Absolutely the worst when it comes to delivery and pick up. They don't have a single care when they mess things up just a "I'm not sure why that happened." . I will definitely not be buying from ashley again and won't be recommending. I underhand things happen and things get delayed but a phone call saying your items are delayed would be nice before you drive an hour to go pick it up. If you want a on time delivery/ pick up and good communication go anywhere but here. We spent $$$$ of dollars and they have zero sympathy or help.

I went in the store today looking for all things new house. Met with Janet, she was lovely. Janet helped me with a rug, and provided me with all key information through the purchase process. Nice staff, and nice showroom. A little pricier than online furniture but I wanted something in person. 4 not 5 because they store nothing at the location on-site. You will be asked to drive 20 min north to a warehouse, where you check-in, wait in line with other cars (6, on a busy Saturday). And wait your turn to be loaded. The salesman makes a point that once you leave warehouse there is no option of returning product, but it is impossible to unbox product, inspect while everyone waits behind you.

We went in to look for a new bed. We were greeted quickly and we met a salesman who politely asked what we were looking for. He let us wander freely and we felt zero pressure as we shopped around. He didn't hover, but he was nearby to answer questions. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. We left with a purchase we felt comfortable about. We will return to this location again.

I had a wonderful experience at Ashely Furniture! I got a great deal within my budget. Sunny and the Manager (I forgot his name, ugg so sorry) were very friendly and professional. I was recommend Ashley Furniture by my mom and she was right! (As moms usually are). They even had donation programs for kids and service individuals. So great! I would recommend them highly!

Honestly the furniture is nice. But I would recommend anywhere else due to the nightmare we are experiencing with delivery. In store representatives are way more helpful than the enterprise customer service, but after so many mishaps and all they can say is “Sorry”, it doesn’t really matter. Order was originally placed in store mid October and delivery schedule for 11/6. On 11/5 I called the store because I hadn’t heard anything and apparently the delivery date was changed without us being contacted. Several pieces were back ordered (why didn’t they know when we originally placed the order?), but when we went into the store they were still able to setup delivery for half of our items. The other half has been the nightmare. Originally schedule for 12/14, one piece they said was still back ordered and we weren’t told until the delivery people were at our house. Go into store, they say there are actually pieces in stock so we get the delivery rescheduled. They show up over an hour outside of the window and we weren’t able to be home then. Reschedule again, shows up over 1.5 hours outside of the window AND the piece was broken in half. And they can’t do anything until the piece is checked back into the warehouse which can be over 48 hours. So if you’re looking for easy/on-time delivery, I would not suggest ordering from here.

BEWARE!! If anything is wrong with the delivery, product, or you dont like anything (size or color issues), you must REJECT the shipment entirely and have the delivery people take it or you are stuck with it (and good luck getting the delivery guys who dont speak English figure this out). Rick the sales guy made it sound like if we dont like anything we can return it without any issues and convinced us to buy the chairs with our table. The shipment arrived and the people who installed it didnt speak English so it was hard to communicate with them, they set it up, and then quickly asked us to sign that we received it and left. There was zero mention that if you dont reject the delivery, you can't return anything. We were not told to go inspect everything and to let them know if anything was not to our liking, We called customer service within 10 minutes of delivery to let them know that we did not like the chairs (they dont push in all the way due to their large size and they are massive compared to our old kitchen chairs so our feet dont touch the ground) and we would like to know how to return them. They said tough luck, you signed for them so it is your property and we can't help you. Even talking to the store manager has not been much help. They like to just keep reiterating how they dont take returns once the delivery guys leave. We called within 10 minutes so they could have returned and grabbed them. Hoping they will help us out with this, but so far we are just getting the run around and no real help.

Great service

This may be one of my worst retail experiences I've ever had. Their employees will lie to you and We ordered a matching dresser and nightstand in November and were told that they would be ready in early December. They delivered the dresser, we signed for it, and THEN they told us the nightstand has been on backorder since September and it will be February before we see it. No apologies, no compensation, and especially no returns since we signed for it. Unethical, dishonest, uncaring

We have never shopped at Ashley Furniture before, but were recommend by a friend. Janet met us at the door, asked us how she could help us, and showed us several perfect options! She was very patient with both me and my husband’s preferences and concerns! We will definitely recommend her to our friends and will be back for future furniture needs! Ordered a couch and a chair from Ashley in Draper. The couch came with 2 cushions with black marks covering half the cushion. They did send replacement cushion covers but they took over a month to arrive and we had to make multiple phone calls to get them. The real issue I have was the chair delivery was supposed to be done by 5 pm. They said it would be delayed to 6 pm at the latest. It didn’t come and I thought that it would come the next day. However, I was notified at 9:15 pm that it would be delivered at 9:30. It was finally delivered at 9:30 pm that night. It is unacceptable to drop off a furniture that late at night. Especially with only 15 minutes notice and hours with no communication prior. Their website to track the delivery is also unreliable as the numbers of how many stops before my delivery went up and down throughout the day. Overall, very unhappy with the service at Ashley.

Myles was so helpful and patient! He was super knowledgeable and even helped me move some things around to see if it went together well. Would absolutely recommend him! He was truly the best. Also, I would like to mention how incredibly nice the manager was (don’t remember his name). He was so kind and helped make the transaction smooth. I could tell he was a great manager! The sales experience with Rex was phenomenal. He walked me through everything step-by-step, making the process crystal clear. I knew exactly what I was getting into. We’ve been loyal Ashley Furniture customers for years and have loved every piece we’ve purchased. However, I made a mistake by not measuring—or measuring incorrectly—before buying an entryway table. When it was delivered, I realized it was three inches too long for the space. I looked up their exchange and return policy but found that each store is individually owned and operated. I tried calling a few numbers, but each time I reached an offshore representative who repeated the same information from the website. They would then transfer me to the store, but after being on hold for 15 minutes, the same offshore rep would pick up again, apologize, and promise to send an email to the store. I was told someone would contact me ASAP, but after 4-5 days, I never heard back. Ultimately, I had to drive 20–30 minutes to the store to ask about their exchange and return policy in person. I understand this issue was caused by my mistake, not theirs, but the lack of responsive customer support and the experience after the sale warrant a three-star rating.

Alan was a great salesman with no pressure but gave good better best samples of recliner couches that we were looking for. Also the men who delivered the couch were efficient, kind, and were within the time frame stated.

Ashely uses other companies to ship products. I have not received a tracking number from fed ex. And Ashley has no way of knowing when and where my product is. So I sit and wait I was told it would be here today and maybe now 5 more days. But who knows Update: Rug got delivered with no notification. But happy it is here. Rug has baseball size stain and 3-4 defects in the material. The sales kid at the store said if problems with rug. “ no problem “ just return it. ALL SALES ARE FINAL !! Do NOT BUY from here. I have to send pics of defects and than a technician may come out to repair ?? Another review said the same thing They DONT take returns. There are plenty of other stores out there with a better customer experience. I advice you go to them

We came to the store hoping to find furniture, when we told the lady we wanted that specific one she said with a very disgusting face “don’t buy that one that’s IKEA quality” so why does Ashley sales furniture if they sale IKEA quality items? I do not understand!!! Owner? Are you buying furniture from IKEA and reselling? Stealing brand merchandise and making it your own? I don’t get it!!! Customer service was bad we were followed too much we felt uncomfortable.

I went in to buy a recliner chair and was misinformed on pricing and discounts by a salesman. I was frustrated as another store had offered me a discount and I couldn't go back because it was the end of the day. Cortland Bailey intervened and was absolutely amazing!! He gave me the correct information, treated me with respect and was able to offer me a discount. Although it wasn't as good as the deal i was offered by the other company, I was more than happy to buy from Cortland simply based on his principles and ethics. I was shopping for a new couch or sectional. A sales person named John asked if he could help me. He was grooming and knowledgeable. He helped yet gave me space to look around and think. He was close enough for me to ask questions but not pushy or intrusive. John worked quickly to get the paper work completed and answer all of my questions. It was a very enjoyable experience!

We got a bedroom set. Ashley is really awesome with their communication and expected timeline. All the staff at the Draper location are really helpful. Their delivery and protection plans are totally smooth. The financing options are great too. Most importantly, I love their designs!

I was quite displeased with the customer service. I am making a judgment based on one interaction, but it was enough to keep me from purchasing from their store or recommending it to others. I recently stopped by to purchase a new couch. I found a couch I liked. A salesman approached and asked me if i found anything I hate. Seemed odd. I told him no, however I have found something I liked. He stated that's good. I asked him if they delivered, he said they do. I asked how much? He told me for every thousand they will take 100 off right now, and there is a 5 year protection plan, etc. I said that's great, but how much does delivery cost? He told me I do not need to talk down to him and became assertive as if I had slighted him by asking a simple question. Even assuming he did not like my tone, this was quite off-putting. My wife and I both looked at each other as we could not believe he was serious. He was. I said you never answered my question. He was easily upset with someone being direct with him. I informed him that we no longer wished to purchase from him. He said snarkily, "Have a good day,'' while walking away, and I replied with a snarky, ''Bye.'' I really wish I would have had a salesman who understood how to handle a direct question. I really did like the couch.

We took forever deciding which couch/sofa to go with and Justin was so patient with us. The store is pretty big and we travelled back and forth between the pieces that we liked. Justin provided info on them and even then we changed our minds and looked for new ones. He is very chill, informative, and lets you work your decision in peace without pressure. This was our second visit (and second purchase) from this store and from Justin. Highly recommend!

I’ve bought from Ashley’s before and I’m satisfied with their furniture and delivery

Well let's see...bought a new table and chairs on 11/8. Pick up on the 14th, that was the rescheduled for Saturday. Now being told it will not be here until the 26th. This was for Thanksgiving I and don't believe u are going to make it...so not very happy at the moment. If I had known this I would not have purchased it.

Edit: This was a one-star review, and I changed it to two. The warehouse contacted 2 hours after I wrote this and told me that we were ok to pick up our furniture today. I let them know I tried, and no one was at the warehouse for pick up at 9 am.I also told them we called 15 times with no one answering. They offered me free delivery for our inconvenience. It is a nice offer but I am still made at this ordeal and our wasted time. I will never shop here again. People in the store were super nice. We purchased a really nice bench for our dining table for a great price. We were then told we could pick it up at the warehouse at any time. We went to the warehouse today at 9 am when it opened, and no one was there to help. We waited for 20 minutes and called 15 times. No one answered the phone. I called customer services, and they said our bench had been delayed until the 20th. I told them no one had contacted me about any delay and that I was told I could just go to the warehouse anytime they were open. This place sucks. Because of the hours they are open, I won't be able to pick up the bench until after Thanksgiving. Worst pickup experience ever.

I would give them 0 points if possible. The table they brought had a gouge on the top. Five of the six chairs needed fixing - holes and poor sanding and staining. They brought a replacement table that was not new in a box and was dirty, dusty and had no warranty tags. They ordered a new seat cushion and set up appointment for the technician to come replace it, but the technician didn't come because they said the parts hadn't been delivered. The parts were delivered three days before the appointment. The delivery people did not speak any English. They tried to use a translator app, but still didn't understand what I was saying. The customer service is the worst of any company that I have used. Even the customer service reps did not speak much English. I bought the furniture from Ashley Homestore in Draper, UT. Barbara, their instore customer service manager, was rude and unhelpful. One month later the technician finally came to replace the seat cushion and fix the other four chairs. If you want quality furniture and good customer service, DO NOT buy from Ashley Furniture. This review is also going to the Better Business Bureau!

Great experience and was a quick process

Delivery was a nightmare!!! The delivery guys refused to bring the sofa up the stairs saying it would fit, I measured the hallway, stairwell, it would fit! They returned it to the warehouse! I went back for a refund! Because I paid cash, i have to go through a process of getting an email, respond to the email to get a check mailed to me for my refund for paying cash for am product that I couldn’t get delivered that I paid for delivery!!!! All because of lazy workers!!! Who in turn caused a coworker to loose out on money in his paycheck!!!

Delivery service was absolute garbage!! Brand new house and the workers scuffed the walls and took big chunks out of the molding in the staircase. They have no business moving furniture and were poorly equipped to do so. Paid close to $700 for the delivery service and got absolutely $0 value. Now they refuse to take any responsibility.

We wanted to get a new couch on the labor day sale. All the employees we spoke with were really nice, helpful, and not pushy. My wife and I did not feel any pressure to commit to something and ended up finding the perfect couch for our space and we still love. I will never shop at Ashley Furniture again. Our salesperson told us we would get all the items in 1 delivery. That didn’t happen and he also failed to tell us the items he ordered for us would not be assembled by the delivery guys because it was sent by a third party which was fedex. On top of that they damaged and scratched the walls in my brand new house.going down to the basement. They came to repair it but they painted patches with the wrong color. Moving is already stressful and you add this business to the mix it is beyond stressful. As of now I still don’t know where our mattress and a night stand is or when it will be delivered. Horrible experience and I would give Zero stars if possible

I bought over $4000 worth of furniture about 2 months ago and have not received a single piece of furniture. All to be delivered October 8th. I’m told nothing is in stock or available. Nothing?

They delivered my love seat broken, I sent pictures and they send new parts, but no contact after that. I called customer service and the computer didn’t let me reach a person to talk to, also I send emails and no answer. I need my loveseat be fixed.

They left my old headboard and footboard in my hallway where I could trip they wouldn’t even take it down to the garage we had made a space for them, and I am a senior citizen who doesn’t have any help very disappointed and from now on I will go to RC Willey

The delivery service was absolutely terrible. They scuffed up our walls, damaged stair lighting and knocked off molding from the base boards. I paid $500 for this terrible delivery. When wegot upset and asked the movers to be more careful, they called their supervisor, said they felt threatened and wanted to leave the rest of the furniture in the garage. After weeks of complaining, they sent someone to repaint, with my own paint, but never returned to complete the molding fixes. Never again.

They delivered the wrong mattress, the return policy was terrible, it took over 3 weeks and multiple phone calls to correct their mistake

Christopher was right at the door and made sure we knew were helped and knew our options. Would highly recommend him for anyone needing help with furniture.

It was damaged. I brought it to the delivery drivers attention. He instructed me to send in an email. I did so. They requested pictures. I submitted them. They asked for serial numbers. I tried calling the store to speak with Janet. I have been on hold for over an hour. Now that they have my money there is no customer service. I will be driving to the Draper Utah store to resolve this. I will NEVER purchase through Ashley again DO NOT RECOMMEND

CJ was very helpful in picking out a bed for my toddler! Great experience! (Updated review) While we had a great experience in-store, it has been awful since. We were told that the bed we ordered would be delivered the next week. When we didn't get a confirmation the day before it was supposed to be delivered, we were suspicious it wasn't coming. We gave it a few days before we finally called and we were then told it wouldn't be delivered for another MONTH. This was extremely frustrating as we were getting this bed for our toddler who was escaping his crib. We really liked the bed, so we decided to deal with it for the month On the day of delivery the bed was dropped off, but the delivery people were not told to assemble it. We had paid for assembly. So we had to call the store, who said they contacted the drivers and that they would be back to assemble it. No time frame was given. 5 hours later we still hadn't seen anyone so we called again and were then told the item we ordered was unable to come with assembly and that they were refunding the cost of the assembly. I don't appreciate being made to wait all that time for them to not even come out. This was an overall awful experience and I will not be shopping with them again.

Myles did a great job. ! We were told by the manager we had 30 day price match if we found the sofas for less. We did find them for less. Went in after they were delivered and 5 days after the sale . Customer service said there was no such policy!!! After threatening to put them on Gebhardt they agreed to pick up the sofas and return our money. So we now have the exact sofas bought through j c Penney for $1400 less. We will never step into Ashley again!!

My wife and I had a terrible experience with living spaces in Draper and after a month of being jerked around by Living Spaces we thought “Hey let’s give Ashley a try.” We are SO HAPPY we did! Chris earned our business and we are lifelong customers now because of his incredible customer service and positive attitude. We were supposed to get our couch delivered in 4 business days but because Chris is AMAZING he was able to talk to customer service and get our couch delivered in 2 DAYS! This guy works magic and I’m incredibly grateful that customer service still exists today!

We walked into the store just expecting to look at mattresses. Janet came right up to us and asked us what we were looking for. She took us over to the mattresses and showed us all different ones. She made the buying experience very easy and enjoyable. She was great! If you’re looking for someone to help you out- look for Janet!

Ashley's Furniture sells a REGUARD WARRANTY with its furniture. They claim that it's a "full warranty." IT IS NOT! It is an unlawful misrepresentation. We recently made a simple move in-state. In the process of moving, the company that moved us stained our couches. We submitted the claim to Reguard, which is located in Florida. The Reguard claim process was absurdly unreasonable and clearly intended to discourage the claim. We had to produce a "paper receipt" of the purchase of the couch (despite the fact that we had proof of our warranty), provide dozens of pictures of our sectional couch electronically, serial numbers, give a detailed explanation of the damage, etc. After an unreasonable processing time over the course of several days, Reguard responded cheerfully that our simple and straightforward claim was denied, because of an exclusion for furniture damaged during a move. Let me understand. So if my couch is stained at home by my children or pets, it's (purportedly) covered but if it's stained during a move, it's not? That seems reasonable and logical. Bottom line. The list of EXCLUSIONS in the "full warranty" is long and comprehensive. You are WASTING YOUR MONEY ($700) ON A WARRANTY WITH REGUARD and ASHLEY FURNITURE WILL NOT have your back. Ashley Furniture and Reguard are arguably colluding to harm their regular, hard-working customers.

We like the couch and pricing. *Reason for the 3 stars* - I picked up the couch from the warehouse and found this damage on the bottom after opening in my garage. They have informed me that they can only send replacement parts for me to replace on my own due to me picking up instead of delivery. I recommend you check out the furniture at the warehouse before taking it home. It will be a pain with all of the packaging but worth it. I know the damage is on the bottom but it’s a brand new couch and not cheap. I understand the purpose of the policy but it doesn’t change the fact that I have a brand new couch that came damaged. Justin was awesome to work with and I recommend using his expertise when deciding on a couch.

Rex is our favorite sales rep!! We have used him seven years ago to buy two bed sets and came in and bought a master bed set. He’s such a kind person and very helpful.

You guys suck. We bought a couch and the frame broke 2yrs later. We bought a warranty through your 3 party (ProtectAll/GPS). The technician said it needs to be replaced, which should be covered by the warranty. We have gone back and forth for 2 months each party saying they are not responsible for it. Or Ashley hasn't recieved an update and therefore cant help. Ashley doesn't have approval but the GPS says the approval was sent and they could see that Ashley saw the claim 2 days after they sent it. GPS said to wait give them time to process it. And there is still nothing. We've been dealing with both companies for a couple months and we are still sitting in our broken couch. We were told we couldn't get rid of it either otherwise we won't be able to get a new couch. Maybe it's just a communication issue between the 2 parties but this is freaking ridiculous. Our next move will be to use "Get Gephart" to see if we can get somewhere. Oh and when they try to sell you the warranty because it covers "everything," please know that means it covers a spill. I would suggest going somewhere else, like RC Willey. Honestly--anywhere but here

The couch we got altari 2 piece sleeper (convinced and thinking it was a queen sleeper) is very much not worth anything near what we paid for it. It is the most uncomfortable couch I've ever owned and it is not anywhere near a queen like I was told. I will admit I should have read more before swiping my card and leaving waiting for delivery as now it's too late but my request the whole time was a .... queen.... sleeper. Not full. That we shall get over as nobody in their right mind would ever want to sleep on this and i will just volunteer to pay my guests hotel bill instead. The dumpster behind motel 6 is more comfortable than the way they set up the bars for the folding mechanism and the thin terrible comfort "memory foam". I wish this foam would forget how uncomfortable it is and leave. They also scratched the living **** out of my floor on delivery which is cool because I paid extra $140 for that and it's gonna cost even more once my landlord sees it. Don't do what I did and let their very convincing sales staff trick you into what you don't want. Don't trust paying for their super convenient delivery unless you like damage.

I would not recommend shopping at Ashley Furniture in Draper. After spending approximately $18-20,000 between the US and Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, I am disappointed with the service in Draper. Despite the excellent service in Cabo, the delivery and quality of the furniture in Draper was subpar. I purchased a new sofa, loveseat, two leather chairs, and an ottoman, but noticed a hole in one of the chairs within an hour of delivery. The company refused to do anything about it and told me to file a claim with the protection company. After a month, I noticed two slots in the fabric of the sofa arm. I called the company again, but they insisted that I needed to file a claim with the protection company. I am still waiting for the protection company to resolve my claim. Overall, I would not recommend shopping at Ashley Furniture in Draper and suggest taking your business elsewhere to receive better customer service and quality products. Do not shop at Ashley if you want quality furniture and service

We have sent back two different couches and wasted countless hours on the phone with the most rude people I have ever dealt with. None of their delivery team which is outsourced speaks a lick of English. You will not be able to communicate with them both times we had a delivery we had to use the Translate option on our phones and the one time they came out they did not even know how to put together our loveseat we ended up putting it together and finding out they were trying to put it together backwards because it only comes one way. Go anywhere but Ashley Furniture.

Warning - Do not buy anything from this store!! They are the most rude and non customer oriented team. Bought couple of dining room chairs that needed to be picked up from the warehouse. When I picked them up 2 of the chairs were defective and had to drive all the way back to the warehouse to return them. Then they put the same chairs together and trying to make me take them home. After 3 trips to the warehouse and 2 trips to the store they are refusing to offer me 2 good chairs or a refund telling me that either take those 2 chairs to leave it. Today a store employee calls me and threatened me that either I can take them or leave it and they don't care.

I despise going to furniture stores with sales people that follow me around, I feel like I’m getting stocked and it’s kinda creepy. However, I never felt like that with Rex, he has mastered the art of balancing helpfulness with respect for personal space. Finding a salesperson like him can definitely enhance the shopping experience. Thank you Rex and see you next time at the Ashley store in Draper.

We received the best help from the old man in suspenders in draper utah!

Bought a dresser from Ashley on Monday, picked it up from the warehouse Tuesday. Got it inside, unboxed it and found it was broken. Called Ashley Wednesday (very hard to get a hold of) and was told I need to transport the dresser back to the warehouse for them to fix or replace it. There is no way to move this 250lb wooden dresser now that it's unpacked without damaging it unless I hire professional movers. They have a delivery service who could easily pick it up without damaging it but since we didn't select that service at the start it's unavailable. Bottom line is I'm stuck with a broken dresser with zero help from Ashley on fixing the broken item they sold me. If you sell someone a broken item they shouldn't have to be on the hook to do all the legwork to fix it. Stand behind your products!

We've bought furniture before from Ashley and they always have a good selection, reasonable prices, and great service. Today's visit was no different. It gives me peace of mind on the quality of furniture too, rather than rolling the dice by ordering something online.

As far as the employees at the store are concerned, they were fine however when one of the items that we purchased wasn’t going to work, we called the next day to arrange a return. It is next to impossible to get someone at the actual store on the phone. When you call, you get someone over seas who barely speaks English that you can’t understand. It is very frustrating to try to explain to them what is going on and they want to read you a script. It is difficult to return something only because of the call center that you have to work through. It almost makes me not to want to purchase there again.

Cortland offered to go check on Ashley for me. When he returned he said Ashley was busy with another customer and ofgered to help giving all the credit to Ashley. What a gentleman! After purchasing the couch and chair, I stated I needed to purchase a chair for my daughter. I suggested he take the credit for this one. Cortland politely declined and shared it was Ashley's sale. Rex helped us find the perfect entertainment center for our living room. I didn't think we could get what we wanted with the room we had but he made it work and for a great price! my husband hates sales people, but Rex was great. Direct and to the point!

We shopped for furniture at every store in this little furniture store village here in Draper. We should have come to Ashley’s first. When we came the first time we were met by Ben, and he was super friendly but not at all pushy. The second time we came back we were helped by Chris and Barbara, and it was the most helpful furniture buying experience I’ve ever had. I cannot say enough good things about Ashley’s. We are happy to sing y’all’s praises.

Purchased a chair on Saturday and went to pick it up on Wednesday, but that is where things went south. We ordered a grey chair but when we arrived to pick it up, it was white and was supposed to be grey. The people at the warehouse were great. They tried to get the order switched to the correct color so we could take it home. Come to find out the grey chair is not in stock and won’t be for 30 days. I called the store and they were less than helpful. I asked, since this was their mistake could they deliver it, and was told there was no way that could happen. So I asked the lady if she thought it was fair that I had to pay for their mistake. I had to leave work early to get there before they closed and drive 30 minutes one way to find out I could not get what I purchased and she was telling me if I wanted the chair I would have to do it a second time. She didn’t try to make the situation better even try to salvage the sale when I asked her to refund my card so I could buy it somewhere else. We will see how long it takes to get a refund as she said it has to go through corporate. I get mistakes happen but to not accept responsibility for the mistake or try to better the situation will keep me from not going back.

I stopped into the Draper location today with my father in search of a bed frame, new mattress, and dresser. We were greeted at the door by Ashleigh. She was very warm and welcoming and was able to show us around the store. She stepped aside so we could shop without any pressure but was readily available when we needed her. She answered all of our questions and was able to find exactly what we needed. The whole purchasing process was very smooth and easy and Ashleigh was a great help.

Their delivery driver hit my car and then left without telling me. Such a joke with customer service. I call and send picture and ask when I will here back from them and I get a response of we don’t know. Update #1 - called and asked if I could get pictures of the truck that delivered to my house, was told that they will not give me pictures. They told me that the drivers would be fired if they did cause the damage so they clearly have a reason to lie and leave. Update #2 - I now have video of the delivery truck leaving my residence and you can hear the truck damaging my car. Ashley's representative has seen the video and asked for images of the damage but has been unwilling to provide 360 degree images of the delivery truck, I have offered to travel to the truck to take picture, they refused, I have also asked for the license plate of the truck as it is a rented truck so I can tell the rental location that the truck is damaged and has been involved in an accident and they have also refused. Ashley's customer service is a disservice to their brand. Update #3 - Ashley's customer service is no help. They blame the third party delivery service they use. They will not provide information on the driver and their insurance. I had to go through the police and wait 10 days for the public records request of the police report to get the information. Now the real fun begins to see if Ashley and their delivery service will make me hole. Update #4 - I had to get my insurance involved as Ashley and the third party would no give me any answers. I have to pay to have my own car repaired and wait to have my insurance bill them. Such a joke that I contracted with Ashley to deliver the furniture but they wont even help get this resolved.

Alan, was on top of my needs from the moment we walked in the store. I had back surgery and was on borrowed time between med doses in order to find s chair. Everything looked good but i was able to find a perfect for my 6’4” frame! Had so much trouble looking everywhere for a recliner that would fit me. Alan knew his stuff and i was able to buy it in the spot!

My spouse and I came into Ashlee Furniture looking specifically for a reclining sofa and loveseat a week ago, and worked with Esmaa. She was great! One week later, we decided to purchase one of the sets that Esmaa showed us. Unfortunately she had left for day. However, Rex helped us and was a pleasure to work with. I would not recommend this store. They are not accepting return once they delivered the item. I ordered sofa and same day I was trying to return since it's not fitting for my living room, but they refused to take return even if we are ready to pay shipping and other formalities cost involved. Very worst experience with this store. I never purchase in this store and not recommending to anyone. I would recommend RC Willey where I purchased all my home needs after this mess and some items i have returned with in 15 days and they were awesome.

Upon entering this has been the most impressive experience. Cortland and Jack are the most friendly, helpful, and above all great listeners. I can’t think of a time recently where I’ve felt more understood and considered for the things that mattered most to me.

Barbara deserves to be fired. Called multiple times about my order that was brought 6 hours past the delivery time, came completely broken, and incorrect items. Barbara refused to help me on the phone. So much so, that she hung up on me. When I called back, she put me on a hold until her store closed so she wouldn’t have to talk to me and find a resolution. Following day, called multiple times. Same awful service and nasty attitude from the.. manager? EXTREMELY unprofessional, unhelpful, and rude. I am now in the process of changing out my billboards and box trucks that are used for work and plastering signs that shows just how terrible Ashley furniture is. I will be parking the trucks out front of the store. Barbara was made aware of this, and yet again, she hung up the phone. Refused to transfer or even tell us the name of her manager. Absolutely disgusting, horrible company.

Shawn C. made our shopping experience so great. He listened to us about the type of outdoor patio furniture we were looking for and took us to the exact options, he didn't try to show us items that wouldn't work. He also made some helpful recommendations for our future purchases of a bed platform & mattress, plus some living room furniture. We will definitely be ordering more items as long as Shawn is there!

Court was super helpful with showing me sofas and recommendations for what I needed. I bought one same day but unfortunately as I am standing in the warehouse now, he put the wrong sofa on the paperwork. The sofa I purchased isn't even in stock and won't be available until mid-May. This is very frustrating because I took my old sofas to the dump and my room is bare, prepped for my sofa to be picked up today. Also as a side note, I just looked online for the same sofa and see it's on Ashley's website for a few hundred dollars less. I don't know if I will ever buy from Ashley Furniture again but if I do it won't be instore or in-person. I will save money and shop online, knowing that I will choose the correct Furniture piece. I gave an extra star because he was very nice and helpful, but this is a huge blunder.

Rex was absolutely amazing! He greeted me as soon as I walked through the door, which was approximately fifteen minutes before closing. I’d already done my research and knew exactly what sofa I wanted. I told him the name, he knew exactly what I was referring to, and he took me straight to it. The sofa and ottoman were even more beautiful in person and I purchased it on the spot. He got me setup with delivery, installation, and protection. It was a seamless experience and I’m so happy I chose this location!

This past Saturday around 4:00pm, we had the misfortune of encountering “Jack”, the epitome of arrogance and unprofessionalism. From the moment I stepped into the store, it was clear that customer service was the last thing on his mind. Throughout our interaction, Jack exuded an air of superiority that was both off-putting and unprofessional. He spoke to me as if I were an inconvenience rather than a potential customer, displaying a complete lack of regard for basic courtesy. His dismissive attitude and condescending tone left us feeling belittled and disrespected. Not only did Jack fail to address our inquiries with any semblance of sincerity, he also seemed completely disinterested in helping us resolve an issue with the piece we were interested in purchasing. He seemed more preoccupied with flaunting his supposed expertise. The final straw occurred after I had asked him if he knew what the current financing incentives were only to be met with, "Well, I hope I would - I work here.” In the end, Jack's arrogant demeanor and lack of professionalism were the deciding factors in my decision to take my business elsewhere. Fortunately, we found very respectful, kind sales people at RC Willey across the street, who treated us with the dignity that customers deserve. If you value your time and money, I strongly advise you to steer clear of “Jack” and seek out a more reputable establishment.

I went there last Saturday and walked around the store testing out recliners for 30 minutes. I passed multiple salespeople, sometimes the same one not helping anyone. It was busy, but there were some not helping, I was watching. Apparently, no one could be bothered to help out a guy in a hoodie, brown jeans, and Vans. So I went over to RC Willey where I was greeted as I walked in, and as I wandered the store I was said hi to multiple times by different people, and was helped as I was sitting in a recliner pretty quick. Within 30 minutes, I picked out a recliner, paid $1600, and then drove to the warehouse to pick it up. I work in customer service, and experience is a big deal for me, and I'll pay extra for it. Ashley failed. Some advice, maybe don't judge a person by their looks. A simple, "Hi. What brings you in today?" probably would have resulted in a sale as there were a few chairs. I'm the type of guy who will go look at a small priced item I need help purchasing and then they end up helping me purchase a large ticket item.

Shawn was very helpful and friendly and was able to get me that Presidents’ Day sale discount when I didn’t quite reach the amount needed to get the discount. Went above and beyond for me! Will definitely come back when we do the rest of our house!

We wanted a couch and went on Presidents Day for their sale. We were greeted by Ben Jones who showed us to the couches we wanted, gave us a little bit of information then let us choose, which we liked because then he wasn't just hovering over us and pressuring us. When we found what we liked we found Ben. He helped us with other options, financing approvals and answered all my questions and I had a lot of questions. He was nice, friendly, funny and professional. He earned this good review and I would recommend anybody to go to Ashley furniture and ask for Ben and I will definitely be returning to the store for future purchases.

Ashley was wonderful. She was well informed on all products, as we purchased a sofa and bed. She was very patient and helpful with our decision making. We will definitely shop there again.

End of 2020 we purchased a sectional from Ashley and we’re sold a warranty that they stood behind for accidents. In 2023 we called to make a claim. The company is shady at best who is doing the warranty. When talking with Ashly customer service they were like it’s your problem you purchased a bad warranty from us. We can’t do anything to help you with the bad sale we made to you. Just be aware they have shady practices as part of the normal business and do not back anything they sale. We are working with the consumer protection agency and BBB to help make people aware before making the same mistake. Buyer beware.

Not happy with our purchase. 1 dining Chair arrived broken. We asked to use floor model until the replacement arrives, No, they would not accomadete us. The server picture showed it as white, like the chairs. However it is gray like the table top. Again very disapointed in the lack of customer service, out the door and out of mind. DO NOT PURCHASE IN-STORE! I advise you to visit any Ashley Furniture home store, fall in love with a piece of furniture, and do yourself a favor and ORDER ONLINE! You will save time, money, and your sanity. The customer service manager of the Draper store was horrendously rude both on the phone and in-person. When I called to request to return the ottoman the day it was delivered, because it felt too big in our space, she said I would have had to refuse it before delivery that morning (which, BTW, they were supposed to arrive between 1:30 and 3:30pm that day and arrived at 7:30am without any warning. AND, despite paying for front room delivery they refused and only put it in the garage, leaving the heavy lifting to me). How would any human know if something was too large in a space until it arrived and was unboxed? Also, the saleperson told us we had 3 days to return to the store if anything didn't work. It also states this online. When I told the customer service manager what the saleperson told us, she accused me of LYING as that is against their store policy. Two weeks later the price of the couch dropped. On their website AND on the sales agreement that I signed upon delivery, it says that if the price drops within 4 weeks they will honor the discount. *note: NOWHERE does it state this only applies before the product is delivered. I signed the sales agreement AFTER the product was delivered! To attempt to get the refund, we had to physically go INTO the store because their store phone number no longer worked and was an endless loop. I explained that we had bought the couch two weeks earlier, it had dropped in price, they were happy to help. Yay! The customer service manager was about to refund us $400 when she asked, "Has this been delivered?". I told her yes, it was delivered two weeks ago. Her entire demeanor changed and she said flatly, "Sorry. There's nothing I can do for you. It's in a different system". She said I would have had to call to request the discount BEFORE the item was delivered. What?!? I showed her the sales agreement, as well as exclaimed that online it says they will honor it. She smugly turned me away with no remorse or apologies. For the record, we do love our couch AND we spent rather a few hours chatting with their online customer service or on the phone and they were beyond lovely. Unfortunately, the online customer service couldn't help us because we had purchased the couch in-store. BUYER BEWARE: Their store policies do NOT match what the guarantees or promised listed or advertised online.

I have an account at Ashley and have bought many pieces of furniture. However, my most recent purchase of a coffee table and 2 end tables was very disappointing. All of them came damaged. I called and they told me to take pictures and so forth and email them. I did all of that and never heard a word back. Had to do my own repairs. Will not be using my account again and will begin using another store for my personal and business needs. ​​​

Now I have to reschedule for next week, inconvenience other people, etc. If the delivery would have come here at the scheduled time, it would have been fine. They were not willing to come back later in the day as originally scheduled, so as the customer, I have to rearrange everything. This doesn’t make me want to shop here again.
