Jordan and Tucker really listened to our needs and wants. They took their time to show us several options and explain all the features of the different pieces. They took the time to really get to know us to make sure our choice would fill all our needs and wants. In a word they were awesome. What a pleasure to deal with them both.

I recently purchased a brand-new, stain-resistant couch from Ashley Furniture. When part of the couch was delivered last week, it arrived in unacceptable condition — black grease marks throughout the fabric, holes in the corners, and a nail protruding from the couch. This is not damage from use; it arrived this way. I immediately contacted Ashley (after navigating the AI assistant) and filed a claim. I was clearly told the couch would be replaced, as it was delivered defective. Today, a technician came to inspect it. He asked why I hadn’t cleaned the couch. I explained that I paid for a new couch, not one that already looks used and damaged. The technician did not offer to repair anything, did not answer my questions, and left without doing any work. After he left, I received a text stating that I “refused service,” which is completely false. I did not refuse service. No service was offered. Shortly after, I received a call from customer support (none of the representatives appear to be located in the U.S.) and was told that nothing could be done, that Ashley does not accept returns, and that they will not exchange the couch. I am at a loss. I paid for a new, stain-resistant couch and received a couch that appears used, damaged, and unsafe. I am not asking for anything unreasonable. I am simply asking for Ashley to honor a replacement for a product that arrived defective. I hope Ashley will review this situation, correct the inaccurate “refused service” note on my account, and do the right thing by replacing this couch.

I purchased several items, including sofas, a dining set, and an armoire. I was told the items were set aside for us, but days later I was contacted and informed that the sofas had been discontinued. When I went back to the store and asked to see the receipt on file, I was given numerous excuses and was told it would be emailed to me, which never happened. In the end, I was overcharged. I contacted Ashley’s customer help center, but they were unable to assist and told me I had to go back to the store for help. I have been a customer for years, but thats over, I will never be returning.

Our sales person, Aaron, was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He explained advantages and disadvantages of several types of mattresses. I've bought many pieces of furniture with Ashley and I'm always pleased with the quality and price. I DO NOT LIKE the recording that you get when trying to reach the store, requiring that I speak my zip code. I will not speak any unnecessary due to all that is going on with AI. PLEASE CHANGE THAT!
