If you buy a dresser it will cost you about $400. What they don't tell you is that you can't use it unless you pay them $80. They will bring it to your house but they will leave it in the box and most of their dressers weigh at least a couple hundred pounds. Because of the way they pack it you can't scoot it out of the box or pull the box out from under it. You have to lift it up and carry it over the wooden base, put it down, move the wood, and move it into place. Unless you know two burly men or want to pay movers you just paid $400 for a dresser that you can't use. In order to avoid this nightmare you have to pay white glove delivery. That means they will take it out of the box and put on the feet if necessary or the handles. This means you will pay $80 for 10 minutes of their time.

I don’t even want to give one star. I was in the store tonight for over 30 minutes. No one helped me at all. I wanted to purchase a sofa tonight. The store manager even walked past me three times and never offered to help or get anyone to help. So frustrating

I recently purchased furniture from here with "white glove delivery", and apparently it isn't policy to notify customers that their expected 3 hour delivery window was extended by 5 hours. I had to call to find this out only after I had waited all day for my delivery.

I bought a bedroom set, a living room set with occasional tables, counter stools and a dinette table with stools. I received my furniture on a Friday and on Monday I called requesting an exchange of the dinette set and the occasional tables. Ashley said they don’t do returns. I looked on my receipt and sure enough it says no returns. However, I wasn’t asking to return. I was asking for an exchange where I was going to spend even more money. I was given excuses and then Ashley would not return my phone calls. I did some research and saw that my order fell within Ashley‘s policy for exchanges. Therefore Ashley was violating their own exchange policy. I complained to the BBB and just the other day I received a call from Ashley corporate that I would be receiving a credit for the items I wanted to exchange, and those items will be picked up when my new order will be delivered. It used to be the customer was always right. In some cases they still are.

Do not recommend. Had a newer sales person who did not know the return policies and did not inform us before we signed that there are no returns once the furniture is delivered. Called the service dept. as we were not happy with the couches only to learn we could not return them. Both the store and their help desk would not help us, regardless of policy or not. Poor Customer Obsession and its sad we were punished for having a new sales person. I understand the policy is listed on the receipt, but it piled under 5 other pages of info and hard to find.

Brian Ocedueda was so awesome! He went beyond the call of duty and even stayed late to help load my furniture up because the Warehouse guys had already gone home for the day. He was helpful in helping me find more than just this whole collection set of furniture, but also a second set that we have to go to Las Vegas to pick up. Brian gets five stars for awesome customer service and friendliness, positive attitude, and helpfulness! Thank you so much :-)
