Very poor quality furniture. We got a couch delivered with the chase piece frame already showing signs of being broken. I was not home when the furniture was delivered but my wife was there and said she was bullied into just accepting the furniture. The delivery person said we could just call Ashley to get it replaced if anything was broken so that's what we did. They were very difficult to work with. we had interactions with them for at least a month trying to get them to replace it. They didn't initially believe the piece was broken and said they would send someone over. That person never came so we rescheduled and it was another no show. We didn't have the time and energy to keep dealing with this so we eventually just accepted that we had bought a subpar piece of furniture and weren't going to get it replaced. Within a year the frame actually did break and when we called it was just barely past the one year warranty period. They said there was nothing they can do because the warranty period was over. I feel extremely frustrated that we paid full price and were bullied into accepting broken furniture. Customer service was not helpful at all and were quick to just tell us nothing could be done. I will never ever buy furniture from this company again.

Oh my gosh where do I start!!! Jenna Jenna Jenna! How Is she “new” but yet seemed like she’d been there for years! She was so knowledgeable and helpful with all my needs while also trying every angle to get the most bang for my buck!!! She was so patient with my needs and even with my kids. The price for all I got was amazing and even better financing was a breeze! Go see Jenna you won’t be disappointed at all thank you Jenna! (And Alicia) ❤️

Avoid this store like the plague. Their sales team is the worst. We walked in to just casually look around to see what they have and we told the sells lady we were there just to look and didn't need any help. She followed us around at a distance like a hawk and every two minutes kept coming up to bug us. We told her we didn't want any help She would not leave us alone. I'm sorry but you are not going to get a sell when you keep pressuring us to go look at the most expensive items and when we repeatedly asked to be left alone so we could just casually walk through the store. I hate furniture stores for this reason. There whole sells team is the worst. You could here them telling the sells lady to stay on us. Stop treating customers like a dollar sign. If we need help we will ask.

We didn't like being bothered after we told the salesman we would let him know if we needed help. It's so frustrating to keep being interrupted when you're trying to make a decision. So we left without a purchase.

The worst mistake of my life was buying from Ashley Furniture! I trusted the salesperson, now I'm stuck with a sectional that doesn't fit in my living room! Their return policies are ridiculous! I don't recommend Ashley at all !!!
