Went to to buy a lamp that I seen online. It was available in the west jordan store. I got there the sale associate had to walk through the whole store and she couldn't find the lamp. She asked the two associates working at the front desk.They were no help. Jusr chatting with each other. My husband found the lamp. Then we were told we couldn't buy the display until the following week. We could order one and pick up at the warehouse on California Avenue. I have never been to Ashley furniture and I will never go there again. horrible experience
This place is by far the best furniture store around.
I was looking for specific furniture so I checked out several of these locations the same day. I did find this one to be less welcoming and friendly than one of the others. I felt like everybody was gathered around and hanging out and that they didn't really want to help anyone unless somebody knew specifically what they wanted. I felt like the main goal was to find something that fits my needs and sell it to me but not really understand my true needs. I also noticed that some of the other staff did not seem as trained or as up to date on everything as I thought they would be. No one was rude. And certainly the store was clean. I just wasn't as welcoming of an experience as I was expecting.
Horrible customer service after the sale. My delivery was changed 4 times, then they delivered half my order. Now they tell me I have to wait another week for the rest. Don't go there.

No one wants to get up off the couches and help you out when they do get up. And ask to talk to financing because there is a problem. They don't know where finance will be in. Finally get someone to say I think Thursday it's Tuesday. Not sure how a business like this runs with no finance people there Monday - Wednesday. I will not be going back do to peer lack of help when having problems with finance this company offers. Can't call the finance company all automated when transferred to a "rep" just sends to voice mail. So what could have been cleared up in 10-15 minutes has turned into hrs because no one can help. I do not recommend this place unless you have cash and know what you want.
Tristan ended up helping us out. Fantastic employee to work with! He was very patient with my indecisiveness. Didn't pressure us once while we made our decision for our bedding furniture. After all was said and done he went out of his way to help my wife out with the entertainment system she was eyeing from across the store. I would highly recommend going to him with your needs.

Michelle helped me when I was looking for a new couch. I have pets and she showed me a sectional that is easy to clean and can even be washed if necessary. She helped me choose the right color and size for my house. Delivery was prompt and professional and they put it where I asked. The couch is comfortable, sturdy and high quality. I will go back to Michelle and Ashley when I need more furniture.
At Ashley Furniture in West Jordan, I purchased new bedroom furniture. I had the wonderful experience of being helped by Michelle Colgan. She not only had a wonderful personality but her knowledge to help meet my needs went above and beyond. She helped us mux and match furniture that adapted to our bedroom space. She was wonderful at trying to match everything. She wasn't pushy. I felt like a friend or family member was helping me not just a sales person. I think you're really lucky to have her working for your company. If I could have rated her and this experience I seriously would have rated her a 10 out of 10. Knowledgeable, flexible, shared step by step pictures, availability of items, adjustable copies that would fit our bedroom area, amount, discount, step by step totals, suggestions of better combinations. Thank you for employing such a good and fun person to work with. 😁

Tristan!! Ask for Tristan!! He helped me find a couch with all of my preferences and was very transparent about pricing and offered discounts all over the place! He is knowledgeable about all the products, didn’t pressure me at all- in fact he pointed me in the direction that best fit my needs. I took forever to decide and he was so patient and gave me space to roam. Such a fun couch buying experience! 11/10! Plus the quality and prices are great! (Delivery is $300, but I rented a UHaul for $20) :D
Mary was incredibly helpful and introduced some options of furniture we did not consider, but she wasn.t pushy and easy to be around. We presume it's commission, So if we buy from Ashley, we'll work through her.

Went in to buy a new couch and we were talked into getting a clearance item because it was being discontinued. The couch broke within a year and needed to be replaced, luckily we got the protection plan. They replaced the couch, but it yet again broke within a year and of course they wont replace it again even though they obviously have faulty products. Don't trust this company or any of their products because they are trash. You will waste your money and end up having to go somewhere else for a decent quality item.
I hate going to Ashley Furniture. I love the appliances, and furniture. But I want to go and look and enjoy my time to purchase without dragons breathing down our neck and moving us around the store. It makes it so uncomfortable and not ok.

Its funny cause I was shopping for furniture and knew their prices before this "big presidents day sale" and they marked up things and "discounted" them. Plus one visit and I've been served 19 ads by their predatory ad team. No way you could feel confident in a purchase with their shady and disingenuous practices. Even RC Willey is better and thats a super tragic statement.
Went to Ashley Furniture in West Jordan today. It was such great experience. Michelle Colgan helped us out. She was very knowledgeable about the different couches, sectionals, fabrics etc and didn’t push anything on us. Michelle gave us time to look around and didn’t attack us like sharks in the water. Definitely recommend this furniture store.

Shout out to the West Jordan location-Michelle ( I think that was her name ) was absolutely amazing! She went above and beyond to help me find the dresser that goes with my bed I had bought from Ashley Furniture several years ago ( which was difficult, since it was an older bedroom set ) and then to get me set up with financing. We had a lot of problems trying to set it up, but everyone was so helpful and kept trying until we got it figured out. It was actually a really wonderful experience! Their delivery is very horrible, we live in a apartment that is closed off and they didn’t give us time to get down towards the leasing office to open the doors, so we had to reschedule. they don’t not answer our phone we have to call the store several times because the customer service is no help at all I made a claim to them and they never called me back or asked to reschedule im very disappointed and frustrated.
Mary was awesome and very helpful. Ended up at Ashley Furniture on a whim (the original store I wanted to go to had gone out of business) and I’m so glad I did. Walked in and right away found the couch I wanted. Mary gave me all the information and was super patient with me needing to go home and get measurements before going through with the purchase. My husband and I went in to buy a couch, every sales person left us alone to be able to browse on our own (I love that). When we were ready with questions Michelle jumped in to help us! So was super informative and helped us purchase our couch. Even gave us her personal phone number because we had a suspicion it wasn’t going to fit. We realized it wouldn’t fit and Michelle got it fixed for us with no problems and still arrived on the same day the original couch was suppose to arrive! Awesome experience! We love Ashley!

When you place an order, and they send you an email saying payment was declined, and you see the money came out of your account is FRAUD. Then you call them and you get connected to someone who can't explain the issue, make you think twice on doing business with them. When you call your bank and Ashley Furniture has a hold on your funds and are at the mercy of them to lift your declined funds is beyond me

When I went to order my recliner the employees ignored us until we told them we were ready to make the purchase. Now I've been sitting waiting for my delivery for their entire delivery timeframe and they never showed up and haven't contacted me either. When I've tracked the order online it shows random time-frames and the number stop we are goes up and down. I contacted customer service and they kept repeating whatever the delivery tracker said and didn't take into consideration that it had changed multiple times already today Not purchasing from here again.

Ordered some furniture that arrived damaged. Nothing was ever done about it. Ordered a box spring that would not fit up the stairs and they took it back. That was almost three months ago. Still never received a refund. Cancelling my Ashley credit account and will not purchase from them again. Poor quality, a lot of money.

We just purchased a sectional couch. Daia, our sales rep helped us. We purchased the one that had washable fabric. Daia, had a sample fabric where she rubbed ketchup in it then just using hand soap in the bathroom was able to get it out easily. All the staff was fun to work with. I recommend everyone going there to get furniture.

are delivering schedule was between 1:30 to 4:30 pm sad to say it's 5:30pm and still no delivery. Rearranging your daily schedule for a delivery in which they don't have any type of communication with their drivers is pretty sad. next time I will just rent a uhaul and hire two Latinos from home depot to help with my moving. technology has come a long way. companies don't have any excuses on how to communicate to their customers or drivers. my husband had ask me earlier " should we tip the drivers"

Isaac provided great service to my daughter and I, in which he checked availability of couches and chairs in different colors, advised us on the quality of fabrics (pet friendly), and confirmed prices repeatedly for various pieces. He also didn't push or try to "over sell"; he gave us space to consider and discuss our options. Staff was nice and helpful until the point of not being happy with a purchase of a mattress. When asking if there is anything we can do about an exchange or credit they basically tell you sucks to suck. Once you take position of it there is absolutely nothing, they will do for you. Save your money and go to the manufactures directly because at least they will try to help if you buy the product directly from them only, not a dealer like Ashley. I went into Ashley today and for the most part, it was a good experience. The selections are nice and affordable. I liked the sale man, Isaac. He was polite, very helpful and knowledgable. What I did not like or appreciate was how this salesman was treated by one of the supervisors (or whatever this man's position is, but he's basically an demigod behind a desk). We wanted to buy a clearance item. The sign said 48 hours to pick up, and being a Saturday, Isaac said Monday would be fine to come pick it up. However, this supervisor basically said we had to come Sunday due to "inventory" and then lectured Isaac how he "should know that". A lecture in front of a customer? Not cool. For starters, it makes the company look like lairs when a sign is undermined. Second, do not EVER disrespect a sale associate like this, ESPECIALLY in front of a customer. I wish I'd gotten this mans name, but he's bald and has glasses in case anyone wants to know. Overall though, I got some great selections and Isaac was a perfect gentleman so I didn't walk out. But if I ever encounter such disrespect in this store again, I'll be sure to report it to corporate.

We walked in and were immediately greeted by Cade. He very respectfully understood that we were just looking and in no rush to purchase, he really did let us browse and look with no pressure! My wife had found some furniture she wanted to show me. I was very impressed with the quality and asked Cade to please come and speak with us. I told him I was a little thrown off by the price and was not wanting to spend that amount of money! This Guy Cade pulled everything up on his iPad, said let me see what I can do on these for you? He brought me a price almost 40% off what the sticker price was!!! I didn’t plan on purchasing that day but I was sold! They were having a clearance sale on purple mattress and bases and he spent over an hour with us on mattresses we didn’t purchase a mattress but his customer service was absolutely incredible! We did buy the furniture and financed a little bit. Spencer the manager helped with that and made it so simple and easy to understand! Great customer service at this Ashley! I recommend it for any items for your home!

I came in just to look around cause I've been wanting a new couch but I wasn't sure what I wanted. Cade helped me find literally the perfect couch. I have pets so he showed me a couch with outdoor furniture fabric that is scratch and spill resistant. I was also looking for a cool color that wasn't grey or black and the couch he showed me comes in a blue denim color which is perfect for my living room! I'm definitely going to come back for any other furniture needs in the future!

Went to the location in Jordan landing had the worst experience with the sales lady i was looking to purchase a new king size bed and an adjustable base as I am looking at matrices she is telling me what one her and her husband have and how they like it and her dogs she has worked there for 2 years and could not tell me anything about the product or pricing she had to get the manager to help her if after two years she doesn't know the product she needs a different job I have more knowledge about the products there than her needless to say I went somewhere else they lost about $8000.00 because of her I will never go there again I went to mattress Frim and was very happy the 19 year old guy there knew everything about the products in the store I will tell everyone to go to mattress Frim not Ashley furniture the lady was in her 50's and is working in the wrong place if after 2 years you don't know the product you are selling get out of sales it's not for you sorry.

We purchased a couple of beds and Vartan had great suggestions. The first was delivered right before the holidays and all of the equipment didn’t arrive. Warehouse manager stated that it might be a couple weeks before everything came in (they had already removed the existing bed). We escalated to Vartan and even though it was late before a holiday he got it resolved. We really like the bed that he recommended and really appreciate his support in getting the issue resolved. The second purchase was delivered at a different location and it was a great experience. On time, great communication and great delivery team.

The customer service at the Ashley Furniture store in West Jordan was great! So, this review is not for them, it is for everything else that happened afterwards. There is a serious disconnect between all the departments - & after spending over $7k on furniture, it's like they don’t care to make sure the customer is still satisfied. They have your money - so why try to make sure the rest afterwards is taken care of? God forbid anything on your furniture is broken or is missing a piece & the delivery people can’t complete putting the furniture together… Our bedroom set was delivered on time, but the delivery guys couldn’t put our bed frame together because the frame came with 4 left-facing brackets. Now, the delivery guy tried telling my wife this, but she had a hard time understanding his English, so he put a lady on the phone who explained a bit more clearly that they couldn’t put the bed together because a part was broken, & they needed to send a tech out to fix it. She said it would take 24 - 48hrs to get a technician, and we figured that wasn’t so bad. They left the bed frame pieces in the garage and left. But really, what she meant was it would take up to 2 days to BOOK a technician, & it took 9 days for a technician to come see us. So we were sleeping on the mattress on the floor waiting for over a week & when the technician came he was confused because his notes said that the bed was just broken, but no other info. He told my wife that the delivery people should have asked Ashley to order the 2 right-facing brackets so that he could replace the brackets, but he didn’t have the brackets himself. He also said he would need another person with him to help him put the bed together. When my wife asked how soon we could get things together, he said the parts needed to be ordered which could take 7 - 10 days, & THEN a technician could be booked once the brackets were delivered. The brackets got ordered & I received an email with the delivery date of the brackets & that a tech was booked but it didn’t say the DATE the tech was booked. So my wife called & asked when the tech was booked for. They said Dec19th. My wife asked if they would have TWO people come to help put the bed together, & the agent said she would put that on the notes. Day of Dec 19th comes - we don’t get a call from a tech and it’s hitting noon (the tech is supposed to call when they are on their way), so my wife calls to make sure a tech is still booked. The agent says “Yes”, & that they will call when they are close to arriving. My wife asked AGAIN if two techs are coming to put the bed together, & the agent said “okay, let me add that to the notes”, which tells us that it wasn’t already in the notes?? Dec 19th comes & goes, and we don’t get a call from a tech. I call on Dec 20th, & I’m told that the booking for a technician was canceled because we “changed the order” by asking for 2 techs. They give me the # for the warehouse (presumably where the techs come from) & tell me to call and see if they can help. I called 3 times & no answer. My wife called & she gets a lady on the phone and she has to explain everything to her. She tells my wife that the warehouse doesn’t handle the booking for the techs, but that they come through the Ashley Furniture store that we bought from. She calls the store & the lady says the store will call my wife soon to re-book a tech. The store calls her 5 minutes later & says that they will try to get techs out by the end of day. A day goes by & we don’t hear a peep, so she called the store & they said they’d call back after looking into it. She doesn’t get a call back, so she called again, & she gets someone else & is put on hold. She comes back & says that the tech dept got the email and they will call us. Christmas morning rolls around & we hadn’t heard from Ashley, SO we put the bed together ourselves. Guess when we FINALLY got a call from Ashely saying a technician was booked - Jan 2nd, 2024! Ridiculous...We explained we waited too long and put the bed together ourselves and to cancel the order.

It would take about ten days for the credit card to be refunded. Ten days went by with no refund. I called them and they had no knowledge of the refund being started. I lost confidence. They would be able to refund my money. So I had to go through my credit union to get my credit card refunded the money, (2 months later)

Worst costumer service ever. I have been on hold with a store representative for over 50 min he hasn't check on me to give me an update. I feel he just want to keep me like that so I hang up the phone. I keep receiving emails saying my order need to be rescheduled for delivery but they don't what is missing. Is not worth it to drive 50 min to talk to someone at the store because they never have an answer. I wish I can cancel the entire order and go somewhere else. My sales rep, Eloise gave me her business card but never answer, same with both managers Conner and William, at least this is a furniture store where customer service and communication and important but I can't see them working anywhere else where customers service is actually Great and require.

We found the perfect recliner for my mom. It meets all her needs, and wasn't brown! Lol! However, the "greeters (?)" were incredibly over-friendly (there is such a thing), and fake. It felt uncomfortable talking with them. The woman who did sell us the chair (I can't remember her name, but it's a character in a Disney movie), was nice and knowledgeable.

We went into Ashley Furniture for the first time today and I have to say I wasn’t disappointed!! (We’ve unfortunately been shopping at another furniture chain I won’t name for years and constantly buying overpriced garbage!) Today we meet Koren who was amazing! She demonstrated and showed us the quality and durability of Ashley’s couches. We didn’t plan on actually buying today but ended up buying the entire set plus some extras. They also really seemed to care about the actual reasons why I needed to purchase new furniture in order to fit my current needs. Both are excellent sales people! I left very happy and it didn't take long to get all I needed as they were on top of it right away. Delivery was only two days later and was great as well! I am definitely going back to purchase more furniture soon!

I’m so disappointed in Ashley Furniture! We received delivery of our new bedroom set. One of the drawers doesn’t work. We contacted our salesperson immediately. He told us they usually will send someone same day. Nope. Took a week just to get someone to respond. We were told they were having the part delivered directly to us. If we couldn’t fix it ourselves they would send someone. Of course we weren’t able to fix it. So, after a four week wait the tech was supposed to come yesterday. This is a whole month since delivery. He cancelled on us!!! Said they’ll be here March 8. What a joke! So maybe if I’m lucky I’ll get to use the new dresser seven weeks after delivery. 🤞 They sure didn’t take that long to collect our money!! I’m so fed up!!

I had to text him a few times after my purchase on a couple of questions and even got back to me on his day off to get the information I needed. I was so impressed!
We bought couches in February of this year 2022. The lady Jazelle told us that because it was in great condition she did not recommend us to buy any protection. We have bought so much furniture from Ashley’s and the one time we need help the Manager William did not want to help. William offered zero help and was cold and unbothered. As a manager he couldn’t even send anyone to see why the couch is sinking. I will never go back to Ashley’s for any furniture. If you are looking to buy I do not recommend that you buy from here. Unbelievable that they don’t care at all about customers or the product they sell. I wouldn’t give them a single star.

If I could give half a star I would. I bought a couch yesterday in West Jordan Utah. The salesman was great and easy to work with. However, when paying for the taxes and delivery fee (just over $400) the Manager pointed out that I was charged twice. The lady at the counter in charge of opening an account for me was told to refund it. I got home and by 9:00 pm that night I was called and told that she charged me again! At this point I was over charged by $800! I wasn't able to get to the store timely that night so I said I would go the following day. I showed up today and some gentleman was training the same girl and said he will refund it. After they submitted the refund I was notified it will take 3-5 business days to get back into my account. This was horrible customer service, the lady that overcharged me didn't even say a word, the gentleman couldn't even look up from the computer and nothing was offered for triple charging me at this point. I will not be going back to this store with the lack of customer service and regard for charging me that night over $1,200.

When my husband and I walked into the store we were immediately greeted by Lala. Lala helped us the whole time, she was extremely helpful and friendly. She helped us find the perfect mattress and pillow that addressed all of our concerns. If you’re coming to the store on the weekend or Monday-Tuesday I would highly recommend asking for Lala she’ll take her time to help you and you’ll have a good time!
I'm very disappointed today was supposed to be the day I got my new furniture. I purchased a love seat, a couch, two end tables, and a coffee table. I have already gotten rid of my old furniture. I double checked with the sales person that the couch I was buying was Electric I can't do the Manuel one because I'm disabled. She assured me it was Electric. They tried to deliver me a Manuel reclining couch which I Refused the delivery. I went to the store to resolve the problem. The sales person of course was not there. The assistant manager deflected any accountability and still wanted me to pay for the delivery, I don't see why it should be on my dime when it's not my mistake. I'm sharing my experience and it looks like I'm not the only who has had problems with this location I wish I had read the reviews before going to this store. Now I'll be without furniture until this gets resolved and I was going to host a birthday party for my nephew now that's out of the question. At this point I would not recommend spending your money here.

Purchased a sofa/sleeper and matching love seat. Shallene "Lala" Soriano was great to work with. She showed us numerous sofa sets before we found the one we liked. She also helped get us the lowest price possible which was greatly appreciated. We have purchased from Ashley before but this was our first experience at the West Jordan store. Lala made it a great experience and will definitely ask for her when future needs arrive.

My husband and I went in to purchase a new bed, we were happily greeted by Hassan who took us to the correct section and introduced us to Connor the sales manager. They both were helpful and attentive letting us try multiple mattresses and answering questions we had. They even gave us a discount on our adjustable base when we didn’t know if we could afford it! We were worried about delivery after seeing the reviews but our bed came early! We just got it today and the staff was fast. Can’t wait to sleep on it tonight! Thanks to Connor and Hassan! We had a terrible experience with Eloise. Not only did she make inappropriate comments about our weight, but she intentionally lied and told us they didn’t have the mattress we were looking for and tried to sell us a much more expensive mattress. When we found the one we were looking for she was rude to us and made more snide and derogatory comments to us. We left the store and immediately bought a mattress elsewhere.
The agent who greeted us was very pleasant and attentive. The furniture there is pricey, but gorgeous and they have awesome protection and installation plans that you should ask about.
Horrible. Ordered and purchased bed and mattress in mid July. Delivery date changed 3 times. On the day of delivery we only got the frame and the deliverer told us that the mattress cover was the mattress. We called the store they have no idea where our mattress is and the bed was labeled as delivered. Two customer service workers with a 45 minute wait all while listening to advertisements about how great Ashley furniture is told us they need to investigate what happened. I told them I don't care what happened or where the screw up was I just want my bed and I was hung up on. So still waiting! Will never go again! Do not recommend.
So upset with my purchase from Ashley Furniture I had to come back and edit my initial review that was only given with the promise of free pillows by the store’s manager. We came back to resolve a simple issue and the horrible customer service had us so distracted we ended up paying 900 dollars for a full size mattress when we actually needed a QUEEN! The store’s manager was very rude to my girlfriend and did nothing to resolve our issue but pawn it off on one of his employees because he was upset he wasn’t making a huge sale. We will be canceling our account at Ashley’s of what could have been a great relationship.
Bought something on sale and when picking up the manager Ralph wanted me to pat extra. This place is an overpriced joke and so is the staff.
DO NOT ENTER UNLESS YOU ALREADY KNOW EXACTLY WHAT ITEM YOU WANT. Walked in with my husband. We were very upfront about not being ready to buy. We were tossing around ideas and doing comparison shopping, which they SEEMED fine with. But the entire experience felt like vultures circling. We could not show the mildest interest in anything without someone swooping in. We could not discuss any ideas with each other or even have a casual conversation. We spent the most amount of time in the mattress section with a salesperson desperately to eating to sell us one, despite making it clear from the get go we love our current, still new mattress. We left immediately after. Being paid on commission is one thing, being nothing short of PREDATORY is another.
I bought a dining room set on or around June 24th, it arrived on time as planned. 1st of all the assembly team did a very poor job, when they left and I started to look closer they had left many screws loose with well over an inch still to go. Aside from the poor assembly, one of the dining chairs that came with the set was broken and not repairable. (one of the leg supports is almost totally snapped off, clearly broken and not repairable). So I started the warranty process..... First I was told to send in pictures of the damage, so I did that and then I was told they would schedule a technician to come inspect it. Their earliest appointment was July 24th (1 month after purchase). After about 3 weeks I got an email from Ashley that said their tech had reviewed the pictures I sent in and determined a new part was needed as it could not be repaired. That required part was placed "on order" and that when it arrived I could call them to setup a time to get it repaired. Almost 1 month after getting that email and I have not seen any parts arrived, so I called their warranty department again. They told me that the part would ship by the END of this month (today is the 1st of course). And then when the part came in I could call and schedule the repair which would be another 2-3 weeks after the part arrived. So here I am already 2 months after purchase, and still waiting with potentially another 2 month wait ahead of me still...... Their warranty process is an absolute joke! The only positive I can say, is that the in store sales person Rama, was great to work with when I made the purchase. Otherwise its been a total joke. Buyer beware!!!! EDIT - It is now September, and STILL NO PART!!!!!!!

We went in to purchase a couch, recliner and bar stools. The staff was very nice. We selected a couch and recliner that had a sign saying " In stock, fast delivery" we have now been pushed back 2 times and for the recliner we will have to wait even longer. If you buy here, don't expect to get it when they say you are.
We went there a week or so ago to look at mattresses and Eloise took us immediately to the most expensive mattress they had, shamed us for wanting something in our budget, saying we would make a bad investment. And then to top it off, brought up my weight, "bigger people like us will benefit from mattress like this?" What???? We left the store feeling so gross. Sometimes I still remember it and we really regret going that day. Not that it matters, but it was our first and LAST time at Ashleys.
If your sales tactic includes having a sales person follow you around the entire store and be on your heels the entire time, you need to resort to something else. It was really uncomfortable having this person behind me every second, every move I made. It ran me out of the store. I didn't want to be rude and tell them to leave bc I understand they are trying to do their job, but it felt awkward and very uncomfortable.
I have had some issues and when I called and talked to the manager Ralph his answer was We're all new here. So 5 people told me the wrong answer. That is just poor training. Had to call customer service and they fixed it. The people at the store are hopeless, go to RC Willy!
This was a bad experience but Courtney at the regional office made it right. Record your sales experience if you're planning to buy from Ashley. Be very clear what you want to buy. Make sure your invoice is clear. Do not trust the online team to clarify anything. They lied. I purchased a TV stand with a fireplace insert at the store in Jordan landing. I was offered 60% (55.65% per my receipt) off because I did the in house financing. The full price was $1549.99. $749 for the stand and $749 for the insert. After 60% off it came to about $684. Fast forward... Now that we are confirming the info for delivery, they are trying to change the deal. According to the store manager (Ralph) we only bought the tv stand and the fireplace would cost $500 more. He blamed the misunderstanding on the sales person being new (here's the kicker... He assisted the new sales agent with the sale) The store manager hung up on me when I tried to address their mistake. Then threatened to call the police when I showed up to the store. I will be rejecting delivery when they show up if it is not the product we were sold. I am also reaching out for legal advice on the matter. They are some very shady folk. Especially Ralph.
We ordered a bedroom set from the salesman Courtland and were told it would take 6-8 weeks. 20+ weeks later and multiple follow up calls I was told ‘extreme backorder’ was the reasoning for it taking so long we decided to cancel. I was also on hold with their customer service for over an hour both times. I also won’t get a refund until I get a cancellation email, wait 48 hours, then have to call customer service again to even process the refund for me. Horrible service and we are not happy. I will never order furniture from Ashley again nor recommend anyone to. I was told they were horrible and it turned out to be true!
Avoid their warranties like the plague! They only cover "incidents". They don't cover any of the most likely things that go wrong with our furniture. Leather cracking and peeling, stitching coming out, pinned pieces coming unpinned, etc. You cannot return or exchange beds for any reason. You could spend $3000 on a mattress and find that it absolutely kills your back and you're absolutely stuck with it, whether you call them the next day or after a few months. You're totally out of luck.

Not sure if this is indictive of all Ashley furniture stores but there is a "manager" at this location that is horrible at customer service. I worked retail for quite a while and I would never dream of treatinga customer so poorly. The sales person we talked to was amazing! It was only her third day but she did great and answering our questions and asking when she wasn't sure. The Manager that helped her was awesome as well. That said when we went to pick up our new bedroom set at the agreed upon time, we had to wait because they had not taken it apart yet. Additionally, we had to do two trips and on the return trip we yet again had to wait because they could not hear us ring the bell in the back. Finally, I had a few concerns about some pictures of items that I did not receive and when I went back to ask about them this manager was aggressive and only escalated my anger by telling me that he "could not do anything for me". Even though, moments later another person working was able to print out a few documents that quickly cleared up the discrepancy. This manager was unprofessional, quick to anger, and just assumed that I wanted him to further discount the piece. I don't this "managers" name but he asked me to leave the store and im sure if you ask the employes you will find out who it was. Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had in a furniture store.
My wife and I went in on the amazing black Friday sale looking for couches. We were amazed at the quality, and told we would have a 2 month delay on delivery. This worked perfectly as we were waiting to move into our new home. I went to the store 2 days ago (as we are now in our new home) to check on delivery status for the 1st of February. The Sales Manager told me with a straight face, the earliest delivery was March 27th. She proceeded to tell me that what I was sold, was a requested delivery, not a guarantee (not told to us in the sales process at all, or else I wound't have purchased in the first place). All I got was scripted apologies for your frustration and missold info. And a discount less than 10%. This was my first purchase from Ashley and I will never go back. RC Willey will be my go to indefinitely.

She happily priced out a dresser and accent piece that I had my eye on, I was browsing furniture for Christmas.
