This store has been very difficult to work with. My wife and I bought a sectional here and had it delivered to our house. Upon delivery they broke the light above the door and snapped the back frame on a portion of the couch, Luckily they took back the couch and brought back a new piece and we were able to make it work and they "fixed" the light by bending it back straight, I will say it did look pretty good though. About 13 months pass and a zipper pops on one of the cushions and it doesn't even have a pull tab where I can zip it close. The whole think ended up unraveling and it looked terrible. I called in after reading I didn't buy a warranty to buy a replacement cushion cover. The guy (Philippines) told me he processed the order but that I'd have to go in store to pay. I went to the store the next day to pay which is 30 minutes away and they could not in fact process the payment and told me to call again to process it over the phone and the guy gave me a number to call. I called the number the next morning and it was a place that was trying to sell me a Life Alert Necklace for old people, so I wasn't able to make a payment because I had the number wrong, I ended up trying a different number thinking the guy's hand writing may have been smudged and that worked, but in the meantime the cushion came and was the wrong cushion and had no cushion cover on it. So on my call the nice man apologized and sent me a photo to select the correct part and he sent me the correct parts free of charge since there had been so many issues. Now though I'm stuck with the wrong cushion and a bill for it, so I call in and a guy in The Philippines told me I still had to pay for one of the cushions (even though the other guy told me the new correct one was free) and that I could go in store again to process the return and figure out the payment situation. I made the 22 mile drive again to the store to be told again that they didn't have anyone there who could help me (four guys at the counter) and they told me to come back a different day when the customer service rep was there. Now I have driven to the store twice paying more in gas than what the original balance for the cushion was and have an outstanding balance on my account. I don't want to go back to the store either because the guy who wasn't there today when I went is the same guy who couldn't process my payment last time and now I'm concerned if I go to the store a third time it will happen again. But I still need to get rid of my balance and this stupidly large cushion. I will no longer buy any furniture from Ashley. Although the customer service team in the Philippines was nice the store front staff were not helpful and the delivery team broke the house we were staying in at the time and the couch, once this is resolved we will no longer shop with Ashley.

We purchased a sectional from Ashley Furniture 5 years ago. We were sold a "No Use, No lose" protection plan for $419.99, with the promise that if we didn't file a claim, we would receive the full purchase amount of $419.99 as a credit to our Ashley account. We never filed a claim and a few days before the 5 years were up we went into the store where we bought the plan to start the credit process. We were told we had to wait until after the five-year mark, but that it had to be processed before the end of the calendar year. After the five years passed, we returned to the store, selected new furniture to use the credit. However, we were told their manager had to process the credit and he was not working at the time. The claim would take 2 to 3 days and they would call us when the credit posted to the account. From there it turned to a complete nightmare. Over the course of six phone calls, we received different answers every single time. - One employee said no claim existed and resubmitted it. -Another said it had to go to through Protectall, and they denied it. I was give their phone number- the claim was never submitted to them and the promotion had to be processed by Ashley Furniture. -Ashley then said it was denied because it was expired! Their employee told me it had to be expired before it could be processed. -Ashley said it was sent to the "wrong department" and tried to submit again. Each time, we were told to wait 2-5 business days, only to hear NOTHING. I had to call back every single time. Looking back, there were red flags. One employee said they "couldn't pull it up due to a new system" and seemed surprised that I still had the original receipt and plan paperwork, even commenting on how unusual it was that I still had it. This experience feels intentionally exhausting- like they are trained to make customers give up. The amount of time and frustration required to claim something we paid for and qualified for is unacceptable. I will never shop at Ashley Furniture again. Their customer service is inconsistent, dismissive, and feels designed to avoid honoring their own promotions.

They have a great selection of couch sets at reasonable prices. They also offer good financing options, including no-interest options. My wife and I were very happy with our purchase and the experience we had at the store. The associate who helped us was very nice and helpful, explaining everything in detail and answering all our questions.

Denim was extremely helpful as we made our purchase over the phone. We had soaked to Keaton earlier in the day and he briefly showed us the table we were interested in. In the store, there seemed to be very few workers, and one of the older ones struggled to bring things up on the tablet.
