I don't know the standard of this store how they aproach and serve clients but I felt like I was tortured by the long beared male sales representative. First of all he never introduced himself before he asked me for what I was going in this store. I asked him to see for more firmer matress other than the one he showed me but he strongly argued, may be he looked like disgusted at me. I just said good bye to hime and left the store. It was an awkward moment for me.

Hassam was extremely helpful and deserves 5 stars for his effort in helping us find furniture for our home. Unfortunately, we had to cancel our order due to the long delivery timeline. The only reason I’m leaving 4 stars is the experience during the cancellation process. Kay, the operations manager, was extremely rude and pushy, which does not reflect the values of the rest of the team. She should not be the one assigned to “save the deal.” Aside from that, everything else has been excellent. The store manager is very helpful, and I will gladly return to work with Hassam again in the future.

The store is great but what makes is even better is folks like Sushma, I delayed by review to ensure everything was completed and I could provide a genuine rounded up feedback. The sales rep Sushma spent well over an hour with us, understood our needs and desire, came up with multiple options to help us narrow down, provided personal perspective on maintenance, services , material ,that really helped us close this deal. Great folks at the location. I took the professional install option. Everything was professionally delivered , installed, cleaned.I might consider going back again for my future neeeds.

Couch is good but the delivery drivers were the rudest people I have ever encountered. They were yelling they wouldn’t deliver because the elevator was too small but wouldn’t measure it. They also said they would only go up two flights of stairs but I live on 4th and was never warned about this. Finally got them to measure the elevator and it did fit, so they delivered. But the whole time they were extremely aggressive and rude. Called Ashley during this and they said they couldn’t do anything and just refuse service.

It was super-easy & we love our new couch!

I bought a king bed, matress and foundation from Ashley, Lynnwood. Doug walking me three all the buys and was great explaining me various things. Everything was great but when i got all the setup at home i realized that the total hight was very high for the setup. This was mostly my fault as did not realize how high the setup would get when all put together. Doug and Kay helped me out change the high profile foundation with a lower profile. This result in credit to me and when shipping fee was added, i have to just pay some of the shipping fee. However Doug when out of the eay and got the fee waived for me!! Kay had to go theough my old invoice, new invoice and credit plus shipping and figure all the numbers! However she did it very fast and effortless! In all, great experience shopping at Ashley as always! Cutomer service and attention to detail from Doug and Kay were the highlights!

Yong is one of the best sales people I have ever worked with she’s so good at her job and with her help I was certain that the couch I bought was perfect for my apartment because of her expertise in delivery, size of the furniture and her great customer service. When I come back to buy more from Ashley I will make sure I go straight to her.

I ordered a sofa bed from Ashley Furniture and the whole delivery experience has been extremely frustrating. First, the delivery was delayed by a full week beyond the promised date. When it finally arrived, it was handled by DHL instead of Ashley, and the driver was very rude. He was pretending not to speak English (only Spanish), which made communication nearly impossible, and he insisted I sign a damage waiver before even attempting to bring the sofa inside completely unreasonable and not what was agreed. The website clearly states that the measurements fit standard doorways, yet he refused to even try. When I contacted Ashley’s customer service, the representative tried to talk to him, but the driver hung up and left with the sofa. Ashley promised to reschedule delivery within 48 hours with a polite, English-speaking driver but it’s now been 5 days with no call, no update, and no delivery. Meanwhile, the payment has already been charged, but I still don’t have the sofa. This is unacceptable, especially from a company as large as Ashley. I had guests who were supposed to use the sofa bed, and this has caused huge inconvenience. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Ashley Furniture to anyone.

We we to Ashley just to see what they had in the show room. Ended up leaving with a full bedroom set. They made it really hard to say “no” to the bargain they were providing us. In the end they were able to give us everything we wanted in our bedroom set, for a price that was affordable. Along with having it delivered and assembled less then a week later. Kudos

Delivery was well coordinated with hour by hour updates on day of delivery. Delivery was quick and went smoothly.

Team delivered a faulty couch and now Ashley wants to repair and keep it. I been going back and forth explaining, why should I keep a faulty couch and I keep hearing the same scripted response.

Our experience with Ashley store at Lynnwood was good when the sale happened. It was Awesome. I came back and suggested the store to many of my friends. But the delivery and after sales experience was not at all good. They brought a different color sectional sofa and I asked them to take it back. They didn't bring the dining table saying that it was damaged in the warehouse itself. They also did not bring the night stands which are part of the order. When I called the sales person, she was on a leave and told me to contact the store directly. I contacted the store and asked for an ETA of the missing items. The lady who spoke on the phone was not polite at all. She initially said they'll call me in a day. I said, if I don't get a call in a day, I'll give a call to check on the status and she said "I don't have a time frame, so, don't call us". I said, fine, I'll wait for 2 days and if I don't get a call I'll give a call to atleast get an ETA or the status. She replied, "You don't call us, they're is no point in you calling us, we will only call you when we have any information". I waited 3 days and called the store again. They said, the team which can provide this status is not in yet and they took my details and said that they'll call me. Till now I didn't get a call. I'm truly disappointed with the after delivery service. I don't understand why such a big store is not interested in after sales services. If the store/sales manager read this review, please look into this issue ASAP.

Rama was a competent, knowledgeable, friendly, no pressure sales associate. She answered all of our questions thoughtfully and made wonderful suggestions with regard to the furniture we were looking at. Her professional demeanor made us seek her out when we returned to make our purchase. 5 stars for Rama! We would definitely purchase from her again. * One side note… the sales leader Khalid was somewhat condescending to Both us and Rama which left a bad taste in out mouth.

They are actual scammers. Delivered broken furniture then refuse to refund. Spent days trying to get an actual resolution with Ashley. Finally asked for a refund and they are refusing. It’s looking like I’ll have to dispute with my credit card Note to potential buyers- They claim all sales are final regardless of if they deliver broken furniture. My credit card company said they receive a ton of complaints in regard to Ashley’s business practices.

We had a great experience with Ashley Furniture. Delivery process was frustrating, we were given a date, then they changed the date and we got numerous text messages telling us a different date. Then it showed up on the original date and it was a huge mad scramble to let the delivery guys in , making space for the new thing's and removing the old.

Went to Ashley furniture to get a couple of couches. Yong approached us right when we walked in the door and got us started on where to start browsing after telling her what we were looking for. She spent all afternoon with us and hustled the whole time. She was super helpful and very thorough. I felt like she was looking out for us as customers, which not all customer service agents do, so really appreciated that. Would definitely go back to this location and look for her if we need more help!

Had a nice experience with the sales gal however once I got the delivery calling stating the order was delayed, experience went to shit. Called and spoke to Kay and though I could see she was somewhat trying to help she was beyond unprofessional. Could not give me an exact time on when product would be available even though I was told at time of sale, it was. Asked for the store manager to call me back and was told by Kay, “I can’t guarantee he will call you”. At that point I based the decision on continuing with the purchase based on getting the requested call back. The sales manager never called so I called to cancel and there wasn’t even an attempt to keep my business. To bad for the sales person who helped me; her manager couldn’t even bother to call me back. Business must be good. Repeat customer of Ashely no more. Sorry

I am very satisfied with this interaction. Rama was almost too knowledgeable and had ready answers to all of my questions. She went to bat for me to honor a price from a sale that had ended. Professional, efficient and confident. Tali at Customer Service was also extremely helpful and kind. Although I have only slept on the mattress a few times so far, it seems to be of excellent quality and comfort.

My husband and I recently purchased a three-seat reclining sofa from the Lynnwood location. Our sales representative, Lynn (Yong Lin), provided excellent service by thoroughly showing us and explaining the features of different furniture models. She gave us plenty of time to test each option without any pressure, and was very patient while listening to all of our needs and preferences. Throughout the entire buying process, we felt well-supported and received great guidance that helped us make the right choice. Based on this positive experience, I would definitely recommend Ashley Furniture to others.

From the moment we walked into Ashley in Lynnwood we were met with the best customer service from Yong! Her knowledge, attention to detail and professionalism are incredible! Best furniture shopping experience ever! Yong is so great at her job, she took a loyal customer and exceeded my expectations.

Experience was ok. We were greeted by Nazia she was nice at first but turned cold to us by the very end. Clearly you can tell all she wanted was that commission, like chill out girl. We were thinking of just switching sales rep because of her attitude, just beware & don’t feel pressured by her. Every other employee was super nice to us! Overall the selection of furniture was good, i do highly suggest coming in & exploring their selection. The store is nice & clean with lovely decorations.

I was going to skip reviewing but I received several communications from Ashley furniture asking for a review. My partner and I went to Ashley furniture to look at couches in the Lynnwood location. Pretty light on people that day but workers seemed to all be helping customers. Walked around and saw a lot of couches. They have a great selection. I made the mistake of sitting on a couch and a female employee with a headset gave me a disgusted look. So I got up thinking we weren’t supposed to try out the furniture but saw others trying out the furniture. Walked around a bit more and found a couch I liked. I attempted to get the attention of another female employee sitting at a showroom station on her phone. She made eye contact with me and shook her head and gave me a nasty look before going back to her phone. My partner and I then tried going to customer service up front. I tried getting the attention of another female employee at the service desk with dyed red hair and facial piercings. This employee seemed to ignore me then made eye contact with me and also gave me a nasty look and went back to her computer. My partner and I decided to leave, I said out loud next to the service desk employee “I don’t think the employees want us in here.” She should have been able to hear that but no response from the employee. I took this as a confirmation. My partner needed to use the restroom, so alone in the lobby waiting for him to return I tried a last effort to get an employees attention. But the sales people were now about 10 feet away from me to my left in a group talking to each other. Some glancing at me but all in all ignoring me. While the red haired service employee on her computer to my right kept glancing at me long enough to give me dirty looks and returning to her computer. My partner returned and I decided to just go back and take a picture of the couch so I could order it online. But found out it was 100 more online so online was not a option In walks the hero now. An employee name Hassan actually spoke to me and we had a conversation. My brain had basically shut down at that point due to a long day and feeling so uncomfortable in the store. But he was able to help me, get pricing, and make a profile. I ordered the couch with full delivery and install and he even got me to buy the warranty. He literally just be speaking to me like a person made me comfortable enough to do the purchase in store. Hassan got pulled into a meeting and another older gentleman assisted in finishing my order. He was also very nice. Unfortunately I do not recall his name. Hassan was 5/5: Hero of our story! Order Handling and Delivery was 5/5: Very professional! Store Experience 1/5: I would not recommend the Lynnwood location based on my visit. Other Ashley stores should be considered before going here. I don’t plan on returning to this location but I would try other Ashley locations in the future. Couch 5/5: It’s what I wanted! Ashley’s does have a great inventory. Only thing I can think of as to why this all happened is maybe I don’t look like normal clientele. I was wearing a Lilo and Stitch shirt. So maybe if Ashley’s reads this find me on the cameras and verify my narrative.

I needed to get several pieces of furniture. I knew this was going to be a lesson in patience, but the sales associate that greeted me had no idea of the chaos and high maintenance I was bringing into her life and her store. Valeriya has the patience of a saint! Not only that, she's extremely knowledgeable about the products in her store. She listened to my very long story about what I needed and why, and she immediately started to make recommendations and showed me several options. I think I was there for about 3 hours. Maybe longer! Valeriya is so sweet, and so personable and knows her furniture! (And my life story, now.) When we were just about finished shopping, I noticed a coffee table set that would match the new couch I purchased, but I wanted to see it next to the couch. It was a little too heavy for me to lift. So, the wonderful Valeriya, requested help from Hassam. He happily came over and they were both able to set the table next to the couch so I could get the full look. They didn't have to do that. But it made me so happy! I'm going to need more furniture in the near future. I will absolutely be returning Ashley and Valeriya. If there was ever an associate that deserved a raise...it's 100% Valeriya!!!

I have been a longtime customer of Ashley furniture, and I have to say that this location is probably the best I’ve ever purchased with. I had recently purchased two leather couches and there were some complications that happened with them over the course of two months after purchasing them. I had two separate claims happen and in the end, there was nothing else that could be done unless I went and pleaded my case to the store. The sales manager Mike, Nancy at the front desk, Ricky, Robbie, and Doug are some of the nicest people I’ve ever experienced at the furniture store. They were eager to help me and found a way to have my couches taken care of. It’s also worth mentioning that Johanna at customer service was absolutely fantastic and if it wasn’t for her, I wouldn’t have been able to be helped like I was. I just want to say thank you to the team there at Ashley furniture and continue doing the great work that you guys do! UPDATE: I came back to get an adjustable bedframe replaced for one that was delivered incorrectly, and I just have to say that again I am 100% pleased and satisfied with the service I was given in the ease of being able to get the mistake corrected. Again, Nancy at the front desk is such a joy to talk to and extremely helpful. She should definitely be store director, I’m just saying 😀 Ricky was my sales associate this time around and he was super helpful, and with a little bit of his help and persuasion, I was able to upgrade my bedframe to something even better. I definitely love the store! And especially thank you to the two ladies at the front desk. Nancy and the other (can’t remember her name) they were super persistent, super helpful, and extremely patient. As was Robbie. It’s nice knowing that you can walk into a furniture store, spend $3000 to $4000 on something, and if the request is realistic and reasonable, that the furniture store has your back and will get you satisfied.

Worst experience ever. Bought a couch that was in stock on purpose due to an immediate need. Was assured it was in stock. Only to now be still waiting 2 weeks later. No offer to refund my delivery fee. No explanation as to how the sales person AND the approving manager said it was in stock. Now they are holding up my entire shipment over the ottoman not being ready.....absolutely NEVER will I shop with this company again. They are dishonest and have terrible customer service. They will just say sorry after taking your money.

HASSAM IS THE MAN!!!!! Initially I had a pretty bad experience buying a large sectional couch. The sales woman I initially worked with was extremely pushy, dishonest about the product to up sell me to a more expensive model, and also dishonest about the price. Needless to say when I went in the next day I was pretty irate. Enter Hassam. When I enter the store, Hassam approached me. I basically let into him about how disappointed I was in my purchase the prior day. Rather than Hassam getting combative, he immediately assessed the situation and promised that he would do everything in his power to address my concerns. And he absolutely delivered. He was the exact opposite of the previous sales person I worked with. He was incredibly patient and really took the time to ask me what I was looking for and what my goals were. After taking the time to do this he actually suggested a much less expensive product and assured me that it would be a better fit based on all the information I had given him. I'm a small business owner in a sales industry and it's so hard to come by sales people like Hassam nowadays. I have all the confidence in the world to refer my friends and family members to Hassam in the future. Ashley has some decent furniture for reasonable prices. But if you planning on shopping at the Lynnwood location, absolutely ask for Hassam by name. If it's his day off, come back. Don't work with anyone other than Hassam. He's a kind, considerate, honest human being that will do everything to listen to you and take of your needs!

Drove two hours to pick up pictures, that I was told by another store that I could grab them here. Store manager wouldn’t allow me to buy them, said I have to wait a month for them to ship. Update: Ashley’s proposed “solution” was to offer me an exchange or re-selection. This is not a real solution. Why would I risk bringing more furniture with the same "chemical smell" into my home after the first experience already created serious health concerns? This response feels dismissive and fails to address the issue. Instead of taking accountability and removing these items, they placed the burden back on me to choose more of the same. I am extremely disappointed in how this was handled. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I purchased two nightstands and a dresser from Ashley, and the experience has been extremely frustrating and concerning. The furniture arrived with a strong, toxic chemical odor that quickly filled my home. Even after keeping my windows and doors open for days, the smell only got worse. I developed severe headaches, and I’m deeply worried about the health of my family and pets. Out of desperation, I went back to the store to raise my concerns in person to discuss the return. Shockingly, the customer service manager told me to just “go home and wait” for someone from their support team to come inspect the furniture before deciding if a return would even be allowed. This response was completely unacceptable. While my family’s health was being put at risk, Ashley’s solution was for me to simply live with toxic-smelling furniture in my home and “wait.” I expected much better from a company of this size. This situation is not only a huge inconvenience, but also a serious health concern. Customers should never be put in a position where their home environment becomes unsafe because of new furniture. Ashley needs to take responsibility, improve their quality control, and prioritize customer safety. I strongly urge others to be cautious before purchasing here.

I had a great experience purchasing a mattress from Ashley Furniture. The sales team was outstanding—professional, kind, and patient. Nazia guided me through the mattress selection process with care and made it easy to find the right fit. While the selection isn’t as large as a dedicated mattress store, the quality of the options was excellent. Mike made it clear that if anything didn’t work for me, they’d take care of it—something that gave me confidence in the purchase. And Kay in Customer Care went above and beyond to make sure all of my follow-up questions were answered thoroughly and kindly. Delivery went smoothly. The team was friendly and respectful, and everything arrived on time. My only issue—and the reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5—is that the box spring arrived dirty, with what looked like an oily handprint and some smudges. It wasn’t enough to ruin the experience, but it was definitely disappointing after everything else went so well. Overall, I highly recommend this Ashley Furniture location for their service and products. Just hoping they tighten up the inspection process.

Very nice people who look for a way to meet your needs. They went out of their way for me which is very much appreciated. The delivery days are my days that I work not on days off which I'm finding at all the furniture stores. Ashley furniture store guys name was Mike B who went out of his way and asked me to give him a couple days to work on this and he'd figure something out. No other store was willing to do that for me. The worst experience ever!!! All they care about is money!! Bought a sectional sofa last week for $2400 at Lynnwood store. In addition to receiving it with a broken part upon delivery and one of the recliner chairs doesn't attach to the rest, I was shocked with how lightweight the material was. Cheaply made and bad quality. The recliner chair knocked me over twice when I tried to get out of it when it was slightly open, and both my kids fell at least once each on the very first day; that's how lightweight and cheap it is. So I had to unplug the recliners so no one gets hurt. We tried to contact the store more than once and they insisted that there's no return and they will send a technician to fix or replace the broken part event hough I told them a 100 times I'm not satisfied with the purchase, but they insisted that all they can do is to send a technician!! Also the sales person who sold us the sofa (Mohammed) deceived us and had us sign the papers without pointing out their lame return policy (no return/final sale). He was pointing out some useless details on the papers such as the delivery instructions, and didn't mention (intentionally of course) anything about their return policy, and we didn't ask as we thought they have a reasonable return policy like all the big respectable stores. Not to mention his desperate attempts to sell us the protection plan. I'll never shop at their store ever again and I don't recommend it to anyone.

Reidet took the time to really understand our family’s needs and preferences. We purchased the Kristiland King Upholstered Storage Bed. It took over a month for this to be delivered. Firstly bed looks beautiful. But we were horrified to see under the bed that there is only 1 vertical bar with skinny legs supporting the entire king bed! We were definitely not happy with seeing this as for the price we paid for we are expecting this bad to last for a long time. Now we are worried about the bed falling apart at any point in time.

Went to Ashley to get the furniture for my new home. Fortunately found Ms. Yong who worked relentlessly and got us a good deal. Really appreciate Ms. Yong for making the entire process easy.

When we first went into Ashley, no sales person would help us. I went up to customer service to see if they would haul the old furniture if we were to get the couch delivered. They told me yes, with a small fee. We came back the next day, as we really liked one of the couches. Douglas helped us through the process and was excellent! He even had the manager give us a discount for the poor service we received the other day. This star is not for Douglas. He deserves a five star!!! The star is for the contractor delivery people they sent over and the customer service. The contractors barely tried to get the couch into our doorway, stating they couldn't get it in. The couch we ordered was 94" long, while I just removed a couch that was 101" out our doorway a couple days before. They refused and took the couch back to their warehouse. I immediately called customer service, and they said they could try to redeliver with a different contract delivery crew, but it wouldn't be for another 7+ days, which was unacceptable. They agreed to refund my money in full, however it took over 8 business days, and multiple phone calls to customer service as they said my case # was still open and needs to be closed. When I searched the BBB, their reviews are horrible. I would not recommend using Ashley.

She is easy to talk to, as she takes her time time to explain everything before you buy any funiture. 5 yrs ago, my husband and I bought a house. Val finished our house. We bought a $3,000 modular sectional over a month ago. It was delivered missing one of the back cushions, which the delivery driver called customer service to help request one be sent. What they sent out was a throw pillow. We called their customer service again, who couldn’t find our order information. The Ashley store in Lynnwood was no help, they wouldn’t help us order the cushion at all. The only help we received from them was obtaining the order information. When we called back to customer service with the order information, they sent us a seat cushion with no cover. I’ve called into the customer service line twice, with the current representative placing me on hold for a half hour. Do better Ashley Furniture, this has been a terrible experience and should be this difficult to receive a complete couch.

Here's the deal, we had a terrible first experience here, came in and was dismissed and ignored by all floor staff. But this is a review about how HASSAM changed and saved a customer. Fast forward a week when I couldn't stop thinking about the dining set that we saw after attempting to find something at several other stores, all I wanted was the dining set from Ashleys. Against better judgement my partner and I went back to buy the table. Now this is when the god sent floor staff Hassam was sent out way. Hassam was an absolute joy to work with. This young man made us feel heard and appreciated. He took everything we said and made sure we got exactly what we wanted and needed. Hassam is the type of sales person that will keep you coming back to a store. He has such a welcoming personality and finds ways to connect with his customers. You can tell he is in it for making you feel comfortable and not in it to just make a sale. Hassam and his manager turn our experience around and we will absolutely be back to work with Hassam in the future. This young man saved a poor interaction and kept us as Ashley customers.

Our couch took a week to be delivered by Ricardo and another guy. They were both quick and professional. It didn’t take them more than 20 minutes to set up the couch. We bought a couch and other things with Hassan Karim and he was amazing!! We came on Saturday and looked around. He was very patient and was not pushy at all with us. We promised him we would come back Monday and we did and he helped us get everything we needed. We came back twice in one day and he was so patient with us the entire time. First time purchasing new furniture I had been to several furniture stores only to be pressured into an over price sectionals that would fit in my tiny living space, or ignored completely. Edit: reducing to 1 star as I've received no reply after following the instructions from the "owner's" response below. 12 days, two emails and nothing. TL;DR don't waste your time with this company. I recently bought a couch and ottoman from Ashley Furniture at this location. The couch is great and I kept it. The ottoman didn't fit and I tried to return it within the 72-hr return window. That's when I was informed that the 72-hr policy only applies to defects, otherwise "all sales are final." You hear a LOT about this after the sale and not much prior. I guess it's my fault for not reading the fine print, but wow...talk about shortsightedness to permanently lose a customer over a $350 ottoman. Also, to add insult to injury, I drove 30 minutes to the store thinking surely an in-person conversation will resolve this. The store manager wasn't there. I was assured he'd get in touch with me and that never happened. They did, however, open a ticket for me to "keep an open line of communication." I checked in after a week on that ticket and got a robotic reply, once again, stating "all sales are final." I would give Ashley Furniture zero stars but the couch I kept is quite good and the staff are all very friendly. It's basically the nicest "Sorry we can't help you" you'll ever get.

We worked with Nazia at the Lynnwood store and she was fantastic!! She was not pushy and initially just let us browse until we started to settle in on the things we were interested in. She was extremely knowledgeable about all of the products, and particularly the mattresses and adjustable beds, which you want since they are a big investment. There was a potential issue with delivery timing and she worked very quickly with the store manager to get it sorted out and expedite the delivery. We will be going back and working with her on our other rooms!!!

DO NOT SHOP FROM THIS STORE!!! WORST COSTUMER SERVICE!!! I recently shop from this store and spent almost $5,000 for a few items.And one of them is a floor mirror, unfortunately when it arrived it was broken already.Called support and I was instructed to bring it back to the store before they can issue a refund or a replacement. Travelled 45mins to get to the store on a Monday and one of the associates said two of the employees called out so they are short staff for the day and all they can do is received the item and they will process the replacement the next day.Fast forward,a week gone by and did not hear anything from them no emails no phone calls.Called them the next Monday and took maybe 20mins before someone finally answered the phone and same reason I get again, 2 employees called out and they couldn't give me any answer or an update about this case. No available supervisor to talk to and no one can help. Seems like if you are shopping and about to spend some money they have all the people to help you out,but after you buy from them and have a problem like mine.You don't have anybody to talk to and no one can help you out.

The manager of the Ashley store in Lynnwood treated me very disrespectful. I asked from the beginning if they can match the prices from their website since they have better deals and they said that they can but in the end he got mad and yelled at me in front of all other customers because he wanted to overcharge me for the delivery and I said that I can order them online then because is the some distance between the warehouse to my house. When they deliver the furniture they were two guys. One was in his phone talking personal stuff instead of helping the other one and they made a big dent in the wall. I do like Ashley's furniture but the customer service is horrible. They need to hire professional stuff.

We have been very dissatisfied with our experience at Ashley and will never buy anything here again. We purchased the extra service that if it was screwed up, they would fix it. I’m not sure what we paid for that but it felt like it $500? The two couches were $3700. The extra service lasted 5 years. So right away we noticed the left arm had no padding and we notified them of that. They sent out a tech who said he could fix it by taking the entire couch apart in our living room, adding the padding to the left arm. Wow- I mean, that feels like the entire couch will be worse off afterwards to me. I would much rather have had the choice to just replace the couch. As you look at the couch, you have to basically take all the staples and attachments off, take the back off, dismantle and strip the couch, put the padding in, which was foam and not sure that’s even the same material as the other ones, and then re-attach it. Part of the reason we choice Ashley was that they are a massive furniture conglomerate. So we figured that standing behind their product would be easy for them. They are a complete scam and joke. Avoid them at all cost. Don’t bother buying anything from them. Go to Costco. Ashley makes it an absolute hassle and unpleasant experience to help anyone that bought something. Avoid Ashley. They aren’t going to help you. Definitely don’t buy the extended warranty. Oh- the arm rest has no padding in it? Let’s just swap that one chair out for you. No problem. Oh- let our tech completely dismantle the couch, stick some padding in the arm rest and leave you with that. That seems absurd.

When I went to Ashley in Lynnwood to replace my old couch, Valeriya was very helpful in showing me options based on what I was looking for without any pressure. She also gave a great recommendation for a head pillow (the right size that didn't give me neck pain!) and gave me a refresher on adjustable beds. She was able to schedule the delivery just a few days later and informed me of the details on the warranty. Unfortunately, because of my measurement mistake, the delivery crew were unable to get the couch through my narrow stairway. (The crew tried very hard! They gave me the number to call for claims before they left). So on my 2nd trip to Ashley to pick a different couch was when I met Ali (who showed me options for modular sofas and set up my new sofa purchase) and Nancy (who followed through with return and walked me through the process of moving forward with the new one). Nancy called me a few days later (as she said she would) when the return had cleared. On my final visit to conclude my purchase, Kay helped me out with the paperwork and scheduling of the delivery. Everyone was very helpful and friendly! Thanks to my silly mistake, I got to meet most of the wonderful crew at Ashley in Lynnwood! I highly recommend going there.

Customer service is a mess. I ordered a couch from Ashley and I took 2 days off of work to sign off on the couch, both times having the couch delivery get cancelled due to financial hold, which when I followed up on it through the company I was leasing through, they told me the store was lying to me and that there was no financial hold. Ashely’s customer service was almost impossible to get ahold of and when I finally got in contact, I get told two different things. Once the couch was finally delivered I noticed the lease was $600 more than the couch, so once again I found myself not being able to get in contact with the store so I went in person and was given a paper showing my fees which showed a $200 5 year warranty I never was told about or agreed to and a $200 delivery fee that was never disclosed to me. When I try to get some compensation for the mess with the delivery or for the things I was never told I would be paying for, they denied. In the future I’ll be buying my furniture from JR or Costco. While Ashely’s has nice couches, the store is untrustworthy and a mess.

Avoid buying here. The quality is not the same as what is displayed in the store, and returns are not possible. Disappointing experience!

Never buying from them again. We purchased a recliner sofa from store. The delivered sofa does not match the showroom model. (At the time of purchase, the sale rep told us the model in the show room is new and guaranteed us we will get the new finish just like the one in the room.) Then we received the one with the old finish. We went to the store and called customer service. Both kicking balls saying it's just the lighting. I am a design professional and knows differences between finishes. The customer service just closed the ticket without even letting us know after we emailed them photos of both model with close up pictures. We called again and they say they will re-open the ticket and reach out. Haven't heard anything again.

A big shout out to Ashley Lynnwood furniture store 🙌, especially thanks to the very warmful and insightful introduction tour from Rama and her manager Mike, etc. With their help, I was able to find good deals of bedroom sets along with high quality mattress. Their customer service lines and their timely delivery & furniture installation are also very professional and helpful for me. I would highly recommend people to Ashley Lynnwood.

I went here looking for a new couch and new kitchen table . Selection of both categories was great and I was easily able to find what I was after. The salesperson, Yong, was very helpful. For example, I mentioned that I was looking for something cat resistant for the couch, and she immediately took me to a couch very similar to the one that I had been looking at, pointing out that the model she was showing me was microfiber which is among the most cat resistant materials out there for couches. That aligned exactly with what I'd read online after consulting several sites and threads on the subject. Similarly, she directed me to the table that I ended up getting after I told her I was looking for something small that can be extended. All in all, it was a great shopping experience and I will certainly visit again when the time come.

We recently bought dining chairs from Ashley Furniture. The sales associate, Rama, tried to upsell us at every turn and wouldn't let us browse without constantly interrupting and asking us if we wanted to look at something else. Once we had found the chairs we liked, she automatically added a $99 delivery fee without telling us until after we had finished checking out. At this point we were frustrated and wanted to leave and figured if the $99 charge included assembly, then it was fine. What wasn't disclosed is that there was no assembly associated with the items we bought. We were effectively scammed out of $99. If you go to this location, do your due diligence and ask about any hidden fees. Update: I emailed the store and response I got "we’re unable to refund the delivery fee since the items were successfully delivered". Their responses to these negative reviews are performative at best.

We had a good experience at the store. But the delivery persons were quite rough with the furniture boxes, dropping the several times. Luckily the furniture was ok.

Walked in looking for a specific color and style of Sofa, Valeriya the sales associate steered us in the right direction and was never pushy or annoying. They have decent prices and great products. I highly recommend Ashley home store in Lynnwood. Shout out to Valeriya for taking good care of us.

My entire buying experience at Ashley was great from start to finish. My salesperson, Yong was wonderful to work with, the dining set I chose was in stock and was delivered in less than a week. Delivery was smooth and they got it set it up quickly. Overall I am very pleased with Ashley and will definitely shop there again for other furniture needs.

Our showroom experience was good, as was our salesman Colten. And we are more than happy with the sectional we bought. I was a little bothered when the order was written up for us to sign, and the deluxe delivery service and the optional 5-year protection plan were both added without our even being asked if we wanted them. I suppose that is their somewhat shady sales policy.

I am very happy with my new sofa/ottoman. It’s a totally different vibe from my sectional, which I wanted, and still gives all the cozy feels. Also, a great price point for both!

I want to thank Leilani for her customer service. My husband and I purchased a set for our living room. Leilani was informative. She took the time to help us find what I was looking for but most importantly Leilani gave us the space to decide. I enjoyed her customer service, knowledge about the products on the floor and to top it off her kindness seemed genuine.

Poor customer service. I requested help trying to find assistance repairing a table and never heard back. The warranty I was sold did not cover 'mechanical/moving parts' which excluded the mechanism for the butterfly leaf table I purchased. Therefore I was advised to call the store to get a referral for out of pocket repair work. I never heard back from them....

Working with Rama and Mike was fantastic. They both get 5 stars for being super nice and very helpful. I love the furniture I received. I took one star away because the company they use for “white glove delivery” was lacking in professionalism during the scheduling of the delivery process. They repeatedly cancelled my agreed upon delivery dates, leaving me sleeping on my sofa with my clothes in bags in an empty bedroom while waiting. Their excuse each time was ridiculous - stating that I didn’t call them to confirm, when in fact I did call them and confirmed delivery both times. The delivery men were nice; however, I would not call it white glove delivery because they didn’t remove the protective coverings that are literally stuck under the bedside table handles. In order to get this set up properly I’m now going to have to remove the handles myself and re-install them. But overall a good experience with my salesperson and the sales manager. I also appreciate the staff who had to call the delivery company on my behalf in order to get my furniture delivered in a timely manner. I big thank you to that person as well. One other issue (neither the fault of the Ashley Store staff nor the delivery company) was that the Ashley warehouse sent the wrong support legs for the under-bed beams. I was told by customer service that it would be another 10 days of waiting for those, so I had to use my nice books to stack up under the super short legs that don’t even come close to touching the ground. I realize accidents happen, some I’m patiently waiting for resolution, hopefully sooner than 10 days. Rama to the rescue again to ensure they will be sending the correct pieces in a timely manner. Thank you Rama💖. Rama is so intelligent, kind, and helpful. My mom and I truly enjoyed working with her. I would buy furniture from her again.

Great In-Store Experience, But Customer Service Needs Improvement. The manager and staff at the Ashley Store in Lynnwood were friendly helpful, and made my in-store experience great! However, the customer service department needs some serious improvements. I couldn’t get a straight answer on the store hours over the New Year holiday—not from a representative or even the AI agent. Additionally, my delivery was significantly delayed due to a truck breakdown, but no one called to update me until after the scheduled time because they weren’t notified in time. Even customer service was alerted late. While I appreciate the helpful store team, better communication and responsiveness from customer service would go a long way in improving the overall experience!

Overall good experience- low pressure sales and reasonably priced quality products. We did get charged twice-$1k+ dollars but refund is in progress- will update if that doesn’t happen in reasonable amount of time. Installation/ delivery was good- but corporate could provide better assembly instructions as we thought item was defective as lights didn’t work and one cord on back was missing a connection- we then found it before they took it back as defective/damaged (power cord was in arm rest). Simple instructions to installers would make their job easier and less stress amd dis’s appointment for us- in the end we all figured it out and we like the chair. Installers were polite, friendly, efficient and professional.
