Ordered a couch and a chair from Ashley in Draper. The couch came with 2 cushions with black marks covering half the cushion. They did send replacement cushion covers but they took over a month to arrive and we had to make multiple phone calls to get them. The real issue I have was the chair delivery was supposed to be done by 5 pm. They said it would be delayed to 6 pm at the latest. It didn’t come and I thought that it would come the next day. However, I was notified at 9:15 pm that it would be delivered at 9:30. It was finally delivered at 9:30 pm that night. It is unacceptable to drop off a furniture that late at night. Especially with only 15 minutes notice and hours with no communication prior. Their website to track the delivery is also unreliable as the numbers of how many stops before my delivery went up and down throughout the day. Overall, very unhappy with the service at Ashley.

Myles was so helpful and patient! He was super knowledgeable and even helped me move some things around to see if it went together well. Would absolutely recommend him! He was truly the best. Also, I would like to mention how incredibly nice the manager was (don’t remember his name). He was so kind and helped make the transaction smooth. I could tell he was a great manager! Many thanks to you both.

The sales experience with Rex was phenomenal. He walked me through everything step-by-step, making the process crystal clear. I knew exactly what I was getting into. We’ve been loyal Ashley Furniture customers for years and have loved every piece we’ve purchased. However, I made a mistake by not measuring—or measuring incorrectly—before buying an entryway table. When it was delivered, I realized it was three inches too long for the space. I looked up their exchange and return policy but found that each store is individually owned and operated. I tried calling a few numbers, but each time I reached an offshore representative who repeated the same information from the website. They would then transfer me to the store, but after being on hold for 15 minutes, the same offshore rep would pick up again, apologize, and promise to send an email to the store. I was told someone would contact me ASAP, but after 4-5 days, I never heard back. Ultimately, I had to drive 20–30 minutes to the store to ask about their exchange and return policy in person. I understand this issue was caused by my mistake, not theirs, but the lack of responsive customer support and the experience after the sale warrant a three-star rating.
