I paid and had furniture to be delivered on 12 December because that is the only day I have off and can make plans then all of a sudden on the 10th they text me and say they’re gonna be there in three minutes. I called back to explain him that I had plans for it to be delivered on Thursday number one the delivery drivers none of them speak hardly any English. I try to call Ashley And the call center as well, and no one knew how to speak English and I couldn’t understand them I told both of them to schedule it on the day of the 12th. Who we on the 12th nobody’s gonna deliver it today someone damaged the middle piece so now I gotta wait over a week for my furniture. This is the worst accountability I’ve ever seen any company run. Y’all need to have common sense if I say I want on the 12th as means I have a life and I’m busy on the other days so now I have to wait an extra week. So now me and my family get to sit on the floor for a week. I wouldn’t suggest anyone going here unless he fix their leadership and accountability and learn how to communicate!
Found exactly what we wanted and great prices! Dana at the Riverdale store was amazing to work with! She was very knowledgeable and helpful and never pushy or impatient. I will go to her for future purchases because she made it such a great experience!!

This is the most incompetent delivery team I've ever had to do business with. Ashley is a joke of a company that sells overpriced furniture and can't even have their own in house delivery. My $1800 couch was delivered on time, but they could not bring it in the house due to a railing that needed to be removed. We removed the railing later that night, and called to reschedule a new delivery date. 8 phone calls, 2 escalations, and 2 weeks later, we still haven't heard anything from the delivery team and everything we call customer service or escalation, they tell us the same BS. How long does it take to check an email? This delivery team needs to be reprimanded.

Misha was great to work with. I’m indecisive and think ALLOT before I actually buy something but I never felt pressured or rushed even after I came back 3 times haha. Delivery time is a little long, some things aren’t available until the end for about 6-8 weeks, but that’s not the fault of any employee.

Changed my review from 5 stars to 1 star following a ridiculously incompetent delivery team and horrible customer service. I have been directed by the Customer Care team to call the store for help, but the store number just routes me back to a corporate virtual assistant. It should not be this hard to talk to a human that actually works in the store. Trina (in-store sales) was awesome, but I have had a terrible experience after purchase. I had a 2 part order, 1st part got delivered fine. A week later the team delivering the 2nd part called and said they couldn't find my place (same apartment complex that was successfully delivered a week ago!). For the next 4 hours, I received countless texts and calls from people that didn't speak English and were very rude. For some reason they insisted that I (the customer) needed to meet them at a Walmart and then guide them to my place! Ridiculous. If you enter my address in any normal GPS, Apple, or Google, there are ZERO problems finding it. This is pure incompetence by Ashley. After wasting hours of my time, the team had the nerve to blame *me* for their own wasted time! I never got my delivery and have since tried to cancel the order rather than deal with these people again. But if course, the cancelation conveniently has to be approved by an in-store team....that I can't get a hold of.

Miss Tina was AWESOME. So nice, professional. I left feeling like we're besties. She helped us find the perfect comfy "Chair and a Half" with a matching oversized ottoman. I have been looking for a cozy reading chair on and off for 2 years now, and we've finally got it. Tina is great at her job. She was fun, had us laughing, but also gave us space to explore for ourselves. We had gone to a [competitor] just beforehand and felt like we were being followed a little too much the entire time we were there. Anyway. A great first-time experience with Ashley Furniture. We'll definitely shop here again, and I'll be calling ahead to make sure Miss Tina is there!
I went in today looking for a power recliner or theater chair with good lumbar support. I found one that seemed like it would work and I stood by it for 20 minutes without anyone asking if I needed help. I saw at least three employees that weren't doing anything as far as I could tell and a handful in the back of the store moving furniture around. The final straw for me was that Ashley doesn't have an exchange policy. I have a bad back and need something supportive and comfortable. You can't always tell after sitting for 10-15 minutes in store. I refuse to hand over $1000 for something I would be stuck with if it ended up hurting my back. I'll keep my business with RC Willey as they have a customer satisfaction guarantee. I would have went there initially but unfortunately they've closed their Riverdale location. I will not return to Ashley Furniture.

We explained to her what we were looking for and she quickly pointed out where we should look for them and gave us options. She was extremely friendly and helpful and we’re so glad we had her to show us around! She exceeded all expectations and we ended up walking out thrilled to be owners of a new couch! We came into the store to finish making up our minds on a mattress purchase, and to take advantage of a great financing deal that Ashley had running. Pete was very helpful and knowledgeable about the mattresses they had on display at the store, and was very kind even though we were anti-social at first (sorry!). After leaving us to lie on the display models for awhile, he helped us smoothly through the process, always with just the right balance of informing us of our options while not engaging in pushy upselling. He was really good at doing the math for the different payment options, etc., and I knew just what I was getting into with such a major purchase. Thanks for helping us get some good sleep!

I was grateful to find a recliner that I liked quite well and purchased it from this store, but the buying process was sadly lacking. I realized within minutes after the purchase that the price I thought I was going to pay was not the price that I did (I heard the associate wrong and should have clarified at the time apparently). So I called the store and talked to the sales associate, Steven, and he said he couldn’t give me the price I thought I was going to pay, but I had been approved by those higher up for $50 to go back on my credit card. I figured they were trying hard to work with me and while disappointed, I decided it would work with our budget. Steven promised he would send me an email confirmation that night of the money going back on my credit card in a few days. I have never received a confirmation and have never received the refunded money (ten days later). It’s only $50, so we will just eat it, but it does make me sad because we have plenty of other furniture to buy and I will be going elsewhere as it seems that Ashley doesn’t keep its word. It seems like they just say what you want to hear at the time, but they don’t follow through with it. I try really hard to get five star reviews on nearly every review I have ever left, as I believe people should be given the benefit of the doubt unless something really major happens, but this one just didn’t sit right with me Here’s to hoping we eventually do get our chair delivered in the coming days and it’s worth the extra money I ended up paying for it.

Had a wonderful experience with Dana, while shopping for a recliner and getting ready to have a surgery. When I arrived home from surgery, noticed that the recliner did not work for the type of recovery that I need. I called the store in Riverdale but Dana was not at the store. The lady on the phone was extremely dismissive and didn’t want to talk with me because I had already spoken with Dana. I decided to call the following day and speak with Dana directly. Dana was incredible, worked with us and our situation. There’s nothing better than to be going through an awful time in life and have someone show you love and care. I may just have to but all my furniture from Ashley’s from here on. The manager along with Dana made sure we were taken care of in the best way possible. To that I am very grateful!

Absolutely not. Stay away from these guys. Two weeks to repair a broken sofa we only had for one month. Two weeks after that for replacement delivery. Delivery no showed and they didn't tell us why. I just want to return the furniture and get a refund and they put me on hold for over 20 minutes (and counting). Stay away, stay away, stay away. Just to be clear, the workers are all very nice. Have been every time. But words don't fix poor work and poor service, unfortunately.

Riverdale location - Terrible customer service. My husband and I both wandered about this store for 45mins and NOT ONE sales person approached us. This was a Wednesday eve at about 6pm and there were probably 4 couples total in the entire store, including ourselves, so it was not busy at all. As we came in at the entrance a lady walked by us at the front door, not a smile, "hi, hello or welcome", I said she must not work here, but to my surprise she went to the right and went into the breakroom. We continued in and walked about, I began to wonder if their sales model was to have customers initiate first contact. So I walked about and kept looking at sectionals, but as the time went by and I noticed people walking right by me and not acknowledging us. I found this really strange. I walked by a large customer service desk and 2 employees were engaged in conversation, one sitting behind the desk and one stading infront of her with her back to me. The one standing turned around and looked at me and turned back to continue the convo, interesting I thought to myself. I still continued on, by this time my husband and I split up, he had our 2yr old and I had the baby. One lady walked by me with 2 customers, seems like she was closing a deal, she still didn't smile or even said hello. I get it, she was probably in game face mode thinking about her sale she's about to close. And I know it would be too much to ask for her to stop for a second and say "hi are you being helped? I can get someone to come and help you because I have customers right now". She walked by me like I was invisible, stone faced. At this point it's a game to me to see if I'm really being ignored, so I keep walking. A guy walked right by me and I said again he must not work here as I only saw him from behind. Another lady walked by me and kept her head straight and face emotionless, she was also walking with 2 customers, no acknowledgment. I checked in with my husband to see if he got any help ... NOPE. I say ok we're leaving. Then I see the same guy that walked by earlier and I decided to stop by this couch and start talking loudly to my husband about the couch and how I like it and the features and blah blah. STILL the rep ignores me, I must be invisible, so I stopped him and asked him "excuse me do you guys offer assistance in this store or is it up to the customers to ask for help" and he's stumbling over his words and then says "no how can I help". At that point I had already made up my mind that I would not be spending my money here. I asked him a few questions and he showed me 2 couches then we left. I know this is a long review but I had time today and I love leaving reviews, whether good bad or indifferent. Anyways, this experience left a bad taste in my mouth. I also know I could have gone up to any of the reps and asked for help but that's not what we're discussing today. Even Walmart has greeters at the door and welcome you with a smile. There is something to be said about welcoming a customer with a smile to your establishment. Make them feel welcomed so they want to spend their money. I know I'm never stepping inside another Ashley again and not just because of this experience but I also had a similar experience in a Ashley store in Illinois. RC Wiley and Living Spaces were very pleasant. I'll be purchasing from one of them. Someone please tell the team here to act accordingly.

DONT EVER SHOP AT ASHLEY FURNITURE, they delivered my furniture today and my mattress came stain and the bed frame was the wrong one and the dresser came scratch and they don’t open and close they get stuck. THEY USE A 3rd party to assemble the furniture which they don’t care about installing it correctly and they scratch it , the delivery driver also back up and hit my tree never shopping here

With the help of Julia we were able to buy our fist couch! So exciting!! She was so patient and kind as we tried to navigate and change our minds so many times. We found the perfect couch to match our house! I needed a bit more help about a 17 days later and Julia was so quick to answer the phone and help me over the phone! If everyone was as patient and kind as Julia the world would be a better place!

I went in the store this morning around 11:30. I was not greeted when I entered. I was looking for the clearance section, which I figured was in the back of the store. But when I got there, nothing was priced and I just wandered back to the front and left. During this whole time, not ONE salesperson spoke to me. I just closed on my house so I need furniture, guess Ashley doesn't need my money. Going to Living Spaces tomorrow. I hope they want my money.
I would ABSOLUTELY NEVER recommend shopping here. I made a purchase on a Saturday night just to discover the next day the mattress would not fit. I went back into the store and was told they could not cancel a transaction , how convenient! They said I had to call the corporate office. Okay I had to wait until Monday. I promptly called on Monday and NO ONE would answer the phone. I left messages. Called the store in Ogden back to talk about my problem. They assured me the order was cancelled. Its been almost 3 weeks and absolutely no cancellation has happened. My credit card is still charged the nearly 4 thousand dollars. I now have to dispute the charge. I implore you find another company. In the past Ashley has not been a problem, clearly they are moving to new tactics to hold onto your money and basically not serve you. If you have any issues, they simply will not be helped. I am forced to leave a single star to post this review, otherwise it would be ZERO. I wish you well on your furniture journey and do NOT under any circumstances recommend Ashley.
Jamie and Dana were exceptional with our buying experience today. We not only left with a great mattress, but they came up with a plan to have everything ready while waiting for our guests. Please ask for them. I can’t imagine anyone better!

Went to the new store on riverdale road. The saleswomen was nice. I purchased a twin over full bunk bed. They said it would be delivered in 4/30/24 and the charge to deliver and put the bed together would be $199 but that I could save $100 if I would go pick up the full mattress myself from the warehouse, which I did. However, on 4/30 when the made the delivery parts of the bed were missing and unavailable. I was told they would have the missing pieces in 7-10 days. On day 7 still no parts available on day 10 was told they would not be available til the end of may. Since 4/30 my 2 grandchildren both whom have autism have been sleeping on the floor as a result of their incompetence. They also left the pieces they did bring scattered in the room. I have requested that Ashley come and pick this bed up and refund my card and I have been told I have to wait 24-48 hours maybe even as long as 72 hours for them to make a decision for a refund. This should be a no brainer but this is the customer service you get when you deal with Ashley Furniture. I will no longer shop for any furniture needs at Ashley Furniture
We went in looking for a kitchen table. Mr Pete Gallego met us at entrance and greeted us. He asked what we were looking for. We told him a kitchen table and gave him our requirements. He took us around to several options and we provided feedback on those. He said he knew just wanted we needed And he was right. He showed us another option and it was perfect We were in and out in under an hour. He was professional, friendly and courteous. He knew his inventory and listened to our needs. A very pleasurable experience We highly recommend Pete Gallego to anyone looking for furniture.

The Ashley store in Riverdale is so nice. Steven helped me purchase a livingroom set so look him up when you go there! Only negatives are delivery is over 5 weeks out and you also can't just walk in and buy things. This is just a show room so if you buy something and don't want to pay a delivery fee, you have to go to Salt Lake and pick it up.

Ashley Furniture is absolutely the WORST place to ever buy furniture!! We bought bar stools & a kitchen table set from them back in August we noticed a part was missing on one bar stool so I called again & again & again & just now they are telling me that now it will be here in December and hen before it was supposed to be here in September 😡 seriously so annoyed that a company can be so dishonest & okay with their product going out incomplete I get there are mistakes but to do nothing about that for MONTHS is absolutely unacceptable. Not to mention how horrible the staff was in the beginning we were in the showroom for 30 minutes & no one welcomed us or said anything when we found what we wanted we had to go back to find someone to help us they took 15 minutes to come see us!

I purchased a console table/tv stand from the Layton Ashley Furniture. I watched the salesperson look up the model number on the floor model, however, when it was delivered it was the wrong piece. I called the local number on the salesman’s business card but it went to a call center where I was number 80 in-line to talk to someone. Luckily, they offer a call back. When they called back, I was told I had to take it to the store since it was a direct ship. My 85 year old mother and myself had to load this heavy piece of furniture into our car to return it to the store. At the store, while working with the manager, Spencer, he got a phone call from his boss. Instead of telling his boss he was with a customer, he preceded to talk with him for 10 minutes leaving us waiting. The manager looked up the model # on the piece of furniture in the same place the salesperson did; not sure how the wrong number was ordered initially. After everything was done, the furniture was reordered but with no compensation for my trouble. In fact, they charged me an extra penny to get it ordered. Now just keeping my fingers crossed that the right piece is delivered.
Shopping experience was okay. I was told I would have my furniture in 6 weeks, 8 at the most. Paid cash. 13 weeks later I was still waiting for my furniture and getting nowhere with customer service so I went to the store. They said it was still 2 weeks out at least, then they would have to schedule delivery and that would take longer. I asked for a full refund and they said it would take 2 weeks for me to get it because they had to issue a check and couldn’t give me my money back at the store. I’ve been waiting 3 weeks now for that refund check for my CASH PURCHASE, not to mention waited 13 weeks for furniture that they said would take 8 weeks at most before I canceled the order and requested the refund. They said the refund was processed the day after they placed the refund request yet here I am with no refund still. Just got off the phone with the store again and they couldn’t give me an answer where my check is. This place is a joke!! DON’T go here unless you just want the run around!!
Purchased a dining room set & leather sectional on 3/20. $5500 total. Was told it would be a month. Month goes by and I get a call saying both items are backordered and it will be another month. May comes by, they call a week before my delivery to tell me my order is still on back order but FOR SURE it will be here in June. Here we are in June. Called them 3x and was told my order is ready to go. Sunday I get a call that my couch is not available. We were so fed up we bought a sectional from a private seller that day. Then Monday I get another call saying my table and couch will be delivered. (Ok we’ll see.) Wednesday I get a call from the store saying my table won’t be delivered but everything else will be. I asked why and it was because they needed to inventory it and make sure there was no damage and I would have it by Saturday or Monday next week. Today, they delivered 6 chairs (I ordered 4 chairs and a bench) one chair was damaged. My sectional? They brought me one piece out of the 4. Yeah. So after 3 months of excuse after excuse, I cancelled. I asked if my table would arrive like promised and was told yet again it was backordered. Shocker!! Funny thing is, I asked for a cancellation form to be emailed to me.. it was a damaged furniture form. That’s it. So I’ll be dealing with this tomorrow at the store, 8 months pregnant. Even the delivery guy said he doesn’t buy his furniture from Ashley because 9/10 times there’s always something wrong. Don’t go there. Your best bet is a private furniture seller on ksl. At least then you ACTUALLY get your items.
Do not buy here !!! Ordered a couch was told 6-8 weeks, now they are adding additional 6-8 weeks. With no compensation just a sorry that’s the way things are right now. You spend over a grand on a couch it’s not acceptable to wait more than 8 weeks. 12-16 weeks is unreasonable. Please please go to Rcwilley they are quick and have better customer service.
I paid for a couch at the end of April. Still not delivered. Keep getting a later date for delivery each time I call. Just about ready to ask for a refund. When they tell you that you are getting a discount they're LYING. LOOK up before you agree. Shame on you Ashley Furniture
I bought a bedroom set a few years ago. The store was nice. However, came to deliver and they didn't. I decided to go to the warehouse and pick it up. Guess what? it wasn't there. They told me it was on some truck out for delivery. long story short- the bed set finally arrived 2 weeks after the delivery date. Fast forward to today- I went into the store again if give a second chance in March 2021. I received a call back on 4/16 saying my couch has arrived and time to schedule a date. well that date was yesterday and no couch. I called and they said someone in customer service r/s the date and now my delivery is 5/11. However, I just received a call and now my couch is missing. They only have one piece. Yesterday it was confirmed that all my pieces were in the warehouse. How is this possible? Worse customer service ever!!!
On 4/21/21 my sister, nephew and myself went into the Ashley Furniture in Layton to purchase a sectional. We did our research, knew exactly what one we were looking and were ready to purchase. Upon arriving there were 2 other cars parked out front, we figured it wouldn’t be long before 1 of the 3 people on the floor would come assist us. So we walked around the store, sat on a few sectionals, got the measuring tape out to see if it was what measurements we needed because we couldn’t locate the couch we were looking for, you know, do what you do to by time while waiting for the employees to finish their sale. Once the store emptied, we were finally happy because it was our time. Keep in mind, we’ve been in the store for 30 minutes now. About 10 minutes goes by, nothing. Two of the three associates disappeared, another was walking towards us and than turned around and went to the back to talk to the ladies at the counter. So we walked back there, NOTHING, not even a look up from their non-work related conversations. At this point I was getting irritated, my sister was done and my nephew was ready to have a meltdown. 45 minutes elapsed and still not even the smallest acknowledgment that we even existed or were even worth their time. So we left. At this time there was one guy sitting at the podium in the front and 2 associates, 1 being the Manager Spencer, helping one customer. Not even a “Have a nice day” came out as we exited despite the whole sales team standing 10 feet from the door. When you come into a furniture store, expecting to spend quite a bit of money on a couch, you would think a single “Hello” would be helpful! Some may ask why I didn’t approach them myself and to that, why should I? It is not my position as a consumer to have to approach the person that’s being paid to not disappear, sit at a podium on his phone or walk to the back to have non-work related conversations! We are now back to square one of shopping for a couch which is extremely frustrating when you knew what you wanted but why give business to a company that can’t give you the services you need to acquire a piece of their furniture?!
Came on 03/20/2020 Athena was our sales lady. What a wonderful experience it was and she was so helpful and built a great rapport. Everywhere else we had shopped was very pushing and made us feel rushed and uncomfortable and that made us not buy anything. We definitely bought today because of her making us comfortable. Thank you so much for being patient with us as this is a big purchase, she is a great worker! We will be back for future purchases.
I wish I had read all these reviews before purchasing our kitchen table set. I had issues ordering online from getting a discount code to removing the set up fee. I decided to just leave the set up fee and let the 15% promo cover the fee to save time. Then today we get our table with no chairs. Apparently you need to check the fine print to see that they are sent a month later. On top of that we paid $120 for a 15 min set up and once we get 6 chairs from UPS we get to set those up. Oh and clean up after set up, the delivery guy left styrofoam and debris in our kitchen and driveway. After this whole experience, I decide to see if Ashley would be willing to credit half the delivery fee since we did not get our chairs and I got the most sarcastic and rude agent. The first thing she did was call out that the chairs were not coming a month later as I placed my order on the 6th and they were to be shipped by 2/26 and she shared a screen shot showing me the fine print twice. She did this when my initial message acknowledged the fact that I missed this fine print when ordering. This was the worst experience all around. Our family table was over 20 years old and we don’t make purchases like this often and for this to be our experience has been very disappointing.
Our experience with our salesperson was great, however, it was the delivery that ended up being the nightmare. We considered canceling our entire order because of it. The main delivery guy rang my doorbell, didn't introduce himself, and proceeded to work as if he was on the Amazing Race. He was rude, pushy, and rough with our new bedroom furniture. The first piece of furniture he tried to put together was not working out well for him, so he took the butt of the electric screwdriver drill and started hammering at it. He saw me watching, but instead of stopping, he turns his back to me and continues to hammer away at it. He broke the peg and screwed the legs in. When he flipped it over, I said "Wasn't that piece needed?", he replied "No". I pointed out that he also broke a piece of the wood off my leg and he had the nerve to tell him, it's supposed to be like that. I told him, no it's not! He then asked, "So you are refusing delivery on this one?" YES!!! He continued to work at a fast pace, obviously not learning from his first mistake. He rips the fabric on the back of my headboard next and tries to distract me from seeing it by asking me to help hold the other side of the headboard!!! Seriously!!!! This type of behavior went on throughout the entire delivery. He tried to persuade me to accept the damaged furniture by saying that if I refuse delivery it will be 2-3 months before I will see another piece of furniture. He was insisting I allow him to call a technician to come to fix all the damaged pieces. I advised him, I will not accept delivery for any piece that is broken or not functioning properly. He was aggressive in asking me to sign for the delivery, I asked him what am I signing and he gave me some answers but didn't allow me to read it. I asked again and apologized that I will not sign anything I did not read yet. He lets out a groan and backspaced to the screen for me to read. While they had to remove the pieces I refused delivery on, the three men starting complaining and did not hide their frustration. We contacted our salesperson right away and told her we do not want another delivery person in our house again. We were refunded our delivery fee and was able to pick up our entire order from the warehouse the NEXT day, not 2-3 months!!! This experience may very well be our last with Ashley's, we're happy we got our furniture, however, the lack of making sure your customer is 110% satisfied with the overall outcome is a major turnoff.
Ordered a complete living room set in June. It's now September and still no living room set. They lie about delivery timeline and now can't cancel because they delivered one piece and can't return it so we are stuck waiting while they have our money for furniture we don't even have. Never again and I still need to furnish 3 bedrooms. Will be going elsewhere.
I placed an order a couch on the 25th and of May. I was informed then my delivery would be 2 July. Within a couple weeks I was notified my delivery would be delayed until 14July and then again before the end of June I was notified my delivery was delayed until 31 July. Today is supposed to be delivery day. No delivery. I called customer service and they said my delivery is actually delayed until 24 August and I was never informed of this prior. Terrible communication!!!! I’m angry that I will now be waiting 3 months from purchase date to receive my couch unless the delivery is delayed a fourth time or if they decide to tell me it’s delayed. Also, my address is correct on my invoice but the salesman input the wrong city and I’m having a nightmare of a time trying to correct that. The salesman also just put random info in the email spot. Never purchase from Ashley Furniture. Unprofessional and terrible customer service!!!!!!!!
We purchased a matching couch, love seat, and chair at the beginning of July - they could not give an exact delivery date while we were in the store but said we would get one in a day or two. Alarm bells should have started sounding but guess we were too trusting... Almost a week later (and us having to phone instead of them proactively contacting us), we received an update that we were looking at end of July or beginning of August. This should have been our first clue to cancel the entire order and ask for our money back - as everyone knows, furniture is not cheap so Ashley has been making good interest on a decent amount of our money. Fast forward to three weeks later now and we have the love seat but still no ETA for couch and chair. I can't understand how a company cannot even give us a date this far along!? I'd be a little upset at such a long delay in best of cases - but the fact that they cannot even give a date even now is unbelievable. We attempted to escalate this on the phone with them today but got the exact same response -- "we do not know". What the...!?!? They have a nice selection of furniture in the store but given the fact you may never actually get it, I would strongly recommend looking at alternative stores first or else you might be like us - no money and no furniture...
Do not buy from this junk store with terrible customer service! We ordered a new bedroom set from them, waited 3 weeks for everything to finally get here & almost every single piece is damaged! We have called & waited on hold FOREVER a few times until it finally requires us to leave a message & promised to be contacted within 72hrs.....nope, still waiting! Come get your crap out of my house & refund my money so I can go get something that is quality & better service since I still have yet to be contacted! Very upset with our first & last experience with Ashley Furniture!

Mo was so awesome to work with. I usually hate the experience of going and buying furniture because usually salesman are so aggressive and don’t let you breath and look around yourself. Mo gave us the time to look around and decide what we wanted. They had a great sale going on and in my opinion he helped us get an even better deal for the whole package. We are building a house so I have not received the furniture yet because the house is not done but so far my experience has been so great and I can’t wait till the furniture is set up. I would recommend Ashley to anybody. See Mo you won’t be disappointed with his great personality and his knowledge and experience.

They are pushy! They try everything in their power to get to buy something. When they have a “sale” the original price is marked up, to make it look like it’s on sale! We bought a couch there, that was $1,200 more then the same couch at a different store. And according to Ashley’s it was on sale! Haha! They said they would price match. Which they did... but it was like pulling teeth. Then it took OVER a month to get the couch, because the wear house was out... and they even pushed back the pick up date, 2 weeks... never again will I shop at Ashley’s!!!
We purchased a children’s bed from them last weekend. The sales experience was less than desirable but we still purchased the bed (which was bad on us) because it was a good deal. The bed was supposed to be delivered and put together today. We sold our sons old bed and prepared his room. They delivered the bed without the rails (come to find out that the sales woman didn’t put it in the order). The delivery drivers made us sign for the pieces we received and told us to call the store to get the rails ordered. We spent over an hour on hold with no answer, so I drove to the store. The manager stated that they couldn’t get the rails until 6 June, so now my son will be without a bed for almost 2 weeks. When I then inquired on returning the bed, I was told that I couldn’t because the other pieces had been signed for, so now we have no choice but to wait for the rails to be delivered and finish the bed assembly. The customer service at this place is an absolute joke!
would totally give negative 5 star if I could. Last Saturday we walked into the store to look around. We were asked by several people if we needed help. Finally we were ready to talk to someone. He was very polite yet extremely overwhelmed stating how busy it was. No it really wasn't. Well from the start everything that was told to us came back with ih sorry I was mistaken. Ok that happens. The very uninformed salesman gets us started on our financing. Ashley credit card. And is gone forever. Meanwhile I've been asked multiple times if I need help. We make our purchase then find out we will have to pay delivery. What every piece of furniture says free shipping. We just spent 1400 dollars. When asked about it he just blankly looked at me and bypassed it. Ok fine. No we will go pick up at warehouse in salt lake. We both took the morning of work the next Monday to do so. Oh yeah we asked are they open. The paper says closed. Oh ya they changed there hour . Ok after getting rid of it furniture we go down guess what they are closed. So lost pay for the da . No furniture in my living room since Sunday and basically the manager could care less. So its now wensday I have 2 camp chairs in my living room. They are supposed to deliver today . So again time off work. Will see this place is a joke and I will not purchase here again. Oh and the coffee table wont be here until the 30th. I'm totally appalled at the lack of customer service we have encountered
