We went in looking for a mattress and area rug and were greeted by Michele, she lead us right to them and showed us some great mattresses without making us feel like we HAD to buy one. We eventually settled on a more affordable option and at no point did she make us second guess ourselves or try to upsell us on things we didn’t need. She also showed us the memory foam rugs which are absolutely fantastic. Michele was extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with and I would absolutely go back to the store just to work with her. We recently visited several stores to find a new sofa, and while most places were quite unaffordable all around, Ashley had many options that were in budget and that offered a good variety of features. This was our first time at this location, however we have purchased furniture by the Ashley brand on several occasions, and we have consistently had a good experience. We've always found an option we like within budget. We were greeted at the door by Michele, who informed us of how the pricing works and a few other details, and she stopped by a few times throughout our visit to check if we had any questions. We had a very friendly interaction, Michele was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products, and when it came time to purchase, she made the process super clear and easy.
