Great quality furniture at reasonable prices. The store has a wide variety of options, and everything is well displayed. The staff was helpful, friendly, and not pushy at all. They guided me to the best choice for my home. Delivery was on time, and the items arrived in perfect condition. Very happy with the overall service.

Overpriced furniture and dishonest sales practices. What I was told in the store we enter, for their president sales was something totally different at check out and customer service refused to take responsibility. Then the older sale guy in the white lab coat started to argue with my husband and raising his voice. Do not trust this location—there are far better furniture stores that actually value their customers

The sales people are scam artist. They hand you a flyer when you walk in for the presidents day sale, for 25% off one item, and 20% off remaining items, when you spend $2000. I walked out spending nothing. I hand THREE ITEMS FOR $2500 worth of items picked. Then they told me I only qualified for $200 off. Do the math, that is not what the flyer said they handed out at the door. Horrible experience. DON'T SHOP WITH THOSE SCAM ARTISTS!!!

I’d give a lower star rating if possible, but this store and overall company have absolutely terrible customer service, and a joke of a business model. I strongly discourage anyone from purchasing furniture through Ashley as they never have anything “in stock”, and make you wait an initial ‘couple weeks or months’ after you have paid… then when designated delivery date arrives, they call and tell you the item still hasn’t even been made and that you will have to wait at least another two months!!! Even though they sold it to you months ago! It’s a highly deceptive sales tactic and I will certainly be taking all my business elsewhere. What a waste of time and money!

I would give ZERO stars if it let me. I bought couches in early December, knowing I would wait patiently for early February to have a couch, loveseat, and chair delivered. 5 days before delivery I get an email and phone call/text stating date for delivery and all the info I need. Great! Fast forward to two days before delivery, I sell my old couches and have my carpet cleaned in anticipation for the delivery that was scheduled. 48 HOURS BEFORE scheduled delivery, I get a call saying my couches are still on back order and not even put together yet in California. One of them for 2 more weeks, the other until APRIL! WHY did they call me confirming my delivery date a few days ago when they knew they were on back order? They said sorry, but literally won't do anything else to fix this. I cancelled my order because I don't want to be without furniture for that long in my family room with a bunch of kids. They tell me 7-10 business days to get my money back. Excuse me? I need that money to go buy new couches, but 'thats how our system works'. So either way, I'm without couches until I get my money back in a week or choose to have them deliver a partial order in two weeks. This is a poor company model to leave customers hanging out to dry like this. The customer service was terrible also. I will never buy from Ashley furniture again and will be encouraging my family and friends to do the same. You suck, Ashley Furniture.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Ashley HomeStore regarding a Nectar mattress purchase. While the sales process seemed straightforward, the after-purchase support and return policy are incredibly rigid and consumer-unfriendly. I recently attempted to request a return or a re-selection for a Nectar bedding item (Order #656J536713), only to have it flatly denied. Ashley’s policy states that Nectar products are considered "final sale" the moment they enter your home. This is a massive drawback compared to buying directly from Nectar, where you typically get a generous sleep trial. If you buy through Ashley, you are stuck with the product regardless of whether it actually works for you. Customer service was unhelpful and offered no solutions or flexibility when I reached out. I highly recommend buying your mattress elsewhere—or at least directly from the manufacturer—to avoid being trapped by Ashley's restrictive policies. Pros: None for the service. Cons: Rigid return policy, no sleep trial for 3rd party brands, unhelpful customer care

Barely walked 30 seconds into the store to look around and an employee said I looked a little lost condescendingly. Companies need to choose better employees.

My father and I shopped for a lift recliner at Ashley. Andrew, our salesperson, and Spencer, the store manager, were so kind and helpful. It was delivered today and if the chair lives up to the standard the staff set, we will be very happy. We will definitely shop with them again.

How unfortunate to walk into this store excited to make a purchase only to feel so unwelcomed! The individual that assisted me was not very friendly. Definitely was not impressed by her service and would’ve preferred to shop elsewhere with the kind of attitude I received.

A terrible experience here！ we bought sofa and table in the store！ I keep asking the sales man to make sure offer us free delivery and free set up for us Before they apply for credit card for me！ Cause we ordered over 5000$， they promise that ！ But after going to check out , it is totally different! Force me to buy the protection about 500$ , and charge me the delivery fee( no more free)! That is ok ! He keep saying he made mistakes and apologized for his misunderstanding with his manager! Whatever! I try to trust him ! ( Don’t ever trust them)! The worst thing is when they delivered to us , they just put all items in the garbage and left ! What the hell is this ! Don’t ever buy anything from here ! Even called the customer service, they say just wait for them to reschedule the date to come to set up! But never show up!

She listened to my issue, jumped on getting it fixed, and brought me back to give Ashley a second chance. ------ Edit: The company is trying to say there is an outstanding debt, yet won't provide proof of an account. The company is trying to say it's a debt going to collections, yet this was never financed. My credit card company sided with me on a charge back because of their indifference to fixing defective furniture. I'd love to update my reviews and say something nice, truly. But I can't. Please just take the item SKU information and find it elsewhere. This company is drowning and trying to pull customers down with it. ----- Just awful to deal with. We were slowly followed by an employee the whole time we were in the store, making the shopping experience awkward. Then when we got the item, it was completely defective. We didn't want to accept it but the delivery guy said he had to leave it and will file a claim for us. He didn't. It's absolutely impossible to get ahold of someone to help. I will never shop here again.

5 stars! I called in to ask about a discontinued recliner in the off-chance it was somehow still available. I expected a robot or a quick "No, sorry." but instead received so much support and research from the manager, Spencer, to find what I was looking for. I appreciated his patience, listening skills, thoughtfulness, authenticity and honesty. He asked important questions with the goal of knowing exactly what I wanted, not to push a different model. While Ashley unfortunately doesn't carry the specific recliner I was looking for, Spencer found multiple other viable options. I appreciate customer service that is focused on benefitting the customer, not necessarily just making money or making the customer jump through hoops. I will definitely be shopping at this store/location in the future! Thank you, Spencer! You set a high bar for quality customer service that I wish were the standard everywhere. You're awesome!

My husband and I bought some furniture the other day and we were pleasantly welcomed into the store by Jaxson. We never felt like we were being sold too, he was genuinely very kind and aware of our needs and price range. If you go in I would ask for Jaxson to help you he’s amazing!

Went in looking for a new couch. Sales guy comes up and asks me my max price range and size I'm looking for. Very first option he takes me to we spend about 5-10 mins talking about options, how it works, how to clean it etc. I say okay great what's the price and I kid you not it's almost double my max price range. To fit it in my price range would be half the couch I'm needing for my space. He then offers financing..... "free money" he says, lol Did not fit any of my requirements that I had just told him, it was just the couch he wanted me to buy. Immediate loss of trust. I couldn't get out of there fast enough. If you want to truly look at your options without schemey tactics do not let the service people help you.

Had a very friendly and knowledgeable sales representative named Noah Herrera. His knowledge of products helped us make a great decision on our bed purchase today.

My partner and I bought a dining room set and a bed frame from here and it was horrible. First the salesman, Kent, forgot to add the foot board into the order. When we told them to cancel the order and do it correctly, they refused and did a whole new sales order and charged us a 2nd delivery fee after they screwed up. Then they messed up the delivery date on that second sales order they made. We had to call and have it fixed afterwards. After that, a month later on the delivery date, they had ordered the wrong color of the bedframe. We wanted dark brown, which is what was on their sales floor, but the salesman had put white instead. So we had to reject the bedframe and keep sleeping on our floor for another week. Then when I went to reschedule the delivery with the correct color, they almost sent me the wrong size of bedframe. I was able to get everything worked out but needless to say, I will never buy anything from Ashley Furniture ever again. If you can't get a simple order right the second or third time, that's just gross incompetence. Just go to RC Willey instead. I've never had an issue with them and they have always been better about handling issues I have.

This was the best experience we’ve had buying furniture in a very long time. The other furniture giant in Utah could learn a lot about customer care from the folks at Ashley Furniture. This will be our first stop for future furniture shopping. Thanks to Erik and Tia for a great deal!

If I could give one star i could first of all im reporting them to the better business bureau first they scammed my elder parents but thats not even why im writing this review its because they lied and said they could exchange my mattress after 30 nights of sleep but before 90 days and ive had horrible customer services calls i have called the store manyt times only one person named chris answered and told me to talk to spencer but i am calling again andthen coming in if they dont answer i am trying to exchange my bed and i asked upon purchase if i need to purchase a mattress protector they told me no so i didnt purchase one with them but i did purchase one at another store and no they are telling me because of the time of purchase they werent bought together i cant exchange i havent slept well since 9/14/25 and looks like they screwed me and the parent thing my parents bought a minkey chair and couches and then they were ugly they try to return them and they said no then they were trying to exchange and they said no and someone at the store told them to donate it and then they wouldnt pay so they did that and are still getting charged $300 does that make any sense no it doesn't why would anyone tell them to do that ? they have ruined credit and i believe that this store likes sales and scamming there has been no help no constancy within people at the store or over the phone. i am writing this as im on the phone with them oh yea i also bought a bed room set that didnt have nails for the bed frame and ive been trying to obtain them and still no nails for the frame and no we didnt lose them they didnt come with any and we didnt know till after so if spencer see this see you friday and no not to hurt you but to hopefully get this resolved or something because this is the worst services i have ever gotten from ashley and yes im upset and i at this point with 4 different reps that dont know there job and people who work at this location that give misinformation not a good look buy somewhere else and dont waste your time money or headache on them.

Used to be a 2 star review but even that is too high. This company's customer service is entirely outsourced to foreign call centers and is absolutely atrocious. Had a item arrived broken - I'm not exaggerating when I say it took dozens of frustrating phone calls and 2 months of waiting to receive a replacement part. On another order, we were told the day before our scheduled delivery that it was to delayed a week. On the next "delivery day," nothing arrived. Their Philippines based customer service canceled our order for no reason and were essentially making up delivery dates. The Store associates had no idea why they canceled the order. They offered to resubmit but at that point we had enough. We will never buy furniture from the Ashley Franchise again.

We came in just wanting to look around and get some ideas, however during our first visit we were harassed non stop by one employee which drove us to leave for the day. After some thinking and debate, we decided to return, and the person we had greet us and take care of us did an amazing job and very much justified the second chance we gave them. She did a great job and answered all our questions and gave us space until we approached her, unlike the employee we had last time who followed us around and hounded us non stop. We were very pleased with the respect we got during the second visit and will be returning to this store.

This review should count as two good reviews!! We have been there twice now, both times bought furniture, and been very pleased!! Andrew helped us each time, even going out of his way to come back to the store for us this last time! First we bought a couch, we were pretty picky, and took our sweet time! Andrew was patient and very helpful! We had to finance it and he made sure we felt comfortable with that process too! This last time we went in knowing exactly what tv stand we wanted and were in and out of there so fast! Plus we are thrilled with how quickly it will be delivered to our house!! Bought a couch set for over 4000 the old lady that works there convinced me and my wife to get the protection plan so we spent another 500 to get it then when we needed to use the protection plan they dont cover anything the old lady told us that they would fix or repair anything , she said we could dump a gallon of paint and they would either clean or replace but that is not the case I got the run around from calling Ashley's to calling GBS then them telling me I need to call the store or the Gbs to file A claim they have been no help no one seems to want to fix the problem but atleast that old lady got her commission of the sale and people that want a good product and a warranty get screwed out of everything , I would never shop at this store again and I and making sure everyone i know never shops there where there is nothing but lies

I would recommend avoiding in store purchases at all Ashley Furniture locations. Apparently all in store purchases are final sales and cannot be returned, even if they are delivered damaged or broken! I recently bought a reclining sectional from this location and even purchased the extended warranty and the delivery/setup service. The day they were delivered we realized one of the recliners did not close back up. After this and realizing the overall quality was not worth the amount we paid, I called that same day and requested a return. Dealing with customer service has been an actual nightmare for months now with no resolution. I still have a broken couch. The store says all sales are final (I wasn’t made aware of this at the time of purchase) and they tell me to call the customer care line. The customer care line says to request refunds from the store. So basically nobody wants to help and none of the departments communicate with each other. It’s definitely not worth shopping here when other retail companies offer better service and backing of their products. Or you can even get better service just shopping on Ashley’s website. Why bother shopping in store when you pay higher prices with a no return policy and receive no help with issues afterwards!

Purchased a Bedroom set that was delivered on 9/6/25. Provided representative the back wall measurement of 132" purchased furniture on assurance that it would fit. Easy mistake Agent measured for a queen not the king I purchased. Ashley will not do a partial return of just the night stands as "All sales are final" furniture is still in box it just physically won't fit in my space 0 accountability will update if issue is resolved.

Pretty much everything about my couch purchase has been awful. When you walk in the store there's about 10 employees all chatting, but I almost had to force myself into their circle to get any attention. Young salesman was nice. Later, I received a text that my delivery had been scheduled at the date I requested, but no one had ever called me or asked when I would like delivery. The delivery is expensive and NOT " white glove." My couch/home was left with plastic ties & other stuff I had to pick up & throw away. And one delivery guy was tugging on the sofa to move it & I could see the frame bending. In the mean time I was notified that I was owed a refund for a portion of the couch cost. It has taken 3 phone calls & one trip into the store & I still have not received my refund. Do yourself a favor and shop at Sparrows or RC Willey. This experience has been terrible

I purchased a sectional two weeks ago. Was told it would be delivered to my new place on 8/16/25. Got a call this morning, two days before delivery and was told they don’t have a piece to my sectional. They said they cannot deliver until over a month later on 9/20… I will not be doing business with Ashley in the future and will be calling the store to cancel my order. Can’t go without a couch for a month.

Very poor quality furniture. We got a couch delivered with the chase piece frame already showing signs of being broken. I was not home when the furniture was delivered but my wife was there and said she was bullied into just accepting the furniture. The delivery person said we could just call Ashley to get it replaced if anything was broken so that's what we did. They were very difficult to work with. we had interactions with them for at least a month trying to get them to replace it. They didn't initially believe the piece was broken and said they would send someone over. That person never came so we rescheduled and it was another no show. We didn't have the time and energy to keep dealing with this so we eventually just accepted that we had bought a subpar piece of furniture and weren't going to get it replaced. Within a year the frame actually did break and when we called it was just barely past the one year warranty period. They said there was nothing they can do because the warranty period was over. I feel extremely frustrated that we paid full price and were bullied into accepting broken furniture. Customer service was not helpful at all and were quick to just tell us nothing could be done. I will never ever buy furniture from this company again.

Oh my gosh where do I start!!! Jenna Jenna Jenna! How Is she “new” but yet seemed like she’d been there for years! She was so knowledgeable and helpful with all my needs while also trying every angle to get the most bang for my buck!!! She was so patient with my needs and even with my kids. The price for all I got was amazing and even better financing was a breeze! Go see Jenna you won’t be disappointed at all thank you Jenna! (And Alicia) ❤️

We didn't like being bothered after we told the salesman we would let him know if we needed help. It's so frustrating to keep being interrupted when you're trying to make a decision. So we left without a purchase.

The worst mistake of my life was buying from Ashley Furniture! I trusted the salesperson, now I'm stuck with a sectional that doesn't fit in my living room! Their return policies are ridiculous! I don't recommend Ashley at all !!!

The in store experience was good the sales lady we had helping us was great but they canceled our delivery three times and told us different excuses each time we asked why. One person would say we could pick up from the warehouse and the other would say it was canceled cause of back order. We called the day before our first delivery cause they had our zip code wrong and they canceled the delivery cause of that, second time they said its cause its on back order but then the other said no its in the warehouse but they never gave us a time to get it delivered so they canceled again. Every time we called its a different excuse from every person. They told us they will deliver it now Thursday but they said we will get a time the day before so I told them if i don't hear by the morning what time its at i want a refund. Me and my husband work and someone has to b home to sign off on it and it frustrating we take off work and no one tells us anything till we call and ask where our delivery is .

This Ashley store is a joke, do not go there. Went into the store to buy a bed, walked to the back of the store (without a greeting), stood in the aisle where the bed set that we wanted for over 15 minutes in the open as we watched associate after associate pass us. One lady finally approached us and asked us how long we have been waiting and I said over 15 minutes which she was apologetic. The highlight of the experience was when she brought an older salesman and he helped us throughout the process and was very professional. After that Ashley got there money and customer service went down the drain. 1st delivery there was a staple and paper on the footboard and night stand was damaged, okay it happens. Call the store after I got hung up on the third party company that you use to reschedule. The store said the delivery is tomorrow, which I said nope I'm out of town, they rescheduled it for Friday. Thursday comes and call the store and they tell me that the delivery is Saturday. Saturday comes and delivery people come and bam.....no footboard, come to find out Ashley removed the footboard off my order. Call the store and I ask for a Manager, the associate says they will call you on Monday, I said no the delivery people are here and I still don't have my order. Manager gets on the phone and says there is a note on your order that say adjustable bed, in turn I said nope supposed to be a footboard, somehow they changed your order....mind it I have a 406 number, and not many people have that area code in UT. After more back and forth on Tuesday I finally got my whole order. Worse Ashley store I had to deal with ever, I hope you don't have the same experience as I did!!!

Coming into this giant store with a huge selection was a bit overwhelming, but Dom Jones was very accommodating and helped us with our needs right away. We were in search of a comfortable rocking chair for our nursery. Not only did Dom offer a selection of furniture that checked all the boxes on our list of features, but Dom also told us how to maintain the furniture and clean it properly if we ever needed to. We had a very pleasant experience shopping in this store today, and having a friendly representative help us find what we were looking for sealed the deal and allowed us to walk out with the furniture we were in search of. 10/10, would shop here with Dom Jones again!

I bought an area rug about 3 weeks ago. Natasha assured me that when it was delivered the delivery persons would move my couch and chair, remove my old rug, lay down the new one and retun my couch and chair . When the rug arrived I was told that they would do none of it. Just drop off the area rug. I got on the phone with Ashley...they called their boss. Finally the job got done. I ended up tipping the delivery men extra. I will not be an Ashley customer again.

I went in with my son to look at beds and Natasha greeted us right away came and asked what we were looking for and a few minutes later my son wrapped up his purchase with her recommendation She was definitely helpful and kind I will definitely recommend anyone to come and contact her Let’s mention the most important part meeting with Luigi to wrap up our financing he was patient and explained everything throughly to us and he was fantastic and so friendly we need more customer service just like this !

Went in looking at sofas. The salesperson was... different to put it nicely. She/he wouldn't stop bothering us even though we said we weren't buying yet and strictly looking. The last time we told them to stop we had to be a little blunt since they wouldn't get the message. The furniture is more expensive than the price tag.

Watch out! They have some nasty lending practices. I was offered 24 months no interest. After talking for a bit they offered me 60 months no interest. Apparently what they meant was "24 months no interset, except at 24 months, backdate the interest that would have needed to get paid at the regular rate of 30% APR to this time and then continue with 30% apr until paid off." To top it off the minimum payments were for a 5 year loan. So now I have 2 weeks to come up with 1.4k or owe them 2.9k at 30% APR. STAY AWAY. DON'T SHOP HERE. THIS IS WORSE THAN TAKING ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE

I bought a dining room set last week from Ashley Riverdale. When it was delivered, two chairs arrived dirty. I told them I couldn't take the dirty chairs. They told me they would send a technician to clean them. The appointment with the technician took a week. They called me all week to confirm the appointment, and I always said yes. On the day of the appointment, they called me early to confirm, and I said yes. Then, they called me again, and I couldn't answer, and that's why the technician canceled the appointment and didn't come to clean the dirty chairs. I was at home waiting for the technician, who never showed up. All week I was waiting for a solution. Now, customer service tells me I have to wait another four days for an appointment with the technician. I think it's terrible service from Ashley Riverdale to deliver dirty chairs and then have the technician not show up to fix the problem they caused. What terrible service from Ashley Riverdale!

My wife and I went to the Ashley Furniture store in Riverdale, Utah in hopes of purchasing a dining room table. We were met by saleswoman Dom Jones and told her what we were interested in. We wanted to look around and she said she would be glad to help us out. We looked at several and showed her what we were interested in. She went over all options on each one we discussed and answered all questions we had. When we finally decided which dinner table and chairs we wanted she went into great detail on the quality of the table and chairs. Went over the pricing plan and the delivery process and options. My wife and I were very picky on what we wanted and Dom was very helpful in getting what we wanted. She is a very knowledgeable woman and we loved doing business with her. We will definitely recommend Dom Jones along with Ashley Furniture to all our family and friends.

I bought a TV stand with bling and fireplace, but the only drawback was that the store would not deliver it for me and I really had a hard time getting it home by using friends and when I went back the next day to buy my bedroom set and couch Stephen helped me and he was awesome. He was carrying tables to compare to the sofa. He was just a beautiful young salesman, but the only complaint I have with the Store because I would’ve given it a five is that if you buy something on Clarence or sale or whatever they will not deliver and the store charges a huge Delivery charge which I thought other stores like RC Willey deliver what ever you buy so Ashley should rethink that since RC Willie Store on Riverdale has moved and now people will go to Ashley furniture across the street but on the note of the Steven and the sales person awesome

I just bought a whole new bed set and it’s been the worst experience ever they brought some of my dressers and they were broken. My bed was all scratched. They said they were gonna send a technician they rescheduled twice already. My nightstands are missing the USB connections and they promised me a supervisor was gonna call me back they think or I don’t know what they’re thinking that people can just miss work whenever they need you to. I wouldn’t recommend anyone buying from them

My husband and I went into the Ashley furniture in Riverdale, Utah to look for a couch. After we looked around for a few minutes we found one we loved and had all our questions answered/talked through our concerns with Steven. He was super helpful, relatable and he even knocked the price down on some pillows I wanted to add to the order. When we went back a few weeks later to add another section to the couch (because it wasn't big enough for our house) he was there again to help us and even slashed the price on our delivery fee. We highly recommend Steven to help you with whatever you need!

Short version, avoid purchasing from Ashley if you can. Protip: check prices on Amazon prior to purchase as they will match the price on items shipped and sold by amazon.com and they are often significantly cheaper than in-store. Review: I don't like to leave bad reviews typically. If you are looking at a purchase, I would recommend googling reviews of Ashley furniture and the product you are purchasing. I bought two items. One arrived mostly fine, though I received none of the pre-delivery communications I was told to expect which led to a frustrating experience. If your delivery goes well, all will be good assuming you bought an item without glaring quality issues from the factory. If your delivery doesn't go well, be prepared for an infinitely frustrating experience. After purchase, you will be dealing with an out of country call center for everything. My second item was damaged in delivery. The delivery team spoke little English, and I unfortunately speak no Spanish. I didn't realize refusing the delivery was an option, and they had me sign for the delivery in Spanish so I have no idea what I signed. My fault on this one. After thinking about it for a day and looking at reviews of Ashley's damage repair process, I decided it would be better to exercise my rights under Utah code 152-11-10 B(1) to request a refund. The purchase agreement states that non-damaged items can't be returned, but it doesn't say that damaged items can't be returned as is required by Utah law. Apparently no one in the company can accept a return or cares to do anything. The store will refer you to the call center, the call center will refer you to the store. There is no one to speak with at their corporate office, no legal team, no anyone. The store offered to take a message for the store manager who is on vacation until outside the 72 hour return request window. The call center said I could talk to the regional manager, but they don't know who it is. They transferred me to the store, and the store also doesn't know who it is. Overall, I'll give 2 stars since the store associates are generally friendly.

I paid and had furniture to be delivered on 12 December because that is the only day I have off and can make plans then all of a sudden on the 10th they text me and say they’re gonna be there in three minutes. I called back to explain him that I had plans for it to be delivered on Thursday number one the delivery drivers none of them speak hardly any English. I try to call Ashley And the call center as well, and no one knew how to speak English and I couldn’t understand them I told both of them to schedule it on the day of the 12th. Who we on the 12th nobody’s gonna deliver it today someone damaged the middle piece so now I gotta wait over a week for my furniture. This is the worst accountability I’ve ever seen any company run. Y’all need to have common sense if I say I want on the 12th as means I have a life and I’m busy on the other days so now I have to wait an extra week. So now me and my family get to sit on the floor for a week. I wouldn’t suggest anyone going here unless he fix their leadership and accountability and learn how to communicate!

This is the most incompetent delivery team I've ever had to do business with. Ashley is a joke of a company that sells overpriced furniture and can't even have their own in house delivery. My $1800 couch was delivered on time, but they could not bring it in the house due to a railing that needed to be removed. We removed the railing later that night, and called to reschedule a new delivery date. 8 phone calls, 2 escalations, and 2 weeks later, we still haven't heard anything from the delivery team and everything we call customer service or escalation, they tell us the same BS. How long does it take to check an email? This delivery team needs to be reprimanded.

Delivery time is a little long, some things aren’t available until the end for about 6-8 weeks, but that’s not the fault of any employee.

Changed my review from 5 stars to 1 star following a ridiculously incompetent delivery team and horrible customer service. I have been directed by the Customer Care team to call the store for help, but the store number just routes me back to a corporate virtual assistant. It should not be this hard to talk to a human that actually works in the store. Trina (in-store sales) was awesome, but I have had a terrible experience after purchase. I had a 2 part order, 1st part got delivered fine. A week later the team delivering the 2nd part called and said they couldn't find my place (same apartment complex that was successfully delivered a week ago!). For the next 4 hours, I received countless texts and calls from people that didn't speak English and were very rude. For some reason they insisted that I (the customer) needed to meet them at a Walmart and then guide them to my place! Ridiculous. If you enter my address in any normal GPS, Apple, or Google, there are ZERO problems finding it. This is pure incompetence by Ashley. After wasting hours of my time, the team had the nerve to blame *me* for their own wasted time! I never got my delivery and have since tried to cancel the order rather than deal with these people again. But if course, the cancelation conveniently has to be approved by an in-store team....that I can't get a hold of.

We had gone to a [competitor] just beforehand and felt like we were being followed a little too much the entire time we were there. Anyway. A great first-time experience with Ashley Furniture. I went in today looking for a power recliner or theater chair with good lumbar support. I found one that seemed like it would work and I stood by it for 20 minutes without anyone asking if I needed help. I saw at least three employees that weren't doing anything as far as I could tell and a handful in the back of the store moving furniture around. The final straw for me was that Ashley doesn't have an exchange policy. I have a bad back and need something supportive and comfortable. You can't always tell after sitting for 10-15 minutes in store. I refuse to hand over $1000 for something I would be stuck with if it ended up hurting my back. I'll keep my business with RC Willey as they have a customer satisfaction guarantee. I would have went there initially but unfortunately they've closed their Riverdale location. I will not return to Ashley Furniture.

Worst Experience Ever!! Don't buy from here. I ordered a brand few furniture which arrived broken and even after contacting multiple times, I get delays or excuses. Never going to recommend this store to anyone!!

We came into the store to finish making up our minds on a mattress purchase, and to take advantage of a great financing deal that Ashley had running. Pete was very helpful and knowledgeable about the mattresses they had on display at the store, and was very kind even though we were anti-social at first (sorry!). After leaving us to lie on the display models for awhile, he helped us smoothly through the process, always with just the right balance of informing us of our options while not engaging in pushy upselling. He was really good at doing the math for the different payment options, etc., and I knew just what I was getting into with such a major purchase. Thanks for helping us get some good sleep!

I was grateful to find a recliner that I liked quite well and purchased it from this store, but the buying process was sadly lacking. I realized within minutes after the purchase that the price I thought I was going to pay was not the price that I did (I heard the associate wrong and should have clarified at the time apparently). So I called the store and talked to the sales associate, Steven, and he said he couldn’t give me the price I thought I was going to pay, but I had been approved by those higher up for $50 to go back on my credit card. I figured they were trying hard to work with me and while disappointed, I decided it would work with our budget. Steven promised he would send me an email confirmation that night of the money going back on my credit card in a few days. I have never received a confirmation and have never received the refunded money (ten days later). It’s only $50, so we will just eat it, but it does make me sad because we have plenty of other furniture to buy and I will be going elsewhere as it seems that Ashley doesn’t keep its word. It seems like they just say what you want to hear at the time, but they don’t follow through with it. I try really hard to get five star reviews on nearly every review I have ever left, as I believe people should be given the benefit of the doubt unless something really major happens, but this one just didn’t sit right with me Here’s to hoping we eventually do get our chair delivered in the coming days and it’s worth the extra money I ended up paying for it.

Had a wonderful experience with Dana, while shopping for a recliner and getting ready to have a surgery. When I arrived home from surgery, noticed that the recliner did not work for the type of recovery that I need. I called the store in Riverdale but Dana was not at the store. The lady on the phone was extremely dismissive and didn’t want to talk with me because I had already spoken with Dana. I decided to call the following day and speak with Dana directly. Dana was incredible, worked with us and our situation. There’s nothing better than to be going through an awful time in life and have someone show you love and care. I may just have to but all my furniture from Ashley’s from here on. The manager along with Dana made sure we were taken care of in the best way possible. To that I am very grateful!

Absolutely not. Stay away from these guys. Two weeks to repair a broken sofa we only had for one month. Two weeks after that for replacement delivery. Delivery no showed and they didn't tell us why. I just want to return the furniture and get a refund and they put me on hold for over 20 minutes (and counting). Stay away, stay away, stay away. Just to be clear, the workers are all very nice. Have been every time. But words don't fix poor work and poor service, unfortunately.

Riverdale location - Terrible customer service. My husband and I both wandered about this store for 45mins and NOT ONE sales person approached us. This was a Wednesday eve at about 6pm and there were probably 4 couples total in the entire store, including ourselves, so it was not busy at all. As we came in at the entrance a lady walked by us at the front door, not a smile, "hi, hello or welcome", I said she must not work here, but to my surprise she went to the right and went into the breakroom. We continued in and walked about, I began to wonder if their sales model was to have customers initiate first contact. So I walked about and kept looking at sectionals, but as the time went by and I noticed people walking right by me and not acknowledging us. I found this really strange. I walked by a large customer service desk and 2 employees were engaged in conversation, one sitting behind the desk and one stading infront of her with her back to me. The one standing turned around and looked at me and turned back to continue the convo, interesting I thought to myself. I still continued on, by this time my husband and I split up, he had our 2yr old and I had the baby. One lady walked by me with 2 customers, seems like she was closing a deal, she still didn't smile or even said hello. I get it, she was probably in game face mode thinking about her sale she's about to close. And I know it would be too much to ask for her to stop for a second and say "hi are you being helped? I can get someone to come and help you because I have customers right now". She walked by me like I was invisible, stone faced. At this point it's a game to me to see if I'm really being ignored, so I keep walking. A guy walked right by me and I said again he must not work here as I only saw him from behind. Another lady walked by me and kept her head straight and face emotionless, she was also walking with 2 customers, no acknowledgment. I checked in with my husband to see if he got any help ... NOPE. I say ok we're leaving. Then I see the same guy that walked by earlier and I decided to stop by this couch and start talking loudly to my husband about the couch and how I like it and the features and blah blah. STILL the rep ignores me, I must be invisible, so I stopped him and asked him "excuse me do you guys offer assistance in this store or is it up to the customers to ask for help" and he's stumbling over his words and then says "no how can I help". At that point I had already made up my mind that I would not be spending my money here. I asked him a few questions and he showed me 2 couches then we left. I know this is a long review but I had time today and I love leaving reviews, whether good bad or indifferent. Anyways, this experience left a bad taste in my mouth. I also know I could have gone up to any of the reps and asked for help but that's not what we're discussing today. Even Walmart has greeters at the door and welcome you with a smile. There is something to be said about welcoming a customer with a smile to your establishment. Make them feel welcomed so they want to spend their money. I know I'm never stepping inside another Ashley again and not just because of this experience but I also had a similar experience in a Ashley store in Illinois. RC Wiley and Living Spaces were very pleasant. I'll be purchasing from one of them. Someone please tell the team here to act accordingly.

DONT EVER SHOP AT ASHLEY FURNITURE, they delivered my furniture today and my mattress came stain and the bed frame was the wrong one and the dresser came scratch and they don’t open and close they get stuck. THEY USE A 3rd party to assemble the furniture which they don’t care about installing it correctly and they scratch it , the delivery driver also back up and hit my tree never shopping here

We found the perfect couch to match our house! I needed a bit more help about a 17 days later and Julia was so quick to answer the phone and help me over the phone! If everyone was as patient and kind as Julia the world would be a better place!

I went in the store this morning around 11:30. I was not greeted when I entered. I was looking for the clearance section, which I figured was in the back of the store. But when I got there, nothing was priced and I just wandered back to the front and left. During this whole time, not ONE salesperson spoke to me. I just closed on my house so I need furniture, guess Ashley doesn't need my money. Going to Living Spaces tomorrow. I hope they want my money.

I would ABSOLUTELY NEVER recommend shopping here. I made a purchase on a Saturday night just to discover the next day the mattress would not fit. I went back into the store and was told they could not cancel a transaction , how convenient! They said I had to call the corporate office. Okay I had to wait until Monday. I promptly called on Monday and NO ONE would answer the phone. I left messages. Called the store in Ogden back to talk about my problem. They assured me the order was cancelled. Its been almost 3 weeks and absolutely no cancellation has happened. My credit card is still charged the nearly 4 thousand dollars. I now have to dispute the charge. I implore you find another company. In the past Ashley has not been a problem, clearly they are moving to new tactics to hold onto your money and basically not serve you. If you have any issues, they simply will not be helped. I am forced to leave a single star to post this review, otherwise it would be ZERO. I wish you well on your furniture journey and do NOT under any circumstances recommend Ashley.

Went to the new store on riverdale road. The saleswomen was nice. I purchased a twin over full bunk bed. They said it would be delivered in 4/30/24 and the charge to deliver and put the bed together would be $199 but that I could save $100 if I would go pick up the full mattress myself from the warehouse, which I did. However, on 4/30 when the made the delivery parts of the bed were missing and unavailable. I was told they would have the missing pieces in 7-10 days. On day 7 still no parts available on day 10 was told they would not be available til the end of may. Since 4/30 my 2 grandchildren both whom have autism have been sleeping on the floor as a result of their incompetence. They also left the pieces they did bring scattered in the room. I have requested that Ashley come and pick this bed up and refund my card and I have been told I have to wait 24-48 hours maybe even as long as 72 hours for them to make a decision for a refund. This should be a no brainer but this is the customer service you get when you deal with Ashley Furniture. I will no longer shop for any furniture needs at Ashley Furniture

We went in looking for a kitchen table. Mr Pete Gallego met us at entrance and greeted us. He asked what we were looking for. We told him a kitchen table and gave him our requirements. He took us around to several options and we provided feedback on those. He said he knew just wanted we needed And he was right. He showed us another option and it was perfect We were in and out in under an hour. He was professional, friendly and courteous. He knew his inventory and listened to our needs. A very pleasurable experience We highly recommend Pete Gallego to anyone looking for furniture.

The Ashley store in Riverdale is so nice. Steven helped me purchase a livingroom set so look him up when you go there! Only negatives are delivery is over 5 weeks out and you also can't just walk in and buy things. This is just a show room so if you buy something and don't want to pay a delivery fee, you have to go to Salt Lake and pick it up.

Dana was fantastic! She helped me get everything I needed and was very helpful in looking into everything I was thinking about getting!

Kent helped my mom with picking out a bedroom set and was very helpful and not pushy.

This is the best place to go for a one-stop shop. Julia is top shelf and has your satisfaction in mind. She will make you question why you wasted your time elsewhere. No pressure sales with in-house financing made it easy. This was my first new furniture purchase and they crushed it! No more hand me down sofas for me. I love Ashley Furniture and plan to come back to decorate more rooms in my home.

This store is MASSIVE! So many different options and varieties to choose from. The sales people are wonderful, the customer service team is friendly, and the management makes sure you are getting taken care of from beginning to end. I can't wait to come back for my sofa set!

The staff was great to work with! I ordered several beds and dressers for a new home. Delivery was very fast! One of the bed frames had a chip on the corner and they delivered a new one a few days later!

The new store is gorgeous and FULL of new options! I have been working with Julia Seckinger and she has made this process so easy for me! She KNOWS mattresses! I bought the Tempur-Pedic I had been dreaming of! Financing? Took minutes! Delivery? No problem! But the best part? Julia knew right off which mattress was going to work for me. I didn’t have to lay on 30 mattresses. Her knowledge saved me so much time!
