I purchased an electric reclining set for over 4,000. A year later the sofa already broke.
Very bad sales ethics no help at all ..all they can say is call the number call the number .I wouldn't not recommend anyone to buy from this place at all over priced for cheap quality
The local stores never answer the phone.
I purchased a lot of furniture from them, they have great customer service until you pay them. The wrong bed showed up then it took several weeks to get the right one. Bed set drawers came damaged. A month and a half later we still don’t have the bedframe but we have been told several times that it’s in stock at the warehouse. Still no delivery date. If you expect to receive your items in a timely manner, buy elsewhere.
5 Stars - Exceptional Service! We recently DuraPella Oversized Dual Power Performance Fabric Recliner from Ashley Furniture and had an amazing experience thanks to Jeremy. He was incredibly helpful and attentive to our needs—especially considering my upcoming knee surgery. He took the time to show us all the features of the recliner, including the scratch-resistant fabric, which he demonstrated right in front of us by scratching it with his nails—no marks at all! Jeremy was informative without being pushy, and really made the buying experience smooth and comfortable. Highly recommend asking for him if you’re in the market for new furniture!

Take your business elsewhere. I spent $7487.51 on several items. Long story short, I purchased an extended warranty and additional products marketed to me to ensure my warranty was valid. I've been jerked around and what a joke the customer service is. Keith was our salesman, and at this point I feel like I was lied to to make a sale. I would put zero stars of it could.

Ashley has changed so much. I used to buy all of my furniture from Ashley over the years and loved every piece of furniture that I had. I recently purchased a whole new living room set and two beds and I’ve had nothing but troubles with getting the warranty work done on the couch that hasn’t held up after three months. I’ve tried working with them on returning the mattresses in exchange for something different or money back on their sleep trial, haha that’s a joke… DONT DO IT!!! We are now stuck with two mattresses that we can’t do anything with and we paid thousands of dollars for. The manager is very rude and inconsiderate, unwilling to help anybody or work with anybody and likes to argue with customers. I will never shop here again.

Bought new couch and recliner, confirmed delivery for tomorrow. I received a phone call stating the couch will no be there until after Xmas and all I got was in sorry you won't be able to seat your guests at Christmas. Never going back again. Terrible customer service..

They sell you furniture they know they don't have. Then after you pay they keep telling you it's on backorder for months and months on end.
My daughter bought a chaise lounger and a recliner, she pd 200.00 for it to be brought into our house and set up. Well these items needed to go upstairs, they wouldn't take it up stairs, said it was 2 heavy, well we pd for delivery and set up, so they left it in the middle of our frontroom down stairs. They could have easily got another person from their store to help or give the 200.00 back, they did neither. My daughter called and talked to them and they said we'll call you back, haha right, never did. Will never purchase there again
I purchased a beautiful leather couch. We paid for a extended warranty. The seat that electronically reclines out broke. We get informed that since corporate bought out the franchise store nether the warranty company or Ashley will do anything to fix our couch. This is how Ashley view their customers! I will be pursuing further actions. I recommend taking your business to other companies that honor their warranty and have better customer service!!!
Landon was awesome. He was very patient and answered all my questions. We walked through the entire store and he was very knowledgeable about all the products. I didn't feel rushed or like I was being forced into buying anything. I told him I was just looking when I first entered the store and he still spent time with me. It was nice to be able to look and not feel like I was wasting a salesmans time. I did end up buying a few decorative items from the clearance section and will be back when I'm ready to purchase my furniture.

I needed a new mattress set and was lucky enough to meet David Gin at the St George store. We shared medical backgrounds and found we had many common ailments. David took me to a dream set. So comfortable. I will update my review once I've slept on the bed. But if you are looking for someone who knows mattresses, why sleep is important and how to stay within budget, David is the man!
Our experience with BLAIR was amazing !! he made sure to go over every single aspect of each couch that we were interested in, took his time, and made sure we would get our moneys worth (this was our first couch that we have bought new)!!! Blair made sure to show us all the options and told some jokes along the way… he is amazing and if you get the chance to request someone Blair is the one, you can tell he genuinely cares about his clients !!!!

Terrible delivery, not tighten when set up, they didnt even leave the rails for box springs, and it already broke when trying to push it to the wall because the delivery left it a foot away from the wall. I WOULD SHOP ELSEWHERE.

Don't EVER EVER EVER buy anything from Ashley Furniture. They DO NOT stand behind their products. I wanted gray wood end tables. They didn't' have any in the showroom at the time, but was shown by another piece of furniture what they would look like. I Liked the wood shown to me....It was gray. When I received them, they were BROWN....not gray. I went into the store to talk to them. That had the exact end tables in there...IN GRAY...I asked if they would just EXCHANGE my brown ones for those gray ones. They would NOT do it. I talked to them twice and they kept saying the same thing...."It is corporate "POLICY" NOT to do that. I even called the corporate office. Did not get anywhere with them either. SO....I AM STUCK WITH BROWN ENDTABLES THAT ARE SITTING NEXT TO MY GRAY SOFA AND LOVESEAT.....THAT I BOUGHT FROM THEM AS WELL. DO NOT TRUST THAT PLACE.

Walked in knowing exactly what I wanted Spoke to Sal and he was very helpful. Answered all my questions and was super easy to work with. I pretty much sat back while he worked it all out. Getting my new sectional in about a week. Which was exactly when we wanted it.
We have been loyal Ashley customers for years. We bought an entire house of furniture in 2020 which we sold to our buyers when we sold our home last year. Early this year we bought new furniture for our new home in Mesquite. My biggest concern when purchasing living room furniture was sagging cushions. I was assured that the sofas were good quality and that would not be an issue. Being a skeptic, I went ahead and purchased a sofa, loveseat, and two swivel accent chairs, but also purchased the extended warranty for these items. One of the accent chairs was broken less than 4 months after delivery. The technician came out and ordered a new swivel mechanism for the chair. We showed him how all of the cushions were already sagging. They ordered new cushions for all the pieces but one never arrived. Upon checking, I was told that they didn’t order a cushion for the second swivel accent chair, but that he would order one right away. Based on that, I postponed the technician trying to save them a trip. After not hearing anything, I called the store back only to find out that the cushion was never ordered. Sammi, the customer service manager told me she would order a replacement cushion right away. I emailed to get a tracking number on the cushion only to get a response saying that a new cushion wouldn’t be available until September. It is pretty sad that after spending so much money on a house full of furniture that my sofas look like crap in just a few short months. My opinion is that the store uses a higher quality foam for their store models and use inferior foam on the furniture they deliver. Sammi insisted that is not the case, however we had friends recently come visit from out of state and they have the exact same couches with the exact same issues. Ashley used to sell sofas with coil springs in the cushions that stayed looking great. I was told they no longer sell sofas with the coil springs. They must want to only sell inferior sofas so that people have to replace them every few years. I will no longer purchase from them. What a disappointment!

Do not buy furniture here if you want to receive all of your furniture. I’ve been sent about 3/4 of the pieces for my sectional couch that I ordered months ago. The couch doesn’t connect without the rest of it so it looks ridiculous. I’ve been lied to multiple times on when it’s going to be delivered and every week it gets pushed another month out. Who knows when I’ll get it. Horrible experience.

The sales rep I worked with was John. He Listen to what I was looking for, was patient and had some good suggestions. friendly to and knowledgeable. My only suggestion is for the sales reps to make sure they tell the buyer what it cost for a delivery charge and protection plan, he mentioned them, but didn’t tell me the cost. I was shocked when I saw i Delivery charge on my receipt at $199.

My husband and I went into Ashley around March 15th. Picked out a couch and a coffee table and an end table that ended up totaling to about 4k. We were told that everything would be delivered on April 20th. At the time I remember thinking that that was a long time but I understood bc the couch was made to order so i get it. April 12th, I called to make sure everything on our order was good to go bc I hadn’t got a call or email about our order being on time or anything and the lady told me that everything was good to go and “not to worry your order will be delivered on April 20th” well today is the April 17th and I just got a call saying that our order is delayed until MAY 18th!? That’s literally ridiculous. I’ve tried calling the store 3 times and no answer so I will be heading over there today in hopes that I don’t have to wait 2 whole months for our new couch 😂 Edited bc this was resolved. I don’t remember who I spoke with but he was very professional and helped resolve this issue . Thank you 🙌🏼

He sat with us, listened to what we wanted and why. Then, his expertise kicked in. He recommended bedroom sets, tables, bar stools, chairs and recliners. He was helpful and kind. He worked with our color scheme to find what was right for our new home. We found what we needed and more! We cannot thank Ashley and Blair enough for their support and great service!

Me and my wife just bought a new house so the 0% finance for 60 month option made for a very little monthly payment which is best for a new home owner. We were shopping around for a dining set. we decided to stop by because we had a pretty negative experience with other Furnishing companies. Aka blvd furnishing. The first person we met was Kimo which was hands down the best sale associate there. He Let us have our space but was close by if we had any question. Wasn’t following us everywhere like other do. The GM came and introduced herself as Adriana we told her our experience with Blvd furniture which She was super nice and understanding. we ended up finding the exact dining room set we wanted and purchased it that day. keep in mind they had it way cheap then what we were originally going to pay at Blvd furnishing. We felt appreciative and understood. They really took there time and made sure our needs were met. 100% recommend for any sort of furniture.

We entered this Ashley furniture store for a 2nd time with the expectation that we were going to make a purchase at Ashley today. David met us at the front door and was immediately too aggressive. We tried to inform him and let him know we appreciate our space and we will let someone know when we are ready. He literally said, “ok, I’ll just follow you around from a distance” and he actually proceeded to stalk us throughout our shopping experience and cut into our conversation when we clearly did not need his input. He told us very obvious information that we already knew and then would take the price tag away to “check inventory” so we could no longer see what our price options were. This was a horrible experience. We shopped every store in town before settling on furniture from Ashley. However, based on this 2nd experience, Ashley will not get our business. Management needs to do better

Ashley furniture is very very bad in delivering orders.We have been waiting about a month an a half for mattresses that we order.Its seem like they have been delivering our mattresses to Vegas, where as the main order purchase was made with an Arizona address not a Las Vegas Address, also they are not returning the money my friend paid them,saying it's coming but to this day she hasn't seen it in her account. IS THE RETURN OF HER MONEY DELAYED,BECAUSE SHE CANCELED HER ORDER?

We bought a 3k couch set from these guys. They charged me for delivery even though I picked them up. Within a few days at home the cushions compacted leaving ass craters. Mind you I weigh about 190 lbs, these were filled with sub standard collapsible material. Under the warranty claim they sent someone out who refluffed the seats doing nothing and when called out again never showed up. I wouldn’t buy anything from these rip off artists.

Had a brand new broken chair delivered to us. When I called. They told me they had to send out a service repair to evaluate the issue. The gentleman came out said that it needed a whole brand new bottom to the recliner. I asked why we couldn’t get a new chair. They said that they have to fix it first it took them two weeks. They finally came out and as he was fixing it, he got frustrated stood up said I can’t do this anymore and left. He literally had the chair torn to pieces. We went down to Ashley Furniture to speak to the manager about what we can do about this David was amazing, but the young lady who was the receptionist started getting upset actually stood up, went off on me, informed me that she was pregnant and continued to yell and scream to the point where the manager asked her to walk away the other receptionist that was sitting there immediately started to help. David said that he was not going to End his day until this was taken care of he later called me and told me that they were going to send someone out to pick up the chairs and refund my money. I will never shop with them again, nor do I recommend them but David and the other receptionist or secretary was absolutely amazing understanding compassionate. if not, for the other young lady I would’ve just rebought the chair but because of her I will never step foot in there again, and to end this story. come to find out it was her husband who walked away and left my chair in pieces . That’s why she became hi rate when we were saying this isn’t acceptable and whoever he was he needed to escalate it up. He did not do a good job she became defensive and abusive verbally.

Asked the sales rep Teresa Garrad in store about return policy, was told 30 days, received cheaply made uncomfortable sofa and then after trying for 2 weeks called for for return was told they don't accept any form of return. Lied for commission. Don't waste your time or money. Go elsewhere.

Originally I only bought the chair but because she is so easy to work with, I later added a sofa sleeper to the order as well. She's great!

I'd put a 0 if I could!!! I bought all new furniture from them and it took them 5 different deliveries to complete my order. Every time I got a delivery my credit score went down from a 830 to a 775. I had no clue but one of the items I bought came in a box with 100 pieces to put together. Ashley furniture, I'd rather shop at IKEA!!!

I'm not a fan of furniture shopping, and normally it's not something I do just for fun. But needed to do something to get out of the car while road trippin and stopped in because we will be getting a new home soon. Even though we weren't looking to buy at that moment, the guy that greeted us at the door, William, was pretty awesome. Normally, when you shop at a large furniture store, the salespeople pressure you to buy the most expensive pieces in the store, but that was not the case this time. William knewp that i was shopping on a budget, so he suggested that we look in the clearance section. I found some great lamps, faux trees, and some other decor pieces for a great price, and I was VERY PLEASED with the selection. I went in just casually to look at the clearance rack as I've just been looking for some small decor items so was simply browsing when one of your staff members came to ask if I needed any help. He was so beyond professional I almost couldn't believe I was in a chain store and not a high end specialized furniture store. William went above and beyond just to give me some ideas on home decor and has made me feel like if I ever need anything for my house that this location will always be my very first stop. Absolutely exceptional service when I didn't even need to ask for it. All retail stores need to use William as an example of an upstanding employee and should be what they strive for! Can't praise enough.
This was the second time purchasing furniture at Ashley's and they've always taken care of us. Our first time we purchased a sectional couch and recently we bought a recycling/rocking chair. Both Eddie, and the Manager Adriana went above and beyond in giving us great care. Our older sectional couch that we previously purchased at Ashley's was getting a little wear and tear on the cushions (because we have four boys) and they were great at ordering some new cushion coverings for us. Thanks for taking care of us! I'm sure we'll be back.

Never shop at this store. The salesman are liars and will say anything to make a sale even if it is not true. They have an excuse for everything and just blame errors on “people make mistakes” I understand that people make mistakes but people can also correct mistakes. Ashley does not care about you once they take your money. Nothing would ever make me walk in this store again

Another store with sales scam! Walk in and was told we won $100 of in store credit. But surprise surprise when we went to use it, it only applied to products that are fully marked up.
I had a great salesman who is very helpful in trying to solve a small problem. But every time I have called the store, I get connected to a person with a very heavy accent and a lot of static on the call. Static with every word spoken so that I can’t understand anything said. I hope your Customer service can be improved with at least a good phone connection.

GREAT SELECTION GREAT STAFF. They were very transparent about everything and how they are now corporate owned versus being privately owned. Great for us as customers give us better selection and better service. I have noticed when it comes to any issues as I had a delay with my sofa, the best service to get is from in store. Or speaking to someone in the store not corporate as their phone tree sometimes leads to one of those reps. They stated with me from beginning everything is an estimate and were willing to help keep track of my order by putting a reminder on their calander and make me aware of any date changes. This communication is really all we wanted to be able to plan accordingly.
DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! We made a purchase in store but they didn't have the leather color we wanted in store so they ordered our accent chairs online and had them shipped direct. The chair we saw in store was cream leather with black metal frames. When ours got here, they were black leather (like we wanted) but the frames were a weird brown which looked horrible with our set up. I called the following day to return and found out they have a 72 hour return policy which no one told us about but the rep on the phone said I had met that requirement and processed the return. Two days later I received an email with my open case number saying they needed some more info. I called and they had me take 7 specific photos, which I did the same day. I never heard back on the return (emailed multiple times to ask for an update with no response) so I called them today and they said the ticket for my return was opened the day they emailed me ( a couple days after I actually called) and therefore was outside the 72 hour return time limit. So they had me go through all the work for the return and then because their team opened a ticket late, they are not allowing me to return a product that was different from what they showed me in store. Additionally, we purchased a console for our entry and the doors are crooked and don't hit the magnets to close properly. When they delivered, we showed the delivery guy and he said he would submit a request for a repair man to come out... big surprise, never heard back on it. Horrible experience overall!! Will not be buying from here again and recommend that anyone reading this doesn't as well. I just bought a home and would have used them to furnish most, if not all of it, but Ashley does not value customers or return business and they have definitely lost mine.
Blair did a fabulous job. We ran into many hiccups with Ashley delivery. However, Blair went above and way beyond to get everything straightend out and get us what we ordered. I would highly recommend if you go see Blair at the St. George Store.

Good selection, but lacking in customer service. Walked in and around the whole store multiple times looking at various couches and when we were about to leave and came back around to look at a price on something, a salesperson finally came over. Initially a nice guy, but trying to get a word in edge wise was a task and a half and it seemed like he was just wanting to make a sale more than listening to me/us. I noted (in my head) that 4 separate times I was trying to ask something and he was just moving on to the next piece of furniture. Like I said, he was nice (can't remember the name) but listen more to the customers please. Felt pressured too because we decided on what we thought we wanted at a decent price (before adding $129 delivery and $200 (or whatever it was) extended warranty turning a $700 couch into like $1100 after tax) and gave our info but never came back. Went to a couple of other places and ended up buying from Furniture Row. Zero pressure there and friendly from the beginning.

Furniture shopping can be very overwhelming, especially when you walk into a huge store like this, but when you have someone to help guide you through the store you feel little more at ease. We were at this local store looking for a comfy sectional for our living room and our sales guy Eddy asked us detailed questions of exactly what we needed. He showed us directly to couches right up our alley. Maybe within a few we found the one for us. Eddy helped us quick and made it easy. The sale was smooth. So if you are visiting this Ashly location, definitely ask for Eddy. He'll make this overwhelming task a breeze for ya.

I visited Ashley furniture to browse the availability of a couple of side tables for my living room. I was approached by aa saleswoman, Samantha, who was very friendly and she offered me assistance. So for a good 30-more minutes she walked me throughout areas that had these tables. We discussed the style I was mainly looking for, farmhouse or traditional. Even though the visit was great and I was shown quite a few tables, I couldn’t make up my mind. I truly would come back and ask for Samantha for assistance and have already recommended her to my friends.

Wow! I just cannot say enough about this Ashley furniture store in St. George. We had such an amazing experience. We just built a new home in Cedar city and needed to furnish the entire home and Vivian the sales rep took such amazing care of us. The manager Adriana was so accommodating and kind. We bought it living room set and when we had it delivered we had to keep it at our rental as our house wasn’t done because the wouldn’t hold it. We had it in the boxes for a month and when we opened them in our newly built home there were roaches in the box. Ashley said it was over 72 hours since delivery so they were not responsible. We had to have new home fumigated

Biggest SCAM. I purchased a new Temper Pedic mattress ($4,000) and Ashley Furniture said the adjustable base ($2,500) would work well. I called 19 days later to return the Chinese junk. Ashley forgot to say your mattress gets shorter as the head and leg adjustments increase. Their 72-hour policy (read all fine print) should not apply to anything that the purchaser does not lay or sit on. You might think you are buying from a large chain that supports their customers, but this store is independent. Look and touch at Ashley then save 25% or more online. People at the store are , super nice , it's the customer service in their warehouses and distributors that are not writing notes when they get a call from customers and are not calling ahead of time before they deliver, I been waiting over a month for my furniture and they selected the day they want to deliver without asking ur opinion. I done. Everytime I call the number I get sent to some Philippines customer call center. This is **@#$%^ ridiculous 🙄

Terrible experience, the greeter wouldn't even look up from her desk when we walked in. The associate I asked questions gave me one word answers and didn't offer any helpful suggestions, and the entire customer service experience was very poor. I'm fully furnishing two homes and need to make a large purchase, but I'll definitely be shopping elsewhere.

Superior service until you drop the cash.... for a $250 delivery fee on a 2K purchase, I wasn't thrilled when there was zero follow up on delivery. When I asked for a refund, my sales rep (Vivian) who was kind before was suddenly pretty cold. she made me wait over 40 minutes in the back and disappeared. I kept asking every time she came back out if she would help me and she kept blowing me off. I finally asked another staff member for help and they had it refunded in 5 minutes. I was going to settle on only refunding half but after that experience I decided I was done. I tried finding a manager or contact number before leaving a review it is impossible to get a hold of anyone if you aren't buying something.
They're renovating, so they didn't have much to see.

Ordered a king bed frame and mattress the first of February was told it would be delivered and set up March 22. Got a text a week later saying it would not be delivered until at least July. I told them to cancel my order and refund the money. Was told I would receive it in 7-14 days. No refund so I called back and they said it would be in my account in 24 hours. I still have no refund and now they suddenly cannot find my order and will call me in 48 hours to tell me whats going on!! I will never shop here again!!
Made a purchase of a bed set around May 17th 2021, and was told to expect a delivery of 3-4 months. It took until October 11th 2021 which is 5 months. Not too horrible but still disappointing how long it took. The night stands, chest, and dresser are great. Some little scratches but overall okay. My real gripe is with what happened after delivery with the bed. They couldn’t assemble the whole bed because it was missing the legs. Turns out the bed I have has specific special legs. So we order on October 12th the day after. Went in around December 20th because they had 0 tracking info and every time I called no one knew. So I finally went in person and they didn’t have my order at all. They said they lost it. On that day we did another order and I was told they had no eta. I get it mid way through February. More context it has drawers on the bed and needs 4 additional legs for the drawers and 5 tall ones down the center support. The order in February is wrong, and they ordered the wrong short legs. They sent a service tech out and all he could do is order yet again. This time luckily it only took two weeks until 3 days before I’m writing this. But it’s still not the right legs and they were going to send a service tech out today. Tech cancelled and pushed it out another week. But I can put two wrong orders together to make a right. It’s still missing what they call adjusters to make sure things are level. All this time, and it’s still technically not complete and they would have to do another order for the right ones. Delivered October 11th and it’s March 18th but I still don’t have a complete bed frame. I put it together to where I can finally use it but I still expect to get all my parts because that’s what I paid for. We will see when that happens. This is my experience, you can take your chances for a different one if you want but I’m never shopping here again. Only reason they get 3 stars is because me living room set and kitchen set went perfectly but that was about 3 and half years ago so different location and different time. They are trying on this one but there’s too many faults.
The salesperson that assisted me was Kimberlee and she was phenomenal! Interestingly I arrived 10:45am to an opendoor and walked right in, only to be encountered by one of the managers on who I was and if I was a customer because they were not open until 11, apparently they forgot to lock the door the day prior! Kimberlee immediately said I was ok to stay and helped me after their staff meeting. I picked up a beautiful sectional thanks to Kimberlee!! Ashley Furniture is definitely lucky to have her on their team! I will however note that while there I witnessed 5 unsatisfied customers ranging from delayed shipments, to wrong delivered items, to poor customer service by the management team. As a business owner myself this didnt sit well with me, highly recommend that corporate look into retraining the management staff on customer service as well as leadership and management.

What a sham of a business, “Buy American”, everything is all rainbows and unicorns right up until 5 minutes AFTER your payment is received. Bought a dining room set from a very nice sales person , Vivian, in October 21 with a delivery of December/January, with a “text me I’ll update you” promise. First text to inquire status I got a , “you’ll have to contact the store” short and Curt response. Since then I have been notified that furniture would be delivered Feb.9, but alas not so, phone call this morning to schedule chair and stool delivery on the 9th of February but table isn’t due into warehouse until Feb 16 with a delivery of March 9. So buyers beware of false promises and cavalier attitudes towards you once they have your money and you are out of their store. Very poor representation of a successful large business. Find a local store that can give you real-time , honest info on inventories and deliveries.
I purchased a loft bed with trundle. I paid A LOT extra for assembly/setup. Upon the 3rd or 4th use of the pull-out trundle, it completely collapsed, and screws ripped through a side panel. That left it completely irreparable. I have been online chatting/calling for weeks, and the best they can do is charge me over $1000 for a replacement????? The whole bed was less than that to begin with. I should have known better. Do not buy this substandard trash. The company has NO guarantee. You're just on your own when they overcharge for product and then send someone who doesn't know how to set things square before screwing everything together. I will shout it far and wide. Stay away!
***We recently purchased a piece of furniture from Ashley. They have 100% redeemed their past mistakes. Excellent customer service and delivery. **Update: the sales manager offered an acceptable solution by allowing us to return the pieces we already had in our home. We were refunded in full. We now have no bedroom furniture, but at least we aren’t fighting to get a delivery. If only the the delivery of the remaining pieces went as smooth as the pick up, then maybe they would still have our future business. DO NOT SHOP HERE!! I repeat, DO NOT SHOP HERE! We ordered furniture in June and still do not have all of it. Since corporate took over, the management is horrible. We have been made promises that are not kept, and four attempts of delivery, each time our furniture is damaged. We would demand a refund, but the remaining pieces are part of a bedroom set. The missing pieces are the actual bed, so we have been sleeping on our mattress which is on the floor since June. There are other furniture stores in St. George, go to those. They are locally owned and actually care about their customers.
I got a bill in the mail for furniture I never received six months later I still had no furniture big hassle to work with the circus staff eventually went to boulevard home furnishings where I actually received higher quality stuff and better staff if there was a way to give 0 stars I would be careful they aren't the company they once were!
I would give the sweet sales lady that helped us a 5 star for sure! But, the manager that came to fix a problem I would give a negative 5. She was so rude and abrasive. If there were more options near our small town I honestly would have left after the experience I had with the manager. Apparently the Ashley furniture in St. George went through new management two weeks ago so our sweet cells lady had to ask her to help her with the new tablet and right from the moment the new manager came over she was super rude and abrasive but mostly to her employee but completely in front of me and my family. She kept getting frustrated when her employer had to ask questions and a couple times the manager threw the iPad onto a couch nearby and stormed over to help her and kept throwing her hands up in the air I even apologize to the employee for how the manager was treating her and she was so sweet and kept saying oh no she’s really a sweet lady in on one on one basis. That is not a way at all to treat anybody but especially your employee I was very close to just leaving without the couch. I do love the couch and loved the amount of choices that Ashley furniture had and our sales lady was great.
Ordered a king sized mattress in mid October, delivery was set for late November. Two days after it was supposed to be delivered we got an email that it would actually arrive December 30th, then about a week later we receive another email that the delivery was pushed back to JANUARY 12TH! We emailed the company to try and reach a solution or compromise because three months waiting for a mattress is ridiculous and the company ignored our emails completely. Rather than wait until January to maybe have out mattress or maybe get another email pushing back our delivery, we canceled the order and will not be return customers. Ashley doesn't care that we've spent thousands of dollars there in the past and they have no customer service whatsoever. It can't even be called bad, it simply doesn't exist.i wish I could give zeros stars.
Just moved into town and needed a few things to finish furnishing the new place, but I wasn't quite sure what I was after. I was greeted by Michael when I came in and he was incredibly helpful, showing me the options they had available in stock since I could not wait for something to be ordered. It's refreshing to find a salesperson focused on service, and not being pushy at all. He covered my options, answered my questions and made the entire process incredibly easy. Loving my new couch and bed, and I appreciate very much the help that was provided when there was a minor mixup with my order. Very happy with my purchase, and glad Michael was there to help me with all of this.

When I had entered the store I had a specific sectional couch that I wanted and she told me how long it would most likely be until I got that couch and I was not satisfied. So she took me around the store and showed me all sectional couches around the same size and price range. I found an even better one that what I had gone in there for in the first place! I would have never even have thought about looking for another one. So thanks to Vivian I will have a comfortable and stylish living space. (I am not a fake review) If you want to fight me you can.

Came in to get a futon/sleeper sofa. The store is overwhelmingly large, so we were glad to have help from Michael. He not only found us exactly what we were looking for, but he went above and beyond to help us figure out how to get our new item home. We looked at several stores for Furniture,then we went to Ashley Furniture,we never been there before Now I dont know why,we loved the Store,they have everything ..Gabriel Was are sales person,he is wonderfull,he spent time helping us find a love seat,with double recliners And colors,we took measurements Cause were in a R.V.,he was so helpful,then we needed a table For our bench dining ,we didnt Want legs,space is small,he suggested a drop leaf table pedastool, that was perfect, our Deliver came today,they set it up It's so Nice,the two guys were so carefull,very friendly,did a assume Job..All the store associates,are so Nice,and hepfull,we will always get Our needs at Ashley Furniture, Thumbs up to all.👍
Normally I hate furniture stores as you are hounded the minute you walk in. Vivian introduced herself and let us shop and then was extremely helpful. She knew her products and listened to what we liked and didn't and could lead us to pieces she thought would work. And they did! I loved the whole experience and I am hard to please. She made it easy.
We had searched for a particular sized and color couch at several different furniture stores, and then finally, 45min before closing, we came here, and instantly found the one we were looking for. Samantha was very helpful despite the impending closing time, helping us figure out shipping times and looking at other furniture as well to see all the options. Our only hiccup is that we went to pick the couch up in hurricane the next day, and the warehouse gave us a wrong piece that we didn’t notice until we got home. We contacted them the next day and they are swapping out the correct section in a couple days for no extra travel charge. (We live an hour from the warehouse). We love the couch so far and it was very easy to assemble. Love all the options and the open, common sense design of the Ashley Store so we didn’t get all turned around and flustered like at Blvd Home store. (It is Beautiful, but very maze-like when on a time crunch.)

I was in there looking at some furniture and was appalled at the way the girl in the back customer service treat her coworker in front of people. The girl was obviously new and was very sweet and kind and asked her coworker for some help and she said to her in front of us, look in the notes book as you have to catch on sooner or later. She was very rude to her and very unprofessional nor did she try to help her in anyway. Terrible example she was!!

I found a nice sofa and loveseat. Unfortunately because of what the government is doing lately prices are up and it will take up to four plus months to have it delivered. So be patient. It isn't the store's fault
I will never order furniture from Ashley Furniture again been waiting several months for a couch we ordered because the salesman said it would be in July 5. Every time we call the date moves out further he said he was positive it would be in because that was my concern when I purchased it.

Where do I start? Purchased 3 cabinets and when I received them, 2 were damaged and 1 was only half there. Ashley had me ship the 3rd one back. At this point we were just disappointed but then the fun started! Their communication has been disappointing, to say the least. Asked me to send pictures of the damage, so I did, then nothing! 2 months and still nothing. Called today and found out that they refunded the money on the one we shipped back and haven't done anything on the 2 that were damaged and didn't plan to unless I either sent them back, which isn't possible because the boxes are long gone or donate them. I might add that this is the first time these options were even brought up. So their only solution is a lot of hassle for me and NO CABINETS. As far as I'm concerned, it's the last time I'll do business with Ashley!!
We have been waiting on a dresser since December of 2020 , and was told we would get it delivered today , between 1-3 pm it was a no show , we call in and they tell us it was damaged and we can either reorder or make another selection. What poor customer service that they would not call and let us know they would not make the delivery. We will decide what are choice is but very poor service. Communication is essential regardless and they just didn’t do that .
We ordered furniture back in December that was supposed to take 6 to 8 weeks of 2020 we have received half of our order. A couple days ago Ashlee called and said that your dining room set is in but they can’t deliver it So I asked why can’t it not be delivered they said there is only one guy that schedules the delivery and nobody else knows how to work the computer system so now I’ve been waiting five months to get a dining room set and now that it’s here I can’t even get it delivered because supposedly there’s only one guy that does the schedule I think Ashley furniture really needs to get their stuff together
We loved Ashley in Draper. St George does it even better. Went in for our parents, time for a living room upgrade. Vivian was absolutely amazing at helping them. We are disappointed that she won't be in Tennessee to help us with our new home. Go see why Ashley is better than RC Willey or any of the common places that carry furniture.
Bought lift chair on Dec. 18, 2020. It broke in March. Ashley worked on it twice in a month and finally said they would order part. That has been since the first of April. I have called and called and they say someone will call back. Today I called again and asked for a new chair or refund. They said Oh, the part is here so our policy is we can't do a refund or new chair.

I normally do not take the time to review businesses but I just had to with this store. I found myself with a huge problem on pieces of furniture I had bought previously from Ashley Furniture. Upon calling the store today I was given the manager, Braden to help with my situation. I have restored faith in true customer service/satisfaction due to the efficiency and concern Braden displayed over my situation. He immediately let me know he would work with me to rectify the problem and ensure I was satisfied and happy. He asked me to come into the store, I did, and he worked out the issues to my great satisfaction! He was professional and kind and very knowledgeable. Thank you Ashely Furniture! You’ve made a lifelong customer our of me.
I just paid $4000 for couches. I’ve waited for months for them after paying. Both are very damaged. One of them the backrest is off because the track part was broken on delivery and they will send a repair man out to fix next week. The second couch apparently the arm rest is off and they said they will reorder and it will take another 4 months to get in. They were not apologetic but just factual. I will never shop here again. As it’s Easter weekend I literally have nowhere for my mom to sit as I got rid of my other couch.
This place got in our furniture and didn't even tell us. Inexcusable! We have been waiting forever. So we drop into the store and ask when it will arrive...and are told it's here!!! They are just waiting for one more table which will be in end of April. I was incensed to say the least. Like a stung bee, you don't want to make Mama mad. I won't be bringing my business here anymore.

Dont waste your time. We ordered a couch mid December, and they said it'd be end of January for delivery because of COVID. Called at the end of January and they said itd be another week. Called again. Another week. Called again and confirmed our delivery, one week later. The day of delivery they dont show up. So we call again. They said they had tried to call us to tell us one of the pieces of our sectional was not received. We had never received such phone call.They said it would take ANOTHER 6 weeks to get the other piece. 12 weeks of waiting and all they'd offer is $100 off. No thank you. Take your business somewhere else.

Very poor customer service today. We were trying to replace something under an extended warranty, but couldn’t find anything thing at the same price. We asked the customer service people if they would call the warranty company and speak to them about a combination since there was nothing at the price. They would not consider making a call!! These were three people that had been sitting at their desks talking the entire time we were in there. Buyer beware, absolutely no help when you have a problem!

Meh. If you like either big bulky furniture in brown, this is for you. I think the selection is outdated and boring for the most part or tacky modern when they try to be diverse.
Middle Range furniture. Lots of styles to look at, but be prepared to wait for your order. They don't sell off the floor, so this would be ideal for a future project rather than something more urgent.
Been here twice. Not sure how this place is still open. During a pandemic and had the worst customer interaction with sales staff. Many other furniture stores in the area to even waste time here. I received a response from someone who answered my review from Ashley Home Store. If management really wants to know what is going on in their store they need to put in a friend or acquaintance and have them ask for a sleeper sofa in our case and see the results. We even asked if there was a sectional sofa and the response was "this is what we have, take or leave it". My wife and I looked at each other and said we are done. There was no well maybe we can order you something or lets see what's available elsewhere. We went to another local furniture store and they didn't have what we wanted either but we did order one and have a delivery date of 120 days. Ashley Furniture didn't even try.
Gabriel is an amazing salesman, he deserves 5 stars. Was very helpful and kind, and found out all the information that he could on my order and made sure I was happy with the items I did receive. Ashley home store is the reason for 2 stars. Originally had purchased a dining set and sectional couch in July. Dining set came in late September and the couch was supposed to be one week after that. Nearly 6 months later and the couch hadn't come in. At one point the store said the couch was in so called to schedule the delivery and the distribution center said it wasn't. They told us they were just waiting for the last piece to arrive. The piece they told us that wasn't in was just to make one side wider so it still would have been a complete couch. We were in St. George near the distribution center with our trailer and called to tell them we want to just pick up whats there so we can at least have a matching couch in our home. We were told that no partial pickups are allowed on any order, even though we picked up our dining set that was on the same order? After that point we started looking elsewhere and found what we wanted that was in stock with a different furniture store.
No one ever came over to ask if I needed assistance.

We ordered a couch from Ashley's Furniture 12 weeks ago and to this day we haven't received it. What's most frustrating is they keep changing their story first saying its on the truck ready to be delivered, then its not, then its in Vegas. This company is very dishonest and offers little to no help, we have called multiple times and all they offer is WHEN it finally gets delivered they'll assemble the couch for free or return the couch with a restocking fee of 25%, that helps nothing. My family has always bought furniture from Ashley's but this will be the last time we do.
Gabriel (Gabriel Beaumont) was such an amazing salesperson!!! He had my best interest at heart. He asked me what my issues were and made sure I didn’t walk out of there with something i didn’t actually want. I recommend going and asking for Gabriel if you want to try out and find pillows and beds with a no-pressure, informative approach. I don’t review people often but I had to after my experience today
I prefer to only review when I have something good to say, but I'm so frustrated. My husband and I just got a new place so we went to the store here in St. George and ordered back in August. Saleslady said ”I can't get that in 4 weeks” which is why we chose the couch we did over another... I received no updates (calls or emails), so I call back after 4 weeks. I was then told that it will now not arrive until October 27th. I could either wait or look for something else. I chose to wait because we really liked the couch. Fast forward to today the 26th of October; I call to check on my delivery that should be arriving TOMORROW. ...I am now being told that it will be maybe another week. 🙃 We liked the selection in the store and the sales lady wasn't pushy so we appreciated that... But we also would appreciate Honesty. Don't say 4 weeks if it's going to take months. It wouldn't hurt to update your customers on status changes either. So we’ll see how our couch delivery turns out. I’m still hoping for the best.
Walked in and walked the whole sales floor from front to back and no sales person anywhere. We could hear someone but seriously, we were in the store for a good 30 minutes! It ended up being a complete waste of time.
Bought a couch from this store. Saleslady person said it will take 6-8 weeks to make it and deliver after. After calling them after 8 weeks they said, need to wait 2 more weeks, after two weeks I called them again and the lady said “oh it’s gonna be 1 more week” and I said ok. Then today after a week I call them again because they never update buyers, like nothing communication. I was told the couch is not ready yet till the end of the month! And that’s when I cancel my purchase, not worth it. Just waiting for the refund we spend for the tax and shipping. It was not good experience at all!! Beware!

We went to purchase a sofa. We were greeted so friendly by a salesperson. There was a great selection and it didn't take us long to find a sofa-sleeper that was beautiful, sturdy and stylish, and best of all, INEXPENSIVE! Thanks Ashleys.
Made it seem like I was getting a discount on a brand new couch but then delivered the one off the showroom floor. I was suspicious when nothing arrived in plastic a couple days later, after being told it would take two weeks. They claimed it was necessary to assemble it, even though I didn't pay for assembly. I went back to see if the display was out, wasn't. Paid almost $600 down from $750. It's been a couple months and the middle is already sunk in. Warranty won't do anything. Also bought a coffee table and assembly was an additional service that had to be paid for. Took two weeks for that to arrive at their store for me to pickup and after they tried to get me to do so from their warehouse two towns away. And now you can see their denial that I ever reached out to them below. In fact I did so twice. And the rep did in fact tell me assembly was extra, even showed me the screen.

Bought floor model couch, but didn't have truck to take home, so was told I could come back for it. When I came back for it, traveling from Cedar City was informed there was no one to load it, and would have to come back with help. Was not informed this beforehand, answer was given no discount for the trouble.

Nice store with furniture and home accessories for every room. Many of the items can be ordered to your specifications such as area rugs or sofas with or without a sleeper pullout. The store is conveniently laid out so you can find what your looking for. The staff is friendly and helpful. There is plenty of parking in front of the store.

Bought a reclining sofa that won't stay reclined. Once you push it into the recline position it just folds back into the seated position. Ashley Furnitures response is that I can take it back as long as I pay the $200+ restocking fee.

I have been here multiple times, and the experience had been somewhat negative each time. The sales staff are either too pushy (some “pushiness” is to be expected because they’re paid in commission) or they act like I’m pulling teeth when I ask questions. I told one salesperson that I would like to look around but when I have questions I would find them specifically and not give the sale to another associate but when I tracked her down she acted like I was a burden on her. Even when I find a piece I like I have left empty handed due to poor customer service. I have since started purchasing furniture from a local carpenter who has prices that aren’t much higher and meets my requests to get me exactly what I want.

We love Ashley! We ordered some furniture through another store that ships through Ashley. They were willing to combine that order delivery with what we also ordered directly through Ashley which was helpful. Their delivery system is great. Our only complaint is if you call on the phone to have an item reserved for delivery, some items you are required to pick up in store and they didnt notify us of that and said it would be sent with our delivery. This led to an issue where we moved and didnt have all of the items we paid for as they were loaded with our othet items.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. My wife and I walked in all of the salespeople were sitting down shooting the breeze and no one got up until we walked passed. As we were looking for a bed the salesman didn't listen to what my wife or I had to say. He wanted the to make a sell so he was very pushy we told him we were just looking at the time. As we asked how long the sale on the mattresses would last he replied how long does it need to last. To which we told him it would probably be at least a week until we would have the money to buy one. He then got irritated and got a rude look on his face and changed his body posture. We told him we would be back in a week or so to possibly but buy the mattress to which he replied as we walked away go home and sleep bad and enjoy your terable bed. I told my wife as we walked out we would never shop there again

I want someone to call me back about my couch cushions. I have been getting the run around for over 3 weeks now and I am starting to get upset. You guys didn't have a problem taking my money but you refuse to call me back which is very bad business. I have left multiple messages and have not heard back from anyone. Do right by your customers that have paid money for something from you and call them back.

My wife and I had a fantastic experience with Ashley Furniture and plan on using them in the future. We purchased two couches and a dining set from them while our home was being built, received an excellent discount from the individual helping us, and learned that they will store your furniture for free until you ask for them to deliver it. They deliver it for a low fee (I believe $25) for everything, and the delivery guys were quick, efficient, and careful. The salesperson was never pushy and simply gave us our room to roam the store. Such a great experience.
Meh. Nothing in stock (all they have are displays, everything has to be ordered, and takes multiple weeks to arrive), and severely overpriced for the quality level of the furniture. Much better options in town.

Why isn't there a ZERO rating? I went to my local Ashley store in St.George, Utah (Red Cliffs) and took a long time to decide which desk I wanted for my office that needed to get set up ASAP. I finally decided on an L shaped desk that was solid and not the usual compressed laminate junk. I was told it would be 2-3 week wait and I called a couple of weeks later to be told it would be another month wait because it was "on the water" on a slow ship from nowhere land. Not in any warehouse in the entire country. I was gonna get a refund and stop the order because I need the desk now!! I ultimately decided to just wait it out because I really wanted the desk, The salesperson (female) showed no empathy for the situation and basically said you can have a refund or you can wait. This coincided with my first impression of that salesperson not having a great bedside manner and being nice was an effort. Why do they hire non people skilled folks to represent them? 6 weeks have passed and I called to check on the status of my desk prepared for it to arrive next week as was told. They informed me that it will be pushed out another 6 weeks until the end of next month. I was not happy and was told that my salesperson (aren't I nice to not mention a name?) You're welcome!!!!! I not only did not get a personal call back but a text was sent instead telling me "sorry I missed your call. I will mail you a gift card for the long wait, thanks" I responded, "what exactly is the gift card?" She responded, "like cash toward something in the store". I responded, "I can't afford more. How bout 50% off of this ridiculous circus?" She said she would talk to the manager on Monday to see what she can do" We fast forward to Monday and I had to call the store myself in the late afternoon to apprise him of the situation and asked if I could just have the floor model because I have waited double what I was supposed to and they should remove the floor model if that desk is still across the ocean in nowhere land and isn't even available for folks to order it. I asked if I could get that "GIFT CARD" she offered as just a perk to me for the headache about this whole order instead of applying it to another item I don't want nor can afford!!! He said he would see what he could do for me. Called me back and said that the floor model was already given to someone else on the list! Oh really?? THEY HAVE A LIST FOR AN IMAGINARY DESK THAT'S NOT AVAILABLE!! WOW!!!!!!! I was told I could wait for the desk.. ANOTHER 6 DAMN WEEKS and he'd give me $75 off or I could just cancel the order and get a refund. Well I have cancelled the order after waiting WEEKS .. double beyond what I was told!!! And they did NOTHING!!!!!! to make it right!! They did NOTHING to assist me as a CASH PAYING customer to assure that I'd be back!! AND I WILL NEVER!!!! BE BACK. I will not celebrate their service or their products to anyone and I will steer all my friends away from shopping at Ashley Furniture St.George! The customer DOESN'T come first in Ashley's book!! They did nothing to make this right and they don't care! This is unacceptable customer service Ashley Furniture!!!! The aura in the store and the salesmanship is a fail! You lost a cash paying customer!!! I'm rating ZERO!!

Very dishonest company! Ordered mattress for my family. Delivery date came and they never called or showed up! I called and ask if they were coming. They told me beds were in stock. My Sales man told me they had them in stock and would be there on time. I told them they lied to me and I was canceling my order! And I had all ready went to boulevard home furniture and bought new ones . Ashley did offer me a free upgrade but no refund. They still charged my card for a restock fee and refused to refund it. I would recommend if anyone is looking for a great company to work with I would go talk to Jared at BOULEVARD HOME FURNISHING!!
Gabriel helped us and it was a very good experience. We appreciated his effort to give us some great options which resulted in us getting the best pricing. He also showed us some wonderful living room pieces we hadn't noticed. We took his suggestions and are excited about our purchase!
This company is HORRIBLE!! Customer Service is a joke! They delivered a broken nightstand and assured us a new one had already been ordered. A week later, we find out there was no order placed and were accused of it being our fault. After being laughed at and hung up on, I was finally able to get a new nightstand delivered. A month later we receive our first bill to find that we were signed up for a 6mos no interest plan, when we clearly asked and verified that it was a 12mos plan.
Really nice furniture, great prices. It was enjoyable to look around without being hassled by the sales staff. We will be back.
My granddaughter and I were in there for an hour. I needed to purchase 2 rooms of furniture and NO ONE even acknowledged our presence. Do not give them your business.
Like many other reviews of this store and it’s salesmen, mine is of the same experience. Was told one thing and then another by another worker multiple times within the same hour. Would not recommend this place to shop for furniture. Very disappointed in my experience. Felt pressured the entire time to purchase a mattress and that if I didn’t purchase that day, we would not have received the deal that we were offered that day.

We bought a couch and a chair from Ashley's. The chair had a couple of issues and they ended up replacing with no problems. We like the couch as well but the padding in the back cushions seem to go flat and sag down rather easily. Poor quality maybe? Other than that I'm fairly pleased with how customer service handled it. I think the quality is a little bit less than furniture I've bought at other stores. Kyle and Mason were the delivery guys and did a great job.

After waiting over 3 weeks for our dining set.it was Delivered today and one of the 4 legs wouldn't bolt on..the delivery people needed super glue, we had to drive to a friend's to borrow a tube ..they used the glue to put the leg together. Also we all noted a rather severe blemish on the top surface of the table. Neither the delivery people or us know if it is a bubble or a chip. We are waiting for an answer. We had our awesome COUCH and LOVE SEAT delivered today. The young men that delivered them and set them up were of top quality. They arrived on time and set them up in a timely and organized manner. Had an electric sofa/lounger couch delivered today. Our team was Kory and Mason. They were in communication with us for the delivery. They were prompt, courteous, careful with bringing it into the house, answered any questions and tested the switches before they left.
Okay furniture store. Large selection, some items very nice, some not so much. Was just browsing so the sales staff left me alone which was nice.
It was refreshing to have a salesman not follow you around like a puppy dog the entire time, yet was they when we had questions.

I was very happy with the chairs I bought and the price I paid. I had looked for several months before finding a price that was in my budget. Delivery was on time and they were polite to call and confirm time before coming. The only negative was that one of the delivery men asked to use my restroom in my house. I thought that was not professional at all. They delivered the furniture with care and I appreciated that.
My daughter and I went into this store with great intentions to buy furniture, about a month a ago i applied for the ashley credit card, got approved, i contacted ashley in St Geoge and spoke with a lady, she was very nice and helpful, i asked if they delivered to Page Az, and of course they didn't, i understood that, i was welling to order the furniture and pick them up myself, but when we arrived at the store this past weekend, NOT one person even acknowledge or asked if we needed help, Three sales people were all seating or standing near the entrance greeting every person that went thru that door expect US, we walked the store several times and even circle the sales people several times, NOT one person said a word to us. I felt disgusted, especially my daughter asking me why no one is helping us ? I went to the counter and asked for the manager, one of the people that didnt asked if we needed help. So you be the judge

Sales person was helpful but when I entered the store all of the salesmen were just sitting on a couch together looking at their cell phones. The girls in the back were being rude to each other and complaining. Not likely to go back.
We had an amazing experience at Ashley. We had a few ideas but we were not sure on what exactly we wanted and needed for the space. They had a whole team of people working to help us make our bedroom just right!
Bought an expensive leather reclining sofa set a year ago and it broke yesterday... the back broke off the bottom when it was reclining. Also the padding flattened out right away so my husband uses a pillow on his side. I am trusting they will fix it but who knows. When they originally delivered it I saw the bottom was made out of webbing like they use on patio furniture, not quality construction. Looked like a really nice leather sofa at the store, but so cheaply made. I won't buy a sofa there again. Hope they fix this. My Lane sofa lasted 20 years with two rambunctious boys, and then we sold it in good condition to someone else. We are so disappointed this Ashley Furniture sofa didn't even make it a year before padding problems and now it is broken. We are just quiet seniors now, there is no excuse for it to have broken. A $2600 mistake. UPDATE: Today a serviceman came by and had no idea how to fix the sofa because the side piece is a skinny piece of wood where all the hardware attaches and cracked multiple times lengthwise. Oddly enough just above the stress point there is an addition skinny piece of wood added on top. So there is double thick wood until it comes to the hardware and then it is very thin and all the stress goes there. He could see no way to reinforce it. The woman in the service department had the day off, and he couldn't ask what to do. So he left and we have no idea how and when it will be fixed. Because it is a little over a year since we bought it they will probably try to stick us with the bill for repairing or replacing the top of the sofa that is cheaply built. UPDATE: District manager called last week and said the sofa will be fixed no charge and sent someone to pick the back section up. It took a few days because of the weekend, but today was returned repaired with metal parts and they even added new padding to the sofa so it looks like new. Everyone has been super polite and helpful about this. So I love the look of my sofa, not impressed with the quality, but very impressed with the customer service here in St. George, Utah. UPDATE: Sofa set is 2 years old and we can't find anyone to buy it for even a couple hundred dollars. It is so uncomfortable for us and is killing our backs. The seats are sagging and are only put together with patio chair webbing. I wish I had never heard of Ashley Furniture. $2700 thrown away.

I havent bought any furniture yet but I honestly LOVE how they are not pushy towards me when My wife and I come in too look at items. They always treat me nicely and never try and force me to buy when im not ready. When I do buy our next couch it will be from here.

Bruce was great and answered all our questions we had. We made an order for mattresses on Saturday and the customer service said that the mattresses would be delivered on Monday. There was miscommunication between the store and the distribution center, because the distribution center had no idea what I was talking about when I called them. The distribution center was able to get our mattresses out and delivered within the next two hours by Nate and Steven who apparently weren't suppose to be delivering, but they went out of their way so we could have our beds to sleep on! 2 stars for customer service, but 5 stars for Bruce and the distribution center for coming in clutch! Thank you so much for being amazing!
Ashley's is very accommodating. I exchanged an easy chair for a mechanical model and still received free delivery at only the upgraded model cost.
Wish they would stand behind the product they sell. Paid 4000 dollars for couches that are peeling after a year. This is they second couch that has done it. Looks great when you get it but wont last. If you say this is our best couch they should last more than a year. They sell a very poor product.
Their furniture is average, and the prices aren't bad, but be prepared to be hounded and stalked by employees. I understand they are working on commission and hoping for a sale, but my gosh they are like vultures the second you walk in the door. Worse than a car dealership. We actually make it a game to see who can last the longest without being spoken to. Sometimes, I like to browse, and if I have a question I will find you.

I bought a couch, love seat, and chair from the store. Not only was I lied to about the promotion they had going on (which I discovered in the credit card statement much later on), but the furniture quality is pretty low at best. I didn't purchase the cheap end. I specifically asked for durability. The couch and love seat have backs that fall off with the slightest bit of pressure. The chair does the same, but to a lesser degree. Now I'm fighting with them over the interest rate scam they pulled. I'm pretty sure deferred interest requires a disclosure BEFORE you sign up for it. BEWARE OF THEIR SCAM PROMOTIONS!
This is our second time that we've bought from Ashley. They have great quality at great prices. Everyone there is very helpful and take the time to answer all of our questions. The delivery guys were also careful and efficient when delivering our new sofa. I will shop there again.
We had a large wooden desk and end table delivered to us by Jacob and Kory. They did an excellent job moving the furniture into our home and navigating the narrow hallways. They also carried in a heavy glass top for the desk that we had brought with us from Arizona. We would definitely give these delivery men five stars.

Went to the local Ashley store to replace a broken recliner. The one we wanted would have taken too long to be shipped to the local store. We worked with Theresa to find one that could be delivered in a few days. She took us around the store to find another recliner that would match what we were looking for and found a great bargain recliner that matched just what we wanted at a great price. Delivery was scheduled for 2:30 to 4:30 on the following Tuesday. We received a call around noon asking if it would work for an early delivery, which worked great for us. Matt and Nate were very personable, did a quick and efficient job, and didn't even complain when our lawn sprinkler unexpectedly went off exactly when they began to bring up the new recliner. The old, broken recliner was also taken away per our request. Top notch service from start to finish.
Been waiting for over two months now for a couple of stools for the kitchen island. They didn't mention they were backordered at the time of purchase. This has been a recurring problem with Ashley; waited weeks for some bedroom furniture to arrive as well. If you don't mind waiting weeks to months to receive your purchase, then you'd probably be satisfied with the Ashley experience. I, however, won't be going back, nor would I recommend them to anybody.
Went to get a mattress. The salesperson was overly pushy, and smelled like an ashtray. I don't care if someone smokes, but you shouldn't be able to smell the smoke on someone from across the room in a furniture store. Went to The Boulevard and had a great experience.
We have bought couches about 8 months ago. We loved the service that was provided so much we went back and bought our dining room table a few weeks ago. Our table was delivered today. Jake and Ricardo (delivery guys) were very nice and worked in a very professional manner. They even answered all my 3 yr old questions. It's was a great experience from purchase to delivery. We will be back soon for a new bedroom se.
Mike and Martin delivered our furniture and were very careful not to damage anything in the process, they had to bring several heavy pieces up 18 stairs. Would recommend Ashley to anyone in the market for new furniture.

We have purchased most of our furnishings from Ashley's in St George. Tawney is the most helpful, trustworthy sales person you could ever work with. She is the only one I send all my friends to. In terms of standing behind their furniture. We had a few furniture pieces go wrong (not the stores fault). Stopped in the store and at a drop of a hat, they had us scheduled for Marcus and Steven to come out and exam the furniture. Those two warehouse guys work hard and their patience with a smile is very becoming of their job. Their company should be proud of them and the customer service they provide to customers. I love the way Ashley's stands behind their furniture. I will continue to do business with Ashley's.
The salesmen and women are helpful but said we could get a table in a week that took 4 to get there. It wouldn't matter that they said it would take 4 weeks but that they lied to get the sale really disappointed our family when we were expecting it. Won't be shopping here and if you do only talk with Bruce, he is a great employee.

Buy your furniture anywhere else. Worst furniture experience ever. I would give them 0 stars if it was possible. I ordered a coffee table and they said they would call when it came in. They never called. I went to their store yesterday and they said they had a different one at at their warehouse that would cost more, so I paid the higher price. They said I had 48 hours to return it if we didn't like it. I drove about 10 miles to the warehouse. I picked up the higher priced coffee table that night and took it home. It didn't match the couch so I brought it back the next morning as soon as they opened. Now the girl at the cashier station said they would only give me in store credit. I told her I didn't want in store credit and I just wanted my money back. They wouldn't give me my money back they charged me a$60 restocking fee. Ashley e is are the worst furniture place in St George

We just bought an entertainment unit from Ashley in St George. Not only are we really, really pleased with the unit but the two fellows who delivered it and set it up were great. Corey and Martin were very professional. They spent the time that was needed to set up the unit and they removed all of the packing and every bit of debris that comes with shipping a large unit. They patiently answered all of the questions we had. We were really impressed with the great job they did. Thanks guys!!!
Horrible Service, Manager was so rude and employees do not know how to treat their customers. We just purchased a new home and were so excited to go furniture shopping and they ruined our whole experience. I would not recommend going to this place or waste your time buying from them.

Ashley sales rep was very helpful and considerate. In fact lead time for our furniture was early. Generally when dealing with manufacturers lead time is usually later rather than early. Jake and Zach, called in advance and were right on time and very careful with delivery and placement of the new furniture!
We bought a lot of furniture from Ashley when we moved here two years ago. They told us there was a 10 year warranty on our Simmons king mattress, Within two months it got a big indent in it, they Would not do anything about it because we tore the tag that says to be removed by consumer off, no one ever told us not to or it would void the warranty. They also told us if we bought the Montage cover, we could get a new one every two years, cost $90.00, weLloyd it seems that was also a lie. I WILL NEVER SPELL ANOTHER PENNY THERE
Ashley's is a great store. We came here looking for a sleeper couch and they had a great variety. We chose one that was super comfortable with a good price point. When it arrived and the delivery people (very nice and friendly) delivered it, we sadly discovered that the doorway to the room it was to be set up in, was too small. I made a call to the store and without hesitation or hassle, the couch was returned and money PROMPTLY refunded. We will shop here again based on their integrity. Thanks Ashley!

I had a great experience with Ashley Furniture from start to finish. I was greeted by a excellent sales lady, Teresa, when I went into the store. I was looking for a dining room set. They had a huge variety to choose from. I was able to take my time and find what I wanted. The prices are great. Deliver takes about 3 weeks. The guys who brought my table, Corey and Brian, took great care with the new furniture and my house. I could tell they were trained to have respect for the customer. They were great guys. I love my new dining set, and I am so excited to use it for the upcoming holiday season.

Friendly, helpful staff. My wife and I picked up a dresser from the discount floor model area in the back. Our salesman was very hands-off and low pressure. They have a range of furniture, from cheap particle board to nice hardwood pieces.

PLEASE DO YOURSELF A HUGE FAVOR AND READ THE REVIEWS FOR THIS FURNITURE COMPANY BEFORE YOU BUY BECAUSE THEY ALL REFLECT THE VERY SAME EXPERIENCE THAT I HAD!! Go somewhere else, anywhere else and do it now. Don't waste your time walking in or even turning your head to look at Ashley Home Furnishings in St George. I bought a dinette set with a leaf in the table and benches for the long sides of the table. The saleswoman gave me the usual 20% off spill and then we settled on a purchase which I paid for right then and there. The lady told me that the table I was buying was one of their most popular dinette sets so I was shocked when she told me they did not have it in stock but it would have to be ordered in and I could have it in a week and she would call me when it came in. I waited 2 weeks and no call. Finally I called in and they told me that it was ready for pickup. I went to the store to pick it up and I was told I had to pick up at their distribution center. So I went clear to Hurricane, UT to pickup. Well when I got the table home it came with the short benches for the table that did not have a leaf in it. I called back to Ashley and was told that it was THEIR mistake and they would order in the long benches for me, but they would cost an additional $39 each and take about a week to get in.. About a week later I got a call from Theresa at Ashley Home Furnishings saying the benches were ordered I should have them in a couple of weeks and that she would call me when they got in. I got the feeling that my benches came in, but they sold them to someone else to make a sale, but I really don't know on that point. Well 3 weeks later and no call from Theresa. Finally I called Ashley and they told me they were delivered to their distribution center earlier in the week and that I had an open balance of over $145 owing. By this time I was pissed and I called Theresa who told me that she never remembered telling me that they would only cost $39/ea but that for my troubles they would give me a $30 discount. I felt insulted. Well, I finally just paid the $115 and decided to move on. What Ashley does not know is that I planned on getting this dinette set and if I liked it, getting another one just like it for my other home. I also had in mind to come down and pick up a office desk, hutch and credenza for my home office as well, however I will take this business somewhere, anywhere else because I will never walk into, at least this Ashley furniture store in St George, again.

I can't even believe the service I got, or lack thereof, I went in to buy a desk, was never greeted or even acknowledged, while standing near the back of the store by the desks rather than helping customers around the store I could overhear four employees complaining about a fellow employee.. Took my business online, very happy that I walked out of that store after seeing the way the employees acted I'm glad I left. If you're even thinking about going there just don't. It's a very poor representation of an Ashley Furniture Store and IMHO needs a new set of employees to give the Ashley brand a positive representation that this store obviously lacks.
Please run, don't walk away from this store. We have replaced 80% of the original purchase with different products or had to reordered the same because we wouldn't pay the bait and switch upgrade charges. I remember when Ashley was a respectable name, no longer true. There are many other places to buy furniture. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else.

Lied about frames being sold with mattresses. Asked to pay additional charge after sales rep said they were sold together. Didn't haul away old mattresses, after it was stated in the paperwork and delivery receipt to do so. Rescheduled to pick up old mattresses, never showed up.
Went in on New Years day, was pushed into purchase of a couch on special sale, it was a good deal, but I was quasi led to believe it was actually in stock and available, when I decided to purchase it, I find out it needs to be ordered. Fair enough, so 3 weeks later I get a call and they say that they got the couch in, but half of it is in the wrong color?! So they deliver HALF of my sectional, and tell me it will be another couple weeks to get the other half. Three weeks later, I am told that the 24th (another two weeks) is the date they *should* have it. The store themselves don't seem to care about my frustration, and just want to give me the warehouse number to call, which is pointless because they tell me the same thing. I understand mistakes happen, but NO ONE through out this whole ordeal has shown even a hint of compassion or understanding that this is a bad position to put a cash paying customer in. At this rate, I got half of my couch nearly a month after giving them money, and it will be another month to get the other half of it. I will never recommend them to anyone I talk to, unless they start showing some kind of appreciation of their customers, and a feeling that they care about doing the right thing. Seriously contemplating disputing the charge on my card while I still can.
Very dishonest sales people. We found a couch we really liked, but wanted to check some other stores to compare. We asked him to write the price and model number down. We took it to Downtown furniture and they said the model number was completely bogus. The sales guy at Ashley had completely made it up so we would not be able to compare prices apples to apples. Even though the price of the couch wasn't bad, the complete dishonesty was a complete turn off.
We ordered a bed frame from the St. George store. When we got our bed frame, they ordered the wrong bed frame, and the one we originally ordered is no longer in productions. So after a week of dealing with Phil the Owner of the store. We ordered a different bed frame that was 300 more expensive. We asked several times that the bed frame would fit snug on a King size bed. We were told Yes. When we got our bed frame set up it was 3-4 inches wider than the standard king size bed, and is 6 inches longer than a standard King size bed. I called Phil and he said that was what was "standard" that when you add a comforter it takes away the 3 inches. and 6 inches long. That is unacceptable, when you were told every time you asked that the bed was snug. They refused to return the bed and give me my money back. They refused to help at all, and now I am in a filing a claim with Washington county to make them give me my money back and to return the piece of crap bed frame they sold me. They are all full of Lies both the blvd store and the general store. DON'T EVER BUY FROM THEM. THEY WILL SCAM YOU, AND SCREW YOU OVER!!!
These guys are just a scam even with a big name like ashley! My wife and I went there to look for a specific couch and they had it on stock. So we asked if they can compare pricing with downtown furniture and so we spoke about pricing next thing we know they are calling ashley direct trying to make sure downtown didnt get it at a better price then they did(which they did). Then the sales rep tried telling my wife and I that they would'nt be getting it at all. So my wife and i left very unhappy with how professional they were suppose to be. We decided to come back to see if they had other couchs instead of the one we wanted cause it was on back order and the same sales rep came to us and said he would sell us the floor model but he couldnt match downtown pricing so we finally were thinking sure why not? Then we decided to wait once again and we got a call from downtown furniture and guess what, they got the couch and for 400.00 less than ashley furniture and ashley lied about that they will be getting it. EXPERIENCE WISE JUST HORRIBLE, THEY WILL LIE TO YOU JUST TO GET YOU TO GO WITH THEM AND PAY MORE, THERE SALES PRICE OF 20% OFF IS A LIE WE WENT IN TWO WEEKS LATER AFTER THE SALES PRICE AND THE PRODUCT WAS THE SAME COST EVEN TWO WEEKS BEFORE THE 20% DISCOUNT.
