We worked with Dana and she was fantastic!!! She went above and beyond and we could not have had a better experience
I worked with both Lexi & Dylan! They were extremely helpful without being pushy or overbearing. We are moving out of state soon & wanted to get furniture set before we left- they worked with me to find products that I love & that will arrive before we leave! This is my second big purchase at Ashley & I will definitely be back again!
Great people and prices. The furniture selection is larger than expected.
We had a great experience with this location. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Dylan was great!
Salesperson was so helpful and friendly. Pretty good selection.
Great experience at the Layton Ashley Homestore! The salesman(Zach) who assisted us, was very helpful and knowledgeable and was available anytime we had questions. He wasn't pushy or hovering and gave us plenty of space and time to wander around. I would definitely recommend going to him!
Recently moved to Utah and needed furniture. Looked at many sites online and decided to visit Ashley Home Store in Layton. What an awesome decision. Garrett (Sales Associate) and Spencer (Sales Manager) were awesome. We got everything we needed and had a blast doing it. No heavy pressure, just helpful, courteous and informative. If you are looking for furniture in the region, look up Garrett at Ashley. Our family highly recommends him.
Zac and Dylan are awesome!! They made the process of buying a new sectional a really pleasant experience and were very knowledgeable and helpful!! I would highly recommend working with either of them :)
Friendly, helpful staff. They staid after hours to assist us, without guilt.
This place is amazing, I went in yesterday and was just planning to to check it out, but honestly I ended up getting all I actually needed thanks for the help that Miss Heather gave me she was very friendly since I walked in and she took a huge stress off me, I defiantly recommend it and if you are planning on going in ask for heather she is the freaking best!!!
Love the selection at this location and the layout. Staff was super helpful in price matching on the website. We felt like we got a great deal and the checkout process was a lot smoother compared to other places. Staff were not pushy and honest about wait times for some of the furniture.
Nice store, and we hit a nice sale, 50% off for what we were looking for.
It would have been a 5 star but I don't need a random CSR explaining 2nd amendment rights, guns, and a Trudeau conspiracy theory. She was nice and efficient but I don't care to hear about anything personal and I don't want to answer personal questions.
Poor customer service went there with intentions to buy not one person came up to assist me after nearly an hour
Purchased a dining room set & leather sectional on 3/20. $5500 total. Was told it would be a month. Month goes by and I get a call saying both items are backordered and it will be another month. May comes by, they call a week before my delivery to tell me my order is still on back order but FOR SURE it will be here in June. Here we are in June. Called them 3x and was told my order is ready to go. Sunday I get a call that my couch is not available. We were so fed up we bought a sectional from a private seller that day. Then Monday I get another call saying my table and couch will be delivered. (Ok we’ll see.) Wednesday I get a call from the store saying my table won’t be delivered but everything else will be. I asked why and it was because they needed to inventory it and make sure there was no damage and I would have it by Saturday or Monday next week. Today, they delivered 6 chairs (I ordered 4 chairs and a bench) one chair was damaged. My sectional? They brought me one piece out of the 4. Yeah. So after 3 months of excuse after excuse, I cancelled. I asked if my table would arrive like promised and was told yet again it was backordered. Shocker!! Funny thing is, I asked for a cancellation form to be emailed to me.. it was a damaged furniture form. That’s it. So I’ll be dealing with this tomorrow at the store, 8 months pregnant. Even the delivery guy said he doesn’t buy his furniture from Ashley because 9/10 times there’s always something wrong. Don’t go there. Your best bet is a private furniture seller on ksl. At least then you ACTUALLY get your items.
Do not buy here !!! Ordered a couch was told 6-8 weeks, now they are adding additional 6-8 weeks. With no compensation just a sorry that’s the way things are right now. You spend over a grand on a couch it’s not acceptable to wait more than 8 weeks. 12-16 weeks is unreasonable. Please please go to Rcwilley they are quick and have better customer service.
Bought a bed set 8 weeks ago and was time for it to be delivered last week and they brought the wrong side rails. Schedule for another delivery and they came today, and guess what? The wrong side rails again. I am done shopping at Ashley, I have them a second chance after messing up in 2019. Save the heart ache and go to rc willey.
I paid for a couch at the end of April. Still not delivered. Keep getting a later date for delivery each time I call. Just about ready to ask for a refund. When they tell you that you are getting a discount they're LYING. LOOK up before you agree. Shame on you Ashley Furniture
My husband and I went to Ashley Furniture on March 6th and purchased 2 full bedroom sets for our daughters. We were told they were a few weeks out and set a date for early April for delivery. Never received a phone call. Called the store and we were told part of our order was on back order (originally everything was in stock) we set a new date for early May. Again, no phone call. We went into the store (Wednesday, May 19th) 3 days ago and we were told they had everything but a lamp, a throw blanket and the mattresses in for our order. We canceled the mattresses and went to Big Lots and purchased mattresses that were in stock. Canceled our mattresses and asked for everything else to be delivered today (Saturday). When the delivery driver showed he explained that they didn’t have the bed rails for one of the beds and the other bedroom set wasn’t complete because the dresser was severely damaged. The rails for the one bed that they did have were damaged. They said they’ll set up a call to have a repairman come out to fix the rails on the damaged footboard. We were told we would receive a phone call about the damaged dresser and it’s been hours and still no call. We have two incomplete bedroom sets. One of which our child now has to sleep on the floor. When we called Ashley they told us that her bed rails won’t be in until the 7th of June. We asked for a manager and they said they’d call back and we haven’t received any call. We don’t know when we will get the dresser since they haven’t called us about that either. When we purchased two full bedroom sets they said they’d thrown in comforter sets as part of the deal which out daughters picked out and those were not included either. I would highly suggest you DON’T purchase from this store. As someone who worked in retail for 12 years, don’t promise what you can’t deliver. Missing bedrails, missing dresser, missing comforter sets. Two incomplete bedroom sets. Very disappointed with this place.
Employees lecture you about wearing a mask when you enter even though 99% of Utah businesses are now not requiring you to wear one. Then as you walk around you see half their employees not even fully wearing theirs?? Don't need that garbage. Go to RC Willey's, way better selection.
The sales reps at the Layton location are great. Ashley HomeStore customer service on the other hand... awful!!! I expected delays in delivery due to Covid-19, but it took MONTHS to finally get the couches I bought. They wouldn’t deliver inside or install them because of their picky delivery requirements. I was able to put one couch together without too much trouble. The instructions were pretty much useless, but it wasn’t too hard to figure out how to put them together. However! One of the back rests came not fully assembled. I contacted the store who referred me to customer service. They took a few days to contact me, they were unclear on the parts I needed and asked for emailed pictures of the missing parts. After over a week there is still no response and no resolution of any kind! I’ve contacted customer service a few times who said they’re waiting on their parts department. I’ve waited way to long to get the couches and be able to use them. They are absolutely giving me the run around and I’m stuck with a useless couch. I will not buy from this store again, nor would I recommend it to anyone.
