What great service, we ordered a whole living room set. Sales was wonderful and very helpful. It came in when they said it would be in. Delivery was wonderful, the guys were respectful, knowledgeable and very friendly. Highly recommend!
Was in there today and wanted to see options on multiple pieces of furniture I planned on buying bedside tables, couch, dresser, and a TV stand the girl pointed to were they were and told me to find her when I was done. More concerned about playing on her phone then helping me
DO NOT BUY A MATTRESS from Ashley Furniture store in Rutland VT. I purchased one a few weeks ago. I asked the sales person about their return policy. It was told to me that they had a one time exchange policy which you could return the mattress that you didn't like and order another one. I then asked what if I don't like the 2nd mattress do I get a refund? The sales person replied that you would not get your money back but we could issue a store credit. I was ok with that. Upon receiving the 2nd mattress which I had to pay additional delivery fee for. I was not comfortable with this mattress either. I phoned the store a few days later to ask if they could come pick up this 2nd mattress & was told that we don't except returns so it's all yours ! Really? That's not what I was told. I then asked the sales person so what did you do with the 1st mattress? I was then told they disposed of it. I really find that hard to believe since the mattress was slept on once & completely covered which I was told to do. Ashley needs to be completely transparent with their policies & stop telling untruths to their customers. Needless to say I will never ever shop there again.

Salesperson was very patient, knowledgeable, courteous and in general a really nice person to deal with.
I purchased a sectional 33 days ago and unfortunately cannot give my review on it, as I have no idea when it will be delivered. The store is no help either as they only deal in estimates. They had no problem taking my money immediately however. They state that they would charge a restock fee should I cancel, even though the item I purchased is not in stock, and they don't do refunds, only store credit to a store you will regret dealing with. Avoid at all costs, spend your money at a store that actually has the items that they take money for. Zero communication, zero idea when items will be delivered, but pay us now.

I read that this was the best place locally for quality furniture. needed delivery for a sofa I had my eye on. I was told it would be delivered within 2 weeks. On top of forgetting to charge delivery fee, and then threatening not to deliver until they collect it, they lied and my furniture was delivered a week later. They only deliver in our direction one day a week. My sofa was eventually delivered with care, but the sales people were unprofessional (a different sales person ate pizza in front of us) and dishonest. Never received a discount or any compensation for their errors.
My girlfriend and I ordered a sectional. The wrote on the receipt 2 weeks. It's been a month and a half. We finally got a delivery date and a time frame of 11-1pm. No show. I called an hour ago and they say the should be here. I wait another hour and no show. They simply cannot tell the truth. We will never use there business again. When you confront them, they have an oh well attitude. No apology or care. Horrible customer service.

The store was clean and well cared for. The staff members were attentive to the customers as they became free from other customers. I was in there for a purchase and had a fairly new member. He was polite and very honest. I was happy up until I found out the stores do not carry the same products. We were after a Stearns and foster mattress but only the Willison store has them on display??? Don't people down from a different part of the state want the same selection? Thankfully the only display they had my wife liked. Moving onto wait time. I was told 8-10 days, and I was also looking at a black beauty rest, again 8-10 days. Well after 10 days I was told it was in a warehouse in NY. I was like perfect should be here in 1-2 days right. Got a yep and well I picked it up 8 days later or almost twice as long. In the end im happy with it, but I would have preferred an honest answer on the wait, as I may have gone or Boughen elts were.

It’s pretty bad in times like these when you go to a store to buy furniture you find exactly what you want but they can’t sell Off the floor but they can’t give you a specific reason why only they have a district manager or an inspection coming up . said delivery would be 8 to 14 weeks well they realize that people might want to spend money now and not wait 8 to 14 weeks!! A sale is a sale I can’t imagine a district manager or the corporation itself telling you not to make money by selling off the floor!
I wish I had read the reviews more thoroughly. I realize that furniture is difficult to find, but I did not need the snarky salesperson (Damion) speaking to me such as he did when inquiring when a delivery would be made. I asked for 2 weeks in a row. Every response was -I am emailing the delivery department now-maybe Thursday, when we are in your area! I had paid in full- over $3000, and still 2 weeks later, no date had been set. I was told that I could cancel, since they couldn't set a date, after two weeks of waiting. It did not even have to be ordered, it was right on the showroom floor. I finally decided to cancel and called. I had to leave a message on a machine, for no salesperson answered the store number. I was immediately called back by a rude salesperson (Ashley) and told I couldn't cancel, I could only get a store credit. Ashley told me "Good Luck with that" When asking for a refund on merchandise not delivered. I was not allowed to speak to a manager, or even have the owner's name, to speak about this issue. Ashley Furniture will not have my business again......Livingston's Furniture in Queensbury, NY will always have my business.
After shopping for over an hour with my 75 year old mother, I still couldn’t get anyone to help us despite 3 people behind the counter. Finally a girl named Ashley answered some questions, but was not knowledgeable nor would she leave her counter seat. Offered no suggestions or assistance at all. Treated us as if we were inconveniencing her and her phone time. Found several items I wanted, but ultimately waited until the next day and made my large purchase from a different location

How i wish I would've read the reviews before shopping there. Just like everyone else I spent $1500 on a bed that appears it will never show up. How their behavior isn't criminal is beyond me. Do not shop here unless you want horrible customer service and furniture delivered half a year after you order it!
Wish there will be zero stars ! Similar experience like other customers - terrible customer service, terrible reputation anyone I talk to . Ordered furniture - was told it will be in at the end of October now I was happily informed that I might have it possibly beginning of 2021. If you need actual furniture do not use them . They apparently are famous for selling you the virtual one.

I would not recommend shopping here. I stopped by today to find out about couches in my prices range, the woman said “yes they do have them.” When asked if she could point me in the direction I was told “they were all over”. This associate had no interest at all in showing me the couches that are available and left me to wander around the show room where I only found one couch in my price range. I was ready to purchase a couch today, I wasn’t just browsing; and this brunette with glasses made me realize I should take my money elsewhere

I was pleasantly surprised when I walked into the Rutland location for Ashley furniture. I was greeted by an employee named Damien with a smile. It was a welcoming atmosphere and reasonable priced. Ashley’s Staff was helpful and very knowledgeable and helped me pick out the living room of my dreams I highly recommend stopping here for any of your interior needs.
I have shopped here on numerous occasions and Damien and Ashley are both always very helpful! We purchased the best mattress we've ever owned here and look forward to getting our new living room furniture and dining room table from them, too! The store is always clean, well laid out and you're greeted by a helpful employee right away, while also never feeling pressured! Love it here!

This is a fraud place. Hi Team, I am not rude or I am not disrespectful, I am going to just state that facts and honest truth about your scam in the name selling products. I know you guys very busy scamming other customers and can't reply or solve the concerned and problems you guys created. I purchased in March the products for $2197, agreed for the worst wait for 8 weeks, after 8 weeks you said it's in a ship somewhere in the ocean on the way to dock. Whatever the reason just a frustrating experience shopping with you. And finally, you delivered on the 28th of June ( delivery charge $100 extra), which is nearly double the delay and forgive and moved on. I spent more than half a day to unpack and assemble and finding out its broken table and some parts look used, probably this a refurbished item. Sent you every detail with photos taken via email and in your facebook message. No response. Reached via phone give in online the line never reaches. And found a different contact number from my invoice paid and sales representative attended and said: "Customer Service team will handle these issue and will fix this for you, and they will work only on weekdays.". Again contacted weekday, in the phone line it gives you 3 options in IVR, even if you select Customer service it will go to the same person and again she said customer service is very busy they will contact you when they got time.

Great service and selection
Damian was very helpful and didn't push anything on us. We were in a time crunch and Damien worked with us letting us take the floor model of the couch we loved instead of waiting the 2 weeks necessary for shipping. 10/10 would recommend. The couch is amazing and the extended coverage even covers pet damage!
I bought a couch and it was delivered on Valentines day with two blemishes. I got a replacement with a huge scratch on the back cushion. So I had them put it back on the truck. I now have fully paid off a couch that is not even in my possession. I will be 6 months tomorrow. Is this normal operation?

I had a great experience visiting the Ashley Home Store in Rutland VT. I was greeted right away and the store was very clean, tidy and inviting. Caitlin, Courtney and Ashley made me feel like a guest in their own home. They were very knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you for the wonderful shopping experience.
My husband and I purchased about $6k worth of items to be delivered and set up at our house a couple of months ago. The sales representative was great in person - not pushy or anything. Super helpful and friendly. However shortly after we left the store we learned that one item was listed for half off online and called the store to discuss it. It took a lot of batting back and forth but they eventually honored the website listing. Eventually, they had their delivery people bring us our items. They never sent the appropriate hardware for my son's bed and only half put it together and did so incorrectly. I called the store before the delivery people left my house and they assured me they would mail us the hardware for the bed, but here we are months later and there has been no hardware sent. I'd highly encourage everyone to research this stores policies, the products and read reviews before purchasing from this location. They are not affiliated with the online store, they are independently owned and will not likely honor advertised sales, prices, etc. Plus they said the couch we purchased was genuine leather - research after the fact indicated that the information provided to us was inaccurate - mistake or dishonesty - I'm not sure. But regardless I would never purchase from them again nor would I recommend this store to anyone I know.
Customer serviced stopped as soon as I purchased my couch. I will not shop at this store again. Any store with a return policy that doesn't refund you (only store credit) with a 35% restocking fee should have been a red flag for me. Lesson learned.
Friendly staff, affordable and quality furniture
We had a fantastic experience with Ashley Lamb! The store was super clean, well stocked, and had a great variety! Pricing was spot on and Ashley helped a ton! Delivery was phenomenal as well as well as efficient! Very satisfied!
I was so pleasantly surprised when I first set foot through the door of Ashley Furniture -- the entire store was so beautifully staged! I was greeted right away and given top notch service -- even as I changed my mind over and over again about the furniture I wanted. I was helped primarily by Caitlin, but also Ashley, and both were superb to work with. It was refreshing to walk into a furniture store and not be overwhelmed by pushy sales people. Delivery of my furniture was quick, efficient, and timely. I highly recommend Ashley Furniture!
First impression was very clean and awesome displays. We went in to buy a mattress/box spring and our salesperson Caitlin was very patient because we had no idea what we were looking for, we ended up ordering and entire King sized frame along with the mattress and box spring. Great prices. Ended up going back to see Caitlin and getting a new dining room set. I'm sure we'll be back.
