I went into this store hoping to find a decent bed which I did unfortunately I found in decent sales rep by the name of Jack he told me that the bed that I want it was already in the warehouse and assured me that I would have it in two weeks The only reason I bought the bed. No a month later I’ve gotten three different notices that it would be in the warehouse on August 4, August 11, now August 15 not only am I angry but now I have to go through the process of getting my money back there is no compensation for loaning my thousand dollars And who knows it might even take longer because it’s on back order do not go here bunch of cheapskate lying salesman

We were looking for a dining room table set. Rex Jensen was our salesmen and he was fantastic. He is very knowledgeable about our furniture needs. We bought a dining room table set. Service was great and he wasn't pushy. He truly listen to our needs. If you go to Ashley furniture look him up.

Abysmal customer service in pretty much every possible way, including online customer service and the in-store customer service rep I spoke with. After a huge hassle getting my shipping address changed, the furniture was delivered to the wrong address anyway and customer service is practically non-existent. In short - do yourself a favor and order from any other furniture store other than Ashley. Due to changes in my living situation, I had to change the delivery address of my $1,900 order about a week after purchase. I first called the listed customer service number and waited over an hour to try and speak with an agent but wasn't able to speak with anyone. I then contacted online chat customer service and requested a delivery address change. The rep told me that the address had been updated but just to be sure I contacted them again the next day to make sure it was updated. The new rep I talked to gave me the updated address, but it had been entered incorrectly by the previous customer service rep. I was again assured that the address had been updated and that I was good to go after they listed back the address in the system. Here's the kicker: On the day of my delivery my furniture was delivered to the old address instead of my new apartment. At this point I was pretty upset and wanted some kind of refund for the absurd $200 delivery/assembly charge since it was not delivered to the right address and no assembly was done. I was able to get through to phone customer service and they told me I would have to directly contact the Draper store. I attempted to contact the Draper store 4 different times by phone and wasn't able to get through. I ended up having to drive 30+ minutes to the store to speak with anyone. The customer service rep that I spoke to in-store was unsympathetic, curt, and frankly rude to me. When I told her that online chat customer service told me that the address had been updated, she acted like I should have known that I couldn't update a delivery address through the online portal and that it could only be done through the original store. How on earth am I supposed to know that that isn't possible when I was told by 2 separate online customer service reps that the delivery address had been updated? I was eventually able to get $100 dollars refunded, but that was hardly worth the giant headache of poor customer service, wasted time, and the fact that I still have to transport my large furniture from my old address to my new one. Not to mention I'll have to do my own assembly. Ashley furniture obviously has huge systemic issues with their customer service and I tried to raise those concerns with the rep, but she was completely uninterested, hand-wavy, and obviously wanted me out of her hair as soon as possible. I'll be telling everyone I know who is looking to buy furniture to avoid Ashley like the plague.

Using Synchrony is a bad partner for financing, we ended up paying cash. Our sales agent I would give a 4. Very kind and helpful.

I won't step in Ashley furniture store again because I don't trust them. I purchased over a $1000.00 items at Draper, Utah store on May 26, 2022, they promised to gave me $100.00 as complimentary as a master card within three to four weeks, I waited for a month then I tried to call their store in Draper, after 20 minutes they gave me another number to call, after I called that number they told me to text them and after I became snow ball then, the y told me to wait another four to six weeks!! now almost end of July with no result and extremely bad management for customer service

Deceptive Marketing, Abysmal Customer Support, Clueless Salesman, No Resolution Deceptive Marketing: Ashley was running a promotion over Memorial Day weekend offering a 10% price reduction. After we found a bedroom set we liked at the Draper Ashely Home Store we were informed that we would get 10% off the price of the entire set. It was not after several questions that we learned that this discount would come via a Master Card that should arrive via email “within” 3 weeks of taking delivery of our furniture. 3 weeks passed after we picked up all pieces of the bedroom set, and I tried to inquire about the master card. I was informed that I needed to wait 4-6 weeks before they would help me. So, I waited 6 weeks. I inquired again and was told to wait until after 8 weeks. This feels like a scam with Ashley contracting with Elite Rewards, which allows each company to point fingers at the one and blame them for everything wrong. Super Frustrating to feel lied to! And, still no master card! Abysmal Customer Support: When I tried to call Ashley, I found myself getting an automated system that would run me through the ringer with questions and no real person. Several times I ended up getting hung up on. Once I finally got through to someone, I found myself talking to someone with very poor English and terrible reception that I could not understand. I tried using their email contact, and received automated responses, I tried their chat function and never got any response. I also tried their text messaging system and got minimal help “I will reach out to management” whatever. Clueless Salesman: During the transaction our salesman said the bed rails would not be available at the same time as the rest of the set so he cluelessly put the rails on a separate ticket. So I ended up with two invoices, and two receipts when purchasing one bedroom set. A few days later I got a voicemail form Ashley that they were auditing my invoice and said that my bed rails were missing so they added them to the invoice. This action set off a myriad of issues with the warehouse team when we tried to pick up our furniture. Even after getting all our furniture I ended up getting multiple emails, and phone calls telling me that I still needed to pick up my bed rails. Each time I tried to tell them that I already had picked them up. Several phone calls (super difficult to talk to a real person) resulted in more emails and phone calls and emails with no help. No Resolution: To this day, I am still waiting for my supposed 10% discount coming via a master card. I keep trying to contact them and it just feels like a dark black hole of nothing in terms of support. Next time and all times going forward, I will just use RC Willey for my furniture purchases!
