Went in looking for a specific item and was told they didn't have it, which was not a problem, but then I was told for longer than should have been that what I was wanting was nearly impossible to find and I should just settle for what they had. Went to a competitor the next day and found exactly what I was needing and it was even on sale.

Julian was friendly, helpful and excellent in directing us to find exactly what we were looking for. Even better, we found a floor model desk that was on clearance. We got an incredible deal on a very solid piece of furniture that was carefully wrapped for us so that we could take it home that day. While we were looking for this specific furniture, we admired everything else that was so beautiful in the store and will definitely be back to purchase when any other needs for furniture arise!!
We got in and were shown items that we didn’t want. We found something on the Ashley website that was the same Trinell entertainment center that we were being told was $1600, but the larger 72” version that we wanted and weren’t offered, and for only $680 on the website. The associate immediately became visibly upset and told us that it was going to be a lot of hassle but he was going to do us a favor and try and get everything ordered. He also told us that they don’t normally honor online prices because they’re not actually affiliated with Ashley and they they just resell (the Ashley website says that’s a lie). Trusting the associate, we ordered everything in store, and were charged a $100 shipping and delivery fee on top of the price. After getting home and realizing that the website has free shipping, the store is in fact associated with the website after the merger a few years ago, and the associate has an awful attitude and lied to us the entire time, we decided to cancel our order and buy online instead. It would turn out that this was also not the best decision over buying a tv stand at Target instead. Everything in store is marked up to egregious amounts and the only hope is that you’ll just trust them that the price is actually that high (it isn’t). Even for online prices, it’s all just MDF with a thin vinyl veneer and put together very poorly, as we found out. All of the items we ordered online arrived broken. Three of the four, I was able to modify or order replacement parts, and those were the three that came on time. The fourth was lost by FedEx, which customer service basically told us that they’re not going to do anything about and can’t replace before it’s definitely lost because they can’t contact FedEx, and when it arrived finally, was absolutely destroyed (so we had to contact them again and get them to send the replacement that I had told them I was going to need anyway, ordered). I can’t stress enough, do not shop here or on the website. It simply isn’t worth it, either in terms of quality or the potential headache, that we have definitely had to endure.

Knowledgeable salesperson, not high pressure or deadlines set. We had visited several furniture stores and Ashley had what we wanted in stocks. We had a choice in coverings and choice in what pieces we wanted. We have had Ashley pieces before so knew it would be good quality. One point that helped us decide for sure is the extended warranty that can be cashed in for entire amount if not used. Everyone should check them out before buying any furniture.

Don't ever buy anything from here. It's like buying from a used car lot the way you have to haggle for the prices. They will not get the furniture delivered in the day they do. Then when it does get feliver d everything will be wrong and broke. Good luck of you still go here and buy something.

On 3/13/2024 I ordered a mirror online from Ashley. The mirror was delivered broken. I immediately reported after opening it. Two months later after repeatedly calling their customer care number, emailing, and texting pictures. I still can't get them to make this right. They refuse to refund me. Refuse to let me talk to management and refuse to give me any management contact info. I just now received a response from Ashley social media department that they looked into it and to much time has passed. It wasn't to much time when I first reported it. This company will steal your money. I wouldn't do business with them they are not honest and honorable.

The second sales person I talked to was excellent! Everything done, paid for, and delivery set up in probably 30 minutes. And this included Q&A about the purchased pieces, checking measurements and dimensions, leaving specific instructions for the delivery crew, etc. Craig was wonderful and made this purchase a very positive experience.

As a customer who recently purchased a reclining and loveseat from Homestore, I highly recommend this store. The sales associate Foster, was incredibly knowledgeable about all products available. It's unfortunate that Ashley's credit company cannot transfer credit over state lines. I learned that Ashley franchise is state by state so I couldn't use my current credit with Synchrony to purchase any furniture without having to ding my credit for a new account. Thumbs down for Ashley

We came in spur of the moment.. Foster greeted us almost immediately and another gentleman shortly thereafter.. We sat down and tried out almost every couch combination and went back to the very first set my husband liked.. choosing the side chair and additional ottoman took the longest.. I recently went into this store while in Wichita Falls to find an ottoman that would go with new living room furniture I purchased at a different store. A sales man, Christopher Robertson, was very helpful in finding something that would fit my needs, and was very friendly through the whole initial process. He also gave me his cellphone in order to contact him. He advised that he would be back in contact with me the first part of the week, but if I did not hear from him to call the store or him personally to get the status. After not hearing from Chris I attempted to call him and the store with out much luck. The number for the store and to check existing orders initially did not go anywhere and would disconnect. I was finally able to get someone on the phone from Ashley and advised the order would not be in until May 18, 3 months after the original order date. I was finally able to get ahold of Chris and when I discussed what was going on instead of offering any alternative ideas he just advised "thats ok we can just cancel your order". I was then able to finally talk to a manager to see what we could do it was decided that we would just cancel my order. But when I asked about how a refund would work since part of the order was on a gift card the manager said "I don't know" and that it could take up to 4-5 weeks to get a refund. The manager then finally advised that I just call customer service to get my issues taken care of because he did not know how the process would work and wasn't sure about getting a refund processed. Customer service was very helpful in cancelling my order. I won't be shopping with Ashley Furniture for a while.
I went to get a specific set of Furniture. Mohamed was able to put it all together and at an excellent price as well. He took his time to ensure that I received exactly what I was looking for.

I bought a bed 3888.00 hundred dollar mattress and got the guarantee. I called it in a day before the 31 day and they said I had to call back. I have been trying to sleep on this horrible mattress for weeks now and they setup a delivery date to bring me a new one and I get a call today saying they don't have it and put me on the list for the 21st. I want my money back. This is horrible.
While the sales person was very helpful and friendly (the only reason it gets two stars). The store managers and Ashley in general are very lacking in customer service. Spent over $16000.00 in this store and have been delivered two set of damaged sofa and love seats. After this requested a refund for the sofa and loveseat and was told that it is not policy. Tried getting the store management involved but was told that they can't do anything for us. Corporate escalations are no better. Going on month two of trying to get any response other than we will bring you another damaged sofa and loveseat is impossible. So buyer beware Ashley does not have any customer service. Would not recommend at all.

My aunt & uncle purchased a mattress and we were told in store that we had 30 days to return and get our money back. It was delivered Fri 11/24/23. My aunt slept on the mattress 20 min and her back was killing her. It’s not comfortable for my uncle due to shoulder surgery either. We took the mattresses off the bed bagged them up and called the store Saturday morning only for them to tell us we have to keep it and we can’t return it. When we let them know Chris Told us we could return it they said, “he gave wrong info” and now they refuse to correct it. I called ”corporate” and spoke with a manager name Angela who then told us we signed the papers and we have to keep it or exchange it on the 31st day and that she can’t say the employee did anything wrong because she wasn't there. I asked her to exemplify customer service and to consider if this was her or one of her family members and at least show compassion or empathy because she was so monotone and she couldn’t. She never offered to help rectify or come up with a solution. When I asked to speak with someone else she told me to call back and get someone else. I also asked for the phone number for the general manager and they are trying to say they don’t have one, when online it shows the general manager. I also let Angela know I spoke with multiple employees who gave different info on the phone and no one had the same information, she didn’t care. I told her to retrain the employees since they represent the company and she gave no response. This customer service is beyond flabbergasting, horrendous and disappointing. If you have “managers” that don’t care or even try to help your customers out you should really reconsider who you have representing your company.

We have been loyal customers for over 20yrs. We recently purchased a reclining love seat, thanks to the help of our awesome salesman. He is such a nice guy took the time to show us options and explained everything we needed to make an informed decision. Thank you for your professionalism and personal attention. The only complaint I do have is that his boss kept calling him away from us when we were in the middle talking to our guy like we didn’t even matter, which was really rude and made us feel bad for the guy that was taking care of our needs and made us feel uncomfortable as if we were a bother to him (the boss ). But, even Worse was when we were signing the paperwork for the sale and trying to pay in full for our purchase, his boss AGAIN interrupted and made us all move to a different counter to finish our transaction because HE wanted to use the counter we were wrapping up our business at. Because I guess who ever he was chatting with was more important than us finishing up our purchase. I felt that was not only demeaning to his sales staff but also very demeaning to us as paying customers! Again, love the store, ( loyal customers for over 20yrs.furnished our whole house with Ashley’s furnishings) Love the furniture, and the great salesman that waiting on us. Do not purchase ANY Furniture from this store unless you want to be conned! They like to pull the ole bait and switch. Then they want to charge you another $100 to exchange the item even though it was nothing like the item you tried in the store. Find a different furniture store and save the money and headache!!! The only reason there’s 1 star is because I cannot give zero stars. We purchased a bookcase at the Wichita Falls store. The item was not available locally, but the salesman said we could order it and he would give free home delivery of the item. We were impressed since we live about 60 miles from the store, so we bought the bookcase. We were told to expect the delivery to be in about 2 weeks. About 2 weeks later, I received a chatbot text and email offering to schedule delivery at a date and time that we could not accommodate, so I declined that shipment date. I was told someone would contact me, which ended up being a very nice lady in India. She told me another date which we could expect to receive the item, and I agreed to the date. She said we would be contacted 48 hours ahead to set the final delivery day and time. Sure enough, 48 hours before the day, I was told delivery would be between 1 and 4 pm on the set day. I accepted and made arrangements to be sure we could be there for the delivery. But the next day (today), 24 hours before the delivery I was contacted by the chat it agin changing the delivery to the morning. I declined that delivery and was told by the chatbot that our delivery was being removed from scheduling. I called several numbers (apparently the phones at the Wichita Falls store do not work!) and finally was connected to another very kind person in India who could do nothing for me except offer to reschedule the delivery for another week. I asked to be put through to her supervisor to see if that person could help me and was told sure, and placed on hold. After I was on hold for 20 minutes, the call was disconnected. I called several other numbers I found by scouring online and eventually reached a kind lady named Paula who wanted to help me, but the most she could do was put me back on a delivery schedule for another week, a third delivery arrangement at this point. I agreed and will see if, more than a month after my purchase I might actually get the product I paid for. I have very low confidence at this point. Ashley uses a contract delivery service who sets their own delivery schedule and you can’t get a phone number for. This is maddening. I’m probably done with Ashley Furniture at this point, and if I don’t get a satisfactory delivery arrangement in another week, I will have to begin the tortuous process of getting a refund. Apparently, according to Paula, that has to be approved by a supervisor and can take days. I just am aghast that this company has such poor esteem for their customers. They don’t seem to care if they keep me or lose me, either. Amazing.

Everyone in the store was helpful, without being pushy. I was explained the store layout, pricing and quality indicators, then allowed to browse without interruption. Ultimately, Chris, the mattress guru, answered all of my questions, and helped me to make decisions about a mattress and foundation that I believe will be perfect for our needs. I can’t wait until we can sleep our first night on it! The whole process was seamless and I’ve been updated and had direct access for any issues the whole time. I was impressed by the quality of the furniture and mattresses available; absolutely equivalent to shopping out of town!

I was happy with the store service, but after almost a week no one has contacted me to let me know when my recliner will be delivered.
I’ve been trying to contact somebody since Monday, and they say they’re closed on the customer service line at different times of day. We’ve had several issues getting a hold of this store since purchasing our couch in 2021. We dismissed it then as residual COVID issues, but now I’d have to definitely not recommend spending your valuable money here- spend less to get the same, or pay more for actual service.

We chose to shop this store while in town, and was successful at finding items that worked for us. Did not get the exact item, because the sofa we ended up with, was not sleeper available, but nonetheless wasn’t 100% necessary. Craig Smith, the representative, was friendly and helpful. He did run us through the mattress demo they have going, and even though we purchased a new mattress less than a year ago, we really liked it also, so bought the king Tempur-Pedic with smart adjustable base. Overall was a good experience, with lots of questions asked and answered. The key, is answered. I will not buy from someone who can’t answer basic questions, so thank you staff for the welcoming us into the store, and allowing us to buy on our terms. Everything is overpriced, nothing is ever in stock, everything takes months to order, and you can't walk in the store without being harassed by 5 salesman trying to get a commission. They don't care what you're looking for, they just want you to spend some money while you're there. I get annoyed by the salesmen to the point that I never consider buying anything.

Salesmen are fine and delivery is fine but am very disappointed in the Recliner Couch and the Recliner that we bought. We sat in them at the store but when you get them home and sit in them for a little while they are SUPER HARD AND UNCOMFORTABLE wish we had never bought there. Wish we could trade for a different set almost $4.000 .00 worth of furniture and it hurts us to sit on them. guess when you get 76 and 78 it doesn't matter. Will never get our business again

I ordered a queen bed frame and mattress combo from Ashley's online. I received items sooner than expected. Footboard had too big of holes drilled into it, so screws were too small to screw onto frame. so, called them, they have NO replacement parts, so, they are gonna send a whole new bed to me!! Then, bed is way too low, so, I had to order a 5" box mattress to raise up the mattress so it will be easier to get in and out of bed easily.I was disappointed when, they wouldn't REFUND my money back on this order! Just Think about this when you order MATTRESSES from Ashley'!!! They will refund my bed frame money, but they NEVER refund your money when U order a Mattress that has been taken out of the box!!! Do NOT buy Beds and Mattresses from Ashley's!! Do NOT order any furniture online, they don't put enough information on there to get the full picture of what the item is!! It's better to go inside store to see it and sit on it firsthand, so, you know if that's EXACTLY what you want!! I will NEVER SHOP FROM ASHLEY'S AGAIN!!!

I had no issues with my buying experience, however, after the purchase I realized their Black Friday deal was 25% off the first time and 20% on the subsequent purchases. They gave me 25% on the cheaper bed but nothing off the $500 dollar bed. The guy was telling me he was giving me the best deal he could and I guess it was my mistake for trusting him and not doing my research.

The absolute worst. Predatory business practices, dishonest and rude. Delivered partial items that were damaged. Left a room off of delivery with no notification. Received the room two weeks later. They were dishonest about financing terms. To add insult to injury financing company said they sent a bill. I did not receive a bill. Two weeks after furniture was delivered I went to store to ask about bill. Was told it would come in 6-8 weeks. I ended up calling finance company who told me my first statement was mailed the day after purchase. Weeks before delivery. They now say I am no longer eligible for zero interest promotion. I have still never received a bill. I will not ever purchase from Ashley again.

I absolutely hate being bombarded immediately walking into the store. They don't even give you time to look around before trying to sell. I would have liked to look around the store to see what all was there, but if its not one person walking up to you then its another. And I'm extremely disappointed in our purchase. Does the store not honor online pricing?! We ended up spending almost $600 more going into the store than if we had just ordered online. Sales and pricing should be the same across the board. And whats even more disappointing is that since we picked it up the same day, all sales are final. Save some money and just order it online.
I like hassle-free looking around/buying. I feel really bad for the employees but I immediately felt pressured. Maybe Ashley needs to adopt Homezone's policy. I see why there were not many customers in the store. In fact, I was the only one for a moment. If I want something, ill come let you know....geez. Tons of furniture in the store though. Beautiful furniture. Just wish I could have looked at it....ALONE.

My wife and I bought furniture here in August and it was finally delivered but it was damaged. The white glove premium delivery service is total BS and I would not recommend it. The sales people are not capable of making a choice and have to rely on the managers. When I took pictures of my damaged furniture to the store they said they would be in contact to let me know how the company was going to handle it. They said they would call and let me know. That was total BS also. The replacement chest that was delivered today but will need to be exchanged again it is structurally unstable and rocks so much that I had to unscrew the feet on opposite corners to hold it somewhat stable. I found screws missing in structural bracing on the chest. This place needs to step up their game and offer a better quality product. I will say that the delivery team that came to my house today were much better. I have read only bad reviews about this store. I wish I would have thought to read them first because so would have never bought my furniture from them. Read all the reviews and you will run away from this place like your hair is on fire

We took several days to make a final choice and made several visits to the store to ask questions Mohammad was always more than willing to take whatever time we needed to make a final choice. Julian was also helpful. The mattress doctor was okay to work with. Hopefully the bed will arrive soon so our order can get delivered.

Where do I start.... ordered bed room set 02/22/2022.... I knew it would take a while for it to get here,, I have chosen 3 different delivery days.. Take off work... and still NO BED....I want to cancel, but not pay the 10% fee.I dont feel like i should pay for somethig I never will receive... I have called customer service several times.They keep offering me a in store credit..At this point I am never buying anything and reccomeding AShleys to anyone.. If they can give me a store credit they can waive the cancelation fee..
Bought a love seat and sofa set for over $7000 and the love seat is broke within 4 days of purchase. Call them for replacement or refund or to repair. They would not replace it, but try to repair it. It takes months to get the part and then have schedule a teach, then wait for other parts. Or I can buy another new one in stock, this brand is worthless now. I call customer service and waited 45mins one day and 1.5hrs the next and still no one answers. There service sucks. The only good thing about the visit is that the store folks were nice, thats why I give 1 star. I seen other customers with quality issues there.
The sales people are friendly and inviting, also very helpful and knowledgeable. The store is clean and inviting. But that's where it stops. I ordered furniture at the end of May, was told to expect it in September. By October I hadn't seen or heard from the company, then was told it would be a few more months. In January I canceled the order when they called letting me know one of the pieces were ready but I wouldn't get the rest of my order til March. They called several times trying to deliver my pieces individually and I kept telling them I cancelled the order. Now they're texting me telling me they're delivering the furniture in a few days. I just spoke to customer service to cancel the order and they said someone else will have to call to confirm the cancellation. How many times do I have to say "no!" To them???? This is by far some of the worst customer service I have experienced! Now I have to call Synchrony and let them know the order is cancelled so they don't ruin my credt too.
Chris is great! Always so helpful!! Been in there repeatedly and he’s always eager to help even when we can’t decide same day. He’s personal and educated on the furniture. He gives us real dates for delivery and actually calls to tell us when things got delayed. He showed us how to improve our sleep and didn’t push us to buy today. We will be back and always ask for him.

After conveying all the furniture with our house, we set out of the daunting task of having to furnish every room. Bob helped us find the perfect bedroom setup based exactly on our needs. There was no pressure to buy, and we received a nice discount for paying cash.

Hey Ashley, why not just tell all your customers the truth. Absolutely disgusted. Never again. Posting this for others to know truth of how horrible is Ashley Furniture Store.
I like their furniture. However, very poor service. The salespeople were great.... Until... I find out they did not tell the truth in delivery date. I was promised by a certain date and was upsold on the product based on this quick delivery. When they called to schedule --it will be two weeks later than promised. The salespeople conned me into purchasing that date and said it would be here. When I return called the delivery service, the person on the other end gave me two different names. She blatantly lied about the delivery, telling me it would be delivered in December (it is January). She lied about her name. She kept repeating the same perky responses (highly irritating). I was released from the call, but did not get to provide feedback as their recording stated. I called again. I was told delivery would be in a couple more weeks -Again, confirming the salespeople conned me into a purchase on the day I was in store. I am terribly disappointed in their business practices, salesmanship and customer service is detestable. These will be the very last purchases I would ever make at this company. I would not recommend this company to anyone, ever.
The customer service ion the store was great but our furniture did not get delivered for almost a year after the promised date. They did not stay in contact with us or give us the status of our order, each time we called customer service they said it would be in next month, and when they delivered they delivered on the wrong date. I will never make another purchase from this company. We paid for everything upfront also. Our experience with individual was ok but overall this was one of our worst experiences.

Excellent customer service from Chris. He was very knowledgeable about the furniture we were interested in and is a sleep expert, which helped us pick out the best mattress for us. He was not pushy and yet was right there when we had questions. The store was full of beautifully decorated living areas and there was plenty to choose from.

My future husband and I went to Ashley’s furniture to find a couch and chair. BW the sales person was very very nice and professional. He had patience while we looked around and answered any questions we had. The manager was equally as nice and helpful. We found what we wanted and knew we would have to wait for it to be in the warehouse and delivered. Surprisingly not as long as they had forecast and everything is perfect. Some people say it’s costly, but to get good furniture Ashley’s is the place to go. I would give them 10 stars but I’m only offered five. You need to try them!

Reggie greated me as I walked in the door. He walked around the store with me to help me find exactly what I was looking for. We found the right piece but not in the color I wanted. We went online and found it. He had a manager help with price and info on shipping. They were both very friendly and helpful, i will definitely be back!
Strange vibes! A little pushy! They dress like Dr's. You feel more like you are in an insane asylum than a furniture store. I personally felt very uncomfortable in there. This is Texas! We are open for business! I would have given 0 stars bit they make you give at least 1+
Let me start off by saying the service in store was great. Then, the waiting. Bought my living room set in may, 8 weeks before the first delivery, of 3 items. Another 5 for the chairs. Still don't have the couch, it has been pushed all the way into 2022 for delivery. So I went back to the store to change my order so I can receive the couch before the new year, it's been a full 6 weeks since I changed the order and they just showed up with on accsent chair, no couch or love seat. I get that things are delayed because of covid, but it has been 5 months and I still don't have my furniture

This store is a JOKE. I have been waiting for a refund for items canceled back in July. Refund was approved and items canceled on July 1st. I have yet to get a refund. I have yet to get a straight answer on when I would get a refund. I have asked for a call back multiple times. I have yet to receive one. Poor customer service. Poor fallow up procedure. Just poor experience all around. I just want the refund to be processed like I was told it was going to be back in July.
Craig was super helpful. Got a unique floor lamp after some browsing both online and in store. Was able to take it home right away.

Wow, I'm not sure where to begin. We purchased a beautiful dinette set and master suite set - thousands of dollars. That was back in May and it is now September. It still has not arrived. We did receive a few pieces, but they were damaged. We put in multiple tickets for repairs (including two trips back to the store) and still no call back or repairs. Now, when we purchased the furniture we signed their standard form that says if you want to return your furniture (even if it hasn't been delivered) you will accept only store credit and you will pay a restocking fee of 25% of the purchase. Apparently, that is the case even if the furniture has not been built yet. I'm not sure how you restock something that hasn't been built yet, but it seems Ashley Home Store has figured out how to do it. I will say that both visits back to the store to speak with the manager have been fantastic. She has handled our problem with great professionalism, but the customer service group at the national level leaves MUCH to be desired. We will never purchase from Ashley Home Store again. Buyers beware.
My order had been backed up for 4 months. I never received any updates from the sales rep that had initially helped me. Lexi and MD found a way to help me get something fast for my mom who had been without couches or a bed for months after my dad passing and having to find her new normal. This was the best shopping experience I've had in years. No need for sales pitches as I felt at home the moment I entered the store. I wasn't there shopping for me but a friend and in no time I was interested in filling my furniture needs and left with a New Sofa and Loveseat. MD and Liz are a great team
Horrible customer service. After two failed attempts to get what I paid for correctly ordered, I could here the manager in the back joking and laughing to another worker about our situation while his customer service person was trying to reorder our chairs. Then we were given a number to call instead of getting help at the store. First delivery was pushed back without notice. When we told the delivery service they had the wrong chairs, they pressured us to take it anyways. Then we were slapped with a no return policy since it was in our house. Salespeople need more training on the products and services, and management needs more customer service training if they want to retain any consumers. They definitely lost one here, and I hope whoever reads this takes this warning before buying.
The worst furniture store I have had the misfortune of dealing with. I entered the store and ordered a table and chairs. After waiting 2 months, the table was delivered but with the wrong chairs. I refused the order, contacted customer service and the store, who assured me I would receive the correct chairs next time. 2 weeks later the exact same chairs were delivered again. Once again I called and was assured the correct chairs would be delivered. And 2 more weeks later (3 months in total of waiting) and to my astonishment, the exact same wrong chairs I’d refused twice were delivered a third time. So I was forced to use the one and only took in my arsenal: a bad customer review. Needless to say, I will never shop at an Ashley Furniture again and I highly recommend no one ever shop here
We ordered stuff on Labor Day weekend of 2020. We recieved our order 1 week shy of a year. Yes, they took almost a year to ship our stuff
DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! This company has the worst customer service and is full of excuses with no assistance to resolve. I paid for living room, dining room, and bedroom furniture. Order date: 6/2/2021 Was told furniture would be delivered July 14. It was not delivered-I called and was told they no longer had the bed I paid for and I had to pick out a new bed. After I picked out a new bed I was told my money was never “transferred over” as they were bought out by another company and they weren’t going to deliver the furniture and there was nothing I nor they could do about it. I asked for corporate contact information. I kept getting the run around and blown off. Yes I showed my receipt. I requested a refund two weeks ago, didn’t hear anything. I called 08/18/2021 and was told they had my information on file finally and had delivery dates for my furniture (random pieces) on 3 separate dates: 8/31, 9/13, 10/14. I requested a 100% refund at this time. I was told they would send it to the refund department. I need furniture for my new home. I have 4 kids and need furniture ASAP and this company could care less. I did a BBB complaint as well to help with resolve. Again DO NOT SHOP HERE!
If this page had an option for zero or minus zero I would choose minus zero,for service delivery and lack of transparency. Let me just give the facts and see if you would knowingly do business with this store. I spent 15K to furnish my new home in tx. The biggest purchase was an adjustable bed We were told the SALESPERSON Christopher would rush the order and call us the next week, lie number 1, then 5 weeks later we were promised delivery on 8/13, lie number 2, it was in warehouse but we had to wait for empty truck. Lie number 3 we would get bed on first available truck that week. The first available truck for a bed love seat and kitchen table sans chairs is 8/28. After begging for the bed they promised 24 hours and that has been a week. Ultimately it will 10/23 before we are slated to get our entire order paid for in cash. Why on earth would you buy anything from this store or any other Ashley, unless you don't mind 90 days for delivery!!!!

We visit this store at least 2 times a month,the store employees are very courteous and helpful. I have tried other furniture stores in The wichita falls area and there is no comparison to Ashley's furniture. Special thanks to the store manager for making all our purchases easy.
We ordered something from Ashley Furniture in April. So far we have made several payments on this furniture and still in August have not received it. We have spoke to the Wichita Falls store and get the run around everytime. I would not order a candy bar from these people.
Very bad experience with this company. I understand there are supply chain issues but they could have at least kept us informed throughout the waiting process. We ordered one sofa in March with expected delivery in May and paid for the sofa IN ADVANCE, which the store happily accepted at that time. Delivery was later pushed to June, then July, then August, and finally to December 29th... Every time we would call for an update, they would say they were looking into why the sofa was delayed and then would not follow up with us. Finally, after calling them several times in late July-early August, we were informed that expected delivery was now December 29th. At that point we requested a refund. They stated they would have to reach out to their VIP group to see if they could deliver the sofa more quickly (I wonder why they hadn't done this previously???) and would call us back to let us know IF they would issue the refund. Of course we did not hear from them so, 5 days after they told us they would get back to use quickly on the refund request, we called them again. The sales person informed me that they would issue the refund but that it would be 4-6 WEEKS before the refund check would be issued... It is funny that they wanted payment 2-10 months in advance but won't refund that payment, for lack of performance on their end, until 1-2 months after requested.
Worst furniture store service ever experienced! Feels like I've been had by a "snake oil salesman". They eagerly took my money I paid cash in full up front. Won't give me any items I ordered MONTHS AGO, won't give a refund or offer another furniture product that IS available. They WILL however give me, and many other people, the major customer run around!
As far as I'm concerned they're a bunch of crooks, I wouldn't give anyone a referral to them it's been 9 weeks since I bought and paid for 2 recliners and still no delivery. I'm trying to get my money back so I can get my husband a recliner he just had open heart surgery and definitely needs a new one and they knew this.
I purchase a sectional set on June 2, 2021. Paid with my debit card and it cleared out of my account in 1 business day. After getting the run around of my delivery date, I decided to cancel on Sep 15, 2021. Why is it going to take 3-4 weeks to get my refund?
Took 8 weeks to get my furniture. Called multiple times only to be told it should be on the next truck. Will only give a refund in store credit minus 20%. I don’t know how this place is still open. Never again.

We ordered a couch on December 2nd, 2020 and was told it would take 4-6 weeks to come in and that we would get regular updates. It has now been over 8 months are we are couches + updateless. I have reached out to the store many times and always get reassuring answers like "it'll be in next month" and "we'll have the salesperson send you updates!" I have spent hours on the phone with customer service trying to get updates or at least an honest estimate of when to expect our couch. Today, I contacted customer service and they said I should receive my couch by next year (2022) and the trouble is that we live in a "special zone" that doesn't get regular furniture deliveries. We will, without a doubt, never use Ashley furniture again and will recommend that no one else uses them.
I’ve been waiting for 3 months for my sectional and ottoman which was supposed to take 2-4 weeks . It’s now been 3 months with no furniture. Additionally I was told that an associate would call me weekly with an update and that has never occurred . I make NUMEROUS calls weekly only to receive a recording stating the phone is not available . ( I’ve called at least 50 times to various places for assistance)I’ve visited the store several times for assistance and like all the other calls and visits I’m told there is NOTHING that can be done and they’re only going by what the computer tells them . I’m beyond frustrated as I called the Corp office today , spent my entire lunch break on hold and got disconnected twice after holding for 30 minutes each time . This level of poor customer service is beyond frustrating yet when I was on hold today the hold recording welcomes you to the “ number one furniture store that makes your dream come true .” This couldn’t be further than the truth . Ashley furniture it’s very discouraging that a company operates as such and is never willing to assist their customers with resolution . I’m only submitting this review to hopefully receive some assistance is receiving my furniture that I paid for several months ago . A good quote to share and think about ... “ turn customer service into a customer experience.” Please help your deserving customers that pay their hard working money to your company they trusted when they visited your establishment. Please help us out!!!!!!!! I’d really love my furniture that was paid for 3 months ago .
The worst furniture store I have ever came across we were promised our bedroom set in 4-6 weeks, it is now a year later and I’m still waiting on metal bed supports for my bed, we got everything in pieces throughout the year, Mind you we paid cash the day we went and bought our furniture! We now have my bed still in pieces because they won’t send me my metal supports, they’re liars! They always promise you a time and trust me you’ll be waiting forever, we have had to call everytime to check up on the status of our stuff and only then would they proceed to tell us it was ready! Customer service is a joke! don’t even get me started on the quality one of our concealed drawers was broken! They had to send parts for that & that took more time! Also our head board was delivered twice because it was faulty! Over all horrible experience! They will not reimburse or compensate for any damages or inconvenience! I should’ve listened to the reviews we had read!
I personal think a return policy for a mattress should be longer then 24 hrs. Just not a good business to go thru. Go with an actual mattress store who can/will give you a money back guarantee or the option for an exchange if you don't like something. If you spend 9600 you should be able to get more then the first two days after delivery to make sure you like a mattress, but whatever.
Worst place I have ever bought from. Customer Service is no help at all. We paid for a couch & loveseat that we were told would be delivered within 5-10 weeks. It has been over 4 months now with no delivery. We were told we will not be getting a refund at all for the items we ordered. We are not a charity, nor did we just donate over a thousand dollars to their store, we gave them money for products they are not providing us. Please if you are thinking about shopping at Ashley's Furniture just don't do it. Do not waste your time or money at a place that cannot provide the items you are paying for. Terrible place to go to & will never be going to again
While making our purchase everyone was super friendly. Once everything was paid for, trying to call and get updates was a disaster. Each time I spoke to someone at the Wichita Falls store they were extremely rude. My salesperson gave me his cell number, but once I tried contacting him he stopped responding. I’m still waiting on some of my order that was paid for back in March. I was told 4-6 weeks, once my order is complete. I will never shop here again. We are pleased with the furniture we purchased.
The delivery is a joke tried to deliver half of the bed causing me to lose a day of work! So that cost me a extra $360! Knowing you need the whole bed to actually use it. And who knows when they would actually bring the rest of the of the bed where I could actually use it. But as long as there is a delivery they can start charging me. Top it off for the driver to send a text in all caps that is considered yelling in text messages I will be contacting corporate Who sells something that they don't have all the parts to especially a new item.

DO NOT BUY FROM ASHLEY FURNITURE!!! I paid in full for my furniture in March and was told it would be a few weeks for delivery at the time of purchase. The next day I was told the couch & recliner I paid for was backordered and it would be mid to late May for delivery. It is now 5/21 and when I had to contact the store for an update I am being told late June for delivery. IF I HAD KNOWN IT WAS GOING TO TAKE THIS LONG TO RECEIVE FURNITURE I PAID FOR IN FULL UP FRONT I WOULD HAVE PURCHASED SOMEWHERE ELSE! DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME OR YOUR $$$!!! I would give 0 stars if I could.
My mother and I ordered a bunk bed and mattress for my son in March. It's been 2 months and I still haven't had them delivered! They said 2-6 weeks, but that it shouldn't take more than 4 weeks. Well it's now 8 weeks and still nothing! For the amount of money that we paid for everything this is ridiculous! The customer service is a joke also, they put you on hold for over an hour and you never move up on the line...i called today and started at caller 29 and 30 minutes later I was caller 35. That doesn't make any sense! I'm over it and my son is upset just waiting for his new bed.

Worst experience! They don’t even have the furniture and you HAVE to pay their delivery fee. Don’t come to Ashley furniture if you need furniture in any kind of timely manner, bc they’re just there to collect the payment. Everything else is a 45min -1 hr wait on hold with the customer service line. Now it’s been 13 weeks and I still haven’t received my furniture and they’re customer service is trash.
All our questions were answered. There is a nice variety of home furnishings in the store. We talked frankly about delivery concerns and hopefully the delivery is made within the time quoted. A big plus for me is the staff who were attentive and not pushy. Barbara Reyes contacted us about our experience for feedback and follow up. Nice touch. (in case we had grievances.)

I was looking for a recline and Ashley's helped me out. I took in a print out and they let me have a good bit cheaper because the price on my print out was lower than the in store price. I got a great recliner and a good price. Barbara Reyes can fix you up. They were friendly and very helpful.

Went to Ashley at Wichita Falls ,TX great customer service but worst delivery scheduling. Call 3 times this week was scheduled for delivery on Saturday no call no show. Called the store again they just transferred me to delivery dept. You are caller number 10. It been frustrating. Not buying from Ashley again.

I ordered a chest and a bookshelf back in December 2021 and was told it would be a max of 8 weeks before they would be delivered. The chest came in at the end of the 8 weeks, but the bookshelf did not. When we scheduled delivery, we were told both would be delivered at the same time. When delivery came, the bookshelf was not with the chest. The bookshelf finally came in at about 12 weeks. Both pieces came in damaged/had issues. The top drawer of the chest had issues with the track system and the drawer did not open properly. When we were looking at the chest in store, the sales rep told us the inside came with felt lined drawers. Only the top drawer came with felt though on the chest we received. The bookshelf came in with one of the shelves missing brackets and damage to it, because of the missing brackets, I could not even put the shelf in place. Ashley customer service was nice though and is sending replacement parts/hardware, but it is just a longer wait and more hassle than it's worth. I am extremely dissatisfied and disappointed overall, especially because the pieces were not cheap. For the price I paid, I expected better quality and not so many issues.

Also, the dresser was supposed to be lined with felt on the inside, so we were told...only the top drawer came with the felt. Ashley customer service was nice and is sending replacement parts/hardware for both, but it's just been a really long wait and nothing but problems. With the amount of money spent on both pieces, I am extremely disappointed overall and thought things would have been better and hoped quality would have been better for the price I paid. Probably the last time I ever shop here.

When you order anything from Ashley's expect not to receive your furniture anytime soon. I ordered mattress 2 months ago and made 2 payments and still have not received them. I called customer service and stay on hold for 1 hour and still was unable to speak with anyone.

Terrible costumer service. the store just takes your money and then kick you to the curb. If you have issues they transfer you to costumer service with 1+hour wait time. Then delay after delay after delay for furniture and then charge to deliver with the delays still. The Fees and wait times are to much. Just go to IKEA

Bought furniture in December 2020, received a text saying it would be delivered in February. Called them, they said it would be delivered mid March. Just received a text saying couches are on back order. I am not happy...
Updating review. This has been the absolute worst furniture purchase experience ever. They were nice in the store but as soon as the purchase was made they cut off all contact. I had to call for all updates and every time I called they pushed it back weeks at a time. We are still waiting on a portion of our purchase. Dealing with the store has been awful and they are rude most of the time with only one exception. But dealing with their customer service is just as bad. Nobody cares that they misrepresented their expected delivery dates by 6 weeks and counting. And to this day, not a single employee has reached out or kept in contact like they said they would. I have to search someone down every few weeks just to get another disappointing response about our furniture being delayed again! I don't plan to ever go back there. And I definitely will not recommend them to anyone.

The sales personnel we're extremely helpful and friendly. However, I am dinging the store itself because I was price gauged on the furniture piece I had purchased. I'll be speaking with customer service to get the price matched with what is online. Barbara, from customer service was extremely nice and helpful through this process as well. So even though I have one bad experience, overall, my experience has been pleasant.
This store is horrible. Been waiting for over 4 months for delivery of a dresser. Each time I call it will be a week and it will be in and ready for delivery. Never told the truth by customer service. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM ASHLEY!

The salesperson, Aaron, was helpful and friendly. I purchased a Realyn dining set and buffet on Friday, March 5. That evening I went online to obtain the measurements of the buffet and noticed that the dining set price online was about $700 less than what I paid. I called the store on Saturday morning and was told to come in and customer service would work it out. At the store, I had to talk to someone by phone about the situation. At first, they acted as if nothing could be done. Then, as I explained further that I had the pricing off the Ashley website, they determined that I could have in-store credit. Because all this happened within a 24-hr period, I asked for a refund to my credit card, but was told that was not possible. I'm disappointed that the store employees did not know about the online pricing. I think I should have been told about that in the beginning. Barbara Reyes out of the Lubbock store asked me to complete this review.
If I could give it 0 stars I would. First of all they will probably delete this review becuase there is no way they would get any stars without manipulation of the ratings system. After I had my issues I did not find 1 person that I knew (not some made up name) that had a good experience. I was promised to have my couch (over $3,400) delivered before Christmas. The only reason we chose Ashley over other furniture stores is because they said it would be here before my family came for the holiday. Christmas came and passed and I tried calling the home office just to wait 45 minutes and be hung up on before I could talk to anyone. This happened 5 times! No answer no call back. They called yesterday (over 3 months later) and said they were coming to bring the furniture today after 3:30 but showed up at noon. They unloaded the furniture to have missing parts. When delivery guy called magically they answered and said it would be a few weeks for the rest to come in. I dont believe them. I told them to take it all back until it was complete. The delivery guy was very rude also. There is no recourse. Once they take your money they do not talk to you or keep the promise as delivered and they were very rude. They will make you sign a contract that only protects them and not the consumer. Do not sign anything or buy anything from them unless you can pick it up, pay and walk away with it right then and there.

We purchased our bedroom furniture from Ashley. We had an overall pleasant experience. The salesman was a bit suffocating, but nothing more than the typical salesperson at a big purchase place. We had a great experience shopping at Ashley’s. We bought a couch from them. The salesman was super nice, along with everyone in the store. The piece we bought was great in the store. But after a couple of months in our home, the Velcro that holds the cushions on was super weak. So the cushions come off the couch super easy. Other than that, it’s great. Thank you, Barbara Reyes for contacting me to ask about our purchase. UPDATE: The couch fell apart less than a year having it. I bought the warranty but they won't cover it because first they said it was a manufacturer defect, and they don't cover those. The frame broke on one side of the couch. Some of the cushions have unthreaded. Just a terrible couch. AND they won't fix it even though I PAID FOR THE WARRANTY!!

Purchased a 3 pc top grain leather sofa set two years ago. Was reassured the leather was top grain, thick and extremely durable. All of the seams have started to split or have split and the stuffing is showing. The pulls for the recliners have come apart and wires are sticking up. We've had to put a blanket in between the cushions in order to keep it from stabbing everyone. Have been on hold with customer service for over an hour two days ago. Sent in pictures, then was told they discontinued our furniture set and would have to call me back in order for them to talk to "someone" and figure out what to do. I've yet to receive a call so I am 19th in line on the phone now. I've been on hold 3 different times today. Every time the call got connected they hung up. So 1 hour and 50 minutes later and I have yet to speak to anyone. If you call the Wichita Falls location, they tell you they're not able to help you, you must call customer service. Now I know why everyone says, DO NOT BUY FROM ASHLEY FURNITURE!!!

I personally would never do business with Ashley's muchless recommend family or friends. My husband was stationed in Texas so we left all of our old furniture with our home back in New Mexico we decided to start over. Went to Ashelys picked out a bed and a tv stand they said the tv stand was on back order but I would get my bed set within two weeks(being that we had no where to sleep) and the tv stand would take up to three weeks well a whole month went by and I still hadn't receive anything so I call turns out they just didn't wanna have to make to separate delivery and weren't planning on bringing either items until late April mind you I purchased these items early February and the bed was in stock the whole time. So I canceled the tv and now I got a table with them and they still haven't delivered. I paid off the furniture and still don't have it talk about bad business

Received earlier than promised! I hadn't read all the crazy reviews until after my purchase, so I was concerned. Purchased a sofa and loveseat set on Black Friday in the Wichita Falls store. Delivery estimate on the paperwork was 2-6 weeks. I was concerned after the reviews that I'd never get it. Right before the 2 week mark, I called the Lubbock delivery #. On hold 25 minutes, Zack answered. My delivery date was set for 12/26 but he said they could bring it that Saturday if I was home. That day was 2 weeks and a day, from the purchase date. They showed up and delivered fast. I am very happy with my furniture.
Barbara assisted me in receiving my $75 after-purchase gift card, which I will probably buy a rug with later. BW was quick in writing up our order and helped us find furniture that would coordinate well together. He set the expectations for delivery so that we won't have any unwelcome surprises. And of course, the quality of the furniture speaks for itself. I will definitely shop here again when I can.

Worst customer service ever. I called several times before they can figure out when to deliver my furniture almost a month after purchase. Delivery guys broke the bulb cover without notifying us. I sensed something is wrong when They want us to take a survey when they are still assembling furniture. They only have good reviews because they offer a $75 gift card for a good review.
Purchased a couch in 2017 with the $850 insurance. Within a year the frame broke. Took over a month to set up the claim and get someone to get the furniture (not including the time it took to actually "fix" the couch). The repairs were terrible and I later found out the frame wasn't repaired/replaced, but STAPLED together.. Continued to have issues after the repair for the last 3 years. Was finally told they no longer manufacture those couches. I can recieve a $850 in-store credit OR $170 check. Unfortunately, I don't live in the Wichita Falls region anymore, therefore cannot receive the credit and am being told I should accept the $170 because thats the best they can do. UNACCEPTABLE! I'm being run around by the insurance and the store, now being told to call the corporate office. I will never purchase/accept another poorly built product from Ashley's, not even a lamp.
If you plan on buying furniture from here either go somewhere else or be prepared to wait 6 months to receive it. I understand there’s delays and covid issues but the employees aren’t informing customers of this. They just say “within 6 weeks” after 4 weeks i received a text saying my furniture wasn’t it stock and wouldn’t be getting it until mid March.

I went to the Ashley Home Store in Wichita Falls, TX on 12/4/20 to purchase living room furniture. They were amazing. The salesperson showed me all styles in my price range. Without being pushy they helped me make my selections. Barbara was so helpful. I will definitely be going back.
Do NOT buy from this place unless you can wait half a year for your furniture. Salesman promised me 2-6 weeks (emphasizing 6 weeks as the latest) and that was mid-July (2020) it is now December and no delivery or even an update. You can’t get get a refund either, because the only 2 options are in store credit (75% of the purchase) or selecting another item. Genius right? Another thing the salesman forgot to mention. 5 star reviews are fake, they call you a week later after purchasing to bribe you a 75$ gift card for a 5 star review. For the love of god please do not shop here, this is frequent for everyone who shops here. I made an uneducated guess on buying furniture for the first time.
I so enjoyed my recent experience at Ashley's Home Store. The huge selection of quality furniture was awesome! I shopped around and came back to get the lovely living room set that drew my eye when I first saw it! Ordered a living room set in August. Several calls inquiring as to when I could expect the Furniture to arrive.Furniture didn't arrive until October. 6 weeks later. Delivery was scheduled for the morning. Didn't arrive until afternoon. I had to work the afternoon so my husband was home for the delivery. The coffee and end tables where not what I ordered but my husband didn't realize that. I had to call when I got home. They said it was no problem to get the correct tables. 6 more weeks have now past and no tables to be had. I finally took the wrong tables back as they were taking up space in my house. Zero customer service. I was never offered a refund or correct that Furniture I ordered. I will never do business with Ashley again.

Ordered furniture 4.5 months ago and am still waiting. The salesmen and customer service have had no sympathy and have told me to be patient. If I ever try to call, there are typically over 20 people in the phone queue because they often go for periods without answering the phone. They've given me 3 estimate arrival dates which always come and pass. Apparently getting screwed by Ashley Furniture is a rite of passage for young adults, so I guess I deserve this...
Stay far away from Ashley Homestore. When there&'s a Facebook Group with nearly 6k members complaining about Ashley&'s business practices, that should be a &"big red flag&". I feel extremely fortunate that I only had to deal with them for 3 months before I got a refund. Most don&'t. Go anywhere else for furniture and ask about refunds for items ordered but never delivered.
We originally stopped by for couch covers we saw online and ended up walk-in away with a new dinning set and bar stool. Overall service was great, all our questions were answered and if they didn’t have one they took the time to research to find an answer. Very happy with our purchase.

We purchased a sectional, 3 piece “dining” set, and 2 barstools back in July. Before traveling to the store, I called them to ask the situation on inventory/delivery. I am very understanding of the situation with COVID and had he let us know there would be a wait for the items I wouldn’t have minded. The sales associate lied to us and told us we could get anything we wanted inside the store with no problems. I believe he did this to get us to purchase. It’s been MONTHS and still no furniture. Salesman also stopped giving us updates because they keep delaying our delivery over and over again. He sent me the customer service phone number and i never heard from him again. The hold time for customer service is approximately 2 hours before you can talk to a rep. Overall, i believe the actions of the sales staff were deceptive and unethical. I really want the furniture we purchased and there’s no end to this madness in sight.
Craig helped us on October 11th. Very nice and did a nice job. He said if we buy from him that he would text us weekly and let us know updates. Three weeks later we go in and talk to Craig. He couldn't remember our name, number, or anything about us. Asked about a bedroom suit and he was ready and willing to sale us something else. I asked about the couch we purchased and he didn't know. He asked us to purchase the bedroom suit and I told him that it was dependent on the couch coming in, in the next 3 weeks. He had to ask the manager and it went from 2-6 weeks to 12+ weeks. He then assured me that if we bought the bedroom set that he would text us weekly. I immediately told him that we aren't falling for that lie again. His quote was "I texted you, Didn't I?" Buyer beware!

Scammers is all I can say to summarize it 1. They bribe people with gift cards for 5 star reviews so they can look good to the people and hide how awful they are. 2. They inflate their prices a lot compared to online and when you bring up to them they say they will give it to you for the online price. You can get save hundreds of dollars elsewhere. 3. They say they will deliver 2-6 weeks and they make you wait months without even a notice prior to the delivery date. You can cancel everything you need to do or take time of work just to wait for nothing. And when you call them you wait 30+ minutes just to get a hold on somebody just to learn you won't be getting it for more weeks. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this terrible place at all costs
Had a wonderful experience in the store Saturday, as soon as I walked in Mohammad greeted me and helped me find a dresser I was looking for and it was perfect. Everyone was very kind and helpful. Can’t wait to receive my dresser in a few weeks! UPDATE: it has been almost 9 weeks since I ordered my dresser and I have still not received it. They will not give a refund even though they called 4 weeks ago to tell me it was on back order. I was promised 2-6 weeks and have not heard back since. I will not be ordering from here again. The $75 gift card they sent me for the 5 star review has expired so I can now express how I’m feeling. The dresser is also now $290 online instead of the $375 I paid on august 15th.

I purchased furniture on July 3rd where they said we had to wait 2-6 weeks to be delivered. It is the 25th of September and they said now I wouldn’t get my furniture until October time frame unless they deliver it in pieces and not together. I requested to cancel my order and the customer assistant told me no or I can get in store credit which why in the world would I want that!?! Great customer service in the actual store but horrible service with the follow through. I am reporting to the BBB as well as filing disputes to get my money back. I recommend to go anyplace other than here.

Craig was most accommodating, I am a shopper who knows what she wants. I went in to see a set in person that I had been eyeing for months. He showed me the pieces and a couple of other things I had needed for our home and I was in and out within an hour. All our major purchases have come form Ashley's. Although I was buying a new bedroom suite, I wanted to mention that the one we have currently also came from them 10yrs ago and is still in great shape, I just wanted a new look for our master suite.

I went into the store with my wife knowing she is very particular about furniture and colors. She has a definite style all her own and we usually search forever trying to fine what she wants. The Ashley sales team was great. We found a couch on sale. The salesman wasn’t push, but rather was patient and understanding. Definitely will shop Ashley again!

Our sales person at Ashley's took great care of us. He assisted my husband in picking out replacement furniture for our new home. He took extra time and sent me details of the pieces, which allowed me to take part in the final decision making. Thank You DM, you're the best. I had higher expectations of the furniture after the sofa and recliner I purchase from HomeZone turned out to be a complete bust after ~6 months. Hoped going for a higher quality retailer would result in a higher quality purchase, alas, I'm once again disappointed. The in-store display was comfortable and didn't have any obvious issues - the one that delivered, not so much. At least the salesman was knowledgeable and friendly, hence the second star. So the furniture was at least delivered timely by a seemingly competent crew. But one set of legs was missing. For a three piece sofa set, this posed an issue. Despite their assurances of getting a set sent out within a few days, it took a month, and even then the legs were a different height. Moving on, all three pieces of the sofa feel like they're from different sofas. Different firmness levels, different amounts of padding, different construction heights, etc. I can shim the legs to make up the difference, I cannot do diddly about the other issues. I've had the furniture less than a year and already the cushions are sagging. I wish I could blame it on myself and my s/o being massively obese, but unfortunately that isn't the case. It's simply cheap foam padding. The construction consists of sharp 2x4s with no sanding what so ever where if heaven forbid you lose a phone/remote to the void, you're bringing bloody knuckles back up. It's even possible to sit far enough back where one's rear end gets a very, very, very unpleasant surprise. Go figure! Simply put, it's a disappointing piece of furniture worth far less than what I paid for.
This is the third purchase I have made from Ashley furniture in less than a year. The manager MD has always been very helpful and I am very please with the things that I have purchased. Very good quality and great prices.
This is one of the larger furniture chains in Wichita Falls. Good quality stuff and nice floor sales reps. The biggest downfall of this company is the delivery of goods. I get that we’re in the middle of a pandemic but, I’ve experienced this Ashley store while not in a pandemic and it’s the same issue: months AND MONTHS without all my items!! Initially, the sales manager told me 2-6 weeks and now I get a text message informing me that it won’t get in for another 8 weeks?! This is absurd as they gave me a a wide timeline and now they’re not upholding their word. If you want nice looking, good quality furniture find another option in the area unless you can wait ~3month for receipt of your items.

Sales Rep in the Wichita Falls, TX store was nice & very helpful; however, I feel like my family was actually misled; We purchased 2 full size bedroom groups for our son & daughter; While in the store, the sales rep invited our kiddos to try the mattress out that would accompany thier beds. We were informed that both bedroom groups with some with the exact full size mattresses. They felt very comfy, so this was great. At the time of delivery and setup, we had no idea that we needed to check the mattress quality, because both were delivered brand new. Over a couple of months timeframe, my 8yr old son began to complain about his mattress and saying is was uncomfortable, but my daughter loved her mattress & bed. I really didn't think much of my son's complaint until I sat on his bed one day for myself. At that time, I noticed that his mattress felt like a box spring bc every time, I pressed down on the mattress, it felt completely like Springs. My daughters mattress was very fluffy & plush. To ensure that their beds did come with 2 different mattresses, we attempted to follow up with the W. Falls store, since this is were we purchased the beds. All stores were closed due to COVID-19 at that time, so we were informed to call back when stores re-opened. We were finally able to get in contact with our sales rep from store & informed that in fact we shouldve been provided with the exact mattresses and it was possible that our son's mattress was defective, as this happens at times. Store requested that we take pictures of both mattresses and email to the store. We followed this request, but never received a follow up. We were referred to Ashley's customer service & the same request to take pictures of mattresses & send to customer service. We complied with this request as well.. Only to follow up again and be told that we had the same mattresses but It was possible that 1 was defective so a technician was scheduled to come out & look at our mattresses in person 2 weeks later. The technician was in our home for 5mins & reviewed our sons mattress by placing a string over the top of unit to test for dips within the mattress. His assessment found no dips, but he did assess my daughter's mattress and found that they both were the same exact numbers but felt completely different & he was unable to explain why! He assured me that he would make note of the complete differences in the quality. This was over a week ago & to no prevail no one from Ashley's Home Furniture has followed up with my family. I called today to learn that our request for a new mattress had been denied due to Ashley not ensuring the comfort level of their customers or mattresses. I was also informed that this is an issue that should have been addressed at time of delivery or setup. As customers, we assume that brand new items are being delivered and arent aware that we should have checked the quality of our mattresses, especially if they were taken out of plastic. This response was beyond me, because I dont understand why a customer would spend over $1500 on a youth bedroom group, if they didn't want to ensure the comfort level of their child. Because of this response and Ashley's Home Furniture inability to follow up and meet customer satisfaction, we will no longer provide this company with our business and we will be happy to share our dissatisfaction. We work hard for our living and we dont have money to waste with companies who dont care about their customers. We will have to purchase our 9yr old son a brand new mattress after having his brand new bedroom group less than 1 year.

Omg I will never shop in this store , I called because I have a store credit what I wanted to find out is , since everything in the store has to be ordered an then u waIt five or six weeks an everything online is sold out due to virus why couldn't I just order from the store after looking online what they have instead of driving from ok. City all the way to whicitia falls. Seemed like a reasonable request to me they already have my money but the man wouldn't even let me finish my sentence he cut me off I tried to get my question out he cut me off again an I finally said wow u don't even let any one finish one sentence do u. He let me talk a little bit again cut me off I finally had to hang up which is something I never do.

If I could give no stars I would!!! First you need to know this is a franchise store. This particular one is out of Lubbock...BEWARE do not purchase from them. Furniture comes severally damaged, we tried to refuse delivery and the guys would not take it out of our home. They said they had to leave it even though it was all busted and broken. The customer service refused to take it back sent a guy that used a sharpie and paint then spilled the paint and put carpet and bedding had a heck of time getting them to cover the cost of the bedding he damaged. Every single drawer had to be replaced and was shipped one by one. The table was shattered and had to be replaced the couch seemed used or seconds. This was only the beginning.... fast forward 6 months the mattress had lost shape and was badly broken the couch was broken and springs popping out... we called customer service and they sent a tech her tore the underneath part out of our couch took pics of all and said they would fix it. The following month haven&'t heard from them. They say they have to send another tech. Same guy comes, more pics and said it should be quick and replace the badly broken mattress but 4 month later still nothing....my furniture is still broken I paid for an extra 5 year warranty and they refuse to do anything l. I let them know I moving to Dallas in a couple of weeks I need it taken care of.... still nothing they always say they will get back with me!!! Fast forward a month I have moved and they decide they will give me a small credit towards a mattress... instead of just replacing.... but wait I have to drive back to WF to use the credit! and they won&'t deliver. We gave up and gave the stuff away. Moral of the story....do not waste time not money u will be disappointed and ripped off. There r many other options this should not be one.... Horrible horrible horrible customer service I&'m still not sure where my money went for that purple cow protection plan since they won&'t do anything!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS FRANCHISE!!!!! Larry really helped us out when trying to find a dresser. Our apartment has a weird doorway, so he showed us plenty of options until we found the right one. He also gave us a great discount for paying cash, so we’ll definitely be back to look for more furniture.
My wife and I came in looking for a few items specifically. A lot of the inventory was sold out, due to slowed production during Covid, but Donna was very helpful in informing us when new furniture would arrive and how long to expect delivery. Overall we were both very happy with our experience!

We were so pleased with the selection of furniture available in store, and the great customer service we received. The sales associate made the entire process so easy and enjoyable. We have purchased from Ashley in the past and made the mistake of going to a competitor last time. We won't make that mistake again. The store was also very clean and everyone wore masks. They provided hand sanitizer at the front as soon as you walk inside. We will always buy our home furnishings from Ashley!

My sales person was great and helpful. The people at the check out desk are not trained properly, and still ask questions when they are unsure of things. I understand that and have no problem with that at all. One of the girls was trying to ask the manager "Juana" for help and she kept walking off on her. Prior to this, I walked up to the checkout to purchase a doorbuster item and a mattress. Before even looking at my items, Juana says to me that I am not allowed to purchase both. I advised her that I could as only one of my items was a doorbuster and the other was part of a different sale. When she realized this she just walked away. She was rude to me and the workers. When I asked for her superior's information she blurted it out to me and again walked off. I was very dissatisfied and disappointed when my check out experience.
Salesman had no clue what I was asking to see and kept trying to get me to look at items I specifically said I did not want. I went in to four different furniture stores and everyone knew exactly what I wanted except this salesman. I decided he was either really pushy or he didn't have a clue. He flat out told me they didn't make what I was looking for, even though I mentioned having seen it online on their website. I finally saw the style of couch I wanted, and then he miraculously found three more in the store of the same style. In the end, the couch seemed nice but the price a bit too high. I ended up getting a nicer made couch at another store for $500 less. On another note, their pricing/financing seemed very fishy, so buyer beware. The "cash" price according to the salesman was $2199, even though the paper said that was the 12 month financing price. Then he told me that the 6 year interest free financing price was $3899! How does that make sense? Take my advice and shop elsewhere.

Larry was very helpful and listened to what I was looking for and showed me the beds in that category. He did not high pressure me to buy, he sent me info via text to be able to have dimensions to decide what pieces to buy. This is for our 3 yr old daughters first room and she was so excited to see it in the store.The clerk who did the paper work was very helpful and polite. Very good experience. We will most likely be back for more furniture in the future and hope to have Larry help us again.

I received my Olsberg Sectional today. It is absolutely beautiful in my home. I was expecting it to look smaller in the room, but it is quiet large. Very comfortable and plenty of room for lots of seating. Delivery guys were awesome and very prompt. Pleased costumer.
The saleswoman at Ashley’s Furniture (Liz) was so helpful. We went in looking for one item and ended up ordering several items. She was very knowledgeable about the merchandise and made us feel comfortable in the products that we purchased. The manager on duty was very helpful and nice as well. I've had a couple of horrible experiences in the past with Ashley's, but the last couple of times have been better. Only bought once since my bad experiences. The last sales man knew exactly what we wanted and we ended up buying. Only downside is the long wait time for delivery.

Even when the manger told us that we couldn’t get financed for exactly what we wanted we wanted to go a different route and just not get a certain item until we paid off what we wanted in 3 months. Well the manager and the associate, Liz, kept working it until we were able to get everything we went there for. Excellent customer service guys. I was very impressed with the outcome.

Muhammad greeted my friends and I as soon we walked in. He wasn't pushy at all. I was only there because one of my friends was looking into purchasing some living room furniture so she went off with Muhammad and my other friend and I continued to look around by ourselves. We were approached twice by two different sales people but once we said we were just looking, they backed off, which we appreciated. My best friend saw a sofa "she just had to have" so when Muhammad and my other friend came back around, we talked price. It was more than she wanted to pay, so we left. That sofa was on my heart for days so I prayed on it and I knew buying it for her was the right thing to do. So I did it! I called Muhammad, he remembered us and we got it done! Nice, friendly staff who were attentive and accommodating. We had already located the furniture we wanted to purchase on the Ashley website. Ashley offers a price match guarantee. We brought in an ad that depicted the exact furniture at a lower price. The manager immediately matched the price and even gave an additional discount. We were advised the furniture order would take 2-6 weeks for fulfillment and such was agreeable. Later that afternoon we received a call and informed that our furniture would be delivered within 7 days. Extremely satisfied and will definitely shop with Ashley in the future.

Delivery driver refused to deliver to our house in the country and decided to hang up the phone and cancel the delivery saying he was lost. He refused to answer his phone!! We had to make the 3 hour trip to pick up our chair. No one ever once apologized and they refused to compensate us for having to make the trip. Do NOT waste your money on this place!!!

I bought furniture from Ashley in Wichita Falls. They said it would take 2 weeks to be shipped to my house. It has been a month and a half now and still no furniture. I have tried to contact the delivery department can never get a hold of them. Called customer service and they said that someone keeps forgetting to schedule the delivery. Called the store in Wichita Falls and they said they could not do anything about it and that I needed to contact the departments I have been contacting. My wife and I will never buy anything from Ashley Furniture again.

We've been in the store a few times while trying to decide on a new dining room table. Mohamed really went above and beyond to hear what we wanted and took the time to go through the possibilities online with us until we finally settled on one. I went in on 1/26 with my girlfriend to look at occasional tables. The sales lady started hammering me with questions from the moment I walked in the door. She was trying to get a handle on what style I was looking for, but I told her that I’ll know it when I see it. I mentioned to her that I had sold furniture myself for two years, (Actually, 2 and 1/2 years at Mathis Brothers in Oklahoma City) hoping she would get the hint that I wanted to look without all the questions. A good salesperson would have been able to read this, and say something like, “Well, make yourselves at home. I’ll be nearby if you have any questions. Instead, she felt she had to go get her sales manager to see if he could get in with me. He came at me, giving off the vibe that I needed to be there to buy, even saying something to that effect, and wanted to shake my hand. I was having none of that. In my past life in furniture sales, never would I have thought to even try to attempt at strong-arming a customer in trying to control the process. (The dude basically fell flat on his face, not knowing what to say after finding out I wasn’t playing his game.) Needless to say, there won’t be a “process” with these guys. They were very unprofessional. As soon as he walked off, my girlfriend said she didn’t like the way the sales manager behaved towards me; that she didn’t like him. I won’t ever be going back.

He was so helpful and as I described what I was looking for, he leaded us to the perfect bedroom set. Then he introduced us to his store manager, Muhumad (if I spelled that correctly). I arrived at Ashley’s home store in Wichita Falls Texas there are encountered Liz A member of the sales team pleasant young lady she inquired what we were looking for however when I go shopping I like to basically look for exactly what I want so I told her that if I needed her I would call her. Once I found the items that I wanted to purchase she help me with the what I needed as far as paperwork and her manager was very polite and helpful, And I was very pleased with my overall experience.
Craig was really helpful in store. He answered all the questions my husband and I had and made the purchasing process go pretty smooth. Not to mention my couch is supposed to be here after only 4 days instead of the 2 to 6 weeks that we had thought it was gonna be.

Right price at the right time
We have used Mohammed Asis a few times and he is so nice and thorough. I would highly recommend him. However...We just bought a Sesson power recliner and accidentally saw it (the exact same one by Ashley) advertized on another website for $1115 which is $500 (approx) cheaper. We called the store manager (which we found out doesn't have a manager). We have bought several thousand dollard from them in the past year but will not be buying from them again!

I have bought several pieces of furniture from Ashley’s Furniture in Wichita Falls, TX and they are always very helpful and I love my recliners and my new couch.
I was lied to by one of the employees here at this store. I was told that if I didn't like the item that all I would have to do is mention that to the delivery employees and not sign for it and they would take it back. Just called today because me and my husband had discussed a different option for our home potentially and when I called I was told that I can't return any item and that if I didn't sign it they would charge a 25% cancellation fee(which was fine and understandable), but that the other 75% was an in store credit only. Which forces me to either keep the item we bought or buy something else from their store. Never again will we purchase an item with Ashleys. First and last experience. The guy that sold me my item was just a "yes man," telling me what I wanted to hear to make his sale. Update: As I stated I was fine with the company collecting a 25% cancellation fee. My issue is that you refuse to keep my 75% forcing me to shop Ashley's inventory. I was told that I would get a full refund, not store credit. It's ok though we received our table and will keep it so that there is no further business.

Mohammed, the sales person, seemed legit and trustworthy, but the customer service that we have received has been very disappointing. We received damaged goods and it took 4 months to get it repaired. We still haven't received the 55" TV that we were promised, and I expect that the extra warranty we paid for will also be worthless to us if and when we need it. So disappointed in Ashley.
My mother and I were looking for a recliner and found one that had an incorrect price attached to it. Our salesperson Donna was courteous enough to ask the manager if the store would honor the incorrect price. The management agreed. Our entire experience at this store was excellent from the time we walked in until we left. All the sales associates were courteous and welcoming. I would definitely go back to Ashley's for any additional furniture needs.
Their customer service is absolutely the worst I've seen from a business. If you intend to have furniture delivered to you my advice is, Don't. Shop somewhere else. I'm fighting for a refund right now and they can't even seem to communicate with me enough to get that done. Not worth the stress and trouble at all especially not for as much as you'll spend.
We were very impressed with our salesman's knowledge of the product. He explained the fabrics, styles and mechanisms of each loveseat. He remembered what we liked about each one and helped us narrow the choice without being over powering.

Tried to go to their Black Friday Sale. They only had 1 or 2 of the main items. By the time 6 or 7 people had gotten in the door they were out of everything. I will never go back to a place that operates like this. They only had enough stock on sale to get you there, but not enough to be true to their customers. They should be ashamed of themselves. Most of the people in line wisely left before every getting in the door.
Overall a great experience! I was able to find exactly what I was looking for, the staff was knowledgeable and helpful, and I was in and out within an hour. Would recommend them to those looking to buy new furniture.

Moved out of state and had to sell alot of our furniture. When looking for our home we decided to order our new furniture from ashley.we were told we would have our stuff by Thanksgiving which would be perfect so we pkaced our order. First call said our stuff should be in Lubbock by the 12th..awesome!! Then next call was should be there the week of the 18th..ok that works i have family coming they will have a place to sit and a bed to sleep on. So i called to just to make sure it was still coming and the lady told me thatt hey are waiting on the bed rails..ok i asked if they could send the rest of my stuff and she said she would work on it. I called back 8 timrs before i got to talk to a person and that lady told me none of my stuff was in and it wouldnt be ready till the 31st.really disappointed that we will have no table to eat at and no couch to sit on for Thanksgiving. Will not be going back yo this company

everything was great until the point just after payment when the salesman dropped the bomb that delivery would be between two and six weeks!!!!!! I have NEVER heard of such a long time for delivery!! I should have said I'd deliver the payment in two to six weeks!!! But I was too shocked to say anything at the time!!! Where is this furniture coming from, China? On a slow boat??? This is unbelievable !!!! I won't be returning or sending anyone a reccomendation to shop there!!!
THE WORST STORE TO BUY FURNITURE!!!! We were lied too and the movers did not even try to put the furniture in the house. Do not sign any receipts or anything or you are screwed. They have a no refund policy even if they can’t or don’t want to put your furniture your house. Customer Service was rude and if you are military you will get no type of respect. For all military who are house hunting and looking for furniture I recommend not to shop here. Just to be safe.

This was my third time making an in store purchase with Ashley and I’ve made several online purchases and always been pleased with the customer service and quality of furniture we’ve received.
As soon as I walked in I was instantly greeted and helped. The man that helped me was very polite and listened to everything I was saying. Even though we kept going back and forth between the beds I was looking at, he remained happy and patient. In the end I happily purchased what I had went in the store for and came out with a free TV, a great discount on the items purchased, and a free Tempur- Pedic pillow. The store it self would get 5 stars. But since customer service will screw you over then it's a 1. Speed close to 20K on stuff and the the Mattress is messed up after a little bit. Called them and did all I was to do.. to be told that sorry nothing we can do about it.. but we will give you $300 off the next mattress .. So it will cost me about $1,100 and your going to take $300 off.. thanks for making me spend More money... It's a joke stay away from them
My wife and I purchased a couch, loveseat and chair with an ottoman at the Ashley’s Furniture store in Wichita Falls Tx . The salesman Mohammad Asif was very friendly and polite and knowledgeable and it was his mannerism that helped our decision in purchasing the furniture at this location.
Ok, so not gonna lie I have never been a huge fan Of Ashley's Furniture store but yesterday my opinion changed.. A LOT! Kept hearing their commercial and decided why not. Walked in and was greeted almost instantly. Walked to where I wanted to be and had the nicest sales person come up and introduce himself. I am not a sales person kinda person but this man knows his job. He helped me find new beds for my kids and the no hassle financing was amazing. Even told my oldest about it and she also got a new bed yesterday. He made everything so easy and even walked out with a new pillow for me. Not only will I be going back I think I have found my new furniture store. Extremely nice people. Give Mohammad a call. You will not regret it.
We had a great experience at Ashley Furniture in Wichita Falls. This is our third time to buy with Ashley and it's always wonderful. We were looking for a few different things like a new mattress and some living room furniture and the salesman was very knowledgable with it all but especially the mattresses. We were very pleased.
Everything was great at the store. The employees were very nice and helpful. I am so excited about the free setup and installation!

From the moment I walked in I was greeted, asked what I was looking for, directed to the part of the store I should look, and let me to look on my own for what I wanted instead of having a sales rep hovering o er your shoulder. If I had any questions they were happy to help or show me their products if I asked. I found some furniture and a Mr. MD Alam helped me with the purchase. It went smoothly and quick. From the time I ordered me furniture till the time it was delivered was exactly 6 days.

Do not shop here. They tell you 2-6 weeks, but it&'s been over two months. There contract is extremely biased towards them, which wouldn&'t be an issue if you actually got your furniture when you are supposed to. According to their contract there&'s nothing you can do if it doesn&'t show up. You could be waiting indefinitely.. talking years, and you still couldn&'t do anything.

I was pricing a lift chair and I had to leave my husband in the car because he wasn't able to go to the back of the store to look. When I told this to the sales associate he got a group together and brought a chair that had just been delivered to the front of the store. They put it together and he was able to try it out right there. It meant a lot to me that they would care enough to help him feel comfortable. We bought it right on the spot. All in all approx 35 minutes & I was on my way and had ordered the most beautiful bed frame & mattress set and will definitely be back to place another order once I get moved into my new home.

It took awhile for receive my order because I chose to wait and have my couch and loveseat both delivered at the same time opposed to separately. The delivery guys were quick and friendly. I would order again.

Walked into the store with fairly specific ideas of what I wanted in mind and was helped by Mohammad who showed me a bed I liked even better than one I had previously selected online. Was super helpful and made sure all my bases were covered! Entire staff was friendly and reminded me why i keep coming back to ashley. This was my third room purchase and the next time I'm upgrading or moving I'll be back again.
Our daughter got her Full Size bed and a night stand and a full size mattress ! They are very much welcomed us and they answered all of our questions. And my husband said he will be going back in 6 months to get our new mattress through them .

My sales associate was Larry in Wichita Falls,TX. He was friendly and patient while I chose a very pretty living room suit. It took 8 weeks to get my furniture then another week until I received the last piece. Unfortunately I soon realized the pillows cushions were filled unevenly. When I unzipped them the filling was loose inside instead of being in a pillow insert. The zippers easily became entangled with the loose filler. The fabrics and design are lovely even though corners were cut and sloppily made. I predict that it will not hold up more than a couple of years.

I was greeted promptly. Sales staff worked hard to provide me with all the information on the item I was looking for (twin sleeper). Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable and took the time to answer all the questions that I had. I was concerned about the dimensions of the item and whether or not it would fit in the space I had allotted for it. Sales staff went over every dimension of the item so that I knew in advance that it would fit in my space at home. I am very happy with the service I received. The item was ordered and should be delivered next week. I cannot speak yet to that portion of the transaction, but the store experience was excellent! Thank you very much. We had been furniture shopping for the last two weeks and were really indecisive. We went to your location and were blown away by your selection and had found all the pieces there we had seen at several different locations. The salesman was amazing and patient and went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. We spent about 3 1/2 hours in total and found furniture for all 3 rooms we had been thinking about upgrading. We also were extremely satisfied that the salesman was able to price match all of our furniture and made it a very pleasant experience. Furniture can hold up but the service and prices are trash. They won't honor their gauruntee on mattress. The Lubbock warehouse where the delivery is very hard to deal with. They are rude and took 4 weeks longer then they said it would. Never getting a dollar from me again. They will not hold up on their warranty either. I want a refund on my warranty I purchased.

While shopping for my first couch, Russell was such a tremendous salesman! He was extremely helpful, taking me to each couch he thought I would enjoy even though I was quite picky. He even showed me a flyer for the upcoming sale so I could save even more money by waiting a couple more days to order. When my couch did get delivered about 6 weeks later, the delivery men were nice and made sure I enjoyed the couch before they left. Will definitely buy furniture front Ashley’s again!

Purchase on 5/22/19 for a mattress that has still yet to be delivered to our home. 2 deliveries have been cancelled due to lack of deliveries in our area. (APPARENTLY FOR THE AWFUL SERVICE). We find out today 6/29/19 there has been yet another delay due to supposedly damaged goods. Would be nice if they would communicate to their customers on why you're never going to get your merchandise that came out the bank on the day of purchase. Upon review of the BBB complaints on Ashley of Wichita Falls and its just an automated response on each complaint from Ashley Homestore. I would not recommend to buy anything from this company or from WICHITA FALLS LOCATION. Cheaper product they claim, well thats for sure. You pay for what you get (or don't get) Product is Supposed to be here on 7/3/2019 per the office. We shall see. 42 days and still no furniture.

They exploit customers blatantly. They show over-priced furniture in their showrooms, but you can't buy the samples. You must first place an order for it, then sign an agreement not to return it unless you pay a 25% "restocking" fee. But what they ship to you weeks later (at their convenience) is an inferior, poorly-designed, poorly put-together, wobbly, uncomfortable, rip-off. The recliner chair I ordered from them is stuffed with cardboard in places! Stuffing was missing, the upholstery is skimpy and misaligned, there are staples on the inside arms that rip your skin, the footrest is a hard-edged cloth-covered board with no padding, and when a person sits in the chair, the seat cushion separates from the back cushion with a gaping space that your rear-end slides down into. The chair causes back-aches and sore feet! Ashley Furniture has full-time "technicians" who are sent to your home if you try to return anything to the place where you bought it. They say the "technicians" will fix the problems with your furniture, and they make an appointment for weeks ahead for the "technician" to arrive from some other city. He comes into your home sometime during the scheduled day, but you have no idea when he'll show up. Not that it matters, because "technicians" can't fix what's wrong with Ashley's products. If Ashley Furniture must have a full-time staff of "technicians" to try to correct the defects in their furniture, then they must be aware that their products are inferior and unacceptable. Purchased so-called leather furniture from the store 6 years ago. Leather is peeling and crumbling in our hands. Consistently happening to pick it up off the floor. The furniture is cheap the company will not stand behind the merchandise. Stay away horrible customer service.
I have had the worst experience with ashleys. I ordered a complete bedroom set, a coffee table and 2 side tables way back in March and I still don't have everything. I have had to send things back 3 times now because they come to me damage. When I go to talk to someone about the problems I have been having, they acted like they didn't care. I asked for a discount for all the trouble and wait time, and they only wanted to take off $200! I spent almost $6000 in this store only to have to wait even longer because they keep sending me damaged goods. I will never do business with this company again!!!!!
My elderly parents spent several thousand dollars at this store as they began to set up their retirement home. Dad purchased what he was made to believe was a leather group. Only 6 years later this faux leather sofa and love seat is peeling and shedding all over the carpet. I have tried to get some help from this store but no resolution, they will not even respond. Avoid this store at all cost unless you just want something that will last a few years. Deceptive company. Service is not their concern after they have your money.

They issued me a credit and guess what.... that&'s not transferable either. That&'s 280 bucks. So now, I&'m out 580 dollars after paying them over 1800 in CASH for the furniture. Delivery was a hassle to say the least. Avoid this place at all costs....

Easy access to main roads, good prices
Memorial Day "Doorbusters" consist of them having only 5 of each item, even though everyone in line would have bought ten times that amount. So unless you are first in line, you wont get anything. Also, a $49 delivery fee applies. All this should be put in the ad but isn't. Woke up early for nothing.
We had a great experience from the store and with our delivery. Both in store and delivery staff were extremely helpful and courteous. We absolutely love our new furniture!
Our salesman was very friendly and we spent almost an entire day in there looking for the right furniture. The delivery was on time and the guys were very fast and friendly. They delivered and set up a sofa sleeper, love seat, 2 night stands, a dresser, headboard, foot board, side rails, adjustable bed base, our mattress, and a 65in tv within a matter of minutes. The only thing that was wrong with the delivery was our TV was shattered but they had the replacement sent out within 4 days. I would highly recommended Ashley Homestore and will be using them again in the future.
The furniture is trash and management treats employees like trash. How they are still open I will never know.

Ok First of all the sales person was extremely nice and helpful david was his name. Full of info and ideas. The purchasing process was fun and exciting. But the delivery process is absurd, insane and frustrating.... The store says 4 to 6 weeks... But in reality I am at month 3 and still i am missing my couch and living room table. If you want to wait a quater of a year for your furniture, then come to this store. I myself will never come back to this place ever again... I am paying for something i dont even have yet. A great disappointment...

The staff were very friendly and courteous and love the furniture I purchased. Their policies and procedures really need some changes. They have a NO RETURN policy so once you purchase the items, they are yours, you cannot go get your money back for any reason. I purchased a tempurpedic bed, and a bedroom suit. The bed has all the features it could possibly have but I have no idea how to reset the remote to MY liking. I was given no kind of warranty information, no sort of paperwork except a receipt. They refused delivery of thos tempurpedic bed because it was a clearance item. When delivery was scheduled for the rest of my purchase, (about 3 weeks after purchase) they only deliver at their convenience, not the customers. I will never make a purchase at this store again and will deter my friends and family from shopping here as well.

We bought our living room set in March and its now May and we still haven't recieved it. So if you don't mind waiting a while to get you stuff. Then it's okay. UPDATE: Besides taking a long time to get the items. The set we bought was alittle over $1700 and its already kinda messing up. We take care of everything but it wears easily apparantly. I would have thought it would have lasted at least a year before that happens.
The Ashley Furniture employees who delivered my furniture were very kind, professional & efficient! They were very careful bringing in the merchandise & put it together in an amount of time so quick, I met them at home and I was back to work in less than an hour! And I live 17 minutes from Amarillo!!! Thanks guys !!!!

To high price for what they sell
Their furniture is nice, but customer service is rock bottom terrible! Don’t purchase expensive warranty, they tell you what you wanna hear, but you never get what you need. We purchased a dining set with warranty. Within a month, it needed repair. So we called customer service. They came picked it up as we expected. 4 weeks later, they brought it back in worse condition!!! Not only nothing was fixed, but also scratches all over the surface from loading/unloading in a truck. We called the customer service, they refused to replace it, like they promised. The sales guy was hiding every time we went in. Finally what we did was to call the corporate headquarter. All they could do was to refund us the whole amount of warranty package. If you like Ashely furniture, that’s fine. Just expect that maintenance is on your own. They don’t do anything for you after they took your money. If you look for better service, go to Furniture Row. You will be happier!!

Have been waiting 2 years to get my furniture. The Wichita Falls store stole about $3000 from me. All I ever get is the run around and told to call Lubbock. What kind of store doesn't answer their own phone? I certainly don't want the furniture anymore. I bought from another local store and got great service. I feel no choice but to turn this over to my attorney. I don't plan to allow this store to steal my money. Beware of this place I have heard nothing but horror stories about them. Update: received a call from the hateful people in Lubbock...same old story it's somehow my fault that they violated the contract! I'm just a stupid customer that should give them more $ and get nothing again. Shockingly they found my account and furniture and after I come pay more $ I can get it. NO way!!! I moved into a new city and new house 2 years ago. I waited 6 months for these people to get my furniture. I had no choice but to go to a competing store and buy a house full of furniture from some great people!! Now Ashley wants to give me credit. I need my $ not a credit. Their loss because I bought a lot more than $3000 worth from other store. Now I have to go to court to get my $ back. Ashley furniture has no intention of doing the right thing. Run people run!!! They have done this to others and they will do it to you. UPDATE!!!!!!!! 2023 NO MONEY BACK and NO Furniture. CROOKS. They STOLE $3000. It’s proof they can’t run a proper business. They don’t honor their commitments. You PAY and they PLAY. How hard is it to deliver the product you got paid for????? There was NEVER any intention to deliver a product. Also, isn’t the customer always right. Every time I’ve tried to resolve this I’m told it’s my fault?
