivery date, I was forced to put off events, because I didn’t know when they’d actually arrive. I was later told that a voicemail had been left to reschedule, which never happened. The day before the delivery was scheduled (today), I was informed that I needed to reschedule AGAIN. Only to be told the replacement is now delayed and I am now waiting until January…IF they actually delivery it by then. With the customer service rep stating they “couldn’t see” a delay reason. This is furniture that was damaged due to Ashley’s mistake, that I already paid for, and that was originally expected in late November, early December. I did not receive a refund, I still do not have the replacement item, and I have lost so much time due to Ashley’s poor communication and scheduling practices. And now I just have a damaged table sitting in my home, that’s too heavy for me to remove or take myself. Ashley Furniture prioritizes its own internal scheduling and processes over resolving customer issues in a timely manner. Instead of taking accountability and fixing problems efficiently, they allow issues caused by their own mistakes to drag on for weeks or months. As a result, the burden is placed entirely on the customer through lost time, missed appointments, and repeated delays. I would strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

The delivery address is ended up not being what I watched the salesman enter in on my order. I spent almost an entire day just trying to get help. We finally just cancelled the order. Then I got a call from a guy who said he would fix the delivery address to what was requested in the first place. After the all day struggle what a relief. They brought it to the wrong address anyway. Unloaded it in my 73 year old husbands truck so he can take it where it should have gone . I won’t do this again.

$2800+ couch started to fall apart 6mo after purchase. The bottom started to come out so theres a big bip. Unfortunately very low quality furniture. First time purchase at Ashleys for a new home and its a bad experience. The ottoman we received was not properly assembled the top is uneven and hangs on one side. You will not get quality here but you will pay higher price. There are better places out there. Wish we would've gone elsewhere

Highly recommend the Waco Ashley store. Everyone of the employees we encountered were courteous, knowledgeable, easy to work with, highly professional, and a joy to be around. Two special individuals were Darlene who was the store manager, and Mark who was our salesperson. Looking forward to receiving our new bedroom set!
