Best customer service ever, the sales associates are so kind and knowledgeable. They make sure that you feel secure in your purchase. They’re also not pushy at all, definitely best experience in purchasing furniture! If you want non pushy sales associate I would go to this store right here!

I was looking for a new couch which reclined. My sales representative was Kiona Uigaese who was knowledgeable and had a great personality. This was my first time in an Ashley store but it won't be my last.

You'd figure for a company selling Ikea quality for double the price you'd expect at least the customer service might be able to help you after the delivery people drop and break your table. But no, any damages will take a week minimum to be addressed without any helpful info while you wait.

Purchased two lamps along with a complete bedroom set. Lamps were back ordered. After two months I called to check on the status of. The person barely spoke English. A few days later I received an email saying the lamps could be picked up at the warehouse. I picked them up, but by then we had been using some lamps we already had and decided we would stick with the lamps we already had. Took the Ashley Furniture lamps to the store where we made the purchase and attempted to return them. The store manager said they had a “no return “ policy. Ashley Furniture Store’s customer service is NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY at all!!

Horrible me and my husband went to purchase a mattress they told us about a lease program they have so we tried that. When we bought the mattress we was told after we received the mattress we had 30 days and if we didn’t like it we could return the mattess. It took over a month to receive the mattress when we was told a week. Then once we received the mattress the lease place called amicia finance send my husband a copy of the lease agreement and they charging us 4500$ for a 1600$ mattress and they charging us a 15$ a month fee for some type of insurance if the mattress gets stolen or some one loses they job and also a 8$ a month fee for LWD idk what that is but these charges are also being charge interest on them! What?! We was never told anything so we called Acima and they said it was fine return the mattress since it hasn’t been 30 days but to call Ashley furniture so call them and must be a manager tells me there is no 30 day return and to call Acima but he didn’t want to give me the run around but one of his employees specifically told us we could do that. So they telling you something that is not true and they don’t tell you exactly what your paying for till after you get the mattress bad business I would never recommend Ashley furniture to any one

Wasn't anything special in store experience. When it comes to receiving your purchased products,not so much. Everything is outsourced to off shore call centers. Seems like another corporation that only cares about money. No customer support and less than 24 hours before delivery date and they rescheduled. Now I get to sleep on the floor or air mattress.....

Bought a coffee table, legs were horribly inconsistent so it wasn't level. Clearly defective. They refused to refund me, so I ended up having to issue a chargeback.

The staff was friendly and helpful. We explained what we were looking for and our budget and were directed to all the options in store and shown others online. It made it way faster and easier than wandering around the store alone.

I have been looking for a Lift Chair for some time now. I decided to try Ashley Furniture. The store is beautiful inside, nicely laid out. I observed three employees busy talking to each other and laughing. I found the lift chairs tried a few out while waiting for someone to ask if I wanted help. After 30 minutes I got tired of waiting. It was quite clear no one was making an attempt to assist me. As I was leaving the store I noticed the three employees still engaged in their talking and playing on their phones. They lost a sale and I know not to shop here again. Unhappy potential customer…

Do not buy from Ashley furniture. Less than a year of having a dining room set, chair leg is broken and unusable. Very poor construction and durability. We purchased the 5yr extended warranty- and 4 months of emails and phone calls still nothing is fixed. I have 4 more years left on my warranty. So far the only thing they can guarantee is frustration, disappointment and extremely dissatisfied customer. Update: it has been another month, since this post. My repair is still not resolved. Just a lot more emails, phone calls, texting to get this fixed. And nothing but sorry, and thanks for your patience response. The time I have invested to getting anything repaired is ridiculous. I will never buy from Ashley again.

THE WORST OF THE WORST OF THE WORST, on November 1st I will have been 2 months since I requested the warranty on a piece of the dining set I bought and they still haven't resolved the problem. I honestly can't understand why they don't have the piece available for replacement here or maybe they discontinued the table and the one I bought was the last one they had...

I will say that going in and talking with the sales person was great. They were personable and amusing and made us feel welcome. We purchased a dining room table which was very nice looking and which the sales person really talked up. We also purchased a 5 year warranty, which is what this complaint is about. Back in April of 2025, we filed a claim as one of the chair legs broke. Actually, very quickly, someone came out. Now, 4 months later, we have still not gotten a new leg to replace the broken one. We have repeatedly called Regard…the warranty company….and nothing happens. Oh they respond and say they will get it to us in 4 weeks, but it never comes. Calls to Ashley apparently have no effect. They are the ones that use Regard, so are every bit as responsible for our dissatisfaction. I would encourage you to shop elsewhere, or at the very least, don’t get the warranty…..apparently it’s useless. If Ashley would like to attempt to salvage a relationship with us…..let’s start with fulfilling our claim….we’ll go from there.

If I could give zero stars so would. This company does not care about customer experience and is completely unhelpful once they are paid. The Draper store, as well as their call service has still not attempted to find a resolution after following up several times.

I recently purchased a recliner from Ashley Furniture in West Jordan. I had the best experience due to Tombe. He was talking to another co-worker when I walked in but I became his main focus. I told him the type I was looking for and we pretty much sat in every recliner, I think. Tombe spent excellent quality time with me. Just about the time we were going to wrap things up, he said "oh, wait, there is one more. I think you might like it even more". He was right, it was THE ONE! Not only was it my favorite color but it was slightly softer than the others. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Tombe ( he isn't related to me) to assist you at Ashleys. He is a young man working part time going to school at the University of Utah. That was another thing, he took time and had a conversation with you. Great young man, he is destined to go far!! (Tombe didn't know I was going to write this review, I had never met him before this experience)

Had just what I needed. After checking every furniture store in the valley and at better cost and they delivered my couch on time

Tombe is awesome at sales. He’s very friendly, smart and personable! He helped answered each question I had, easily. And if you know what you want, he’s the quickest to get the paperwork done! He’s a pleasure to speak with, too.

Mary L helped us not only find a couch similar to what we saw online (within minutes and without having to go through the entire store), but was very knowledgeable about all the features and comparable couches. She helped us make a decision very quickly and was awesome all the way around. Thanks Mary!

I purchased a couch and love seat at the West Jordan store. I picked both up at the warehouse and when I got home and unpacked the love seat it was damaged. The back side was completely caved in and the frame was busted. I called Ashley furniture and they apologized and said they would be sending out a technician to look at the love seat. Later a representative called me and said they would be replacing the love seat and that a technician would bring me a new one and be taking the defective one and apologized. I waited that Friday for a call and no one ever contacted me. I called them the next day and they send the love seat was on back order and would be in June 13, 2025 then the technician would call me to schedule a drop off and pick up time. June 13 the warehouse called me to let me know my love seat was there for pick up. I’m to return the busted one they gave me and pick up the new one. When I called Ashley furniture back and stated I was told they’d be delivering it they said sorry I was miss informed. So now I’m returning the busted love seat they gave me and picking up the new one. I never post reviews however, I was extremely disappointed in their communication and customer service.

We went looking for a new mattress. Dani helped us out the whole time! She was attentive but she didn’t hover, and she was very knowledgeable but not pushy at all. We had a nice and successful experience. If you want a low pressure, enjoyable shopping experience at Ashley, ask for Dani!

Beware, do NOT buy anything from this store. They managed to screw up every step of the way. The floor sales person recommended me the wrong type of mattress, the delivery service first sent the wrong mattress and had to return a week later to bring my correct order, their customer service team was incompetent on solving my issues and ultimately the delivery crew did not removed the old mattress even though the invoice requested the old mattress removal. Took me almost a full month to purchase this mattress, unacceptable. Save your time/money and shop elsewhere!

Cynda was extremely helpful and knew EXACTLY what we wanted! We got an amazing deal and Cynda took great care with explaining every detail and answering all of our questions. I would 100% recommend Ashley’s again and 1000% recommend Cynda!!

We visited this store recently and Michelle was AMAZING. Often when my husband and I go shopping with two small kids, we are treated poorly. Michelle went above and beyond to make us comfortable and she even interacted with our kids. We overall had a great experience and I can't wait to furnish our new home with her!

Went to to buy a lamp that I seen online. It was available in the west jordan store. I got there the sale associate had to walk through the whole store and she couldn't find the lamp. She asked the two associates working at the front desk.They were no help. Jusr chatting with each other. My husband found the lamp. Then we were told we couldn't buy the display until the following week. We could order one and pick up at the warehouse on California Avenue. I have never been to Ashley furniture and I will never go there again. horrible experience

This place is by far the best furniture store around.

I was looking for specific furniture so I checked out several of these locations the same day. I did find this one to be less welcoming and friendly than one of the others. I felt like everybody was gathered around and hanging out and that they didn't really want to help anyone unless somebody knew specifically what they wanted. I felt like the main goal was to find something that fits my needs and sell it to me but not really understand my true needs. I also noticed that some of the other staff did not seem as trained or as up to date on everything as I thought they would be. No one was rude. And certainly the store was clean. I just wasn't as welcoming of an experience as I was expecting.

Horrible customer service after the sale. My delivery was changed 4 times, then they delivered half my order. Now they tell me I have to wait another week for the rest. Don't go there.

No one wants to get up off the couches and help you out when they do get up. And ask to talk to financing because there is a problem. They don't know where finance will be in. Finally get someone to say I think Thursday it's Tuesday. Not sure how a business like this runs with no finance people there Monday - Wednesday. I will not be going back do to peer lack of help when having problems with finance this company offers. Can't call the finance company all automated when transferred to a "rep" just sends to voice mail. So what could have been cleared up in 10-15 minutes has turned into hrs because no one can help. I do not recommend this place unless you have cash and know what you want.

Tristan ended up helping us out. Fantastic employee to work with! He was very patient with my indecisiveness. Didn't pressure us once while we made our decision for our bedding furniture. After all was said and done he went out of his way to help my wife out with the entertainment system she was eyeing from across the store. I would highly recommend going to him with your needs.

Michelle helped me when I was looking for a new couch. I have pets and she showed me a sectional that is easy to clean and can even be washed if necessary. She helped me choose the right color and size for my house. Delivery was prompt and professional and they put it where I asked. The couch is comfortable, sturdy and high quality. I will go back to Michelle and Ashley when I need more furniture.

At Ashley Furniture in West Jordan, I purchased new bedroom furniture. I had the wonderful experience of being helped by Michelle Colgan. She not only had a wonderful personality but her knowledge to help meet my needs went above and beyond. She helped us mux and match furniture that adapted to our bedroom space. She was wonderful at trying to match everything. She wasn't pushy. I felt like a friend or family member was helping me not just a sales person. I think you're really lucky to have her working for your company. If I could have rated her and this experience I seriously would have rated her a 10 out of 10. Knowledgeable, flexible, shared step by step pictures, availability of items, adjustable copies that would fit our bedroom area, amount, discount, step by step totals, suggestions of better combinations. Thank you for employing such a good and fun person to work with. 😁

Tristan!! Ask for Tristan!! He helped me find a couch with all of my preferences and was very transparent about pricing and offered discounts all over the place! He is knowledgeable about all the products, didn’t pressure me at all- in fact he pointed me in the direction that best fit my needs. I took forever to decide and he was so patient and gave me space to roam. Such a fun couch buying experience! 11/10! Plus the quality and prices are great! (Delivery is $300, but I rented a UHaul for $20) :D

Went in to buy a new couch and we were talked into getting a clearance item because it was being discontinued. The couch broke within a year and needed to be replaced, luckily we got the protection plan. They replaced the couch, but it yet again broke within a year and of course they wont replace it again even though they obviously have faulty products. Don't trust this company or any of their products because they are trash. You will waste your money and end up having to go somewhere else for a decent quality item.

I hate going to Ashley Furniture. I love the appliances, and furniture. But I want to go and look and enjoy my time to purchase without dragons breathing down our neck and moving us around the store. It makes it so uncomfortable and not ok.

Shout out to the West Jordan location-Michelle ( I think that was her name ) was absolutely amazing! She went above and beyond to help me find the dresser that goes with my bed I had bought from Ashley Furniture several years ago ( which was difficult, since it was an older bedroom set ) and then to get me set up with financing. We had a lot of problems trying to set it up, but everyone was so helpful and kept trying until we got it figured out. It was actually a really wonderful experience! Their delivery is very horrible, we live in a apartment that is closed off and they didn’t give us time to get down towards the leasing office to open the doors, so we had to reschedule. they don’t not answer our phone we have to call the store several times because the customer service is no help at all I made a claim to them and they never called me back or asked to reschedule im very disappointed and frustrated.

My husband and I went in to buy a couch, every sales person left us alone to be able to browse on our own (I love that). When we were ready with questions Michelle jumped in to help us! So was super informative and helped us purchase our couch. Even gave us her personal phone number because we had a suspicion it wasn’t going to fit. We realized it wouldn’t fit and Michelle got it fixed for us with no problems and still arrived on the same day the original couch was suppose to arrive! Awesome experience! We love Ashley!

When you place an order, and they send you an email saying payment was declined, and you see the money came out of your account is FRAUD. Then you call them and you get connected to someone who can't explain the issue, make you think twice on doing business with them. When you call your bank and Ashley Furniture has a hold on your funds and are at the mercy of them to lift your declined funds is beyond me

When I went to order my recliner the employees ignored us until we told them we were ready to make the purchase. Now I've been sitting waiting for my delivery for their entire delivery timeframe and they never showed up and haven't contacted me either. When I've tracked the order online it shows random time-frames and the number stop we are goes up and down. I contacted customer service and they kept repeating whatever the delivery tracker said and didn't take into consideration that it had changed multiple times already today Not purchasing from here again.

Ordered some furniture that arrived damaged. Nothing was ever done about it. Ordered a box spring that would not fit up the stairs and they took it back. That was almost three months ago. Still never received a refund. Cancelling my Ashley credit account and will not purchase from them again. Poor quality, a lot of money.

We just purchased a sectional couch. Daia, our sales rep helped us. We purchased the one that had washable fabric. Daia, had a sample fabric where she rubbed ketchup in it then just using hand soap in the bathroom was able to get it out easily. All the staff was fun to work with. I recommend everyone going there to get furniture.

are delivering schedule was between 1:30 to 4:30 pm sad to say it's 5:30pm and still no delivery. Rearranging your daily schedule for a delivery in which they don't have any type of communication with their drivers is pretty sad. next time I will just rent a uhaul and hire two Latinos from home depot to help with my moving. technology has come a long way. companies don't have any excuses on how to communicate to their customers or drivers. my husband had ask me earlier " should we tip the drivers"

He also didn't push or try to "over sell"; he gave us space to consider and discuss our options. When asking if there is anything we can do about an exchange or credit they basically tell you sucks to suck. Once you take position of it there is absolutely nothing, they will do for you. Save your money and go to the manufactures directly because at least they will try to help if you buy the product directly from them only, not a dealer like Ashley. I had a lot higher hopes for this store and the customer support and satisfaction.

I went into Ashley today and for the most part, it was a good experience. The selections are nice and affordable. I liked the sale man, Isaac. He was polite, very helpful and knowledgable. What I did not like or appreciate was how this salesman was treated by one of the supervisors (or whatever this man's position is, but he's basically an demigod behind a desk). We wanted to buy a clearance item. The sign said 48 hours to pick up, and being a Saturday, Isaac said Monday would be fine to come pick it up. However, this supervisor basically said we had to come Sunday due to "inventory" and then lectured Isaac how he "should know that". A lecture in front of a customer? Not cool. For starters, it makes the company look like lairs when a sign is undermined. Second, do not EVER disrespect a sale associate like this, ESPECIALLY in front of a customer. I wish I'd gotten this mans name, but he's bald and has glasses in case anyone wants to know. Overall though, I got some great selections and Isaac was a perfect gentleman so I didn't walk out. But if I ever encounter such disrespect in this store again, I'll be sure to report it to corporate.

I came in just to look around cause I've been wanting a new couch but I wasn't sure what I wanted. Cade helped me find literally the perfect couch. I have pets so he showed me a couch with outdoor furniture fabric that is scratch and spill resistant. I was also looking for a cool color that wasn't grey or black and the couch he showed me comes in a blue denim color which is perfect for my living room! I'm definitely going to come back for any other furniture needs in the future!

Went to the location in Jordan landing had the worst experience with the sales lady i was looking to purchase a new king size bed and an adjustable base as I am looking at matrices she is telling me what one her and her husband have and how they like it and her dogs she has worked there for 2 years and could not tell me anything about the product or pricing she had to get the manager to help her if after two years she doesn't know the product she needs a different job I have more knowledge about the products there than her needless to say I went somewhere else they lost about $8000.00 because of her I will never go there again I went to mattress Frim and was very happy the 19 year old guy there knew everything about the products in the store I will tell everyone to go to mattress Frim not Ashley furniture the lady was in her 50's and is working in the wrong place if after 2 years you don't know the product you are selling get out of sales it's not for you sorry.

We purchased a couple of beds and Vartan had great suggestions. The first was delivered right before the holidays and all of the equipment didn’t arrive. Warehouse manager stated that it might be a couple weeks before everything came in (they had already removed the existing bed). We escalated to Vartan and even though it was late before a holiday he got it resolved. We really like the bed that he recommended and really appreciate his support in getting the issue resolved. The second purchase was delivered at a different location and it was a great experience. On time, great communication and great delivery team.

The customer service at the Ashley Furniture store in West Jordan was great! So, this review is not for them, it is for everything else that happened afterwards. There is a serious disconnect between all the departments - & after spending over $7k on furniture, it's like they don’t care to make sure the customer is still satisfied. They have your money - so why try to make sure the rest afterwards is taken care of? God forbid anything on your furniture is broken or is missing a piece & the delivery people can’t complete putting the furniture together… Our bedroom set was delivered on time, but the delivery guys couldn’t put our bed frame together because the frame came with 4 left-facing brackets. Now, the delivery guy tried telling my wife this, but she had a hard time understanding his English, so he put a lady on the phone who explained a bit more clearly that they couldn’t put the bed together because a part was broken, & they needed to send a tech out to fix it. She said it would take 24 - 48hrs to get a technician, and we figured that wasn’t so bad. They left the bed frame pieces in the garage and left. But really, what she meant was it would take up to 2 days to BOOK a technician, & it took 9 days for a technician to come see us. So we were sleeping on the mattress on the floor waiting for over a week & when the technician came he was confused because his notes said that the bed was just broken, but no other info. He told my wife that the delivery people should have asked Ashley to order the 2 right-facing brackets so that he could replace the brackets, but he didn’t have the brackets himself. He also said he would need another person with him to help him put the bed together. When my wife asked how soon we could get things together, he said the parts needed to be ordered which could take 7 - 10 days, & THEN a technician could be booked once the brackets were delivered. The brackets got ordered & I received an email with the delivery date of the brackets & that a tech was booked but it didn’t say the DATE the tech was booked. So my wife called & asked when the tech was booked for. They said Dec19th. My wife asked if they would have TWO people come to help put the bed together, & the agent said she would put that on the notes. Day of Dec 19th comes - we don’t get a call from a tech and it’s hitting noon (the tech is supposed to call when they are on their way), so my wife calls to make sure a tech is still booked. The agent says “Yes”, & that they will call when they are close to arriving. My wife asked AGAIN if two techs are coming to put the bed together, & the agent said “okay, let me add that to the notes”, which tells us that it wasn’t already in the notes?? Dec 19th comes & goes, and we don’t get a call from a tech. I call on Dec 20th, & I’m told that the booking for a technician was canceled because we “changed the order” by asking for 2 techs. They give me the # for the warehouse (presumably where the techs come from) & tell me to call and see if they can help. I called 3 times & no answer. My wife called & she gets a lady on the phone and she has to explain everything to her. She tells my wife that the warehouse doesn’t handle the booking for the techs, but that they come through the Ashley Furniture store that we bought from. She calls the store & the lady says the store will call my wife soon to re-book a tech. The store calls her 5 minutes later & says that they will try to get techs out by the end of day. A day goes by & we don’t hear a peep, so she called the store & they said they’d call back after looking into it. She doesn’t get a call back, so she called again, & she gets someone else & is put on hold. She comes back & says that the tech dept got the email and they will call us. Christmas morning rolls around & we hadn’t heard from Ashley, SO we put the bed together ourselves. Guess when we FINALLY got a call from Ashely saying a technician was booked - Jan 2nd, 2024! Ridiculous...We explained we waited too long and put the bed together ourselves and to cancel the order.

They would be able to refund my money. So I had to go through my credit union to get my credit card refunded the money, (2 months later)

Worst costumer service ever. I have been on hold with a store representative for over 50 min he hasn't check on me to give me an update. I feel he just want to keep me like that so I hang up the phone. I keep receiving emails saying my order need to be rescheduled for delivery but they don't what is missing. Is not worth it to drive 50 min to talk to someone at the store because they never have an answer. I wish I can cancel the entire order and go somewhere else. My sales rep, Eloise gave me her business card but never answer, same with both managers Conner and William, at least this is a furniture store where customer service and communication and important but I can't see them working anywhere else where customers service is actually Great and require.
