Salesman not very knowledgeable, we had cone on earlier in the evening looking for a coffee table. Had Taken a picture wanted to buy it, but he had no idea where to find it the store. I i found it and took him to it. He , took the tag and got in formation on it and wrote up the sale. Took us to the sales desk, Told us the price wad three hundred seventy nine, I stopped him and said the tag says it's two hundred and forty nine, which is why we came back to ask , like to buy it. If it was that much , we didn't want it. I said , well , that's what the tag says. He said , oh , well , let's go check it again. He couldn't find it again. I walk right to it and picked up the tag hanging on it. Showed him, it was 249. He was confused and didn't know what to do, went talk to the manager and they said , yeah , that's the price. So he got the invoice all changed. They didn't have it in the store, so they said we had to pick it up with the warehouse eighteen miles away. Or they can deliver it for seventy dollars . Really? $70.?. I asked him if we had to put it together or if it was already assembled, he told us it was definitely already assembled.But it was not , we had to put it together. The instructions were really , really , really light and extremely hard to read , because you could barely see it the diagrams and printing look like they were written in very , very light pencil and then made a photocopy. In excellent light and with a magnifying glass, you could kind of read it.

The furniture we chose is beautiful, however we paid for delivery and there have been issues with the first delivery the guys couldn’t communicate with us, we had to use Google Translate, it was still difficult. They couldn’t install the mirror on the dresser and took it back with them. They sent another technician out a week later with the mirror and it still couldn’t be installed because they had the wrong brackets. Upon calling customer service again, we have to wait another week for hopefully someone to bring the correct brackets and install the mirror. Very frustrating process.

When we bought our couch and table in November the manager at the draper store raved about your customers service. Our address has changed since we purchased our furniture. I have called customer service replied to emails notifying Ashly the address you are delivering our replacement piece is the wrong address. When I last called I spoke to a manager to request the delivery address to be changed. The lack of customer service has been very disappointing. All I am asking for is that you deliver our replacement couch that came broken to be delivered to the correct address. I will definitely make it known to my family and friends that they never do business with Ashley. I would greatly appreciate a call back from the store to change my delivery address.
