The sales manager was very friendly & helpful. However, I went in a second time to finalize a purchase and the guy who helped me was not friendly and quite discourteous. After making the purchase, we discovered that Ashley does not ship from one warehouse to another so I had to cancel my out of state order and he did not even apologize or approach me to finalize the cancellation. Had someone else do it and went and sat on a couch with his coworkers instead.

We ultimately bought a very nice reclining sofa. Sales rep was ok. But if you buy from Ashley be prepared for the expensive delivery and setup fee. We surprised to see a $299 delivery fee which more than wiped out the small discount on the sofa itself. We live about 6 miles from the Ashley store.

I.m sure most of the sales force is great but we got Jake instead. A well manicured person but needs training on how to talk to people. We liked the furniture options and had them picked out via our web search, we just needed to see the actual colors instead of relying on the web. When my wife asked if one of the pieces was in stock, he replied, "I.ll check when your serious about buying". My wife and I were like, "What? Where did that come from?" This guy's an idiot. Yes, we were very serious. We were looking for 7 pieces of furniture for our house that we had been renovating. We didn't say anything rude back, just thanked him for his time. But that opened the door to look elsewhere as we won.t be back

Super upset about my recent experience. I have been begging for a new sectional forever. We went to Ashley and purchased one. I will say the salesman was great and very good at his job. We waited longer than we liked to get it but understand that it takes what it takes. One piece had a large hole on the back where it rubbed on the frame during shipping. We rejected that piece and requested a new one. They repeatedly pushed sending a tech out to repair it. I didn’t want a repaired one. I wanted one in NEW condition. I paid NEW price for it. I saved forever. They took it away. They said that I would have a replacement in 24 hours. Nope. I got a hold of someone and a delivery date for 2 weeks later. They brought me back the EXACT SAME PIECE only with the hole super glued together. I called again and they basically said they would pencil me in to talk to someone in the next 3 days. Thanks. Glad you appreciate my business.🙄
