Went in looking for a new couch. Sales guy comes up and asks me my max price range and size I'm looking for. Very first option he takes me to we spend about 5-10 mins talking about options, how it works, how to clean it etc. I say okay great what's the price and I kid you not it's almost double my max price range. To fit it in my price range would be half the couch I'm needing for my space. He then offers financing..... "free money" he says, lol Did not fit any of my requirements that I had just told him, it was just the couch he wanted me to buy. Immediate loss of trust. I couldn't get out of there fast enough. If you want to truly look at your options without schemey tactics do not let the service people help you.

My partner and I bought a dining room set and a bed frame from here and it was horrible. First the salesman, Kent, forgot to add the foot board into the order. When we told them to cancel the order and do it correctly, they refused and did a whole new sales order and charged us a 2nd delivery fee after they screwed up. Then they messed up the delivery date on that second sales order they made. We had to call and have it fixed afterwards. After that, a month later on the delivery date, they had ordered the wrong color of the bedframe. We wanted dark brown, which is what was on their sales floor, but the salesman had put white instead. So we had to reject the bedframe and keep sleeping on our floor for another week. Then when I went to reschedule the delivery with the correct color, they almost sent me the wrong size of bedframe. I was able to get everything worked out but needless to say, I will never buy anything from Ashley Furniture ever again. If you can't get a simple order right the second or third time, that's just gross incompetence. Just go to RC Willey instead. I've never had an issue with them and they have always been better about handling issues I have.

Eric was an amazing employee gave Sid a paper very nice man but the lady name Tina tya whatever her name is very rude , didn’t wanna sale to us because we looked under age.

This was the best experience we’ve had buying furniture in a very long time. The other furniture giant in Utah could learn a lot about customer care from the folks at Ashley Furniture. This will be our first stop for future furniture shopping. Thanks to Erik and Tia for a great deal!

If I could give one star i could first of all im reporting them to the better business bureau first they scammed my elder parents but thats not even why im writing this review its because they lied and said they could exchange my mattress after 30 nights of sleep but before 90 days and ive had horrible customer services calls i have called the store manyt times only one person named chris answered and told me to talk to spencer but i am calling again andthen coming in if they dont answer i am trying to exchange my bed and i asked upon purchase if i need to purchase a mattress protector they told me no so i didnt purchase one with them but i did purchase one at another store and no they are telling me because of the time of purchase they werent bought together i cant exchange i havent slept well since 9/14/25 and looks like they screwed me and the parent thing my parents bought a minkey chair and couches and then they were ugly they try to return them and they said no then they were trying to exchange and they said no and someone at the store told them to donate it and then they wouldnt pay so they did that and are still getting charged $300 does that make any sense no it doesn't why would anyone tell them to do that ? they have ruined credit and i believe that this store likes sales and scamming there has been no help no constancy within people at the store or over the phone. i am writing this as im on the phone with them oh yea i also bought a bed room set that didnt have nails for the bed frame and ive been trying to obtain them and still no nails for the frame and no we didnt lose them they didnt come with any and we didnt know till after so if spencer see this see you friday and no not to hurt you but to hopefully get this resolved or something because this is the worst services i have ever gotten from ashley and yes im upset and i at this point with 4 different reps that dont know there job and people who work at this location that give misinformation not a good look buy somewhere else and dont waste your time money or headache on them.

The people there were very friendly and super helpful, Tia was very nie and easy to talk too, and her supervisor was really chill and I appreciate their help.
