Horrible customer service did not have my furniture for pick up ready all they could offer was delivery but not any sooner than a whole month after purchasing furniture. Would love some sort of discount or something but it’s ridiculous having to come up with other plans to replace the furniture while we wait. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone just go to literally any other furniture store.

My husband and I went into Ashley to look at chairs. We entered, and there were 5 ladies at the door, but none greeted us or asked if we needed help. We walked around the store and found the chairs, we noticed one of the ladies followed us up to the next level, but she never asked if we needed help or even acknowledge us. So we left. Walked by while leaving the mall to see the same lady helping other customers. I'm not sure what they thought. Maybe they thought I was gonna stick a couch in my purse. We will go somewhere else to find chairs.

Nadia was very knowledgeable and helpful when my wife needed to take our daughter to the relief room. Let her back in where we were in the couch area. Nice clean store and good recliners with the zero gravity. Just needs adjustable lumbar instead of inflate vs deflate only.

Sales associates not very informed about furniture or where things were all were having problems with tablets. The black Friday sale was misleading about having to spend over $1000. Didn't tell me about veterans day sale had to ask. Weren't allowed to take rugs down for me to match with my couch so I didn't buy one.

These guys are the cheaters!! They lure the customers with interest free payments and sell you the credit cards with the bank they work with, Synchrony Bank. I never wanted a credit card when I bought furniture with them, but they sold it to me, they never told me I would end up with one, they told me its a membership card I am applying for. They then spring it back on unsuspecting customers with huge interest amounts. DO NOT BANK WITH SYNCHRONY BANK!! These guys are loan sharks, avoid shopping with them! Or take any cards from them! I dont have a 0 stars to give them, they just scammed $1800 from me. They will never see any other business from me ever again! I hope this review loses them a lot of business and money! EDIT 1: After I posted the above review an Ashely customer service agent, Ian, responded to my review and asked to send the details. I sent them promptly, he assured me that he will take it up with his supervisor and try to fix this. It has been 3 weeks I sent those details, its crickets so far from Ashely Furniture. DO NOT BUY from these frauds! EDIT 2: After I paid the fraudulent interest charges of $1800 which they made me pay and clear the dues in full. Ashely Furniture and Synchrony Bank had the nerve to send me another interest charge bill of $30.31 for me to pay. After an ordeal of close to 2 hrs trying to speak to a customer service agent, I managed to speak to a customer service rep and made the rep close my account and waive the charges. DO NOT BANK WITH SYNCHRONY BANK and DO NOT BUY FROM ASHLEY FURNITURE. You will be scammed.

My wife and I spent three separate days working with Rose at the out let Ashly store in Auburn. Rose is a special person that did everything she could to set us up with the couch, love seat and tables we needed. She is a special sales representative for your store. I give her a 5.
Don't remember the associates name but she had kind of long brown hair, she was really rude and stuck up, I went there looking to purchase multiple items but left because of her behavior, when we asked how fast we could get furniture and how they arrived (like in boxes or already assembled) she was rude and didn't even let us finish talking and just told us to go to IKEA, when we tried to ask our questions again she cut us off again and said "we're not IKEA, if that's what you want then go there" I've shopped here before with no issues but I won't be returning because of her.

Wow let me just say— this is a beautiful store! Very clean and bright! The staff is very welcoming, nice and professional. Emma at the front is the sweetest person ever and Jacqueline is incredible! They will make your experience here extremely special and memorable. I had no issues with my purchase and delivery, however I did have to wait a few weeks— which is normal. Out of all the stores in the area, this will have to be my favorite! Can’t wait to buy more furniture from here!

The staff here is wonderful, it's like having a conversation with some friends! Very informative and helpful, all the sales people made sure I was taken care of and gave me my space, but were around just in case I had a question or needed something, which I appreciated. I even had the managers come and introduce themselves to me and told me to let them know if I needed anything. Even the girls at the desk were happy to help and answer questions! While it’s great to see a large selection of Ashley furniture, and the sales person was really great, the downside is you still have to deal with Ashley’s policies, wait times, and DIY assembly. I purchased furniture on May 10, and it was supposed to be available within a week, but they kept giving away pieces of my set to other orders and I didn’t ultimately get the set until July 3. I could have opted for delivery for an additional $400 but that seemed excessive for lightweight patio furniture. Adding a tip to the drivers on top of that makes it pretty pricey. What they didn’t say was that I’d have to assemble this furniture myself, And I started a wonder why I just didn’t go to IKEA if I was going to have to do all the work. I would’ve saved over $1000 that way. Also, there are no refunds here. Once you buy it, it’s yours. That’s a real negative if you’re picking up your furniture and it’s in a giant box that came unassembled. For a real inspection you would have to take out every piece and unwrap it from its plastic. If you choose not to do that, you’re stuck with whatever damage or defects are on your furniture. I won’t go back.

Customer Service just wasn't here. We went over the weekend. I left because the sales rep I was working with wasn't great and we had to seek her out. No one offered to help us when we walked past several employees. Went back to purchase the sofa with another sales rep Tuesday. The front desk lady was amazing. Wasn't able to take home because the loader wasn't available. Advised I could the next day, so I did. What they failed to mention was the loaded was not available, some sales rep pushed the sofa out on a cart, but wouldn't help my husband load at all. Insane!!! I wasn't with him during pick-up, so he had to attempt to load the sofa sola while the guy watched. You are a furniture place, you need loaders. Not impressed.

The staff are friendly and will help you locate furniture within the store. Unfortunately, the store does not showcase entire sets, so you may need to look at photos to see the full set. The prices are reasonable. Some of the clearance items are great, but the store will not deliver clearance items. You will need to schedule your own delivery, which adds another $250 plus in total cost for the new furniture. Another issue is the wait time for delivery. It may take weeks to get your furniture delivered, and sometimes the furniture sets are delivered at different times. But, overall, it is a great place to get good-looking furniture at a reasonable price.
My husband and I went to the Ashley Furniture in Auburn, WA a few days ago looking to replace our living room furniture. We met Nadia, the sales rep and she was extremely nice, very professional, answered all of our questions and there was zero pressure. That is not typical of many buying experiences. We are impressed with Ashley Furniture, the showroom was expansive and, after looking around, the prices were surprisingly reasonable given the economy and the quality of the furniture is very good. We would definitely recommend them and if you have a chance to meet Nadia, she will treat you right.

I never write reviews but.....I have visited the Auburn store a few times and this time, I actually purchased a sofa and loveseat! The set is very nice, but I want to comment on the person who helped me. Her name is Rose. She is very young but she is worth her weight in gold! She was a very positive person. This was not just a job to her, you could tell she really enjoys it. I asked her several questions about the fabric, brand, warranty etc. and she answered every question without one "I'll go ask my manger". She was not pushy or impatient acting. This may not seem important to some folks, but I enjoyed spending my money with her. I didn't walk out of the store feeling like "O what did I do". My family and I had a great experience shopping at Ashley. Rose and Tae were great. They gave us just the right amount of space to check out all the furniture and remained close enough to answer all of our questions. Ashley’s store in outlet mall in Auburn has a great selection but the employee that helped us named Jacklyn (Jackie) was so unprofessional. She was rude and very lazy. Our experience was the worst but we bought because of the style we wanted.

We found a great furniture set, then had three different "managers" come over right before we finished signing to try and upsell us a bunch of times which left a bad taste in the mouth and added half an hour to the process. Received a delivery "confirmation" three days before the projected date, which was then canceled the next day, then delayed two and a half more weeks. Will be avoiding for a more straightforward process outlet. Edit weeks later: Hilariously we have had our order delayed two more times, each for a different part and for another week. Called in for compensation, offered nothing. Refunded without even an apology until they hung up. Yeah, Ashley’s is no longer an option for us.

We decided a sectional would be a better option so today we went in to pick one out and with the help of Rose we found the perfect one! Super comfy and nice. Rose again went above and beyond to help us! I used a leasing company and wasn't approved for the amount of the sectional but Rose and the manager Mary went WAY above and beyond spending extra time and effort and were able to negotiate a larger amount on my behalf with the leasing company! They were both extremely helpful and friendly! 10 out of 10 would recommend anyone looking to purchase from Ashely to come to this location ask for Rose because honestly she is amazing and super helpful with any questions or concerns!! Went in today to look at furniture feeling a little skeptical due to a previous experience I had with Ashley furniture. But after talking to Rose and telling her about previous experience she helped me make the decision to give Ashley another try. My experience in-store with Rose today went above and beyond all my expectations! She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in every aspect of the purchasing process. I also got to meet Josh I believe Rose said he is the state regional manager and he went above and beyond to accommodate us and answer any questions and concerns we had. I would definetly return to this Ashley furniture location for future purchases and encourage anyone reading my review to do the same! With that being said, the Boss and I went into the store and met with Ashley’s exceptional employee (Denmark). Was greeted with non-pushy/sale person tactics and got our furniture ordered seamlessly. We came in with a very specific idea of what we wanted for our living room, and we were able to describe exactly what we wanted to Zainab and she took us right to our options. I’m almost 20 and am getting my own place soon so I stopped in Ashley furniture in the outlet collection to get a gist of what things cost. Before I was 5 feet in the door the lady at the front says “hello children” to me and my friend were 19 and 20 by the way. And then stops us and asks our age which that part is fine cause I understand not wanting random kids in the store whatever. But calling us children before asking and then asking our age in a weird tone??? And when I said 20 she repeated it to me like she didn’t believe me also in a weird tone before asking my friend how old she was. After that of course she let us in the store but we left within 5 minutes of our entry because multiple associates were watching us while we walked through the store and I just felt uncomfortable. You guys need to do better. Asking our age is fine but why am I being watched like a hawk what do you think I’m gonna do put a 3,000 dollar bed in my pocket and leave. Young adults need furniture too.

So this Ashley store opened and I walked in to check it out because I was looking for a new king bed frame. I spotted one that caught my eye. I worked out the details and placed the order for it. A couple of days later they told me that they were delivering my bed frame. The man on the phone seemed sketchy when he told me if there was any damage to not send back because it would be some time before they could get me another one. My red flags went up immediately. When they got here and unloaded the frame, It was already mostly assembled. I did notice massive cracks and gouges. I asked the crew taking it out of the truck if they sent me the shitty floor model. I was met with silence. I refused the order and called their dispatch to complain about being scammed. I made it clear that they were to send me a brand new bed frame in the boxes still and put together in front of me or I was demanding my money back. They did send one a week later, which was still partially built but most of it was boxed up.So basically they sent me another floor model that looked good with no damage!! I wouldn't recommend this company at all. The frame is sturdy and I haven't had any issues with it. The only saving grace.

Customer service is very bad from the sales people and the manager. The manager woman didn't even want to help us and just walked away on her employee just trying to get some help. We simply wanted to know if dining table was in stock and just went to Tukwila after wasting time here and were very happy that we didn't have to deal with those immatures here

I went to the Auburn Ashley Homestore at the Outlet Collection mall and tried the different Tempur-Pedic and Purple mattresses. I liked the soft Tempur-Pedic mattress the best. The sales associate Mark Benge was very knowledgeable about the differences in the mattresses. The store was clean and well-organized.

My experiences with Ashley have been hit or miss. I’m happy to report that as of late, there have been more hits, my visit to Auburn among them. Gemma knocked it out of the park with her helpfulness and patience. She even sent me a text message to confirm that the store had the desk in stock, then took out a drawer from a nightstand so I could make sure the color matched my bedroom set. I’m so happy it did, and I bought the desk right then and there!

One simple question was asked of Judith and I walked out of the store will home decor to accessorize my entire home at a very affordable price tag! Judith was extremely patient and helpful which eased my shopping experience and helped with decisions. She was very thorough and honest with the customer in mind. I am so disappointed in the service, or lack there of, that we got from Ashley furniture after we received our sofa. Our sofa came in damaged (ripped sectional) and we have had to call in a couple times and sent a chat and we still have to go through the same process with the new agent every time. They all tell us they will submit a new case, and it will be reviewed within 24-48 hours. We’ve been calling since two weeks ago and we have received no update. We feel like our concerns are being ignored. I am still trying to get this issue resolved and even the store is “unable to help with online orders”. I’m sad to say but we will not be purchasing from Ashley anymore, not great customer service and support.

Sales Associate Rose was such a great help in showing us different solutions to fit our furniture needs. She was caring, understanding, and extremely attentive when we were communicating our needs. We also witnessed her great teamwork with helping other colleagues. We have always had negative experiences buying furniture, but this was the first time we did not have any.

Over the course of a few visits we purchased a sofa, love seat, tv console and dinette set, all with Rose's support. She was fantastic to work and even handled one of our purchases over the phone. I want to give a big shout out to Clifford of Ashley store in Auburn. I am buying a brand new house. Clifford reached out to us as we walked into the door asked if he could help us. I told him what I was looking for he casually showed us around a few things, and I said OK let me just kind of browse around. He gave me the space I needed. He wasn’t hovering over me, but he did keep his eye out for me. I did pick out dining room, set living room set And I thought I was happy with everything I purchased I left and I came back three days later and decided I’m not so happy with everything I had picked out, so we looked around some more. This man is amazing. He went so far as to pick up and tables, coffee tables, bring it to the furniture I had picked out just so I could see how it would look , my opinion he went above and beyond I appreciated everything he did for me, came back and bought a few more . Ashley furniture should be very very proud of this salesman. He’s a great asset to the store. I would come back to him or follow him wherever he decides to sell furniture five star rating.

Requested my refund, and they did’t refunded me for like 2 mounts. came to them, and figured that they didn’t even start the refund process! plus they won’t refund me whole price. so i lost my $700 just there. We walked in looking for the ideal barstools and had great assistance. The clerk helped us find what we were looking for, scheduled a delivery date that worked for us and even gave a follow up call, making sure we were happy with the purchase.
We recently bought a sofa and love seat. Love the set. Found out that the love seat was too small. We had to exchange it for another sofa. We also bought a third (big room). I was SHOCKED at how smooth and efficient the process was. Delivery was easy and well planned. Set up was great. I think this is the first google review I’ve ever made. Carrie in sales was perfect. We worked with Lonnie at the Auburn, Washington Mall Location. When I go shopping, part of the experience is interacting with the sales person. A man named Jeremiah did okay with our first visit. On the way out, I made a little joke and 4 sales people were there and failed to make me feel comfortable; then Lonnie realized there was an awkward silence and filled it in with his own humor, lightening the mood. Look, of course I want to get a deal, and we did; but what really set this experience apart was Lonnie's professionalism and part of that role is making sure your visitors are comfortable around you as you work. And for me, I will be returning to that store to work with that person, before I shop anywhere else. He has earned my brand loyalty. It doesn't take much, just being kind and showing compassion to the strangers who walk in, whom you serve, and whom ultimately are paying your wages. Just be decent. I can say that this particular person on more than one occasion was exactly what we wanted from the service aspect of our shopping endeavors. We will be returning.

I was told by The Lynnwood store I had to drive down to Auburn to make my purchase. I give the Lynnwood store a -10. Was lied to by manager. The minute you walk into the store they are like vultures. They won't leave you alone. After they told me I had to drive to Auburn. I spoke with Brandon. Upon arrival he was helpful, fun, courteous and a hudge help. The manager and Tony were just as great. They all informed I could of ordered my items from Lynnwood. I will be stopping by Lynnwood to inform them of this, how rude they were, and their lies. The sales rep was pleasant and we are satisfied with our purchase, but it's hard to believe that Ashley won't even deliver a furniture order to the store. To pick it up we have to go from Auburn to the warehouse way out in the south end of Spanaway 45-60 minute drive each way). That is not good customer service. We also have a 9-day delay before we can pick it up.
Brandon Ward provided a polite, efficient customer experience and helped me find a new sofa.

First, I've heard of Ashley Furniture for many years and secondly, if I see something I really like, l can get it delivered, assembled, a warranty, and I was done. My sales person Carrie, in Auburn at the outlet mall, was extremely helpful. She made my job easier. I told her what I wanted and that's what I got and all in my price range. This Ashley Furniture location was easy to access, well lit, and well organized. We were assisted by RAIN who was very courteous and unintrusive but made herself available at our need. It was a very pleasurable shopping experience. We found the entire staff to be in great energy and worked as a team to get our purchase finalized effectively.

I went to the showcase located in Auburn along with my sister. We both knew what we wanted for my apartment living room, but wanted to see what else was available that was similar. Lonnie was very knowledgeable & helpful to our needs. The prices were pretty reasonable too. We decided to go with what we originally wanted as the wu as quality & price was excellent. I would heartily reccomend this store as the sales reps there go out of their way to assist you.
My brother was looking for a loveseat for his new apartment and first shopped online before selecting one. He thought he better try the loveseat before ordering, and placed a call to the Auburn store. He spoke with a very nice salesperson, Lonnie, who stated the item was indeed available in stock, and that it was also on clearance. My brother and I went the following weekend and was greeted cheerily by a salesperson who just happened to be Lonnie himself! He was personable, and very helpful. My brother is disabled, and after testing out the loveseat, thought he’d still shop around to be sure of his selection. Mobility is difficult for my brother, but Lonnie gave his personal attention to us and was very patient and understanding. Ashley had a great selection and lovely showroom. After a little while, my brother selected the loveseat he saw first online, and placed his order with satisfaction that he was getting a great deal. Lonnie is friendly, welcoming, and informative. He made the experience easy. We’ll be shopping here again for sure.

I had visited the Auburn Outlet as I was fully furnishing my new apartment. I had spent time here over a couple of days and spent a minimum of 2 to 4 hours on each day trying to pick the right furniture for me. June helped me through this process in a professional manner starting of with introducing me to the Management and the Admin team who would be part of the process to help me. She gave insight and recommendations to help me make informative decisions. What I respected about June was her patience and bubbly personality apart from her professionalism throughout this process whilst also managing her time with her other existing clients and potential new clients including myself all wanting her attention at the same time. In the background working quietly supporting her was the Assistant Manager Toni. I observed this as I watched June and other staff seeking clarification and further advice and listened to Toni and her knowledgeable response’s which also helped me especially when it came to the finer details of all the products including the end to end process and what all I needed to know and what to do. Extra points for Toni and the discounts she managed to get done for me at her discretion, a few dollars off where she could but felt good to me as a customer. Kudos also to Chelsea who helped me with my adjustments that I made to my initial account and additions made to it and who helped me and walked me through what needed to be done. There is also another gentleman (Was it Sebastian?) who helped me when I walked in when both June and Toni was away, he helped me efficiently with my additional items I wanted. Great Team work and support at the Auburn Outlet. Also, there is always someone coming to check if you are okay and need assistance so you are in good hands. I have my first lot of furniture delivered and done with so much professionalism and efficiency that made purchasing from Ashleys worth it. I am expecting my additional order to be delivered next week and cannot wait. Yes I went back for more furniture thanks to June and Toni for being great ambassadors of Ashleys in their handling of my purchases that they now have my utmost trust in future business with Ashleys.

The customer service and selection at the Auburn, WA Ashley Store (located inside the Outlet Collection) this morning was exemplary. June was the associate assisting us, she was so helpful! She helped us locate and order just the right sofa and box spring for our family's needs. Definitely recommend.

We were looking for a loveseat recliner with cup holders at the new Ashley store at the Auburn Outlet Collection and hadn’t found what we wanted until sales associate Brandon Ward found us. My husband and I are different heights, so it is hard to find the right fit for both of us. He helped us find the PERFECT FIT! He was extremely helpful in answering all of our questions about the Next-Gen DuraPella Dual Power Reclining Loveseat with Console that we purchased. If he didn’t know the answer, he went and found out the answer. It was a wonderful and stress-free buying experience, thanks to Brandon. When we go back for future purchases, we will always ask for Brandon.
I recently walked into the Ashley Home store at the outlet store in Auburn. Carrie met me at the door and showed me the sofas I was interested in. I found the perfect one for my home, but there were problems with delivery because of my zip code. Then the whole team got involved. Carrie added Chelsea, Emilie, and Toni, and they worked until they got it through. I found a very hard working, caring and responsive team and am looking forward to the delivery of my sofa. Just purchased a mattress at the Auburn, WA, store. We had a pleasant experience with our salesperson Jeremiah. He was very helpful and knowledgeable.
My partner and I had an exceptional experience at Ashley Furniture assisted by Brandon. We were looking for a sideboard/wet bar to coordinate with our current deep mahogany dining table. Brandon curated a courteous, attentive and low pressure environment. He was knowledgeable about the in-store and online inventory as well as offering different price points for us to consider. Shipping dates were available as early as 1 week from date of purchase. We had one small account hiccup when purchasing that was seamlessly corrected by the Ashley adminstrative team, including Chelsea. Highly recommended this location for your furniture purchases. Update: we returned 4 days later to purchase a few more of the highly discounted trees (70% off) and we were assisted by June and Chelsea. June searched the entire floor to find us matching ficus for what we had purchased earlier and was also able to match our mantle piece display with two other display plants, both also at 70% off. Chelsea, the front desk/customer services representative, looked up our previous order and details so that we didn't have to try and search by half remembered names/descriptions. Incredibly polite and professional experience for the second time visiting this location. Update 8/20: came back looking for a new TV stand and Brandon came through for us again. Not only did he listen to what we wanted and specifically what we didn't want, he let us take our time until we found exactly what worked best for us.. and thier Labor Day sale is going on now, so the price point was exceptional. As we were closing the sale I even found the perfect reading recliner that I've been looking for, at 60% off. Highly recommended stopping by to see Brandon.
I went into this store today hoping to find a sofa and love seat that I could take home to the new house I had just purchased. I am having a couple of friends over for the UFC fights tomorrow night. Today was my lucky day. I bought both of them from the clearance floor reasonably priced. My wife and I are extremely satisfied with today's purchase.
Went to Ashley for a dining room set, Jaqueline approached us first and was super nice, I let her know we were just looking and she was great in not being overbearing/constantly coming up to us. I like shopping without being followed around. When I was ready to move forward, I approached her and she was great. Was super reassuring and listened to what we wanted.
Bradley was a fantastic sales person. They took us right to what we were looking for and helped us get it financed and setup for delivery.

Avoid Ashley furniture in general. They don’t stand behind their due diligence process nor their return policy. Their technicians are incompetent and not knowledgeable about their products or the construction of their products. DO NOT BUY ASHLEY FURNITURE! Furniture looks nice but is cheaply constructed and customer service is ATROCIOUS. Save your monies and get durable furniture from a store like Restoration Hardware or maybe even ikea.
Brandon was excellent at helping us to find a chair for once our baby arrives. He listened to what we wanted and made sure to show us plenty of options without being pushy. We would definitely return for future furniture purchases.

Store was fine. Shopping experience was fine. My gripe is about delivery. We were supposed to receive our couch today along with our entertainment center and area rug. They did not deliver our couch because a piece was on backorder. That's understandable. What's not understandable is how we received zero notification, and as preparation sold our couch and love seat, just to be told at delivery "uhh we don't got the couch". I then called the provided number to ask when the couch would arrive and after talking to a call center agent was promptly hung up on.

Bait and switch with low advertised prices online to get you in to the physical store for items that were not there. Ashley has poor inventory updates on their system so you should be aware of that. Store staff said it was on me for wasting my time by showing up in person instead of calling first.

The manager also stayed together with us to make a great deal for us, and we finally made the purchase for all new furnitures today. Good evening everyone I just want to let you know what's going on with Ashley furniture store Ashley furniture store last year on president day had a sale going on and they also had a promotional going. I'm going to read to you the promotional that they had Ashley President day sale. Receive a rebate reward MasterCard worth 10% of your finance amount. OK so we qualify no problem we spent $12,000 there on some beds. So this is what it also says you have qualified for a complementary MasterCard reward card within 2 to 3 weeks after your purchase have been delivered. if you do not received an email within 2 to 3 weeks, check your spam. The problem is Ashley's furniture delivered the wrong beds one king size. And one super king I don't know how they set it up because the beds were 2 feet shorter than the other one. This was a split adjustable bed when we did receive our E vouchers to receive our thousand dollar refund they told us that the voucher had expired my wife and I have been back-and-forth to that store in Auburn 6 to 10 times trying to get them to fix it so that we can receive our gift cards with no avail they always tell us we are going to call corporate and email corporate to find out what's going on. As of this present day we still have not received our gift cards for the purchases that we made now corporate is telling us is that they don't have the gift cards and they are trying to email the store to try to find out what is going on which has this has been going on for over one year they give you these phone numbers to call but no one has an answer the moral to the story is before you buy anything at Ashley's especially when there's a gift card attached to it but it all depends on your delivery being done the first you may not get it you will be going round and round with corporate the managers in the store until you get fed up to where you go online and you have to let everyone else know how they are treating you, if you don't get a rebate immediately when you make your purchase don't do business with Ashley's now I'm saying the furniture is great. Customer service is terrible and that goes from corporate office to the new managers. They get in their every 90 days just beware of Ashley furniture and this is the store in Auburn Washington. We made our purchase on February 2. Last year we didn't get all of our beds until five months later and because of the delay or vouchers are expired, and the stores telling us we are outta luck even though it's their fault just beware everyone beware. Companies need to be aware and need to take care of their customers Ashley's furniture is the type of business that was smiling your face when you make the purchase, but when you have a problem like we have been having a problem, they don't want nothing to do with you. This is our only recourse to make sure that no one else goes through what we are going through but like I said we made the purchase February 2, 2022. Thank you and everybody have a blessed day.

I looked at the rug but told him that it didn’t not go with the couch and table that I picked out I should have looked at my sales invoice carefully b4 signing but I didn’t think they would do that. I got general txt msgs asking to confirm my order and delivery(generic/undetailed). Ashley’s will not take the rug back. Rip offs!

My Daughter placed an order with this Ashley Furniture store in June 2022. She spent over $11,000.00 in this store. Many of the items were delayed and then delayed again, and again. She finally canceled the remaining pieces on her order the beginning of November with the store. Not including taxes, extended coverages on the furniture or delivery fees she should be refunded over $3,000.00. The store has placed the request for the refund and was told in 2-3 weeks she would receive her check. It has yet to come or be processed. When she called to check with the store on the status of the check, she was told they placed the request and there was nothing more they could do. When she stated she would file formal complaints with the BBB and the Attorney General's office, the store told her to, "do what she needed to do." When she asked to speak with a Regional Manager they told her it was private information. When she challenged that information, she was hung up on. She has called their Corporate Consumer Relations phone number 4 times and she continues to be told she has escalated the request and the refund check request was placed, then told the finance department has received the request, now she is being told to go back into the store because they are the only ones that can request the refunded money. A formal complaint was placed with the BBB on November 30, 2022. I highly suggest researching this company and their list of complaints before handing over your hard earned money to be stolen. There are over a thousand complaints. 228 complaints were closed within the last year.
Purchased a very expensive bed at this location. Followed their rules on trying it out and when I contacted them back several times to get a swap, nothing but hurdle after hurdle and no’s to get the return. I cannot recommend this company or it’s practices. The experience has been horrible and frustrating. Just want to leave this review up for future shoppers. The promises they made were not fulfilled and getting the runaround every time I call is just bad business and bad purchase. My fault for shopping there.
There was one worker in specific that kicked my kids out although they didn’t do anything wrong but just because they were kids and acting “suspicious.” Specially said “this is no place to hang out and mess around” although my kids didn’t mess around, all they did was sit down. Yet when they tried to come to me when I was upstairs, the worker denied access although they should’ve been allowed to go upstairs. This is not great service yet discrimination towards my kids. If I weren’t angry at this situation, I would’ve not came here and write this review. Absolutely unacceptable service.

Bought a nice havalance bedroom set service was ok employee that was helping me was very busy often having to say ill be right back at the end though the gals who check you out if you got partial cash and card payment neglected to get my info and was acting as if me asking questions about how money was spent was touch to bare one actually just got up and left Rude' but overall I got my 4400 dollar set and it should get it this Wed Nov 16th oh with me spending g thatuch cash don't count on free delivery a bedding set like Ashley gives you in southcenter nor a new quest 50.00 gift card my delivery thru a 3rd party since they won't delivery ashley furniture from that location is going to cost around 220.00 on top of 4426 I've spent so keep that in mind ashley been shaky the last few times I went thru leaving me to get money back before this fro. Our experience with Ashley furniture has been the absolute worst experience I’ve ever encountered. We ordered a table and chairs in December for February delivery when our house finalized, they said the bench would be on back order but delivered in April. Thinking 2 months without the bench ok we can deal with that. Then April came and the date got changed to July then it was almost July and got changed to august (without anyone notifying me) then the end of august, when I called they said they don’t know when it will be there. Finally it got delivered at the end of September, 7 months later I was able to actually have my whole family at one table. When they came out for the original delivery the installer broke 2 of the chairs by over tightening the screws. When the bench got delivered it rocked as it didn’t sit level.
Shay was soo kind and adorable! She immediately made us feel comfortable by cracking jokes. She made it soo easy to find what we wanted without the pressure you would normally feel in a place like that. She made it easy for my husband and I to get everything we need. When I can I want to come back and get more stuff!!! If you want to see anyone for help ask for Shay!

Buyers beware!! This particular store has the worst customer service not to mention and even worse manager. I went in to inquire about a purchase I made exactly 1 week ago. The dining table I purchased had a price reduction of $300 so I wanted to see if they could do an adjustment or credit. Come to find out that if the item was delivered already so they CANNOT AND WILL NOT help in any way. I would have been fine if they were a little more helpful or just had better service but once you purchase from them you do not matter and they do not care. Learned my lesson I will not be purchasing from them ever. All they want is your money after that good luck getting any decent customer service.

The saleswoman abigale was great . No other part of the experience was okay. I spent several thousand furnishing an entire house. Once i spent the money i didnt matter. It took three months to get anything and i still havent received everything . But that wasnt the real problem. The problem was i couldnt get any info about my order. I would call and the call center couldn't ever find my order . Then they would transfer me to the store who seldom if ever answered . In the middle of closing on a house and moving i had to make trips to the actual store to get any information on the status of my order. Which vaguely and constantly changed. Finally received a partial delivery with serious damage to three of the pieces one of which had to be taken away to be replaced which im supposed to receive sometime in November (possibly). The whole customer service part pf ashley is BROKEN. I will never buy there again and will strongly urge everyone to avoid this unnecessary stress.

Horrible experience with Ashley Furniture! I will never buy from them again nor will I buy their furniture from a 3rd party retailer. I had gone into the Auburn store and purchased a sectional with delivery and a mattress with delivery. I went home and looked online.... the same sectional was listed online for $300 cheaper! And the same exact delivery was $100 cheaper. So I canceled my order in store and purchased online instead. I received my mattress first. It was a mattress in a box deal. So I take it out and let it expand for 2 days. It didn't fully expand at the head or foot of the bed, and the middle was higher up than the rest of the bed. I left state on vacation for 5 nights and figured it just needed more time to expand. I came back and it was still not fully expanded, I tried sleeping on it and it hurt my back since my hips were elevated higher than the rest of my body. I reached out to customer service. They told me I could recieve a refund if I donated the bed to a charity or organization like Goodwill or salvation army. I told them there are no organizations in my area that accept mattress donations. I was told to call arounope,. At this point I canceled my sectional because I could already tell it was going to be a hassle to get my mattress replaced. After some arguing with them, I wasted my time calling around to charities, nope, no one will take it. I let customer service no this, and after 3 attempts to email them over a week's period, they finally responded and told me the only way for me to get a refund is to donate the mattress, but I can't donate to anyone that isn't a charity. I was also given a deadline of about 2 weeks to get it done. Needless to say, I have been sleeping on my couch for over a month because customer service won't do anything, and I'm now sick with a worthless $700 mattress. I'm still shopping for a sectional elsewhere, but I've already passed on a few after finding out they were Ashley Furniture brand.
Though I haven't made a purchase(yet), Kim was extremely helpful in finding what I was looking for. She took the time to make me feel valuable and comfortable! I really appreciate her taking the time to help me out!
I bought a table and chairs here a few years ago. It fell apart quickly, it wasn't very high-quality. The Furniture's OK just don't expect it to last long.
We purchased a reclining couch on Saturday Labor Day sale, received a chair recliner on Tuesday. When we called about the problem we’re told they don’t do returns. Apparently a new associate entered the wrong number (which they admitted). They said they could deliver the couch and return the chair at an undetermined time. After a lengthy discussion we decided we didn’t want to do business with them and we’re then told again they don’t do returns. Their add says 499$ for the chair and we paid 829$. How do you mess up that bad and then say not our fault? Waiting now for a district manager. Would it recommend your store.
Google listing and website lists 9pm as closing time on Friday, but they closed up at 8pm so we didn’t have the time to complete our order in the store. Ordered online to save us a trip back to the store, our gain as there were much better delivery options available online (saved us $299.99).
Abbey Krieder was the most amazing Sales Gal. I told her what I was looking for, she new her way around the store; gave me options and was absolutely incredible! She should be a Manager. Just can't say enough good things - Abbey was fabulous.
Couches for me and a friend arrived weeks-MONTHS late (mine weeks, hers months) the $290 warranty is an absolute ripoff. Says it covers all of these things then when you need the coverage they find a bunch of loopholes. Don’t waste your time shopping here.
We had a great experience with Abby. She spent a great amount of time answering our questions about a few different selections until we finally settled on a set. Abby was very open and honest and enjoyable to work with. Her boss was very friendly and helpful also. We felt like everyone pitched in to help us.

Me and my son went to buy a sofa and we had the issue where they lease it as accident when we wanted to buy it we went to talk to the manager there and they said there was nothing they can do even though there was their mistake bad service would not recommend going here, go somewhere else for better service they don't fix their own mistakes
My wife and son had a situation where the sofa came out as a leasing sofa when we wanted to buy it! My son and wife talked to the manager there and he said he could not help us with the situation and the rep was the one that messed up on our order. I have never been where a manager could not help the customer when the new representative messed up with the paperwork would not recommend this place no help at all for a customer!

Went in to purchase a sofa, tables, lamp etc. Had multiple people very eager to help. Made the purchase guy said everything was in stock and would be direct shipped to our house and we would have within 7 to 10 days. Well the couch came and nothing else. Called to ask and was told it would be an additional 14 to 21 days due to covid, manufacturing and shipping. Well you said it was in stock. Then called to complain. Told them the situation they created a case and told me they would contact me within 48 hours to tell me what kind of discount/refund they would give because of the situation it has now been 7 days without contact.Steer clear of this place!!!! Avoid their lies, greed and the headache.What a joke.

BEWARE!! We ordered a living room set and was told that it would be available for delivery in 7-10 days and that everything was in stock. I received a sofa and nothing else and had to call to find out were the rest of my stuff was. I was given the run around and finally was told due to Covid product was an issue. I am confused sales person was very adamant that all was in stock and we were good. No real apologies other than sorry for your inconvenience. I never will do business here again. They are eager to get your money but lack follow through. The response you see in this comment from them is ridiculous, I gave them an opportunity to fix this but they refused,now that I have posted a review they want you to think they care. Please shop elsewhere... I truly believe that you should spend your money elsewhere...
My family and I swung in just to look around because we needed a new couch. We were greeted by Shay, she gave us a breakdown of where everything was and said she would be available for any questions. We knew a style we were looking for, and although they didn't have it on display, Shay was able to make magic happen and get us the couch we wanted. I would also like to commend her on her salesmanship. Very little pressure, she did fantastic matching our pace as the customer, and her and my 11 year old son hit it off talking about FNAF. She was really great while we were filling out paperwork and showing our son different cool things that some of the chairs do. I have to say, she did a hell of a job. I really felt like she knew we didn't want to deal with nonsense and as a former long time person in sales, that type of recognition goes a long way with me. I honestly never considered Ashley's before, but I am for sure going to return and work with Shay!
Brandon was absolutely awesome and very knowledgeable on the Furniture! He did an exceptional job with helping us today. Originally we just came in to browse however Brandon gave us SOOOOO many pros on why we should buy the specific living room set! He was very friendly and welcoming to the payment option!! The lady who was working there (Caucasian) was extremely rude to my friend and I I felt discriminated. She was following us around the store the whole time making us feel uncomfortable. She kicked us out because apparently we can’t have drinks in the store while walking around? Even though when I’ve shopped there before we never had an issue with that. And as we were headed out she raised her voice again and said I need you to leave now! The whole time she was looking at us disgustingly and I will never go shop there again. I don’t know how Ashley home store wants customers if she will treat them this way. This disgusts me how her customer (service) is. Definitely will be taking my business elsewhere.

Never go to this furniture store. They are a rip off. They pretend to take care of you and be nice until you purchase with them and then when you call to inquire on your items, they treat you so rudely and unprofessional. The manager, Heidi, is only about making the money and doesn’t care she is ripping off people by selling items more expensive than what they have listed on their website and refusing to price match the items when inquiring about their price match guarantee policy. Thanks a lot for your treatment, you just lost a loyal customer that won’t be returning here again!
We bought our furniture from Abigale, she was so knowledgeable and was great to work with. I was very picky and wanted a certain table with with certain chairs and she helped me mix and match.

bad service I bought my bed on February 22 and they told me it would arrive in 1 month and until today it hasn't arrived for almost 3 months they are liars and today my order should arrive and I didn't talk to a certain Alan and he gave me his word that would arrive today, May 8, I see that the word no longer has validity anymore with this youth, very bad service.

Avoid at all cost. Was talked into the insurance like many others. Long story short once you make your purchase you are forgotten about. When problems arise and i assure you they will. You will be kicked down the line. I had 4 delivery attempts that had me sitting at the house for the better part of a day each time. I was over billed and had to explain my bill to the person on the phone. Then they caught it. When the final delivery was made they forgot to put the scratch protectors one one piece and this is what I was left with. I never do reviews but I felt compelled. If you like the feeling of a scumy used car lot by all means please shop here.
I had been shopping for a matress and decided to stop in at Ashley's to see what they offer. Brandon helped me sort through the vast selection and find something that fit my body type and preferences. After that they where able to beat an offer I got earlier from a rival matress dealer. They did a good job. I would give them a shot again. Ask for Brandon he's a cool dude.
Not at all professional. We moved to the area recently and the store send us a 30% off coupon on our first purchase. We went there to purchase a sofa but they did not give us the 30% off because as per them all the items in the store were already at a discounted price. Knowing this, The store managed to send us the 30% off coupon. We canceled the sofa and guess what!!!!! Another store gave us a 30% coupon.

Worst customer service ever. 2 months after purchase, no product and zero calls from my sales person. Automated system doesn't recognize my phone number or order number. I've been provided ZERO information on my furnitures whereabouts or contact from my sales person or the company. $2,496.98 was paid 2 months ago with promises to keep me updated but I can't even get ahold of them. Don't waste your time.

Nothing has gone right so far. Sales rep forced us to take insurance after spending many minutes explaining I did not want the insurance. He even went so far as to say he will pay for our insurance if we just place it on the ticket. He never payed for our insurance. I'm sure it's part of his employee metrics that he must sell insurance, but it was pretty shady to offer to pay me directly to ensure I added it to my order. As we finish up, the sales rep advised me that the furniture wouldn't be delivered until February. We purchased the furniture Thanksgiving weekend. That was a far out delivery date, but I understood the expectations. It is now April. I got one email in February saying they are delayed. No other emails or calls have been sent to me. I've called and opened several chats but keep getting told new dates. I probably could have looked the other way at the shady sales rep if I wasn't so disappointed in their lack of communication related to delivery delays.

Salesperson was ok. Delivery is "scheduled for today" I was told I would receive a call 2-3 days before delivery to confirm date. By the reviews I read I believe I have an idea what to expect. I have not received a call at all for a confirmation. I've been calling a 1-800 number, the actual store where I did the in-store purchase for the second time and have not been able to get hold of someone ( apparently I'm the 40th person in line at the moment) I guess that makes sense and would know WHY. It's ridiculous because the website doesn't help at all I entered all my information and it said they didn't have anything under my name and/or order number. After more than an hour I finally spoke to Alan at Ashley Auburn location. once he had asked me what can I assist you with before I had even finished responding he spoke over me not letting me finish, RUDE. If you want to take the chance go right ahead but as for me NO more ashley. all the calls I made each and everyone of them would tell me something different and promises and be like “ just tell them such person told you “. I was also promised a discount well guess what LIES. I spoke to the manager about that discount well turns out that person that promised the discount no longer worked there and can’t do that and instead would give me a $200 dollar on any Ashley furniture purchase. They fooled me once but not twice.

I went to Ashleys, ordered a couch and loveseat set in store in the beginning of November and was told we would receive them sooner if we paid full price the day of by the end of December. Well a week before the delivery we got emails saying prepare yourself and remove old furniture in prep for our couches. Two days before the delivery I called to make sure if everything is all ready and I'm told by an Automatic Assistant that my delivery wouldn't be ready till April now. Few days later I call again and it tells me my new delivery date is February 15 well same story another reschedule a few days prior. New delivery date is suppose to be on March 8th but I got ahold of customer service and guess what? I won't be getting them till March 18th possibly almost been a year by now. It baffles me that you can't even call the store as well when you call it just directs you to someone out of state and they just keep dragging you along.
Went to Ashley for some research window shopping for a couch. Now I am well aware that quality furniture is not cheap but I cannot justify $300 for a single lamp or $1500 or even more for a single easy chair.

This is a review for the company as a whole; NOT the Auburn, WA location itself. The salesperson at the store was great. I ordered a couch and dining room set in-store on December 29, 2021. I was told because of supply chain issues it would be delivered on January 20, 2022. I started receiving emails a week so later that said "we are doing the best we can, we apologize for the delay" but these emails didn't reference my name, an order number, anything specific to me. So I went to the website to try to determine what was going on with my order. Logging in to the account I had created yielded no order results returned. I tried the online help bot, which directed me to try the links I had already tried. When speaking with a representative I learned that my order had been pushed to February 10, 2022. 2 more weeks went by and I got another blank email, and had to repeat the entire process above to learn that my order was pushed to February 14, 2022. 3 days ago I received an email CONFIRMING delivery for February 10, 2022, and confirming delivery address and phone number. I them received another email saying that the delivery date was now set as February 10, 2022 and could not be changed. Today I receive a voicemail stating there is problem with delivery so I call the company back, only to learn that now my order will be delivered in 2 parts, maybe on February 16th, maybe on February 20th, definitely by the end of the month. Ashley has hands-down the worst communication and after-order customer service I have ever experienced. I have had to rearrange my work schedule 3 times now, and I just don't trust that they will deliver when they say they will. I work 40+ miles away from home and cannot just dash home on a moment's notice if things show up unexpectedly. At this point I honestly have no idea when furniture will arrive but I guess I can keep serving dinner on a folding card table and metal folding chair, and prop my back against the wall to watch TV. I was even told that if I wanted my money back that I paid for delivery and tax it would take 30-60 days for me to get it. There was no offer to make things right. I wanted to give a local person the commission for the sale rather than buying online. I am virtually certain if I had ordered online from any other retailer I would not be sitting on a cold metal chair to eat right now.
Sales team here is excellent. I worked with Brandon and loved the entire buying experience. It was everything after the showroom that was just miserable. We purchased a couch from them and at no point were we informed that it wasn't in stock, just that it could take 4 weeks or so for delivery. This was in early November. December rolls around - no information. We call and they give us a delivery date. The day before that delivery date we get a call saying that the couch was delayed due to covid. Okay. We were very surprised that this couch that they sold us wasn't actually in stock and they didn't tell us that. They give us a new date of early January. Day before delivery arrives in January. We get a call letting us know that the couch is still out of stock and will be arriving in February. We're now fairly upset as it's been multiple months are we're still sitting on camping and folding chairs in our living room since we have a couch on the way, we didn't want to waste money on any temporary solutions. February rolls around - day before the delivery, deja vu. Here comes the call to inform us it will now be mid march before the couch is arriving and that all of these dates they have been giving us are just 'estimates' as to when the couch might be there. So they've pretty much been leading us on for months. So I attempt to cancel. I am told to call customer service. I call customer service, the wait on hold is something like 3 hours. So I call the store. The staff at the store is really fantastic however due to ashley policy, I can't get a refund unless I bring the card into the store. So now I get to make a trip back to the store just to get my money back. Ashley lost a customer for life on this. Don't sell product you don't have unless you know for sure when it will be in. Don't guess (aka mislead customers) when your stuff will arrive. Don't call the day before a delivery to cancel - you should know weeks in advance if you have the product or not and you can always call and schedule an earlier delivery if the product shows up. The 1 star here is for the Auburn store staff.
Customer service -1 no one of the representatives offered help or welcomed us and there was like 10. A rep a computer just asked for avriviation for AZ.🤡 But didnt even ask if we were doing okay or needed help.
We love the furniture and bought 3 pieces the only part is it takes forever for them to make it and deliver it. 4 months so far still no furniture. Im told all furniture stores are same way. I just can't believe I still don't have my furniture

This store hired a dj to blast (very loud) music into the mall, right next to the covid vaccination site, where a long line of people were waiting(Saturday afternoon). Couldn't escape. This was really inconsiderate.
Daniel was a pleasure to work with! He has a great personality and did not try to push anything on me like many sales persons do. He was very cautious making sure every detail was correct! Robert the manager was also great to work with. Even the interactions between him and his teammates show that he is truly there for his team. The store is very clean, and has a lot to choose from. Their sale until Black Friday is 50% off retails so if you are looking for great furniture, stop by this place and check them out!
