Worst place ever never received my refund when I exchanged my mattress for a different one
November last year At Layton store spending a lots money on furniture and insurance 12k, I purchased 2 more chair ashley wanna charge $180 delivery my wife says no I’ll pick up in salt lake, the people working there are so rude with her and the chair come in a box, also I have 4 chair in my house after 4 months following a part If I can I’ll return everything back unfortunately I can’t Never again I’ll buy nothing. Also the sale manager Kate Smith she’s not very nice with me Don’t recommend Ashley for nobody
Never order from this place. They are on their 6 FAILED appointment for deliver. SIX!!!!! I have spent over 15 hrs on the phone. Told someone would call me back no one does. They apparently were lost today and couldnt find my house but didnt bother to call. Todays appointment was supposed to be first a poorly manufactured item. WORST COMPANY EVER. Go to RC Willey. Anywhere is better than this place. They do not care about their customers. They dont even care about doing anything to fix an issue.

We order a new bed and mattresses. They tell us 3 weeks for delivery. Ok cool. 3 weeks later they show up with a bed frame and no mattress. And i had to call the store to ask about mattress. They had no idea. Put me on hold for 20 minutes then to tell me they don't have any in stock. So now i have a bed frame in my house with no bed still. Lousy customer service. Made for an extremely awkward encounter with the driver. So thanks Ashley for the xtra care and attention you give to your customers for their 4k purchase.. Update 12\30.. Delivered my mattress today.And while bringing in mattress they broke my screen door. On a positive note. Sealy beds are fantastic.
Pretty legit selection of merchandise and a knowledgeable staff. Not very pushy and willing to give my family space as we walked around.
Good price and nice sales people. Almost bought a sofa but other store had a just a little bit better deal. I'll definitely check there when I need a new furniture again
Read the reviews for their warehouse especially if you are purchasing to pickup at the Warehouse. Be prepared to wait in line for easily over an hour to pick up your purchase there. Horribly inefficient system. Also, no returns once you leave the warehouse so everybody unwraps and unboxes their purchases to inspect for damage further slowing down the log jam of a pickup process
Great employees! Our salesman Brock helped us out a lot! He helped us found the exact table we wanted and informed us of the holiday savings going on. Very clean and orderly store with plenty of employees to help!
The sales representative was good to answer my questions and assist me with meeting my needs. It was an overall good experience. He was patient while I tried to figure things out even though it was right at closing time. He stayed late to finalize the details of the sale.
Had to change my review.. what started with a great hassle free experience has become a joke... the day my order was to show up, nobody came, nobody called... next day I call them, they tell me oh it's backordered till next month, wasn't happy, went into the store I get told it would be there in 2 weeks instead, two weeks today they show up with some extra parts, but not enough to fulfill my order... what a joke!!! Hopefully they make up for all this hassle... update: they will refund me some money..
I got a rocker/recliner for my mother for an amazing deal! They beat the prices of the other furniture places I checked and the quality and comfort of the chair are great!

I purchased 4 barstools in approximately July of this year. Three of the stools deteriorated over time as to become unusable. Technicians came out three times and attempted repairs. They were unable to repair them and claimed the stools experienced normal wear and tear. I disagree. Furniture should not break down so bad as to be completely unusable in 4 months. After dealing with customer service, I was transferred to a representative at the Layton store where I bought the furniture. The gentleman I spoke with told me there was nothing he could do since the technicians determined that the stools broke due to normal wear and tear. The resolution I requested was a refund or store credit and this request was denied. My understanding is that Ashley furniture stands by their furniture with a one year warranty. I do not believe Ashley is being fair in this case, so I believe potential shoppers should know how Ashley treats customers who purchase furniture That ends up being in my view defective.
Bought a sectional, nice price, & Brayden our salesman was very personable, kind & knowledgeable.
