The salesperson seemed bothered by us...he was less than interested in our small purchase. He said your policy was not to wrap anything so we spent $3000 at the Discount Liquidator store. Also, there was 20 min of paperwork for a $66 sale! Yuk

It was so close to a 5 star and then the driver put the sofa in the wrong spot. once he moved it My huge area rug was buckled. I have almost fallen three times on this and at 70 years old I'm not able to move the sofa to get the rug so it is not dangerous. They Called me and asked if the delivery went well, the same day. Like minutes from the time it was delivered. I said no and explained the problem. They said someone would be back to fix it right away and she would notify they manager. Crickets...........Never heard another word. So I love the sofa by I am afraid to use it because of the tripping danger from the wrinkled carpet.!!!!!

I purchased a full king-size mattress set with the frame included. However, during the first delivery, they only delivered the mattress and frame, leaving out the foundations. I was told the foundations would be delivered within a week. When the second delivery arrived, they brought twin-size foundations instead of the correct king-size ones. To make matters worse, the delivery team entered my fully furnished bedroom without removing their shoes or covering them, even after I politely asked them to do so. They refused and said they would contact customer service to resolve the foundation issue — which I highly doubt they actually did. I then called customer service myself. They told me they would update me within 72 hours. After waiting over five days with no update, I called back and was shocked to hear that my ticket had been closed — without any resolution or explanation. The representative I spoke with said she would open a new ticket, again promising an update in 72 hours. I explained the urgency of the situation, as my wife is currently in the hospital for childbirth, and I need the proper bed setup as soon as possible. I asked if the issue could be prioritized, but she said she couldn’t expedite it — only provide a 72-hour update window. Frustrated by the delays and lack of support, I went to the store in person. Unfortunately, the customer service representative there was extremely rude and unhelpful. I asked a sales associate for assistance, but she referred me back to the same customer desk. When she finally tried to advocate on my behalf, the only solution they offered was for me to pick up the correct foundation myself from the Spanaway warehouse. This is unacceptable. I paid for full delivery and expected a complete, professional service. After multiple errors, delays, and poor customer treatment, I am now being asked to do the pickup myself to correct their mistake.

It was a pretty quick deal for us. I forget the salesman's name. He was a big guy we came in looking for something cheap we were in and out in about 40 minutes. If I had to complain it would be about our salesman. Being a big guy, you think that he would be more informed on your bigger furniture for taller people but he was very easy to work with. Definitely will go back to buy some more later

I enjoyed the entire store and the employees were very respectful and helpful. I almost bought a sectional couch that Ashley Furniture listed for $2000. This was the Creswell 15305 model....Ashley Furniture also advertised that they match competitors. I found the exact same couch online for around $1700 which included the 5 yr warranty for any damages ect... Ashley Furniture was not willing to budge at all on the price and I said if they could then I would purchase from them. Long story short, I ordered the sectional couch online instead and saved myself over $300. I'm writing this review to mostly bring attention to this for upper management to reconsider their sales tactics/requirements. I still loved the store and the environment. But in the end I wanted to spend less on the exact same item.

Went here with 2 friends to enjoy a nice couch and the workers made us all feel so un welcomed and I don’t want to go again. Whoever was working 12/20 need a serious talk really rude

Horrible customer service did not have my furniture for pick up ready all they could offer was delivery but not any sooner than a whole month after purchasing furniture. Would love some sort of discount or something but it’s ridiculous having to come up with other plans to replace the furniture while we wait. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone just go to literally any other furniture store.

My husband and I went into Ashley to look at chairs. We entered, and there were 5 ladies at the door, but none greeted us or asked if we needed help. We walked around the store and found the chairs, we noticed one of the ladies followed us up to the next level, but she never asked if we needed help or even acknowledge us. So we left. Walked by while leaving the mall to see the same lady helping other customers. I'm not sure what they thought. Maybe they thought I was gonna stick a couch in my purse. We will go somewhere else to find chairs.

Sales associates not very informed about furniture or where things were all were having problems with tablets. The black Friday sale was misleading about having to spend over $1000. Didn't tell me about veterans day sale had to ask. Weren't allowed to take rugs down for me to match with my couch so I didn't buy one.

These guys are the cheaters!! They lure the customers with interest free payments and sell you the credit cards with the bank they work with, Synchrony Bank. I never wanted a credit card when I bought furniture with them, but they sold it to me, they never told me I would end up with one, they told me its a membership card I am applying for. They then spring it back on unsuspecting customers with huge interest amounts. DO NOT BANK WITH SYNCHRONY BANK!! These guys are loan sharks, avoid shopping with them! Or take any cards from them! I dont have a 0 stars to give them, they just scammed $1800 from me. They will never see any other business from me ever again! I hope this review loses them a lot of business and money! EDIT 1: After I posted the above review an Ashely customer service agent, Ian, responded to my review and asked to send the details. I sent them promptly, he assured me that he will take it up with his supervisor and try to fix this. It has been 3 weeks I sent those details, its crickets so far from Ashely Furniture. DO NOT BUY from these frauds! EDIT 2: After I paid the fraudulent interest charges of $1800 which they made me pay and clear the dues in full. Ashely Furniture and Synchrony Bank had the nerve to send me another interest charge bill of $30.31 for me to pay. After an ordeal of close to 2 hrs trying to speak to a customer service agent, I managed to speak to a customer service rep and made the rep close my account and waive the charges. DO NOT BANK WITH SYNCHRONY BANK and DO NOT BUY FROM ASHLEY FURNITURE. You will be scammed.

I wanted to buy $4,000 worth of living room furniture and they told me my delivery fee was going to be $400 I live 10 minutes from the store I can't believe anybody buys anything from this store every other furniture company within 20 mi of me charges $99

My wife and I spent three separate days working with Rose at the out let Ashly store in Auburn. Rose is a special person that did everything she could to set us up with the couch, love seat and tables we needed. She is a special sales representative for your store. I give her a 5.

Don't remember the associates name but she had kind of long brown hair, she was really rude and stuck up, I went there looking to purchase multiple items but left because of her behavior, when we asked how fast we could get furniture and how they arrived (like in boxes or already assembled) she was rude and didn't even let us finish talking and just told us to go to IKEA, when we tried to ask our questions again she cut us off again and said "we're not IKEA, if that's what you want then go there" I've shopped here before with no issues but I won't be returning because of her.

Wow let me just say— this is a beautiful store! Very clean and bright! The staff is very welcoming, nice and professional. Emma at the front is the sweetest person ever and Jacqueline is incredible! They will make your experience here extremely special and memorable. I had no issues with my purchase and delivery, however I did have to wait a few weeks— which is normal. Out of all the stores in the area, this will have to be my favorite! Can’t wait to buy more furniture from here!

While it’s great to see a large selection of Ashley furniture, and the sales person was really great, the downside is you still have to deal with Ashley’s policies, wait times, and DIY assembly. I purchased furniture on May 10, and it was supposed to be available within a week, but they kept giving away pieces of my set to other orders and I didn’t ultimately get the set until July 3. I could have opted for delivery for an additional $400 but that seemed excessive for lightweight patio furniture. Adding a tip to the drivers on top of that makes it pretty pricey. What they didn’t say was that I’d have to assemble this furniture myself, And I started a wonder why I just didn’t go to IKEA if I was going to have to do all the work. I would’ve saved over $1000 that way. Also, there are no refunds here. Once you buy it, it’s yours. That’s a real negative if you’re picking up your furniture and it’s in a giant box that came unassembled. For a real inspection you would have to take out every piece and unwrap it from its plastic. If you choose not to do that, you’re stuck with whatever damage or defects are on your furniture. I won’t go back.

Customer Service just wasn't here. We went over the weekend. I left because the sales rep I was working with wasn't great and we had to seek her out. No one offered to help us when we walked past several employees. Went back to purchase the sofa with another sales rep Tuesday. The front desk lady was amazing. Wasn't able to take home because the loader wasn't available. Advised I could the next day, so I did. What they failed to mention was the loaded was not available, some sales rep pushed the sofa out on a cart, but wouldn't help my husband load at all. Insane!!! I wasn't with him during pick-up, so he had to attempt to load the sofa sola while the guy watched. You are a furniture place, you need loaders. Not impressed.

The staff are friendly and will help you locate furniture within the store. Unfortunately, the store does not showcase entire sets, so you may need to look at photos to see the full set. The prices are reasonable. Some of the clearance items are great, but the store will not deliver clearance items. You will need to schedule your own delivery, which adds another $250 plus in total cost for the new furniture. Another issue is the wait time for delivery. It may take weeks to get your furniture delivered, and sometimes the furniture sets are delivered at different times. But, overall, it is a great place to get good-looking furniture at a reasonable price.

My husband and I went to the Ashley Furniture in Auburn, WA a few days ago looking to replace our living room furniture. We met Nadia, the sales rep and she was extremely nice, very professional, answered all of our questions and there was zero pressure. That is not typical of many buying experiences. We are impressed with Ashley Furniture, the showroom was expansive and, after looking around, the prices were surprisingly reasonable given the economy and the quality of the furniture is very good. We would definitely recommend them and if you have a chance to meet Nadia, she will treat you right.

I never write reviews but.....I have visited the Auburn store a few times and this time, I actually purchased a sofa and loveseat! The set is very nice, but I want to comment on the person who helped me. Her name is Rose. She is very young but she is worth her weight in gold! She was a very positive person. This was not just a job to her, you could tell she really enjoys it. I asked her several questions about the fabric, brand, warranty etc. and she answered every question without one "I'll go ask my manger". She was not pushy or impatient acting. This may not seem important to some folks, but I enjoyed spending my money with her. I didn't walk out of the store feeling like "O what did I do". My family and I had a great experience shopping at Ashley. Rose and Tae were great. They gave us just the right amount of space to check out all the furniture and remained close enough to answer all of our questions. Ashley’s store in outlet mall in Auburn has a great selection but the employee that helped us named Jacklyn (Jackie) was so unprofessional. She was rude and very lazy. Our experience was the worst but we bought because of the style we wanted.

We found a great furniture set, then had three different "managers" come over right before we finished signing to try and upsell us a bunch of times which left a bad taste in the mouth and added half an hour to the process. Received a delivery "confirmation" three days before the projected date, which was then canceled the next day, then delayed two and a half more weeks. Will be avoiding for a more straightforward process outlet. Edit weeks later: Hilariously we have had our order delayed two more times, each for a different part and for another week. Called in for compensation, offered nothing. Refunded without even an apology until they hung up. Yeah, Ashley’s is no longer an option for us.

We came in with a very specific idea of what we wanted for our living room, and we were able to describe exactly what we wanted to Zainab and she took us right to our options. I’m almost 20 and am getting my own place soon so I stopped in Ashley furniture in the outlet collection to get a gist of what things cost. Before I was 5 feet in the door the lady at the front says “hello children” to me and my friend were 19 and 20 by the way. And then stops us and asks our age which that part is fine cause I understand not wanting random kids in the store whatever. But calling us children before asking and then asking our age in a weird tone??? And when I said 20 she repeated it to me like she didn’t believe me also in a weird tone before asking my friend how old she was. After that of course she let us in the store but we left within 5 minutes of our entry because multiple associates were watching us while we walked through the store and I just felt uncomfortable. You guys need to do better. Asking our age is fine but why am I being watched like a hawk what do you think I’m gonna do put a 3,000 dollar bed in my pocket and leave. Young adults need furniture too.

My experiences with Ashley have been hit or miss. I’m happy to report that as of late, there have been more hits, my visit to Auburn among them. Gemma knocked it out of the park with her helpfulness and patience. She even sent me a text message to confirm that the store had the desk in stock, then took out a drawer from a nightstand so I could make sure the color matched my bedroom set. I’m so happy it did, and I bought the desk right then and there!

We love that Ashley's Furniture is in Auburn at the mall, we've shopped there before. The store could be cleaner. Sales people were a little creepy. But overall, an OK experience.

We had a nice shopping experience here. The gentleman who greeted us was great. And the lady Rain who sold us the sofa was outstanding. She made us feel very comfortable and welcome, and she knew a ton about the furniture we looked at, and she also gave us great details about how the furniture would be delivered and what the potential pitfalls could be if we asked for a sleeper sofa to be carried up to a third floor. The prices are also reasonable. Less than 30 minutes in the store and we were done and on our way.

I am so disappointed in the service, or lack there of, that we got from Ashley furniture after we received our sofa. Our sofa came in damaged (ripped sectional) and we have had to call in a couple times and sent a chat and we still have to go through the same process with the new agent every time. They all tell us they will submit a new case, and it will be reviewed within 24-48 hours. We’ve been calling since two weeks ago and we have received no update. We feel like our concerns are being ignored. I am still trying to get this issue resolved and even the store is “unable to help with online orders”. I’m sad to say but we will not be purchasing from Ashley anymore, not great customer service and support.

I want to give a big shout out to Clifford of Ashley store in Auburn. I am buying a brand new house. Clifford reached out to us as we walked into the door asked if he could help us. I told him what I was looking for he casually showed us around a few things, and I said OK let me just kind of browse around. He gave me the space I needed. He wasn’t hovering over me, but he did keep his eye out for me. I did pick out dining room, set living room set And I thought I was happy with everything I purchased I left and I came back three days later and decided I’m not so happy with everything I had picked out, so we looked around some more. This man is amazing. He went so far as to pick up and tables, coffee tables, bring it to the furniture I had picked out just so I could see how it would look , my opinion he went above and beyond I appreciated everything he did for me, came back and bought a few more . Ashley furniture should be very very proud of this salesman. He’s a great asset to the store. I would come back to him or follow him wherever he decides to sell furniture five star rating.

We worked with Lonnie at the Auburn, Washington Mall Location. When I go shopping, part of the experience is interacting with the sales person. A man named Jeremiah did okay with our first visit. On the way out, I made a little joke and 4 sales people were there and failed to make me feel comfortable; then Lonnie realized there was an awkward silence and filled it in with his own humor, lightening the mood. Look, of course I want to get a deal, and we did; but what really set this experience apart was Lonnie's professionalism and part of that role is making sure your visitors are comfortable around you as you work. And for me, I will be returning to that store to work with that person, before I shop anywhere else. He has earned my brand loyalty. It doesn't take much, just being kind and showing compassion to the strangers who walk in, whom you serve, and whom ultimately are paying your wages. Just be decent. I can say that this particular person on more than one occasion was exactly what we wanted from the service aspect of our shopping endeavors. We will be returning.

I went into Ashleys today and met a very joyful and charismatic young woman named Rein. She assisted perfectly in helping me find and figure what I want. Although I didn't make a purchase today I will most certainly be back again soon to do so.

I was told by The Lynnwood store I had to drive down to Auburn to make my purchase. I give the Lynnwood store a -10. Was lied to by manager. The minute you walk into the store they are like vultures. They won't leave you alone. After they told me I had to drive to Auburn. I spoke with Brandon. Upon arrival he was helpful, fun, courteous and a hudge help. The manager and Tony were just as great. They all informed I could of ordered my items from Lynnwood. I will be stopping by Lynnwood to inform them of this, how rude they were, and their lies. Thank You Brandon, Toni and staff for the excellent service. Would highly recommend the Auburn Store.☺️

I worked with Ashley and she was so nice and patient with me. I went in a month before moving and picked out a couch and chair. Ashley emailed me the future purchase and I looked at other stores to make sure that’s the couch I wanted. I came back and bought the set with Ashlee like I promised, and plan on going back when I get a nicer bed set. Great experience!!

The sales rep was pleasant and we are satisfied with our purchase, but it's hard to believe that Ashley won't even deliver a furniture order to the store. To pick it up we have to go from Auburn to the warehouse way out in the south end of Spanaway 45-60 minute drive each way). That is not good customer service. We also have a 9-day delay before we can pick it up.

Brandon Ward provided a polite, efficient customer experience and helped me find a new sofa.

First, I've heard of Ashley Furniture for many years and secondly, if I see something I really like, l can get it delivered, assembled, a warranty, and I was done. My sales person Carrie, in Auburn at the outlet mall, was extremely helpful. She made my job easier. I told her what I wanted and that's what I got and all in my price range. This Ashley Furniture location was easy to access, well lit, and well organized. We were assisted by RAIN who was very courteous and unintrusive but made herself available at our need. It was a very pleasurable shopping experience. We found the entire staff to be in great energy and worked as a team to get our purchase finalized effectively.

I went to the showcase located in Auburn along with my sister. We both knew what we wanted for my apartment living room, but wanted to see what else was available that was similar. Lonnie was very knowledgeable & helpful to our needs. The prices were pretty reasonable too. We decided to go with what we originally wanted as the wu as quality & price was excellent. I would heartily reccomend this store as the sales reps there go out of their way to assist you.

My brother was looking for a loveseat for his new apartment and first shopped online before selecting one. He thought he better try the loveseat before ordering, and placed a call to the Auburn store. He spoke with a very nice salesperson, Lonnie, who stated the item was indeed available in stock, and that it was also on clearance. My brother and I went the following weekend and was greeted cheerily by a salesperson who just happened to be Lonnie himself! He was personable, and very helpful. My brother is disabled, and after testing out the loveseat, thought he’d still shop around to be sure of his selection. Mobility is difficult for my brother, but Lonnie gave his personal attention to us and was very patient and understanding. Ashley had a great selection and lovely showroom. After a little while, my brother selected the loveseat he saw first online, and placed his order with satisfaction that he was getting a great deal. Lonnie is friendly, welcoming, and informative. He made the experience easy. We’ll be shopping here again for sure.

I had visited the Auburn Outlet as I was fully furnishing my new apartment. I had spent time here over a couple of days and spent a minimum of 2 to 4 hours on each day trying to pick the right furniture for me. June helped me through this process in a professional manner starting of with introducing me to the Management and the Admin team who would be part of the process to help me. She gave insight and recommendations to help me make informative decisions. What I respected about June was her patience and bubbly personality apart from her professionalism throughout this process whilst also managing her time with her other existing clients and potential new clients including myself all wanting her attention at the same time. In the background working quietly supporting her was the Assistant Manager Toni. I observed this as I watched June and other staff seeking clarification and further advice and listened to Toni and her knowledgeable response’s which also helped me especially when it came to the finer details of all the products including the end to end process and what all I needed to know and what to do. Extra points for Toni and the discounts she managed to get done for me at her discretion, a few dollars off where she could but felt good to me as a customer. Kudos also to Chelsea who helped me with my adjustments that I made to my initial account and additions made to it and who helped me and walked me through what needed to be done. There is also another gentleman (Was it Sebastian?) who helped me when I walked in when both June and Toni was away, he helped me efficiently with my additional items I wanted. Great Team work and support at the Auburn Outlet. Also, there is always someone coming to check if you are okay and need assistance so you are in good hands. I have my first lot of furniture delivered and done with so much professionalism and efficiency that made purchasing from Ashleys worth it. I am expecting my additional order to be delivered next week and cannot wait. Yes I went back for more furniture thanks to June and Toni for being great ambassadors of Ashleys in their handling of my purchases that they now have my utmost trust in future business with Ashleys.

She helped us locate and order just the right sofa and box spring for our family's needs. Definitely recommend.

We were looking for a loveseat recliner with cup holders at the new Ashley store at the Auburn Outlet Collection and hadn’t found what we wanted until sales associate Brandon Ward found us. My husband and I are different heights, so it is hard to find the right fit for both of us. He helped us find the PERFECT FIT! He was extremely helpful in answering all of our questions about the Next-Gen DuraPella Dual Power Reclining Loveseat with Console that we purchased. If he didn’t know the answer, he went and found out the answer. It was a wonderful and stress-free buying experience, thanks to Brandon. When we go back for future purchases, we will always ask for Brandon.

I recently walked into the Ashley Home store at the outlet store in Auburn. Carrie met me at the door and showed me the sofas I was interested in. I found the perfect one for my home, but there were problems with delivery because of my zip code. Then the whole team got involved. Carrie added Chelsea, Emilie, and Toni, and they worked until they got it through. I found a very hard working, caring and responsive team and am looking forward to the delivery of my sofa. Just purchased a mattress at the Auburn, WA, store. We had a pleasant experience with our salesperson Jeremiah. He was very helpful and knowledgeable.

My partner and I had an exceptional experience at Ashley Furniture assisted by Brandon. We were looking for a sideboard/wet bar to coordinate with our current deep mahogany dining table. Brandon curated a courteous, attentive and low pressure environment. He was knowledgeable about the in-store and online inventory as well as offering different price points for us to consider. Shipping dates were available as early as 1 week from date of purchase. We had one small account hiccup when purchasing that was seamlessly corrected by the Ashley adminstrative team, including Chelsea. Highly recommended this location for your furniture purchases. Update: we returned 4 days later to purchase a few more of the highly discounted trees (70% off) and we were assisted by June and Chelsea. June searched the entire floor to find us matching ficus for what we had purchased earlier and was also able to match our mantle piece display with two other display plants, both also at 70% off. Chelsea, the front desk/customer services representative, looked up our previous order and details so that we didn't have to try and search by half remembered names/descriptions. Incredibly polite and professional experience for the second time visiting this location. Update 8/20: came back looking for a new TV stand and Brandon came through for us again. Not only did he listen to what we wanted and specifically what we didn't want, he let us take our time until we found exactly what worked best for us.. and thier Labor Day sale is going on now, so the price point was exceptional. As we were closing the sale I even found the perfect reading recliner that I've been looking for, at 60% off. Highly recommended stopping by to see Brandon.

I went into this store today hoping to find a sofa and love seat that I could take home to the new house I had just purchased. I am having a couple of friends over for the UFC fights tomorrow night. Today was my lucky day. I bought both of them from the clearance floor reasonably priced. My wife and I are extremely satisfied with today's purchase.

Went to Ashley for a dining room set, Jaqueline approached us first and was super nice, I let her know we were just looking and she was great in not being overbearing/constantly coming up to us. I like shopping without being followed around. When I was ready to move forward, I approached her and she was great. Was super reassuring and listened to what we wanted.

Bradley was a fantastic sales person. They took us right to what we were looking for and helped us get it financed and setup for delivery.

Avoid Ashley furniture in general. They don’t stand behind their due diligence process nor their return policy. Their technicians are incompetent and not knowledgeable about their products or the construction of their products. DO NOT BUY ASHLEY FURNITURE! Furniture looks nice but is cheaply constructed and customer service is ATROCIOUS. Save your monies and get durable furniture from a store like Restoration Hardware or maybe even ikea.

Brandon was excellent at helping us to find a chair for once our baby arrives. He listened to what we wanted and made sure to show us plenty of options without being pushy. We would definitely return for future furniture purchases.
