In store experience was excellent, had a sales associate help me right away and show me my options for purchasing a couch within my budget. Ordered and paid for the couch and was told it would be delivered within 2 to 4 weeks since the couch was in stock at the Pennsylvania warehouse. Now 7 weeks out and the couch still hasn't been delivered. For the past 3 weeks I've called and been told it will arrive next week. Same line, week after week, with no actual delivery or follow up from the original sales associate. Will not buy from Ashley again if this is their customer service and poor timing projections.

I recently visited Ashley’s in search of a new couch. I was fortunate to have Daphine from the store assist me, as I initially struggled to find what I was looking for. She carefully assessed my needs and style preferences, then suggested an alternative setup I hadn’t considered. I’m beyond thrilled with the pieces I purchased, and Daphine’s help made the entire process so much smoother. I highly recommend this store—definitely ask for Daphine if you go!

I loved my furniture from them! Until the wooden support in the frame gave out and the Cushions did on one of the couches after the warranty was up. I loved my mattress! Till it gave out within its warranty and because there was a stain it’s not covered. You show me a parent that has a bed that doesn’t have at least one stain. Also, if that’s the case, fine! But when someone calls to try and get a mattress covered, have a form so your sales people know what to ask. “Is there a stain?” Should be the first question, at that point null and void give the info there. Don’t make people wait for the warranty people to come out take pictures and measurements that mean absolutely nothing and wastes everyone’s time and then wait another 10 days with no word and have to call the store back to figure out what’s going on with it, to then be told it’s not covered. If you want to have people come back, be upfront! If you have this kind of situation and the customer is frustrated but not belligerent, WORK. WITH. THEM!!! Tell them to come down and we’ll workout a deal for you! Be a sales person! Be the manager of the department and own the issue and offer to help instead of “have a great day”. Want the business! Then maybe your rating and sales will go up.

My fiancé and I went to Ashley’s furniture looking for a couch. We both came in with an idea of what we wanted and had a few options picked out online prior to coming in. We worked with DJ. He was an amazing sales associate to work with. He is kind patient attentive and knowledgeable. He was not pushy and let us browse around until we were set on what we wanted. He had us try a few couches to test the comfort levels that we might or might not like to help narrow down our favorite comfort level. He made the sale process super easy. When we are ready to add more furniture to our home we will be going back to work with him!

Great experience here all around. Daphine really helped me out with her attentive yet low-pressure style. I walked into the Homestore needing to furnish an entire house with furniture, and at no point did I feel like I was being pushed into buying anything-- in fact, Daphine responded exceptionally patiently to my indecisive, flip-flopping decisions on a few pieces. Thanks again and I'll definitely be back!

We came in with a notebook full of ideas and Daphine Bratcher asked if she could help. We tested out the living room furniture I found on line. Then she directed us to the bedroom furniture I picked out. Unfortunately, it wasn’t going to fit our new bedroom but Daphine came up with a better idea and we love it. She was very patient and assisted with our measuring process. We never once felt pressured, it was truly an enjoyable experience. What a tremendous asset she is to this store. As an added bonus, she showed us an entertainment center on sale that we purchased. Ashley furniture is great quality, delivery has been scheduled for all pieces.

Daphine was amazing! I came in looking for bedroom sets. I had done some research online already and picked out a few I was interested in. She was able to look at my list and showed me around to see what was on display so that I could get a sense of how they looked in real life. In addition, she was able to show be a few more options on sets, in at the end, I picked one of her recommendations. Also, the mattress, Daphine truly knew about mattresses and helped me picked the right one for me. Overall, she was patient, attentive, listened (and remembered) to everything I decided on, and most of all extremely helpful. Can'[t wait to get my bedroom set!
