I’ve had a broken couch for over 6 months now and I have the paid warranty so it should be fixed. Excuse after excuse as to why it’s not repaired yet and title to no communication from the warranty company or Ashley’s. The staff in the store has been rude and inconsiderate about our situation, the couch isn’t even a year old and not usable. Absolutely disgusted with the service
Debby and Donna helped me purchase a couch at this Ashley location. They were very friendly, prompt, and listened to what I was looking for so they could guide me in the right direction. This helped me make my purchase easy and stress-free! Good selection of furniture items available. I will definitely be returning to this Ashley store for any home furnishing I need.
Nice furniture at a good price. Delivery was fast, within a month I had my new table, sofa and love seat. The salesperson, Donna Booska was extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

The front manager she is soooo rude I just visited there on 25 june 2022 just to know about my bed frame because it’s already 6 month I already paid in advance on 8th January 2022 in this period they only send me 2 emails because i send them email about any updates ,6 month waiting is too much.Ashley furniture I’m not rich I’m working on daily basis to buy food to me and my family ,i just asking her how long it’s gonna take ,she arrogantly replied me lot of people are waiting since more than 1 year,than I requested her my money back because the way she was talking it’s so hurtful because she talking like I’m asking something for free. It is so disrespectful so please learn some manners.By wearing clean clothes and having white skin doesn’t make you a good human being if you have black heart ,black heart lady if you can’t handle the customer care job properly please stay at home give someone else chance.Good luck Ashley .
We had the pleasure of working with Adam when we were purchasing our couch and coffee table. He was knowledgeable, non-hovering, and kept us up to date with our order. He even squeezed in our delivery the day before when they were booked out.
Went in to look around. Staff were friendly but not imposing or pushy. Great selection of quality furniture. Found a few items for future purchase.
