The salesmen that helped me were very respectful, kind and helpful. I didn't feel forced or like they weren't trying to help me find a solution that worked for me. They were genuine and much appreciated. I even played around with some of the pillows and blankets to make sure it matched what I have in my home. Of course after putting it back and making my decision, they walked me through my options if I wanted to proceed. Again, respecting my space to choose and that was very important to me during the process. I appreciated the lightheartedness during the process, and even while trying to navigate payment, they didn't make me feel uncomfortable. If I had to invest in another large piece of furniture, I would be comfortable with keeping them as an option and wouldn't quickly dismiss them.
