We went in only looking for kitchen chairs, and found a complete table + 4 chair set for less than we were expecting to pay for only 4 chairs! No one pressured us into anything--they just directed us where we wanted to go and let us wander without watching our every move. It was a nice, relaxed atmosphere. We found what we wanted and more! It was a great experience!

We went to Ashley Furniture over memorial day weekend and were initially impressed by the price. We ended up buying a queen bedroom set the same day. Then just to see what else was out there, we ended up going to Knight's Furniture in Orem (closer to where we live) and found that they were carrying the exact same bedroom set for $100 cheaper! So, with the full intent of canceling our order, we went back to Ashley Furniture and let them know that we found a better value and wanted to cancel. We worked with Neal, a manager, and he asked us what Knight's quoted us. He said that if we were still interested in purchasing from Ashley, that he could work some figures and see what price he could get us. After about 5-10 minutes, Neal came back with a better price than Knight's was offering! They ended up refunding us back $375 to save the sale! Needless to say, we were very surprised and happy with the new price! Delivery took about week. The only thing that maybe could use some work was that they gave us a 4 hour time window for delivery. They did come within the window, though so that was good! And, we did get a call about 30 minutes before they arrived letting us know they would be arriving soon. Delivery men were nice and efficient. Overall, we had a very positive experience purchasing from Ashley Furniture HomeStore.

We bought a bedroom set, a dining set, and a living room set at Ashley last month. We had a great experience and got a really good deal. Corey, our salesman, was awesome to work with. He didn't give us much pressure, he advocated for the best deal, and he was very informative. The check out process was OK. Our furniture arrived on time and in good condition. The couch came without the matching pillows but they mailed those to us the following week. We've bought several pieces from Ashley over the years and they've held up really well. We will be back.

We just moved to SLC from South Florida and were happy to see that Ashley is here too. We had an awesome experience with Nick. He knows his stuff and cares about his customers. He and Jen partnered to make our transaction seemless. Thanks Nick and Jen for helping us make this stressful time a breeze.

I had a great experience today getting my bedroom set and mattress. There was no pressure from Renae which I appreciated and she spent a lot of time with me helping find what worked for my budget and taste. Rana was very professional in helping write up my ticket and figuring out my finance options. And Jen even gave me extra 0% APR on my term. I love my set and I look forward to having it delivered and set up soon :)

I had a great experience at Ashley Furniture not to mention I LOVE their furniture. They had so much to choose from and we found a bedroom set that meet our needs, that we absolutely love and at a reasonable price. I appreciated the salesperson who was working with us. When we explained what we were looking for she showed us pieces that matched our description. Other stores we had gone to seemed to not really listen to what we wanted and just kind of walked us around aimlessly in hopes we would stumble into something we liked. We are pretty picky so it took a while to decide yet we never felt rushed or she needed to be somewhere else, it was fantastic. Finally someone who understands customer service. The last bonus was my furniture was delivered on time and in great condition. The gentlemen who delivered it to us were professional and courteous. Thanks so much for a wonderful experience Ashley Furniture, we will definitely be back .

Worse furniture I ever had to deal with. Lost $2000. No way I'll ever buy from them again. If you still decide to go with them then CROSS YOUR FINGERS and hope that all will go just fine because if you'll have any kind of problem with any item you purchase you'll be on your own. Manager that handled our case was the worse customer service experience I dealt with. Bottom line, we lost plenty of mine and time. Good luck.

I have yet to receive a delivery without damaged products and I have tried to remain optimistic about Ashley because I do like the looks of several of their pieces and, hey, accidents happen to everyone. Our living room set was delivered with broken stones in the coffee table (a month before a repairman could come out and fix). Our bedroom set initially showed up with a broken dresser top (pulled up from the body and badly damaged in one corner). The Beautyrest Kailey mattress ($$$$$$) had one side bulge and collapse within 4 months. The replacement, which took almost two months to get, is now doing the same thing on the opposite side after <3 months. What's most disturbing is that the local store plays no part in resolving issues. They are more than helpful in the collection of the money at purchase time but the love ends there. With every issue, it is immediately "contact customer service". The advice from the service guy, who came out to evaluate the original failing mattress, was "don't pay the bill until they replace the mattress". That does not exactly instill confidence from an employee that he expects me to get good customer service. I will say that the sales crew is very nice but, honestly, I would expect that from sales. But they, too, would have nothing to do with a complaint. Out of fairness, they have resolved every issue to date. The mattress issue took the longest and was the most frustrating because you need a good mattress to sleep on. I just submitted the ticket for the replacement mattress. We'll see how this incident goes.

I purchased a bedroom set for my daughters in September 2011. One of the two beds broke into pieces this week. The corner joint just gave way and my daughters have sawdust all over their room. Even my girls could see the construction quality issues and call the bed a "piece of junk". The furniture is poor in quality. Beware!! I called the local store about this and was told that it is out of warranty and I would have to pay to have the bed serviced. I have seven children and I've owned lots of furniture over the years. I suggest that you stay away from this furniture.

We went for the Memorial Day sale. We picked out over $2,000 worth of furniture, but it was slightly more than we had wanted to spend. Asked the sales associate, but indicated there was no wiggle room, no haggling (when we told her RC Wiley's had something comparable, but cheaper, she seemed to have the attitude that we should just go there then - no willingness to keep our business). There was an advertised "free gift" of either a lamp set, a dining room chair, or a cheap recliner. We have no need for a single dining room chair or a recliner, so we asked the sales associate to help us find a lamp that would fit the free promotion. She took us around the entire store (this was on Saturday - the sale went until Monday, so I'm assuming they weren't just "cleaned out" of free gifts) and couldn't find lamps that worked for the free gift. Asked if they would just knock $50 off the bill since the "free gift" we wanted wasn't available (supposedly a $128 lamp value). Nope, choose a free gift or get nothing. So we ordered a "free" recliner and figured we'd sell it to get our $50 off. Yesterday, they called and said part of our order wouldn't be delivered for more than two months. The choices were to pay two delivery fees and get our order in pieces, or wait for everything to be delivered at the end of the summer, OR we could go back to the store and pick something else. Like we hadn't already invested hours picking out furniture and the sales weren't already over. I work for the school district and am pregnant. I was hoping to use the summer to get our house ready before the baby comes. I asked if they'd waive one of the delivery fees since waiting the whole summer for furniture does seem a little unreasonable. They said they couldn't waive it. We ended up ordering something different so we could get it sooner. Then were told that the "free gift" recliners can't be delivered for months. So once again, we could either wait and have everything delivered in a few months when the "free gift" recliner was available OR we could pay multiple delivery fees of $99. What a great choice for our "free gift." I understand that the store might not be able to control availability (although the "free gift" is feeling more and more like a bait and switch and they might have planned some availability), but there has been no attempt to help us with any inconvenience or to show that they value our business. The attitude we have received is that if we aren't happy, we can go somewhere else. We still have quite a bit of furniture left to buy, but we'll be looking somewhere where they can show they value our business.

Find what you want, and then get Logan's price before trying to negotiate. We have been looking at getting a particular couch from the Logan store (cost: $726) We were recently shopping at Ikea down in Draper and decided to slide over to the Ashley store down there just to compare. I was instantly hounded by a slightly pushy salesman that followed us all around the store and wouldn't leave us alone. very high pressure (I'm sure their not all like that). Upon finding the same couch as the one in Logan, we were shocked by it's $1099 price tag! (and this was their Memorial day *special* for 2013) He assured me it was a great price and that he could "Possibly" get it down to an even grand. That was when we told him that we were from Logan... You should have seen the look on his face. Before I had a chance to say anything else he said something along the lines of, "That dang Logan store, They got grandfathered in to a better program with Ashley.". Couldn't believe what I was hearing! He then told us that he "Might" be able to get the sofa down to Logan's price. But we already live in Logan so we told him not to bother. Also, I HATE when people won't give you their best price up front. He made it sound like he would have to call in huge favors to get the couch down to $1000 but after telling him about Logan, all of the sudden he can take another $250 off? Ridiculous.

This place is a bummer. We ordered a dining set and rug from here- the table was a week late and the rug never got shipped. Furniture is fine, service is horrible!

I wish I would have read the reviews prior buying furniture from this store. First delivery the bed was broken, second delivery a side of the bed frame was dented. Horrible quality, horrible customer service. Do not buy from this company, go to RC Willey.

Nichole (manager) is the only real person, besides that this company is going downhill. I have seen the reviews, and sure wished I would have read them prior to shopping and making a purchase. I ordered a full size bed with a full size trundle. I received a twin size bed frame, full size mattress, and queen size headboard. Threatened legal issues and they finally returned my items. Lesson learned!

Terrible customer service, they cancelled our home delivery last week without our knowledge, and scheduled it for today. The delivery today was missing half of the furniture we bought, when we contacted the customer service department we were instructed by SHELBY that we were definitely getting a further delivery between 1-4pm, when that didn't happen and I called again - Shelby denied she had confirmed the delivery, was very curt and abrupt and basically made me feel like I was making her life extremely difficult. She had no answers to why I had missed 2 days of work for deliveries that didn't arrive, she was unwilling to help look into our problem, her only response was that the trucks were already out for the day so no additional deliveries could be made - which I could understand IF she hadn't assured me that we were getting a delivery later in the day! Draper Store - you really suck in the customer care department!!!! Your store people are great, very friendly and helpful but I guess as soon as you get our thousands of dollars you really don't give a hoot about us!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Spent $4500.00 on a bedroom set that took three weeks to have it all because some of it was damaged when delivered. Customer Service does not work with you at all as far as making a delivery time that works for you, just a 4 hour window. I will not go back!

BE VERY CAREFUL IF YOU GO INTO THIS STORE. SALES GIRL WAVES HER ARM OVER THE DEN FURNITRE AND SAID YOU GET ALL THESE 8 PIECES. I DID NOT READ THE CONTRACT AND TOOK THE SALES PERSON AT HER WORD. BIG MISTAKE, IT DID NOT INCLUDE A RECLINER THAT WAS IN THE GROUPING, THE 8TH PIECE WAS SOME WOOD BLOCKS ON A COFFEE TABLE. BE VERY CAREFUL OF THIS COMPANY. I FELT LIKE IT WAS A BAIT AND SWITCH.

I bought two stools around mid November and was told they will be delivered on December 12th, 2014. On December 12th, I received a call that they will not be ready until January 7th, 2015. I was disappointed because I was hoping to use them for our Christmas Party. Come January 7th, just got a call again they won't be delivered until January 31st. Very FRUSTRATING.

My dad purchased a kitchen set, coffee table and bedroom set from Ashley in Reno, Nevada and none of the delivery dates were met timely and the service was generally very poor and well below my standards. The coffee table was assembled incorrectly and collapsed shortly after arrival. The quality of the products is poor and the service from Ashley is too. He will buy "Made in America" next time!

I purchased a 3 piece sectional and a table/chair/bench set from Ashley Furniture. After delivery, I noticed one of the chairs had a crossbar loose. I found that whoever assembled the chair over tightened the screw, and now the screw threads in the wood are damaged and the screw just spins. This problem is the same for all of my other chairs. Some screws were tightened so tight that rather than break and just spin, the screws have dug 1/4 inch into the wood, weakening the joint. The back crossbar on the bench was completely broken on one end. The sectional was not good either; one of the pieces had a different set of legs than the other two. This makes it look bad, and it actually sits lower. I called the store and they told me they couldnt help me directly, and that the customer service would call me later that day. I never received a call, and will attempt to call them again today. No store is perfect, mistakes happen, but if you dont take care of your customers when you mess up you don't deserve to do business. I will consider changing my review when my problem is actually addressed rather than swept under the rug.

The salesman was nice when I purchased it. The delivery process is terrible and customer service to help is also terrible. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. The lady I talked to at the store in draper Utah was very rude and offered no help.
