Thank you so much JD for all you're help with our new bar stools!!!
Sales men were courteous and allowed me space and time to make decisions. They accomodated my requests and genuinely tried to make sure I got something I loved. Everything was half off which definetly sweetened the transaction.
i was in the market for a new Couch for months. After dealing with other store’s incompetent sale’s teams decided to check out Ashley. I was greatly impressed with the amount of styles they offered and how knowledgeable the sales department was with their products.
Worked with Dale and he was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful with a great sense of humor. Will definitely be coming back next time I need furniture.
Exceptional customer service by Kendall and his manager!!! Beautiful store
The associate I worked with was extremely helpful in helping me buy my first mattress and take advantage of discounts that were available to me. The quality of the mattress seems to be fantastic, I would gladly go back for future furniture.
I was not impressed by this store. The layout makes it difficult to find anything. In addition the service was terrible. I was ignored and passed by not 1 but 4 employees with none asking if I needed anything, etc. even when I was motioning to them that I needed help to find something.
Loved this experience, salesman was very good and patient while we decided we wanted. We would shop there again!
Our salesman, Dale, was super! He was knowledgeable, friendly and not pushy at all. Dale made great suggestions and advice on matching pieces. We will definitely request him again!
Ashley Furniture sets the bar when it comes to having the worst customer service anywhere- Purchased a floor model sofa table on a Memorial Day sale. Store manager comes out onto the floor as we are taking the table and publicly unloads on the sales person “you can’t sell the floor model, I need it to sell more tables” Now told by the embarrassed and humiliated saleswoman that the lead time on the table we bought is now 45 days. Receive a call from Ashley customer service in July telling us our table is now at the SLC warehouse and I can pickup Saturday. Arrive at the warehouse as scheduled, staff says: “we don’t have your table, sorry about that our customer service DEPT is just terrible and never knows what’s going on”. Now quoted 8/06/19 for a new arrival date. Never hear back on quoted ETA, call CS and the now table is apparently out till 9/15/19. Ask them to cancel the order and am told it’s company policy to go back to the store I purchased from. Drive back to store where I’m told since the credit card used to pay for the table had changed (replaced-lost card) Store states they need a letter from my bank explaining they issued a replacement card before they can refund me for the table. Now I’m understandably upset and want to speak to a manager. A slob of a Manager while “multi tasking” at the desk and not making eye contact says “nothing I can do, it’s our policy”. What a joke- Message To Ashley Furniture Corporate: INVEST IN BETTER SYSTEMS AND PEOPLE
So.... my overall experience averaged 3 stars. 5 stars from the Draper sales staff and our sales guy, Dale. But the appalling 1 star service from the warehouse when we picked up our dining chairs. The warehouse ruined our overall experience. sharing my experience here, hoping that that Draper location can do something about the warehouse experience. Here is my review of the warehouse experience. “The dining chairs I purchased were cheaper online with free 3 day delivery to my house. However, the sales guy in Draper was so awesome that once he matched the online price, we decided to purchase though him so he could get the sale. (even though it meant we had to drive 40 mins to SLC to pick it up) We waited the 5 days and drove to slc. Big mistake. No good deed goes un-punished. Lol the warehouse women were HORRIBLY RUDE and have the communication and customer service skills of an angry prison guard. My advice? Order from the website and have your friendly UPS driver drop it off at your house. Really sucks that the purchase / sales end of our experience was so great... only to end our experience by being yelled at and insulted and treated poorly.”
Have a good experience at Ashley Furniture.
Excellent service recommend 200% easy and fast
Furniture was supposed to be delivered in 2 weeks. Finally in 3 weeks they claim they tried to deliver not true because I was home. Then in 4 weeks they finally show up and claim they don't know how to get it through a door. Keep in mind this is a normal size door. Not to mention they only knew a few words in English so it was impossible to communicate with them.
