Avoid this store! Trust me. Terrible! I spent 5k here on furniture. I biught $249 damage insurance and when my power recliner loveseat bent and is jow slanted when sitting on it, I was told to call warranty company GBS. What a total mess that was. The rep at GBs barely spoke english. It took 2 months to get a tech out to see it ro repair. Came out to fix my recliner after it took me a month reminding him and multiple calls later. Finally makes it here, says he is going to fix the recliner while here. He stays 5 mins, takes a couple photos, then makes me sign a paper, sends it in to warranty company and they refuse to do anything because he told them nothing was wrong with the recliner. The recliner slants badly on both side so bad you whole body shifts. Who is this guy?? Not honest or trustworthy, not helpful at all, and really shouln't be in business. I have reported to BBB.

My salesman was awesome. Took time with me. I couldn't decide on chairs for the couch I was getting. He took time and made several suggestions. I finally found chairs I liked. I don't have my furniture yet. Ashley is holding it til I sell my furniture. Hopefully it is as awesome as the leather set I bought from them awhile back.
