Salesman Justin was great found what we wanted and got it purchased fast and efficient. The delivery unfortunately I wasn't there and it was a drop off. I had to move it in and set it up. That was a misunderstanding.
The gal who helped me was informative, helpful, yet not pressuring. I think I ended up buying the most expensive couch in the place. And she was a large part of it. She's a very good saleswoman.You're lucky to have her. Keep up the great work!

My couch broke within the first month . I have been waiting for over a month for a replacement couch because fixing each part they thought was broken wasn't working since every time they came out to fix it a new part broke and the part they thought to fix wasn't the problem! I'm paying for a couch that quite honestly sucks!! I wish I could return it !

We bought a sofa and love seat from them during a big sale. They told us we had plenty of time to pickup the furniture. We showed up with a trailer and truck, and they told us that after three days, they sold it to someone else. They even kept out money. We had to demand to get our money back. They didn't do anything to fix it. They did offer to sell us another identical set for $1000 more, after they did this to us. We will never go to an Ashely store again.
Ashley customer service was wonderful. Miss Aurelie was our sales person and she helped us find our perfect sofas, from measurements to changing our choices until delivery. Delivery guys was so kind, respectful and very careful in bringing in our sofas inside our house. Unfortunately I can’t remember their names but they were father and son team from Italy.
I ordered a nightstand and I put it in my room after 2 months,it was broken different color and a different nightstand after contacting them i finally received what I ordered in 2 months.

Worst experience I’ve ever dealt with in my 46 years. From buying a mattress that wasn’t available for 2 months, to getting a purple mattress that literally fell apart, being charged for a mattress that didn’t exist, now having a bed we didn’t order and no one wants to admit they screwed up from the get go. Do not buy anything from Ashley. It’s cheap, the employees know little to nothing about furniture, and customer service has zero business being customer service. Currently working on a court case against this company. Stay far away.
We bought a really nice couch. Paid for the extended warranty. Ashley changed warranty companies. After owning our couch in less than a year we needed to use the warranty. The old company would not hold up the warranty we paid for and ashley furniture only gave us our money back for the extra warranty. Basically we got screwed. I will not be visiting the store again and do not recommend it to anyone.
I have been waiting for two room carpets since August 20th. When I placed my order they were in stock. But now I keep getting date promises but to date that have not been delivered! I will never buy anything else there again. When I call customer service they route my call overseas to a service center instead of to the Burlington WA store. Very frustrating to say the least
Had problems with the delivery schedule of my order that cost me 3 extra nights at a hotel. Very disappointed with this. Nonetheless giving them 4 stars because the manager of the store went out of his way to expedite the delivery and refunded the delivery charge.
I recently purchased two power reclining love seats in black chenille. They were placed in a room unused for a couple of months due to a remodel. After others mentioning it I looked closer at them and realized they aren’t black at all! One looks to be a dark blue and the other looks to be dark green, so I called the store to inquire about a return for different loveseats. Absolutely no returns! So to this day I’m stuck with two loveseats of different colors in a room that they don’t compliment!
Staff was helpful, and the store pleasant. Items we wanted were on the floor, but there was no local stock. Weeks later items were delivered and set up as promised.
Made a visit with my family to browse some furniture and see if we liked anything. When we entered we were asked if we needed any help finding anything but politely declined. As we walked around the store an employee followed us from a distance while staring at us and not saying anything the whole time. It was very uncomfortable and we felt like we were being rushed through the store. In the future I'd recommend that the staff check on guests occasionally instead of following them the whole time.
My fiance James and I were met by Justun as we were looking for a new couch set. He was extremely helpful without being pushy or hovering while we were shopping. Very pleasant experience!
Aurelie is a wonderful employee. I was just needing a new sleeping pillow and never been there, and felt treated like royalty and was allowed to try multiple options until I found the right one. Hope you're paying her top dollar!
Aurelie Vanderhoek from Burlington store did an amazing job helping me choose furniture for our new modern home. She made it easy for me to decide which looked best for the living room furniture, dining room and display cabinets. Aurelie is great with colors too. She is helping me with accessories now to add the final touches to make it a home. I would highly recommend Aurelie when you need some decorating and design ideas when choosing new furniture. The reason I am giving a four star rating is because Ashley didn’t send all of my furniture in one go but instead we are receiving the entirety of my furniture in three different deliveries. The bright spot was Aurelie our sales representative was very understanding and professional. I felt really relaxed when she was handling our furniture. I highly recommend her to anyone trying to purchase something from Ashley.
Aurelie is absolutely amazing. We have come back again, just to see her. She gives such an amazing experience. From the first step to the last she is just ON IT. You have a great person there, make sure to appreciate that as it seems to come so rare these days… Aurelie thank you!!

Came all the way down from Canada, $500 bucks in the hole to pick up a couch 3 weeks after the order was placed online. Not at the site of delivery, not available at the store, and it turns out the order was canceled earlier while we were forced to play telephone games and urged to go to the store for pick up. Absolute shambles and a shame.

I will never purchase from this store or any other Ashley furniture again. I bought my furniture three years ago and it was a problem then and still is now. The sales team of course makes their promises they can’t keep to make their commission. Furniture was delivered weeks after promised. When it arrived a piece was damaged so it took longer. Mechanisms in the dresser don’t work properly. Our bed frame has broken already. They coded our loan wrong so we were charged interest by the bank. When trying to fix it they don’t communicate to other employees what’s going on so my hour round trip will now be two to maybe fix it? They don’t care about wasting peoples time. Definitely not worth your time or money.
You cant just walk in and buy something here, you'll have to order it.

Do not do business with Ashely furniture what a nightmare. I had to drive over an hour and half away 4 times because my mattress that was delivered was incorrect. Then it took about 4ish weeks to get the correct one. I was asked to go back to show them the correct one. Guess what no one wrote it down. So I was called again to show them the correct one that was trip 3. Trip 4was because when I drove there the last time they didn't charge me the correct amount (600 plus) trip 4. So here we are 8 months later and the 600 plus I was made to drive and hour and a half to pay has been charged to my charge account. This has been an absolute nightmare, when they get my charges figured out I plan to pay off my account and close it. My brother in law had a similar experience, with their table just not being there after being asked to drive south to get it. Not the same location but same wonderful customer service. Did I mention when I was asked to come back for the 3rd time the man that was supposed to be there the 2nd time ran into the office to the left of the counter when you walk straight in. Such a shame I love their furniture but they just can't seem to get it right.
Do not get furniture from Ashley. We bought a love seat, two chairs, a rug and a coffee table and it's now been almost a month and we only have a chair. Everything keeps getting back dated, delayed or back ordered. Don't waste your time if you want furniture in a decent amount of time. Absolutely ridiculous. It's crazy to me that we paid for them to deliver the furniture and they wait till the day comes to deliver the furniture and then call and tell us, sorry...... The only good part is the employees in the store with how friendly they are and helpful.
I arrived just as the store opened and was greeted by Justin. He was very helpful and showed me choices in chairs covering many of my "scattershot" ideas. He helped to focus my thoughts and untimately I settled on a couple of Leather chairs which will be very nice in a small renovation in my home.
We bought a bedroom set a while ago at Ashley's store, the service in the store was good, the problems started when they delivered the furniture to us, my husband and I paid to have it assembled because it was a fairly large set and when They arrived to deliver it and said that it didn't appear on their phone that they had to assemble it and they only left many giant boxes in my living room. They didn't help me over the phone from customer service so my husband and I spent many hours putting together part of the bedroom and 2 pieces of furniture were completely broken again the customer service was very bad when I called them to fix that and it took them like 6 weeks to send me a dresser while I had to have all my things on the floor.
Morgan Demorest met my husband and I soon after entering Ashely. Morgan left us to look around but fortunately she wasn't far as we had several questions. She was extremely helpful throughout the process making certain the stools were indeed the right height plus Morgan let us know where to find the dimensions of the dressers we required and looked at. Thank you Morgan!
We received good customer service in the store and are happy with our couch. One of the cushion covers was missing a zipper pull and Ashley sent out a replacement. Unfortunately, we were promised a visa gift card as part of a promotion and still haven't received it after 2 years and many emails/phone calls. After we got the run around, we were finally told that the promotion had expired so we would not receive it :(
Justin was great. Just the right amount of informative without feeling like I was in a sales environment. Gave us the information and then a lot of some privacy. He was great!
In store purchase was great. The East Indian delivery confirmation service Ashley uses sucks. They do not speak English and routinely get the delivery details wrong 100% of the time. They call and ignore responses we have provided by text. Not sure exactly where the disconnect is but certainly begins with the language barrier.

Pleasantly surprised by the excellent experience I had purchasing furniture at this Ashley location. I went in with the intention of just looking to get ideas for a future purchase, but ended up buying everything I wanted with help from Aurelie. She was incredibly knowledgeable, especially with assistance in choosing a great mattress. Aurelie was attentive, kind, and very detail oriented. She made my experience fun and most importantly- I trust that I can rely on her for anything I may need for this or any future furniture purchases.

Ashley Furniture staff delivered a broken sleeper couch. I purchased this full price and it was broken and bent in several places making it unable to be used as a sleeper couch bed for guests. Customer service staff informed me that they would not be able to replace the item for over a month and staff would not discount this couch or any future replacement couch. My guests have nowhere to sleep thanks to this store. Staff at this location are unhelpful and do not provide any customer service. I would not recommend anyone visit this location.
Had a great experience with the burlington Ashley furniture. Morgan was incredibly helpful with the whole process and the delivery was as expected.
we purchased a beautiful sofa, chair, and ottoman less than 5 years ago. it seemed comfortable, and we were giving Ashley one more chance after the last sofa we bought ( not well made , wore out quickly).It is sagging, the cushions are completely broke down( after 1 yr of normal use) we have had to put the pillows it came with under the cushions to avoid sitting on the frames. This is a sofa in our family room that gets normal use, and both pieces are now garbage. I do not recommend any sofas/living room chairs/ottomans from this company ever! We live in the PNW and they're almost the only game in town. There are other stores that are selling stuff like this, but Ashley had financing , so that's who we went with.It's unfortunate because we really loved these pieces.
The sales team seemed helpful with finding the products we wanted. However trying to get the item was very frustrating. You can not buy the items off the showroom floor and have to wait over 2 weeks to get the items. They would be 5star if they can figure out how to get products faster.
The "office manager" was very helpful, and so was another woman who helped me. The call center had thick accents and hardly understood anything I was saying. I ordered 2 items; a love seat and bar stools. They were different transactions with different delivery addresses (seemingly simple enough). They did not inform us that their computer would not allow that. I got an email saying it would be delivered to the correct address (work), then I got a call saying it would be delivered to our home address. With conflicting information, I naturally called to clarify and gave them the correct address... the order got canceled because they said I "changed the address" and I had to be put back on the schedule. They did not tell me this until I had been waiting hours for delivery at my office as promised. Then they mailed the barstools to the incorrect address yet again. Just an awful system and breakdown in communication, major waste of time and energy. They did offer me 10% off my order which I appreciated, but really? 10%? Hmmm... so 4 weeks later and I have nothing still, and the items won't even be shipped to the correct addresses which will take more time to make sure they get to the correct places. These folks could really benefit from some training.
Called and placed order over the phone and my order was taken, I paid for it and it is on its way Easy as pie
We had a fantastic experience here. Our sales advisor Aurelie greeted us and helped walk us through different couch options. She at no point was pushy or aggressive in her sales. She gave us genuine help, answered all of our questions, and gave us space when we needed. She helped us select a great couch that works with our needs (small space, cats), and was just such a pleasure to work with. We ended up spending about 3K total and I had zero reservations. Can't wait to go back and buy our new bed there . I work in sales and I know good service and we were blown away here. Aurelie made the whole process of spending 3 grand on a couch an absolute JOY.

We purchased a rug to be made from their list. We waited one month as we hadn't heard anything from them. We were told that the day after we ordered it, it was discontinued. No one bothered to call us. We were told they would refund our money. Well, it's been 2 weeks, and there's been no refund as of yet. I do not recommend Ashley furniture.

The value, the value isn't there when they set it up in my wife's memory care facility, the facility deemed it unsafe because it was to high,I wanted to return it after 4 days and they said that once it's delivered it yours.... Service::I made It perfectly clear I was concerned about the height and was NEVER told about the return policy,so its commission 1st, customers last just anything to make a sale and cut throat....selection::: after the fact I was told that was the lowest bed they sell.... I have been Ashley customer for 20+ yrs but guess what NEVER EVER will I step foot in your store ....... Oh did I mention that my wife is 5 yrs into Dementia and she fell out of the bed because of the hight and Fractured her neck so in closing I think ASHLEY Furniture SUCKS and what really sucks for you is I need new furniture and I'll never Buy from you again

I have been shopping for a sleeper sofa. Justun welcomed me first time I went to the store. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I didn't buy. As a matter of fact I went back three times. Normally don't take that long to buy ANYTHING. He was professional everytime. Today I went in to purchase the sleeper. Asked for Justin. He wasn't in. I wish I had asked for the young lady that welcomed me. I told her I wanted to make sure Justun received the sale. She didn't miss a beat and not only helped me but answered product knowledge questions and even pulled the sleeper unit out when I asked. This was not a big purchase. But what it showed was employees being professional. I was in Automotive retail 38 years. From the floor to ownership. So I get it. Had a wonderful experience with our sales person, Justun Weeck. He was amazingly patient as I tried out a number of recliners to find the one that fit the best for my needs (I end up sitting back to far in many of them). The chair was reasonably priced especially compared to a competitor whom we have purchased from in the past and has the same if not better quality. I was replacing a chair not even 1 year old that has broken 2x. First time found out a place was in backwards, 2nd time another piece was bent from the backwards piece (and not noticed when 1st repair was made). I also did not have to wait months to receive the chair. Less than a week from our visit and the chair resides in our home and I have already tested it out. We went to Ashley as we own another power recliner purchased off of Amazon years ago and it still works perfectly. Yes we like our power recliners :-). It has all of the features I was looking for and more. If you are furniture shopping please make sure to check out your local Ashley store and if at the Burlington store make sure to ask for Justun!

There aren't a lot of TV consoles available in actual stores, including here, but we were able to find one that reflects the other furniture in our house, so that was nice. We hadn't had much luck elsewhere.
Decent selection of furniture. Had the chair we wanted in stock and we were able to take it with us. Service was great. Mihari our salesman was super courteous and helpful. He made going through all of Ashley’s volumes of ridiculous paperwork almost fun!

I bought furniture over a month ago and have yet to see it delivered.. They have put off my delivery date 4 or 5 times now. I have nothing better to do than schedule my life around my furniture delivery, right? Not to mention the fact that I have no furniture in my living room. I don't think I will ever buy from Ashley again..

Went here to help my mom find a couch and she had a lot of questions and variables in what she was seeking but Mehari Samvel really went above and beyond to both answer those questions but also seeking out potential other items that met her variables. Really helpful and friendly, but without that annoying followed-around feeling too many commission based businesses have.

My wife and I were pleased with our salesperson Monica. She greeted us at the door and politely asked us if we wanted any assistance. We agreed that would be good as we were trying to learn about the mattress market. Her knowledge was very helpful and not pushy or aggressive. There was no pressure to hurry and we felt good about the whole experience! We went to have lunch and yes, we came back and completed our purchase decision to “let’s do this.” We’re excited to take delivery in a few days.
We purchased some place mats on sale. A roughly $10 transaction took over 45 minutes due to administrative paperwork. I had to sign no less than 6 different times on various forms of paperwork. Ridiculous!
They sent me a table with the strap marks on top. The delivery guys left us with staples sticking out. I immediately called and they sent up an apt 2 weeks later. To evalute for a new table. I had to reschedule. But they sent it 3 weeks longer and was giving me hard time. So i said i want to return it said i could not. I had to go through the process. I hung up because I was going to have my bf deal with it. He is the acct holder. Now they are not giving us a time. So finally they come out. Of course the markings left by the strappung are said to be natural marks from wood. No way. I am not crazy. Thy are evenly placed and straigh. On both sides of the table. Of course they do not want to loose money. They do not care about thecustomer. Stample remove, but still pocky. Would not let me return the table.

NO STARS would have been my choice if it was an option. My experience has been a nightmare since day 1. I purchased a sofa and the communication regarding delivery was almost non existent. I finally received it and it was damaged, so they took a report and said they would send a replacement. After not hearing from them i called repeatedly and kept getting someone in the Philippines. Finally they told me it got scheduled for the next day, no advance notice. they came and swapped the sofa. After a week or 2 I noticed it was defective. I went to the store and asked for a refund on a friday. The manager said he would call me Tuesday after it got approved. NO CALL on tuesday so then i called the store again repeatedly. They said they approved the refund and would schedule a pickup. Not hearing from them again i called on the 15th and they said they were coming on the 20th and would contact me a day ahead to confirm a time. I got no email or call or text the day before and then the morning of the 20th i got an email indicating they would be there in 3 hours. Well having not received confirmation in advance i had other things planned for the day so i called the store again and told them they need to reschedule because they did not give me notice and nobody would be there when they arrive. Still waiting for a call back as I type this.THE ABSOLUTE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER and the product sucked, first one damaged before it arrived and 2nd one defective.

TERRIBLE !!! BELIEVE ALL THE HORRIBLE REVIEWS of this Ashley's location !!!! My mom bought some end tables for me and they were really cheap and I decided against them , we returned them but never got our money back !!! finally we didn't see a refund so we went down there in person and asked where was the refund and they said oh we better do that for you now and they would not refund it unless we had the original credit card and we did but it was a newly issued card but still the right name and address and had our id but they refused and said this wasnt the original credit card, but it had new numbers on it because it had been compromised and we had to get a new credit card. They didn't care and simply refused to refund us respond it or do anything with that and so we had to go run around and go all over the place and got the runaround and to this they still haven't refunded us. We have to go down there again in person now. They still haven't refunded us but they got the tables back. This has been the worst experience My mom and I have ever experienced in our lives and this place is a nightmare, and the workers are dishonest, and they lie to you. Trust me do not buy anything from this place. You'll be sorry if you have to exchange or return it, they didn't want to do the return and they are dishonest they will lie to you and they will Not want to give you your money back, but they'll gladly take the merchandise back.

So far the experience has been very good. The salesman met me at the door he knew exactly what I wanted and was knowledgeable about the product. And he arranged to take care of the delivery and follow up. So now the only question I have is whether or not the delivery service works out as promised. And I would be willing to drop another review on that subject after it takes place.

I bought a couch over a year ago from Ashley and the sales person was great but I was promised a $100 visa gift card. I have gotten the run around from Ashley for 12 months now. ex: They have been have problems with them, try this email, we will look into it. I have even been into the store and got the send an email solution that I tried again. I have been polite and respectful trying to get this figured out. Won't be buying from Ashley again and not giving them any positive feedback to family and friends. Update: Sent the email and nothing. Been 2 months +. Very disappointing.

Selina was a rockstar! She was super friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and had amazing patience! Immediately she greated us and introduced herself, we told her specific dimensions and she took us right to the furniture in range. She answered all of our questions and gave us some input in options. She gave us time to breathe, discuss, and play around with settings on our own. Saying stuff like "Yeah take your time, I'll give you guys a moment, let me know if you need anything". Not super pushy or prompting us to buy the most expensive things. All of this while being super polite and patient with my hyperactive 4 year old son! That was my biggest thing, I know it takes a lot of patience and I really appreciate it from her. Seriously she was great and made us feel welcomed!

Super uncomfortable shopping experience. I took my boyfriend there on Father’s Day to browse. We were greeted by a friendly sales person and asked what we were there for. We told her to just look around for nightstands and a round dining table set mainly. We are considering purchasing a new bed and outside furniture as well sometime soon. She asked if we needed assistance but we declined and asked if we could look just look around and grab her if we needed help. She made us very uncomfortable by trailing behind us the whole time we were there. Because of this we didn’t stay long and decided to look on Ashley Furniture online instead.

came here to browse for night stands and the lady who worked here spent the entire time lurking behind us like i was going to walk out with a couch in my purse. if she were to let us know she was available to help and go back to where she was that would be a different story but she made it extremely uncomfortable to look around. also their stuff is cheap and over priced. can order something off amazon from my couch for a better price and quality. no wonder it’s a dying business

The staff I worked with was terrific, but they kept having issues with the computer software (not their fault). The system crashed 4 times, froze multiple times, wasn't able to print me a receipt for my deposit payment - it was kind of a disaster and took forever! Had the computer behaved I would have given 5 stars, but I had to give my information multiple times, wasn't able to get all my receipts for my transactions, and it took about 30 minutes to make the purchase when it should have taken 5 minutes.
Must people are complaining about the pandemic disaster that they can not afford $500 there is no job so I saw a review on investment tried it without a $1,000. 00 even though they are lower cost of investment. starting from the range of $500 but I got a multiplication of my funds to over $10,000.00 in a week time it's magical because I never believe until I gave it a trial that is why I need to post an epistle of this online. My husband and I went to 2 other furniture stores before coming to Ashley furniture, and the couches at Ashley furniture were much more comfortable and less than half the price of those at the other stores! All of the employees were very helpful and knowledgeable as well. We will definitely be returning when we move and have space for more furniture.

False advertising. The sign for the sofa we were purchasing clearly stated a five year warranty was included. When I went to pay I had to ask for the total because they didn't say. I asked why it was almost $200 more than it should be and they said because of the warranty. They did not honor the sign indicating the warranty was included and insisted I pay for it in addition. I refused so they would not include a warranty. It took four people over an hour to complete this transaction and not one of them apologized for the wait or the false advertising. It was clear they didn't care at all. I will never purchase another thing from Ashley.

I bought a large sectional from there 2022 for 6000. It is very poor quality, doesn't even seem the same as the model in store. I can feel the frame underneath when I sit on it and is very uncomfortable. I will never buy from there again. Save your money and buy from Costco or Fred Meyer. I'm laying on my moms $700 sectional from Fred Meyer that is way more comfortable and better quality. One of the worst purchases in my life. :(

Went in to the store to ask if my bed cover was still under warranty from when I purchased it in 2014, it was. Andre helped with looking up the order and found it was still covered under warranty. However, the product was no longer sold and was discontinued. Andre said ill be back and a few minutes later came back with a new updated product and said covered under warranty. Andre I thank you for help and keep that old school customer service with you. Much appreciated man.
Delivery drivers broke the furniture and I was penalized in more than one way since other deliveries were contigent upon this being correct..was told afterwards that it was not an Ashley issue because contigent items were not purchased from Ashley. The sales team seems concerned but after making their commission you're just a number and I doubt I will receive a call back. Shop somewhere else especially if you want delivery because every single shipment with this store has been screwed up with being broke, damaged, not finalized or other reasons.
Unfortunately I need to update my review. My family and I went in to pick out a couch at Ashley furniture and we found one we loved. The employees are very kind and helped us through the process but once we got home WE noticed that the wrong couch was ordered. No biggie we went back in the very next day and they said it was an easy fix and it seemed like it was. Well we had our delivery day scheduled for 5 days later so I rushed to get rid of our old couch (which is not an easy task) , cleaned out the area, and sat and waited all day for a call that delivery was coming. I did understand that it is an estimated day and time but figured if it wouldn’t be delivered on the day I picked it would be the next or couple days later but that they would communicate that with me. So since I never received a call I call the number provided to see what’s going on. What a shock I had when I am being told that the couch wouldn’t be delivered a couple days shy 4 weeks from now. When we went in that day no one told us the delivery date would change and nobody called us. I stay home with my baby and it’s a big deal for us to go so long without a couch. So for the next almost 4 weeks we will be sitting on our hard tile floor. I wouldn’t be this upset if I just would have been told about the new delivery date when they corrected the couch order since it’s such a big time difference and I have been the one to catch both mistakes. 1st the wrong couch is ordered and now not being communicated with about the delivery date changing. Now that I’m reading reviews I’m super anxious and stressed something else will go wrong moving forward because this seems to be a common theme with Ashley furniture, not being delivered on time, rescheduling delivery dates and lack of communication. This should absolutely not be this stressful. We put our trust and business into this company and are spending hard earned money. I just hope the right couch is delivered and it comes on the new date I was told today.

I was dreading this, but Annette and Andre made it so much better! I helped my mother search for a recliner. She's been injured and used a wheelchair (the store provided) and was very particular about her choose for a chair. Annette helped us. She was very professional and patient from start to finish. (Annette was filling in and works at the Bellingham location normally). My mother tried out 16 chairs before making her decision. I counted /: ...so when she finally chose to buy one of these chairs, Annette never made us feel pressured. She was so fantastic, it caught me by surprise! We even met the manager, Andre, who was a pleasure to talk to made us feel welcomed and appreciated. A big "Thank you" to them!

I have gone rounds trying to get a return picked up that was approved the same day they delivered. It's now been sitting in my livingroom in the way for a month and customer service has been awful, no one seems to know what's going on. Super frustrating. Sent an email off their response to my review and I guess I'm still on the "24-72hr- month long wait for a response..... may as well sell it my self and count my losses. At this point ordering off walmart would have been better.
I thought a wait time of a month was quite a long time for one of the largest furniture stores in the country, but now I'm into the second delay making the wait 2 months and a week to wait( if no more delays); for FURNITURE, from a furniture store. I'm getting my money back. It's ridiculous.
Delivery experience was horrible, two people delivering couldn't figure out how to get the furniture into our house. My wife had to move furniture around our front and back door before they finally decided to go in the back. Acted like we're inconveniencing them by asking them to bring it in the house which is what they were supposed to do. The sectional we ordered is really nice though 🙂

Bought a couch on line, it got delivered on time but right away after sitting in it I knew it wouldn't work with my neck and shoulder nerve damage and wasn't comfortable. I put in for a return, got approved was told someone would contact me with in 48-72 hours.....nothing tried again two more times nothing got pissed asked for someone else in charge was told again someone would contact me this time in 24-48 hours. 3 days later nothing. Worst purchase experience ever! I just have this couch sitting in the way trying to make sure nothing happens to it and need it out of my house. I was going to purchase a different one from them but not anymore. Get your crap together!

Ashley is basic furniture. Looks good but most of it is cheaply done both materials and finishes. Most furniture surfaces are decorative paper heat pressed on to pressed wood or plastic. Don't get me wrong great as starter furniture or for those on a budget.

I purchased my furniture 3 years ago and didn’t have any complaints. I also purchased the warranty. Now, having issue with a portion of the couch. They said the warranty would cover “everything” when we bought the furniture. Well, that’s actually not true. Tried contacting the store and was told the manager would call me back. Several days went by with no call from the manager. I called again and spoke with the manager. Pretty much was told the cost to repair my couch would have to come out of my pocket, because the warranty company has the final say. Now, waiting to hear from a repair company to see what it would cost to fix. I would advise against buying the warranty.
Tina is awesome! Her patience with helping me find a couch (after I went through 3 different choices) was great! Not only was she patient but she had great stories and gave lots of important insight on the furniture while we shopped!
Never again will we purchase furniture from Ashley. We bought the warranties on our couches. First couch broke within a couple weeks. Called, someone came out and “fixed” it, then it broke again and because someone already “fixed” it the warranty doesn’t cover anything. Second couch is now broken same way. Less than two years and both couches are broken. You’d think we were big people but we are not. No reasons for it.
the sales people are very helpful and don't bug you. They take you to the area where you will find the items you are looking for. Then give you the price and other pertent information then leave and give you time to make your decision.
Never again. We bought a bed frame and mattress from the local store. The store experience was great but the frustration began after. We left expecting the bed to be delivered approximately 3 weeks later so we delayed our move in with that timeline in mind. Instead, we prepared for the delivery to never have it show. When I called I was told the parts weren’t all manufactured and the delivery date was pushed by another 2 weeks. Although, I was upset no one had informed me, that was fine and we’d make due until then. We then get a email saying our shipment is delayed again. I call to find it’s not expected until November (a month even later). November comes and it’s still not shipped. I called Ashley and started a claim because at this point we’ve gone 2.5 months with no bed and no exact date on when it ACTUALLY should arrive. We then get to the third consecutive delivery date, I call the day before to confirm it’s still coming to find out it’s been delayed once again and scheduled to another date without notifying us in any way. I call and reschedule to a date we will be available. Call the day before again to be told that date doesn’t work for Ashley because they have no one in the area. FINALLY we get to 6th scheduled date and we receive our mattress and bed frame. The delivery crew was fine, however, the edges of the head board are worn, I found a sliver of wood on the carpet from somewhere off the bed, and the mattress is frozen and does not bend enough to fit up our stairs. So after 4 months, I have a set up bed frame and a California king bed I’m letting thaw enough for us to move upstairs ourselves. No one in customer service knows anything but to reschedule and there was no follow up on the claim made. It is poor business to offer a product you cannot predict when it will come through production.
Lots of issues with delivery. For the price we paid for delivery ($399), we expected better service. We were scheduled for Tuesday delivery, but that got cancelled on Tuesday. We had already disposed of previous sofa in preparation so we are without a sofa now. We called and tried to talk to a supervisor and it's been 2 days without a call back.
Work with Aurellie, I was just wanting a tv stand, asked her to get my order ready while I looked around, upgraded my order to get a new temprapedic mattress, I have been thinking about it for some time but her light rapport and easy sales pitch got me the mattress I was was for, at that time. She was so professional and patient since that was my second time that day going back and I’ll go back again to see her esp after Michael the last rep messed up my order and shipping I’m glad Ashley was able to redeem themselves. I’m looking at getting a new deck lawn furniture, I’ll go back and see her

The sales guy seemed pretty nice. But everything was a bit on the expensive side. I found a bedframe I liked for $999, but after tax, delivery, and a box spring it came out to $1800. Just wasn't feeling it.
I ordered a sectional over 3 months ago knowing that it was backordered. Allie in customer service from this Burlington location has followed up with me every 2 weeks to give me a status update on my order. I have to give a shout out to her because if it wasn't for her calling me periodically, I would be in the dark and on hold waiting to hear about my order status. Thank you Allie for your help!

This is the worst place in terms of customer care . I bought some furniture from this store, and the manager told me I can cancel anytime before the delivery. I cancelled 2 weeks later as their delivery was taking time. Then after 2 weeks I got the message that Ashley is coming to my address for the delivery. I called the store and they told me its a glitch. They also told me if anything wrong in cancellation, they will call me. I never received the call and thought everything is good. Then after a week I again get the message that Ashley is delivering my order. I called again, and the manager told me he will take care of it. I called next morning, he did not. The customer care told me I have to go to the store to cancel the order. WTH! This is so weird and frustrating from a store like Ashley. All the people in this store behave very weirdly. They don't know anything about customer care. Never go to Ashley! They will harass you with your money.

Worst customer service ever! Never imagined that a renowned brand can be so much customer ignorant! Ordered dining set, bedroom set, and sectional. Did not find the sectional in the store, so ordered it without seeing it. Manager told us to see it from another store, and if we did not like it, we can remove that from order. Later I called after seeing that we did not like it. 8 days later, I called to know the status of other items as they told me these are in stock, but they told me I need to come to store to sign to cancel the sectional, and whole order is on hold. WTH! They did not proceed with other items at all after I cancel the sectional. They also told me if I cancel the sectional, the price will bump up on other items. Ridiculous strategy and customer service! Today I canceled the whole order and purchased instead from Mor for Less. They are better in every sense! Don't waste your time on Ashley's weird customer ignorant customer service.
Absolute worst experience. Do not buy from the French woman. She is a liar and only cares about getting the sale. She will tell you whatever you want to hear to buy and then they make it nearly impossible to cancel your order. I still get phone calls asking to accept delivery even after I asked to cancel several times. I will never buy from Ashley's again and I have spent over $10k with this company in the past and they will never see another penny from me.
Not a bad place to buy furnature ingeneral but DO NOT buy the warrenty. They will tell you it's a better company now but it's just a lie. They won't even show up to repair..... also enjoy the 5 different people you need to talk with to even try to setup a repair. This was a factory damage issue not something we damaged. I gave up on the warrenty as it work fine just a tweaked couch frame.

I bought a pillow on sale for $9.99. I knew what I wanted when I went in the store as I had bought the same pillow at another Ashley store a few days ago. The tag said $25 but I showed them on my account they pulled up that I had paid only $10 previously. So after a visit to the manager I received the $10 price. It took 15 min to check out with 2 signatures on the screen and 2 more on paper. And the clerk having to go the the central desk for awhile in between. All because we were buying it off the floor. We thot it ridiculous to have to go thru so much for a simple purchase. The other store experience was the same only it took 20 minutes. Note to self: Don’t buy something off the floor unless you have the time and energy to wait. I didn’t this time. I love the pillow tho! And thankful I got the lower price.
Frustrating experience. The sale part was easy it was everything else that was a problem. Delivery of a mattress and nightstand was set for 3 weeks out. Confirmed via text twice that we were set up on the correct day. Day came and they never showed. Went to the store and was told they thought it was due to the nightstand not being in. Got an email that night saying pick another delivery date. I selected another date and then when I talked to customer service the following day to ask what happened, they told me it was due to ME changing the delivery day. Asked to speak with someone else and was told there was no one there. Go back up to the store and spoke with the store manager who asked to be able to get me my items as they were coming in that very day. Next day, spoke to them and they weren't able to get it because they couldn't verify it was on the truck. Cancelled the order and was told my deposit went to the cost of the frame which we had taken with us. Three days later, the nightstand is delivered to us via UPS, which I was told was cancelled. Waited to get my actual invoice and they used my deposit to pay for the nightstand which they were supposed to cancel. The store runs you in circles and no one in store or on the customer care line had the same story. Definitely do not recommend.
I found a sofa I liked on the Ashley app. Went into my local store and purchased in record time. I really appreciate the personal service provided.
I’d no stars was an option that’s what I’d select! Bought a sectional March 9th, 2022. We were told it was back ordered by our original sales person who took the time to help us select the couch, answered all our questions, and was extremely helpful. Unfortunately we needed to measure an extra space so we went home measured called the store right away. She built out order but we had to go in to purchase. When we went back (the next day) our sales person was not there which she had communicated but the manager clearly didn’t want to deal with us so he put us off on someone else who clearly had no idea what he was doing nor did he have any customer service skills. We proceeded with the sale. Now August 4th, 2022 we get a call that for the 6th time our order is delayed. This is after we made 3 trips back into the store asking for an update as Benjamin refused to give us an update on our order as was stated would happen by the manager. Not only is our order still not here but the lack of customer and the amount of disrespect by almost the entire staff except 2 people makes me absolutely disgusted! DO NOT RECOMMEND ASHLEY!!!!!
Avoid buying any furniture from here. We still have not received our bed. Multiple texts saying it will be there an no one shows up. No one in the store can help and customer services is no help. It has been weeks. Absolutely awful.

We bought a dining set from them in September of 2021. It is now mid-March of 2022, and there is no delivery even scheduled. I AM NOT EXAGGERATING! Wtffffffffffff... Update: They called me today 6/21/2022 to ask me to re-authorize the purchase. Finally, I've had enough. I simply asked them to cancel the purchase. This location is trash!
I almost never review and when I do it's because something is REALLY good or REALLY bad.... In this case it's really bad. I thought I would change my 2 stars back down to one star. I am STILL waiting on 2 pieces of furniture I bought MID JANUARY!!!!! It's absolutely ridiculous to wait half a year. I went in to ask and one of the desk guys said he'd check and get back to to me that evening , never did. I went in the following week and spoke to another manager and only for him to call me (at least he did that!) that evening and say it's out of their control as to when we get our furniture. I don't know how a company that does business like that stays open. I DO NOT recommend. Watch out for the "Great deals" they throw in. It's probably to butter you up to massively let you down with their SUPER LATE deliveries.
BUYER BEWARE! Going on 6 months of waiting for the final piece to my 4-pc entertainment center. Delivery dates come & go with no delivery Every time I call I get a different excuse and a different delivery date. I get promises of returned phone calls by people who promise to "look into it" for me, but I never receive a call back. You have my money, I want what I paid for! This isn't just a "supply-chain issue," it's deceptive and shady sales tactic. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ASHLEY HOMESHORE, BURLINGTON!
All the staff was very cordial, warm, and professional; especially our salesman, Ben. The store is very clean and well laid out. We were impressed with the cleanliness procedures in test-lying on the beds.
Justun met me at the front entry and escorted me to the mattress area. I was wanting a new mattress but wasn’t quite sure which type would suit me best. Justin was VERY knowledgeable and gave me all of the information I needed to make my choice. No pressure. No big sales pitch. Just great information. I was surprised that my mattress set would be delivered in just three days, considering this is a three day holiday weekend. Justun 100%
Aweful waiting over a year still for furniture quality of stuff I have is 💩 I use to do my furniture shopping here I highly recommend going elsewhere. Lazy boy got set up in 6 months and I’ve been fighting for refund 🙈. DONT SHOP HERE I promise u will be dissatisfied and disappointed

BEWARE: Ashley Furniture in Burlington will not honor your order
So frustrated! Ordered a loveseat, sofa, kitchen table, chairs, and a bench seat on December 6th and I was told that I would receive my order in 8 to 12 weeks. It is now May and they are telling me June! When I went in, I waited as a kid at the counter was obviously sneaking cell phone time from his older colleague. He didn't realize that as I stood and waited for help that I could watch his every move. I was finally helped and given various dates for my items to arrive. As I walked out, the friendly host at the door was also so entranced by the video on his phone that I was the one saying good bye rather than him. I called to voice my irritation with the phone issues, but the manager didn't seem overly concerned. Anyway, just called to check on my items again. Today I was told that nothing is in the warehouse yet even though I was previously told that two of my items were. At this point, I am doubtful that my items will be delivered in June. Tired of the facts changing all the time.
NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE. We ordered a couch mid January. We were told it would be delivered no later then the end of April. We had a delivery set for early March--that was canceled. We called customer service and chose the call back option--no one ever called back. We eventually reached a customer service representative and we told that our delivery was canceled because of a glitch in the system. Next delivery date was set for April 19th--we received a call on the 18th from an Ashley rep that said our delivery was moved to the 3rd of May, but at least out couch was on the truck. We received a call today from an Ashley representative informing us that our delivery was pushed to 10 May. This customer service representative told us that the previous claim "our couch was on a truck" was a lie. No apologies were expressed. No compensation offered. This company is garbage. The people that work the sales floor can't actually help you after the sale. They only get you to order--after that you are treated like trash. Customer service representatives could not even make the effort to say "sorry". I mean that's a pretty simple gesture.

Bought a hide a bed couch from Ashley last fall and within 3 uses a part broke on it. Scheduled a tech for November who came out and rescheduled until they can get the part (which I was patient and understanding as COVID has slowed everything) showed up without the part, apparently he thought we had it? Rescheduled again and didn't come out! The tech told my wife that he would call her back to reschedule and the end of the week has come with NO CALL, NO NOTHING! My wife called them once again and now May 13th. We have a warranty by the way. We understand that covid has changed many things but thus is ridiculous! Can't blame covid on lack of communication, giving customers the runaround all the while we are PAYING FOR A BED WE CANT USE! If you are thinking of buying from this store save yourself the headache and buy somewhere else that doesn't blame COVID for their low quality merchandise, miscommunication and lack of professionalism. We won't be buying from Ashley again.

I’d give “no stars” if I could! purchased the Langford Upholstered Bed, in January of 2022, for nearly $1800.00. Somehow, Ashley’s LOST my order and reported that they had no information in regard to if/when I would receive my bed. I just gave birth to twins, via cesarean, so I’m sure you can imagine how urgently I’m in need of a resolution. Today it was reported that there was a delivery made, however management is unable to provide me with a tracking number (because there isn’t one…of course). At this point, I have just requested a refund as i have been waiting months and I have received no answers. They have refused to refund my money, therefore it looks like I’ll be filing a lawsuit. The corporate office reports that this is a store issues, however the store has encouraged we speak to someone at the corporate office. They obviously have no idea what they are doing, and appeared to have just MISPLACED almost 2k of my money in the meantime. Apparently this has happened to 4 other purchasers, so far. Please beware, when purchasing from this store and/or company.
After waiting for months for my couches which was understandable. We got our dilever date about 15 different times. Was told all three couches were ready for delivery. 2 days of vacation were used to be home for the delivery which they canceled on me. All the can do is a delivery discount but you have to go to the store. Still working to get my couches but now I jave to wait another month cause we'll im last priority with my couches already in the warehouse. I reccomend going somewhere else to avoid this issue. You have been warned ⚠️
Corporate and local store won't help to speed this situation up and get someone out here in a timely manner. The delivery man was standing directly in front of the defective/damaged item when he had is sign that item was delivered. If he hadn't blocked the view we would not have accepted to piece. Now we have an item we can't use and it is integral to the entire entertainment center.I do not recommend this company.
My experience with my sales rep, Ashley, was fantastic, but I was given an overly pretentious attitude from all the other people who worked here. Never, before this, have I felt that I was looked down on even though I was spending thousands of dollars. When they came to deliver my new Tempur-pedic mattress the delivery person tracked in feces all over my house and bedroom, without even an apology, and I had to rent a carpet cleaner. On top of that I ended up waiting three months to have the bed frame for my new mattress delivered and when they got to my house I saw them drop part of it and in addition to that the frame was badly damaged and I had to refuse delivery and they couldn’t tell me if I was going to have to wait another three months or if I would get it sooner. I tried calling today and was on hold for an hour only to be hung up on and have to call back again. I’ve been on hold again for over another hour now. I will NEVER do business with this company again if they don’t really go out of their way to make up for this

Nothing good about our experience, absolutely nothing. I am usually able to find something positive to report. My purchase experience, delivery experience, experience with local and corporate management, and my experience with the warranty company after our furniture broke was pretty bad. I won't bore you with the details just go somewhere else. If you shop here you will regret it.
We bought a reclining love seat. The sales person told us they had it in stock. He set delivery day three weeks out and told us they would confirm the day before by email my husband waited at home finally at 2 he called since he hadn't heard anything all day. He waited on hold and was told his call was number 275. When he finally talked to customer service they said they had our delivery set more than weeks out. DO NOT RECOMMEND ASHLEY!!
I needed a new carpet for my bedroom and I had a $100 gift card to Ashley so that is the first place I went to look. A very nice woman named Susan greeted me us at the door, she was very knowledgeable and informed me about the sales and availability while she was showing me the carpet selection. I was able to find exactly what I was looking for and on top of that I purchased the carpet for a very affordable price. Another bonus was that that carpet arrived earlier than expected. Great quality and awesome service, Susan deserves a pay raise, and I'm a fan of Ashley HomeStore.

I had the strangest experience here today… I worked with Brooks for about an hour and a half. He was incredibly helpful and very patient with me. When people work on commission, it’s very important (to me) that I don’t waste their time and he was great. I was about to spend $3k-$4k there today with all that I had chosen. I decided to look online for a one of the items that we were looking for and saw that the prices were less online ( I was looking for a king size and asked him a question about a queen size package-I knew the king would be more). When he came back from looking for a stock number I was interested in, I showed him this and asked why the prices were different. He explained that the website has different prices and that they would match the prices. I was like..huh? He explained that the website is a different company. Then, all of a sudden he changed course and said I’m sorry, I need to take my break. I’ve been here for 5 hours and it’s Washington state law to take a break after 5 hours. I made it clear that I understood the law and he offered to have his manager take over or have me come back another time or do it over the phone. He apologized for the abruptness of the need to take his break and that management ensures people take their breaks on time. I was floored by this because everything had been flawless up to this point. We were essentially done! I just asked him to send me an email of the items I was interested in and I was out of there. It could have been handled so differently. I’m a nurse and understand breaks are needed and necessary, trust me. But the change of course so fast was mind boggling. I’ve read the reviews online and it’s hit or miss, but one thing I keep seeing is that customer service and follow through is not great at this company (not this location per se). I’ll take my money somewhere else. Sad because they had everything I wanted and have looked so many places. Strange…
I’m standing in the Burlington WA store. Been here for more than thirty minutes. The store manager actually walked away not wanting to help anymore. The furniture they said was in the warehouse and would be here in a week. - two weeks ago - is now going to be approximately another month. The store manager talked a lot but with no solutions. So I asked to cancel my order. At which time he walked away and didn’t want to help me any longer. Then, amazingly, the credit card machine didn’t work and they couldn’t refund my money. So I have no furniture and no money. Allie - whose role is unclear - did her best to clean up the mess from the poor salesmanship and even worse leadership from the store manager. I would never shop here again nor would I recommend it to anyone else.

BUYER BEWARE! We bought furniture last September of 2020. Our delivery was scheduled for October, and then was moved by them to November. The week of the delivery they called asking to reschedule since one item wasn't in - that one item was a tray for our coffee table! We asked for a partial shipment ands they said that was fine. Two days later I get another call asking what I wanted to do, and at the end of the voicemail they said "oh, it says you want a partial shipment". So I figured I didn't need to call back. THE NEXT DAY I get a voicemail cancelling my delivery because they said they haven't heard from me! I had spoken to them a few days prior! I called and the agent tried to tell me I was never scheduled, I told her I had two voicemails proving I was, and she said there was nothing to be done, I told her that was not ok, and she hung up on me. I called again, the day before we were supposed to have our delivery, and they said they didn't have anything open until December. I had already twice taken time off work for the delivery and was not going to do it a third time, and I worried that this was a just going to keep happening. I asked about a refund and said I would talk to my husband about it. He called, they told him to call the warehouse, the warehouse told him to call the store, and all the places he called said we had been scheduled but it was cancelled and they didn't know why. Luckily a lady at the store was able to get us back on our original delivery truck after HOURS of trying too figure this out. The stars are for her and her alone. She deserves more but the company does not. ALSO! Do not buy into their "rebate" bs. It's been over a year and we never got a rebate and everyone we talk to act like they have no idea what we are talking about. Apparently they are willing to fake promise anything for a sale. Very shady.
Tony was excellent! Not pushy at all. Funny, attentive and even showed us fancy stuff just for fun. Great guy! Definitely ask for him when you go there.
As a business this place is pathetic at the moment. Bought a new bed in September it is now December and it has not been delivered. We were given a maximum delivery date of November. Call the customer service line is no help either they have no idea where your items are or when they will be delivered. I will never be buying here again or suggesting this place to anyone else.
My Family and I had a horrible experience.. we’ve bought thousands of dollars worth of furniture from Ashley furniture.. couple living room sofa sets bedroom sets dinning room table sets.. and they wanna ruin our business by not giving us our queen mattress cover we paid for.. all because the delivery guys said they delivered it.. long story short we never received our mattress cover couple phone calls at hour+ a piece and they still won’t make it right.. total cost of mattress cover $199.. So they lost a good customer for $199.. I will never shop here again.. and I will never recommend shopping here..! Sincerely the Lawrence Family..
We bought 2 chairs and one of them the lumbar is so far out on the chair you cant sit in it. They sent their mechanical guy out he said yeah I wouldn’t be able to sit in that but the mechanics is not broke. Ashley refused to take it back or make it right. I have a 1500.00 decoration in my rec room😡

Bad customer service and no dilivery of furniture
Just got a recliner sofa and coffee table and it was so easy. Justin at the BurlingtonWA store gave us the right amount of space, the right amount of help. We found the same coffee table at another local store that I could get today, the price was $50 more, only $50 more. No delivery no waiting and I was willing to do the assembly myself. They wouldn’t match the price I got at Ashley’s with assembly and delivery. How dumb are they. Moving forward I won’t bother looking elsewhere. Ashley furniture took care of us, the right way. The sales gal was perfectly upfront and open and very courteous but there was supposedly a 50% off sale so it’s almost like they doubled the price of the item and then said hey will give you 50% off no way would I paid the whole hundred percent for the piece I bought just seemed a little different
BUYER BEWEAR! Never accept new, damaged goods from this company! And file complaint with BBB! Make them put it back on the truck. I purchased a box spring mattress. Delivered damaged. Spring protruding almost out of material and dirty from spring rubbing packing in shipment. I told delivery, I wasn't going to accept piece. Delivery assured me store would exchange. He started a claim, took photo. Said customer care would call. Wk. Later no call. Went to store. Initially told to call 1800 customer line. I didn't buy there. Rep. at store confirmed receipt of claim damage, and photo. Store rep. acknowledge delivery of damaged goods. And confirmed spring default. Then store passes the buck. 1 800 rep. stated no return on mattress. But a tech would come out mid December to inspect.
Great store to visit and purchase furniture from. Farwa was the sales person and she’s really helpful not pushy at all. We eventually bought a sleeper sofa with great discount. Will definitely buy from them again.
We went in to look at bedroom furniture. Justin met us at the door, explained where everything we wanted see & then left us to our experience. I loved that. Nothing worse then having sales people walking with you & wanting you to buy everything you look at. When we found something he came, &;explained everything we asked. A very nice experience.
Justun provided friendly, helpful service as we were looking for a new couch and love seat. The store was light, bright and the selection was plentiful with a variety of looks and prices.
Beware buying from these guys online for home delivery, they do not honor their delivery day/times, I was sent an email and received an automated call that delivery would be on Sunday and they no showed after I waited all day then tried to tell me I had no delivery day set up. Day completely wasted.. Now im waiting another week, This will be my one and only order from this company. EDIT after Response from Owner: I dont want to go into the store, thats the whole point of on-line ordering so I dont have to. Online system is broken.

We went into the store and found out there was a manager special, 50% off if paying cash. We purchased two couches, a chair and a half, an ottoman, coffee table, end tables and tv stand. Got home with our receipt and found a couple of mistakes. Went online and looked up the correct item we wanted and found out that all the prices were less expensive online, even with the 50% off manager special. We also found out that the free delivery was going to cost us $300. I tried calling the store to ask about the mistakes on the order and the price differences and I couldn’t find a way to reach the store, the local phone number went straight to the corporate offices and they are in a different time zone and we’re closed even though the local store I was trying to call was open for 3 more hours. We had to drive an hour back to the store to get it all corrected. They did stand by the internet prices and gave us the free delivery, saving us $612, but they were completely unapologetic about the difference in prices. Definitely not a winning experience.

We had a wonderful experience with Justun at Ashley Home Store. He was patient, answered our questions completely and made our shopping experience fun and hassle free. Large purchases can be overwhelming, and he took all the time we needed to make sure we purchased what we wanted.
Ordered what was told in stock in Tacoma. Verified a delivery date a week before it was supposed to deliver was told it would be another 2 moths to get the furniture. Asked to cancel the order and get a refund was told 4 to 6 weeks for a refund.
This is a beautiful showroom. While I appreciated the attentiveness, I would generally prefer to browse a bit before dealing with sales folks. Well we did see some products that we are considering, we did not end up purchasing because we were concerned about the durability of the products.
I felt uncomfortable, had tons of sales people watching my every move or piece that I looked at. The store was clean and had a good selection.
****Future customer beware. I have No idea how google is showing high satisfactory. check FB page for real reviews. The community here is outraged by this business and their customer service tactics. Items generally are delivered damaged and getting anyone to help rectify it, is literally impossible. Store manager tells you to contact customer care, customer care states the store has to deal with the issue. All while customer care lets you know the notes the store manager makes...not flattering notes. All of it is a ploy to waste your time and hope you’ll just give up. Don’t give up if you’ve received damage goods and they will not refund your money and you followed the return policies. Have your bank dispute the charge they can not, not refund your money.

They have some killer deals here. The staff is also pretty helpful and not overly aggressive when you’re in the store. My recommendation however is that you can get the best deals directly online. We ended up saving $500 buying the same thing we would’ve got in store online thanks to promos.
Ordered a bedroom set in the beginning of January and was told when purchasing it would be delivered in a couple of weeks. It has been pushed back 4 times now and is currently expected May 6th. This is 4 months after my order and over three months after when I was told it would be delivered.
I purchased a bed for myself and a bunk bed for my 6 year old daughter 1st they delivered my bed and the delivery people complained about how I bought such a complicated bed to put together and when they left I noticed they did not put it together right and there was 2 parts of the bed just laying! Like I wouldn't notice they didn't put it together properly and left 2 pieces out than the bunk bed I bought 3 months ago got delayed 4 times! Than the day is was being delivered they open it to find all the bolts and stuff they needed to put it together someone took it out of the box so they have to return it and now the bunk bed wont be here for another 2 weeks I paid ALOT of money for the service I received from Ashley's I always thought Ashley's was super organized but the delivery team and warehouse is a big unorganized mess
I had a very helpful associate. I had to use the restroom though and thought it might kill me! The solvent chemical they use to deal with odors is the worst thing I've ever smelled! Now I have to come home and take a shower, wash my hair, clothes .and mask and try to deal with the headache and nausea. Stay away from the bathrooms!!
Great customer service. Everything was explained clearly for us to understand. Was given space to look and when we found what we wanted it was quick and easy.
WATCH FOR HIDDEN PRICES!!!!We went in thinking about just a small piece of a set. Justin was very nice and friendly UNTIL we decided it was more economical to purchase the couch set/package. We realized that when it was rung up it was inputted as individual sets and not the package deal. We returned to inform them of the mistake and we were met with resistance and excuses. Matt indicated that he quoted us the price 1/2 off the original cost. He blatantly lied to us about the original price of the package. In the end we got our $55 overcharge refunded.
This was my 2nd trip into Ashley Home Store in the last month. The first time we visited the Bellingham location and the 2nd time- Burlington. While my salespeople were kind and attentive, the system for checkout was a nightmare at both locations. It resulted in being walked all over the store to various kiosks to find correct or working ones, needing managers and additional help. The process JUST to pay for 2 pillows took at least 45 minutes- standing and waiting with a toddler, this was tough. The manager never acknowledged me, my wait time or patience; this was highly disappointing as he came by to help my salesperson 3 times. Other bothersome issues- nothing is kept in stock, so everything you purchase must be delivered/picked up later, there were a lot of parameters around the promotional gift cards I received after my bed purchase, including not being able to use them online (thus my 2nd tip into the store), then they would not allow me to use my new Ashley credit card with the gift cards. I do not intend on doing ANY future shopping Ashley Home Store.
The customer service was excellent. Brooks was very patient as he helped me price out a few different options for our new sectional. Thanks for a wonderful experience furniture shopping! Can't wait for the delivery!

Horrible experience. My daughter bought new furniture for the house a 2 times and each time it took forever to get the furniture and the furniture was very poor quality. Her dresser was deliver 4 times damaged before she got a non damaged one.
Stayed home all day waiting for my furniture. I was told it was in stock and would be delivered March 25, 2021. Ashley's seem to have a reputation for late delivery. Even by months.
The folks at Ashley Furniture in Burlington have been the best to us! The store is clean, the options are almost endless, we were treated with kindness and given the time to make some decisions. It was a great experience with well made furniture
The protection plans are third party here and to be honest are useless can’t ever get ahold of anybody and have had a broken couch for 3 months with a claim filed and no call back or anything buyers beware unless you don’t cere for protection on the furniture

You are better off driving all the way to Auburn and going to IKEA. I bought a bedroom set. The delivery guys took back my dresser and nightstand for whatever reason. The customer service thought I was lying. After going back and forth over a week, the rest of the set shows up damaged. It took another 2 weeks to get that baloney resolved. I was promised the floor models, never got them. Finally got a brand new dresser and nightstand. But the new set was missing holes for bolts to go in. After a month of these shenanigans I dropped off the unusable sets in the store’s breezeway and demanded a refund. Don’t go there, take your business elsewhere
If I could star less, I would. I have been lied to, and cheated twice from here. It looks nice, salesmen are all over it, it's fun to be there..but it's a sham. Talked to the manager about it and got "I don't know who told you that but it's wrong...and there's nothing I can do." I feel like I have wronged and I'm very angry about it but there's nothing I can do.

Trendy furniture. Wouldn't pay full price for anything there because it isn't the best quality furniture. If you do buy something, be sure to ask for a delivery date because some of their stuff takes 3 or 4 months to arrive. I bought a couch at 50% off. I figure if it breaks down in a couple of years, I'm not out much.
this company had the worst after sale customer service. we purchased $4000.00 worth of couches with extra insurance that covers pet damage. we had to file claim 12/13/20, did not hear anything from montage 4 weeks, we got an approval for repair. They them told us it was up to Ashley to replace the pieces of furniture. We did not hear anything from until my husband had it his mission to get an answer. Another 4 weeks later, we recieved basically slip covers for the couch pieces that were demolished by my puppies. they did not send any replacement foam that needs replacing, not have they set an appointment to come put these pieces together. I dont have a clue how to put these things on, so here we sit over 2 months later on ripped up couches that we are still paying on and that we paid an extra 550. for possible animal damage....
Bought 5 stools for our home spending almost $1000. When they started failing within 3 months (the ball-bearings were falling out) we reached out to the store. They said they would call us back. Didn't happen! We called and they had more paperwork they'd need to fill out. Finally they approved an exchange. They didn't show to at least 2 delivery dates (where we took time off work to be present to resolve the issue) over many months. THIS IS STILL NOT SOLVED 1 YEAR LATER!! Went in today to the store and they still say "no refund" and "you'll need to fill out paperwork" line. (The stools have been discontinued, I assume others had the same problem). I have never left a negative business comment before but my patience has been stretched. A year, I gave them grace for 2020, but they have no motivation to fix this. So- my suggestion is DO NOT BUY FROM ASHLEY'S. THEY WILL NOT STAND BY THEIR PRODUCTS AND DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SATISFACTION!
DONT!!!! BUY A BED FROM HERE!!!! The Sales Lady Told us if we had a problem with the BED they could swap it out for something else. Was a LIE after words they were like see here this fine print paper we had you sign says your stuck with it. Don't buy any BeautyRest bed from here ITS NOTHING LIKE WHAT YOU WILL GET IT!!! AND THEY DON"T CARE. Bought a new house between me and my wife spent around 10k and get To bad don't care thank you for your money!!! FORGET THIS PLACE and go some where else where they have customer service and stick to what they say not what fine print they have you sign where you need a microscope to see it.
We were unaware the "ashley furniture" online was not the same as the physical store, so when we went to the store and tried to find items we saw online, we were treated like we were special ed or something. The "sales" people were so rude. We just turned around and left.
Matthew answered all our questions and was very knowledgeable. Very friendly and not pushy. There was a great selection of furniture to choose from.
If I could give this place -5 stars I would. Communication is terrible. We bought a living room set in November. Couch, Love Seat, over sized recliner. When we bought them we were told we could get the recliner in about a week and a half to 2 weeks and the couch and love seat would be delivered potentially in mid December. We received the recliner and was told to check back in a about 10 days to see if the other 2 could be in the warehouse sooner. I called and was told that the couch would be in towards middle of December and the love seat would be in towards the end of December, and they asked if we would like a partial delivery? Of course we said yes. The end of December rolls in and we get a call only to say that there is a delay in the central warehouse on both items, so now its looking like the end of January. At this point all we could do was hope and pray that they were right. January 12th or 13th I get a call from 3 different people saying our coach is in January 16th and would you like a partial delivery and I say yes. I got an email asking the same thing and I say yes. January 16th rolls in and nothing, no deliver, no text or email. So we call. We spoke to a couple of different people, well its too late now to get a delivery because the truck is already out. I explained I talked to 3 different people and told them I wanted a partial delivery. She said well never had any confirmation. She said we can delivery on the 18th which they did and then on the 23rd we got the love seat. We love the furniture, but don't sell things that you don't have in stock, stop taking the easy road and blame things on the Pandemic. Be honest and upfront about what is in stock and when you can get it. I will never purchase another thing from Ashley Furniture, and I would not recommend this business to anyone else. Period
Sales team was friendly but trying to reach customer service about broken and damaged items has been a nightmare. Delivery service was horrible. I still don't have an ETA for half of my items and I'm told to just keep checking back and hopefully it will show a date....
Just got done buying a furniture set with the help of Brooke. The customer service that he provided went above and beyond the expected. I will always be grateful and YES! I will be recommending Brooke and this Ashley's Furniture Store to my friends and family!

The staff was very helpful but what really impressed me was when the couch didn’t make it through the front door, totally my bad! They gave me a full refund including delivery fee. I will be using them for another place I need to get furniture for.
Purchased a bed set for my daughter's birthday, 7 months ago and am still waiting. STAY AWAY RIP-OFF!!!!
Customer service is poor , no flexibility with delivery days and time. I had a delivery scheduled out for weeks with no time. They call you the day before to let you know what time they are coming to deliver and it's a time window not a specific time, I asked if I could make the time frame later and they said no but that they would call me when departing the store to let me know. People work ok and they didn't even call me my husband happened to go home because he knew they wouldn't call. My husband gets home and they are there unloading the furniture, my husband ask why they didn't call and they said they forgot. Customer service calls my husband because the crew told them my husband was upset they didn't call. They tell my husband basically why were you upset you agreed to the time frame. My husband went off on them. First if all, it's a time frame you have no option on it is forced on you. Second, people work and have lives they were supposed to notify us and they didn't even bother with that. No consideration for the customer buying their overpriced products and no decency to say my apologies for the inconvenience and neglect on our part, simply you agreed to that time frame , a time frame that the customer has to accept whether it works for them or not, they don't even try to accommodate the customer it's either this day or you wait another two weeks.
I would never recommend anyone to purchase anything from Ashley homestore in Burlington Washington! I recieved the worst customer care from this store that I've ever experienced! Crappy customer service, Crappy store management and Crappy corporate personnel/policies. Absolutely no communication between departments, delivery or customer care. They say "We Guarantee" delivery and satisfaction of our products but the ONLY guarantee they can provide is you will experience stress, anger and horrible customer satisfaction!

The service was phenomenal the gentleman who started serving me had to get off due to overtime hours which is understandable. The lady who followed was also exceptionally good she showed us all of our options and in the end we purchased a nice sectional couch and we're extremely happy with our results ❤️💛💚♥️🔥
Ok, the sales staff was polite, friendly, and answered all my questions.....The problem starts immediately after that with the warehouse and contacting someone that can answer questions and actually follow through. I waited for 7 weeks for my order, and then someone in the office changed my delivery date, and they said it was me that wanted it changed....Then they would not give me back my date or time. This whole place is disaster, from the top down.... The left hand does not know what the right hand is doing....PEOPLE, pass on this place, they have great sales, but the follow up service, really should embarrass the owners.....I even went into the store to talk to the Manager, &"Bonnie&", and she assured me that she would call the warehouse and then call me back with an answer......She did not even call me and follow through with her promise.... She did not even have any self pride to keep a promise....

Horrible! I can’t even get an answer when I call the store! I have had a lift top table delivered over a month ago now and the guys couldn’t even put it together right so they set a tech out 2 weeks later and he couldn’t even get it together right since the guys before hand messed up some of the hardware. He said it would be 2-3 weeks for your new hardware to come in and I’ll come back to redo out this table to together. It’s been a month and no hardware and no call. Can’t even use the table! Got a phone call tonight from the delivery part of the main Ashley down south and they told us after calling last week telling us delivery is Oct. 17th, now it’s November 19th. Again ordered first week of Aug. super unhappy with Ashley’s and won’t ever be back or tell anyone to go there.

I was very impressed with this store the minute I walked in the door. Very clean and organized. Noah was a true professional. We were interested in buying a leather sofa. Noah walked us to the section and briefed us on the different types of leather. We were very impressed with his knowledge. He was also not pushy and didn't try to sell us something we didn't want. We ended up purchasing 2 leather sofas. It was a great experience.

When something didn't match up the way it should and he knew the price was wrong, he found a way to work through the system in a manner that was satisfactory to me. My husband and I purchased a couch from this store in early June. We were told that it would be delivered no later than July 16th. July 15th, I received a call from the store stating that they would not have it in the warehouse until August 3rd, our new &"guaranteed&" shipping day is Aug 6th. Fast forward to Aug 4th, the warehouse still does not have our furniture, now our &"new guaranteed&" date is Aug 14th. When we asked the manager to refund our shipping as we&'ve been living extremely uncomfortably as we wait for our never arriving furniture, she straight up refused. I&'ll update when and if we ever receive our furniture or not.
It pains me to write this, I used to work here as a salesperson. But... this was such an awful experience. So, to be clear, it's evident everyone I used to work with is no longer working at this location. The contrast in how I'm viewed is shocking. I was approached by a salesperson the moment I walked in the door. Typical, this is how customers are allocated to an available salesperson. First come, first serve. I politely let her know that I used to work here, I know exactly what I'm looking for and I know she is my salesperson. This should of been a clue to leave us alone, but it was actually the exact opposite. Our salesperson interjected every time I looked at something, walked me around the store to look at multiple products I didn't want, and in the end made our experience worse. We got frustrated and eventually left. The frustrating part is we have an in-store credit we need to spend and will now have to drive to a different area store to find a king size foam mattress & protective covering. This would have been such an easy sale if ya'll had just left us alone...
The staff in the store was great but the delivery is a nightmare. My bed frames have been cancelled three times it has been over a month of sleeping on the floor and they still are not even close to being in. The distribution center was zero help said she has no control. Never again.

Extremely poor customer service. Would not recommend buying anything here online during COVID. I tried to call in multiple times only to wait for a voice mail and no reply since leaving a message. The online chat with assistants are very unhelpful and I cannot get in touch with anyone from the warranty or customer service department. I have yet to talk to an actual person after being assured multiple times that I would be contacted by the service team. My headboard arrived broken and they have yet to offer a remedy. It&'s been over a week since I contacted them and nothing has been done. They conveniently (for them) do not allow in-person stores to deal with online orders so I am basically stuck with an unusable bed that cost hundreds of dollars and no way to actually use it. Very disappointed in this company over all and will likely never shop with them again.

Great shopping experience, the delivery was horrible. Delivery drivers have a horrible attitude and barely attempted to get the furniture up one flight of stairs before giving up. Now I am trying to get in touch to purchase a new couch and being left on hold. If delivery was better this review would be much better because the staff are great.

Don’t bother!!! Buy ANYWHERE else! This experience has been nothing but awful. Sat on hold for over 2 hours each time with no help. Products were damaged upon delivery, no masks, shoe coverings or gloves worn. Product appears to be used. Fighting to get a refund and merchandise picked up. Was hoping to get the items replaced and even them a chance to make things right however there was no interest. My new products would be several weeks out and until the broken merchandise was picked up they would not be able to order anything new unless I wanted to be charged again. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced I will never ever go back. Still waiting for a reply, have been told someone will contact In 48 hours and it’s been a week.
I purchased an ottoman a few weeks ago and was able to find a lower price at Walmart. Ashley price matches Walmart, so I emailed Ashley and they confirmed they would price match it. But they charged me the full amount and never refunded me the $100 I’m owed. I’ve emailed at least half a dozen times and I called customer service. Customer service said they were only taking messages and that somebody would call me in 24-48 hours which would have been by last Friday. I’ve heard nothing. I’m so frustrated! The customer service is disappointing and not helpful.

We went to the newly open Lynnwood store in Washington State, we purchased a TV console that was scheduled to be delivered March 13th. The console was delivered as promised but was damaged. The delivery driver took it back and before leaving called a 800 number to let them know that the stand was defective and I would be sending it back. The customer service department then called me and mentioned that they would send someone to fix the shelves that were scratched, I told them no unless I was given a discount on the console. He argued with me and told me that if I were buying a new car it would not be perfect either. I was irritate as he kept arguing with me. I told the driver to take the console back and told the customer service employee on the phone to issue me a refund and put me thru his supervisor, he put me on hold for over 20 minutes, no one ever picked up.Since March 13th I have called their 800 number 5 times trying to get a refund. The Lynnwood store is closed because of the Corona virus so I can't go there. I have been told so many different stories, the last time was my complain was going to be escalated and I would received a call within 48 hours, it has been 4 days and guess what, no calls.I will call my bank today and dispute the charges on my credit card. I have never heard of a store that won't give you a refund after you return and item. As I said at the beginning I have purchased a house full of furniture from them, I will not recommend them to anyone. Extremely dissatisfied customer. Buyers be aware.

Very very very unhappy... daughter bought her first table, delivery guys said they were 45 mins out 5 mins later called "we are here get here now" then they didnt want to wait for her to run and grab a key, they left the table on the front porch!!!!! they made my 68 year old mother and her boyfriend put the table inside!!!!!!!! THEY LEFT IT ON THE PORCH when she paid for delivery!!!!!!! ….. they didn't give her grandmother much time to inspect the table with a "no return policy" and now after deliver guys left saw the table is damaged...… NOT AT ALL HAPPY!!! horrible experience! I guess buyer beware! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE!!!!!!!!!! Table has been here only 5 mins! and she paid $600 for it!
I just bought a bedroom set for my daughter last week, maybe Tuesday or Wednesday So they set up a delivery for the upcoming Friday, On Thursday they call me telling me that all of the pieces of my furniture weren't ready so that I have to reschedule for next Friday wish was today,. So the delivery truck comes today and they didn't bring everything that I ordered , on top of that the salesman set me up for something I didn't want and didn't add something I wanted , so I try to call costumer service twice today and they keep me waiting forever, so I say screw this! I'm going back to the store to talk to them about this, So I go and talked to the sales manager and he assumes that I'm lying about the stuff that I ordered,. And that's why I'd give this people NEGATIVE 5 STARS IF I COULD

I went to the local Ashley furniture store to take a look at an item before I purchased it online and I was glad I did because it was a bit different than pictured. I walked around the amazing show room and drooled over all of the lovely furniture pieces, thinking that I might see something else that would work for my space. I was getting ready to leave but the young man who greeted me at the door showed me another piece by the same company of the previous piece and it was a perfect match for my space and storage needs . Plus, he was able to give me the Internet sale price. He was very friendly and not at all high pressure which I appreciated. I am very much looking forward to having the piece delivered.

BUYER BEWARE!! do not buy from this company! We bought two couches from their store and that was an okay experience, except the final price was still $200 dollars more than I was quoted when I signed. The delivery was a complete hassle, they kept trying send it on different dates than requested. They lied about the couch being at the warehouse when it wasn’t just to get a different scheduled delivery date for one of the couches. I was on the phone with them five times about the delivery and every time we agreed on a date they would switch it on us. One of the couches came damaged which we didn’t notice until the third day. Trying to get them to come out and look at it to fix it has been a nightmare. Plus they only sent one set of the pillows for the couches, which my wife wasn’t happy about. We went to the store to get the pillows reordered. One month later we called to check on the pillows, they were never ordered. They reorder them and said they would be here in less than two weeks and yet again it’s been another month. We were scheduled to have the couches delivered at the end of Oct 2019 and we are still dealing with them Jan 2020. My wife has been trying to get through to them on the phone but already has spent 40+ mins on hold (3 times) this week and has yet been able to reach a customer service representative. Do yourself a favor and Look elsewhere to buy.

Great service from the store. But when it came to delivery that’s another story. We have had more than one go around with issues but the latest takes the cake. We were given a window which is fine but when we called after they were 2 1/2 hours late only to find out that the driver arbitrarily changed the routing and bypassed our house twice. Finally got a call to change the window after we lost the entire day already and were told that delivery was an all day event and got hung up on by the customer care representative.

Tried ordering 3 bar stools. They came packed two to a box, but not priced or advertised as a pair. I was told I had to order four to get free shipping. Because they were packed two per box but priced as one stool. I could not get free shipping through this store because I only wanted 3 stools. Shipping was $90.00 the price of one stool. Went home ordered from the online site got free shipping which only having to purchase 3 stools. Wasted trip.
Think this will be my last dealing with them. Have no rating on quality of their product as these are my first. Received 2 recliners as Christmas gifts from or children. We looked on line and decided to buy the matching love seat. All was good except 1- You can't pickup at our local store. You are forced to pay $89 for delivery. The first delivery came at 9:30 pm as the first truck broke. No call or text to relay to customer of the delay. The tracking system said to expect delivery between 1:00 to 3:00 am. Very poor. No way to say or contact them to decline. When the contact number was called we were told "Wrong number". Lesson learned. Buy from people who have product on hand for you.
The literal worst customer service experience of your life awaits you at Ashley. We ordered a bed and it was delivered fine. It looked completely different than the online photo so we initiated a return. From there, we've been given the run around about pickup of the old bed. We had delivery guys deliver a new bed and break it upon assembly. They won't help us at all. We're sitting with two beds in our house that we do not want. Each phone call is a 45min-60min wait and they often just drop the call. NO HELP WHATSOEVER. They say one thing and the opposite happens. There is no escalation process and we have not received our refund nor a new bed. STAY FAR FAR AWAY. Pay a little more for west elm and save yourself the headache.
Doesn't give an option for zero stars unfortunately! Delivery and set up is a joke. Bought a living room set for my daughter to be delivered the chase portion of the couch wouldn't fit through the door and personnel wouldn't give her a couple minutes to remove door from hinges (something they should have done) so they left it out in the rain for her to deal with, didnt even put the legs on the portion of couch they did get in the house. Figured a phone call would certainly take care of this however while wants to sit on hold for a lengthy time, not me. My money will be better spent elsewhere in the future as will yours.
I ordered a couch and chairs in November and ask if they would get here before Christmas and they said yes it should be there in three weeks. Then got a message saying they will be delivering it that day and never showed up. I made sure that I took my old couches so when the news come it will be all ready for them. Instead I now have no couches since they never came! (Please keep in mind I am from the San Juan Islands ) I then made the trip to talk to them in person since no one got back to me about why or when they will be delivering my order. They did not say anything or do anything for me. All they said was it would be there in January now....... The lady was super rude to me and didn’t even want to talk. I cancelled my order. Terrible customer service.

It has been about 10 years since we last stepped foot in an Ashley Furniture store and we explained the situation to our sales rep and she went above and beyond to make sure that we had a very positive experience this time around. Caught the Veteran's Day sale and bought a really fantastic dining room table for a great price!
Our sales associate, Mike, was awesome! Our experience was pleasant because he made shopping enjoyable. He and the other associates were kind, smiling, and helpful without being pushy. They were knowledgeable and patient as my husband and I took our time choosing a mattress and adjustable base. We will definitely visit our local Ashley HomeStore again in the future.

The showroom was impressive with lots of choices and price points. But best of all was the staff. They made my experience easy and enjoyable. So much better than shopping online!
The store staff was awesome (4 Stars) Would have given 5 stars, but running to talk with store manager several times about cost, felt like buying a car. The delivery however was frustrating (1 Star). The time was changed for delivery without notifying me. Discovered it when I logged online to track my delivery. When called to discuss, it was still another time. I felt my time was disrespected. Hoping the delivery will be on-time, and no damage to the furniture.
Danielle was extremely helpful. She was personable. I pulled the table up online and it was cheaper and she got her manager to approve the purchase. The delivery fee wasn’t too bad. I am a return customer to this store and have never been disappointed. We got a great deal on a new living room set. I want to personally commend Elle for the job she did in helping us find the right furniture for our newly renovated living room. She helped us find colors that would coordinate well with our new wood flooring and took the time to understand our furniture needs.
Delivery lies took the day off said I need to be home between 10:30 and 2:30 NOT A CALL from them I had to call them..after I conferred delivery the day before... SAD. Lost a days pay....
From the moment we went into the store we were greeted and treated in a very friendly manner. Our sales consultant (David) was very knowledgeable and helpful, he even saved us some money by finding a better price on their online store, thanks to ashley home store for having such great employees.
We were looking at furniture for a design in our home and the Manager brought us Rachelle. She knew the answers to our questions, or got them immediately, and spent quite a bit of time showing us everything we asked to see. Rachelle is awesome, patient and professional, as well as friendly and humorous! When I go back in a few months to replace more furniture, we plan to make sure to ask for her again!

As soon as your credit card is processed, there goes all their smiles and concern. Good notification pre-1st delivery. Watched the delivery "drop" one section right onto our gravel driveway. The L Recliner section had a large gap between two section. I asked the delivery persons ,who didn't speak English, to take that section up 3 times but they couldn't/wouldn't do it so I refused that section. 3 calls that day from Ashley from friendly, enthusiastic customer services reps and they shied away from my description and said corporate would contact me about the broken garden light that the delivery people kicked off it's base within 72 hours. Never heard from any one since then. 144 hours later, I went to store and they said there was a confirmation of a delivered for the next day. Why didn't I get a notification? Delivery people again dropped the section onto our gravel driveway and the guy said it was just a mistake. No consideration that we had just paid about $3000 for the items. Ashley followed up with a phone call by a happy service rep. I listed the dropping of our section again on the sharp gravel and complained about no notifications of delivery. He said he would connect me with Delivery Customer Service and then I was put on hold for too long and hung up. He said if we got disconnected they would call me back. Never have received the call. Poor service in all directions. Even saw the salesman yesterday and he had sure lost any interest in our problem. Go someplace else

Purchased over 20,000.00 in furniture to have them change the date of delivery. I don&'t think so. I&'ll never order your crappy furniture again. The staff in store was wonderful friendly staff. Check your stuff before they leave the delivery. That&'s all I can say. Our account is now closed and we will not purchase from Ashley furniture again.
Jeanette was the only one who was ki d and accommodating, however the sales mgr ALEX ,was EXTREMELY RUDE AND WALKED AWAY...,THE SALES PERSON EILLIE DID NOT KNOW A THING. ASKED WHATS THE PROBLEM . Terrible customer service scheduled our delivery out a couple weeks to have it for my daughters birthday and it comes broken and damaged and won’t even reschedule a new time for another to be delivered,they don’t care at all that they are sending out broken junk!!!
Went there today with my son n daughter in law, I have never been to an Ashley store who treated us with such disrespect as the sales person ELLIE N SALES MGR ALEX DID. .we asked for 150.00 off total and Alexjust walked away. .I work for Ashley Homestore in AZ. I would be fired if I treated customers like Alex did.....Ellie on the other hand keeps telling ppl shes new, which she was not, because she didnt know anything bout furniture. ..Pol watch out for those 2 in Burlington WA....they need to be gone....

Most of it is Giant people furniture, but I did find a sectional for regular sized people
I mainly dealt with the sales rep, JJ. It was the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. They missed delivery dates, delivered the wrong items, argued about everything, then did it all again. From the time that I ordered til the day I received everything was three months. This was caused by them repeatedly messing things up. When I called them and requested to cancel the order the sales rep, JJ got hostile. He said "Come to the store and tell me to my face that I messed up the order". The material on the couch is so-so. I wouldn't recommend Ashley furniture to anyone.

OUTSTANDING!!! Elizabeth Ness was our sales associate. She greeted us the moment we walked into the showroom and listened in detail to everything we were looking for in furnishing our new home. She started out showing us the living room set we ended up getting. Though we looked and tested multiple sets, we loved the first one she showed us. We explained our space, floors, wall colors & style, and she found the perfect dining set as well. Can't say enough about Elizabeth. We love our new furniture and our house is already feeling like a home!

This store is beautiful and clean and has just been redone! All of the sales staff is very knowledgeable. There is a huge selection of product for every budget.
Over promised and under delivered. Ordered dining room table and chairs, couch, love seat, coffee table, end tables, and a full bedroom set on 7/18. We were told everything was in Tacoma warehouse and that it would be delivered on 8/17 after we closed on our brand new home. Moved the delivery to 8/15. Get three calls saying the bed rails weren't available. Oh goodie. Today rolls around, surprisingly the entire bed set showed up. Nothing else. We have a new delivery date of 8/30. Called back, and now we have THREE DIFFERENT DELIVERY DATES for the remaining items. . . 3!!!! Not happy with the customer service at the call center, not real thrilled with the lack of communication from the warehouse to the store to us. Still waiting to see of we can get everything here sooner. . All that was offered so far was a credit for the delivery of $250. I may even cancel the entire order. . I doubt this review will get any response from them.
Never buy from this store you cannot contact customer service in store staff cannot help with anyway we are at 1 month from our original delivery date and after multiple deliveries of bad damaged products and now our order has been lost 0/10 unless you are picking up the product when you buy it that day please avoid them at all costs! Buyer beware!

The actual customer service buying the couch was great. However, less than 3 years after buying it (I feel a couch should last at LEAST 5-10 years) a board in the back has broken lose (or just broken). No kids, nobody jumping on couch, just people sitting. Was told there was a limited lifetime warranty and to call customer service. I did. Found out that since I moved between buying the couch and now, it completely voids the warranty. I now know how limited that warranty is. Basically, furniture falls apart relatively quickly, and warranty is next to useless.
Almost a week later and the delivery was pushed back from 8am to 1 pm then finally to 8pm. When they arrived and started putting it together the bottom part with the drawers was broken. I did not accept it and they packed it back up and left. I have been waiting for my correct bed since June! I don't know why it has taken so long for something so simple. I will probably have to wait another month for the next delivery. I will never buy another thing from Ashley Furniture.
Purchasing and ordering in store and on line was a smooth process; however, when it comes to returning items, the process is arduous. I spent an hour on the phone, with holds and multiple transfers. With this; I won't order from Ashley Furniture in the future and will make sure that I foreworn friends and family how difficult and time consuming the process is; as well as post on all social medias with regards.

So in June we bought over $2000 worth of furniture, waited around 2-3 weeks and then the delivery finally came and a hour late. One of the things we ordered was exactly what we wanted. The other was my bedframe, it was built and the delivery team left, I went to look at it and it was the wrong frame. I called customer service and they said they would call me back. . . a week later I called again and they said they would get back to me never happened, so I went to the store an hour away and explained that what I wanted and pointed to on the floor, was not what was delivered, they looked at the sign and it was mislabeled and they apologized and said they would send a team to take away the wrong one and deliver the correct one. The team finally came again 3 weeks later, on time, but without the frame. I turned away the team and called customer service and they assured me that in a week the correct frame would be delivered and the wrong one taken.
If I could give zero stars I would! Absolutely worst company to buy anything from! I ordered an entire bedroom set & dining room table, which was a pretty good chunk of change. That was July 7th. A few days later 1/2 of my bed frame and my night stands show up. Cool, no biggie. A week later the rest of the bed frame arrives, awesome! Mind you, NOBODY was home when these were delivered. The rest of the order was scheduled to arrive on the 19th. Nothing. Not even an email explaining why. So, on the 20th I call... IMMEDIATELY I am put on hold....over 40 min later a VERY rude woman answers & proceeds to tell me that my box spring (which I had already cancelled) isn't in the warehouse, so they can't deliver until they have everything. I explain that I had cancelled it, so just bring me the other stuff. She tells me she has no record of that & would have to submit a request for separate delivery. Hmm, even though I had already received TWO partial deliveries? So, she "says" she'll place the request, says "someone" will call me. A few days later I get a voicemail stating that my BOX SPRING (yes the one I've cancelled twice) will be in the warehouse Aug 2nd & they can deliver everything the following week (5th-10th) so, I call back... 40+ min later I reach a human. She is very sweet. Explains that they can't do separate deliveries and the box spring and table aren't in the warehouse yet. What the hell people. Why did you take the table out? It was just there a couple days ago! And I cancelled the damn box spring! She politely explains that she can't cancel anything @ the call center....ok...attempts to connect me with someone who can. I get a recording "We're sorry all of our stores are closed, goodbye" alright now I'm going to snap. I don't though. Next day, I receive a text from them asking me to call and confirm my AUGUST 16TH delivery! I call back...twice and am on hold 30+ min both times & have to return to work. Third try, I reach a person who I promptly tell to just cancel the order. She says "okay, done" I said wow it's easier to cancel than it is to get stuff from you! SHE HUNG UP ON ME!
The store was great, nice experience, helpful salespeople, BUY delivery and customer service is horrendous. I received an e-mail, text, and phone call telling me my furniture would be delivered on the 24th. Paid to have my old furniture removed, stayed home all day and you guessed it NO DELIVERY.

It was delivered and the right drawer in the bed did not open and close, the media chest was missing parts and had a scratch on the top. The nightstand drawer doesn't work properly. The man that delivered said he would report it and someone would come and fix it. (beware, this is a mistake, I should have refused deliver!) About 10 days later a tech came out, he looked at it and said, "yep it is broken!" He ordered parts and said, "call when they come in." One week later, the parts arrived. I called and was told it would be three weeks before a tech can come and fix the furniture. Every time I call I'm on hold 40+ minutes only to hear the canned response they are trained to say. I have asked for them to replace the broken furniture that I purchased, only to be told that since I agreed to have a tech fix it I need to wait for that to happen!! I will never purchase or recommend Ashley furniture to anyone. In fact I will go out of my way to tell people to beware...….they DON"T CARE!

The good: The sales reps in store were awesome! Super friendly, funny, and made you feel like they valued you as a customer. The prices are reasonable. The bad: Delivery drivers were rude, and stripped the screws when putting the feet on my new couch. We bought a livingroom bundle, which included a rug. Said rug was missing from delivery. Not a big deal, mistakes happen, but what followed was/is (still not 100% resolved) the reason for the 2 stars. To make a long story short, I have been accused by 2 reps of scamming the store, and told "we have photo proof" that the rug was delivered. (The picture was not of my house or my rug.) I finally get a rep who actual reads the driver's note stating no rug delivered and looks at my delivery receipt stating no rug delivered. So now it looks like I will get the rug within the next week or 2, so that's good, but I would never buy anything from here again because of my experience with the customer service reps.

We purchased the couch and the warranty (which was an additional $300) because I was pregnant and thought it was a good idea to have some insurance with a kid on the way. They told me my kid could pee, poop, take scissors and cut it open, anything external; it was totally covered. First, the couch felt totally different than at the store. This one was overstuffed and extremely firm. I assumed it would go down once we started breaking it in. WRONG! Within the year the entire couch started unraveling. Instead of softening, all the seams started tearing and unraveling. So I called to resolve the issue since I had the warranty. When I called, they told me it wasn't their problem; this was a manufacturer problem so it wasn't covered under warranty. When I called the manufacturer, they told me they wouldn't cover it because it was passed a year (it was 13 months when I called) so basically I got a lemon couch and my warranty was pointless. It cost me $125 for a new cushion not including labor and that cushion is already falling apart. I don't even sit on this couch anymore. I sit on the floor; but sitting on the couch to read to my child is apparently too much for this couch. $2000+ later and I have a totally lame, trashed couch that barely last a year. Never again, Ashley furniture.

This store is a joke, and management is extremely rude. The prices in store are almost double the online prices, and they won’t price match it. They also don’t cancel orders like they say they do, I received a call to set up delivery for an order cancelled a week ago. I have been sitting on hold with the store for over 50 minutes now. My husband drove up to the store while I’m still on hold, and the front desk staff are just sitting there joking around. Worst customer service.
The wife and I went to Ashley in Burlington, Wa a couple of days ago. Noah walked around with us for about an hour asking what we were looking for, why, and showing us different pieces that suited our needs. We were able to narrow it down to one set that we really liked and had everything we were looking for. He wasn’t pushy at all and just wanted to make sure that we’d be happy with whatever we ultimately ended up with. He was confident, but not pushy in the slightest. We shopped around for a couple days and found the same set at another store for a little cheaper with a comparable protection plan. We really liked Noah so we went back to Ashley. Unfortunately we came on his day off (my fault) he told us his days off but I forgot. Dave was the gentleman that helped us today. Not only did he beat the competitors price, but when we started talking about a new mattress, he showed us what they had to offer. After figuring out what we wanted, he took the initiative to check their website and found an even better discount than what they had in store. It’s nice to work with sales people that even on commission go out of their way to save you money when we would have payed the sticker price. We were completely satisfied. No forceful sales tactics and just genuine sales people.

Been sleeping on the floor for a month since original delivery date in my brand new house waiting for our bedroom set. Today was our next delivery day and still nothing not even a phone call. Customer service keeps transferring and hanging up on us. Idk why I had to pay 99 dollars for shipping.

The representative that helped us (Annette) was so amazing. She immediately made us feel like we were a priority and didn't pressure us at all during our visit. She helped us with amazing patience and gave us very helpful and unbiased opinions. We have a 3 year old who was with us and the staff there made she was included in all of the steps in the process. We will definitely make sure that any future purchases we have will go to the team at Ashley's and hopefully with the amazing Annette.
Absolutely stay away from this Store. . Bought a new King Bed also Mattress set form the Ashley Burlington Store, found out we were over charged when I went home and got online, called the store the next day explained over charge and Ashley Employee states "ohhh you are correct and we will get you a new invoice with the corrected amount mailed to you" here I sit 3 weeks later and have called the store 3 times also stoped in store and was told " oh we have no front office help yet and she will call you!" I am sitting here the next day in the evening with no phone call so I call "oh if you can wait another hour I will email it to you and tried calling you but your voicemail is full" I began laughing at her and said no that is a lie as I don't have one voicemail saved for it to be full! She tells me I need to wait as I stated I have been waiting almost 3 weeks for a receipt and is unacceptable! She stated well we had your email in here wrong also your phone number. . that became the customers fault why!!?? Please stay clear of this store if you would like customer service and not be over charged and begging for a receipt. . I will shop small stores from this point on! Shame on you Burlington Ashley Furniture! You all need Training!!!

When we called to ask where the furniture was they said they had no record of the delivery despite two text messages from Ashley stating otherwise. My wife is 7 months pregnant, we have 2 boys under 4 and they think US sitting on the floor for 2 weeks is completely acceptable punishment for THEIR mistake! NEVER WILL HAVE MY BUSINESS AGAIN! FREAKING BEST STORE EVER!!!! Their staff is super friendly and the store manager Alicia was very involved and helped a new associate with my purchase. My daughter (2yrs) felt like a princess and loved being there. My wife is in love with everything we got! Happy wife, happy life! THANK YOU ASHLEY!!!
What a nightmare dealing with this company. First off my salesperson was so pushy trying to get me to spend more financing which was over the top. my delivery date was scheduled a month out and then changed two separate times after that, and when they did show up they weren't in the time window that was provided and didn't have all of my order. The couch I bought had a big rip in the side and the delivery drivers tried to get me to sign for it like they didn't even notice it. I'm now over two months into this process since I purchased and the tear in my couch has no resolution in sight and I'm still not sure where the other pieces of my order are. The sales people never call you back when they say they will. This company has no respect for peoples time and money, it blows my mind how they are still operational and it comes down to basic stuff we learn as people. be respectful and do what you say you're going to.
Impossible to get a hold of them if you have an issue. Delivery was chaotic and confusing. Very unorganized. Not worth the savings you may find, look elsewhere.

You are better off buying from a smaller locally owned store. Ashley was bad from the start. I had looked online then went to their Burlington store. The prices seemed higher than I remembered, but thought maybe I was confusing models. After purchasing a dining table set, and entertainment stand w fireplace insert, and a Sofa, loveseat, recliner. (It took 3 hours in store) got home put same items in online basket with delivery and all it was over $1000.00 less than the &"Sale&" price in store. Drove back next day (an hour drive) they agreed to price match their website. But it took them 3 hours to redo the order.Delivery was 2 hours after window given with no calls to advise. Sofa not included again no call. All 4 chairs for dining set wobble. Buy elsewhere
First I would like to say that we bought ALL our furniture from here. The bedding and sofar were fine. Latest purchase was a dining table. The table broke before a year passed. We called and got replacement parts for us to install. With being so busy it took us a few weeks to actually open the packages to find one part missing and one came in broken. We’ve been trying to get replacements once again for the past month. They keep saying we’ve ordered them for you every time we call but never actually get the parts. Very frustrating after paying over 1k for just a dining table. Customer service sucks. If i could give one advice, go elsewhere for your furniture needs! Don’t waste your time or money on this place.
No pressure service. Had a huge sale on a great floor mattress, so we got a mattress and whole bedroom set for barely more than a good new mattress from a mattress store 😜👍😜👍
We had a great experience in store, Matan was very helpful and patient with my husband and I as we shopped. We bought two rugs that were clearance so we had to take the floor models, and Matan moved all the furniture off of them, rolled them up and took them to our car for us. We ordered a sectional couch that was 25% off, delivery did end up getting delayed by about 5 days from what we were told in store, but when it did get here the delivery guys had it unwrapped, set up and they were out the door in about 10 minutes. Overall good experience other than the delayed delivery date.

We never received it, nor did we receive any fall call stating our order status. Our attempts to call the store did not go well either. We called two different times and we're on hold for 10 minutes and then 5 minutes before we have up. We had other things to do and according to the delivery tracker we were one stop away. So we thought okay it'll get here, we have an ETA for 11pm CT, so 9pm our time. 9pm his and nothing. No phone call, no text, no nothing. We attempted to call the delivery teams number that was listed on the order tracker, and it went straight to a computerized voice mail message in Spanish. This morning I called the customer care team and they informed me that an item was on backorder, so it looks like it wasn't even on the truck for delivery yesterday. This was news to me because my wife and I never received a phone call from the store, nor did we receive any texts about the change in our delivery status (which in the system it says we received one). We're going to call the store again today to see what's going on, so I'll update after. Safe to say that if we don't like their answer, we'll just return the items and but from somewhere else. We've already been waiting 2 and a half weeks for our items. That's more then enough time for our items to have been here, especially if we never got an update about something being backordered. We came back in to find out where our order was. They informed us it was rescheduled from April 30th to May 9th. They did this without every calling us or texting is for an update. We were promised a 90 day money back guarantee if we didn't like the bed for any reason...Well, the bed is fine, we just want to exchange the mattress because we don't like the split and get the rest of our money back. Nope. Can't do that - the money that we have left over has to go toward store credit. I don't want store credit because I don't want to wait 4 more months for a piece of furniture. This is total garbage. They say there's new ownership... hopefully the new ownership can make things right but I'm not very hopeful. I'll never do business with this company again and I intend on spreading the word about the garbage service I've received. Save yourself the headache - shop local or somewhere else. I was able to get a table from Ikea delivered in less than a week. There are furniture stores in downtown Mount Vernon, WA who have the same financing company as Ashley with better quality merchandise so if you think Ashley is the only place you can get financed, you are wrong - shop around but avoid this place unless you have months and months to wait for a table. Falsely advertise/display what they have in stock. We bought a couch and coffee table that has been on back order for more than 2 months. When I called(waited on hold for 20 minutes) today they said it would be at least another month. I cancelled the order.
Dealing with Ashley has been a fiasco. We ordered a complete living room set back in January, for full delivery to be expected on March 9th. It is April 10th and STILL do not have the entire order. Our third delivery (the final item) was due to arrive today and we confirmed it with Ashley on Monday the 8th. They did not show up today, and upon making a call to their delivery confirmation, was told it never made it to the distribution center. "Sorry you were not notified" was the response. April 25th is now the newest date set. The rundown. . . . on March 9th we received a defective sofa as well as a coffee table which was scratched down the center. Both items were sent back with the delivery person. We were also told at the time that 3 other pieces on back order. All we got that day to keep were two lamps. End of March, received the replacement sofa, replacement coffee table, loveseat and end table. Told that one piece is still on order. So, today was optimistically expecting that final piece. It was a no show and not even a courtesy call. There is more I could share about the customer care, but all I will say is that it is worthless. Too bad, because the actual furniture once you get it, and when it is not flawed or defective, is quite nice. We will not use Ashley again, and plan to purchase an area rug and additional lighting from a more reliable source. Also, Ashley has incorrect phone numbers listed for me on their delivery emails. I have gone into the store as well as contacted customer care to correct the transposed number, but does not seem to have had any effect. So, if they come back on Yelp to say they tried contacting me with no success, Uh, I wonder whyj!!!
Their website falsely advertises what they actually have in stock, the customer service can't fix warehouse mistakes and we got the wrong couch delivered three times. My wife originally ordered a 2 piece sofa for our new home in February and what was delivered was a big mistake. No fault to the delivery guys they were on time and professional, but somehow we received 2 different colored items on delivery day. After a call to customer service they didn't even have the other piece in stock so they said we would have to wait 2 weeks before we could get the other piece. Then on the 2nd delivery day they delivered the same wrong color couch. So after another lengthy call to customer service they told us we could either wait on a MANUFACTURER ORDER which could take up to 2 months for something we already paid for or receive an exchange with a small credit. So we took the exchange since it was supposed to be faster. Last weekend we received only one piece of the new exchanged set because the other two pieces did not reach the warehouse in time after we were guaranteed a full same day delivery. So after over 6 weeks we were out almost $900 and had to hold onto a couch we couldn't really use since we ended up returning it. Then we had to argue with customer service to get a refund since we had the item so long, and the cherry on top was when they said we still had to foot the bill for the deliveries because the service was apparently fulfilled. We have always shopped for furniture from Ashley before but after this I will take my time and money elsewhere.
DECEPTIVE CREDIT PRACTICES BEWARE. I went there and bought 3200 dollars worth of furniture and signed up for their zero percent if you pay in 6 months offer. Their application said one bank OR the other. They said I was approved for 15000 if I wanted to buy more. I was shocked and said no thanks and then two weeks later I got not one but TWO new credit cards. They quietly opened multiple credit cards in my name and never told me! I complained to Ashley and it was like they didn’t care. I paid off the account and filed a complaint with the credit card company who were actually shocked they did that and very helpful. I plan on filing a complaint with the Attorney General next in Washington state. I buy a lot of furniture as we don’t keep it long and it’s sad over 3200 dollars they lost a customer and don’t seem to care.
We&'ve been customers since 2016 and have bought so much furniture from here- basically our whole house is Ashley furniture. Our buying experience was great; but when it came down to delivery and customer service, rude people. They just want you to buy their furniture then it&'s all downhill from there. The furniture is insanely CHEAP and I have had FOUR items delivered ruined and not one was replaced!!Our first bed that we ordered came with a missing piece that was $100 and we were told we were going to have to buy it. Needless to say, we got it without paying for it again. With this order, our black bedroom furniture was delivered with scratches and the mirror had a black mark on there that still will not come off. They pulled out their black marker and covered the scratches. So absolutely pathetic. Alex, the manager at the Burlington store told me I would be getting a call for a delivery of a new bed because it was delivered ruined. It has been a month and I haven&'t heard from anyone. He told me &"if you order the same bed for the THIRD time it&'s most likely going to come ruined again.&" What a great reputable company. Not! DON&'T waste your time with this company! Cheap furniture and inconsiderate employees.
Went here with my mom to get something she needed for a bed. Ordered it and they told her the date it would arrive. Well that date came and went. We then went down to the store and they couldn’t quite figure out when it was coming. Then they did and said oh I’m sorry it didn’t make it onto the truck so it will be here later. I guess the most annoying part was that the lady helping us would just walk away and we didn’t know where she was going but then would reappear randomly with an answer to our questions. Kinda weird customer service.
Terrible costumer service!! Especially with the delivery company they use! Our delivery has been late, actually almost a whole MONTH late. To top it off, Ashely's "can't do anything" about this. HORRIBLE SERVICE. DO NOT RECOMMENED TO ANYONE TO PURCHASE FROM THEM.
Had my scheduled delivery appointment canceled because the bed frame wasn't in. Once I had a look at my calendar I called back to set up a new delivery time, and I'm still on hold. 33 minute hold so far just to reschedule. Another typical big business that drops their customer service once they've got your money. But of course there are like 10 sales people ready to pounce when you walk into the place *** Updated 4/3/19 in response to below comment from Ashley. Yes, Ashley Furniture did reach out to me via Yelp and did eventually fulfill my order. But they called me 20 minutes before my second scheduled delivery to tell me again that they had the mattress but not the frame. So I had a mattress I couldn't use and with even less notice than the first scheduled appointment, 20 minutes! I had already cleared out my room and taken apart my old bed frame in preparation for my delivery and ended up with just a mattress on the floor for two more weeks before they could deliver the frame (3rd scheduled delivery). The only way I could get any help was complaining on Yelp and even that help sucked. I will NEVER shop Ashley Furniture again.
If i could give zero stars i would. If i could do negative stars I would. if there was an option to rate it with a turd it would be it. This place has given me so much stress i wish i could go back and buy elsewhere. I cant even call and reach anyone to cancel the order crappiest customer service once you've purchased
Went to Ashleys for a sleeper sofa, recliner, and coffee table. They tell me earliest delivery on a Saturday is 3 weeks from then. So on the day of delivery my buddy comes over and we haul off all my old furniture to the dump to make room for the new stuff. The driver shows up and proceeds to tell me that he wouldn't be able to make it up the hill into my apartment complex (the apartment complex that moving trucks come in and out of almost weekly). Doesn't even offer to walk it, just drives off with my furniture into the sunset. I call Ashley to schedule a new delivery and they say the soonest they can deliver would be Friday the next week, I then attempted to explain to them how sitting on my floor for a week waiting for the furniture that should have been delivered today would be most undesirable. So she tell me they will bring it Monday. Monday rolls around and no one has called to schedule a time for delivery, so I call "customer care" and they tell me they don't make deliveries on Mondays, just Thursdays-Saturdays. Here again I proceeded to voice my displeasure at the unfortunate turn of events and demanded my payment returned so as to take my patronage elsewhere. Moral of the story is, they're nice enough to you in the store, but once they get payment customer service goes out the window (hope you like hold music). We bought their Cadillac warranty plan, but seeing the difficulty I was having even getting them to bring me my items, I imagine trying to get warranty work out of them would prove just as excruciating.
I went in to Ashley's looking for a sectional. Cathy, the salesperson was friendly and knowledgable about the product and she helped up find exactly what we were looking for. We will definitely be back to purchase our couch very soon!!

Our experience at Ashley's HomeStore was perfect, we financed our new sleeper sofa and continued on our way: so simple and easy. We were promised delivery for 19 March; 19 March came and as the delivery drivers were getting ready to unload our item, my husband notice a visible tear on the arm. He was given two options: having someone arrive at a later time for repair or to reject delivery and reschedule for a new product to be delivered at a later time. Obviously, we chose to reject delivery and get a brand new flawless sleeper sofa since that is what we financed. My husband was told that someone will contact us for delivery, we waited a couple of days and nobody ever contacted us. I, then, proceeded to contact Ashley's for delivery information and was told delivery wouldn't be possible until 25 March, they refunded the delivery charge and we accepted our fate. 25 March rolls around and three hours before delivery, my husband receives a phone call stating there was a delay and we will again, not be receiving our item. We let, yet again, another couple days pass and called to find out about delivery since nobody had contacted us for the second time, only to be told we would have to wait another two days, guaranteeing delivery on 29 March. We were also reassured by the representative that there should be no more delays as the sleeper sofa was in stock at the warehouse; she also told us to look out for delivery confirmation within the next couple of days. It is now 1843 on 28 March and I, AGAIN, had to contact Ashley's for delivery confirmation as we hadn't received a call or e-mail. Once on the phone with their customer care, I was told delivery was "manually confirmed on 25 March for 13-1600 on 29 March"... can you guess what happened? Unfortunately, both my husband and I work at that time and will not be available as nobody ever confirmed that window time frame with us. The representative, Alejandra, did her due diligence in trying to move the timeframe but was unable to since the route was already establish and my home would be "too out of the way" to be scheduled any earlier. I was peeved, to say the least and finally, asked to speak to a manager, held and was later transferred to speak to manager, Harley, who did as I requested and looked for special delivery options and/or any further compensation that could be refunded. To my dismay, she returned on the line to tell me there was absolutely nothing she could further do, in addition to being, the highest person with authority that I could verbally speak to. She further explained that delivery wouldn't take place until the following Tuesday (another 5 days of waiting)... I reluctuntly accepted to change the delivery, however, Harley soon returned to tell me that the current delivery order was locked, so she requested the change and we would have to wait for delivery confirmation within the next couple of days...as if we haven't heard that before, huh? I am completely dissatisfied with the delivery process and furthermore, disappointed at the lack of commitment to your customers. At this point, I am waiting for my husband to get home as I am really considering cancellation of our order, financing and am determined to never give Ashley's Furniture any of our business, starting with recommending our friends and family to consider another Home Furniture Store before resorting to Ashley's. I have never been treated with such lack of concern after a company repeatedly made mistakes and inconveniencing our schedules and lives.

We're told we would get a call today whether we need to be home tomorrow for a delivery tomorrow and no call and no answer the multiple times we've called. No reply to emails either. I am really at a loss of words at this point... The sales women we worked with Danielle was super nice at first, and offered us this great "new homeowner" program where we would put a deposit down on the furniture we wanted to lock in the sale price that they were having that weekend. We couldn't pay for it at the time, because we were closing on a house and couldn't mess with our credit. Our house closes and we place our order, we didn't finance, and just decided to pay in full. I followed up day after day to get the delivery dates for all the furniture I ordered. Mind you, I ordered two couches, four over size chairs, barstools, a mattress, and an entire bedroom set. Not just one piece. She should have never given out her cell phone number to us if she wasn't going to respond timely on it. I work in sales, so I understand how this goes... I followed up with the office as well to get delivery dates, the gal there, can't remember her name was SO RUDE. Was it too much to ask to find out dates for when my stuff was going to arrive? Anyway, finally got the dates, and it was supposed to be delivered on 3 separate dates. Some stuff was delivered on time, and the barstools have been delayed twice because they were damaged. Annoyed. A couch and two chairs were supposed to be delivered yesterday, and the barstool for a third time, and it has ALL been pushed out to sometime in April- no date given. It's March 21st, and if I thought I could get anything here sooner, I would cancel everything that hasn't already been delivered. Once they get your money, be diligent about following up with them, because likely you won't hear from them. I am so disgusted and angry with how this has been handled.
decent in the past but are horrible now carefully inspect their junk furniture at delivery before they bring it into your home !!! about 10 years ago we bought a bedroom set from ashley. it was a decent experience as items were delivered on time and undamaged. two months ago we ordered some additional furniture from them and it was a different experience. first, haggle with them as their pricing is now ridiculous (even their sale prices are not reasonable). most of their furniture is only a thin veneer finish it is not solid wood furniture and yet they have raised their price point significantly. second, they will not let you pick up items yourself at the store (they claim they don't have space) so they force you to pay for home delivery. when the delivery persons brought the furniture we asked them to simply wipe their shoes before entering and they both seemed offended that we asked even thought it was raining outside. when they brought in the second piece of furniture they made no attempt to wipe their shoes on the front door mat, i asked them again and this time they basically ignored us and each time after that. then they bumped one of our walls denting it with the new furniture and then denied it was them. at this point we were irritated with them and did not look over the furniture as carefully as we should have. after the very rude delivery persons left we discovered every single piece of furniture had defects or damage. two tables had corners damaged from shipping so the finish was torn off (again this is a thin veneer finish). a cabinet had defective hinges so the door scrapes against the cabinet frame finish on open or close. another cabinet had the corner hit so hard that a 2 " piece was fractured/splintered off. a table had white sealant or paint on 3 of 4 legs (this is brown furniture). it is shameful that this is how they now operate. we are still arguing with them at this point.
Love this store. Bought a new mattress and love it still 10 months later. Went back 1 month later for a new bed headboard and frame and live the farm feel. Wish they had more real wood options vs tons of vanieer. But will still return when we are ready for a couch.

The first 3 pieces took about 7 weeks to arrive at a store 2-3 hours away, but the last piece arrived in about 4-5 days and it was at the store I ordered it from (only about 45mins away)! Because of this I have given them an additional star (total of 4 because of the long wait in the beginning). This was not over all a bad experience. My only suggestion from this point forward would be to have a good understanding of when to expect your furniture and I was told paying a little more for delivery can get you your furniture faster.

My order has been back ordered for two months now and my order has somehow been given to someone else???? They've both avoided my calls all day and forward me to corporate only to avoid me. Bought 4 pieces of furniture 6 weeks ago and still not available for pick up!! And now Ashley's is saying they don't know why it's hasn't come in and no idea when it will be ready for pick up. They told me to check back every week! That's garbage! I highly suggest you buy your furniture on a site like wayfair instead of this crappy store Ok so Ashley's has contacted me and located my furniture and changed shipping for our last piece to the store, which is way closer! I'm feeling a lot better about this interaction now. They might have been slow to get my furniture but I believe they have went out of their way to make it right. I'll give them 2 additional stars for customer service. And if my last piece arrives in a timely manner as projected (or even in the ball park) I'll give them another star. . . . . . . . .

I couldn’t be anymore dissatisfied with this company, I would rank them right below Comcast for worst customer service ever. My wife and I purchased a sectional sofa and a dining room set on January 21st, the sofa was backordered so we had to set delivery for February 6th we were made aware of that so it was fine. On February 4th I received a confirmation email for the delivery and confirmed I would be home as I took the day off to be there. Come the 6th the drivers brought in the dining room set and half of the sofa before informing me that part of the sofa was missing. They told me customer care would contact me regarding the missing part of the sofa. At this point I was slightly annoyed but things happen. I called customer care 6 hours later after not hearing from them all day and was informed they couldn’t look into my order until the next day as it showed out for delivery in their system but was assured I would be contacted the next day with an update. Im growing more annoyed at this point. The next day I received no update so the following day I called customer service back. I was informed that the missing piece wouldn’t be available for another 2 weeks. I said that was completely unacceptable and asked why I wasn’t informed before the delivery that all of the pieces of the sofa weren’t available to which they replied I’m sorry I don’t know. At this point I’m completely over dealing with it and ask to cancel the order and return the half of a sofa to which I was informed that because it was delivered to my home I couldn’t return it. After 30 minutes of arguing that I didn’t order half a sofa, was not made aware of the delays due to terrible communication, and threatening to dispute the charges with my credit card company they agreed to take the half sofa back. I was assured I would be contacted by a manager to schedule the return within 48 hours, luckily I didn’t hold my breath. 3 days later I again had to call them to ask when this would be picked up. Apparently they didn’t have any trucks available for pick up for another 2 and a half weeks so I scheduled it for February 27th, over 20 days after my original delivery date. So I had to take another day off to be home. The drivers came to pick it up, I showed them where it was and they said hold on I have to make a call. After a few minutes the driver handed me his phone and said customer care needed to talk to me, at this point I was informed they couldn’t take the sofa back because there was animal hair on it and the pick up would have to be rescheduled to after the sofa was cleaned. At this point I’m fuming mad, knowing we were returning it we had kept the sofa covered and our dog doesn’t get on the furniture, there were literally 4 or 5 hairs on one of the cushions. I shared my experience thus far with the representative and told her this needed to be picked up today and Ashley had wasted enough of my time already, I then grabbed a lint roller and removed the 5 offending hairs in about 7 seconds. The drivers took the cushions off and threw them on the ground where they probably accumulated more dog hairs than were previously on the whole sofa and carried it out to their truck, then came back and carried out the cushions which they promptly threw in the back of their filthy truck. Now I’m just waiting for the call from customer care trying to charge me some sort of restocking fee or cleaning fee which was never discussed and not spelled out anywhere in my contract. This has been a nightmare from the beginning. I couldn’t advise more strongly than to stay away from dealing with this company!
We had great assistance choosing our furniture. Enjoyed the experience at the store. We are, however, still waiting for it to be delivered. It’s been pushed back twice and we have been told, after I had to call 4 times, that maybe we will get it next week. Of the 4 people I talked to on the phone one was actually friendly. I love the furniture, but due to this I will most likely never buy anything from Ashley’s ever again.

Very upset with the delivery service, we recently moved to Mt Vernon and needed some new furniture as we donated our old chair and couch. On January 1st we ordered two chairs. Our sales person Elizabeth was great, very helpful and friendly. We were not happy to find out that we had to wait three weeks for delivery as all we had to sit on were two office chairs or the dining room chairs. One chair was delivered on time but we are still waiting for the other. We have lost count of the number of times we have had a delivery rescheduled. Twice we have stayed home all day waiting only to get a call with the excuse that there was a delay from the manufacturer. Today it was supposedly on the way but the truck broke down and they don't know when it will be delivered.
I walked into this store with my elderly dad who was in the process of recovering from the flu. He had an oxygen tank, a medical mask and, frankly, he looked terrible. That didn&'t scare anyone away. So far so good.We were shopping for a couple new recliners to help him (and my mom who was also sick) sleep upright as he recovered from his illness. When we started talking features and pricing, my dad realized 2019 prices were pretty steep.Long story short, the lady who assisted us was kind, patient and very informative. She helped us find TWO recliners that were a perfect fit for both my parents. Two different styles, but she was able to get them in matching colors.Delivery was made within a week and everything went smoothly. I&'m happy to have had such a positive experience and would recommend this store to anyone looking for a nice bit of new furniture.
We bought a new couch got the insurance on it great customer service in the store. Then when delivered they accidentally stabbed a small hole in back of couch. They took picture told us they would be in contact with us. Waited almost 2 weeks didnt hear from them so I called, finally talked to someone who said they are gonna have it fix. They sent us fabric told us to call and they would send someone out. If I'm paying over 1000$ for a new couch i want a new couch. Went in store very nice lady understood when i told her and got a new couch ordered. Today received couch. It was clearly not new piece, but I'm so tired of trying. Lesson learned. Yes I will pay for couch, but will NEVER recomend or purchase anything from this company again!!!

So I called customer service who left me know the delivery driver never contacted them about a reorder of my chair. So I scheduled another deliver for a week later. Time frame was given and scheduled out my day to wait around for the chair. THE DELIVERY NEVER SHOWED UP. I called and customer service said that my chair NEVER got onto the truck for that morning and someone was SUPPOSE to call to let us know. NO ONE CALLED. Wasted an entire day. Finally 2 weeks later the chair finally came. Therefore; customer service is absolutely horrible. And that is the long story short. I will not order from Ashley's again.

I came into the store with the biggest problem ever and I didn’t know what to do. I met Bonnie Thornton the customer service rep and she was amazing. I was so mad at what happen but that lady is a miracle worker. If I ever have any other problems I know mrs Bonnie is the lady I’m going to from this point. She made my life easy. THANK YOU BONNIE!!

The moment you have a problem or need help it's a huge ordeal and have to jump through hoops or never get a response back until you have to call repeatedly or show up on person multiple times, yet still get lame excuses. Save your time and money and don't got here. PS. Make sure to check your box spring mattress to make sure the plastic was removed upon delivery.... Ours was not removed and cause condensation which led to serious mold that affected my husband and I. Skin and respiratory problems for months . We found it on Christmas after only owning it 2 years, took pictures, called immediately to get a replacement top mattress only to be told that it was probably something we did which it is NOT as we bought the very expensive top mattress cover and never spilled anything. It has been over 3 weeks of not having a mattress and being told If we bought another mattress somewhere else that it would void the warranty......I feel very jerked Around and unhappy not having a clean and safe mattress to sleep on... So please save yourself a bad back, lack of sleep, and terrible customer service GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!!!
