Overpriced Garbage! Don’t buy their worthless warranty that isn’t worth the paper it’s printed on. 2 couches, 1 is crap, damaged as the factory (they bent and stapled one of the wires to the frame now it works intermittently) they won’t fix it, all I want is the 3k dollar couch to work as it’s supposed to.

Bought 2 boyington sofas on November 7th 2025 paid for delivery to my house for November 18th 2025. I received a text message November 17th at 5pm saying the canceled my delivery and needed to reschedule. The soonest they could get my sofas delivered was December 2nd. They called me this time instead of a text message on November 29 saying they can’t deliver on December 2nd now and I have to reschedule for December 5th. I’ve explained this is the second time now they’ve canceled and changed my delivery on me. I’ve gotten rid of my old furniture on November 15 to make room for new furniture coming in. I’ve now been without any furniture in my living room for going on two weeks. This was the first time I’ve ordered from Ashley and will be the last time.

Super disappointed in this whole process. We bought a couch with Craig (who was lovely) and got told it would be delivered that same week Friday (11/07). Friday came around and we get a message that they can’t deliver it that day and have to reschedule to November 26th - which was almost three weeks later than what we got promised. Today is the 26th, we cleared our schedule, prepped the living room (moved the old couch) and waited. No message until my husband reached out and got told we have to reschedule again to December 4th. There would’ve been no issue if December 4th would have been communicated from the beginning. But making us wait, clear our schedule and making room for it to be delivered twice is unacceptable! Update: Today is December 3rd and we reached out to confirm the delivery for tomorrow and AGAIN were told that they can’t delivered it. The number which we got provided here is the one we had already before and there was not much help given. It’s UNACCEPTABLE at this point. We cleared our our days from work - which is time and money. I also think it’s unacceptable that we have to reach out to them instead of getting proactive notification. I will never shop at Ashley’s again!
