First of all.... Hannah and Tyler are amazing and deserve a raise. I'm a 53yr old single carpenter. I've always wanted a nice bedroom set. I called every furniture store and told them my speil. When I spoke with Hannah she listened to me and said "Come here last because I am the one that will help you find what you want".... something like that. I'm a buyer not a shopper. She was the perfect person for me. I had some questions and concerns. Tyler not only helped me with this...he helped me load a mattress and frame in my truck. Because of these two amazing individuals is the only reason I am sending this post.☀️

Why does it take an hour to buy a freaking living room set? I'm paying with my Ashley account...and your "new system" is confusing every employee in the store. I'll go spend my thousands of hard earned money across the street. DO BETTER

Lost the excitement in my purchase. I've put off buying a couch for 3 years and decided its finally time... I purchased a couch for pick up besmxayse the saleman said it woyld be 3 weeks then I decided I wanted it delivered when I called the store I was immediately directed to the "offshore" team and they kept telling me I needed to call the store to make changes, I explained ti them I did call the store number and that I was at work and did not have time to keep calling and that I live an hour away from the store to just go there. Later I tried and every time I was immediately sent to offshore when I finally got one of the offshore to understand what I was saying she sent me a new sales order with the delivery charge and a link that went to synchrony I figured I was good until the next day I got a message to schedule my PICKUP.. what!!! Now to start the whole process all over.. When I called I got offshore again and sighing... frustrated at this point I tell the guy im ready to cancel the order and man was he ready to jump right on that.. hold on not yet... I try the store AGAIN.. now I'm looking to go to a local store so I call there to see if they have the same i and what do you know I spoke to a LIVE LOCAL person and she was SOO helpful she even tried to contact Ashley for me. I wish I would have went there in the first place and the the item had been in stock. had I known ASHLEY doesn't care about there customers just the $$$ and now im stuck with couch if I ever get it let's just hope it's good quality.

Customer service at this location needs major improvement, starting with management. We were ready to purchase a couch as well, but the next day we decided to try a different location, and they were wonderful. They took the time to explain all of our concerns, and we ended up making our purchase there solely because of their amazing customer service.
