Great furniture shopping store. Lots to choose from. The only reason why it's 4 stars, the staff was a little too overbearing. Leave me alone while I'm looking. Don't follow me around while I'm searching.

DON'T GET THE WARRANTY!!! My family bought 3 couches 3 years ago and had some cracking in the leather. Ashley assured me that everything, but scissors and pet claws was covered. NOT TRUE!!! Very little was covered (GBS warranty 👎). Very unhappy and will NEVER buy from Ashley again.

Best experience at a furniture store and with a sales rep. Went into the store worried I'd break the bank no matter how low they could go, and instead left feeling incredibly comforted with what I got. For any future furniture purchases, I'll definitely go back. I'd leave 10 stars if I could. Would reccomend Ashley's, along with Eric Russel as the sales rep.

Placed an order for a large TV stand. Was told we could pick it up in sveral days (before leaving on a trip out of state). The saleman was very kind and knowledgeable. He matched the sale price from their on line site. He was very helpful. Today I received a text stating the item was backordered and I had to reschedule the pickup. With having to wait until my trip was done, I decided to cancel my order. I called the store and was told they would not cancel it unless I went to the store. I went and cancelled it!

The purchase in-store was quick, easy, and seamless. Our product was available at the local Ashley warehouse, so we opted to save the delivery fee and pick it up. We waited in the car-to-pick-up line for an hour. *Even better- we watched a guy “jump the line” by paying the loaders at the dock cash and get his stuff before the people in front of him.

I bought a couch from Colton, he was nice during the purchase. When I picked up the couch at the wharehouse I asked the loaders to open the couch before they loaded it but they said it was fine and if anything was wrong to bring it back for a new one. I told them I wanted to see it but they said it was too busy and they needed to move onto the next person waiting and they take care of the furniture. When I got home and took it out of the wrapping and packing I saw the arm was broken. I called the store and tried to return it and they said they have a zero refund policy. I told them they gave me a broken couch when I paid for a new couch, they said the best they can do is have me return the couch to the wharehouse and they could fix it. I told the rude lady on the phone I did not want a broken fixed couch I wanted a new couch. They said it was a good thing I bought the warranty otherwise it wouldn't have been fixed...WHAT!?! The next day I went into the store and talked to Colton and he apologized said that was horrible customer service from the sounds of it and I must have dealt with someone from the call center in Arizona and they have a bad reputation, he led me to the back of the store to a lady at a computer and said she will help get this taken care of for you and he explained to her I had an over the phone horrible customer service experience about my broken couch. She then looked up my account while he was standing there and she said oh, that was me you spoke to on the phone yesterday. He walked away immediately and I was told yet again the best they can do is have me return it to the warehouse and get it repaired. I explained I bought a new couch and with a brake in the couch arm from the get go and then repaired the chances of it breaking again are much higher. I just want a quality couch that I paid for. She said sorry there wasn't anything they could do. Colton said he was sorry about the broken couch but obviously nothing could be done except getting it repaired he said I bought the warranty so a repair man could come to my house and I told him the lady said I had to return it to the wharehouse to get fixed and he said, "well yeah the first repair you have to take to the wharehouse"....WHAT?!? This has been a headache and I will NEVER buy from Ashley furniture again.

I understand that courtesy delivery times are not guaranteed. It says it on every piece of paper. 1. When you get told by sales rep Edwin that it will be delivered in a 3 hr window. 2. You get a text message saying delivery time between 830 and 1230 do you accept? Reply yes. 3. The delivery center telling you on the phone at 1245 that your "accepted delivery time" was 230 to 630, not 830 to 1230, couch shows up at 340. 4. The delivery center then says they will compensate us for not letting us know they changed our delivery time, to call back after we receive the couch. 5. Call back after we got the couch and they said nothing is in there notes about it, that the store will make it right. 6. The store manager cade or kade's answer to everything was "its not a guaranteed delivery time, things happen and he has never or will never compensate for any mix ups" 7. Cade or kade then says "your happy with the couch, you got it right? So I dont get what your wanting" 8. I tell him I want a full refund, I dont want the couch anymore. He says "no you signed for it so after you sign there are NO refunds, NO returns, NO exchanges, its yours" So basically the sales people lie to get you to buy whatever your looking at. We all know how salesmen are. Then the delivery time texts are pointless, they dont deliver on time. The delivery center knowingly lied to me a couple times with a compensation after we receive the couch knowing once I sign its mine and there is no refunds. The store manager cade or kade gets really defensive instantly and refuses to make anything right, he pretty much shuts down once your upset. Lesson in all of this, read every line on your paperwork, dont rely on the store people to tell you the truth about anything upfront, they will happily tell you the truth after some issues pop up and it screws you over, dont rely on the delivery center either, they are crooks and will say whatever to make you happy and hang up with them, dont bring an issue up to this manager, he dont care. Every time they have a "sale" check their website because the store special sale price is usually the normal sale price on their website, just another way this store rips honest people off. If you still insist on shopping here I suggest you use your cell phone and film the entire shopping experience, so when they lie and screw you over, you have proof and post it on social media and send it to the local news stations, this will help weed out the rats at this store and their delivery center and in the end bring this store back to its glorious honest days from the past. 4 years ago I ordered furniture for my whole house from this store and it was a completely opposite experience. They were honest, they helped, they even gave me multiple discounts for paying in cash and one for where I work. They took care of me, they pretty much made me go to them for any other future furniture needs. They had top customer service. Alot has changed at this store in the last 4 years. Do not shop here, you are better off going anywhere else.

I really appreciate a sales man can fit you with your choice and have options in your decision, then sell you your set without having to wait in line. A sales man is with you from start to finish and that’s curb side service.
