Worst costumer service ever will never go back to purchase!!! I've been a customer for years I've never had this experience happened
Very unhappy with this company. Biggest waste of my time.
(Translated by Google) Good attention 👍 (Original) Buena atención 👍
Absolute worst experience. I waited 6 wks for my furniture. when I received it they were missing two peices. No notification, no call. I had to call in, as the delivery driver said they thought we ordered the other two by "mistake" so they were told to leave them I called in and got someone, they told me they were on back order. Again I received no email, no call indicating pieces on back order, and this is a totally different story than what the delivery driver gave us. They schedule a delivery for 5 days later and I schedule time off to be there. I received a text confirming a delivery for that day between 9am and 1245. Fast forward to that day, here I sit at 1145am and receive a call confirming delivery for tomorrow after 330. Now if I try to call in I get a recording telling me about my delivery and I can't even get a real person to talk too. Worst customer service ever. I feel like a dollar sign, they got their sale and could care less about their customers or respecting their time. My first purchase from Ashley and will be my last. ****Notice they don't respond to any of their reviews. Another sign of their lack of concern for their customers. I wish I would have read them first.
Love the place, very good specials
Wish I could choose negative stars. Worse store I have ever dealt with. Had a problem with a damaged piece of furniture. Drove to their warehouse twice to fix it and the problem was never solved. Customer service said I had to deal with the store. Went into their store and the store said I had to deal with customer service. Just talking out of both sides of their mouth. Waste of time and energy. Will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.
Talk to Robyn. She's great
Be careful with doing any business with this store or any Ashley store. I purchased a sectional and a few other things the sectional they got my order wrong the store told me because I sign for the delivery of the products they can’t do anything I’m stuck with a 1700$ sectional order they got wrong they have there own rules good luck if your trying to get to there customers service sadly this store only scams people I’m never shopping at any Ashley store for the treatment I got
***Use discretion regarding your purchases, because they will use theirs regarding your return.*** We purchased a three piece sectional couch that we are honestly happy with. However, a number of things from a customer service standpoint fell very shy of a good experience. Firstly, within the final decision making of what size to purchase we told our sales person that we wanted to purchase the smaller version of the couch. He encouraged adding the extra seat and ensured us that if it didn't fit in our space a return would be simple and nothing to worry about. In hindsight this was a great way for him to make a larger commission and for us to be extremely inconvenienced. The couch arrived, 4 weeks later and 1.5 hr after expected delivery window with rushed delivery drivers, anxious for the end of the day. As they set up the couch, we explained that we were unsure about the size and questioned the extra seat as they packed up. We signed without worry because of the conversation with our sales person about simple returns. The delivery men gave no explanation about any desired returns needing to go back on the truck with them at that time in order to receive a refund. After realizing that the additional piece was in fact too large for our space we wrapped it up and proceeded to bring it back to the store ourselves the following day to return, as we also intended to purchase a new dining set and areas rugs for our home. Unfortunately, we were presented with no options for a return and were told "returns were up to their discretion". Which we still do not fully understand because we were never given a copy of said return policy. The policy that was said to be printed on the back of our original receipt, but was not. The only place they were able to show us this policy is deep into a cabinet drawer were our original purchase receipt was filed with them - in which was signed for on a computer and never seen by us or referenced by the sales person. We also found it interesting that they made the reasoning for their discretion to be COVID related. Though many times in our interaction with our sales person his mask was falling down or below his nose. Easy cop out to what could have been a great customer service opportunity. Had this been turned around correctly and dealt with in a customer focused manor we would have happily given our business to Ashley HomeStore today and in the years to come. It is obvious this company puts a larger focus on sales and commissions than providing accurate and transparent information to their customers. Even admitting to this, as the office manager we spoke with about our return was quick to mention that corporate would provide us a 3% chance of assisting in our return. These are not great odds in any business model. While we love our new couch, we do not love our useless extra seat and the experience we had today with Ashley HomeStore and their staff.
Our sales rep, Shawn, was absolutely amazing. Super friendly and personable! I will be requesting him when my husband and I go back to Ashley's to refurnish our bedroom!
We made the mistake of purchasing a sectional from this location and after our experience, it will be the last time we purchase anything from Ashley. Long story short, after waiting something like 8 weeks for our sectional to be delivered, it arrived broken. The rear brace was crushed. Ashley wanted to repair our brand new sectional, rather than simply replace it. No thank you. We paid for a new piece of furniture, therefore we expected a new, whole piece of furniture. It took a great deal of hassle dealing with Ashley in person and over the phone. We even had a representative hang up on us during a phone call. Terrible customer service. We literally had to battle with them to get them to replace this damaged sectional. If you insist on purchasing from Ashley (which I do not recommend), try the Orem location. They were actually willing to try to help us without any fuss, although, in the end, they couldn't due to us making the initial purchase at the Draper location. We finally had the piece replaced. During their first attempt at replacing the broken sectional, they brought the wrong piece. Then the final attempt brought a replacement sectional that was also flawed, but we just accepted it out of exhaustion and a desire to be finished dealing with them. At any given time, take a look at Ashley's parking lot then look over at RC Willey. Ashley will likely be empty while RC Willey is packed. There is a reason for this.
The sales rep was very kind to work with. The selection was great at the store and we got exactly what we wanted. The only down side was it took several months to get our couch. I know that has to do with manufacturing being shut down for several months, but if they could be more accurate with timing. For example, they told me it would take 9 weeks, it took much longer than that. I would prefer they say 12 weeks, then if it comes sooner I would be happier.
Sales Rep Courtney Peel was absolutely amazing. My daughter and I went in for a bed and dresser and we ended up wondering the whole store buying lots of things we needed for our new house. Courtney was very patient while we ran him around through the store picking items out. He got everything we wanted set up for delivery that met our needs. He went above and beyond to explain everything we needed to know! Thank you Courtney and Ashley Furniture.
My dad has 1 lung and cant wear a mask and they kicked him out of the store for his medical condition. I was planning on buying some couchs but now I will never shop there.
Really bad service 👎. We stay here almost an hours ago but no one help anything.
Very bad customer service I paid $1800 for sofa set and table. But my living room space isn’t enough I didn’t even open the table set still in box but Ashley refused to refund money or exchange with smaller size. Not recommending to anyone. Probably have to take legal action if they don’t fix the issue
Horrible experience with an online order. Waited over a month for delivery and now it is pushed back yet another week. Customer service experience was very negative. I wouldn't buy furniture from them again.
Good selection, but most of the staff were wearing their masks below their nose. Nothing like being cavalier about the safety of others to encourage me to find other places to buy my furniture.
