Had a very nice experience in the store in Draper. Our couch was delivered a couple of days later. After the delivery men left, we noticed that the back of the couch had a weird red spot and a tear on it. Immediately called the store and was told to call their warranty department to have a technician come look at it. A technician has never come. Only half of the feet for our couch were delivered as well. We have spoken to the warranty department multiple times, called the store, and gone into the store to speak with them about this. Everyone gives us the runaround. It's been a month since we received our couch, and we still have only half of the feet and the red stain with the tear under it! Nobody will help us! We've been told 3 times now that someone will call us the next day, and nobody does! The lady that we spoke with in the store tonight was incredibly rude and condescending. We have sent pictures as we've been asked, waited on hold for over an hour, been hung up on, and emailed the warranty department multiple times!!! Don't waste your time or money on Ashley furniture! Do the smart thing and go to RC Willey instead. We sure wish we had! They take care of their customers! We have even just asked to return the couch, and they refuse to let us do so!!!

I had the pleasure of meeting Thad a few days ago, while shopping for a new couch and rugs. He was so patient and kind, and had a great personality. I ended up getting exactly what I needed, I’m so happy I stopped by Ashley that day!! Wonderful experience.

I have nothing but good things to say about my first time buying furniture from Ashley! The salesman Shawn was very helpful, and the delivery was quick and extremely well handled! They even took away all the boxes and wrapping. I was very pleased with everything from start to finish!

I had come in previously and knew what I wanted. All I needed to do was call my salesman so he could put the order in. I could not get a hold of him. No one would pick up the phone!!!!!! Infuriating. So I had to travel all the way to Ashley to talk to him. While there, I had to text a picture to my daughter to show what I bought her. The text would not go through inside the building until I went out into the parking lot!!!! Seriously?! On the positive side, my salesman, Rex Jensen, was awesome.
