My husband and I were assisted by Rick and he was very helpful and efficient! We only knew we wanted a reclining sofa, and he led us straight to the perfect one! It was our first time buying a sofa together, and I wanted to be sure, so I told him we’d come back the next day and he gave me the price info and wasn’t too pushy. After we looked at a few different stores the next day, we came back to see Rick and purchase the first sofa he showed us. They had an unbeatable Presidents Day sale and he even gave us a longer payment plan with no interest (and we didn’t have to ask for it). I went home feeling so relieved that soon I will able to sit comfortably in my living room again. And in style too!

My wife and I where very pleased with the Guest service we received form Ann and the gentleman sorry can remember Love his name who helped in an assessment of are needs. We went in to purchase a nectar and after his assessment of my wife’s condition he showed us the Tempur-pedic mattress. He truly sold us what we needed and not what we wanted. Great job to all involved.

My salesman was AWESOME! Delivery was great and they were friendly and courteous. I had a wonderful experience making my purchase from Ashley. I did need to chat with customer service. One representative wasn't the greatest, but the other representatives I dealt with were great!

I had a great experience! From having Daniel show a few options to come back and have Rex closing the options we wanted and assisted us promptly and kindly. Can’t wait for my furniture to arrive!!

I had a good experience with Ashley in Draper. Rick was kind and helpful. Four stars because you can’t call the store directly and talk to your sales rep. Also, be advised if you buy anything on clearance they aren’t able to deliver.

Bought two reclining couches. One broke 5 minutes after delivery, the other padding is different than the showroom model. Just came from the store where the store manager says I have to work through a third party to see if they can fix my brand new purchase and the third party will decide if they will fix or replace. What is the point of buying from a store if they are not allowed, by corporate police, to provide customer service!

Worked with a young salesman and the process was very easy and we even did most of it over the phone. And then he didn’t even hesitate to help loading the large sectional into our U-Haul, and was pretty efficient at furniture Tetris. Process was easy and definitely would shop here again and make sure you get the young man salesmen he was awesome.

The second you cross the threshold, fifty different salespeople swarm you with the coordinated intensity of a SWAT team. It’s "How can I help you?" this and "What’s your style?" that, until you finally pick a sectional and hand over your credit card. That’s where the magic happens. The moment that transaction hits Approved, you apparently enter a parallel dimension where you are invisible. You could be on fire in the middle of the showroom and those same fifty people wouldn't even look up from their phones. The "7-Day Delivery" Myth They promise "Delivery within 7 days," which is Ashley-speak for: "We will unilaterally reschedule your delivery without telling you every seven days until the sun burns out." Don't bother clearing your schedule or moving your old couch to the curb. Your new furniture is currently in a witness protection program, and Ashley has no intention of testifying. The Customer Service Abyss If you actually want answers about where your $5,000 sofa is, may the odds be ever in your favor. Calling the local store? Forget it. That phone will ring until it triggers a heat death. The Call Center: Eventually, you’ll be rerouted to a call center halfway across the globe. You’ll talk to someone in India who is very polite, very scripted, and absolutely powerless to do anything other than lie to you with professional-grade confidence. "The Supervisors Are Resting" When you’ve finally had enough of the gaslighting and demand to speak to a supervisor, you’ll get the best excuse in the history of retail: "The supervisors are currently taking a rest." Apparently, the management team at Ashley Furniture operates on the same schedule as a newborn kitten. Bottom Line: If you enjoy being hunted like prey, ignored like an ex, and lied to like a toddler, this is the place for you. Otherwise, go literally anywhere else.

We Looked around for a specific room and everyone at Ashley was Amazing!! They gave us room to search but dropped in when we had questions! Then we said we needed to look at 1 more place, but we soon returned to Ashley and made our purchase! So we will be back for sure and will share our experience with out network of friends!

We enjoyed our shopping experience at this Ashley’s location. Ask for HAO, He’s AWESOME! He took the time to measure the pieces we were interested in and mapped out a layout that worked for us. He also answered all our questions and was attentive to any concerns had. We’ll be returning and we’ll be asking for Hao when we do!

We recently purchased a table and chairs from Ashley and we specifically asked the sales rep if we could return the chairs if we didn't like the look of them after having them in our home - we were told "yes, we could return them". Short story is that we couldn't because it was in the sales contract that we couldn't. I accept that I should have read the return polity in detail but since we were told we "could" return the chairs by the sales rep I assumed we could. So, at this point we're aggravated that we were told we could make a return but the company will not let us. In our opinion Ashely is more about taking care of themselves and have no concern about consumers. My suggestion is to not purchase from them and if you do make sure you read the contract in its entirety before purchasing anything from them.

I went in today hoping to browse furniture, but the experience was overwhelming. I was approached right away and repeatedly followed by sales staff, which made it hard to relax and enjoy the store. That level of pressure doesn’t encourage me to buy it does the opposite. I ended up leaving because of it.

Salesman not very knowledgeable, we had cone on earlier in the evening looking for a coffee table. Had Taken a picture wanted to buy it, but he had no idea where to find it the store. I i found it and took him to it. He , took the tag and got in formation on it and wrote up the sale. Took us to the sales desk, Told us the price wad three hundred seventy nine, I stopped him and said the tag says it's two hundred and forty nine, which is why we came back to ask , like to buy it. If it was that much , we didn't want it. I said , well , that's what the tag says. He said , oh , well , let's go check it again. He couldn't find it again. I walk right to it and picked up the tag hanging on it. Showed him, it was 249. He was confused and didn't know what to do, went talk to the manager and they said , yeah , that's the price. So he got the invoice all changed. They didn't have it in the store, so they said we had to pick it up with the warehouse eighteen miles away. Or they can deliver it for seventy dollars . Really? $70.?. I asked him if we had to put it together or if it was already assembled, he told us it was definitely already assembled.But it was not , we had to put it together. The instructions were really , really , really light and extremely hard to read , because you could barely see it the diagrams and printing look like they were written in very , very light pencil and then made a photocopy. In excellent light and with a magnifying glass, you could kind of read it.

The furniture we chose is beautiful, however we paid for delivery and there have been issues with the first delivery the guys couldn’t communicate with us, we had to use Google Translate, it was still difficult. They couldn’t install the mirror on the dresser and took it back with them. They sent another technician out a week later with the mirror and it still couldn’t be installed because they had the wrong brackets. Upon calling customer service again, we have to wait another week for hopefully someone to bring the correct brackets and install the mirror. Very frustrating process.

When we bought our couch and table in November the manager at the draper store raved about your customers service. Our address has changed since we purchased our furniture. I have called customer service replied to emails notifying Ashly the address you are delivering our replacement piece is the wrong address. When I last called I spoke to a manager to request the delivery address to be changed. The lack of customer service has been very disappointing. All I am asking for is that you deliver our replacement couch that came broken to be delivered to the correct address. I will definitely make it known to my family and friends that they never do business with Ashley. I would greatly appreciate a call back from the store to change my delivery address.

I'm not really sure what to think about it since I have not seen the product yet. I don't pick it up till the 2 of january after paying for it and leaving the store of having second thoughts. Put down a thing that edited my review when down the pickup what I had ordered found out. It wasn't in there, so I ended up going over to rc. W and finding one there and bought it? And canceled the order with Ashley. Because they're selling stuff, they don't have

Rex was wonderful. I walked in with only a rough idea of what I wanted, and he helped me look through every category of furniture, pricing, delivery options, etc. I really appreciate his patience and time. Highly recommend this location and ask for Rex!

They were pushy with the warranties. But found 2 bedroom sets and a dining set for our new house.

We went in to just try a bed we saw online and ended up going with a different one. The salesperson was very helpful and knowledgeable. We spent more than we originally intended too, but I'm glad we went in instead of going through the hassle of getting a bed we didn't like and having to return it.

Our salesperson was Kyle and he was amazing to work with. I haven’t received my purchase yet so I can’t comment on delivery, but the store experience was great.

You sold me a piece of furniture as is. After arriving at home, we discovered something that was not visible unless you got on your hands and knees and looked underneath the shelf was a broken shelf. That was glued together. Nobody even said anything about this defect, which is concerning as I probably would not have bought the product. Shame on ashley and I will never buy anything from your company again

Janet was our sales lady. She really knows that store. We knew what we wanted. She helped in every way. We made a purchase and are very satisfied with it and her service.

Everyone was very helpful and kind and not pushy at all (I was followed around the store at another furniture place, which I did not like!) I was supposed to get my receipt thru email, but have not received it yet. I'm excited to get my couch!

Delivery time as promised. Had some broken parts are being ordered and delivered. Hope to get it repaired or replaced soon.

We went shopping at a lot of different stores, but Ashley definitely had the best price and customer service. I also thoroughly enjoyed the fact that they delivered and set up the bed as well as took away the old mattresses. The only negative is that we were not told about the delivery fee and a couple of other fees so we had a little bit of a sticker shock when we paid.

One last update: increased to 4 stars because I changed the bed I got, received the receipt right after, and the bed arrived on time (great communication) and was set up professionally. Again, wonderful staff and hopefully the tech systems will soon catch up to their staff’s level of service. Update: I just updated from one to two stars because after having to go back in person to the store to get my receipt which was supposed to be emailed to me but never was (and there’s no way to talk to anyone at the store by phone), the person at the desk was able to figure out the order and print me a receipt. If the item actually arrives in a month or two then I’ll edit this review again. Original review: If you want to actually buy furniture this is not the place to go. Their systems do not work and it’s extremely difficult to purchase. They can’t find products online or their system shows different photos or the price tags are wrong or misplaced or the numbers don’t match or…… and the list goes on. Very nice people but the tech system for sales and supply chain is awful. I wasted two trips and three hours of my life trying to purchase a bed. And now I can’t get ahold of anyone because the phone number goes to an electronic call center that sends you in a loop and then hangs up on you. Seriously my worst sales experience ever.

My wife and I had been shopping for new dining room tables. We had gone to furniture row and a few other stores and ended up at Ashley furniture in Draper. After finding the table we liked it furniture row and the price was absolutely unrealistic. We had worked our way over to Ashley furniture in Draper and found the exact same table. The pricing was absolutely amazing. We ended up purchasing the table and chairs. The staff there was very attentive, very helpful and worked very hard to Get us the best deal possible. I was very impressed with the service there and would recommend them to absolutely anyone. It was a wonderful shopping experience.

Cheaper option for furniture. We got what we were looking for that worked for us. I was disappointed that the price they charged us was different than the price that was advertised on the floor. I'm not even sure they realized that the price was different. I probably should have spoken up but didn't think about it until later.

Ashley Furniture made the purchasing process far more inconvenient than it needed to be. After selecting an accent chair, we were told we couldn’t place the order over the phone unless we paid for delivery. When I returned to buy the chair in person, and only after the transaction was completed, I was then informed that pickup wasn’t available at the store—only at a warehouse miles away in another city. This crucial detail was never mentioned during either visit. The lack of transparency and customer-friendly options was extremely frustrating. With so many other retailers offering straightforward purchasing and pickup experiences, I won’t be shopping at Ashley Furniture again. Update: Following my review, I received three emails from a Social Specialist at Ashley Global Retail, LLC. The first acknowledged the “inconvenience and frustration” I experienced and stated that they “understand how important transparency and convenience are… and regret that my experience did not reflect the level of service they strive to provide.” However, there was no indication that they intended to address or improve the processes that caused these issues. The remaining two emails simply reiterated the delivery timeframe—information I had already received and never questioned. Unfortunately, the pickup experience further reinforced the same pattern of inconvenience. I received a text stating that my order was ready for self-pickup and another instructing me to text when I was 30 minutes away to minimize wait time. I sent the required notification, received an acknowledgment that my order was being prepared, and drove 25 miles to the warehouse. After checking in at the office, I proceeded to the pickup area—only to wait an additional 30 minutes for my item. So much for minimizing the wait. This latest experience has only solidified my decision not to shop at Ashley Furniture again.

First of all.... Hannah and Tyler are amazing and deserve a raise. I'm a 53yr old single carpenter. I've always wanted a nice bedroom set. I called every furniture store and told them my speil. When I spoke with Hannah she listened to me and said "Come here last because I am the one that will help you find what you want".... something like that. I'm a buyer not a shopper. She was the perfect person for me. I had some questions and concerns. Tyler not only helped me with this...he helped me load a mattress and frame in my truck. Because of these two amazing individuals is the only reason I am sending this post.☀️

Lost the excitement in my purchase. I've put off buying a couch for 3 years and decided its finally time... I purchased a couch for pick up besmxayse the saleman said it woyld be 3 weeks then I decided I wanted it delivered when I called the store I was immediately directed to the "offshore" team and they kept telling me I needed to call the store to make changes, I explained ti them I did call the store number and that I was at work and did not have time to keep calling and that I live an hour away from the store to just go there. Later I tried and every time I was immediately sent to offshore when I finally got one of the offshore to understand what I was saying she sent me a new sales order with the delivery charge and a link that went to synchrony I figured I was good until the next day I got a message to schedule my PICKUP.. what!!! Now to start the whole process all over.. When I called I got offshore again and sighing... frustrated at this point I tell the guy im ready to cancel the order and man was he ready to jump right on that.. hold on not yet... I try the store AGAIN.. now I'm looking to go to a local store so I call there to see if they have the same i and what do you know I spoke to a LIVE LOCAL person and she was SOO helpful she even tried to contact Ashley for me. I wish I would have went there in the first place and the the item had been in stock. had I known ASHLEY doesn't care about there customers just the $$$ and now im stuck with couch if I ever get it let's just hope it's good quality.

Customer service at this location needs major improvement, starting with management. We were ready to purchase a couch as well, but the next day we decided to try a different location, and they were wonderful. They took the time to explain all of our concerns, and we ended up making our purchase there solely because of their amazing customer service.

I enjoyed shopping at Ashley this past week. It was my first time and I was so very pleasantly surprised. Mary Dean greeted me immediately at the door and continued showing me the coffee tables that met my style. I chose a beautiful one and it has already been delivered! It is just perfect. This was a great experience from beginning to end. She told me about upcoming promotions, texted me pictures of items I was interested in, and took me all throughout the store pointing things out. I will certainly be back soon!

I will NEVER shop or spend money at Ashley Furniture EVER again. Their customer service is horrible! I paid $5,300 cash for a new mattress, pillows and mattress cover, everything is in stock and scheduled for delivery on Sept. 2nd. Well……. Deliveries continued to be rescheduled through their “new system “. The phone just loops you to AI Chatbot. So….. I went back to the location 3 separate times, management made we feel like I was a bother to them. Jimmy the Regional Director, Curtis the Store Director and Vivian truly do not seem to care about their customers. Like you reading this review, my money is good at any furniture retailer. I will NEVER shop at Ashley Furniture again and encourage you to read other reviews and consider spending your money elsewhere.

It’s painfully obvious that the sales guys here are paid on commission. Once you enter the store, someone is assigned to follow you around and try to get you to buy every little thing you stop to look at. I cannot stand people telling me how I should spend my money, I am the only one that makes that decision. I’m sure the furniture is great but for the experience I will never be going back. We bought a sofa set three years ago. Just a few days ago, we found three slits in the fabric in the back. Probably made by a box knife, it was hidden by box tape applied from underneath. Sales and management were probably not notified by the warehouse team, but management still owns the problem. Clearly, we will keep this dishonest behavior in mind when we shop for furniture in the future.

We were greeted at the door by Janey, who could very possibly be the nicest saleswoman I have ever met. She toured us around the store, showing us all of the couches and helping my grandmother (who we were shopping for) choose a perfect couch.

Edited 6 weeks later! After a month and a half, countless emails, waiting, confusion, etc. the maintenance tech finally came and installed the new piece on our couch so that the audio/charging/bluetooth part of our audio console now works. It took the tech less than 10 minutes to install. I’ll update from a 3 ⭐️ to a 4 ⭐️ ONLY bc the tech was quick and arrived on time. If you are needing anything fixed through their warranty department, be persistent!! Email daily!! That’s all I can recommend. I hope we don’t have anymore issues. My husband and I bought our couch a few months ago. It is an 8 piece Modmax modular sectional. The purchasing and delivery of the couch was quite seamless. But a month after we received it, one of the two audio consoles quit charging. We have called, emailed.. all we hear are crickets. We have the warranty on the couch and for some reason NO ONE will help us get this replaced. We were going to return to get a bedroom set, but we will go elsewhere since their customer service after they get your money is crap!!

Rick was incredible! We had been to a couple of other furniture stores in the area and Ashley was the best experience. We were able to take our time, we didn’t feel rushed and we found my friend the perfect couch!

Zero stars is what they deserve. DO NOT BUY FROM any Ashley store, the company in whole are liars and have very poor customer service. Upon trying to get my issue resolved I did some research and discovered the CORPORATE OFFICE HAS 1.4 stars and the company itself has SEVERAL multimillion dollar LAWSUITS due to deception. Once you walk out of that store after paying thousands of dollars you mean nothing. Your issues with the product falls on deaf ears. We have been dealing with an issue for over a month, too much to tell the story on this platform, but just know you will highly regret buying from them. They use a third party to deliver and set up ; which was the start of the problems. Again DO NOT SHOP at Ashley Furniture.

Oscar Castrillon is so knowledgeable and helpful! He knew exactly what couches would work best for the small space I have. He was really helpful without being overbearing. A perfect balance. I highly recommend asking Oscar if you need something specific, he really knows his stuff.

Talk about a refreshing shopping experience. After leaving what we compared to a car dealership, we decided to stop at Ashley and boy, we were so happy did. Such a more relaxed atmosphere and the products just felt higher quality. Salespeople weren't pushy and best of all, they gave us space to experience the furniture without looking over our shoulder. Will definitely return.

Told to cancel my online order to save time on a couch and did that. They have now shipped the wrong color which had to be sent back then brought one a week later that is completely broken and had to be sent back. Now have been waiting a month with no couch, scrapes in my apartment from moving so many pieces, and had to miss now 2 days of work for their order. Terrible service to just basically tell me that sucks and ask if would I like them to try again for a third time.

I would NOT recommend doing business with this store. You can not speak to a manager when you a problem with your $4000 dollars with of product. I was told by the store the manager's don't talk to customers when there is an issue. This speaks volumes as to the fact they are not there to actually help customers. At this point Ashley Furniture has gotten all the money they will get from me. All we need is a copy of the the receipt for the warranty on a broken frame. This store is the WORST!!!!

Spent over 4K in a sectional with a broken piece! I picked it up and not even 24hrs later they are asking me to file a claim! Too bad I can’t return this purchase! And the sales agent from Draper big time liar!! Said if there was any problems with in 72hrs to call back and they would fix the issue! Don’t trust the sales people and don’t make any big purchases here!

Avoid This Store!!! If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. My experience with Ashley Furniture in Draper, Utah, has been a nightmare from start to finish on the process of getting a new dresser that isn’t broken. We bought brand-new bedroom furniture back in May because we were moving, and right from the start, we had issues. The kids' dresser was broken upon delivery. I refused to sign for it, and they told me a technician would need to come out to inspect it. The technician came, confirmed that it was broken, and still… nothing. Since then, I’ve called them multiple times to follow up, and every single time, I either get someone who barely understands the issue or they promise someone will reach out to me. Guess what? No one did. I’ve been waiting since May, and it’s now the end of August. My kids’ clothes are still sitting on a table because I can’t get a dresser. They keep telling me it's "back-ordered," but they didn’t have any issue taking my money. I’m honestly stunned by the complete lack of customer service and communication. And now, the latest surprise: after all this waiting, I finally get in touch with the seller who tells me that the ticket for the broken dresser was closed! What?! How does that even make sense? No one has fixed the issue, and the ticket was closed without any resolution. It’s honestly like they don’t care at all. I am beyond frustrated with Ashley Furniture. This is absolutely unacceptable, and I will never buy from them again. Do yourself a favor and avoid this store if you value your time and sanity.

STALKER ALERT! I went in and was greeted by an older gentleman and I politely told him that I was just browsing and didn’t need any help. He followed me from about 30 feet away the entire time I was in the store. It got to the point that I would round a corner and wait and he would pop right up behind me. I get that they get paid on commission but come on! This was uncomfortable. When I finally left he followed me to the door trying to get me to come back in. I ended up going across the street to Alice Lane and bought something far more expensive there just to avoid him. Completely different experience there.

I recently purchased and had furniture delivered from Ashley. Overall, the pieces arrived without any damage, which I appreciated. However, there are a few areas I think could be improved. For delivery, I was a bit disappointed that the team did not wear shoe covers when entering our home. With a toddler who crawls around, cleanliness is very important to me. Also, the chairs arrived without any protective covering, which made it hard to tell if they were brand new or from an open box. While everything was in good shape, I would have felt more reassured if the items came fully packaged. During the purchase process, I understand that Ashley is working with a new system, which made things longer than usual. The staff was very accommodating and did their best to make us comfortable, but it was still a little disappointing when I wanted to add a rug to go with my dining set and was told it would take another two hours. Overall, the staff themselves were kind and helpful, but I do hope Ashley improves on these small yet important details in both the shopping and delivery experience.

No one answered the phone for the longest time finally I got some one who told me they couldn’t connect me to a salesman. I needed to go back to the store

Even though the chairs we wanted were no longer available, our salesman was very helpful in finding us chairs that we liked that were in stock!

I just ordered a ‘hot deal’ patio furniture. The sales person said it would take 1-2 months to get my order. I really liked the price and the furniture. I also have ordered bedroom furniture in the past (2020?) and had a good experience so I am hoping it is worth the wait. I was optimistic. Unfortunately, after calling today to learn what the status of my order was, I learned that the furniture was discontinued. I have to wait 4 business days for return of my money. I will look elsewhere for patio furniture.

We were very happy with the sales experience. Our salesman was very nice. Update: Then they offered the same mattresses we purchased for $600 off a few days later. Their website showed a possible price adjustment policy but they won't help. Very poor business practice. Buyer beware at Ashley in Draper. If they aren't going to match sales prices on their website they should remove that policy.

I I recently shopped at the Ashley store in Draper. I was met by a very personable young Sales Associate named Jordan Nelson. He accompanied me through the store as I was looking for some throw pillows to coordinate with my current color scheme. He was very patient as we roamed the store looking for a sample of the colors I had seen online. He is a great asset to your sales team and I look forward to shopping there again for a sofa.

I was told by Ashley that the delivery men would take my old mattress but then on the call to confirm the delivery I was told no. I called the Ashley store in Draper and the got it all worked out and they did take my old mattress

We went to the store looking for a new bed. From the moment we got through the door Janet was able to read our minds. Every one was so helpful and understanding. This is our second time buying furniture from this store and it won’t be our last.

As I am happy with the purchased not happy with delivery! They dropped couches off and were supposed to drop off a dresser. 1 of the couches was scratch and so was the dresser. We decided to send it back. I spent too much money like to wait for service. Well same thing instead of putting a rush on new delivery. They wanted me to wait like a week in a half!! Hello, I don't have a dresser now. We took everything out and clothes all over because we wanted to be prepare for the actual delivery date. Not our fault they got here defective. I don't have a place to put it away for 1 week in a half. So frustrating

There was a great deal of confusion regarding my order of a pair of lamps, and much time wasted trying to clear it up, but the issues were finally resolved satisfactorily.

The products we ordered were nice, but the staff and management were a bunch of lifeless, arrogant people that made us feel unwelcome (with the exception of the door greeter). We went in a total of 3 times, and were treated the same on each occasion. The staff need to be aware of who they are speaking to. There could be status behind the T-shirt and flip flops. Also, I can walk into RC Willey, purchase any accessories, and take them with me. That is forbidden at Ashley, and they let you know it. The manager behind the desk was ridiculous about it. You have 25 or more of some items in the store. Why can’t you just let people take them? They don’t give a reason either. Just “we have to ship them for $100”. Maybe that’s how you make more money? But you really lose money because it puts people off. We won’t be coming back there unfortunately. You need a serious customer service makeover.

DO NOT BUY THE WARRANTY!! It covered nothing the sales associates lie!! They tell you everthing is covered when it is not!!!! I’m fighting to get my cushion replaced on my sofa. Here is another claim denial from them. I would love for a manager to reach out to me regarding this. Should I break the sofa at this point to get a cushion replaced?? Update Here is the reasons from Ashley “taking care of me” their sales practices are DECEPTIVE AND PREDATORY!!! I paid nearly $400 for a warranty that has proven to be completely worthless. Your refusal to honor it shows a blatant disregard for your customers. I have attached a photo of their response. Take your hard earned money and shop somewhere else. Update 7/28/25 I have been back of forth with this horrible company. I asked them to refund me on their trash warranty which they declined instead they want to give me a credit to their store. They have some nerve offering me $260 credit I will never spend a dime in their store. I can’t put into words how horrible of an experience this has been. See attached photo of their response. Their furniture is trash and their sales practices are predatory.

If I could give zero stars so would. This company does not care about customer experience and is completely unhelpful once they are paid. The Draper store, as well as their call service has still not attempted to find a resolution after following up several times.

Found a nice rocking chair and thought that we can just load it up and go home with it especially since we were out of state. That's when I found out that most everything they have on the floor is not in stock and it must be ordered and delivered. The closest delivery date was more than 2 weeks out. They would not sell us the floor model either. Not a great experience and we will most likely not be shopping there in the future.

Shawn was the BEST. I felt comfortable to be me and comfortable to agree/disagree. Shawn’s fun acceptance led to me purchasing more furniture pieces than just a sofa, which is what I originally walked in for. From greeting to settling up with the desk at the end, we felt like everyone involved cared. Thank you!

Horrible customer service we bought a $3,000 couch from this place and we have been trying to get a defective piece of the couch fixed for months now the runaround just like someone stated in their review is so true stay away from this store do not buy any furniture from this store. They will not fix this couch. The regard warranty person came out. He ripped the bottom of our couch. Took a picture of the trampoline moved some cushions around and said this is normal wear and tear and left. A long story short this has been a complete nightmare they will not return anything or warranty any of their products. They won’t send out a new piece of the couch That’s all they need to do to make this right it doesn’t make any sense to me. Take care of your customers! Do the right thing!

UPDATE: 2 pieces of our sectional arrived dirty and I rejected them. The delivery guys told me just to use my protection plan I bought to get it cleaned. I said no way it’s brand new!! Terrible unprofessional service there. Then I have been told I have to now wait 24-48 hours for someone to call me to setup delivery of new pieces. I have had 3 phone calls to make sure my delivery went great and apparently they can’t read it was not!! Then they all keep giving me the run around about they can’t help me, they can’t transfer me to anyone in store, I can’t get ahold of anyone in store when I call it just goes to customer service. So now I just sit and wait for my other pieces with half a couch. They already got my money and now the service goes out the window? And they charged $400 for delivery!! I also emailed the email below that I was given and NOtHING! No response…. There were only 2 cars in the parking lot the other day when I bought my furniture.. they should take care of the ones actually spending their hard earned money in their store… My mom and I had a fantastic experience at Ashley Furniture in Draper thanks to Court! He was pleasant, honest, and incredibly kind throughout the entire process. What we appreciated most was that he gave us space to browse without pressure, but was always nearby when we had questions. He made the transaction smooth and stress-free. We’ll absolutely be back to shop with him again for future pieces! THANKS Court!

Salesperson Jill was a delight to work with. I voiced what I was looking for and was shown several options. At check out Jill gave me all sale prices that were applicable to my purchases that I wasn’t aware of. I walked out of the store a very happy customer.

I had one of the worst retail experiences of my life at Ashley Furniture. I went in to buy a mattress and premium powered base. The salesman assured me the price I was quoted was for the premium base — adjustable with all the features. Based on that, I agreed and made the purchase. When the base was delivered, it was a stripped-down, bare-bones version — absolutely not what I paid for. I immediately called to get the correct one delivered, assuming it was just a mistake. But instead of owning up to the bait-and-switch, they told me that the premium base I originally thought I purchased would actually cost me $1,000 more. So to be clear: they lied to my face about what I was buying, delivered a cheaper product, and then told me if I wanted the one I already paid for, I’d need to cough up even more cash — with no refund and no willingness to make it right. This wasn’t a misunderstanding. This was a deliberate, shady sales tactic. I feel completely scammed. Avoid Ashley Furniture at all costs unless you enjoy being misled and ripped off. They lost my trust, my business, and anyone else I can warn.

I received my new TV console and side chair today, and am overall pleased. And the sales associate, Mohammad, was great. However, this is probably the last purchase I will make from Ashley Store because of their no-return policy. I am not good at visualizing how an item will look in my home. Will the color match my carpet? Is it too large/small? What if I just don't like it? I expect a 30 day return window, and will only shop where I get it. PLEASE reconsider this policy because you're driving customers like me away.

We took advantage of the Memorial Day sale and got a great deal on a sofa set. I didn’t give a five star review because I felt that the salesman did not really listen to what we were asking for. He seemed to have it in his mind what we wanted. Eventually, we were able to help him understand our needs, but it took a lot of walking around the store, back-and-forth, before he heard us. I think this problem could be remedied by the salesman asking a few direct questions before starting the experience. I also felt that the furniture protection plan was pushed on us, even though we repeatedly said we weren’t interested. We did not end up buying it, but felt frustrated that they continued to try to convince us of something that we had already researched and decided against. The sofa has yet to be delivered, and I’m sure we will be happy with it. Previously, the furniture we bought from Ashley has always been good, so we will just put up with the salesmen.

I ordered a TV stand and told it would be new out of the box. It wasn’t it was a floor model so I rejected it and I have not heard back from Ashlle store. I’m very disappointed in them.

Terrible experience. If you are looking for a new mattress do not go here. Go direct to Tempur-pedic. In the store the sales rep Mohamed and the Store Manager Curtis said that they matched the Manufacturers 90 day comfort guarantee and if we didn’t like we can return the mattress and frame with a full refund. My wife hates the mattress and the tune has changed. Curtis apologized and even said that they used to have customers sign a paper detailing the return policy even though multiple times it was stated that Ashely follows the manufacturers comfort guarantee and manufacturers warranty. Let’s be clear we have since learned that what we were told in store at time of purchase, Ashley is not willing to follow their word. The store manager was at least willing to call the regional manager Jeremy Brown who quickly shut us down. Our option is to return the mattress my wife hates for another memory foam mattress that my wife hates. Jeremy is willing to be generous enough to let us return the mattress and buy furniture, even though we just bought 6,000 in furniture and have no additional need for furniture. This is also doesn’t address one of the dressers we got for our daughter had a broken drawer within two weeks of receiving the dresser. I will forever encourage anyone and everyone I know or meet to avoid Ashley Furniture. My wife even emailed the solutions@ashley furniture email provided by customer service and got zero response.

Ashley came through for me so beautifully! I had a wonderful experience looking for just what I needed and I found everything I hoped for with plenty of beautiful options. The store is beautifully kept and clean. The employees are kind, patient, and not overbearing as you shop. Sheri Marion was so patient with me and helped me design what I was looking for! Excellent customer service and an overall enjoyable experience! ☺️

There was a price match misunderstanding between me and two other reps but she handled it calmly, professionally but also matter-of-fact without blowing smoke. She was very respectful and considerate of the other rep I worked with the day before in sharing commissions. It was just really nice to work with her and a really good experience overall. Raving fan of Janet’s!

We bought a bed from Ashley. Upon opening up 1/3 box's we discovered a delapidated wood side rail that the finish was flaking off. If you walk by the bed, the wood will jam your leg or pant. Also one of the drawer rails was bent making it unusable. After contacting Ashley, we had to wait 7 days for an emailed response and that was them conquering that yes the items are damaged but we dont know how to replace. Also found out their warranty department is NOT in the USA, so be prepared to wait. So they are going to send a tech out to Fix. Well, we cant make the appoitment and found out once they are scheduled, we cant make changes. So, 9 days later we are still sleeping on the floor and still cant use our bed! Once you walk out the door there are no returns. So returning the bed is not an option. This will be the last time spending our money at Ashley.

My wife and I had an exceptional experience with both Rick and Jermaine in Scottsdale as well as with Curtis in Draper Utah. We found the selections at Ashleys to be both quality and affordable with lots to choose from. The sales team took the time to listen and were very helpful and professional. We would shop there again.

We started our search for a new dining set at Ashley and made the rounds to so many of the other stores like RC W’s, J. Paras, etc. All the others just seemed like they were all the same. We ended up back at Ashley’s (Draper location) and with the same sales person (Hao) with whom we’d started with. Ashley’s was easy to deal with and Hao was a fantastic, caring person to help us out. Highly recommend them both.

Update: The response to this review was just lip service. I emailed the address given and never received a response. This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had with a business. Absolute worst experience ever! We purchased an extremely expensive mattress and we were told we could return the mattress if we did not like it. From the first night I was miserable sleeping in the mattress. We called after a few nights requesting to return the mattress. They would not let us return the mattress for 30 days. As soon as the 30 days were up, I emailed to ask for the return. They responded that we could only return the mattress for store credit and have 30 days to use it. We won’t need any other furniture, they don’t carry the mattress that we need. Their customer service says they can’t do any to help and the store never responds to our calls. Do not buy anything from this company. They are deceiving and unethical.

Janet was fabulous at the Draper location! She was one of my major reasons I chose to go with Ashley furniture and this location. Other team members were great to help as well. The positive environment and non-pushy salesman were fabulous. The quality of the furniture is excellent. So much better than the competitors. Thanks!

Overall my experience was great, we did purchase furniture as quality is high comparing to competitors in the market. Except they charge an arm and a leg for delivery as well as there was a new sales person who tried to trick us out and said delivery is free on this much and amount as well as suggested wrong products (low quality or not meeting our requirements). Went to buy a specific piece of decor at the Draper store. First salesman to help us said there was no way he could find it for me even after showing him a photo of the item. So we began walking around the store to look for the piece ourselves. A very personable salesperson then came up to me and asked if he could help me. I showed him a picture of the item and he immediately said “ I know right where that is.” We found the item but it was display only so we ordered one shipped to us. He introduced himself as Jojo and was so friendly. Thank you Jojo! I wish everyone could be as nice and knowledgeable as you were!!!

The old man with the suspenders helped us out and we ended up with a great couch for a great price. I would happily go back and we will next time we need something.

Jojo greeted me when I entered, listened to what I wanted and directed me to the right area of the store and then gave me some space to browse around. Very good selection and nice showroom. I found what I was looking for and at a decent memorial day sales price. Best of all I was able to get delivery set up for within two days. They outclassed RC Willey in selection, value and service (the RC Willey salesman dogged me every step around their store). Ashley's will now be my new first stop for furniture shopping. Highly recommend them.

My shopping experience was awesome! The 1 star is for their delivery service. They damaged my property! I tried to talk to the delivery guys about it but they don't speak English! I tried to call the delivery service to file a damage report but they weren't able to help me. I finally called the store and they helped me get the process started. Someone contacted me via text, I sent them a photo of the damage and they asked if I had a venmo. I didn't, they told me they would send a check with the next delivery guy. I waited but nothing ever came. I went back to the store and they told me my claim was closed and it says that I was reimbursed and they couldn't do anything about it. I went to text the lady that was helping me via text and she blocked me! I will never buy anything from Ashley ever again because of their HORRIBLE delivery service.

Janet was incredible to work with and very sweet. She had the best answers to all of our questions and helped us narrow down our options to a sectional that we love! We would highly recommend her services if you can find her!

My husband and I were shopping for a new dining table and took the two leaves out of a table we were considering buying. It fit 6 chairs, but uncomfortably so, especially if my family had dinner at the table. It would need at least one leaf in it for 6 people to fit well. After some consideration, we decided to not purchase it, so we tried to replace the leaves. However the table would not open, it was jammed. We tried several times to open it in order to replace the two leaves, and the table would not budge. I asked a nearby sales associate, “Hi there, can you help us put these leaves back in the table? It won’t open.” And his response? He raised his voice with an angry facial expression and yelled “NOPE!!!” While shaking his head and walked away from the area. Oh. Ok. That was weird. Usually sales guys jump at the chance to sell anything or interact with customers. But not this guy. So we walked away with the table stuck as is, with the two extra leaves propped up against the buffet next to it. Either way he had to put the leaves back, with or without our help, and I guess he chose to do it without. Another sales associate had to have helped him, it was wedged tight! It occurred to me that the sale associate may not have wanted us to remove the leaves, but no one said anything and two other sales people asked if we had any questions while we sat at the table. Obviously they saw us. If they didn’t want us touching it, or removing anything, why didn’t they simply say so? Good thing we dodged that bullet. Bad table, and worse sale associates. Also to mention, the one guy who yelled NO at us, wandered around afterward scowling at us and walked quickly by, inches away from me. It felt like he was trying to intimidate me to have me step out of his way or something. Super weird egotistical guy. No matter, I didn’t give him even a glance. What a jerk. *I added a picture of the table. I wanted to remove my husband in the photo, so I used the erase tool, which is the reason it’s slightly filtered at the end seat. It’s the Roanhowe Dining set that wouldn’t open, once closed without the leaves. You can see the two leaves we removed, leaning against the buffet.

Had a very nice experience in the store in Draper. Our couch was delivered a couple of days later. After the delivery men left, we noticed that the back of the couch had a weird red spot and a tear on it. Immediately called the store and was told to call their warranty department to have a technician come look at it. A technician has never come. Only half of the feet for our couch were delivered as well. We have spoken to the warranty department multiple times, called the store, and gone into the store to speak with them about this. Everyone gives us the runaround. It's been a month since we received our couch, and we still have only half of the feet and the red stain with the tear under it! Nobody will help us! We've been told 3 times now that someone will call us the next day, and nobody does! The lady that we spoke with in the store tonight was incredibly rude and condescending. We have sent pictures as we've been asked, waited on hold for over an hour, been hung up on, and emailed the warranty department multiple times!!! Don't waste your time or money on Ashley furniture! Do the smart thing and go to RC Willey instead. We sure wish we had! They take care of their customers! We have even just asked to return the couch, and they refuse to let us do so!!!

I have nothing but good things to say about my first time buying furniture from Ashley! The salesman Shawn was very helpful, and the delivery was quick and extremely well handled! They even took away all the boxes and wrapping. I was very pleased with everything from start to finish!

I had come in previously and knew what I wanted. All I needed to do was call my salesman so he could put the order in. I could not get a hold of him. No one would pick up the phone!!!!!! Infuriating. So I had to travel all the way to Ashley to talk to him. While there, I had to text a picture to my daughter to show what I bought her. The text would not go through inside the building until I went out into the parking lot!!!! Seriously?! On the positive side, my salesman, Rex Jensen, was awesome.

Mohammed was very knowledgeable, if a little on the pushy side. There was a lot he wanted to show us. In the end, he did get us a pretty good deal. We've gone to Ashley before and we'll continue given the service and pricing.

I'm pretty disappointed in the service we have received here. They will sweet talk you in to buying from them. They will tell you how amazing their customer service and replacement policy is. Until they have you. Then they turn you away! We purchased couches with an extended warranty. We have been trying to get it repaired since NOVEMBER!! We keep getting the runaround. The people in the store say we have to call the warranty center. The warranty center keeps saying they will order the part and it's not happening. NO ONE wants to help. Don't buy furniture here. If it breaks, they won't fix it and will push you around.

I will never do business Ashley furniture in Draper. My parents picked out a sofa in their showroom and an associate named Allen helped them place an order for this sofa. When the sofa arrived it was a newer version of the one that was on the showroom floor. They had changed the design and made it taller, additionally, they sent a sofa in a vinyl fabric, which was not what they had ordered. They had ordered a microfiber fabric. Perhaps Allen did not know what he was doing when he ordered this sofa. Well, the delivery men brought the sofa into their house and set it up… my 80 yr old mom tried to tell them that this did not appear to be the sofa that she had ordered, however, neither of the delivery men spoke English and instead shoved an ipad in her face and told her to “sign.” So she did. She then called Ashley furniture in Draper and they said “Sorry, we can’t take it back, you accepted the delivery.” So she then started the process of dealing with their warranty department. So far, the warranty department has not responded within the timeframe that they stated they would respond. I will be pursuing a resolution to this now , which will most likely involve an attorney. If you wish to avoid these problems, do business with another furniture company! 0 out of 5 stars! Update: just wanted to give an update on the response from the company… I emailed the address given and they contacted the company in Draper. They still continue to state that the sofa purchased was the same as the showroom sofa. I went into the showroom and took pictures of the sofa displayed compared to the sofa received, they appear vastly different. They state that my moms sofa will look like that after two and a half years with hundreds of people sitting on it… lol. Well, I have no idea how a PU leather sofa will become microfiber on every last inch including the parts that aren’t even frequently touched by a human. They just ignored the fact that she tried to refuse the sofa to the delivery person all together. So, no resolution at all except to just double down on their refusal. Do business with another company. Update: the warranty department gave me the run around for an entire day. After posting this review, someone from Ashley corporate reached out. I responded and told them the same story.. they reached out to the local furniture store and then responded with, “sorry, the local furniture store stated that the sofa you received is the same as the showroom model” [and although you are completely unsatisfied, you are stuck with it.] I went to the local furniture store and took a picture of the showroom model and you can see the pictures as a comparison. Finally, I reported this fraud to my credit card company, they agreed with me, and they forced Ashley to provide a refund and come pick up their ugly PU Leather sofa. I stick with my claim, I will never do business with any furniture company that doesn’t have a sound return policy.

Older gentleman with suspenders helped us at the Draper location. Super personable, while maintaining professionalism. I had my family there, he interacted great with my 2.5 year old and it was just an overall great experience.

Our salesman was a little too chatty but answered our questions. The $400 delivery charge (which we declined) is too high, my opinion. We were happy the store manager was willing to honor the online purchase which offers free delivery. Fortunately, delivery went smoothly and the products were undamaged even though we didn’t uncrate them until after the delivery. By the way, your 20% discount definitely played a role in our purchase.

I purchased a sectional sofa from Ashley Furniture in Draper, for close to $3,000 just three months ago, and I’m extremely disappointed with the quality. The fabric is already pilling like a cheap sweater, which is completely unacceptable for such an expensive piece of furniture. I expected durability and craftsmanship that matched the price, but this experience has been nothing but frustrating. This was my first and definitely my last purchase from this store. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for quality furniture.

I bought a table two weeks ago and when they came to install it, some parts were missing. I've been waiting for it for 5 days, the boxes are stacked in the garage. I went to the store and no one answers me. In Draper, Utah, they just tell me to wait, you can't return the table.

Went in looking at sofas. Must of the options were a little cheaper feeling. Some nicer stuff. But nothing fancy, in my opinion. The sales person was really young and didn't seem to have a lot of knowledge other than the store layout.

The sales person messed up the order and rang it up for the wrong headboard for the bed. I now have talked to 2 different people to try to solve this problem and sounds like I have to go all the way back to the warehouse to pick up the right headboard. We didn't get any paperwork with our 6500 purchase so we could see all the details of what we bought. Maybe we have to wait till it gets delivered. I wasn't expecting to pay that much but we looked around a little bit. I hope it is right for us. Maybe not a good idea to get power reclining everything. We have now bought two beds in the last 5 months from this Ashley store. The store personnel were fine to work with until we had a delivery problem. The last bed that we purchased from them was delivered with a previously opened and severely damaged bed frame. See picture of the box. The bed frame is unusable. The delivery driver knew that it was damaged and unusable. He created a case to have the bed frame repaired or replaced and left the mattress. I wanted the mattress left rather than waiting to schedule another delivery. Before the driver left he put me on the phone with a customer service agent who was going to “send someone out with 24 hours to look at and resolve the problem. We called back the next day and were told that it would 24 to 48 hours. We called the Draper store to see if we could bring it in and exchange it there ourselves. We were told no. (They don’t have anything at the store). We explained the situation to a manager and asked if they could help speed things along. We were told No. We have now made at least 8 calls to customer service in the last week. They have not sent anyone out or called us to resolve the problem. Our daughter has been sleeping on a mattress on the floor for over a week now and we have received no promise visit or communication from the store or the customer service people. I may have to go to Sams Club and buy another Bed frame to replace the bent worthless one that Ashley can’t be bothered to even make an effort to make right. I would not recommend or purchase here again. John After dealing with this for 11 days. I tried the store again and was able to get help from a manager. She was very helpful. She was able to set it up so that I could go to the warehouse and pick the bed frame up. I am grateful for her help. I have received a new unopened bedframe like I paid for. I also paid for delivery and I wound up taking time out of my work day to get what was supposed to be delivered.

Kolby was a delight to work with. We were in the market for a new bed, and a living room set. He was very patient as we looked at 15 different living room sets before deciding on the perfect set for us. We also spent 2 hours going from bed to bed. Testing over 30 mattresses before deciding on our perfect mattress.

The sales manager was very friendly & helpful. However, I went in a second time to finalize a purchase and the guy who helped me was not friendly and quite discourteous. After making the purchase, we discovered that Ashley does not ship from one warehouse to another so I had to cancel my out of state order and he did not even apologize or approach me to finalize the cancellation. Had someone else do it and went and sat on a couch with his coworkers instead.

We ultimately bought a very nice reclining sofa. Sales rep was ok. But if you buy from Ashley be prepared for the expensive delivery and setup fee. We surprised to see a $299 delivery fee which more than wiped out the small discount on the sofa itself. We live about 6 miles from the Ashley store.

Super upset about my recent experience. I have been begging for a new sectional forever. We went to Ashley and purchased one. I will say the salesman was great and very good at his job. We waited longer than we liked to get it but understand that it takes what it takes. One piece had a large hole on the back where it rubbed on the frame during shipping. We rejected that piece and requested a new one. They repeatedly pushed sending a tech out to repair it. I didn’t want a repaired one. I wanted one in NEW condition. I paid NEW price for it. I saved forever. They took it away. They said that I would have a replacement in 24 hours. Nope. I got a hold of someone and a delivery date for 2 weeks later. They brought me back the EXACT SAME PIECE only with the hole super glued together. I called again and they basically said they would pencil me in to talk to someone in the next 3 days. Thanks. Glad you appreciate my business.🙄

Great experience, was looking for living room set, and was assisted by Mike who was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of our questions. Purchased a beautiful set at a very affordable price for the quality set we purchased. Thank you Mike and Ashley furniture.

My wife and I stopped by Ashley Furniture looking for a new leather couch and love seat. After speaking with the sales rep, he convinced us that the quality was outstanding and 100% real leather, except for the back, which wasn’t a big deal since it would be against the wall, right? After spending $3,500 and waiting two weeks, we finally received them. Now, 1.5 years later, we have a problem: the material easily peels and flakes off. Several phone calls and emails later, we found out we were out of luck as the warranty had expired. It turns out we’re not the only ones with these issues—it’s a common problem, and there has been a class action lawsuit: Case No. 2:16-cv-2911, in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California. For this very reason, like I said, buyer beware. Do your homework before buying anything from Ashley Furniture. Due to the widespread nature of these complaints, several class action lawsuits have been filed against Ashley Furniture alleging false advertising and deceptive marketing practices regarding their "DuraBlend" upholstery. Do your homework.

We called the furniture store on the same day the table was delivered (Tuesday, February 18) to report that during installation, they damaged one of the table’s legs. The customer service representative informed us that a technician would come in eight days to inspect the table (Wednesday, February 26). On Thursday, February 27, we called the furniture store again to report that the technician had not shown up for the appointment. During the call, the store informed us that the appointment had been rescheduled for Saturday, March 8. However, we were never notified about the rescheduling, nor were we asked if that date worked for us. I am very upset! It feels like the furniture store is trying to let time pass so the return period expires! My experience with the store regarding the damage caused during the installation of my table has been extremely frustrating and terrible. I do not recommend buying here.

The delivery was great. They were earlier than than promised which helped me out. The drivers were fast and friendly.

One sales guy tried to sell us something we didn't want after telling him we wanted an L-shaped sectional with around 107-111" length each direction. He showed us a sleeper with a chase and claimed he's been at the store for 10 years and that there was nothing that would fit our requirements in the store. This made no sense because they were advertising modular sectionals and building something that "fits your space." We found something that fit our requirements and ordered it with another sales guy. The sectional was delivered and had multiple spots that needed cleaning. I scheduled for a cleaning for Feb 28 and told them I couldn't be there before 11 am MT, but my family could a little before that. They called me with an automated call with a window of 7:30 - 10:30 am. I thought this was weird, but just assumed they got my message and since they were going to notify me before they got there that we could make it work. I should have called and changed it because they called me at 7 am to tell me they would be there 7:20 am. I missed the call initially. They would only wait till 7:52 am and my in-laws got there at 7:54 am. Obviously, we had to reschedule. In the subsequent appointment, the cleaning technician showed up an hour early. The technician was polite but the follow up customer service call was baffling to me. I voiced that it's rather poor service to have technicians show up outside quoted service times. They just told me that they can't control the service team. At the least, you should communicate appointment changes. The couch itself is great. I did follow up with Ashley and emailed them as they said in the response here but there was no further follow up. Hilarious.

We found a chair and couch we really liked. We just wanted to verify that a close second choice from a competitor was really the second choice. A couple of hours later we came back to purchase the chair and couch. We requested the initial sales person we talked to earlier. He seemed less than enthusiastic about helping us the second time, even though he just had to write the order. At this time we chose some lamps to be added to the order. We assumed all would be delivered on the same day. The sales person never let us know they would be shipped later. We liked the rocker and could not find a satisfactory equivalent at a competitor. After this experience I doubt we will entertain using Ashley Furniture again.

I was severely taken advantage of, by Christopher. He told me that he was giving me good deals for Presidents Day. When I asked him about how much my total differed from the prices he offered me, he talked circles around me, and kept throwing out different numbers, to confuse me. So, I assumed he was being good to me, perhaps because that’s how he made it look. After I paid and got my receipt, I looked it over. He had charged me double for shipping, and almost doubled for the five year warranty. He overcharged by 475.00. Thankfully, I went back in, and talked to Vivian. She was awesome! She was kind to me. She refunded my overpayment, and made it right. I would still go back to Ashley Furniture, but I will not have any dealings with Christopher.

I first started looking for furniture a while ago. I visited several other furniture stores. I didn't initially visit Ashley because I was always told they were more expensive than others. This is not the case at all. They had a great selection at very reasonable prices. When I decided to at least go see what Ashley had to offer I was greeted by Jack. He was very helpful and not pushy on our first visit. I came back for the Presidents day sales to take advantage of their great pricing. Jack helped me again and he was able to put together a package that was right for me and my budget. Would definitely recommend seeing Jack for great customer service.

We went to the Salt Lake Ashley store. I do believe we looked at the one in Draper, but I don’t remember. We ended up buying our new dining room table there we love it, and it was a much better value than the Costco ones and about the same price but solid wood instead of Veneer! I have to admit the Costco walnut veneer looked good, but it never lasts

The prices and furniture options at Ashley were our favorite of all the places we looked. Janet and Caroline were a pleasure to work with. They helped us look around the store for what we wanted and didn't make us feel pressured to buy anything. We found a couch, bed frame, kitchen table and chairs for our new home and we are excited about our purchases. Thank you for all the help making our house more of a home!

They charged me a $149.99 delivery fee that should have been refunded to my credit card since I opted to pick up the recliner at the Salt Lake Warehouse. The refund has not appeared on my credit card and I got a message today that they were delivering the recliner tomorrow. I am picking it up at the warehouse today. I called the store and got no answer. I called customer service and got an overseas call center. I am waiting for the warehouse to call me back so I can pick up today. This is much more trouble than it’s worth.

Went in for a sectional and walked out with a brand new bedroom set, dining table and the most beautiful sectional they had. Thanks Alan! Professional, made it fast easy and stress free. Not like a used car sales man.

The salesman was excellent. We went to pick up the headboards and footboards. It was labeled by the time we got home. All the instructions were given not to open it. We got it back. They were supposed to open it. My wife spent two hours taking back the original footboard that ended up being correct but in the wrong package, she wasted a lot of time and effort when we could’ve just open the box up and we were instructed not to open and the lady there said she would check it after an hour and a half of waiting found out she never checked the box to see if it was correct

Ordered furniture for elderly parents. Was told the dining room set and end tables were out of stock and could be delivered on February 14th. The dresser and sofa were in stock and could be delivered on january 28th. The were scheduled to move into their new place on January 31st so we set the delivery date for that day. The 31st came and no delivery time was communicated. I contacted them and was told the dresser was out of stock so the entire order was moved to the 14th. No furniture for my parent?!! No communication or alternatives to have the couch delivered at the least so they would have somewhere to sit?!! The person was completely indifferent saying it is out of their control. Cancelled the entire order and will find furniture elsewhere. Also, talked to the Draper store manager and was told we should have received an email but it shows one was never sent. When asked if there was anything they were willing to do to make it right I was told there wasn't because the order was cancelled. I asked if I reordered the couch if it could be delivered on Monday and was told delivery dates can't be guaranteed. No ability or interest in making things right. Very sad since I have ordered at least half a dozen or more furniture items from them in the past. Will no longer do business with them.

Well we've been saving for a set of really nice reclining chairs from this location. They were pretty pricey at $1500 a chair but we were making the commitment. That is unit I just went to their website to find out they've raised the price of this chair to $2200!!! That is insane guys. I've seen price gouging many times in my life and this is another shining example. Take a popular item and raise the price by over 40% We are now officially done with Ashley and taking our business to a the competition. You are taking advantage of people with these prices. Disgusting!

Bought a couch and table from here, spent over $4,000 total. When they installed everything, they left a mess, and also installed everything poorly. The chairs were unbalanced and the couch was very wobbly. When you try to get ahold of them, it goes straight to voicemail, there is no way to get in contact with them without driving back to the store. They also said they would be delivering an ottoman later on, and they have still not delivered it and won’t give me any updates on it. Terrible experience and wouldn’t recommend

I recently bought a couch from Ashley Furniture that I absolutely adore! It is everything I’d been dreaming of and hoping for in a couch. So comfy, stylish, and it holds up so well and doesn’t look frumpy. But what made the experience even better was how helpful Mike from the Draper Utah store was. He was one of the kindest, most disarming salesmen I’ve met. He didn’t make me feel forced about buying anything, but purely excited and eager to help if I needed his guidance—which truly is a buyer’s dream. Mike was so quick to answer all of my questions too. He knew a lot, and so I didn’t feel like I had any concerns or hesitations about anything. The delivery guys were also amazing, friendly, and so easy to work with. They handled everything with great care and made sure I was happy with the delivery. All in all it was a wonderful experience and I would recommend Ashley Home Furniture & Mike to anybody!! I wish I could leave zero stars! Ashley Furniture sold us faux leather furniture exactly 4 years but passed it off as “real leather.” We spent thousands of dollars on a sofa and loveseat that is now flaking and they won’t do anything about it. BUYER BEWARE!

Absolutely the worst when it comes to delivery and pick up. They don't have a single care when they mess things up just a "I'm not sure why that happened." . I will definitely not be buying from ashley again and won't be recommending. I underhand things happen and things get delayed but a phone call saying your items are delayed would be nice before you drive an hour to go pick it up. If you want a on time delivery/ pick up and good communication go anywhere but here. We spent $$$$ of dollars and they have zero sympathy or help.

I went in the store today looking for all things new house. Met with Janet, she was lovely. Janet helped me with a rug, and provided me with all key information through the purchase process. Janet provided an experience that will bring me back to this Ashley store and have family and friends ask for her specifically. Good Hire!!

Nice staff, and nice showroom. A little pricier than online furniture but I wanted something in person. 4 not 5 because they store nothing at the location on-site. You will be asked to drive 20 min north to a warehouse, where you check-in, wait in line with other cars (6, on a busy Saturday). And wait your turn to be loaded. The salesman makes a point that once you leave warehouse there is no option of returning product, but it is impossible to unbox product, inspect while everyone waits behind you.

We went in to look for a new bed. We were greeted quickly and we met a salesman who politely asked what we were looking for. He let us wander freely and we felt zero pressure as we shopped around. He didn't hover, but he was nearby to answer questions. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. We left with a purchase we felt comfortable about. We will return to this location again.

I had a wonderful experience at Ashely Furniture! I got a great deal within my budget. Sunny and the Manager (I forgot his name, ugg so sorry) were very friendly and professional. I was recommend Ashley Furniture by my mom and she was right! (As moms usually are). They even had donation programs for kids and service individuals. So great! I would recommend them highly!

Honestly the furniture is nice. But I would recommend anywhere else due to the nightmare we are experiencing with delivery. In store representatives are way more helpful than the enterprise customer service, but after so many mishaps and all they can say is “Sorry”, it doesn’t really matter. Order was originally placed in store mid October and delivery schedule for 11/6. On 11/5 I called the store because I hadn’t heard anything and apparently the delivery date was changed without us being contacted. Several pieces were back ordered (why didn’t they know when we originally placed the order?), but when we went into the store they were still able to setup delivery for half of our items. The other half has been the nightmare. Originally schedule for 12/14, one piece they said was still back ordered and we weren’t told until the delivery people were at our house. Go into store, they say there are actually pieces in stock so we get the delivery rescheduled. They show up over an hour outside of the window and we weren’t able to be home then. Reschedule again, shows up over 1.5 hours outside of the window AND the piece was broken in half. And they can’t do anything until the piece is checked back into the warehouse which can be over 48 hours. So if you’re looking for easy/on-time delivery, I would not suggest ordering from here.

BEWARE!! If anything is wrong with the delivery, product, or you dont like anything (size or color issues), you must REJECT the shipment entirely and have the delivery people take it or you are stuck with it (and good luck getting the delivery guys who dont speak English figure this out). Rick the sales guy made it sound like if we dont like anything we can return it without any issues and convinced us to buy the chairs with our table. The shipment arrived and the people who installed it didnt speak English so it was hard to communicate with them, they set it up, and then quickly asked us to sign that we received it and left. There was zero mention that if you dont reject the delivery, you can't return anything. We were not told to go inspect everything and to let them know if anything was not to our liking, We called customer service within 10 minutes of delivery to let them know that we did not like the chairs (they dont push in all the way due to their large size and they are massive compared to our old kitchen chairs so our feet dont touch the ground) and we would like to know how to return them. They said tough luck, you signed for them so it is your property and we can't help you. Even talking to the store manager has not been much help. They like to just keep reiterating how they dont take returns once the delivery guys leave. We called within 10 minutes so they could have returned and grabbed them. Hoping they will help us out with this, but so far we are just getting the run around and no real help.

Great service

This may be one of my worst retail experiences I've ever had. Their employees will lie to you and We ordered a matching dresser and nightstand in November and were told that they would be ready in early December. They delivered the dresser, we signed for it, and THEN they told us the nightstand has been on backorder since September and it will be February before we see it. No apologies, no compensation, and especially no returns since we signed for it. Unethical, dishonest, uncaring

We have never shopped at Ashley Furniture before, but were recommend by a friend. Janet met us at the door, asked us how she could help us, and showed us several perfect options! She was very patient with both me and my husband’s preferences and concerns! We will definitely recommend her to our friends and will be back for future furniture needs! Ordered a couch and a chair from Ashley in Draper. The couch came with 2 cushions with black marks covering half the cushion. They did send replacement cushion covers but they took over a month to arrive and we had to make multiple phone calls to get them. The real issue I have was the chair delivery was supposed to be done by 5 pm. They said it would be delayed to 6 pm at the latest. It didn’t come and I thought that it would come the next day. However, I was notified at 9:15 pm that it would be delivered at 9:30. It was finally delivered at 9:30 pm that night. It is unacceptable to drop off a furniture that late at night. Especially with only 15 minutes notice and hours with no communication prior. Their website to track the delivery is also unreliable as the numbers of how many stops before my delivery went up and down throughout the day. Overall, very unhappy with the service at Ashley.

The sales experience with Rex was phenomenal. He walked me through everything step-by-step, making the process crystal clear. I knew exactly what I was getting into. We’ve been loyal Ashley Furniture customers for years and have loved every piece we’ve purchased. However, I made a mistake by not measuring—or measuring incorrectly—before buying an entryway table. When it was delivered, I realized it was three inches too long for the space. I looked up their exchange and return policy but found that each store is individually owned and operated. I tried calling a few numbers, but each time I reached an offshore representative who repeated the same information from the website. They would then transfer me to the store, but after being on hold for 15 minutes, the same offshore rep would pick up again, apologize, and promise to send an email to the store. I was told someone would contact me ASAP, but after 4-5 days, I never heard back. Ultimately, I had to drive 20–30 minutes to the store to ask about their exchange and return policy in person. I understand this issue was caused by my mistake, not theirs, but the lack of responsive customer support and the experience after the sale warrant a three-star rating.

Ashely uses other companies to ship products. I have not received a tracking number from fed ex. And Ashley has no way of knowing when and where my product is. So I sit and wait I was told it would be here today and maybe now 5 more days. But who knows Update: Rug got delivered with no notification. But happy it is here. Rug has baseball size stain and 3-4 defects in the material. The sales kid at the store said if problems with rug. “ no problem “ just return it. ALL SALES ARE FINAL !! Do NOT BUY from here. I have to send pics of defects and than a technician may come out to repair ?? Another review said the same thing They DONT take returns. There are plenty of other stores out there with a better customer experience. I advice you go to them

We came to the store hoping to find furniture, when we told the lady we wanted that specific one she said with a very disgusting face “don’t buy that one that’s IKEA quality” so why does Ashley sales furniture if they sale IKEA quality items? I do not understand!!! Owner? Are you buying furniture from IKEA and reselling? Stealing brand merchandise and making it your own? I don’t get it!!! Customer service was bad we were followed too much we felt uncomfortable.

I went in to buy a recliner chair and was misinformed on pricing and discounts by a salesman. I was shopping for a new couch or sectional. A sales person named John asked if he could help me. He was grooming and knowledgeable. He helped yet gave me space to look around and think. He was close enough for me to ask questions but not pushy or intrusive. John worked quickly to get the paper work completed and answer all of my questions. It was a very enjoyable experience!

We got a bedroom set. Ashley is really awesome with their communication and expected timeline. All the staff at the Draper location are really helpful. Their delivery and protection plans are totally smooth. The financing options are great too. Most importantly, I love their designs!

I was quite displeased with the customer service. I am making a judgment based on one interaction, but it was enough to keep me from purchasing from their store or recommending it to others. I recently stopped by to purchase a new couch. I found a couch I liked. A salesman approached and asked me if i found anything I hate. Seemed odd. I told him no, however I have found something I liked. He stated that's good. I asked him if they delivered, he said they do. I asked how much? He told me for every thousand they will take 100 off right now, and there is a 5 year protection plan, etc. I said that's great, but how much does delivery cost? He told me I do not need to talk down to him and became assertive as if I had slighted him by asking a simple question. Even assuming he did not like my tone, this was quite off-putting. My wife and I both looked at each other as we could not believe he was serious. He was. I said you never answered my question. He was easily upset with someone being direct with him. I informed him that we no longer wished to purchase from him. He said snarkily, "Have a good day,'' while walking away, and I replied with a snarky, ''Bye.'' I really wish I would have had a salesman who understood how to handle a direct question. I really did like the couch.

We took forever deciding which couch/sofa to go with and Justin was so patient with us. The store is pretty big and we travelled back and forth between the pieces that we liked. Justin provided info on them and even then we changed our minds and looked for new ones. He is very chill, informative, and lets you work your decision in peace without pressure. This was our second visit (and second purchase) from this store and from Justin. Highly recommend!

I’ve bought from Ashley’s before and I’m satisfied with their furniture and delivery

Well let's see...bought a new table and chairs on 11/8. Pick up on the 14th, that was the rescheduled for Saturday. Now being told it will not be here until the 26th. This was for Thanksgiving I and don't believe u are going to make it...so not very happy at the moment. If I had known this I would not have purchased it.

Edit: This was a one-star review, and I changed it to two. The warehouse contacted 2 hours after I wrote this and told me that we were ok to pick up our furniture today. I let them know I tried, and no one was at the warehouse for pick up at 9 am.I also told them we called 15 times with no one answering. They offered me free delivery for our inconvenience. It is a nice offer but I am still made at this ordeal and our wasted time. I will never shop here again. People in the store were super nice. We purchased a really nice bench for our dining table for a great price. We were then told we could pick it up at the warehouse at any time. We went to the warehouse today at 9 am when it opened, and no one was there to help. We waited for 20 minutes and called 15 times. No one answered the phone. I called customer services, and they said our bench had been delayed until the 20th. I told them no one had contacted me about any delay and that I was told I could just go to the warehouse anytime they were open. This place sucks. Because of the hours they are open, I won't be able to pick up the bench until after Thanksgiving. Worst pickup experience ever.

I would give them 0 points if possible. The table they brought had a gouge on the top. Five of the six chairs needed fixing - holes and poor sanding and staining. They brought a replacement table that was not new in a box and was dirty, dusty and had no warranty tags. They ordered a new seat cushion and set up appointment for the technician to come replace it, but the technician didn't come because they said the parts hadn't been delivered. The parts were delivered three days before the appointment. The delivery people did not speak any English. They tried to use a translator app, but still didn't understand what I was saying. The customer service is the worst of any company that I have used. Even the customer service reps did not speak much English. I bought the furniture from Ashley Homestore in Draper, UT. Barbara, their instore customer service manager, was rude and unhelpful. One month later the technician finally came to replace the seat cushion and fix the other four chairs. If you want quality furniture and good customer service, DO NOT buy from Ashley Furniture. This review is also going to the Better Business Bureau!

Great experience and was a quick process

Delivery was a nightmare!!! The delivery guys refused to bring the sofa up the stairs saying it would fit, I measured the hallway, stairwell, it would fit! They returned it to the warehouse! I went back for a refund! Because I paid cash, i have to go through a process of getting an email, respond to the email to get a check mailed to me for my refund for paying cash for am product that I couldn’t get delivered that I paid for delivery!!!! All because of lazy workers!!! Who in turn caused a coworker to loose out on money in his paycheck!!!

Delivery service was absolute garbage!! Brand new house and the workers scuffed the walls and took big chunks out of the molding in the staircase. They have no business moving furniture and were poorly equipped to do so. Paid close to $700 for the delivery service and got absolutely $0 value. Now they refuse to take any responsibility.

He immediately offered assistance in finding what we were looking for. He offered us help whether we had questions regarding the price, material, location, or delivery time of a piece of furniture. He treated me and my family well and was really professional, while also creating a friendly and familiar atmoshpere. I had a great overall experience and would definitely come back in the future!

They delivered my love seat broken, I sent pictures and they send new parts, but no contact after that. I called customer service and the computer didn’t let me reach a person to talk to, also I send emails and no answer. I need my loveseat be fixed.

They left my old headboard and footboard in my hallway where I could trip they wouldn’t even take it down to the garage we had made a space for them, and I am a senior citizen who doesn’t have any help very disappointed and from now on I will go to RC Willey

The delivery service was absolutely terrible. They scuffed up our walls, damaged stair lighting and knocked off molding from the base boards. I paid $500 for this terrible delivery. When wegot upset and asked the movers to be more careful, they called their supervisor, said they felt threatened and wanted to leave the rest of the furniture in the garage. After weeks of complaining, they sent someone to repaint, with my own paint, but never returned to complete the molding fixes. Never again.

They delivered the wrong mattress, the return policy was terrible, it took over 3 weeks and multiple phone calls to correct their mistake

Christopher Williams was awesome to work with at the Draper location. This was the second Ashley we visited, the one in West Jordan, no one even greeted us. Christopher was right at the door and made sure we knew were helped and knew our options. Would highly recommend him for anyone needing help with furniture.

NOT because of Janet because of the customer service AFTER purchase. I cannot get through to the store ... I have asked for a returned call. I received my new table. Delivered on time. It was damaged. I brought it to the delivery drivers attention. He instructed me to send in an email. I did so. They requested pictures. I submitted them. They asked for serial numbers. I tried calling the store to speak with Janet. I have been on hold for over an hour. Now that they have my money there is no customer service. I will be driving to the Draper Utah store to resolve this. I will NEVER purchase through Ashley again DO NOT RECOMMEND
