Cheaper option for furniture. We got what we were looking for that worked for us. I was disappointed that the price they charged us was different than the price that was advertised on the floor. I'm not even sure they realized that the price was different. I probably should have spoken up but didn't think about it until later.

Ashley Furniture made the purchasing process far more inconvenient than it needed to be. After selecting an accent chair, we were told we couldn’t place the order over the phone unless we paid for delivery. When I returned to buy the chair in person, and only after the transaction was completed, I was then informed that pickup wasn’t available at the store—only at a warehouse miles away in another city. This crucial detail was never mentioned during either visit. The lack of transparency and customer-friendly options was extremely frustrating. With so many other retailers offering straightforward purchasing and pickup experiences, I won’t be shopping at Ashley Furniture again. Update: Following my review, I received three emails from a Social Specialist at Ashley Global Retail, LLC. The first acknowledged the “inconvenience and frustration” I experienced and stated that they “understand how important transparency and convenience are… and regret that my experience did not reflect the level of service they strive to provide.” However, there was no indication that they intended to address or improve the processes that caused these issues. The remaining two emails simply reiterated the delivery timeframe—information I had already received and never questioned. Unfortunately, the pickup experience further reinforced the same pattern of inconvenience. I received a text stating that my order was ready for self-pickup and another instructing me to text when I was 30 minutes away to minimize wait time. I sent the required notification, received an acknowledgment that my order was being prepared, and drove 25 miles to the warehouse. After checking in at the office, I proceeded to the pickup area—only to wait an additional 30 minutes for my item. So much for minimizing the wait. This latest experience has only solidified my decision not to shop at Ashley Furniture again.

First of all.... Hannah and Tyler are amazing and deserve a raise. I'm a 53yr old single carpenter. I've always wanted a nice bedroom set. I called every furniture store and told them my speil. When I spoke with Hannah she listened to me and said "Come here last because I am the one that will help you find what you want".... something like that. I'm a buyer not a shopper. She was the perfect person for me. I had some questions and concerns. Tyler not only helped me with this...he helped me load a mattress and frame in my truck. Because of these two amazing individuals is the only reason I am sending this post.☀️
