I have had the worst experience with Ashley Furniture. Bought and paid for our items in full, then about a week later they did a partial reverse charge. I was told they only hold a percentage and then charge on the day of delivery for some odd reason. Then about 5 days before delivery they randomly charge your card and then it was put on hold and was told the delivery day is now effected and not guaranteed. I even paid for the white glove service. I was also told that I would lose the discounts of when I purchased it because of the hold on my account!!! Finally got it figured out and got it scheduled again. I was told there would be a 3 or 4 hour window of delivery and just received a text saying anytime by 5pm... so I have to wait around all day and not get a window of time? I was told I would get a text 3 or 4 hours before delivery... how ridiculous is this! I definitely do not recommend this place. We are at a crunch where I no longer have time to shop somewhere else. I hope delivery goes well with paying a couple hundred extra for white glove service. Save your time and go somewhere else. Absolutely disgusting process!

Do not recommend this company to anyone. Made a purchase and was told items would be shipped on a particular day, then with only 24 hour notice I was told it would be several days after what was discussed. Leaving me sleeping on the ground of my new place. When you have an issue and try to contact the store or customer service, you’re directed to a number that continues to disconnect on you and get no assistance after they’ve gotten your money. Highly recommend using another company with better customer service. Will not be purchasing anything with them again.

Writing this review after a horrible delivery experience and follow through from both the store, customer solutions, and delivery company. We had a sofa delivered , apparently what they call “white glove” service over 2 weeks ago where damage was done to our home. Some of that damage was done before a damage waiver was signed, and at no point did the movers express that the delivery was too tricky and they couldn’t do it, which we would have happily respected. I even suggested that the stair handrail could be removed and they didn’t do that. The front doorway and walls were damaged, in addition to a stairnose being cracked due to them dropping the sofa. I wasn’t contacted within 72 hours to resolve the issue, and wasn’t contacted by the store manager in the time frame he indicated, and haven’t had a solution offered from the solutions team. This will be my last time ordering from Ashley Furniture.
