☆☆☆☆☆☆Buyer beware☆☆☆☆☆ Please read all of the terrible reviews before purchasing anything.. They make it really easy for you to give them money but good luck actually getting furniture, These people are dishonest and have no idea how to run a business.. I ordered a living Room set more than a month ago which by the way I still do not have, They have had every excuse in the book, I've had to go back into the store 6 separate times The last time because they called and asked me to verify what furniture I wanted..are you kidding me? After a month They don't even know what I ordered?? After speaking with corporate it sounds to me like the manager here has a fishy way of invoicing, I still cannot get an invoice that shows what I paid the only proof I have is what they took out of my bank account.. These people are highly dishonest, If you are unfortunate enough to do business with them all I can say is do not pay for your furniture until you receive it. It's pretty badd when buying a furniture set is more difficult than buying a house.. I will never do business with these people again if they were the last furniture store in the state I would build my own.

It was a great experience with Mo at Ashley furniture. The staff was so wonderful, helpful and very friendly. They did everything to make sure I was happy. I will always go to Ashley! Thank you so much for my new bedroom

Mo was so awesome to work with. I usually hate the experience of going and buying furniture because usually salesman are so aggressive and don’t let you breath and look around yourself. Mo gave us the time to look around and decide what we wanted. They had a great sale going on and in my opinion he helped us get an even better deal for the whole package. We are building a house so I have not received the furniture yet because the house is not done but so far my experience has been so great and I can’t wait till the furniture is set up. I would recommend Ashley to anybody. See Mo you won’t be disappointed with his great personality and his knowledge and experience.

The actual sale and purchase was incredibly smooth, but delivery has been unprofessional and aggravating. I guess since they have our money now they just don’t care. “Premium delivery and set up” was quite a bit more expensive than expected, and definitely not worth it. We absolutely love the sectional, and the sales person at the store was fantastic. Shame that it’s been tainted by awful delivery.

We've had to drive to this store several times now to handle things that easily can be done over the phone. I'm not sure what century this store is stuck in.

The salesmen are obnoxious. The delivery people do not call ahead, despite what they tell you. Nothing can be handled over the phone with this store, you HAVE to drive to the store to handle anything to do with your order.

We recently moved to the area and financed a large amount of furniture from here. We ordered about 8 different large items, and there has been a problem with every single one of them. They've charged us for things we didn't purchase, overcharged for things we did purchase, delivered the wrong bed frame, rescheduled deliveries countless times, forgot to deliver our dishes with our other items and had to ship them, and now when they delivered the correct bed frame they did not bring any hardware to put it together (what???) We had to wait a week for hardware to come in the mail, it just now arrived and is the wrong hardware for our frame and not enough of it. At this point we have waited over 6 weeks for our bed frame because it has been nothing but mistake after mistake. I regret doing business here. Especially with what we are spending, I am very disappointed by the number of problems we've had.

The employees at this location are awesome!! They genuinely care about their customers and want to make sure you leave happy. My fiance and I are moving to Utah from Washington. We decided to take a look around for a new couch. I found the one I loved and proceeded to purchase it without doing the proper measurements of our apartment. The couch ended up being too big. I went into the store the following day, and they helped me find a couch similar that I also really liked. The only issue, my fiance didn't like the color. Since I was only visiting for the weekend, I did not have time to go back to the store and exchange the sectional for a new one. So, I went into an Ashley furniture store in Washington. I found a sectional that my fiance and I both really liked. After spending two hours there and being made to feel like a huge inconvenience, I left frustrated but feeling like everything was taken care of. I was told i would hear from the Layton store the following day to determine a new delivery date. I didnt receive a phone call or an email. I ended up calling the Layton store two days later to make sure everything was okay. They had no record of an exchange on my account. This was very frustrating as I had spent two hours in the Washington location for them to do the exchange, which should have been simple, just to be told nothing had even been done and I paid for a second down payment! In the end, the layton store was very professional and extremely helpful. They were understanding of my situation and did all they could to ensure I was happy with my purchase. It was completely my fault that I was even in that situation, but the Layton location went above and beyond to help me out. Sadly I cant say the same for the Washington location... Thank you sooo much Layton Ashley HomeStore!!

Went in to select some furniture needs before a big sale tomorrow. Guess Ashley decided to allow the stores to start early - today! My sales guy, Rich, introduced himself and showed me where everything I want was located. When we found something we liked, he took a picture of the item and price tag while we continued shopping. Once everything was done, he totalled up everything, called for delivery dates, and made sure all sales prices were correct. Turns out they had everything in stock and could deliver tomorrow! Even happy with five year extended warranty on everything we bought. No pressure, store was exceptional clean, and Rich was friendly as could be without being a pushy salesman. I'll definitely be returning.

I bought furniture in the store, but my English was not good. Mo patiently introduced the furniture to me. I bought furniture and went home. I didn't understand some questions. The next day, I went to the store to ask them after work. I thought they would find me troublesome, but they didn't. Kate and her colleagues were extremely patient to help me explain. Due to my poor English, we spent a long time, and they were patient to help me solve my problems after work. I am very grateful to them. All their staff are very nice
