Marked up prices with expensive delivery. Picking up from their warehouse was a nightmare of a wait. But the person that helped me in store was really helpful and friendly.
Had a disappointing mattress in-store shopping experience. Sales rep seemed to care very little, don’t know if she maybe stereotyped us as not being serious buyers because we’re a younger couple. Took us to kids bed section, didn’t even tell us there was a mattress gallery. A much nicer rep (Wagner) introduced himself later on and led us to more options. The selection of mattresses was good in higher price ranges 1K-5K. OK in lower (500-1K). We liked one of the lower range, gel-top ones, but the first rep left a pretty bad taste in our mouth so we’re considering other options first.
2 1/2 stars. The in store experience was great. We went in and were able to get a new sectional really fast, and the options were really nice. The delivery went well, but the delivery men realized that they didn't have any of the feet for half of the sectional, so the couch is half assembled. They said they would get the parts to us soon, but after days of no contact from the store, we reached out and they let us know they would send us the parts within 7-21 days, then we could call and get a technician to install them... WHAT!? We literally just bought a brand new couch and its literally like a sofa without a side for up to three weeks plus the time it takes to get a technician out here? Really disappointed, especially because we paid extra for the "special warranty" that is supposed to give us special treatment.
Great customer service
Not impressed. It was my Birthday today and I took off work for my special delivery of furniture only to find out there was a manufacturer backorder and only 1 of my 2 piece furniture was delivered. Funny, the salesman told us there was one left in the warehouse so we snatched it up...or so we thought. Asked customer service if this happens a lot because this is our first experience with Ashley Furniture and she was quick to say yes it happens all the time! Hopefully the furniture is worth it. We shall see. Update: I took the piece that was delivered back to Ashley and requested a refund and they tried to promise me they could have the remainder of my order by Tuesday. I told them I already took a day off of work the last time so it wouldn't work with my schedule and they gave me a full refund. I have updated their stars to 3 because they didn't give me a hard time. What I hope they understand is if you promise a delivery date or use the line there is one last one available so you better grab it now, then you better deliver on your promise, especially when you have someone taking off of work waiting around for that delivery.
Myself,my husband, and my daughter went to this store about 3 weeks ago after church. We walked in and the lady at the front greeted us and all eyes were on us. She came over and talked to us about the couch we were looking at and then proceeded to follow us throughout the entire store EVERYWHERE we went. At first I thought nothing of it then noticed that no one else in the store had their own personal Ashley furniture tour guide. I guess they thought that we would put the sectional that seats 8 in my purse. I approached the manager and asked if everyone had the luxury of a tour guide; since I didn’t see anyone else with one or is that only reserved for people of color? Will never shop at any Ashley furniture again. I mean really what were we going to steal?
In less than 1 hour after delivery I attempted to return an ottoman from a 5 piece sectional I purchased. The sectional is great but the ottoman just made the room feel a little cramped. Despite Ashley's 30 day return policy posted on their website and the sales associate promise of a 24 hour return policy, they refused the return of just the ottoman. So instead of accepting the return of the ottoman and keeping me satisfied with the purchasing experience of the entire sectional, they chose to sour it over an ottoman... A reasonable No Return Policy for things as opinionated and expensive as home furnishing when all of the other competition allows it, is a poor business practice. Because my repeat business is not valued at Ashley's I will simply take it elsewhere next time.
In and out!! Great help and products !!
Ryan Young is amazing at his job. He listens to your needs, doesn’t rush you into a big decision, and that’s what made him so great. From the get go, he was not pushy and wants to get to know each of his customers. When you need something at Ashley Furniture, ask for Ryan Young!!
The salesman, manager, and delivery men where all very helpful. Our order was placed with a mistake and not only did they fix the issue but were generous and easy to work with when they did. The delivery men were personable and also easy to work with.
Amazing prices and deals! Wagner was a super nice sales rep and we enjoyed working with him.
Great deals and great service. Our sales person was very pleasant and the Store Manager was very helpful.
Great company that was quick to help us find whatever we needed and the prices were great.
The store is clean and designed well with a ton of desirable options! Ask for Mike, he is very helpful and quite pleasant!
Great place for trendy furniture, but I was disappointed that so much of it was more for esthetics and not as functional as I would hope.
