Bought a couch set for over 4000 the old lady that works there convinced me and my wife to get the protection plan so we spent another 500 to get it then when we needed to use the protection plan they dont cover anything the old lady told us that they would fix or repair anything , she said we could dump a gallon of paint and they would either clean or replace but that is not the case I got the run around from calling Ashley's to calling GBS then them telling me I need to call the store or the Gbs to file A claim they have been no help no one seems to want to fix the problem but atleast that old lady got her commission of the sale and people that want a good product and a warranty get screwed out of everything , I would never shop at this store again and I and making sure everyone i know never shops there where there is nothing but lies

I would recommend avoiding in store purchases at all Ashley Furniture locations. Recently I bought a sectional here and the whole experience has convinced me to never shop at any Ashley Furniture store again. We were allowed to change the setup of the sectional we bought (purchased an extra console instead of armless recliner). Apparently that shouldn’t be done because the pieces to not fit together properly. We did this with our last sectional we bought from another furniture store and had no issues. So we didn’t think it would be a problem and the sales rep didn’t either apparently. Because the pieces do not fit together properly, the end recliner doesn’t open and close smoothly and gets stuck. One of the pieces was also damaged during delivery. So I called the same day the couches were delivered and requested a return. Dealing with customer service has been an actual nightmare for weeks with no resolution. The store says all sales are final (I wasn’t made aware of this at the time of purchase) and they tell me to call the customer care line. The customer care line says the defect in the couch arrangement would be the stores responsibility, and to call them. So basically nobody wants to help and none of the departments communicate with each other. I even paid for the extra warranty and have had no luck getting anything taken care of. After this experience and learning that in store purchases cannot be returned.. It’s definitely not worth shopping here when other retail companies offer better service and backing of their products.

Purchased a Bedroom set that was delivered on 9/6/25. Provided representative the back wall measurement of 132" purchased furniture on assurance that it would fit. Easy mistake Agent measured for a queen not the king I purchased. Ashley will not do a partial return of just the night stands as "All sales are final" furniture is still in box it just physically won't fit in my space 0 accountability will update if issue is resolved.

Pretty much everything about my couch purchase has been awful. When you walk in the store there's about 10 employees all chatting, but I almost had to force myself into their circle to get any attention. Young salesman was nice. Later, I received a text that my delivery had been scheduled at the date I requested, but no one had ever called me or asked when I would like delivery. The delivery is expensive and NOT " white glove." My couch/home was left with plastic ties & other stuff I had to pick up & throw away. And one delivery guy was tugging on the sofa to move it & I could see the frame bending. In the mean time I was notified that I was owed a refund for a portion of the couch cost. It has taken 3 phone calls & one trip into the store & I still have not received my refund. Do yourself a favor and shop at Sparrows or RC Willey. This experience has been terrible

I purchased a sectional two weeks ago. Was told it would be delivered to my new place on 8/16/25. Got a call this morning, two days before delivery and was told they don’t have a piece to my sectional. They said they cannot deliver until over a month later on 9/20… I will not be doing business with Ashley in the future and will be calling the store to cancel my order. Can’t go without a couch for a month.
