Carlos was very helpful when we walked in. He immediately took interest in what we wanted to find. He also just let us wonder about to give us some privacy to consult with each other. Then he took us over to his big screen computer to show us what’s available in store and online. We end up buying the floor models which are still in great shape and at a lower price and we also bought a bench on line to be picked up down the street from my new house. Great job Carlos and still want the big screen computer.

Staff were warm, welcoming and friendly. Victor walked me around and gave suggestions where I appeared undecided. Great experience.

I visited Ashley Furniture with my wife because we were planning to purchase a dining table, and the experience we had with the salesperson, Brandyn Ward, was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. From the start, my wife explained what we were looking for and how we planned to purchase, but instead of helping us or answering our questions, Brandyn immediately told us to get qualified and directed us to fill out the application on the computer. He did not try to show us options or even look at the table we were interested in. It felt like we were an inconvenience just for being there. My wife asked him about financing options because during a previous visit another salesperson, Carlos, had explained that there were multiple financing options, including one that did not require running traditional credit. When she asked about it, Brandyn dismissed her and said, “Financing is always credit,” in a way that sounded rude and condescending instead of helpful. He also said that he knew more than Carlos and suggested that he was the best at what he does, but he was not willing to actually help us. At that point, we decided we would rather come back when Carlos was working since he had been helpful and respectful before. When my wife explained that she felt more comfortable working with Carlos, Brandyn responded in a passive-aggressive way saying, “Oh, so you don’t feel helped out? Well, have a good day. Bye,” and walked away. As we were leaving, he went behind the counter and started talking to another employee and said, “Oh my gosh, these people,” which was very unprofessional. My wife told him it was inappropriate to talk about customers that way. As we were walking out, I accidentally bumped into a chair and it fell over. It was clearly an accident. Brandyn then yelled at me aggressively to pick up the chair and I responded by saying “or not” and we continued walking out. After that, Brandyn falsely accused me of threatening him and claimed that I said “I’m going to kill you,” which is completely untrue. I never said anything like that. I do not understand how he went from me saying “or not” to accusing me of making a serious threat. My wife told him to check the cameras, but he said there were no cameras in the store, which seemed unlikely. Throughout the interaction, Brandyn acted like he was very comfortable and confident that nothing would happen to him even if we complained. He gave us his manager’s name without any concern and acted like it did not matter what we did. It felt like he believed he could treat customers however he wanted. The situation made us both feel uncomfortable and honestly judged based on our appearance. It felt like we were treated as if we were not capable of making a purchase, even though we came in ready to buy furniture. When my wife asked for a manager’s contact information, the other employee present did not try to help and instead sided with him. This was a very upsetting experience. Customers deserve to be treated with respect and professionalism. We came in ready to make a purchase and instead were treated poorly and kicked out of the store. I hope management takes this situation seriously so no other customers have to go through this.

When I explained that I felt more comfortable returning when Carlos was there, Brandyn looked directly at me and said in a passive-aggressive tone, “Oh, so you don’t feel helped out? Well, have a good day. Bye.” He then walked away abruptly. As we were leaving, he went behind the counter and began talking to another employee, Emma C., saying “Oh my gosh, these people,” which was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. I turned around and told him it was inappropriate to talk about customers that way simply because I said I did not feel helped. On our way out, my husband accidentally bumped into a chair and it fell. Brandyn then yelled at my husband to pick up the chair and told us to get out of the store. It felt like he believed nothing would happen to him no matter how he treated customers. I felt extremely uncomfortable and honestly profiled during this visit. It felt like we were judged based on our appearance and treated as if we were not capable of making a purchase. Just because customers may not look a certain way does not mean they should be treated with respect and professionalism. When I asked for a manager’s contact information so I could report the situation, the other employee present did not try to help and instead sided with him. This experience was upsetting and unprofessional from start to finish. Customers deserve respect and proper assistance regardless of how they look. We came in ready to make a purchase and instead were treated poorly and ultimately kicked out of the store. I hope management takes this situation seriously so other customers do not have to go through the same experience.

Bought at the Ashley store and was told it would deliver faster and better price. Found online at Ashley for 50.00 cheaper. They would not credit the difference without big hassle. We canceled and took business elsewhere.

We found out day after we made t he purchase that the store was starting a week long sale the next dayl We were not given any opportunity to take advantage of it. Pretty shabby. I can't believe the store reps did not know of the sale commencing the next day.

I went to the Ashley store in Auburn WA. I met Tiana and she was fantastic, I wanted to purchase my new furniture but, I needed it to be delivered eight months from the date I purchased in another state, Tiana made that happen. 5 stars to Tiana!!!

Tiana was amazing! We purchase an Omaha sectional for our front room. Too many choices but in come down how we feel when we sit in it. Very friendly staff and a pleasant shopping experience. We will be back for an Elissa couch and a recliner As long as Tiana is still there.

3.8 stars. Experience overall want bad. However, there were a few nuances in the process of my husband and I getting a couch. We came in and started trying out and finally found the one we loved. We were working with Hannah, and from what I understand, she was new to the sales floor. We were told one thing about the monthly payments, then it turns out to be another thing with a different credit union. Then, we were told one amount for the down payment, then again, it turned out to be a different amount because of the type of monthly payments we decided to move forward with. That wasn’t communicated with us. However in the end, it worked out. So not bad

I stopped into the Outlet Collection location in Auburn, WA and couldn’t be happier with my experience. I was helped out by Emma and she helped me find the PERFECT nightstand lamps and tv stand for the bedroom. She was extremely professional and very patient with me as I insisted on browsing the entire store. I’ll absolutely be back for my next furniture adventure!

Excellent customer service. Location very clean and has a great inventory. Brandon was very helpful and knowledgeable on the products. Didn’t feel pressured at all. I would highly recommend coming in.

Only problem is I clicked to be delivered on 14th then got text to choose my delivery date which not available on the 14th.

Tiana was extremely helpful and helped us make an informed decision about our recent sofa sleeper purchase. Emma helped get us set up at the register and was very friendly and knowledgeable. I'll certainly be coming back in the future!

Well long story short. We bought our couches from there. We went to Mor and that wasn't it. Went back to Ashley and it was good all in all. Just a good experience 😌

I went to Ashley's as a joke at first, but after leaving I learned a lot about how Importance of having a nice, comfortable bed and pillow is! And not to mention all the different types of furniture and beds there are, all thanks to Britteny.

Customer service was amazing. Our helper Brittney was an incredibly nice and friendly person, and she got me actually interested in beds! I’m really considering getting some of this stuff for my parents and grandparents. These prices and furniture are all well priced and the overall experience was a great opportunity for me to learn about beds and other furniture. Thank you Brittney!

Update as of 12/30: I’ve emailed the address below on 12/26, but have not received a response. Someone from Ashley did initially respond to this review and provided an email address for ME to reach out to. Providing this update removed the reply. We were very excited about the new furniture at first. But then after delays had to wait a month for delivery. Then our couch was delivered with several tears, so a new couch had to be ordered. We had our old couch removed the morning of the delivery, so currently do not have one. They said it would be a week, but two days later learned about ANOTHER delay. I called to ask and the customer service person stated there was nothing they could do. I asked for a manager and was placed on hold for 20 minutes to be told there wasn’t a manager available. As of now who knows when we will get the couch. Buyer beware.

This was a terrible experience. It was my first time buying from them, and I wanted to try shopping in a physical store. I usually buy furniture from another company online. I went to buy a dining table, but it was delayed twice. I went to the store to complain once, and they re-delivered it. When it finally arrived, it was damaged. I asked for a refund for the damaged parts, but the driver was very rude and told me to call customer service by myself. Also, two decorative items I ordered separately weren't delivered, even though the order showed they were. Going back to the store to complain was ineffective; they just passed me to customer service, who then passed me to another customer service representative. They were completely irresponsible, and the manager didn't apologize at all; they just pushed my problem onto the sales staff! If possible, I strongly urge everyone to think twice before choosing them. If I have to constantly communicate and resolve issues after buying something, how can I have a pleasant shopping experience? Their after-sales service is extremely poor; they have no intention of buying from me again, and I would never recommend them to anyone.

The staff who helped me were very friendly. I went because of a Black Friday promotion and everything was fine. But when I signed the payment contract and realized there was no promotion, I noticed they quoted me one price and when I paid it was a much higher price. Always to like buying my furniture here, But not anymore.

Rude people at the front desk and they will take your money but when it comes to give you back when canceling the order. I didn’t got my money for three plus months while I was told the refund would take 14-21 days. A lady at the front desk Jacqueline is rude and doesn’t give a dime about my frustrations and has no customer service attitude. Don’t ever go this store and I would rate this store zero or less not one star.

We found the perfect sofa at this store. For a long time, we have been looking for a particular size sofa to fit a small room. We happened to find the right sofa for us at Ashley. We had also purchased a few clearance items on the same day. It was our first time going to this store in Auburn. We paid for delivery of our new sofa. There was a little bit of confusion about where to go to pick up the clearance items we had just purchased. However, once it was all sorted out, we were fine. We would highly recommend going to Ashley Home Store in Auburn. Customer service people are very professional and we plan to go shopping there again.

Started off with the wrong price for the couch then I was given the wrong overall total and when I asked if they could fix it they said no. I would’ve understood if the information was disclosed at the beginning, but it wasn’t and then on top of that what if that was the money that I couldn’t spend and now I’m over my budget, but they already pushed everything through. Nothing was disclosed about taxes changing and that makes me worried because at the beginning, she didn’t even know the prices of her own couch. Going back to the taxes we went over the pricing how much everything was gonna be and she said this is what it is and then it just doesn’t make sense that taxes change the moment I’m about to pay so why am I going over everything I’m gonna pay and then the taxes automatically change and it wasn’t like two or three dollars. Then the next step was to pay and I said at least two times that I wanted to put money down. She pushed everything through. She’s going too fast. I don’t know, but I looked better and I was like hey I’m trying to put this money down. She went to her another coworker and was like hey can you fix this and the coworker said no you have to wait 30 days and then continue reading her book. I’m going to another furniture store to look for a couch and if I find one that I like at a decent price, I’m just gonna cancel this one and get the one at the other furniture store. I do not like the service at all.

Tiana Irvine is the best. My sister and I both agree that we usually like to look around without help but in this case it would have been a nightmare without Tiana's help. She greeted us and very quickly found out we were on a budget complicated by a time crunch. The minute we were all on the same page she was only showing us things that would fulfill both of those goals. I thought we might have to made some large sacrifices in what we purchased based on our issues, but she was great at pulling together pieces we ended up feeling really good about. My family has a tough move planned for this weekend and everything Tiana did made a large part of it a breeze.

Carlos my sales guy was GREAT! I was told I would receive a phone call/text about delivery and I never received that…glad my kid was home or my new rug would have sat in the rain. They need to work on the back office stuff clearly.

I have had the worst experience with Ashley Furniture. Bought and paid for our items in full, then about a week later they did a partial reverse charge. I was told they only hold a percentage and then charge on the day of delivery for some odd reason. Then about 5 days before delivery they randomly charge your card and then it was put on hold and was told the delivery day is now effected and not guaranteed. I even paid for the white glove service. I was also told that I would lose the discounts of when I purchased it because of the hold on my account!!! Finally got it figured out and got it scheduled again. I was told there would be a 3 or 4 hour window of delivery and just received a text saying anytime by 5pm... so I have to wait around all day and not get a window of time? I was told I would get a text 3 or 4 hours before delivery... how ridiculous is this! I definitely do not recommend this place. We are at a crunch where I no longer have time to shop somewhere else. I hope delivery goes well with paying a couple hundred extra for white glove service. Save your time and go somewhere else. Absolutely disgusting process!

Do not recommend this company to anyone. Made a purchase and was told items would be shipped on a particular day, then with only 24 hour notice I was told it would be several days after what was discussed. Leaving me sleeping on the ground of my new place. When you have an issue and try to contact the store or customer service, you’re directed to a number that continues to disconnect on you and get no assistance after they’ve gotten your money. Highly recommend using another company with better customer service. Will not be purchasing anything with them again.

I went to Ashley looking for something very specific. My sales associate, Sediqa, helped me locate what I wanted and as I narrowed it down to two choices, she patiently waited, did her best to help me decide, gave me time - it took me forever! I finally purchased the chair and left the store. Then I changed my mind on the color! I went back in and changed the order, finally satisfied. I am usually not this I decisive and I am so glad I had the good fortune to be helped by Sediqa.

Tiana helped me on a queen bed frame today. I walked in she showed me the frame options. I picked the one I liked and then ordered it. I was in and out within minutes and happy with my purchase. That was way too easy.

The store has a great selection of sofas. Joseph who was our salesperson was very helpful without hovering over us. He let us look but was nearby ready to answer any questions we had. The sales manager introduced himself to us but at no time did we feel we were under any pressure to buy. In fact we went in just to look with the intention of buying in 3 months or so and came back the next day and purchased our sofa. Would definitely go back and would recommend to others.

Went into the Ashley Store at the Outlet Collection where we purchased it and the part has been discontinued. The sales associate at customer service was very nice and is going to try and get a part. It was so close to a 5 star and then the driver put the sofa in the wrong spot. once he moved it My huge area rug was buckled. I have almost fallen three times on this and at 70 years old I'm not able to move the sofa to get the rug so it is not dangerous. They Called me and asked if the delivery went well, the same day. Like minutes from the time it was delivered. I said no and explained the problem. They said someone would be back to fix it right away and she would notify they manager. Crickets...........Never heard another word. So I love the sofa by I am afraid to use it because of the tripping danger from the wrinkled carpet.!!!!!

I purchased a full king-size mattress set with the frame included. However, during the first delivery, they only delivered the mattress and frame, leaving out the foundations. I was told the foundations would be delivered within a week. When the second delivery arrived, they brought twin-size foundations instead of the correct king-size ones. To make matters worse, the delivery team entered my fully furnished bedroom without removing their shoes or covering them, even after I politely asked them to do so. They refused and said they would contact customer service to resolve the foundation issue — which I highly doubt they actually did. I then called customer service myself. They told me they would update me within 72 hours. After waiting over five days with no update, I called back and was shocked to hear that my ticket had been closed — without any resolution or explanation. The representative I spoke with said she would open a new ticket, again promising an update in 72 hours. I explained the urgency of the situation, as my wife is currently in the hospital for childbirth, and I need the proper bed setup as soon as possible. I asked if the issue could be prioritized, but she said she couldn’t expedite it — only provide a 72-hour update window. Frustrated by the delays and lack of support, I went to the store in person. Unfortunately, the customer service representative there was extremely rude and unhelpful. I asked a sales associate for assistance, but she referred me back to the same customer desk. When she finally tried to advocate on my behalf, the only solution they offered was for me to pick up the correct foundation myself from the Spanaway warehouse. This is unacceptable. I paid for full delivery and expected a complete, professional service. After multiple errors, delays, and poor customer treatment, I am now being asked to do the pickup myself to correct their mistake.

If I had to complain it would be about our salesman. Being a big guy, you think that he would be more informed on your bigger furniture for taller people but he was very easy to work with. This was the Creswell 15305 model....Ashley Furniture also advertised that they match competitors. I found the exact same couch online for around $1700 which included the 5 yr warranty for any damages ect... Ashley Furniture was not willing to budge at all on the price and I said if they could then I would purchase from them. Long story short, I ordered the sectional couch online instead and saved myself over $300. I'm writing this review to mostly bring attention to this for upper management to reconsider their sales tactics/requirements. I still loved the store and the environment. But in the end I wanted to spend less on the exact same item.

Horrible customer service did not have my furniture for pick up ready all they could offer was delivery but not any sooner than a whole month after purchasing furniture. Would love some sort of discount or something but it’s ridiculous having to come up with other plans to replace the furniture while we wait. My husband and I went into Ashley to look at chairs. We entered, and there were 5 ladies at the door, but none greeted us or asked if we needed help. We walked around the store and found the chairs, we noticed one of the ladies followed us up to the next level, but she never asked if we needed help or even acknowledge us. So we left. Walked by while leaving the mall to see the same lady helping other customers. I'm not sure what they thought. Maybe they thought I was gonna stick a couch in my purse. We will go somewhere else to find chairs.

These guys are the cheaters!! They lure the customers with interest free payments and sell you the credit cards with the bank they work with, Synchrony Bank. I never wanted a credit card when I bought furniture with them, but they sold it to me, they never told me I would end up with one, they told me its a membership card I am applying for. They then spring it back on unsuspecting customers with huge interest amounts. DO NOT BANK WITH SYNCHRONY BANK!! These guys are loan sharks, avoid shopping with them! Or take any cards from them! I dont have a 0 stars to give them, they just scammed $1800 from me. They will never see any other business from me ever again! I hope this review loses them a lot of business and money! EDIT 1: After I posted the above review an Ashely customer service agent, Ian, responded to my review and asked to send the details. I sent them promptly, he assured me that he will take it up with his supervisor and try to fix this. It has been 3 weeks I sent those details, its crickets so far from Ashely Furniture. DO NOT BUY from these frauds! EDIT 2: After I paid the fraudulent interest charges of $1800 which they made me pay and clear the dues in full. Ashely Furniture and Synchrony Bank had the nerve to send me another interest charge bill of $30.31 for me to pay. After an ordeal of close to 2 hrs trying to speak to a customer service agent, I managed to speak to a customer service rep and made the rep close my account and waive the charges. DO NOT BANK WITH SYNCHRONY BANK and DO NOT BUY FROM ASHLEY FURNITURE. You will be scammed.

My wife and I spent three separate days working with Rose at the out let Ashly store in Auburn. Rose is a special person that did everything she could to set us up with the couch, love seat and tables we needed. She is a special sales representative for your store. I give her a 5.

Don't remember the associates name but she had kind of long brown hair, she was really rude and stuck up, I went there looking to purchase multiple items but left because of her behavior, when we asked how fast we could get furniture and how they arrived (like in boxes or already assembled) she was rude and didn't even let us finish talking and just told us to go to IKEA, when we tried to ask our questions again she cut us off again and said "we're not IKEA, if that's what you want then go there" I've shopped here before with no issues but I won't be returning because of her.

While it’s great to see a large selection of Ashley furniture, and the sales person was really great, the downside is you still have to deal with Ashley’s policies, wait times, and DIY assembly. I purchased furniture on May 10, and it was supposed to be available within a week, but they kept giving away pieces of my set to other orders and I didn’t ultimately get the set until July 3. I could have opted for delivery for an additional $400 but that seemed excessive for lightweight patio furniture. Adding a tip to the drivers on top of that makes it pretty pricey. What they didn’t say was that I’d have to assemble this furniture myself, And I started a wonder why I just didn’t go to IKEA if I was going to have to do all the work. I would’ve saved over $1000 that way. Also, there are no refunds here. Once you buy it, it’s yours. That’s a real negative if you’re picking up your furniture and it’s in a giant box that came unassembled. For a real inspection you would have to take out every piece and unwrap it from its plastic. If you choose not to do that, you’re stuck with whatever damage or defects are on your furniture. I won’t go back.

Customer Service just wasn't here. We went over the weekend. I left because the sales rep I was working with wasn't great and we had to seek her out. No one offered to help us when we walked past several employees. Went back to purchase the sofa with another sales rep Tuesday. The front desk lady was amazing. Wasn't able to take home because the loader wasn't available. Advised I could the next day, so I did. What they failed to mention was the loaded was not available, some sales rep pushed the sofa out on a cart, but wouldn't help my husband load at all. Insane!!! I wasn't with him during pick-up, so he had to attempt to load the sofa sola while the guy watched. You are a furniture place, you need loaders. Not impressed.

The staff are friendly and will help you locate furniture within the store. Unfortunately, the store does not showcase entire sets, so you may need to look at photos to see the full set. The prices are reasonable. Some of the clearance items are great, but the store will not deliver clearance items. You will need to schedule your own delivery, which adds another $250 plus in total cost for the new furniture. Another issue is the wait time for delivery. It may take weeks to get your furniture delivered, and sometimes the furniture sets are delivered at different times. But, overall, it is a great place to get good-looking furniture at a reasonable price.

My husband and I went to the Ashley Furniture in Auburn, WA a few days ago looking to replace our living room furniture. We met Nadia, the sales rep and she was extremely nice, very professional, answered all of our questions and there was zero pressure. That is not typical of many buying experiences. We are impressed with Ashley Furniture, the showroom was expansive and, after looking around, the prices were surprisingly reasonable given the economy and the quality of the furniture is very good. We would definitely recommend them and if you have a chance to meet Nadia, she will treat you right.

The set is very nice, but I want to comment on the person who helped me. Her name is Rose. She is very young but she is worth her weight in gold! She was a very positive person. This was not just a job to her, you could tell she really enjoys it. I asked her several questions about the fabric, brand, warranty etc. and she answered every question without one "I'll go ask my manger". She was not pushy or impatient acting. This may not seem important to some folks, but I enjoyed spending my money with her. I didn't walk out of the store feeling like "O what did I do". We found a great furniture set, then had three different "managers" come over right before we finished signing to try and upsell us a bunch of times which left a bad taste in the mouth and added half an hour to the process. Received a delivery "confirmation" three days before the projected date, which was then canceled the next day, then delayed two and a half more weeks. Will be avoiding for a more straightforward process outlet. Edit weeks later: Hilariously we have had our order delayed two more times, each for a different part and for another week. Called in for compensation, offered nothing. Refunded without even an apology until they hung up. Yeah, Ashley’s is no longer an option for us.

I’m almost 20 and am getting my own place soon so I stopped in Ashley furniture in the outlet collection to get a gist of what things cost. Before I was 5 feet in the door the lady at the front says “hello children” to me and my friend were 19 and 20 by the way. And then stops us and asks our age which that part is fine cause I understand not wanting random kids in the store whatever. But calling us children before asking and then asking our age in a weird tone??? And when I said 20 she repeated it to me like she didn’t believe me also in a weird tone before asking my friend how old she was. After that of course she let us in the store but we left within 5 minutes of our entry because multiple associates were watching us while we walked through the store and I just felt uncomfortable. You guys need to do better. Asking our age is fine but why am I being watched like a hawk what do you think I’m gonna do put a 3,000 dollar bed in my pocket and leave. Young adults need furniture too.

My experiences with Ashley have been hit or miss. I’m happy to report that as of late, there have been more hits, my visit to Auburn among them. Gemma knocked it out of the park with her helpfulness and patience. She even sent me a text message to confirm that the store had the desk in stock, then took out a drawer from a nightstand so I could make sure the color matched my bedroom set. I’m so happy it did, and I bought the desk right then and there!

I am so disappointed in the service, or lack there of, that we got from Ashley furniture after we received our sofa. Our sofa came in damaged (ripped sectional) and we have had to call in a couple times and sent a chat and we still have to go through the same process with the new agent every time. They all tell us they will submit a new case, and it will be reviewed within 24-48 hours. We’ve been calling since two weeks ago and we have received no update. We feel like our concerns are being ignored. I am still trying to get this issue resolved and even the store is “unable to help with online orders”. I’m sad to say but we will not be purchasing from Ashley anymore, not great customer service and support.

Sales Associate Rose was such a great help in showing us different solutions to fit our furniture needs. She was caring, understanding, and extremely attentive when we were communicating our needs. We also witnessed her great teamwork with helping other colleagues. We have always had negative experiences buying furniture, but this was the first time we did not have any.

I want to give a big shout out to Clifford of Ashley store in Auburn. I am buying a brand new house. Clifford reached out to us as we walked into the door asked if he could help us. I told him what I was looking for he casually showed us around a few things, and I said OK let me just kind of browse around. He gave me the space I needed. He wasn’t hovering over me, but he did keep his eye out for me. I did pick out dining room, set living room set And I thought I was happy with everything I purchased I left and I came back three days later and decided I’m not so happy with everything I had picked out, so we looked around some more. This man is amazing. He went so far as to pick up and tables, coffee tables, bring it to the furniture I had picked out just so I could see how it would look , my opinion he went above and beyond I appreciated everything he did for me, came back and bought a few more . Ashley furniture should be very very proud of this salesman. He’s a great asset to the store. I would come back to him or follow him wherever he decides to sell furniture five star rating.

Requested my refund, and they did’t refunded me for like 2 mounts. came to them, and figured that they didn’t even start the refund process! plus they won’t refund me whole price. so i lost my $700 just there.
