I’m sad to see such terrible reviews here! My husband and I went in to purchase a new bed, we were happily greeted by Hassan who took us to the correct section and introduced us to Connor the sales manager. They both were helpful and attentive letting us try multiple mattresses and answering questions we had. They even gave us a discount on our adjustable base when we didn’t know if we could afford it! We were worried about delivery after seeing the reviews but our bed came early! We just got it today and the staff was fast. Can’t wait to sleep on it tonight! Thanks to Connor and Hassan! We had a terrible experience with Eloise. Not only did she make inappropriate comments about our weight, but she intentionally lied and told us they didn’t have the mattress we were looking for and tried to sell us a much more expensive mattress. When we found the one we were looking for she was rude to us and made more snide and derogatory comments to us. We left the store and immediately bought a mattress elsewhere.
The agent who greeted us was very pleasant and attentive. The furniture there is pricey, but gorgeous and they have awesome protection and installation plans that you should ask about.
So upset with my purchase from Ashley Furniture I had to come back and edit my initial review that was only given with the promise of free pillows by the store’s manager. We came back to resolve a simple issue and the horrible customer service had us so distracted we ended up paying 900 dollars for a full size mattress when we actually needed a QUEEN! The store’s manager was very rude to my girlfriend and did nothing to resolve our issue but pawn it off on one of his employees because he was upset he wasn’t making a huge sale. We will be canceling our account at Ashley’s of what could have been a great relationship.
I bought a dining room set on or around June 24th, it arrived on time as planned. 1st of all the assembly team did a very poor job, when they left and I started to look closer they had left many screws loose with well over an inch still to go. Aside from the poor assembly, one of the dining chairs that came with the set was broken and not repairable. (one of the leg supports is almost totally snapped off, clearly broken and not repairable). So I started the warranty process..... First I was told to send in pictures of the damage, so I did that and then I was told they would schedule a technician to come inspect it. Their earliest appointment was July 24th (1 month after purchase). After about 3 weeks I got an email from Ashley that said their tech had reviewed the pictures I sent in and determined a new part was needed as it could not be repaired. That required part was placed "on order" and that when it arrived I could call them to setup a time to get it repaired. Almost 1 month after getting that email and I have not seen any parts arrived, so I called their warranty department again. They told me that the part would ship by the END of this month (today is the 1st of course). And then when the part came in I could call and schedule the repair which would be another 2-3 weeks after the part arrived. So here I am already 2 months after purchase, and still waiting with potentially another 2 month wait ahead of me still...... Their warranty process is an absolute joke! The only positive I can say, is that the in store sales person Rama, was great to work with when I made the purchase. Otherwise its been a total joke. Buyer beware!!!! EDIT - It is now September, and STILL NO PART!!!!!!!
