Blake is phenomenal. So helpful kind and doesn’t bull shit. 10/10 experience would recommend again and would buy from him again.

I was happy with my purchase. However, I was passed around a bit by the sales reps and unsure of who I was working with. Also, sales rep. made a couple of mistakes recording my info and I had to call back and text twice to get it corrected.

Knowledgeable sales, listens and acts on our plans, provides solutions to the problem we were working on, recommended highest value choices.

Horrible experience. Purchased a 12000 tempur pedic mattress and base. They told me about 90day sleep guarantee. After a week with mattress we needed to exchange for a softer mattress. Manager Jonathan told me had to wait 30days. Tried calling general manager but you cannot get a hold of anyone higher than the manager for some reason. Waited 30 days for exchange. New mattresses on the way finally but the manger Jonathan decided not to return any of my calls or text. Horrible customer service. Do not purchase from Ashley furniture if you want customer service after you purchase.

The purchasing process was very easy and the sales guy (Rodrigo) was VERY helpful. I knew what I wanted and he gave me a good price. However, we were told we would get the furniture the next Sunday. I called the next day and found out through the automated phone system it was changed to the following Tuesday. Every time we have purchased furniture from Ashley it never comes when promised. I could have ordered the same product from Amazon and received it in 4 days, where Ashley is going to take at least 9 days.

There was slightly too much pressure from the salesman but I saw the rug I wanted just as I was about to leave. I wish the paperwork gave a delivery date.

I would NOT recommend this furniture store. I came in on 12/7/25 to buy a couch. Was told it would take 2 weeks. 2 weeks past with no couch. I go back, Blake says another week. I go in today, now its 6 weeks. No one communicated , not a single phone call to let me know there was a delay. I even sent Blake a text inquiring on the delivery date & he never responded. I feel like I was scammed. I wouldnt buy a box from this place let alone a piece of furniture.

Feels like going into a sleazy car dealership before completing the purchase. When I got the final bill, there were a lot of “add ons.” The add ons increased the total by over 30%. I had to remove all of the add ons. Then I found out they actually lied to me about a mattress price, I looked up the price the next day, and got a little more off the final total. The furniture is ok, but the salespeople and manager do not engender trust. If you do decide to buy furniture at Ashley: 1) you can’t call the store; you’ll get someone overseas; 2) don’t trust anything they tell you; 3) do your homework or you’ll pay a lot more. I won’t be returning, they lost me as a customer. I don’t like being lied to, it feels like trying to buy a car from a sleazy car dealership

Very unhappy! Was quoted one price and charged more. After the credit was told it would deliver on 3rd, only to find actually on 9th. No one will answer the phone. Customer service useless.

I’m not impressed with sales person on the floor, not very responsive and was somewhat rude. If you only buying 1 or 2 lower value items, then you won’t get much of their attention!!. Makes you wonder if they are paid on commission based on value of what you buying.

The floor team is too pushy, to the point you want to find the exit door. Furniture options are okay.

The figures above are figured with the $100 fee that y’all stated to me although I can’t find that # in any of the contracts I read for acima. In order to pay this off in less than the 90 days I’d have to pay $1506.67 a month. Considering that’s more than both my car and truck payments combined I’m going to have to pass on the furniture lease. They refused to run my credit stating the lease was the better way to go…..it’s cheaper to go to a rental store.

Never in my life had I had such a confrontation like I did at this Ashley’s. We came in on a whim just to look around and we made it very clear to the sales associate that we were just looking. We proceeded to be asked multiple times by other associates (of course it’s their job we understand that) but we let them all know we were just browsing. The first associate came back and asked us again, we let him we know we were just looking he rudely told us that it’s their job. When we said if we had questions we would ask, he said “that’s not how it works”. He continued on rudely so we said we would leave. At that point he told us good and that it was for the best with a smile on his face. I am in utter shock of the disrespect and unprofessionalism that this establishment believes is acceptable.

My sales person was very kind and patient and not at all pushy, which I really appreciated. Price was good. Delivery was great. I especially loved the tracking system that allowed me to see the progress of the delivery truck prior to my time window. Overall a great experience.

From the start customer service was excellent. The day I walked in, I informed them I just left rooms to go because they were added charges for financing my purchase and they would bargain. So let them know that they just lost a sale and customer. Jose Garcia and Mohair gave me excellent service and won my business.

Came in to price check a few beds and the guy would not take no for an answer, was trying to force me to spend 6k on a bed up to the point me and my wife were trying to leave he had someone stop us at the door and not let us leave. Absolutely the worst experience. I will never come back.

Literally with in 15 minutes, he made me a great deal, executed all paper work and I was out of the door. 30mins later I got a text saying my furniture would arrive 48hrs later. No wonder Ashley furniture has been in business for so many years, excellent sales approach and business model. Do yourself a favor and make Ashley your first stop for your furniture needs and ask for Cisco, you will not be disappointed!

Bought an entire bedroom set. In California king, I told him that the headboard had to be California.King , he insisted that it was the same thing. Of course, it does not fit now.I cannot get them to take a return. The delivery drivers would not help. According to their customer service all store sales are final. Ashley furniture you suck and you will never get my business again.

My salesperson greeted me, led me to the section I was looking for, then gave me time to myself to shop. I appreciated that there were no high pressure sales. When I was ready to make a purchase he was very helpful and friendly. I’ll shop here again.

DO NOT BUY FROM ASHLEY FURNITURE. THEY DON'T STAND BY THEIR PRODUCT, THEY ARE A DISHONEST COMPANY. THE LOCAL STORE IS UNABLE OR UNWILLING TO STAND BY WHAT THEY SELL. THEY OPERATE WITH DECEPTIVE PRACTICES. I would LOVE to give Ashley a 0 star, but I can't - so they get an undeserving 1 star. Nasa, the sales rep, gave us his card and told us that if we needed anything to just call him. Ashley delivered damaged bedroom furniture to my home. When we called Nasa, he pawned us off onto a corporate claims number. They then took over a week to let me talk to a human, and instead made us deal with a virtual agent. Finally, we spoke to someone who, when she saw the images, was in agreement that the furniture was stained, damaged, and unacceptable - and she'd submit a claim. At this point, we just wanted the damaged furniture replaced. But after days of getting no response, no info, I called back and spoke to a representative named Jessica Rivers, who after a 54 minute call, got an approval to get a refund. During that call, we got a message from the claims department (finally) that they would be out to repair/replace the furniture. I told Jessica this, and she said "just decline it, you're not doing a repair/replacement, you're getting a refund". So I did. After we hung up, I got a response saying "Ashley has no return policy, and we're not getting a refund, and asking when they can schedule the repair." I called the next morning, and spoke to two different reps (both overseas) who couldn't not see that my conversation with Jessica ever happened, have no record of anything like that, and that they cannot help me with a refund. They both refused to transfer me to a supervisor. They literally do not have the technology apparently to do so. I then went into the store, and spoke with Jacob Wolfe (Associate Sales Manager, and manager-on-duty), who was kind, but said he can't do anything outside of his four walls, but that he would send an email and try to get this resolved. The next day, Ashley called my wife and told her in no uncertain terms that there would be NO REFUND, and the best they can do is replace the damaged furniture. My wife very reluctantly agreed, and the furniture was going to be replaced the following week. Fast forward to delivery day, and guess what?!?!? More damaged furniture, potentially even worse than before. Please learn from my experience, stay away from Ashley.

We had a great experience. Isaiah was helpful and knowledgeable. He helped us find the perfect side table to match our other tables in our living room. He even grabbed a tape measure to make sure that it would fit in the small space between our couch and accent chair.

Went in today looking for a sectional Cisco helped and left us alone to look around wich we loved. Cisco showed us a sectional that my niece fell in love with and it was on sale and Cisco said it came with end tables included but we didn't want the floor model he (Cisco) said no worries he could get us a new new one as long as it was in stock, wich it was we said great. He walked away and then his manager came we told him that Cisco is helping us and he said yes he knew Cisco sent him. We said ok so he ran the numbers the second guy leaves then the store manager comes because we where still a undecided because of the price we finally come to a price and check out. This is when we where told the end tables where NOT included we where wth only if we bought the floor model this was what the manager with the cleft lip told us he said we can sell them to you. We where how are you going to now sell us something your salesman said came with the sectional. The sign also said end tables included DID NOT say if you bought the floor model. The store manager came and he was no help he sided with the other 2 men. If it wasn't because my niece fell in love with it we would of gotten a refund. Buyer beware when you go to this particular store. Make sure you get everything in writing for each person that comes and speaks with you. I will never shop at this store again and I will let people know never to shop there.

Do not place an order online! They do not let you return an item, even when the description is incorrect. They still will not allow you to return the item. Their customer service sucks and they do not allow you to return anything bought online for any reason. I repeat. DO NOT ORDER from this company!!

Terrible they tell you that your order will be delivered in four days and now I’m looking at a month to get two end tables. They keep rescheduling telling me one of the tables is not in stock but when I bought the tables the salesmen looked and made sure they were in stock. I have now heard that Ashley’s does this all the time. I sure wish I would of checked on reviews of this store because I would of never stepped inside this ridiculous place that does nothing but lie about when your getting your delivery

These guys lie big-time whatever you do do not buy furniture from them whenever you buy a piece of furniture, especially couches and rugs. They lie and they tell you that there’s a lifetime warranty guarantee that if you get any stains or anything with it, they send somebody out right away to fix it or clean it get the stains out that’s not true that’s completely false.

Guys were great. Family in Albuquerque had ordered some furniture for me here in Houston. Ashley here was able to give me the batteries I needed simply and quickly. Thumbs up.

I stopped by Ashley today just to look around. I was met by a sales person who pointed out some details about fabrics & that I could buy with zero money down . Kept repeating that & that I could change my mind up until time of purchase . I explained that I just wanted to walk thru & look. My husband wasn’t with me & I explained that I would not pick anything out without him there. So I began walking around & another person ( I’m assuming the other sales persons boss because he told me his boss would be coming by to talk with me ) . Well he never introduced himself , shoved a bottle of water at me, & said can we run your info & see if you qualify. I told him I only wanted to look & would not make a decision without my husband. He became very pushy and said twice we’ll go get your husband now ! This made me very angry. I told him that I don’t like pushy salesman & just wanted to look. He just kept on so I left & I will never step into an Ashley store again. I simply wanted to look around & get ideas. Buying furniture is a huge investment & I will not be pushed into quickly making a decision!

I had a terrible experience with this Ashley Furniture store and would strongly caution others before purchasing here. I bought a bedroom set in March and was very clear from the beginning that I would not need the furniture until August 1st, when I moved into my new apartment. I also emphasized multiple times that the delivery needed to be in College Station, even though I was purchasing at a Houston-area location. The salesperson, Francisco, assured me repeatedly that this would not be an issue, claiming Ashley delivers all over the country and that I simply needed to contact him in mid-July to arrange delivery. When July came, however, I could not get a straight answer. He was difficult to reach, promised that his manager would call me (which never happened), and delayed placing the order until it was already too late. Because of this negligence, I did not receive my dresser and mattress until August 6th, and the rest of my bedroom set didn’t arrive until August 22nd—weeks after I had moved in. When I contacted customer service and visited the College Station store, I was told that delays on queen bedroom sets are “common in college towns” in August when everyone is moobing in. This was never disclosed to me at the time of purchase, and it is hard to believe that Ashley was unaware of an issue they admit happens regularly. Instead of being upfront, they sold me the set under false assurances and left me scrambling after the fact. This experience showed me a complete lack of transparency, accountability, and professionalism. Promises were made, excuses followed, and in the end I was left waiting weeks for furniture I was told would not be a problem. I would not trust this store again.

Excellent service from Rodrigo Oxford at the Webster, TX store tonight. Solved our mattress problem and even found us a piece of furniture that no one has been able to find in over a year of searching. We will definitely be back to buy from him again.

When we arrived I told Cesalie what we were looking for. She showed us what was available on the floor and offered to order the one I wanted (not available on the floor). The process was very easy and quick. My kind of shopping!

At the time of discussion it was stated by the Ashley’s associate that we could get a couch for $799. When I checked my paperwork I found that I was charged $1200. Since I felt cheated and disappointed I canceled my order and delivery. I plan to take my business elsewhere.

Outstanding price and services!

I have bought thousands of dollars of items from Ashley. Our last purchase is a nightmare. We have called the store well over 50 times for help and the manager will not address my issue and now is refusing my call. I have even went to corporate office and they say it’s in the stores hand because they don’t even return their emails. The manager is rude and very disrespectful. Beware of this location and company.

I never thought we would make a purchase at the first store (Ashley) we visited, but it made no sense to look further. Quality, price, financing options, but especially the expertise and professionalism from James, our salesman, very amiable and no pressure. Our furniture was delivered promptly and the crew set up the sofa and recliner quickly. We were advised on the morning of our place in the delivery queue and that was also updated each time the crew made a delivery stop. It was fun to track their location from I-45 right to our house! We are enjoying our new furniture and will visit them for future furniture needs. We highly recommend Ashley.

My experience was very positive! Jacob, the Associate Sales Manager, was very courteous, helpful and kind. He was very patient as I explained I had an upcoming knee replacement surgery and was looking for a perfect power recliner to aid in my recovery. My brother had just bought the Mindanao leather recliner, post knee replacement surgery, and loves it! It even reclines enough for him to sleep in it with the power adjusted headrest. I know I will be as happy with mine as he has been with his. I felt very comfortable with no sales pressure at Ashley Furniture.

Would not recommend if you are just browsing. Salesman kept trying to get me to buy something immediately. Also laughed at me and asked my age when I said I was going to consult my mom.

Absolute nightmare of a purchase with this store. Two cancelled delivery dates and when the couch finally arrived on the third, it was damaged, severed recliner cord and multiple holes. Recliner doesnt work at all. All videos and photos attached. SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE. Ashley refuses to make it right. My husband bought a couch off the showroom floor on July 12th. We paid in full that day and scheduled delivery for July 23rd. While in-store, we looked over every inch of the couch with the salesman and it was in perfect shape. The day before delivery, we received no call, no email, nothing. My husband called the store and was told we’d get an email the morning of. We didn’t. No one showed up. My husband stayed home from work for no reason. He called again and was told there was a delivery issue and it would come the next day, July 24th. On the 24th, we finally got an email saying we were delivery #9, expected around 3pm. My husband tracked the truck and saw they passed right by our road. We called again and were told we’d been missed but they were “stuck in traffic.” An hour later, new story: they forgot to load our couch on the truck. My husband stayed home from work AGAIN for no reason. Delivery was pushed to the 25th. When it finally arrived, it was a mess multiple holes (one showing the wood inside) and the main recliner had a completely severed cord so it didn’t work at all. I filmed the entire delivery. My husband called and spoke to a manager who told him to sign for it anyway (video attached) and that a brand new couch would be delivered. He clearly said the damage did not happen on the showroom floor in a text message, and a new couch would be exchanged. It’s now been days of runaround. Multiple phone calls, no straight answers. One person says we’re scheduled for a new couch on August 7th. Another says that’s not true and there’s no record of it. Now today Ive been told because we signed for it (manager told us to) were stuck with the couch and in 7 to 14 days they'll mail us parts then we have to contact a technician and theyll attempt to "repair" the couch (all on recorded phone call). We paid in full for a new, showroom-quality couch and now we’re being told to accept one with holes and a spliced cord. That’s the resolution. Please, please shop somewhere else. This experience has been nothing but stressful and disappointing and were out thousands on a wripped up couch and non-working recliners.

Wanted a price for a bed, was told the salesman need info. I gave the information with the stipulation of my not wanting to purchase, just needing a price. Was told numerous times it was just to reserve the bed and I was not purchasing. As I'm walking out the door, he says the bed will be delivered Tuesday unless I text him and cancel. I was too mad to say anything. My husband called in the a.m. and canceled the order the next day but could not get a number for the cancelation order. I went by in the p.m. to get written confirmation of the cancelation.

Went here last weekend and had a horrible experience. My wife and I were looking and just pricing furniture, but the salesman was insistent on making a sale that day. He followed us around the store and couldn’t take the hint that we were just browsing. Really put us off, so we left. Went to Living Spaces and it was a completely different experience. Horrible communication. They do not communicate at all. I called and went in multiple times over a week and a half for an order update and eventually to cancel. They never called back and despite having the right to cancel per the terms on the receipt I was given the run around and never canceled. The one order that was canceled I'm still waiting for a refund 4 days later. Be aware that prices online are considerably less, shipping is faster, and communication is better regarding order status. I will never purchase from the local store again.

Delivery team was having a problem of not bringing the right size screw gun bit, We discovered after they drove away that ALL of the legs on ALL of the set are very Loose.still are, we are concerned about setting on the furniture. Wish I had back the TIP we gave them.

All were good. However, I wish I were informed of a haul-away service that Ashley's would not render. I didn't know that until I called about it. The rep promised to send me the list of companies affiliated with Ashley's about the service but I have not heard from him, yet. That was four days ago, So, I took care of it, myself, which turned out ok.

The salesman who greeted us began showing us the furniture and suddenly left, using the excuse that he would get his tablet. He never returned. Another salesman arrived. I didn't like him at all. The excuse was that the saleswoman felt nervous around us. I felt like she didn't want to help us. It could be because of our ethnicity, but I didn't like him at all. And when I told the other salesman that I didn't need credit and that I would buy the furniture all at once, he also stated that he couldn't give me a better price because the deal was for me to get it on credit. I understand that because that's how they charge you interest. But the comment is out of place.Bad experience

**Disappointed with Delivery Process** On May 4th, I visited the Ashley Furniture Baybrook location, where I was warmly greeted by Rodrigo. He was pleasant and helpful in showing us various couches. My husband and I explained that we were looking for a deep-seated couch and provided measurements. During our conversation, Rodrigo was called to assist another customer, and Ann stepped in. She was equally great, offering knowledgeable assistance. While our in-store experience was positive, the real issue came with the delivery process. Ashley Furniture advertises a "white glove service," which I assumed meant excellent customer care and adherence to scheduled delivery times. However, that was not my experience. A chatbot confirmed my appointment on May 22nd for delivery on May 27th. Then, on May 23rd, I received a call from guest services informing me that my delivery had been canceled because the warehouse did not have a wedge chair or armless chair in stock. This cancellation was extremely inconvenient, as I had already scheduled someone to pick up my old couch from my home. The lack of communication and failure to meet the agreed-upon timeline was frustrating and reflects poorly on Ashley Furniture's delivery service. I appreciate the helpful staff in-store, but the logistical issues significantly dampened my overall experience.

Found what I liked but didn't purchase with satisfaction and left only with a matress instead of a bedframe, dining tabke and living room set. Was followed constantly and I couldn't even talk to my partner in peace and she began to feel uncomfortable.

Overall experience was not very great. They initially offered to match mattress online deal then found themselves in trouble doing so. In meanwhile, Another salesman who was not even assisting me came into conversation agressive and trying to cause some altercation. May be he was already frustrated for something. His very first comment was aggressive and intimidative and hostile. Even he was not leaving the scene after several time manager's(Jacob) warning.

PSA. I ONLY GAVE ONE STAR BECAUSE I COULD GIVE LESS THAT ONE STAR. With that said, here's is what we experienced. We were greeted by what, I thought at first, was a nice salesman. I was in pain and he could see that and he offered a chair for me to sit so he can push me around so I can browse. I said no, I'll be fine. However he got a little over insistent to which I turned down multiple times. Moving on to the browsing, my wife and I continue to browse, when we were approached by the salesmen again. He wasn't as insistent but more of a typical salesman. Kinda nice but you can tell he was trying to make money. He showed us around bit. When we saw something that we absolutely loved, he went straight to work trying get us to run our credit to see if we could get "approved" for a purchase. Another person, who smelled like cigarettes comes by and us we got approved. We wrre approved for, let's just say, a number that would not get us "WHAT WE WANT". I would then try to steer my wife towards something that was what we wanted, but he try to push that number on us. As we were allowing this guy to run numbers, he say to my wife, that we would have drive to their warehouse to pick up our purchase. Meaning they would not deliver it. That was the last straw. I told my wife we need to leave and I do not want to buy from this place and we left. ZERO STARS.

Ashley Furniture in Webster, TX is the worst furniture store ever. Buyers beware. They don't care about helping you furnish your home with quality products. All they care about is taking your money. The sales rep, Jalen Broussard is a bold face liar. He said I had 30 days after delivery to try out the gel/memory foam mattress I selected at the store. He said I could call customer service to schedule a pickup for a return/exchange. That was a complete lie. The mattress that I tried at the store was completely different than the mattress that was delivered. The original price he quoted was $989. When I told him I would look somewhere else, he said "Let me see what I could do." He consulted with his manager and said he could drop the price down to $549. The mattress that I received isn't worth $100. It is harder than the floor. This company, the sales reps, and the manager are con artists and criminals. This company is full of bullshit. The sales rep do not print any paper copies that you sign. They have you sign everthing on an iPad so you can't read the fine print regarding exchanges and returns. It is impossible to reach anyone through text, phone call, or chat regarding an order. I also noticed charges on my bill that were supposed to be free of charge: $129.99 for a Moisture Wicking Queen Mattress Protector that he said was free with the purchase of the mattress. I walked out of the store with this in hand. He also said the delivery was free but was charged $339.98. Also, there was no discussion regarding the fee of a protection plan, but I was charged $479.99. I will never shop or buy anything from that store again, even if they were giving things away for free. Please shop at another reputable furniture. Ashley Furniture is a SCAM. BUYERS BEWARE!!

My husband and I went to Ashley home store in Webster on February 9th. Today is March 3rd and there have been issues after issues and plenty of lies to go along with it. Still no furniture, because we decided to cancel the order due to all the back and forth. We have purchased from Ashley in the past and it never came with so many lies and deceits. The most honest person was Eddie, but by the time we talk to him we had already had enough. I'm not going to say we will never use Ashley again but if will definitely not be the Webster location. I will not give the names of the people who did all the lying because maybe this was a rare occurrence, but please remember customer service goes beyond just making the sale.

The manager they dumped me with was absolutely awful and misleading from the get go. We found a couch we liked at American furniture warehouse which Ashley ended up having the same one. I talked to the manager a bit and we couldn’t come to an agreement. The moment I said I might go back to AFW due to already buying another item he told me “you are making big mistake”. He then decided to take a cushion off and began hopping on that area, saying he could not do that with the AFW couch. He went on to say they sell 3rd parties their junk and i would be “stupid” to go back. Once i said no thanks he told me to “just leave my store then go back to them”. Which i absolutely did I would not advise anyone to shop here the manager was unhinged.

Employee's are annoying and pushy. The guy mentioned numerous times he was trying to meet his years end quota. It took numerous calls to coordinate simple changes to my order including errors made on their end. The one redeeming quality was that the furniture was pretty good in quality and price.

Cisco assisted me with my recent purchase at Ashley Store and he was really great, I ended up leaving with more furniture than intended initially but he worked with me on my budget so we were able to make it work and I’m very happy!

Everything in this place is marked up so you should expect you to negotiate down. They will follow you around the store. That's not my preferred buying style but if you are prepared to haggle you can get deals. They came down 50% on two barstools with free delivery.

DO NOT PURCHASE IN STORE, or at all - the website touts a "hassle-free" return guarantee, but if you purchase in store (even if you buy from a link sent to you and pay online) then you are ineligible for ANY returns. It was not special order or clearance. The couch smells terrible, a manufacturing defect, and I received it today but cannot get a return at all. Customer service says I should have refused the couch on delivery, but I did not know that was even an option since it was unboxed in my home by the supposed "white-glove" delivery and I was quickly told to sign. I now know better and will not purchase from Ashley at all. I will stick to Costco for better quality and service. Edit: They reached out for feedback where we expressed disappointment with the unclear return policy and they said that was their policy for online orders. This was not an online order, so it's pretty clear they decline any refund request at this point.

I am genuinely frustrated with the sales pitch that was given to my wife and I. I wish I could give 2.5 stars instead of 3. We were told the only part of this furniture we would have to assemble would be the shelves inside of it. Additionally, we were told it's white, and it just looks off white under the lights in the store. Well, guess what? Both were a lie. We still have to assemble every single piece of it and it's definitely not white.

We spent the afternoon at Ashley Furniture in Webster and bought living room furniture and a fabulous Tempur-Pedic mattress. The quality and selection with the discounts is superb, but the customer service is the real standout. Connor and Cisco went above and beyond— if we could give them each ten stars, we would. They were warm and welcoming, understanding and attentive, and Cisco worked hard for us on financing options. We’ll be back for more furniture soon and highly recommend this Ashley location. It is well worth the extra mileage!

Ashley furniture store on Bay Area Blvd was amazing! I walked in and the sales man Conor immediately greeted me. The entire experience was fun and I trusted him. He had a very “i feel like ive known you for years” vibe. They also offered me bottled water. Conor was professional and ensured we stayed on track with what I wanted. I told him I wanted a blue rug and he made sure to show me ALL the blue rugs and even recommended a few multi colored ones as to not keep me from the wide variety they had. Conor was also very observant and considered my individuality, he sensed that I am a do-it-yourself person and didnt push delivery or assembly on me. I said no once and he respected my decisions without pushing me. I highly recommend going to this Ashley Furniture store, I met a few of the other sales personnel as well due to Conors friendliness with his team. And they were all extremely kind and you can just tell the atmosphere is genuinely caring of their needs and they like what they do! Im coming back here for my bedroom furniture. I’m writing this review to tell anyone interested in purchasing furniture to STAY CLEAR FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!!! I’ve had the absolute worst experience with a couch that I purchased from Ashley Furniture! The sales associate convinced me to purchase the extended warranty which I did and even within the first year of having the sectional it lost its firmness and would pick up stains easily! The customer service department was HORRIBLE and not willing to honor a warranty request placed within the first year! All this to say, spend the extra money on a BETTER QUALITY PRODUCT with a company that values their customers and honors their warranty!

My wife and I went to Ashley Furniture and purchased a sectional from there early 2023. The sales guy sold us the protection plan which was for an additional $500. We asked various questions about how the protection plan worked and he basically said anything that would happen to the fabrics was covered, tears, spills etc...well almost a year into owning the sectional the fabric started to un-stich. My wife contacted tech support and they told her that unfortunately that was not convered because it from defect from factory, and proceeded to tell her that they only cover accidental damages which is dumb because wouldn't a warranty be there for defects from factory as well? Very disappointed with the service we received and the quality of this sectional. It's also not like it was cheap, I'd understand if it was because of what they say "you get what you paid for" sadly I did pay 3k for this sectional and expected to be of good quality for that price. I had even bought a dining table and tv stand from them, but after this I don't see myself purchasing ever again. I had more furniture in mind that I need in the near future, but I rather take my chances at another furniture store.

We were about to close on the furniture that we selected for our new apartment until the associate named Jaylin said that we were sketchy because my girlfriend went to look for something that I left in the car, and I told him I’m going to help her because she’s having trouble finding it, and Jaylen told me that we are acting sketchy. When we were about two, we purchased over five pieces of furniture for our new apartment and were there for almost an hour picking out furniture. The only reason I’m giving them two stars is because the manager apologized on his behalf.

SHARON HARRIS, since I'm not sure you actually read my original email thoroughly because you ignored a main point. Due to your Company's Lies and Misinformation, I will not speak verbally with you. Unless you agree to be recorded, and my only comments and questions to you will be, "When will you pick up your furniture and Fully Refund me?" I have a full list of all Local, State and Federal Consumer Protection Agencies and I am starting to report your company. In addition, I will take it to the streets, Social Media, News Agencies, Community Clubs, Churches and a large family, friends and coworkers. Just to clarify things, I have already sent pictures during my original conversations with the Warranty company, Ashley Furniture and Dufresne Spencer Group. On February 10, 2024, I bought two (2) Power Sofas with Adjustable Headrests (Item: 5930247) at the Ashley Homestore in Pasadena, Texas. I paid $3,224.21 total for both sofas plus delivery charge, protection plan, and tax on my credit card. Ashley’s delivered the sofas to my home on 2/15/2024. Unfortunately, the Leather material of these sofas has failed. After only 6 months (August 2024), I noticed the Leather peeling. I called your store and the Extend warranty company on August 10, 2024, and after 2-1/2 weeks I received an email stating that the couch was still under the manufacturer’s warranty and my claim was closed. On August 23, 2024, I called Ashley’s customer service and through an online chat they offered me a $167 Ashley’s gift card. I declined that offer and they then offered to repair the sofa. I accepted that offer. Before any repair appointment was set up, I was notified by email on August 24, 2024, that I had no warrantable concerns present and my claim was closed, noting that the failure is a Manufacturing of fake leather. I made one more call to Ashley’s on August 25, 2024, and was told that normal wear and tear is not covered. This is not normal wear and tear! You offer a one-year warranty on all manufacturing issues. Material is supposed to last for years, not months! When I questioned that answer, you had me send more photos, but then ghosted me. Now it's too late to want to come back and say you want to repair. You already refused to repair and showed your true colors, when you expected me to live with failed furniture. I'm guessing that Ashley Furniture did the math and hoped I would accept $167 gift card versus Ashley Furniture recovering the sofas. Maybe those items are discontinued now. I don't know what the exact reason is, but I'm sure you thought I was hard-up for money and will take $167. I will not accept any Ashley Gift Card. I did not enter into a contract to buy new furniture, so your leather will flake off in six months and accept a gift card for $167 to keep your Manufacturing defected leather. There is no way this is real leather, it must be Bonded Leather! You sold me Bonded Leather furniture but selling it as Real Leather is a scam! I will fight this all the way to the top, in addition I'll take it to the streets and social media. To resolve this issue, I am demanding a full refund for $3,224.21and you will pick up both sofas from my home at no cost to me and fully refund me per FTC Guidelines. Do Not Call Me. I will not engage in any conversation or answer any questions. Contact me via Email only.

Why do they have prices so high when the furniture is made from particle board!! I bought a sofa and within 6 months the support wood broke. Ashley furniture wouldn’t replace or fix and told me that I had to have cut the wood myself. I removed the staple underneath to Lear that the entire sofa was made from particle board and thin strips of wood you can buy from Lowe’s for 15$ for a 12ft strip. Quality is extremely low. Also check the prices at this store, they displayed a price of $999.99 for a coffee table but the website showed a price of $549.99. Good job on ripping people off Ashley. I’d rather buy from Amazon where I can get the same quality but for a fair price.

I would beware when ordering from them online. I purchased a bed and they did not send all the parts I needed to build the bed. I called customer service and they said it would take 3-5 days to get a response on resolution and it would be by email! What a joke and terrible customer service! It’s now been 5 days and no response and when I call their answer is waiting on the vender to respond! I ordered my bed on Ashley.com it states distributed by Ashely and nothing about third party. Still no resolution and I have a bed that I cannot even use!!! I will never buy from Ashely furniture!

Our family bought a sofa, loveseat & chair from Ashley Furniture; the loveseat had to be repaired soon after we received it. Mostly are happy with this set, so we returned to Ashley in Webster, TX to purchase a dining room table with 4 chairs & a bench. The delivery was anything but “white glove” as promised. Delivery guy even used his foot while assembling it! The table set supposedly came with a 5 year warranty. After two years, the bench cracked & pinched my son’s hand. When we contacted them for repair, we’ve gotten no help but plenty of run around. Were told to contact a service company they contract with, who said they don’t cover the frame of the bench. Went back to Ashley in person & they said they’d take care of it. After three weeks, my husband went there again today, & was told, Sorry, they can’t repair it. We will not be shopping at Ashley anymore, & want you to know so you won’t get the same poor service we did. As a positive, caring person, I generally only write positive reviews & don’t express dissatisfaction. This time we are disappointed & want Ashley to know.

Before I went to the actual store, I made sure to have a few items in mind. I called and spoke with Jacob. He was extremely helpful and upon arriving at the store he was great and patient. Me and my fiancée moved into our first ever home and was a nightmare thanks to Ashley. I placed an order for a dinning room set and mattress with Vincent Kohleim. The experience was great and informative until I had to sleep on my floor because he cancelled my mattress order for the reason of “guest preference”. I called to change the delivery address ONLY ONCE, I never contacted them again since everything was scheduled and good… or so I thought. I was informed on day of delivery my order was cancelled without my notice via email, text, phone call. The only way I knew it was cancelled is because the delivery driver told me he didn’t have anything on his truck. I called the store and they explained the reasoning of “guest preference” and that the best they could do was get me a mattress THREE DAYS LATER. Absolutely pathetic. Angela at Mattress Firm saved us from this nightmare and got us a mattress in less than an HOUR IN MY HOUSE (I had to pick up from warehouse which was not an issue since Ashley manager told me it was close to closing even though there was still 2 hours left which was plenty of time to go to warehouse). Whoever reads this DO NOT speak with Vincent Kohleim or you will sleep on the floor like I did.

I always did like Ashley Furniture it’s good quality and strong last longer which I still have the dinner sets with 4 chairs with round glass table and living room sets which is 2 round tables and sofa table with wood,glasses and iron many years ago and had moved maybe several times with the same furnitures.

I stopped in Ashley's, on a whim, to check out their Labor Day Sale, looking for a new leather sofa. I found one, almost immediately, that I fell in love with. It was on sale, but a little out of my budget. My Salesman, Jay, listened to my needs and we were able to make a deal. He suggested a couple other items that I looked at, and I believe they will be my next purchase. This wasn't my first time shopping at Ashley's and won't be my last.

Update from 5 stars to 2. We were promised the online price for a dresser and did not get it. We were overcharged for 2 extra barstools and our financing was set up incorrectly. I have now been ignored by Henry via text & the store trying to resolve this. Would in fact recommend you to look elsewhere. We walked in right before close to browse and Henry approached us asking what we were looking for. We initially came in looking for a table and he gave several recommendations and we found one we loved. He took the time to show us how the extra pieces worked. We ended up ordering matching barstools for our island as well. We came back the next day and ended up ordering a sectional too, even though we came in not needing a couch! Henry is great at what he does and I’d highly recommend him & Ashley’s to anyone looking. Robert his manager also came over and introduced us to the financing process- they have some great deals going on. We will be back for anything else we need and would recommend them to anyone looking. Thank you, Henry!

I ordered a love seat and ottoman in store. Both items were on clearance and floor items, both physically in the store. I took the day off work to receive the delivery today. The delivery guys only delivered the ottoman and had no idea about a love seat. I'm on the phone with customer service right now and they have no idea about the love seat either. I just spent over $1100 for one ottoman and had to burn a day of work. THIS IS THEFT.

I expected something different from Ashley. First of all, I was charged a delivery fee, I expected something shorter than 2 weeks delivery for a chair. Second, after I made my purchase, I was made to feel like "ok, we got your money so get out!". Salesperson could have at least escorted me out instead of just going to look for the next victim!

If you want to be followed around a store and watched and listened to like a hawk to where you can't talk to your spouse without people who are eavesdropping cutting in... Then shop here. 😔

Mayor was our sales persons we got a recliner from this store. Got it delivered and it was too big for our room. Tried to return it the next day and turns out Mr Mayor forgot to very important detail to let us know **ALL SALES ARE FINAL** Now we are stocked with a recliner that doesn’t fit in our room. What a SCAM. Edit: After the "Store Owner reply" I reached out to the store and told them I was advised to reach out to discuss further options. Well, what a waste of time because still there are NO options. and the sales representative made fun of me because I told him "the store owner" advised me to call and he said this is a big corporation do you think the store owner has time to comment on Google. Just show the level of service they have.
