Can I give zero stars? Between the issues with their sales person at the store with the order and their delivery person, my best option was to refuse the order, ask for a refund, and write this review. Don’t waste your time and money. You could be somebody else’s valuable customer.
Isaac and Raouf were Awesome to work with, Isaac helped us locate a Bed set that was the perfect color and size we needed, he also helped find a coffee table, end tables and many accessories. Raouf was extremely helpful explaining the warranty for our new furniture and explaining the Ashley Quailty difference then other manufacturers. My wife and I will return again. John and Julie
