As for the staff there are 1 or 2 people that are very good worker.But as for the company Ashley's Furniture, This place is so bad as a business. We bought are furniture last july so we could have it all in time for March,all my furniture came in oct 2021 , they were holding it for me payed up front for all are furniture that was the only way they would hold it for us. We call for delivery they told us sorry we sold your two bedrooms and full living room furniture, I said but you were holding it for us they said sorry we had nothing else to sell .I said#@$%^ , they delivery a few floor models all were destroyed it's now may 2022 after 10 months later, we had to drive around trip over 2 hrs to bring it back, at 1st they wanted to charge a 25% restocking fee we said how can you charge us 25 % restocking fee on furniture we never got!!!! .So we got them to give us are money back because they said it could be 3 or 4 months more on furniture they were holding since October 2021, So we bought better furniture much better and cheaper too delivery next day from smaller stores no more Big Box stores for us , I was being very nice with this review thank you Aiden for your hard work getting are money back,
Very pricey but can hardly wait till I get my kitchen set
We have a home in VT that we purchased last year during COVID when furniture was essentially impossible to get. We opted to wait, did some home renovations, and I reached out to this store back in May to help me with putting together a plan for our living room. We are back and forth from MA to VT and this store is about 40 minutes away from our VT house. Our in-store browsing was pleasant and we didn't feel hounded about making a purchase, but there was plenty of staff around to answer questions and lots of floor models to explore. I reached out after our visit to discuss a few pieces as I wasn't certain about the best way to design our living room. Sue was absolutely wonderful to work with, had great suggestions, and helped me coordinate everything without having to go back to the store. She was up-front about delivery timeframes and although we are awaiting delivery, I'm sure we will love our choices due to her awesome expertise! I can't recommend working with this store enough, definitely a great option for anyone looking to furnish their home.
Nice atmosphere, good prices, helpful staff!
Came here twice with a poor experience both times. First time the associate was extremely negative and told us not to even buy due to rising costs and extended warehouse times. The second time, today, the associate told me that they wouldn't price match to the website pricing and that delivery would be double what the Burlington store charges, despite us living closer to this store, AND us being told not even a month ago delivery costs were only $50 to our location. So I'm not sure which associate was inaccurate the times we've been here, but I expected better customer service. Definitely will be taking our business to the Burlington location instead.
Excellent customer service on phone and in person. Very helpful in going over all the details of the different models and arranging for us to pick up chair at warehouse.
Ordered a recliner a full month ago.... it was supposed to take 2 weeks. Still have not a date or time for the pick up. They blame it on covid......really??????????? Will NEVER order from them again
