I would not recommend shopping at Ashley Furniture in Draper. After spending approximately $18-20,000 between the US and Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, I am disappointed with the service in Draper. Despite the excellent service in Cabo, the delivery and quality of the furniture in Draper was subpar. I purchased a new sofa, loveseat, two leather chairs, and an ottoman, but noticed a hole in one of the chairs within an hour of delivery. The company refused to do anything about it and told me to file a claim with the protection company. After a month, I noticed two slots in the fabric of the sofa arm. I called the company again, but they insisted that I needed to file a claim with the protection company. I am still waiting for the protection company to resolve my claim. Overall, I would not recommend shopping at Ashley Furniture in Draper and suggest taking your business elsewhere to receive better customer service and quality products. Do not shop at Ashley if you want quality furniture and service

Wish they had a zero star. These guys are absolute scum bags. We have spent a lot of time Purchased our entire house, beds, couches, kitchen table you name it we’ve bought it. They sell very low quality garbage. I am warning you now do not buy from these clowns. Customer service is horrible. We have sent back two different couches and wasted countless hours on the phone with the most rude people I have ever dealt with. None of their delivery team which is outsourced speaks a lick of English. You will not be able to communicate with them both times we had a delivery we had to use the Translate option on our phones and the one time they came out they did not even know how to put together our loveseat we ended up putting it together and finding out they were trying to put it together backwards because it only comes one way. Go anywhere but Ashley Furniture.

Warning - Do not buy anything from this store!! They are the most rude and non customer oriented team. Bought couple of dining room chairs that needed to be picked up from the warehouse. When I picked them up 2 of the chairs were defective and had to drive all the way back to the warehouse to return them. Then they put the same chairs together and trying to make me take them home. After 3 trips to the warehouse and 2 trips to the store they are refusing to offer me 2 good chairs or a refund telling me that either take those 2 chairs to leave it. Today a store employee calls me and threatened me that either I can take them or leave it and they don't care.

I despise going to furniture stores with sales people that follow me around, I feel like I’m getting stocked and it’s kinda creepy. However, I never felt like that with Rex, he has mastered the art of balancing helpfulness with respect for personal space. Finding a salesperson like him can definitely enhance the shopping experience. Thank you Rex and see you next time at the Ashley store in Draper.

We had such a great experience with Rex at Ashley Furniture today! He was so knowledgeable and helpful, answered all of our questions on everything we looked at. He was very patient and did everything he could to help us! We’ll be coming back to Rex for all our furniture purchases!

We received the best help from the old man in suspenders in draper utah!

Bought a dresser from Ashley on Monday, picked it up from the warehouse Tuesday. Got it inside, unboxed it and found it was broken. Called Ashley Wednesday (very hard to get a hold of) and was told I need to transport the dresser back to the warehouse for them to fix or replace it. There is no way to move this 250lb wooden dresser now that it's unpacked without damaging it unless I hire professional movers. They have a delivery service who could easily pick it up without damaging it but since we didn't select that service at the start it's unavailable. Bottom line is I'm stuck with a broken dresser with zero help from Ashley on fixing the broken item they sold me. If you sell someone a broken item they shouldn't have to be on the hook to do all the legwork to fix it. Stand behind your products!

Could not have been a better experience. Christopher Williams did an excellent job. He answered my questions. He was knowledgable about the products and offered helpful suggestions.

We've bought furniture before from Ashley and they always have a good selection, reasonable prices, and great service. Today's visit was no different. It gives me peace of mind on the quality of furniture too, rather than rolling the dice by ordering something online.

As far as the employees at the store are concerned, they were fine however when one of the items that we purchased wasn’t going to work, we called the next day to arrange a return. It is next to impossible to get someone at the actual store on the phone. When you call, you get someone over seas who barely speaks English that you can’t understand. It is very frustrating to try to explain to them what is going on and they want to read you a script. It is difficult to return something only because of the call center that you have to work through. It almost makes me not to want to purchase there again.

I was looking for a new couch and chair for our living room. The first time in, Ashley assisted us and put several in a shopping "cart" that we were deciding from. The second time in no one came by and offered assistance. Tonight, I was stopping in to buy a chair. I went back to the chair and there were no sales people. I started walking toward the front and saw for the first time the couch and chair I wanted. We asked for Ashley yet she was busy helping another customer. Cortland offered to go check on Ashley for me. When he returned he said Ashley was busy with another customer and ofgered to help giving all the credit to Ashley. What a gentleman! After purchasing the couch and chair, I stated I needed to purchase a chair for my daughter. I suggested he take the credit for this one. Cortland politely declined and shared it was Ashley's sale. Cortland was so kind and courteous that he made the trip and purchase well worthwhile

Rex helped us find the perfect entertainment center for our living room. I didn't think we could get what we wanted with the room we had but he made it work and for a great price! my husband hates sales people, but Rex was great. Direct and to the point!

We shopped for furniture at every store in this little furniture store village here in Draper. We should have come to Ashley’s first. When we came the first time we were met by Ben, and he was super friendly but not at all pushy. The second time we came back we were helped by Chris and Barbara, and it was the most helpful furniture buying experience I’ve ever had. I cannot say enough good things about Ashley’s. We are happy to sing y’all’s praises.

Purchased a chair on Saturday and went to pick it up on Wednesday, but that is where things went south. We ordered a grey chair but when we arrived to pick it up, it was white and was supposed to be grey. The people at the warehouse were great. They tried to get the order switched to the correct color so we could take it home. Come to find out the grey chair is not in stock and won’t be for 30 days. I called the store and they were less than helpful. I asked, since this was their mistake could they deliver it, and was told there was no way that could happen. So I asked the lady if she thought it was fair that I had to pay for their mistake. I had to leave work early to get there before they closed and drive 30 minutes one way to find out I could not get what I purchased and she was telling me if I wanted the chair I would have to do it a second time. She didn’t try to make the situation better even try to salvage the sale when I asked her to refund my card so I could buy it somewhere else. We will see how long it takes to get a refund as she said it has to go through corporate. I get mistakes happen but to not accept responsibility for the mistake or try to better the situation will keep me from not going back.

I was unsure whether to buy the additional ottoman but was told I could return it within 30-days. Now, after having purchased it, I’m told they do not accept returns.

I stopped into the Draper location today with my father in search of a bed frame, new mattress, and dresser. We were greeted at the door by Ashleigh. She was very warm and welcoming and was able to show us around the store. She stepped aside so we could shop without any pressure but was readily available when we needed her. She answered all of our questions and was able to find exactly what we needed. The whole purchasing process was very smooth and easy and Ashleigh was a great help.

Their delivery driver hit my car and then left without telling me. Such a joke with customer service. I call and send picture and ask when I will here back from them and I get a response of we don’t know. Update #1 - called and asked if I could get pictures of the truck that delivered to my house, was told that they will not give me pictures. They told me that the drivers would be fired if they did cause the damage so they clearly have a reason to lie and leave. Update #2 - I now have video of the delivery truck leaving my residence and you can hear the truck damaging my car. Ashley's representative has seen the video and asked for images of the damage but has been unwilling to provide 360 degree images of the delivery truck, I have offered to travel to the truck to take picture, they refused, I have also asked for the license plate of the truck as it is a rented truck so I can tell the rental location that the truck is damaged and has been involved in an accident and they have also refused. Ashley's customer service is a disservice to their brand. Update #3 - Ashley's customer service is no help. They blame the third party delivery service they use. They will not provide information on the driver and their insurance. I had to go through the police and wait 10 days for the public records request of the police report to get the information. Now the real fun begins to see if Ashley and their delivery service will make me hole. Update #4 - I had to get my insurance involved as Ashley and the third party would no give me any answers. I have to pay to have my own car repaired and wait to have my insurance bill them. Such a joke that I contracted with Ashley to deliver the furniture but they wont even help get this resolved.

Alan, was on top of my needs from the moment we walked in the store. I had back surgery and was on borrowed time between med doses in order to find s chair. Everything looked good but i was able to find a perfect for my 6’4” frame! Had so much trouble looking everywhere for a recliner that would fit me. Alan knew his stuff and i was able to buy it in the spot!

My spouse and I came into Ashlee Furniture looking specifically for a reclining sofa and loveseat a week ago, and worked with Esmaa. She was great! One week later, we decided to purchase one of the sets that Esmaa showed us. Unfortunately she had left for day. However, Rex helped us and was a pleasure to work with. I would not recommend this store. They are not accepting return once they delivered the item. I ordered sofa and same day I was trying to return since it's not fitting for my living room, but they refused to take return even if we are ready to pay shipping and other formalities cost involved. Very worst experience with this store. I never purchase in this store and not recommending to anyone. I would recommend RC Willey where I purchased all my home needs after this mess and some items i have returned with in 15 days and they were awesome.

Upon entering this has been the most impressive experience. Cortland and Jack are the most friendly, helpful, and above all great listeners. I can’t think of a time recently where I’ve felt more understood and considered for the things that mattered most to me.

Ashley had the best couch selection out of all the furniture stores in Draper. They were respectful of my and my wife’s approach of buying couches, and gave us distance while we browsed. Very well taken care of. We paid for delivery and setup, but there was a miscommunication when they came so our couches weren’t put together, and I had to do it when I got home. Do not buy from Ashley's. I bought a swivel chair. The chair broke causing ball bearings to come out. I had this for 3 years, no kids and It broke. They will not help you with their shoddy product. When I called they knew about the ball bearing defect but did nothing to help. They still sell this same chair at their store. Avoid and spend your hard earned money somewhere else.

Barbara deserves to be fired. Called multiple times about my order that was brought 6 hours past the delivery time, came completely broken, and incorrect items. Barbara refused to help me on the phone. So much so, that she hung up on me. When I called back, she put me on a hold until her store closed so she wouldn’t have to talk to me and find a resolution. Following day, called multiple times. Same awful service and nasty attitude from the.. manager? EXTREMELY unprofessional, unhelpful, and rude. I am now in the process of changing out my billboards and box trucks that are used for work and plastering signs that shows just how terrible Ashley furniture is. I will be parking the trucks out front of the store. Barbara was made aware of this, and yet again, she hung up the phone. Refused to transfer or even tell us the name of her manager. Absolutely disgusting, horrible company.

Shawn C. made our shopping experience so great. He listened to us about the type of outdoor patio furniture we were looking for and took us to the exact options, he didn't try to show us items that wouldn't work. He also made some helpful recommendations for our future purchases of a bed platform & mattress, plus some living room furniture. We will definitely be ordering more items as long as Shawn is there!

Court was super helpful with showing me sofas and recommendations for what I needed. I bought one same day but unfortunately as I am standing in the warehouse now, he put the wrong sofa on the paperwork. The sofa I purchased isn't even in stock and won't be available until mid-May. This is very frustrating because I took my old sofas to the dump and my room is bare, prepped for my sofa to be picked up today. Also as a side note, I just looked online for the same sofa and see it's on Ashley's website for a few hundred dollars less. I don't know if I will ever buy from Ashley Furniture again but if I do it won't be instore or in-person. I will save money and shop online, knowing that I will choose the correct Furniture piece. I gave an extra star because he was very nice and helpful, but this is a huge blunder.

I’d already done my research and knew exactly what sofa I wanted. I told him the name, he knew exactly what I was referring to, and he took me straight to it. The sofa and ottoman were even more beautiful in person and I purchased it on the spot. He got me setup with delivery, installation, and protection. It was a seamless experience and I’m so happy I chose this location!

This past Saturday around 4:00pm, we had the misfortune of encountering “Jack”, the epitome of arrogance and unprofessionalism. From the moment I stepped into the store, it was clear that customer service was the last thing on his mind. Throughout our interaction, Jack exuded an air of superiority that was both off-putting and unprofessional. He spoke to me as if I were an inconvenience rather than a potential customer, displaying a complete lack of regard for basic courtesy. His dismissive attitude and condescending tone left us feeling belittled and disrespected. Not only did Jack fail to address our inquiries with any semblance of sincerity, he also seemed completely disinterested in helping us resolve an issue with the piece we were interested in purchasing. He seemed more preoccupied with flaunting his supposed expertise. The final straw occurred after I had asked him if he knew what the current financing incentives were only to be met with, "Well, I hope I would - I work here.” In the end, Jack's arrogant demeanor and lack of professionalism were the deciding factors in my decision to take my business elsewhere. Fortunately, we found very respectful, kind sales people at RC Willey across the street, who treated us with the dignity that customers deserve. If you value your time and money, I strongly advise you to steer clear of “Jack” and seek out a more reputable establishment.

I went there last Saturday and walked around the store testing out recliners for 30 minutes. I passed multiple salespeople, sometimes the same one not helping anyone. It was busy, but there were some not helping, I was watching. Apparently, no one could be bothered to help out a guy in a hoodie, brown jeans, and Vans. So I went over to RC Willey where I was greeted as I walked in, and as I wandered the store I was said hi to multiple times by different people, and was helped as I was sitting in a recliner pretty quick. Within 30 minutes, I picked out a recliner, paid $1600, and then drove to the warehouse to pick it up. I work in customer service, and experience is a big deal for me, and I'll pay extra for it. Ashley failed. Some advice, maybe don't judge a person by their looks. A simple, "Hi. What brings you in today?" probably would have resulted in a sale as there were a few chairs. I'm the type of guy who will go look at a small priced item I need help purchasing and then they end up helping me purchase a large ticket item.

We were greeted by Ben Jones who showed us to the couches we wanted, gave us a little bit of information then let us choose, which we liked because then he wasn't just hovering over us and pressuring us. When we found what we liked we found Ben. He helped us with other options, financing approvals and answered all my questions and I had a lot of questions. He was nice, friendly, funny and professional. He earned this good review and I would recommend anybody to go to Ashley furniture and ask for Ben and I will definitely be returning to the store for future purchases.

End of 2020 we purchased a sectional from Ashley and we’re sold a warranty that they stood behind for accidents. In 2023 we called to make a claim. The company is shady at best who is doing the warranty. When talking with Ashly customer service they were like it’s your problem you purchased a bad warranty from us. We can’t do anything to help you with the bad sale we made to you. Just be aware they have shady practices as part of the normal business and do not back anything they sale. We are working with the consumer protection agency and BBB to help make people aware before making the same mistake. Buyer beware.

DO NOT PURCHASE IN-STORE! I advise you to visit any Ashley Furniture home store, fall in love with a piece of furniture, and do yourself a favor and ORDER ONLINE! You will save time, money, and your sanity. The customer service manager of the Draper store was horrendously rude both on the phone and in-person. When I called to request to return the ottoman the day it was delivered, because it felt too big in our space, she said I would have had to refuse it before delivery that morning (which, BTW, they were supposed to arrive between 1:30 and 3:30pm that day and arrived at 7:30am without any warning. AND, despite paying for front room delivery they refused and only put it in the garage, leaving the heavy lifting to me). How would any human know if something was too large in a space until it arrived and was unboxed? Also, the saleperson told us we had 3 days to return to the store if anything didn't work. It also states this online. When I told the customer service manager what the saleperson told us, she accused me of LYING as that is against their store policy. Two weeks later the price of the couch dropped. On their website AND on the sales agreement that I signed upon delivery, it says that if the price drops within 4 weeks they will honor the discount. *note: NOWHERE does it state this only applies before the product is delivered. I signed the sales agreement AFTER the product was delivered! To attempt to get the refund, we had to physically go INTO the store because their store phone number no longer worked and was an endless loop. I explained that we had bought the couch two weeks earlier, it had dropped in price, they were happy to help. Yay! The customer service manager was about to refund us $400 when she asked, "Has this been delivered?". I told her yes, it was delivered two weeks ago. Her entire demeanor changed and she said flatly, "Sorry. There's nothing I can do for you. It's in a different system". She said I would have had to call to request the discount BEFORE the item was delivered. What?!? I showed her the sales agreement, as well as exclaimed that online it says they will honor it. She smugly turned me away with no remorse or apologies. For the record, we do love our couch AND we spent rather a few hours chatting with their online customer service or on the phone and they were beyond lovely. Unfortunately, the online customer service couldn't help us because we had purchased the couch in-store. BUYER BEWARE: Their store policies do NOT match what the guarantees or promised listed or advertised online.

Now I have to reschedule for next week, inconvenience other people, etc. If the delivery would have come here at the scheduled time, it would have been fine. They were not willing to come back later in the day as originally scheduled, so as the customer, I have to rearrange everything. This doesn’t make me want to shop here again.

Had a really disappointing and arrogant interaction with a sales person this morning. I have tried calling the store to speak with them directly, but I’m not able to get through to anyone. Terrible customer service there. While attempting to make a return to the store of an online purchase, which is not possible if anyone is wondering. The man I spoke to decided to lecture me on why I should have purchased in store and spoke to me with an ego that was uncalled for. Never once listening or acknowledging my issue or even just treating me with basic respect. I am a very reasonable person and totally get the policy that they are separately owned. But when an individual speaks to customers the way he did, it is rude, unprofessional, and this store will be tainted for me moving forward. He had the audacity to get his point across once more as I was walking out the door to tell me that next time I should purchase in store and they would have made the return SO easy for me. 🙄 This man, this store, and others need to know this is not okay. I will never be back.

Revised review, After checking out read my invoice as they didnt show me the itemized invoice. There were many "hidden" items on there I hadnt agreed to. IE, $500 protection plan. They also didnt add my 10% discount they sold me on. Then they tried to hand the paperwork to my wife rather than me because she didnt know what the deal was, hoping it would go unnoticed. Last, when I tried to cancel they didnt cancel it. Just ignored me and pretended I didnt cancel it. Now I have delivery still scheduled within 2 days. I've purchased $75,000 from Ashley, and they seem to be going downhill on their service and sales tactics.

I have bought things at Ashely in Draper, Utah before and had a great experience. This is the first and last time I will ever have a problem because I will never shop there again. I recently purchased a sofa sectional. I asked very specifically if I could return it if it did not fit. I was told very clearly by the sales associate that I could return it if it did not fit through the 90 degree turn it needed to pass through at the bottom of the stairs into our basement room. She even told me that I just needed to call within three hours of it being delivered and that I might need to return it to the warehouse myself. You can imagine my surprise when it didn't fit and upon contacting the store I was told they had a no return policy. I reached out to management with my frustration and concern with being flat out lied to by their associate and have never been contacted. Disgusting dishonesty and Customer Service. Buyer beware... don't trust your associate and when they hand you an iPad with just a signature page and say, "You need to sign here. This is the agreement we just discussed." Don't believe them. Make them print out a copy of the agreement for you to read over and sign. Any company that has poor ethics that won't stand by what their sales associates say is a company with poor customer service values and is pathetically allowing this to continue based on other reviews I have now read. This branch of the store is independently operated. DON'T SHOP HERE! If you see something at Ashley you like, order it from Ashley online, or visit another branch, which will accept returns, has better customer service and cares about you as a consumer.

So we were doing some spring cleaning today and saw the terrible scab together job the tech did. I added the pictures to this review... Absolutely horrible service! Essentially, we bought a set of furniture and had it delivered about 2 years ago. The delivery guys were terrible, I had to pack it in the house and put the feet on myself.... But that's not the reason for the 1 star review. We also purchased the service extended package if they break. Well, not too long after we purchased them, we noticed a weird bulge on the outside. Keep in mind, this was during covid, and they have never moved from the room we put them in when new. We are busy, didn’t think it was a huge deal, but as time went on, we decided to call and have it checked out. The very unfriendly service guy came and what do you know. The frame was busted. Not only was it busted, but it looked like someone had previously tried a scab repair on it. So, long story short. Rather than fixing it, when the grumpy guy came, which I could have fixed in 5 minutes, he buttoned up the couch and we got sent a denial letter because we saw the bump and didn't call within 30 days. They are not going to fix it. It was an obvious manufacturer defect or delivery defect at least. AND we paid extra for the service plan. Wow. Just Wow. So Ashley furniture, are you going to fix this?

This review is for anyone and everyone purchasing furniture from this store and their NO RETURN policy. Are they upfront about it? Yes. Does it make sense? Absolutely not. When you’re purchasing a piece of furniture you’re optimistic. When it is delivered, the issues of the piece may not always stand out within the few minutes of being placed in your home. The fact that you need to decline the piece at the point of delivery is simply unethical and unfair. My fiancé runs a luxury auto dealer- and WILL TAKE BACK $100k vehicles- but this store refuses to take back anything. Heed the MANY reviews about this company and ignore how much you think you like the piece of furniture. Save yourself the money, time, and trouble- don’t purchase from them. Two stars for the team who did help us- and the fact that we like our other couches purchased (though they did arrive slightly damaged).

I sat on the bed for all of 5 minutes and thought it would work. I bought a mattress cover and bunkie boards. Totaling about $2,300. The items were delivered on 9/20 and the delivery drivers noticed one of the boards was 'defective' (his words). I noticed a difference between them (one had dark grey fabric that was tighter knit and the other had looser looking white-ish fabric on it). I asked him if it really mattered or if they would show, and that I didn't really mind. He explained that the grey one had the fabric inside out and was a defective item and needed to be changed out. He took photos and uploaded them to my case with details (or so I thought). He called the delivery support department and asked what to do. They went back and forth on the phone and other phone calls were made, until I was told by delivery support that they had to either take all the items back today (meaning I wouldn't have a bed to sleep on), or take the bunkie boards back and void the warranty on my mattress by sleeping on it without the boards underneath. Neither of these were doable options. I sat on the phone with delivery support, on hold, off hold, and back again for about 45 minutes while the delivery guys sat in my living room. What was a really simple solution seemed impossible for Ashley to figure out. Finally they said my only other option was to leave everything and accept it as is, but that it would not be guaranteed that I would get anything exchanged after that day. I felt this was the only barely feasible option and the delivery driver told me that I had 72 hours to report any defects or problems, and that I should just call back tomorrow and report the defective board again to get an exchange. I wish I had know what a can of worms this was going to be... I accepted the delivery and sent them on their way. The next day, I called Delivery Support and told them the whole story again. They seemed confused and asked if I just wanted a different color board. I explained again that it was deemed defective and was inside out. They told me they would schedule a tech to come out and inspect the board, and would then determine if another appointment would need to be made to come out and exchange the board. I asked him to refer to the photos on the case, but it didn't seem to help. Reluctantly, we scheduled an appointment with a tech to come and look at the board. I arranged things with my job to be home that day, and then they canceled the appointment and moved it out a few more days saying the tech was out that day. Growing in my frustration, I stuck it out and said fine. Mind you, through all this, the mattress I bought has been the most uncomfortable thing I've ever slept on in my life, and that's including the living room floor. But there's not return policy for mattresses, so I'm stuck with it and have to try and sell it now. Do not buy mattresses here!!! The day before my tech appointment, the delivery support people call me to ask how my initial delivery went on 9/20. I was very irritated by this, because they should have a lot of notes as to how the delivery went and how frustrated I was at this point. I explained everything to her and she noticed that I had a supervisor call noted on my account and that no one followed up with me. I was shocked to hear this. The woman asked a supervisor about getting an exchange approved and was able to do so which saved me one appointment. Instead she scheduled delivery for the new board. When they showed up.. he said it wasn't defective at all, just a different color. --__-- All this, for NOTHING. All these people and no one figured out that it was just a difference in color and I didn't have to go through this BS if they had just paid attention. I will NEVER buy here again. No one talks to each other and information differs every single time I talk to someone. Get it together, Ashley. What a joke.

They actually had a high back glider chair that I could try in person which I didn’t think would be unusual but apparently the market to test nursery gliders in person is severely limited. Grateful that I found one that I love! Great customer service and was able to pick up same day.

Sending other customers personal information to me. Really disappointed. First the sales people at the store were all sitting around talking and not one offered me help. I finally had to go find one of them to help. I saw the peices I wanted and decided to just order online since their sales team seemed uninterested in helping. Second, I put the order in at night and woke up to three emails to confirm my deliveries, non of which were for me, three different customers, names, addresses and items were sent to me. I called and texted customer service and got my order straightened out but they could not offer any explanation on why I got other customers personal infomation. It makes nervous on who got my information.

I entered the store to buy few things but looks like the sales guys are least interested selling anything today and have been rude on occasion. This was quite embarrassing as the sales guy just leaves when you ask for assistance.

DO NOT BUY THEIR INSURANCE PROTECTION PLAN!!! Not worth the hassle. We've used it a couple times over the last 2 years, and it took months from submission of the claim until the tech finally came and fix the issues. Then about two months ago we filed a claim for some damage to a table, and they took so long to contact us back, more damage happened. Now they are denying the claim due to accumulated damages and will deny any future claim until we prove we have it fixed on our own. Table and chairs are nice enough but dealing with this issue over the last few years has tainted our experience with Ashley and will not use them again.

Stay away from this scammers. I bought a couch that the sales associate told me I have 3 days to return it and one day later I try to return it and now they said they don't accept returns. Liars !

Salespersons said that an Ottoman was included in my purchase and after being billed out and paid in full the Ottoman was not on my receipt of purchase that was disappointing. I went back in the store and asked him why and all he said was that’s my fault and wanted to charge me for the Ottoman. I was not aware that the sofa was cheaper than the love seat or else I would have purchased two sofas.

Went to the Draper location yesterday and was helped by Alan and Rex. We were looking for a swivel chair for our loft (I'm putting together a reading nook!). Alan helped us find what we were looking for very quickly and Rex made the experience of checking out so enjoyable with his kind and patient personality.
