I have made a purchase in this store. The prices are much higher than online even with all the discounts and sales. Second, as the items I purchased did not fit in, the delivery team returned the a loveseat. I talked to the customer service, and she said they will refund me because it was returned without opening. After two weeks, the customer service called and denied what they promised. Very disrespectful and disappointing. On top of that I am not able to use the credit online. I do not recommend them at all.
Ashley has Avery bad customer service. I got a bed set at a 700$ high price in the store than Ashley online and requested for a price match, the store wasn’t in anyway willing to help. Customer is not important to this company. I am never shopping at Ashley again. Beware of them saying store closure and that everything is on sale, that is really a scam, please check online prices before you became a victim to these lies. Very disappointed in their service.
Pretty much every weekend im out and about and always see all the advertisements with the cars with the toppers, the guys holding the final day sale signs for the Ashley Furniture Store and I also saw a bunch of little signs, so after I saw all 3 of them, I knew it was a SIGN that i had to go check out what kind of sales they have going on. When I walked in The Ashley's Store my eyes lit up!!! I meet a couple of sale's people that were extremely helpful with all my crazy questions. I couldn't believe what I was seeing or even hearing!!!! BEAUTIFUL Furniture and amazing patio Furniture at 70% off!!! Some of the very best Furniture at awesome prices!!!! They also have rugs that are 40% off. There are so much wonderful deals within this Ashley's in Leesburg, VA. They also have sale's on other items as well ranging, from 40%-70% off. Can you say hooked? Cuz I definitely was. Of course I had to buy some items that I know I would never find again at those prices. I'm going back next weekend to look at the Mattress's for my 2 teenage kids and myself, Plus I'm bringing the family cause even they didn't believe me about the prices and what i paid for the items i got. Damon was such a pleasure to meet and he helped me out with every question I had. Thanks Damon!!! See you again soon!

We came in for the moving sale and Amanda immediately found us and helped us so much! She was so funny and personable and hung out with us for the 2 hours that we were there picking out things for our house. Then I brought my parents back and we picked out some more things THAT NIGHT. Amanda is my new favorite person.

Went to go buy a section sofa. Been needing one so we were ready to purchase after exploring a few choices but wanted to see in person. We were being assisted and talking about options when all of a sudden we were told the store was closing. It was 8pm. We thought we had until 9pm. Google and store page said 9pm. Seems like they just wanted to leave as we were the only ones there. Unlikely to return to this location to make our purchase.
Mahnaz did a fabulous job working with me to figure out several pieces of furniture! She was very patient, knowledgeable, kind and honest. She gave me space when I needed to discuss my choice with my family. I never felt rushed or pressured to pick something. But she was there when I had questions. Thank you again Mahanaz! Great service, we were so lost trying to find a new couch for our townhouse. Yagnesh/ the sales rep helped us so much and was measuring every couch with us to make sure it fits out space.
UPDATE: The email provided by the owner hasn’t been answered or acknowledge since I sent. Staff ask you to leave review when you purchase, don’t be fooled by these 5 star reviews who haven’t taken delivery. Purchased in 2020, miserable experience still haunting us to this day. Dishonest and negligent sales staff, delivery issues, DO NOT pay for the insurance that they hard sell you on; Ashley literally gave us multiple phone numbers and company names that do not exist - going on over 36 months trying to use the insurance to get imperfections addressed. Called my sales rep directly, he had already quit and said my issues were shared among all his past customers. Escalated the issue with the local store and Ashley superiors on multiple occasions to no avail. The couches look nice in the showroom but then upon delivery your nightmare begins. After spending thousands on a huge, modular couch I now have to see my regret every day in the family room. Just go somewhere else.

My son purchased a Sectional Sofa from Ashley Furniture Leesburg VA last week. Terrible experience. The Store Sales person or Manager had my son sign and explicit release saying that the sofa is NOT returnable.Turned out the Sofa is not right for my son and we have been trying to contact the store for days now, left messages, but no one has bothered to answer. My son and his wife, a young couple just purchased a house and are looking to furnish the entire house and looking for a lot of furniture. This sofa was their first purchase in this endeavor.But never again Ashley Furniture in Leesburg. Beware of them. They lure you in with sweet talk and then have you sign disclosures and releases on the sly and are not available to answer phone calls or help or to return phone calls when required. Stay away from these shysts, pls.
The sales associate we purchased the couch from lied about the delivery date/ when it would arrive at the warehouse. Then when it was scheduled to be delivered, the couch never showed up I was told 3 different stories from 3 different representatives and still don’t have the couch with no set delivery date. If it ever does show up it will be 2+months late. This store location and remote customer service staff are highly unprofessional and don’t know what they’re doing. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else, this place is a scam.

Adeeb helped my husband and I with a king-size bed suite. **EDIT**Everything was going well until we went to pick up said suite to find out they don't have it or access to where it is. **EDIT** I will NOT be recommending this store. Very disorganized and rude. I get the people are just doing what they get paid to do. If I'm going to take the time and energy to look through and find our selection, don't be sneaky, underhanded, or rude. Communication is a necessity they lack.

The person that was working with me was not personable at all. It was obvious he wanted a sale. Ultimately I decided not to go through with my purchase , but woke up to a $40 charge to my bank account from one of their lenders which was supposed to have been disclosed to me before applying but was unfortunately Not, to my dismay. After 3 different calls, I spoke to the lender directly who canceled the application on their end and initiated a release of what they called “the first payment”. Ultimately leaving a bad taste in my mouth for these guys overall. You’re supposed to ‘get what you pay for’, not pay for what you don’t even get.

Great service! Milan was very attentive and great to work with.-- EDIT --Milan told us that the delivery would take place a week from when we purchased our furniture. We made room for the new furniture and got rid off the old one just to realize that not only was the furniture not coming today, it was on back-order and they do not know when it will arrive. Completely unacceptable, we wouldn't have purchased it otherwise.After bringing it to their attention, the Manager called us and let us know that they found the furniture in stock and that they were able to deliver it the next day. However there was an error in loading up the truck and the delivery was incomplete.

Jordan was easy to work with and answered our numerous questions and ran prices for us. In the end we purchased a bedroom set for a reasonable price. The process takes a while but it was thorough. Now we are awaiting delivery. Considering that buying retail furniture is almost as bad as jewelry or a car it's not a bad place. I'd go back again and work with Jordan.

Our salesman Alphonso was very helpful and worked well with us. Prices are comparable to any other place. Advertised prices on the furniture was a little confusing with multiple prices advertised and crossed out. Also, for sofa, love seats and many recliners, the big “eye” catching prices were for the basic manual reclining versions but nearly all the displays were products that had the powered reclining.
Alfonso is the man. 10 out of 10 would recommend you ask for him.

I bought furniture months ago I've had to call more than ten times. I'm still missing an item months later. I finally told the store today just refund my money. Regarding what was delivered they mis delivered almost every time not bringing what they were supposed to. If I had more free time I would get a sign and march outside the store to warn people. So if you want to give them your money and they have to deal with complete incompetency and have to fight to get it back that's your choice. The store doesn't care about your time or your money. Once you pay them they don't want to deal with you anymore.
Very poor customer service - bad refund policy. We ordered in store and they said next week delivery. We came home and just a few hours later, we called back to cancel the order. They said sale is final, no refund policy only a store credit. We need money for something else, we do not want a store credit. Horrible refund policy.

Sales person was extremely helpful both times I have been in the store but.....the rest was a complete disaster. I spent over $10,0000 in the store and my furniture was delayed several times and delivered damaged. It took over a year and a half to have parts for the damaged piece of furniture delivered. Ashley Furniture did not want to offer me anything for my trouble and could not tell me how much longer I would have to wait. Once the pieces arrived there was no tech available to come out. They offered me $150 to cancel the tech and figure out how to put it together myself. I took the $150 credit. When I went in the store today they told me I actually had a $200 credit so I continued to shop around for more items. When I went to check out I was told I had no credit at all and they would need to check with accounting and would call me. I left empty handed and preceded to call customer care on my own because the women at check out had no sense of urgency and quite frankly didn't care about solving my problem. One phone call to customer care (after waiting 20min on hold) they were able to pull up my file right away and found the credit in staff notes and gave me an invoice number to take to the store. I call the store back and she did not know what to do with the invoice number and even questioned if this was indeed he store where I originally bought everything from. I had to call customer care back again and wait on hold. This time I asked the person on the line to call the Leesburg Store directly to walk her though the notes. on my file. The Leesburg store than called me and told me they can now see it and I have $100 gift card. I WAS PROMISED $150 and had that numbered confirmed just today on the phone. I call customer care back again and they confirm its only $100 and sorry to whoever misspoke. They were unwilling to add $50 to fulfill what I was promised. I WILL NEVER EVER SHOP AT Ashley Furniture again over principle of how little they care about satisfying their customer and how dysfunctional the entire process is.

I had a very good experience with Waida . I had an issue with my furniture and she told me she will do everything she can to help. After trying to reach out to multiple people in Sterling , no one there helped out or wanted to assist me but instead had an attitude with me. I was desperate to get my furniture issue resolved so I went into the Leesburg location finally as a last attempt and she was able to get my issues resolved and followed up with me. I was never going to purchase from Ashley’s again , but the customer service I received from her was great. However I’m very disappointed in other staff for the lack of support.. Thank you Waida for going above and beyond. Ashley you have a gem on your hands.

Fantastic customer service. Called ahead and talked to Cameron. Came in and spent a good amount of time finding exactly what we were looking for. It was not high pressure sales and was a great experience. We had our 4 daughters with us during our visit and they were very patient with our 4 young ones. Cameron was helpful and got us a great deal on a couch set and accent chair. When we ordered the couch wasn’t in stock but came in stock the next week. Delivery was very smooth as well. I got an email the day before the delivery with a delivery window. They delivered and setup the couches. It was so nice not to haul multiple couches out of a truck. I wish I would have checked reviews before purchasing from this store/company!!We had an issue with a sectional we bought from them in 2021. There were 2 tears after only owning for less than 6 months that should have been covered under manufacturer warranty - not spots (back and side of couch) that would have normal wear and tear. After a review by their team members we were declined warranty and BLOCKED from replying to their emails. Called and got no where. We'll never shop here again.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE!!! They only sell dreams of furniture, not actual furniture!!! I ordered a table and chairs in March. They said it would come on May, and it did not. Then they said it would come in July, and it did not. Then they said it would come in August, so I went into the store and asked for a refund. They said it would likely get approved the next day and it has been 30 days!! I contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge and they are fighting me. Now all of a sudden they say the table can be delivered next week. I refuse to accept at this point because I saw other customers crying in the store over furniture they received that was damaged and did not get replaced. One other customer in line with me said they delivered the wrong item to her and she was expected to pay for delivery of the wrong item. Save your sanity and time and go anywhere else!!! Every time I go in the store it seems like the last bunch of employees quit. I can see why - they get yelled at by angry customers. I would quit too. UPDATE: I called my local store and customer service during normal business hours and received a message that I should call during normal business hours then when I tried to leave a message I was informed that the mailbox was full. I also emailed the email address the owner sent, so hopefully they can find a resolution.
Jonathan did a great job explaining the nuances to coverage plans, options available to us with various furniture items, and pricing options. He was very personable, articulate, and customer-focused. He helped get us to the right price point and was overall very value-added to the experience.

I stopped by to look for multiple sets of furniture at Ashley Homestore in Leesburg. Milan greeted me at the front door and walked me through the store while listening to my needs. He showed me the right furniture for my need and gave me more options to help pick the right ones. Milan was very patient and worked with commitment until the end taking me through every step of sales process. Very pleased to have worked with Milan.
Ashley Furniture store in Leesburg. I gave it one star because the furniture did last and provides value. However, the service maybe shady at times. I purchased a recliner living room set and a table/foot rest. I applied for their credit card because they offered 1 year free financing and it seemed like a great benefit. Unfortunately, I did not measure correctly (I did not take into consideration the reclining part) and I had to return one couch and the table. We’ll that’s when the credit card was not a good idea. The store told me I could return one couch and the table but they could only give me store credit, they couldn’t return it to the credit card. I did not want to fight it and paid it off as agreed and the store credit was issued. A year later I found a dresser and a lamp I wanted to purchase and told them I wanted to use my credit. They gave me a hard time, the manager, and the financial person in the store. They had to check with accounting they would not take the documentation they had provided to me and treated me as if I was in the wrong. The financial lady at the store told me on the phone I had no credit and if I wanted the furniture I could make a payment or put in on the credit card. I stopped by the store to speak to her and she did not make herself available. Long story short I was able to prove to them I had the credit and the furniture was delivered. The sales person had to complete the transaction as the finance lady and the manager did not want to deal me. I will not make any other purchases at this store ever. The sales person were fine in both occasions but the office manager and the finance lady were awful.
Ashley has high quality furniture at a fair price. Milan was very helpful in selecting the right features and walking us through the sales process.

Mr Milan has an amazing customer-ship quality. He dealt very nicely and passionately today. we bought almost the whole house furniture and he was very humble and knowledgeable in giving us good and informative ideas about home furniture. Overall my wife and I were satisfied with his dealings. I will say the whole Leesburg outlet team was fantastic.We also got good advice from Mr Camron about sleep mattress, he is a sleep management advisor. Highly recommended. I visited this place to look for accents to add more decor to my living room. Nothing wrong with their product or store. But when I visited with my family, one of the store associate was hovering around us which I can only see as someone keeping a watchful eye on my family just in case we cause any trouble rather than being a help. I do not encourage anyone waiting to assist me unless I seek one from the staffs. This associate at the place, single handedly managed to ruin my visit. My wife felt the same as well. While it is not uncommon to see this pattern in almost all furniture stores these days, they at least give me enough space. But this person, walked right between my wife and I l, many a times :) I get his enthusiasm. Just that it was obnoxious to me. Someone else may love an associate with this spirit, I don't know.
Awesome experience at Ashley Leesburg today. Furniture shopping can be such a drag, but Yagnesh greeted us right away and helped us find a sofa and loveseat set that we love. He did a great job explaining all the discounts and available protection plan, and booked us for a delivery date in just a few days. We’re so excited for our new furniture to arrive! EDIT: Our furniture set was delivered today right on schedule. I received an automated phone message yesterday letting me know what the estimated time frame would be for delivery today, along with a text message and an email with a tracking page for the delivery truck. The tracking page gave me an accurate picture of when the truck would arrive, the team got the furniture unloaded and set up in our home quickly, and the set looks beautiful in our family room! THANK YOU to the whole team at Ashley for such an efficient process and overall great experience.

If there were zero stars I would give that rating. Hoping to set up a secondary office I went into Ashley Homestore in June. I was greeted by Paula who made it clear that working on a showroom floor was not her idea of a success story (watch out older blond woman with an accent with no respect for customers). Nonetheless, I told her I needed to get a desk set and asked her to CONFIRM WHEN IT WOULD BE AVAILABLE.In order to make the sale, she flat out lied. She guaranteed that the set would be in my home by late July, but when I called back, I couldn't get ahold of anyone. After at least 10 calls (good luck having ANYONE pick up the phone in the store), I finally had to insist on a refund. Paula, again, was extremely unhelpful and really just trying to get her commission. Instead of trying to get me my refund, she tried to argue with me about WHY I WANTED A REFUND AS IF I DIDN'T HAVE THAT RIGHT.After a few very strong emails, and at least 20 more calls, I was told I would get a refund. That was two months ago. After another 10 calls, I finally get notice of a refund, but no money back in my account. I was told that even though I was able to pay for furniture that was never going to arrive that I couldn't get a credit back to my credit card, now for over two months.After another ten calls this past month with no one picking up the phone, I took another stab and was told again I needed to come into the store, and was finally able to do so after weeks on international travel. The manager asked me to show proof that I hadn't been reimbursed. I showed him my credit card account and still nothing.When I asked him to provide the name of his district manager he refused to give me that information. So, here I am two+ months later with no furniture and no refund and interest accruing on my credit card account. At this juncture, I am going to the corporate office, the Better Business Bureau and also filing a claim in small claims court. Sadly, while this was all going on, another customer was dealing with the same extremely shady business practices as me and was in to see when on earth her furniture would be delivered.DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE EVER.

I had a great experience picking out a small sectional couch for my new apartment. I got a really good deal and my sales associate, Yagnesh, was awesome and really took his time showing me all of the couches in my price range!
store was clean with a great selection. our salesman, Yagnesh, was patient and thorough, with two grandmothers and three children while we explored all the options for a bedroom set. Next we selected a mattress and box spring. Then we went home to the parents and got their approval and re-checked our measurements. Next day we returned and finalized everything and have delivery set up. Yagnesh did all the paperwork and let us split the payment between us which made it easier for us. we liked the variety of products and accessories displayed.

I purchased a sectional couch in May and with and was told by the sales person that my order wouldn't take any longer than June 6th to get to delivered. On July 7th I received a message to schedule my delivery. I scheduled my delivery a couple of days later I received another call stating that you guys do not do separate deliveries for a sectional. I questioned why I received a message to even do a delivery if you guys didn't have both pieces. Throughout this time I did not receive any contact from the store that I ordered from. I tried contacting them and gotten contact with a store in Sterling instead of Leesburg . They told me that the couch that I ordered has been discontinued and they could give me a couch off of the showroom floor for a $100 off and they would have to get get in contact with the Leesburg store store so that I could get that money back on my card. I was told that I would hear back from them soon. I spent a whole week trying to get in contact with the Leesburg store and still couldn't. I contacted cooperate and they had a hard time getting in contact with the store. I had to call back on Thursday (today) Still no manager and no one to help me after after sitting on the phone for over 3 hours throughout the week and a 1/2. And when I finally did getting contact with the store the lady that entered the phone was rude and very unhelpful. Very upset about this experience will not be shopping here again.

Great customer service. The bolts holding the legs to the table we wanted to buy were loose so the table was wobbly. We asked Sean to tighten them to make sure that was the problem, and he got down on his hands and knees and tightened them. That fixed the wobble problem and we bought the set.

One more update today after several weeks the technician come to fix the part and thay not take the trush and said no i will not take the trush from the parts An other updates its again they cant fix or send technician to fix the bunk bad for kids lol .....its been 3 monthers now .updatting my review and want to say that this positive reviews are not current its been now more then 2 monthe they not sending me technical personal to fix my bunkbad they told me at 2 September so it means i have to wait one month more please don wist your time dont buy anything here tanks me later .Hi To everyone never buy from this Ashley furniture but if you buy it make sure to sign a contact that delivery will be on time i am waiting for my delivery today and i just get a call that they cant delivery today so i have to wait for tomorrow and they will try there best to do it by tomorrow if not so then i have to wait an other week its so make me angry .

I went into Ashley Furniture looking for a new sectional. I was greeted by Sean Hicks who asked if he could assist me. I knew exactly what I was looking for and asked if he could just point me in the right direction. Sean was very patient and kind in showing me the different styles, and offered suggestions on different configurations available. I am a very particular person and once I have something in my mind it is difficult to sway me. Sean did ease me into being more open minded, and although I didn't purchase the sofa from him I will definitely be back to see him for my future needs. 10/10 would recommend.

Not helpful at all. Initially wanted to make my purchase in store, but $200 delivery for one piece of furniture is wild and it goes up on in price for more. Online they offer curbside FOR FREE. My purchase was missing a screw, the online presence said I could go to my local store to obtain one and they would preempt the store, the people in the store said not only would they not help me but to call customer service again and have them mail me one. I said I need one screw, they said they didn’t care and quickly dismissed me. Yes I know it wasn’t their fault initially, however as long as Ashley is plastered across your doorway, there is no reason to not even try. For an item they probably have in spades in the back since they have to put up display pieces. Their loss because I still need to furnish a home minus the chest I purchased already. I hope their management and corporate office reads this and realizes one screw cost them thousands of dollars. Goin to Bob’s where the puppet treats me better than these people, and may consider just returning the piece I purchased already on principle. Value my dollar or have none of them.

Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Recently purchased a sectional and the quality of the one delivered was not good. Went into the store to see if we could take it back for a credit towards a different set and all that was said to us was "all sales are final". This was never mentioned to us at the time of purchase and as a first time buyer from Ashley, am extremely disappointed that they would repeat policies that were never mentioned instead of delivering a quality product. Won't be shopping here again.

Inflexible delivery practice will prevent my shopping at Ashley again. They refused to waive the penalty for changing the delivery date, which resulted from my inadvertently hitting the microscopic “confirm” link in their email. There was no backing out of the email, so I called to change the date and was told there would be a penalty - which they refused to waive after I explained what had happened. If you have ever hit a link by mistake you can understand my frustration. Now I regret the $2,700 purchase and next time will go elsewhere.
Everytime we buy furnitures from this store, there’s always problems with their inventory and delivery. After sales service is not good. Very poor customer service.
This was the absolute worst customer service experience of my life. Leesburg, VA store. I purchased a side table in store. Sales associate did not disclose the cost of shipping, just ran my credit card and hoped for the best. I explained that wasn’t right or transparent. The manager approved a shipping discount as an apology. Great. Got home and realized they never even gave me a receipt!!! Called the store the next day, just wanted to cancel the order at this point. It took me calling every single day for 3 weeks to STILL not get a phone call from the store manager which I was advised was REQUIRED in order to process a cancellation/refund. I got in touch with corporate customer care, EVEN THEY couldn’t get the leesburg store to call them back. It took 3 phone calls from one of the customer care managers to get leesburg to process this refund. They confirmed they would, then didn’t actually do it so the customer care manager had to call them AGAIN. Customer care was awesome and saw this issue through. The leesburg location seriously needs to get it together. I will NEVER shop here again, and neither will any family or friends after hearing of this horrendous experience.
We bought a couch from them last year (2021) and the stitching started to come undone. I called about getting it fixed under the warranty and they said that was normal wear and tear. So apparently their sofas coming apart at the seams is what they consider normal. When I emailed back asking to get in contact with a manager my email bounced back as blocked. Won’t be ever going back there again.
Paula was the best sales lady hand down!!!!! Her honestly and guidance was of great value to me when purchasing my beautiful, dream bedroom set at a great price. The furniture was delivered within a couple weeks as promised by Paula. All other stores told me it would take up to 6 months to receive the same bedroom set. Paula had it delivered in less than two weeks after I placed the order. I highly recommend speaking with Paula if you are looking for furniture 🙂
This whole company is awful. Constantly sending damaged products and missing hardware. Their customer service is awful and do whatever they can to get you off the line as soon as possible. We had a table, dresser, bed, and night stand delivered. The only thing not damaged was the table. The bed was missing hardware. The nightstand and dresser drawers were stuck or damaged. Honestly awful place and awful customer service. We had replacement hardware sent and it was still incomplete. I will never buy anything else from this company and I suggest you do the same. **Update: it’s amazing to see all the five star reviews on here. I’m sure they give discounts for reviews because that’s the only possible way. I will forever try and give people the truth about how awful this company is on every platform possible.
I purchased a bedroom set from this store. When the set was delivered, I found they placed the wrong order. I called the salesman Paula to ask for an order correction. She said she would get back to me but never did. I stopped by the store but encountered her coldness.. I never experienced such a bad experience in purchasing anything. I was also told all their sales are final. No exchange or refund or anything .. Also be careful of the 3 month Koalafi.. I was told that it was no interest financing but was set up in a way that charged significantly high interests. I need to call to change it back, otherwise it’s automatically charged for the whole year.

We had a great experience with our visit to Leesburg Ashley .We were greeted by a pleasant sales rep Terez.She was very helpful and pleasant .She made us feel welcome and answered our questions . We needed to get furniture in place quickly due to husband upcoming surgery .Required reclining set for medical reasons . Terez helped us look at what was available in the type of material we wanted .We found a sofa and recliner that suited our needs .We were able to order and will be delivered in time . Thanks also to manager Sean who also was kind and attentive to our needs .
F- Ashley was really pushing us to leave a good review after we purchased our items. The women we dealt with was great and we thought it would be a painless process so we left a good review before receiving our furniture. I’m guessing that is why they have 4 stars. I can’t imagine other people are actually satisfied with this incompetent company. Ashley’s furniture is cheaply made and breaks easily. Almost all the pieces we had delivered were broken or damaged. We ordered a table in November 2021 - it was delivered broken in mid-February. Now it’s March 2022 and the broken table is still in our garage waiting to be picked up and replaced. I’ve even offered to drop it off at an Ashley Store for a refund but was told they can only offer in store credit. I will never order from Ashley again. Don’t do it. There are other furniture stores for the price that have better customer service and quality furniture for a relatively similar price. We’ve deleted our previous good review. — (updated after Ashley posted a reply) I have reached out to Ashley customer support each step of the way, and visited the store in Leesburg 3 times. No one has the ability to help. Each support agent or store employee claims they have to email someone else to get approval for refund/furniture replacement etc. Basically there is no one to contact in real time that has the authority to make a decision. Each customer facing employee passes the buck, which makes getting anything done quickly an impossibility and because the decision makers don’t speak directly with the customer, there is increased opportunity for miscommunication. That’s the hole we fell in, and since ordering a table in November 3rd (now March 16th) we are still without a table.

Bought a bed for my son in December 2021 but not delivered yet. Attempts were made to deliver damaged bed twice and also deliveries were cancelled twice because the bed did not pass the inspection. I am very disappointed with Ashley Leesburg. I tried to talk to the manager once and she was very rude and I never tried to contact her again. I am still waiting for the bed that I purchased almost two months ago.
The staff was very helpful to show all of the different options that were available. The variety of option available was great. Staff was upfront and honest to convey shipping delays, but made the deal worthwhile. The store was very clean and well organized.

After recently moving to Leesburg it’s become quite clear that this Ashley store will easily be my favorite place for furniture shopping. I went in to see a bed frame I found online and fell in love with it. Suhail assisted me and was an absolute delight to work with. No pressure and knew exactly how to work with me. On Black Friday we came in to order a couch. Experience in the store was great. We were told multiple times that we would be able to get delivery mid december. Mid december rolls around and we get a call that the couch is ready to be delivered. I call back and am told, "sorry, you actually arent in our range so you'll need to pay an extra 230" I was frustrated at this since I was told it would be delivered but oh well, I understand Im a bit far so I paid the extra. Nearly 2 weeks goes by of them trying to schedule the delivery and finally I get it scheduled for a friday that Im off work. Mid-afternoon rolls around and still no couch, so I decide to call. Sat on hold for about 15 minutes and then am told that they arent able to deliver to me today because Im too far... at this point I have paid extra because Im far. I've waited weeks trying to get it scheduld, and now Im told "48-72 hours" but they cant give me any garuntees or a date that I can get it by. Needless to say we will not be ordering from Ashley in the future.
I was given enough information to make an informed decision and time to think about my purchase. I felt respected and not pressured. I would shop at this store again, for sure.

Ashley has HORRIBLE customer service!! We ordered furniture from them in March of 2021 and it arrived a couple months later. While we were building the bed they had delivered, we stood up the headboard and it cracked apart into multiple pieces . We then discovered that they sent us the incorrect side slats. We contacted Ashley and they told us they could not get new parts to us until October 2021. We were very upset and they told us there was nothing they could do. Then, our furniture got delayed until March 2022!! We spoke with the corporate office and they were awful. They stated that they could not give us a refund or any credit because the purchase was finalized and "we should have opened every box when it was delivered". This is ridiculous given that the bed came in multiple parts and we would not know we had incorrect and broken pieces until building. Our replacement parts ended up arriving at the end of November, and when scheduling delivery, the customer service agent said they would build the bed upon delivery due to all of the above hassle. Of course, when they arrived to deliver, the delivery men said they could not build the bed because it was an online order and despite what the lady had said, they refused. This was an EXTREMELY frustrating process and Ashley Furniture was nothing but rude the entire time. This is no way to treat a customer and they need to have a refund process place for situations like this. Do not shop here!!! It is a waste of time and very poorly run. I would not recommend Ashley to anyone.
They asked me for good reviews after the sale, however they never obeyed on their commitments. I feel cheated by Ashley furniture (Leesburg, VA) store. They made commitments on the delivery date at the time of sale and then few days later they said that the items won’t be delivered until next 3 months. When I asked for cancellation then they said that there is no process for order cancellation and trying to sell me other products. I feel bad and cheated as they never stand on their commitments. Now I have to deal with phone calls and disputes to get the full refund of my order!!!

I have been waiting for a coffee table & end tables to arrive at my house since MAY 2021. It was the floor sample. It is now end of September. Today, the floor sample from the store was supposed to arrive at my house between 3-6 PM and I am still waiting for the delivery company at 7:15 PM to bring me my floor sample coffee table and end tables. Also, last week, the delivery company brought my son's bed and did not screw down the bed beam support system and the crew today was supposed to remedy that. I am understanding of supply chain issues and am aware of delays, but when it is basic white glove delivery service and floor sample items I have purchased, I do not expect to have issues. I have purchased $7K of furniture and was somewhat satisfied with their response and correspondence up until now. I just reached somebody at the store that was able to tell me my delivery was delayed and somebody should have called me today to let me know. Additionally, my coffee table and end tabes are still at the store...4 months later...still on display.

Asad helped us decide on a couch and he couldn’t have been any better! Everyone knows you get bombarded by employees in a furniture store and it can be annoying, but not Asad, he was very patient and respectful with our indecisiveness. Asad gave us our time by ourselves to check out each piece of furniture and did not push a single thing on us. He answered our questions when we asked and made us feel very comfortable while we made our decision.
I ordered $240 worth of replacement covers for our sofa cushions, and was later informed that they no longer manufacture them. So now, the refund department won’t return my calls and they’re keeping my money for the product they never delivered. They stole from us, and customer care has been completely useless and won’t make efforts to help us get our money back.

Best Customer Service I had in a very long time ! I went with my pregnant wife and her mom (you can imagine how that can be) to buy some furniture for our new apartment. Needless to say, Asad, our sales man was very patient, very knowledgeable and easy to talk. We ended up getting whole set of bedroom, living room furniture for us and my mother in law and mattress! I've never given a negative review on a company in my life but here goes.. Where to begin? If I could take all the furniture I've bought from Ashley's over the past year, return it and buy it somewhere else, I would. My couch, loveseat and coffee table finally arrived today ( a week late) only to be missing my nightstand that isn't going to be here until August? After I was told everything would be here the first week of July? The salespeople, as polite and helpful as they can be, have no real clue when your items will be here, and they do not care. When my couch was delivered, it didn't fit up the stairs and the delivery team had no other way of getting it up the stairs and now it's just sitting in my basement, and the woman on the phone says all sales are final unless I return the couch I've been waiting months for? Horrible experience, will be closing my account, and will never refer any friends or family to Ashley's. If you are shopping for furniture and happen to read this review, take your money to a small business who values your satisfaction and wants you to come back. Ashley's for sure doesn't.
Wow - I am so incredibly disappointed. When we moved to Leesburg, we bought out first couch from this store and we loved it. We went back on 7/5/21 to purchase a new couch and found one that we loved. They explained to us buying online is different than buying in store and said they could give us a lesser delivery fee if we bought in store today and led us to believe that the couches would be delivered in October at the LATEST. Even though that is some time, we were understanding due to the restraints of Covid, plus that is plenty of time before baby gets here. One of the pieces was actually in stock on that day and we asked for that to be delivered as soon as possible, perfect! Friday 7/9 was verbally agreed upon and it was decided we would wait for a delivery call that week to set-up, not out of the ordinary - we did that last time. Well, today is Friday and we heard nothing. We called the store, we called corporate, we called anyone just to ask - maybe even see if we could get the couch next week and got no answer. My husband and I went to the actual store location and saw one of our sales reps Bradley around 2pm agreed this is “messed up” and agreed we can totally get our money back, but it has to wait until 5 when the billing manager comes in. But he would be able to check if the couch was in stock – in stock? We ordered the ones in stock… apparently, we didn’t – he then told us the couches are not in stock and won't be here until December. He continued to explain they were short staffed, and the refund person wouldn't be in until 5pm - a lovely woman who I wont disclose her name - who was very nice and handled the situation that her colleagues put her in tactfully and respectfully. So here we are – back at the store at 5 to get our refund and the woman very politely tells us we misunderstood what the sales people were saying. And to be honest – the situation further angered me because it seems incredibly sexist to wait until your female billing manager comes in to have HER explain why we can’t a refund when we went in the first time. “Oh let’s wait for the smart, respectful woman to come in so we can dump this situation on her because we are too afraid to them we lied so they can’t get a refund” To the woman who had to deal with their mess – if you read this – You are too good for Ashley Furniture and they don’t deserve you honestly. But what a second December?!? Our receipt says ETA October 21?! We wouldn't have even considered the couch if it was in December?! They literally lied to us to make the sale and have the couch sold in their store vs having us buy it online and receive it in August. And now we allegedly can't get a refund because the sales reps explained “oh no its ETA 8-12 weeks FROM October” And I am looking at the paper work and am still so confused – nowhere does it say December?! I am so upset - we were genuinely lied too, rushed out and scammed - it’s not even like we wouldn't have bought another couch – we just wanted a couch within a reasonable amount of time?! Worse than car salesman honestly. I would truly not recommend buying from this store, they will say whatever to get you to buy something, especially not from Bradley and Andre- we are working to get a refund because we need somewhere to sit before December. Truly disappointed and WARING EVERYONE THAT THIS IS A BUSINESS THAT ENCOURAGES BAIT AND SWITCH!! Just buy online or someone else honestly.
The highlights of my experience with the store would be Paul our salesman, and the delivery guys with both of our deliveries. Paul is great, knowledgable and patient. We ordered furniture on March 28th. They had our chair in the warehouse, and it was supposed to be delivered in a week or two. The mattress we were told would take a little longer. We were charged 2 separate delivery fees because of that. So we waited, got text updates saying they were working on our order. Waited some more and got the same text every few weeks. My husband went into the store on May 18th to see if he could get more information. He spoke with Lacresha (not sure of the spelling) She said that splitting the delivery would further delay our order. It was almost 2 months after our purchase at this time. Why 2 delivery fees if you can't split an order was my question. That evening Lacresha called and said part of our order could in fact be delivered on Thursday the 20th. And we'd get a delivery time on Wednesday. I took off work on Thursday to wait for our furniture, it never came. I did get an email saying delivery would be on May 21st. So I had to miss part of work on Friday to get the delivery. We got everything but the mattress. The delivery men were great. They said I'd hear back on when the mattress was coming. On the 22nd I got a call from the store saying delivery would be the week of June 1st. I asked would we be billed upon delivery of the mattress. The woman told me within 45 days of delivery we'd be billed. The mattress was delivered on the 4th, and it's great. We also just got our bill. We were charged on May 24th. So be aware customer service from this location isn't great. There's minimal communication, and the facts aren't actually factual. Upon reading reviews I see our experience is not unique.

We ordered a reclining rocker through our Ashley Furniture store in Leesburg In February. When finally delivered in April, we realized the chair continued to rock with the slightest body motion, even while in the reclined position. In addition to making it difficult to focus watching TV, on one occasion, while leaning too far forward, the rear legs of the chair came off the ground and nearly spilled me! We reported our dis-satisfaction with this purchase and were summarily informed by their centralized warranty department (separate from the Leesburg store) that the chair operated as designed and no adjustments to our purchase could be made! We returned to our Leesburg store to report our dismay and requested their assistance. Customer Service Manager (LaCretia) and Sales Manager (Alina) expressed their desire to assist us to become satisfied Ashley customers. After observing our description on on an in-store model, they readily understood our prior concerns. Subsequently, they worked together with their Fredericksburg office associates to grant us a store credit (minus delivery fees) for purchase of a replacement purchase. We readily agreed to this as a good resolution, and thereafter contacted our initial Leesburg Salesperson, Andre. During our ten weeks since the initial order we developed a desire to “refresh the look of our home floor plan” through rotating some furniture pieces between rooms, re-arranging and/or better coordinating pieces within a room, or purchasing one or two new pieces. Andre was the perfect person to assist us in this endeavor! He really listened to our needs and goals, reviewed pictures of some of our existing pieces, and described many potential options to consider. He then took us through the store to evaluate many, many of them as potential solutions. In those cases which had some potential we requested he research delivery wait-times, considering the long interim since our initial order. He also checked for special internet pricing which he might be able to match to save us additional money. All of these processes required considerable time. Throughout the more than one visit, we especially appreciated that Andre was always dedicated, patient, and professional, despite the fact that he was cognizant that the eventual size of our purchase would most likely be modest! If you are considering a purchase of home furnishings from Ashley Furniture, you may not be aware that many of them are separately owned and operated. Based on the diligent Sales and and Customer Services we received from LaCretia, Alina, and Andre, we strongly recommend the Leesburg store if it is at all in your reach! Tom and Marcia April 2021

The customer service for Ashley furniture is the worst!!!!!!! Furniture delivered damaged on 1/2, no follow up at all by CS. I have called at least 10 times and now I'm told they can't come out until 3/27, almost 3 months later!!!!! Never again will I purchase from Ashley Furniture!!!! I would give minus stars if I could!!!
Still waiting for delivery 6 months later. Won't answer phones. Won't return calls when you leave a message. This is a systemic problem not just this location. Second issue was one of our purchases was discontinued while waiting for delivery. They wanted us to take floor same for same cost. Then wouldn't refund us after we refused. We finally got it back months later after many calls. I don't write a lot of bad reviews as things happen and I just don't return. However this is beyond reason. We spent a lot of money furnishing 3 bedrooms and 2 living rooms. You'd think they'd care. They don't. Don't buy Ashley.

Went into Leesburg location on 11/11/2020 to purchase my dad a new coach. Was told delivery would take place the week of the 23rd so when I heard nothing I called the store. The store rep claimed it was behind and was going to be another week or so. I was upset cause now my elderly father has no furniture to sit on cause we cleared the place out to have ready like we were told. So delivery was set for the 9 th of Dec. long story short the delivery guys claimed it would not fit in his apartment mind you they didn’t even try to get it in door claiming the hall was the problem. So they left . I then called store spoke with manager Lacrisha who then told me I have a few options one being they could reschedule delivery and try again the following week or store credit or refund after they keep 30%. So I believe they are taking advantage of the elderly so I wanted a refund I which I’d loose 30% and would take a week. So after a week I called again on the 15 th spoke with a Johne who told me she can not access information that I would have to speak to Lacrisha who was not available and would call me back. Nobody called me back so I called again on the 23 rd and today still no call back no information no nothing. Spent over a thousand dollars and now this store is playing games it’s sad and very frustrating guess that’s how this store treats VETERANS and the elderly
Update 12/27/2020: It has been over 12 months no deliveries. Faulty North Shore Dresser siting in my home.NO Response. I am having very bad experience with Ashley furniture based in Leesburg, VA (store), Fredericksburg (distribution center) VA. Ashley delivered damaged furniture several time and the damaged furniture sitting in my home from day 1. Please check your furniture in very details before they take in your house. I patiently waiting for over 9 months to receive all my furniture. The damaged dresser is sitting in my home. Now time for review. Please see details below. 1. I placed the huge order on 11/11/2019. Northshore range – complete Bedrooms set /Dining sets plus additional Dining set and a bedroom set 2. Ashley Leesburg, VA store and Fredericksburg, distribution center is running without good governance, including good people 3. Ashley refused to give financial compensation for the loss days waiting for delivery, Ashley consistently sent me the damaged furniture several time. I had to take days off from the work to receive the delivery, to be at home all day 4. Ashley sales team at this store do not know eta for the item they sell. Before, I the signed the paperwork they said delivery will be in max 2 weeks – false commitment. It has now been a 9mths 5. The first delivery from Ashley was delayed and no communication. I went to store to cancel the order, but they refused to cancel. They started showing me the papers I signed to accepts the poor services. They gave me a credit, of that credit, they placed the order which were discontinued, they didn’t update on that, I had to follow-up several time, found out items were discontinued 6. Ashley furniture got damaged within 3 weeks, parts were delivered after one month and the technician came one month later to fix it. total 2 mths to fix the issues 7. Ashley delivered the damaged furniture deliberately, thinking they can trick the customer, they knew it was damaged furniture before loading them on the truck, but still they put in the truck for the delivery. I confirmed this with their driver. Drivers also have poor attitude, think about someone coming in your home with the poor attitude mind set, it is unsafe for the family and the property 8. Ashley is total unreliable. You must be all day at home even after and until after 6pm for your delivery. The driver does not call you to update if they are running late. They say it is a courtesy call and not our responsibility to let customer know re the delivery time. They do not follow the basic customer service norms 9. Ashley do not stand behind their promise and products/services. No one will take ownership of mistake. They also hung-up the phone, since they do not have reasonable answer 10. Ashley is not capable for managing huge orders in a great quality 11. Ashley don’t work for customer/community. They do what is convenient for themselves, in the process from start to finish 12. 1. I placed a huge order on 11/11/2019. North Shore range – complete Bedrooms set /Dining sets/Buffet China plus additional Ralene Dining set and Alisdair bedroom set. 2. It has been 1 year and 2 months, the Dresser from North Shore range was delivered damaged since Nov 2019 and sitting in my home since then. They have made several deliveries for the dresser; I inspected the dresser each time they delivered but all came with damaged and I declined to accept the damaged dresser. Last time on 10/21/2020 around 10am -1pm Ashley delivery randomly arrived my home without my knowledge. It was surprised to me. I told them, I have no knowledge about the delivery, and I was not home. 3. I paid $1,500.00 in store and rest was financed. I want $1,500.00 back from them. Plus, my lost time waited home on each delivery they failed to fulfill my order. The delivery people don’t even call when they are coming. I had to stay all day home loosing money from work. My cost of taking day off is above $500 a day, for 8 days x$500 it is $4,000.00 approx. you can imagine how much money I lost. Delivery dates were: 8/5/2020; 06/30/2020; 04/03/2020; 02/28/2020; 01/31/2020; 01/22/2020; 12/28/2019; 12/11/2019. In fact, they missed the very original delivery date, I had to go in-store to find out the problem and re-scheduled for the later date. 4. Ashley delivered the damaged furniture deliberately, thinking they can trick the customer, they knew it was damaged furniture before loading them on the truck, but they still put it in the truck for the delivery. I confirmed this with their driver. Drivers also have poor attitude, think about someone coming in your home with the poor attitude mind set, it is unsafe for the family and the property. 5. Timia Castro called me and also emailed me asking details from me, I emailed her details in Sep 2020. She said she is senior customer care level 3 and will work diligently to settle the issue but unfortunately, NEVER received her response at all. 6. Ashley Home Store must come forward and resolve the issue that I have listed above regarding the dresser and financial compensation.
Truly so disappointed with our Ashley experience and completely regretting purchasing from this store. We bought a table in September and were promised 8-10 week delivery time frame that was delayed almost an additional 4 weeks, and we are still missing parts to the collection that are backordered another 4 weeks. Our second purchase (a kitchen table) has been pushed back also an additional 8 weeks as well. They are 100% lying about their items being in stock and available just to make a sell. THEY DO NOT HAVE ANY ITEMS READY AT ANY WAREHOUSES AND ARE SELLING PIECES THEY DON'T EVEN HAVE AVAILABLE. We have asked for refund, money back, etc. for this terrible customer service and are only offered $100 store credit - which is laughable since we are never buying from Ashley again. Definitely don't waste your time. Paying a little more for a piece of furniture that actually exists would be a way smarter move - that's what we are wishing we did!
These guys make false promises about delivery dates just to make a sale and take you for a ride once the order is placed. Please stay away from Ashley. When asked about delivery they use the excuse of Covid limiting production, we all know that Covid is effecting all of us. Then why not be honest about it and lie to us just to make a sale. Also they have deliberately tried to deliver damaged goods to us twice in this process. Calling customer care is a nightmare, they put you waiting for hours together and end up hanging your calls. Below are the details of the hell they have put us through. I have ordered the below items from Ashley furniture store in Leesburg, VA. and the delivery date provided to us at the time of placing our order is 09/15/2020. Tempur-Pedic Mattress Adjustable Base King Bed, Dresser and 2 Night stands Dining Table, 2 benches and 2 chairs We did not receive the items as specified on 09/15/2020 and after making multiple visits to the store requesting an update, as calling customer care is of no use. We had the bed along with the dresser and 2 night stands delivered to us on 10/16/2020. During this delivery the footboard was received broken, so the delivery team couldn't fix the bed and left the remaining parts of the bed at my home without attaching them. I'm not sure what kind of pre-delivery inspection they have performed. The customer care agent we spoke to that day mentioned that the footboard of the bed will be delivered in the first week of November. We never received the foot board until the end of the first week of November, so we waited and had to make another visit to the store on November 8th. This time the store manager (Kevis) promised we will be receiving all the items on November 11th. My wife had to take off from work to manage the delivery, now when the delivery team brought the items again, this time we had multiple issues. 1. the dining table was broken. 2. one of the benches was wobbling 3. the footboard is a storage bed and my mattress which was also brought from Ashley at the same time has an adjustable base and cannot be fixed on my storage bed. I'm not sure if they check the items before loading onto the truck for delivery, and how they have happened to deliver damaged goods to us not just once but twice. The most important thing is, the sales person totally ignored that the bed I'm buying does not fit on an adjustable base and sold us the adjustable base and storage bed. We had to revisit the store again and when asked about our situation on Wednesday, November 11th. The sales manager Kevis promised he will fix this situation and have the dining table delivered in 2 days. We ended up cancelling our bed order since it does not fit our bed in any way, we have received an email for delivery confirmation for the dining table and picking up the remaining pieces of my bed. Now the delivery guys showed up at my house this morning and said he has nothing for delivery and is just here to pick up my bed. When I showed him my email about the delivery, he called the customer care rep and she says that the dining table is missing parts and cannot be delivered. I did not understand how they can send a email 2 days before saying the parts are ready for delivery and go missing now. Now after all we have gone through, all we want is to put an end to our misery. We just do not want to have anything to do with Ashley, all we want is to completely cancel our order. I have no clue on to whom to reach out to for this, as there is no match between what the store is saying and what they are actually doing. Not sure how can I have them please pick up the remaining pieces of their furniture from our home and just refund our money. I see in the reviews that there are many people like us who are affected by this store, is there any place we can report these guys. This is not good business practice, they cannot do this to people.
Had an excellent experience shopping for a sofa and love seat combo at the Ashley Furniture in Leesburg, VA. My sales rep Bradley Baumgarner was excellent and extremely helpful helping me find the sofa/loveseat combo i wanted. He took the time to listen to what I was looking for and what I liked and didn't like in some of the sofas in the showroom We zeroed in on the perfect combo for me. The purchasing process was quick and the staff helpful and friendly Excellent experience overall.
Mr. Shooukaier was extremely professional. He not only helped me in the decision process to pick the right couch , but asked many questions to understand my specific needs, space in my living room, and exact measurements. Thank you for your efforts.

(From 2018)Furniture was delivered incorrect (twice) also arrived damaged (twice). So it took them three tries. Very cheap poorly made. The delivery men blamed the warehouse but the warehouse/customer service blamed them. Currently (2020) still missing parts to my couch but I eventually just gave up as customer service center is a joke to deal with. Left several messages as the line was always busy but never received a call back. Went to the store to speak to customer service in person was told I had to do it over the phone. Will never buy from them again. Leesburg/Loudoun offers way nicer places to shop for furniture which I sadly learned after the fact. The only positive was the sales person was very helpful and nice.
Worst customer service I&'ve ever had in 25 years. 2 months. No furniture. Paid 2 months ago and nothing but excuses and no eta. Dont buy from these crooks.
Update: It has been over 10 months no deliveries. Left voice mail for CS rep, no response. I am having very bad experience with Ashley furniture based in Leesburg, VA (store), Fredericksburg (distribution center) VA. Ashley delivered damaged furniture several time and the damaged furniture sitting in my home from day 1. Please check your furniture in very details before they take in your house. I patiently waited for over 9 months to receive all my furniture. The damaged dresser is sitting in my home. Now time for review. Please see details below. 1. I placed the huge order on 11/11/2019. Northshore range – complete Bedrooms set /Dining sets plus additional Dining set and a bedroom set. 2. Ashley Leesburg, VA store and Fredericksburg, distribution center is running without good governance, including good people. 3. Ashley refused to give financial compensation for the loss days waiting for delivery, Ashley consistently sent me the damaged furniture several time. I had to take days off from the work to receive the delivery, to be at home all day. 4. Ashley sales team at this store do not know eta for the item they sell. Before, I the signed the paperwork they said delivery will be in max 2 weeks – false commitment. It has now been a 9mths. 5. The first delivery from Ashley was delayed and no communication. I went to store to cancel the order, but they refused to cancel. They started showing me the papers I signed to accepts the poor services. They gave me a credit, of that credit, they placed the order which were discontinued, they didn’t update on that, I had to follow-up several time, found out items were discontinued. 6. Ashley furniture got damaged within 3 weeks, parts were delivered after one month and the technician came one month later to fix it. total 2 mths to fix the issues. 7. Ashley delivered the damaged furniture deliberately, thinking they can trick the customer, they knew it was damaged furniture before loading them on the truck, but still they put in the truck for the delivery. I confirmed this with their driver. Drivers also have poor attitude, think about someone coming in your home with the poor attitude mind set, it is unsafe for the family and the property. 8. Ashley is total unreliable. You must be all day at home even after and until after 6pm for your delivery. The driver does not call you to update if they are running late. They say it is a courtesy call and not our responsibility to let customer know re the delivery time. They do not follow the basic customer service norms. 9. Ashley do not stand behind their promise and products/services. No one will take ownership of mistake. They also hung-up the phone, since they do not have reasonable answer 10. Ashley is not capable for managing huge orders in a great quality. 11. Ashley don’t work for customer/community. They do what is convenient for themselves, in the process from start to finish. 12. Elizabeth was excellent. She was very friendly, professional, and helpful. I changed my minds multiple times on which recliners to get which I’m sure can’t make her day any easier, yet she was all smiles throughout. Definitely the best experience at an Ashley furniture I’ve ever had.
Elizabeth greeted us and helped us pick out a bedroom set. She walked us through the store and explained all of the options that we could choose from. We found a great set that looks really nice and was at a great price. Next time we need furniture we will definitely come back and request her assistance!
Buying a couch was daunting at first but Bradley greeted me as soon as we walked in and took my mom and I all over looking for the perfect couch. After a couple of couches that were discontinued we finally found the perfect couch! We were about to give up but we got just what we were looking for. Thanks again Bradley!

I believe one star is also more bout this company specially Leesburg store. I have ordered my furniture almost 2 months back, anytime I am calling they are given me different date of delivery, really worst customer service at all, they don't care about you once you they don't call or email you about the status of your order, we went to local store to ask about the status of our order they were behaving like they no nothing about us and after spending 30 minute they simple gave us another date and when you Call customer care center you have to wait at least one hour to get connected and then they are saying sorry, is the sorry word will solve any problem, I don't think so, overall my experience with Ashley home store is 0 and I will never ever buy anything from this store and I am not recommending anyone else.

I would start off by saying don&'t waste your time, because the store certainly won&'t waste theirs. Ordered a big set of furniture that they dropped off on my lawn and made a single mother carry everything inside, even after paying for the two hundred plus dollars (might be $400 for two incidental orders, and I do mean incidental) of delivery and installation. Two customer service centers and they can&'t figure out their heads from their rears. What&'s worse, the furniture delivered is missing parts and everyone&'s pointing fingers. This furniture store is on its way out. Go to Belfort or Wayfair. Or pay the higher cost of better service. Honestly, this is a company to hire only so you can b*tch about how horrendous and incompetent they are. To quote another Yelp reviewer, Ashley Furniture is about as useful as an *ss pimple. My favorite customer service rep, Danielle at Customer Care, deserves a shout out for hanging up on me twice after I called her out for coming up with some horsesh*t answer about the first goofed drop off, soundly trying to place the blame on the lady who carried everything into the house. Peace, Ashley. And karma&'s a b*tch.

Go see Bradly, he will take care of you. We had the kids with us so were glad to get in and out. We sort of knew what we wanted but Bradly helped educate us on fabric, durability and comfortability which made it much easier of a decision. Will return again for other items and would recommend.
We had a great time there with Sharon. She took us under her wing and was vary knowlegable about the different financing options as well as the protection plans. We ended up with a beautiful waterfowl couch for our new townhouse. We will look for her again in the future.

Relaxed shopping experience & great sales! Naomi was super helpful, friendly, & made sure we were well inform. She was more than happy to give us time to discuss privately what we wanted to do. We've been other places where we were ignored or hounded. Not here, it was a nice balance of checking in and giving us a chance to look on our own.

I found a 6 piece table set in which I liked. He came over and talked to us about and the delivery and the charge. charge. I told him thanks that I wanted to walk down to bed bath and beyond to think about it and call my husband. What I liked about him was he was not pushy but understood and was very kind about it. So I did what I said I would do and I came back in again. Once again he greeted us and we proceeded from there. He was very professional and kind and went over everything in detail with the warranty and delivery charge. I did purchase the table set. It was a very nice experience and all went smooth. I visited the Ashley Store in Leesburg VA today looking for a mattress and Suhail was my salesman. Suhail was so knowledgeable about all of the mattresses!!! He was so patient as I couldn’t make my mind up and presented them with some challenges with my existing bed/furniture. Suhail answered every question I asked and did it with a smile. (He even spoke with a family member On the phone about options for the adjustable base to insure I was getting the right one). Then on to financing — LaCretia was great!! She is always smiling and she knows her job inside and out!!! I have come to know LaCretia as I am a repeat customer there. LaCretia and Suhail worked as a team!!! I have to also thank Jeremy and Wayne (Managers). They were so friendly knowledgeable and patient with me as well. I TOTALLY recommend the Ashley store in Leesburg VA. Our experience with the ASHLEY Furniture in Leesburg, VA was nothing short of phenomenal. We were warmly greeted by Asad and he allowed us space and time to browse without hovering and was very attentive and knowledgeable about the products and prices, etc. We had not planned on making a purchase this very day, but we felt the customer service, as well as the prices were unbeatable! I’m from Florida and had come up here to help my son recover from a fall that fractured his neck vertebrae. I needed to purchase a power tilt recliner for him ASAP and didn’t have time to wait for delivery. Store associate Suhail helped tremendously by working with me over the phone to expedite the purchase of a floor model in store. Our family truly appreciated Suhail and Ashley’s furniture!!!
My 7 month pregnant wife and I visited Ashley furniture on February 17,2-19 to purchase new furniture as we repurposed our old set for our expected baby. We walked around the store and was approached by an older woman. She walked around and showed us a few bedroom sets and when we decided on which one we liked she gave us &"the lowest price ever for this set&". At the register, and after spending over $4,000 she proceeded to explain there was no return policy and the furniture would not be available in stock until Jan 13th and then possibly not delivered until Jan 20 at the latest...Fast forward to Jan 12... We received a call that there was a delay. Over the phone I was told by customer service that they would try to see when/which items would be ready or we might need to pick a whole new set. ******This is why we have always bought from **Belfort Furniture** and not from this horribly run company. On the call I was told we could pick out a new set(we didn&'t like anything else as everything else was fake cheap wood) and I presume we would have to wait another 2 months for a delivery. Should be fun with a two month old. Thank you Ashley Furniture for your dedication, lackluster sales team, and quality service.

The shopping experience at the Fort Evens store was very good due Bradley Bumgarner. He was very kind and understating that I was looking for a bedroom, TV cabinet also end table with ideas but not really available. With his help both my husband and I finally after taking about 4 hours we were able to finally make great choices. Bradley was very good helping us find what we needed and very pleased with the staff that helped with the paper work. Know in the future I would recommend Bradley and Ashley's to family and friends. Loved the 70% sale on furniture and it was very helpful that Ed was very knowledgeable on the tempur pedic mattresses that it helped us decide right there and then which one to get.
my experience with Ashley went very bad i bought a queen sized bed frame with Mattress and night stand on 10/25/2019 and delivered in a week but didn't came by the time frame I was given after waiting another 1:45min it came damaged and still the technician try to fit it with screws and tried to convince me it would be ok and that is the way they fix it but i refused to take it and return and make another appointment after two days again didn't come on time mean by the time frame given 12.00pm to 3.00pm again for the second day i became absent from my job no one want to ask excuses overall i have doubts about the quality of the frame i don't recomend people to buy this frame

Really a pleasure working with John. As someone with a background in sales, I fully realized walking in that furniture stores typically deploy the traditional "Close the Sale" approach. John, however, doesn't fit that mold, and that was EXACTLY why I made it directly back to the Leesburg Ashley store and asked to specially see him again. Courteous, genuine, good soul. I'll be calling the GM personally to put in a good word for him, he's an asset to their team.

I had spotted an unusual metallic piece of artwork at the Ashley store in Leesburg in October 2018, then priced down from $599.99 to $499.99. Some months later I returned to speak to the manager about it & she offered a further $50 discount. Some major events happened in my life & it wasn't until this year, September 2019, that I went back to see if the item was still available. It was, but this time it was priced at $604.99 which was labeled as a special 50% off the original! I told the sales associate, Chris, that I had photos of the piece that I had taken a year earlier which showed the lower price. On examining the art more closely, it had a little damage so Chris said he could sell it for $429 which he put in writing but he thought I may be able to get more compensation because of the slight damage & because the piece had been in the store for over a year. However, he needed to contact corporate & would call me back which he never did, and didn't respond to the number he had given me. So, I returned to the store & was told that Chris wasn't available. After explaining my story to a sales associate, I was referred to the manager, Kenny Williams, who was extremely rude & arrogant & unwilling to honor the price Chris had offered me a few days earlier, his reason being that Chris was a contracted associate!! Which makes no sense because Chris was obviously on the floor to make sales & had the authority to do so. Kenny basically brushed me off, didn't want to see the photos I had showing the item at a lower price a year earlier or that both a former manager and Chris had already offered me a discount. It would surely have made more business sense to sell the piece at a discount than to have it hanging in the store as it had done for over a year, earning nothing! I meanwhile purchased a different piece of artwork from another store which I am delighted with. The unbending, cocky & dismissive attitude of manager, Kenny Williams, lost that store not only a sale but also a customer. STAY AWAY!

However, he needed to contact corporate & would call me back which he never did, and didn&'t respond to the number he had given me. So, I returned to the store & was told that Chris wasn&'t available. After explaining my story to a sales associate, I was referred to the manager, Kenny Williams, who was extremely rude & arrogant & unwilling to honor the price Chris had offered me a few days earlier, his reason being that Chris was a contracted associate!! Which makes no sense because Chris was obviously on the floor to make sales & had the authority to do so. Kenny basically brushed me off, didn&'t want to see the photos I had showing the item at a lower price a year earlier or that both a former manager and Chris had already offered me a discount. It would surely have made more business sense to sell the piece at a discount than to have it hanging in the store as it had done for over a year, earning nothing! I meanwhile purchased a different piece of artwork from another store which I am delighted with. The unbending, cocky & dismissive attitude of manager, Kenny Williams, lost that store not only a sale but also a customer. STAY AWAY!
By far the worst experience we have had with a furniture place. Didnt get our purchase at all. We are now almost 2 months in. They wont communicate or anything. Supposed to get a call back Monday didnt get it. Will not cancel order and give us our money back. We did notify the BBB about our experience today. Never ever will use Ashley's Furniture again.

I purchased a bedroom set and mattress a month ago. The first delivery they forgot to bring me the night stand and they damaged my furniture never picked up in customer care to schedule to be fixed they didn’t even ensamble it and they told my grandma she could even do it herself after I paid for those services as well. They haven’t delivered my mattress and night stand yet and keep on changing the date of delivery last minute (I’ve received at least different delivery dates)I have gotten so many lies and excuses I’ve taken off time from work to be available and they last minute cancel. I have express my discontent and concerns in a very respectful way the only answers I get is to call customer care which again NEVER PICKS UP the phone or calls back if you leave a message. When I told them to please cancel my delivery and requested to return the delivered items they say will only give me store credit and I would have to pay a penalty not even acknowledging their fault. So if you want extra scratches on your furniture, horrible communication and customer service and super inconsistent and delayed delivery Ashley is the place to go!
We visited the store at Leesburg. John Horn took care of us. We went there to buy sectional sofa. He was very detail oriented and very helpful. He explained how can we add different pieces to the one on the display. I recommend this store. We were so happy we bought our sectional here.
If you seek disappointment and bad customer service, come here! I purchased furniture from here in June, and gave them a temporary address until I signed my lease. Once I knew my permanent address, I called and updated them right away with that place and what date I would be moving in in July. They told me I would be able to get my furniture that week in July. I called the week of my move in to schedule the delivery, and they told me they had no record of me changing the date and I would have to wait until August to get my furniture. After much complaining, I was able to have them separate my order of tables and couches to come separately but it still took 2 weeks from my move in date for the couches to come - and they were damaged. The tables didn't come until the end of August almost 4 weeks after my move in date and 2 weeks after the couches. The only people who were nice to me were the moving crew, everyone I called on the phone (they NEVER called me to update me on my furniture I always had to reach out to find out anything) was completely uncaring and not understanding to my situation, horrible customer service, terrible communication, and just overall a bad experience. You can get good enough furniture somewhere else, don't go here.
Suhail was beyond OUTSTANDING!!!! His patience, professionalism, and warming spirit made my parents furniture shopping experience priceless. Just so you know, my parents have NEVER purchased new furniture since I've known them (over 55 years). They were always the recipients of someone's hand-me-downs or antiques. How do you give this a negative 5 star rating? We bought a couch and dining room set and we&'re suckered into buying the warranty bc it was right before closing, we had been there for hours with our 3 kids under 5, and the salesman says &"everything your kids do to the couch is covered, just not your dog&". So we believed him. Fast forward to trying to get food and play doh cleaned off the couch and surprise it&'s not covered. Not only that, the staff at Ashley is terrible helping me try to navigate a refund or at least get anywhere w my complaint about them misrepresenting their warranty and charging me $500 for it when they won&'t accept a claim. They keep passing me around between them and corporate and no matter how many times i call or or leave a voicemail it&'s crickets. I wouldn&'t buy from here ever again, bobs furniture is priced the same and their service is so much better. I suggest you find somewhere else. Ashley will be out of business soon and all those terrible employees will be working at Starbucks.

Not a fan of being stalked as I look for furniture. Ok with being greeted but please don't pop up around every corner thinking I don't see you. This is the biggest reason. I have yet to purchase furniture at these stores. I keep trying, thinking something has changed, but it never does.

Walking in the store, I wasn’t sure I would find what I was looking for. Scott, the store’s manager immediately greeted me with a great smile and an upbeat attitude. He introduced me to Sharon, to whom I described what I was looking for. She patiently showed me a few things on the floor and then invited me to look online. Together, we found the perfect .entertainment center that would bring out the beauty of all my African artworks. Thanks Scott and Sharon for being the ambassadors of excellent customer service!!!
Experience shopping in store was pretty crappy. We went in with what we wanted to see already picked out. Within the first 15 minutes we had decided on all the furniture we wanted to buy. 2 hours later we leave and still need to finish the $4000 purchase over the phone. We had to wait for our sales person to get another person who can &"give you a deal&". That took forever and it wasn&'t a huge deal. Then we had to wait even longer for who knows what...the ordering? The delivery date? None of that was set before we finally had to leave to pick up our kids, late! We mentioned several times we had to go. Not worth going in here for all the hassle. Wish we would have risked just ordering the items online ourselves.

He was respectful and tried really hard to ensure we got the best deal, within our budget and with everything we wanted. LaCretia the manager was helpful and saved us alot of money. He worked with us the whole time, did not pressure us, and was incredibly knowledgeable about all of the various products including warranty details. **Buyer Beware** This was, by far, the worst experience I have had with ANY company I have bought any major purchases from. The initial experience in the store was “ok”. The salesman was helpful, but you could definitely tell he was a “salesman”. We spent over $5k in furniture and had a delivery scheduled a few days later. This is where the problems began. The driver was rude and disrespectful to my wife. The leather love seat was ripped in the back and when she tried to refuse the delivery, he proceeded to tell her she couldn’t and she had to schedule someone to fix it. She again told him to take the furniture with him and he shoved the phone in her face to speak with someone to “fix it”. She again refused and he proceeded to throw a fit, remove the furniture from the house and leave. In this process, he left trash all over my yard from the boxes. I called Ashley “customer care” who was extremely unhelpful. I have spoken to the “office manager” and been to the store no less than 10-15 times in the last week with still no resolution. Sat on hold for nearly 40 mins today just to say they can’t help me. Well, I still haven’t received my love seat and won’t accept it until they refund the delivery fee. Extremely disappointed and will NEVER buy anything from them again. EVER.

Don&'t purchase from Ashley unless you plan on replacing your furniture in one years time. The back of the sectional we purchased from Ashley in Leesburg began to squeak very loudly every time you lean against it at about the 11 month mark. We were busy with our daughters wedding so we didn&'t call for service until we returned home from Tx. Come to find out labor on the frame is only covered for one year and we missed the one year mark by about 3 weeks. They go by the date you purchased it, not the date it was delivered even though that was like 3 weeks later. Ridiculous! So customer care gave me a number for a local repair man and said I can call him for repair. Amazing that you spend that much money and it doesn&'t even last a year. We used to love Ashley furniture, our last set lasted 8 years. Apparently they&'ve gone down hill. Don&'t waste your money! They obviously don&'t back their products!
Workers very friendly and helpful. Store ambience very nice and sales were very good. Purchased a table for 75% off, and requested delivery to my apartment 3 miles away because I don’t have a car large enough to transport. Their computer system was down so I confirmed the purchase via e-signatures. The form had clause of $50 redelivery fee PER DAY if no one is present to accept initial delivery. I called and asked what to do if no one over 18 is available to sign for package? (People have jobs, we are new to the area, and about to move homes yet again) they said “gotta get someone to sign. Figure it out” so naturally I’m like why the f*ck can’t you just drop it off? I’ll sign a waiver, disclosure, whatever you need for me to confirm I accept the risk. But they won’t do it no matter what. (My apartment is in a time-locked condo, in a secure area, so it will not be stolen) Now I have to drive out to my relatives house 4 hours away, to swap vehicles just so I can pick up the damn table, then drive back to swap cars again, and back to the apartment. Without renting a u haul or paying for delivery, it comes out cheaper overall, but not by much. What irked me the most was the store reps (just following store policy probably) just telling me it’s my problem not theirs and I get charged extra fees if I don’t skip work to be there (at an undisclosed hour of whatever day they plan for) to sign. Like I DIDN'T JUST SPEND HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS AT YOUR STORE. Very stressful encounter which could have been a very easy fix (let me take the risk of delivery if I can’t be there to sign)

I had the worst experience at the Leesburg, VA store. “Manager” Michael Buscher is disrespectful and unresponsive. Do not waste your money or time at the Leesburg location. If there is an issue, management will refuse to do anything to help. Worst customer service I’ve ever seen.

Walked into the store and told the sales person, Alina, what we were looking for. She immediately took us to our options. She was extremely knowledgeable about the furniture! She was able to answer every question we asked to our complete satisfaction. We are now the proud owners of a very comfortable power recliner loveseat.
Mike was extremely helpful from the moment we walked in to the store. We were looking for new furniture for our living room and he asked us some questions and made sure he listened to what we were looking for and needed. He took his time and answered all our questions. I am a very indecisive person and he was very patient with me. We ended up finding one that fit our needs and wants and I am glad he was there to help us out.
I did indeed find the perfect chair!! Went online to Wayfair, found just what I wanted, called them up, and five minutes later I had my order done. No hard sale, no attempt to upsell me, free shipping, in TWO DAYS. Sure enough, the chair is here and I am delighted with it as I type this update. Thank you Wayfair! I will be back!,

I went to the Ashley Leesburg store on Monday for the Presidents' Day sale looking for a recliner. Was met as I walked in by an affable charming Harris. I told him what i was there for - a recliner chair. He immediately launched into a hard sale song and dance about mattresses. I don't need a mattress I insisted but he kept harping on it, led me back to them. The recliners were part way to the bedding section and I stopped to look at them. Harris humor ed me there for a few minutes and again insisted I look at the mattresses. I laid down on one and it froze my back like ice. He and some pushy nosy manager said it would adjust to my body temperature. When?? In a half hour? Every time I go to lay down?? Finally I was fed up - said I just wanted a recliner!! So Harris worked up the numbers on both a mattress and said the chair would be free with free shipping if I bought both. The chair was like $600. 00 , the mattress I didn't want was $2100. 00. With all the add ones it totaled nearly $5,000. 00. I blew up and said I just wanted the recliner!!! So, Harris worked just that number with a huge shipping cost and warranty and tax coming up to $4,000 something on a $ 600. 00 chair!! Delivery would have been MAYBE March 17th. Might be back ordered. That did it, I walked out. I would never, ever recommend this store to anyone. Blah! I wouldn't even give this rip off place one star except it's needed to post a review.

horrible customer service. broken and stained furniture on delivery. refused broken and kept the couch with a stain become we had no furniture. reported to customer care, they sent someone out, stain still there. they keep.saying someone will call back that day and still no call. beyond frustrated. will never buy from them again and suggest you dont either.

After purchasing a loveseat from this company and paying an extra fee for a Saturday delivery, things have only gone from bad to worse. The delivery was an hour and a half late (outside the 3 hour window they already set beforehand), and I had to flag down the driver to keep them from blowing past my apartment. After finally coming to a stop and backing up to my apartment (damaging a tree in the process), two technicians brought 3/4 of a couch into my apartment and said the other pieces were missing. Now I've spent the last week and a half trying to coordinate with the store to try and get the rest of my couch. What I've received in return is a massive waste of my time. They can't seem to find the pieces needed to complete the couch, and don't seem terribly interested in even trying to find them in the first place.
