I went in on Tuesday, August 18th looking for a sofa, and I have to say how warm and welcoming the ladies at this particular location were. It was such a pleasant experience from start to finish! Michele was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, especially when it came to all of the different fabric options. She made the entire process easy and enjoyable. I live in Plattsburgh, and my sofa was delivered today. The delivery men were professional, careful, and did an excellent job. This will definitely be the location I shop at in the future, and I will happily recommend them to others. This store and its staff have been really great to work with. Brennan, our sales rep, is perfect in his mix of helpfulness and giving time to consider options. I bought some furniture and a bed from them that I needed by a certain time. Trish , the store manager, was very diligent in making sure we received the items. It was a great experience. Then a year later we had trouble with the mattress we had shipped to another country and she gave us credit for it without any trouble. We just went back to use the store credit and bought another purple mattress and had another great experience. Brennan helped us again. The store really is pleasant, the furniture is good value, and they exceeded our expectations. I definitely recommend them for your furniture and mattress needs.
Daphine customer service was exceptional, she tended to our needs and gave us recommendations that exceeded our needs all within our budget. Highly recommend, the customer service is phenomenal!
