Ashley Store Lynnwood, WA

Ashly sent broken chair and denied to replace . It like a garbage sitting at home and even multiple msg and calls they do not have policy to return or replace. This is the worst store I ever seen . Products are very bad quality . They do not care consumer . Never ever buy anything from Ashley . They quality has gone down so badly.

We bought a couch love seat with charger stations in the arms and cup holders in the center console. Well one of the chargers malfunctioned, we have extended warranty. When we called Ashley for repair they sent us to their contracted warranty center. We tried to get a reasonable time line for repair. Only to wait 3 weeks for the part to be sent to us, and 2 weeks for the service finally we got an appointment. The tech called and we made an appointment to install the part. First he had an issue with his truck and texed us and let us know he would be late and said he would be here by 3:30 then he texed us and changed the time to 6:30 after waiting all day thevtime line changed to today which became (as an end result for today) we accepted his time line for 6:30 after a no snow at 7:30 pm he texted that he would be at 9:30. To that we texted back it was not acceptable. So my bottom line to all this is it a bunch of poor customer service. I don't think I will be shopping at Ashleys anymore if that is the customer service they support.

Jonathan greeted me and inquired what I was looking for. Although they didn’t have the item I saw online he was able to show me similar items. He was respectful of my price point in shoeing me options. It was attentive, answered my questions and gave me my space to consider options. I ended up purchasing a dresser.

I came to Ashley furniture to buy a new sofa and Doug was so sweet and helpful. He's not super pushy which is one thing I hate about furniture shopping and hes very easy going. I highly suggest having him help with your furniture needs!

Large array of home furnishings, laid out in a pattern that is easy to navigate. Very competitive prices. Their website has a lot more variety than they're able to display in a brick and mortar setting, though, so don't expect to be able to view everything you've seen online.

I wish I could say the same for another salesman named Jonathan, who weirdly came out of left field and told me my soccer jersey looked like Gogurt. To be fair, it kinda does, but that’s probably not something you want to say to a customer randomly. Despite the random verbal insult, I had such a great experience with Marquise that I still moved forward with the sale.

We bought the most exspensive Temperoedic king size mattress from Mohammad and Trevor at the Lynnwood Wa store and had the best experience I've ever had with salesman. These 2 guys not only went through the functions and the bed but also threw a Queen size bed frame with 2 inn tables for free. Absolutely the best experience I've had with salesman in my 63 years of age. Thanks for everything and my wife and I will be lifelong customers. This rating is for the sales agent and store manager. You'll have to ignore the incredibly bad interactive voice recognition system that Ashley uses. The people at Ashley are great, but their support systems suck and their call center AI needs a complete overhaul. The in-store experience was great. We got exactly what we wanted, at the promised advertised price, and the entire process took less than an hour to confirm the furniture was in stock, arrange financing, lock in a delivery date, and sign all the paperwork. Almost as complicated as buying a new car, and we'll see how well the delivery goes.

I just purchased a recliner couch, an oversized chair and a recliner, rocker chair and could not love them more. All 3 pieces are beautiful and so comfortable. Even my chihuahua that NEVER leaves my side is sitting on all the other seats. The process was reasonable and the delivery was exactly what they said. I was notified every 15 minutes where my driver was and they constantly updated the arrival time, when there were delays. Carlos was my delivery person and the way he carried my pieces into my home like they weighed nothing was astonishing. He was so fast but very cautious of corners and walls. I will definitely make future purchases with this lynnwood store, especially if Carlos is my delivery person.

Well, I bought the two on clearance. That means no return and no refund. Bought were rested for 100 watt bulbs. Neither worked. Wouldn’t even come on. I did have some 15 watt bulbs dated to the 1990’s that were rated to be as bright as 60 watts. The bulbs were neon tubes. They worked. I’m happy with that. As both have three set selector switches I just now have to find low voltages three selector settings.

People AT the store are GREAT but the company has left me high and dry. I bought a couch set ~month in advance with a scheduled and confirmed delivery date. I sold my couch at the very last minute to make room for it. Literally ~24 hours before the scheduled delivery I get told the couch set MAY get here in two weeks. So now I’m stuck with nothing to sit on for two weeks (and right before a party I had planned). I get delays happen but who the hell waits till the final moment to tell a customer that? Especially a furniture company?? Got 5% off (which doesn’t even cover the delivery) and a “our bad, good luck”. Never buying from this company again.

Dishonest business in Lynnwood. We had assurances from the store manager to visit a couple days later to add onto our order for the sale we got. When my wife went in, we were told no because it went outside the sale window even though I specifically clarified with them that they would honor it. If you are okay with being lied to, sure shop here. Otherwise take your business elsewhere.

Waited nearly an hour to be helped, then were passed to a “sleep expert” who was extremely pushy. He kept insisting we lie down and try multiple mattresses without clearly stating prices, even after we explained we wanted to decide based on budget and options. My parents were clearly uncomfortable and did not want to keep laying down, but that boundary wasn’t respected. The whole interaction felt scripted and pressure-driven rather than genuinely helpful.

Finally went in to find a new mattress and I was greeted quickly by Keejin. She and Rama helped me find the perfect mattress and apply for financing. They were both attentive but not pushy, making sure my needs were met. I can't wait for my new Stearns and Foster to be delivered! Thank you, ladies!!

Avoid this store at all costs. I purchased furniture here in November 2025, and for two months, I have been trapped in an endless loop of incompetence between the Lynnwood store and Ashley’s Central Customer Care. The store made a simple clerical error and entered the wrong shipping address when I bought the furniture. I have been trying to get this fixed since November 28th. It is now late January, my delivery is days away, and the address is still wrong in their system. The timeline of failure: The Runaround: Customer Care refuses to help, claiming they can’t override in-store orders. The store is unresponsive or lies about fixing it. The Broken Promises: The Store Manager, Khaled Almghezel, explicitly told me on Nov 30th the address was correct. When I couldn't schedule delivery in January because the address was still wrong, Khaled confirmed via email on Jan 15th that his office manager "fixed it." The Reality: As of today, Corporate confirmed the address has NOT been updated. I have written confirmations from management that this was resolved, yet their internal systems are a disaster. I am now facing a delivery date of Jan 31st with furniture heading to the wrong location, and no one at Ashley Furniture—not the "Social Specialists" like Ace B, nor the Store Manager—is willing or able to perform a simple data entry correction. If you want to spend thousands of dollars to be lied to, ignored, and forced to drive back to the store to do the employees' jobs for them, shop here. Otherwise, go literally anywhere else.

Very friendly staff. Honorine was the staff member who helped us, she has a very pleasant personality and answered our questions. She has apparently only worked at Ashley for around a month, for such a short time, she is performing well and appears to be a hard worker.

I strongly advise against buying from this store. I’ve been waiting far too long for my table to arrive, and they’ve failed to deliver on every promised date. They initially claimed it would arrive on January 2nd, but it didn’t show up. Now, the latest update says January 7th, yet they’ve postponed it again to March 14th, that makes no sense at all! I purchased it back in November and am now facing a four month wait.

Such a professional, informed experience that didn’t feel high pressure. I love the current aesthetic and quality of the furniture! Also, the store was well staffed with a very friendly and helpful sales team (Trevor was our salesperson). Our experience totally exceeded our expectations! We’ll be back!

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience purchasing an Ashley couch. Customers should beware that if you have the couch delivered to your home, you cannot return it. This was not made clear upfront, and it has caused a lot of frustration. Two weeks ago, I spoke with an Ashley representative who told me they would help me with returning the couch and that I would hear back within 48 hours. It has now been two weeks, and I still haven’t heard anything from them. Customer service has been terrible and not helpful overall. I’ve been told a lot of mixed and inconsistent information, which only made the situation more confusing. I’ve been on the phone with them twice now, and no one has been able to help or provide a solution. I will try reaching out again because this couch does not fit in my home at all, but this whole process has been exhausting. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I don’t see myself purchasing from Ashley again.

Horrible experience. We are a young couple with a baby, entered the store and spent about 15-20 min browsing and seeing if anyone would help us out since we are looking for a bedroom set. During the time we were there we were not greeted or asked if we needed help, mind you there were countless employees just sitting and talking. One of them told us our baby was cute and that was about it. We felt like we weren’t taken seriously because we are a young couple. Overall extremely unprofessional and unpleasant experience.

The sales portion of buying the chair was easy. I gave two stars because you could NOT get a hold of the store. The phone number kept going to a central customer service center ( Who knows where I was calling to)I needed to get a hold of my sales Representative regarding the pick up of the chair. There was NO way the customer service center could connect me to the store directly. I called four times and they said they would message the store. I never heard from the store. I do have my chair……….The buying part of the furniture was fine, The after sale, customer service was horrendous.

This is my first time buying a couch as an adult and I absolutely LOVED my experience here. Marquise was a wonderful person to help be find what I need. We discussed the size requirements and he informed me the couch I was looking at wouldn't work for me. So grateful! He showed me this amazing couch that was within my budget and size requirements, and a rug to match. So far unfortunately the experience at this store has been unfavorable to say the least. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable, however there have been constant challenges with our orders - delivery cancelations, order cancelations, miscommunication, lack of information shared, and overall the experience has been disheartening. My husband and I went in to look for recliners on 11/16 during the Black Friday sale that has been so eagerly advertised. After our original order was canx we now will not receive our furniture until the Saturday after Thanksgiving leaving our guests without seating during the holiday. We have called multiple times, revisited the store, resigned paperwork all taking about 6 to 8 hours of our time. Furthermore we both requested work from home days in preparation for what was set via their chat bot to deliver our items, only to find out that day the order had been canceled. I have honestly super disappointed in the entire process. Ashley needs to do better.

We had visitors coming for Thanksgiving and Ashley Furniture did not deliver our couch when they said they would! Now we have no couch and our entire family is going to have to sit on the floor. This is going to go over really well for my father with a bad back.

After my purchase, we were waiting on our delivery date, schedule off work for delivery day, waited around all day no delivery no phone call, we decided to contact customer service and was informed that the delivery had been rescheduled, when we ordered the furniture we specifically ask the salesperson to confirm that the delivery could be there by the 17th because we had family arriving on the 18th, the delivery was not there on the 17th family arrived on the 18th with no furniture in the house nowhere for people to sit down we were all converging in the living room again no furniture being that we were told the delivery was rescheduled to the 20th, it was very inconsiderate not to contact the customer in this case us and at least inform us that the delivery would be rescheduled, if we had not contacted Ashley Furniture's customer service after waiting around all day at 5:00 p.m. they would not have contacted us to inform us that the delivery had been rescheduled, upon purchasing the furniture we also had visited JR Furniture, and they insured us that they could have the furniture There by the 17th, but we decided to go with Ashley big mistake, would never do business with them again.

Shipping delays have left me without furniture over the holidays. My guests get to camp out on pallets like boyscouts. Welcome home kiddos, hit the deck!

They don’t deliver on the days that they scheduled and now I don’t have living room furniture for the holidays!

I HATE leaving bad reviews, BUT this stores “level” of service is a farce. I wish I could give zero stars. I have done well over $20k in business with Ashley Furniture, on their credit card nonetheless. Their level of support after time of sell is befuddling to me. They wash their hands of any issues after the time you walk out of the store. I haven’t even gotten my next set of furniture yet and can’t recommend YOU don’t do business, with the Lynwood WA store enough. On a side note, good luck getting in touch with anyone when you call. You have a better chance talking to an identity theft in Bangladesh than someone who can actually help. My “case” was held up for hours, now days, and I am just calling them to wait to speak to a different person “who will be there to help tomorrow”. Absolute joke of an organization. We came in to buy a chase lounge, after looking inside two other furniture stores. Ashley had exactly what we wanted, and we were impressed by the overall quality of the furniture and the staff. Multiple issues with customer service. 1st they tried to force us to pay to get our couch assembly which we declined multiple times. They ended up delaying our delivery 3 times. They delivered the wrong couch color and we had to wait another month for the correct one to come in. 3 years into us owning the couch, I call to place a warranty claim on the couch. They tell me that when they refunded the 1st couch(the wrong color they sent), they didn’t apply the warranty to the second couch. So I don’t have warranty on my couch and there’s nothing they can do about it other than refund me the $250 of the protection plan. Just ridiculous! Oh and they don’t cover claims on ripped seams on the cushions, just a fyi. The protection plan is a scam. Honestly, I do like the couch but with everything we have gone through, I highly regret recommending them to my friends and family (multiple of whom have bought the same couch and had similar issues) I do not recommend buying from them!

They will sell you the protection plan and if you file a claim they will deny it saying that it is not accidental spillage. My son spoiled the sofa and filed the claim within a weeks time and they say that it is not covered because it was not accidental. DO NOT BUY THEIR PROTECTION PLAN, it is a scam.

We ordered something in the beginning of the summer and it currently November and still have not received it. They called at 7 in the morning (while I was sleeping) to notify us of another delay. This store does not uphold its end of the bargain.

The worst place to get furniture. They straight up lie to you on the delivery time. I had to wait over 2 months for a simple sofa and I was told in store that it will be delivered within 2 weeks. The customer service team in not helpful either. They don't know what's going on with the orders and cannot help with anything. The furniture is just okay and nothing out of the world for being late for over 2 months. I am never ever buying from Ashley again and I DO NOT recommend this store to anyone unless you don't care about the delivery time or quality. There's plenty of stores who promise quality and timely delivery.

This store had a great selection and good prices, Marquise really helped out on pointing out the really nice couches with great prices. We were able to find what we were looking for and thanks to Marquise we got a great deal!

They show excellent customer care until they receive your purchase order and your money. After that, they don’t care about you. I purchased two beds, and one of them was missing a part. I called customer support, but they did nothing. The store manager in Lynnwood didn’t care either. So I’ve concluded that their customer service is zero. To this day, I have no idea when I’ll receive the missing part to install the bed.

Went to Ashley to look at couches and did not have a pleasant experience. The sales staff were following me around even when I asked it look around by myself. They were knowledgeable about the furniture but I did not like their approach to selling. If you're going to show something online as "in stock" then have it in stock at the store. I drove 2 hours because the sectional i wanted to pick up and take home in the back of my truck was "in stock". Appartently in was "in stock" at their wharehouse in Spanaway, 60 miles away.

I bought a glider recliner here that had a part break months after getting it, causing it to squeak and click horribly. Because I had moved shortly after purchasing it, Ashley Furniture refused to do anything about it. I had also purchased a warranty plan that apparently does not cover the chair breaking. Do not buy furniture here. It is expensive and breaks shortly after buying and they will do nothing about it.

I don't know the standard of this store how they aproach and serve clients but I felt like I was tortured by the long beared male sales representative. First of all he never introduced himself before he asked me for what I was going in this store. I asked him to see for more firmer matress other than the one he showed me but he strongly argued, may be he looked like disgusted at me. I just said good bye to hime and left the store. It was an awkward moment for me.

Hassam was extremely helpful and deserves 5 stars for his effort in helping us find furniture for our home. Unfortunately, we had to cancel our order due to the long delivery timeline. The only reason I’m leaving 4 stars is the experience during the cancellation process. Kay, the operations manager, was extremely rude and pushy, which does not reflect the values of the rest of the team. She should not be the one assigned to “save the deal.” Aside from that, everything else has been excellent. The store manager is very helpful, and I will gladly return to work with Hassam again in the future.

Couch is good but the delivery drivers were the rudest people I have ever encountered. They were yelling they wouldn’t deliver because the elevator was too small but wouldn’t measure it. They also said they would only go up two flights of stairs but I live on 4th and was never warned about this. Finally got them to measure the elevator and it did fit, so they delivered. But the whole time they were extremely aggressive and rude. Called Ashley during this and they said they couldn’t do anything and just refuse service.

I bought a king bed, matress and foundation from Ashley, Lynnwood. Doug walking me three all the buys and was great explaining me various things. Everything was great but when i got all the setup at home i realized that the total hight was very high for the setup. This was mostly my fault as did not realize how high the setup would get when all put together. Doug and Kay helped me out change the high profile foundation with a lower profile. This result in credit to me and when shipping fee was added, i have to just pay some of the shipping fee. However Doug when out of the eay and got the fee waived for me!! Kay had to go theough my old invoice, new invoice and credit plus shipping and figure all the numbers! However she did it very fast and effortless! In all, great experience shopping at Ashley as always! Cutomer service and attention to detail from Doug and Kay were the highlights!

Yong is one of the best sales people I have ever worked with she’s so good at her job and with her help I was certain that the couch I bought was perfect for my apartment because of her expertise in delivery, size of the furniture and her great customer service. When I come back to buy more from Ashley I will make sure I go straight to her.

I ordered a sofa bed from Ashley Furniture and the whole delivery experience has been extremely frustrating. First, the delivery was delayed by a full week beyond the promised date. When it finally arrived, it was handled by DHL instead of Ashley, and the driver was very rude. He was pretending not to speak English (only Spanish), which made communication nearly impossible, and he insisted I sign a damage waiver before even attempting to bring the sofa inside completely unreasonable and not what was agreed. The website clearly states that the measurements fit standard doorways, yet he refused to even try. When I contacted Ashley’s customer service, the representative tried to talk to him, but the driver hung up and left with the sofa. Ashley promised to reschedule delivery within 48 hours with a polite, English-speaking driver but it’s now been 5 days with no call, no update, and no delivery. Meanwhile, the payment has already been charged, but I still don’t have the sofa. This is unacceptable, especially from a company as large as Ashley. I had guests who were supposed to use the sofa bed, and this has caused huge inconvenience. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Ashley Furniture to anyone.

We we to Ashley just to see what they had in the show room. Ended up leaving with a full bedroom set. They made it really hard to say “no” to the bargain they were providing us. In the end they were able to give us everything we wanted in our bedroom set, for a price that was affordable. Along with having it delivered and assembled less then a week later. Kudos

Our experience with Ashley store at Lynnwood was good when the sale happened. It was Awesome. I came back and suggested the store to many of my friends. But the delivery and after sales experience was not at all good. They brought a different color sectional sofa and I asked them to take it back. They didn't bring the dining table saying that it was damaged in the warehouse itself. They also did not bring the night stands which are part of the order. When I called the sales person, she was on a leave and told me to contact the store directly. I contacted the store and asked for an ETA of the missing items. The lady who spoke on the phone was not polite at all. She initially said they'll call me in a day. I said, if I don't get a call in a day, I'll give a call to check on the status and she said "I don't have a time frame, so, don't call us". I said, fine, I'll wait for 2 days and if I don't get a call I'll give a call to atleast get an ETA or the status. She replied, "You don't call us, they're is no point in you calling us, we will only call you when we have any information". I waited 3 days and called the store again. They said, the team which can provide this status is not in yet and they took my details and said that they'll call me. Till now I didn't get a call. I'm truly disappointed with the after delivery service. I don't understand why such a big store is not interested in after sales services. If the store/sales manager read this review, please look into this issue ASAP.

We would definitely purchase from her again. * One side note… the sales leader Khalid was somewhat condescending to Both us and Rama which left a bad taste in out mouth.

They are actual scammers. Delivered broken furniture then refuse to refund. Spent days trying to get an actual resolution with Ashley. Finally asked for a refund and they are refusing. It’s looking like I’ll have to dispute with my credit card Note to potential buyers- They claim all sales are final regardless of if they deliver broken furniture. My credit card company said they receive a ton of complaints in regard to Ashley’s business practices.

Went to Ashley furniture to get a couple of couches. Yong approached us right when we walked in the door and got us started on where to start browsing after telling her what we were looking for. She spent all afternoon with us and hustled the whole time. She was super helpful and very thorough. I felt like she was looking out for us as customers, which not all customer service agents do, so really appreciated that. Would definitely go back to this location and look for her if we need more help!

Follow up from previous 5 star. White glove service is a joke. Was told the couch would be “assembled” at location of residence. First attempt negative. Couch shows up assembled. Called and reassured that it would be. Second attempt. Failure again. 1 star is in regard to the lack of respect and communication from store management. Completely ignored my calls and failure to call me back. Called the store at least 5 times with always some lame excuse and promised a manager would call me back; none whatsoever. Store WOULD NOT handle my refund so had to call ASHLEY CUSTOMER SERVICE NON EXSISTAANT customer service after they make the sale. Avoid this store at all cost.

Had a nice experience with the sales gal however once I got the delivery calling stating the order was delayed, experience went to shit. Called and spoke to Kay and though I could see she was somewhat trying to help she was beyond unprofessional. Could not give me an exact time on when product would be available even though I was told at time of sale, it was. Asked for the store manager to call me back and was told by Kay, “I can’t guarantee he will call you”. At that point I based the decision on continuing with the purchase based on getting the requested call back. The sales manager never called so I called to cancel and there wasn’t even an attempt to keep my business. To bad for the sales person who helped me; her manager couldn’t even bother to call me back. Business must be good. Repeat customer of Ashely no more. Sorry

Professional, efficient and confident. Tali at Customer Service was also extremely helpful and kind. Although I have only slept on the mattress a few times so far, it seems to be of excellent quality and comfort.

My husband and I recently purchased a three-seat reclining sofa from the Lynnwood location. Our sales representative, Lynn (Yong Lin), provided excellent service by thoroughly showing us and explaining the features of different furniture models. She gave us plenty of time to test each option without any pressure, and was very patient while listening to all of our needs and preferences. Throughout the entire buying process, we felt well-supported and received great guidance that helped us make the right choice. Based on this positive experience, I would definitely recommend Ashley Furniture to others.

From the moment we walked into Ashley in Lynnwood we were met with the best customer service from Yong! Her knowledge, attention to detail and professionalism are incredible! Experience was ok. We were greeted by Nazia she was nice at first but turned cold to us by the very end. Clearly you can tell all she wanted was that commission, like chill out girl. We were thinking of just switching sales rep because of her attitude, just beware & don’t feel pressured by her. Every other employee was super nice to us! Overall the selection of furniture was good, i do highly suggest coming in & exploring their selection. The store is nice & clean with lovely decorations.

I was going to skip reviewing but I received several communications from Ashley furniture asking for a review. My partner and I went to Ashley furniture to look at couches in the Lynnwood location. Pretty light on people that day but workers seemed to all be helping customers. Walked around and saw a lot of couches. They have a great selection. I made the mistake of sitting on a couch and a female employee with a headset gave me a disgusted look. So I got up thinking we weren’t supposed to try out the furniture but saw others trying out the furniture. Walked around a bit more and found a couch I liked. I attempted to get the attention of another female employee sitting at a showroom station on her phone. She made eye contact with me and shook her head and gave me a nasty look before going back to her phone. My partner and I then tried going to customer service up front. I tried getting the attention of another female employee at the service desk with dyed red hair and facial piercings. This employee seemed to ignore me then made eye contact with me and also gave me a nasty look and went back to her computer. My partner and I decided to leave, I said out loud next to the service desk employee “I don’t think the employees want us in here.” She should have been able to hear that but no response from the employee. I took this as a confirmation. My partner needed to use the restroom, so alone in the lobby waiting for him to return I tried a last effort to get an employees attention. But the sales people were now about 10 feet away from me to my left in a group talking to each other. Some glancing at me but all in all ignoring me. While the red haired service employee on her computer to my right kept glancing at me long enough to give me dirty looks and returning to her computer. My partner returned and I decided to just go back and take a picture of the couch so I could order it online. But found out it was 100 more online so online was not a option In walks the hero now. An employee name Hassan actually spoke to me and we had a conversation. My brain had basically shut down at that point due to a long day and feeling so uncomfortable in the store. But he was able to help me, get pricing, and make a profile. I ordered the couch with full delivery and install and he even got me to buy the warranty. He literally just be speaking to me like a person made me comfortable enough to do the purchase in store. Hassan got pulled into a meeting and another older gentleman assisted in finishing my order. He was also very nice. Unfortunately I do not recall his name. Hassan was 5/5: Hero of our story! Order Handling and Delivery was 5/5: Very professional! Store Experience 1/5: I would not recommend the Lynnwood location based on my visit. Other Ashley stores should be considered before going here. I don’t plan on returning to this location but I would try other Ashley locations in the future. Couch 5/5: It’s what I wanted! Ashley’s does have a great inventory. Only thing I can think of as to why this all happened is maybe I don’t look like normal clientele. I was wearing a Lilo and Stitch shirt. So maybe if Ashley’s reads this find me on the cameras and verify my narrative.

I needed to get several pieces of furniture. I knew this was going to be a lesson in patience, but the sales associate that greeted me had no idea of the chaos and high maintenance I was bringing into her life and her store. Valeriya has the patience of a saint! Not only that, she's extremely knowledgeable about the products in her store. She listened to my very long story about what I needed and why, and she immediately started to make recommendations and showed me several options. I think I was there for about 3 hours. Maybe longer! Valeriya is so sweet, and so personable and knows her furniture! (And my life story, now.) When we were just about finished shopping, I noticed a coffee table set that would match the new couch I purchased, but I wanted to see it next to the couch. It was a little too heavy for me to lift. So, the wonderful Valeriya, requested help from Hassam. He happily came over and they were both able to set the table next to the couch so I could get the full look. They didn't have to do that. But it made me so happy! I'm going to need more furniture in the near future. I will absolutely be returning Ashley and Valeriya. If there was ever an associate that deserved a raise...it's 100% Valeriya!!!

I have been a longtime customer of Ashley furniture, and I have to say that this location is probably the best I’ve ever purchased with. I had recently purchased two leather couches and there were some complications that happened with them over the course of two months after purchasing them. I had two separate claims happen and in the end, there was nothing else that could be done unless I went and pleaded my case to the store. The sales manager Mike, Nancy at the front desk, Ricky, Robbie, and Doug are some of the nicest people I’ve ever experienced at the furniture store. They were eager to help me and found a way to have my couches taken care of. It’s also worth mentioning that Johanna at customer service was absolutely fantastic and if it wasn’t for her, I wouldn’t have been able to be helped like I was. I just want to say thank you to the team there at Ashley furniture and continue doing the great work that you guys do! UPDATE: I came back to get an adjustable bedframe replaced for one that was delivered incorrectly, and I just have to say that again I am 100% pleased and satisfied with the service I was given in the ease of being able to get the mistake corrected. Again, Nancy at the front desk is such a joy to talk to and extremely helpful. She should definitely be store director, I’m just saying 😀 Ricky was my sales associate this time around and he was super helpful, and with a little bit of his help and persuasion, I was able to upgrade my bedframe to something even better. I definitely love the store! And especially thank you to the two ladies at the front desk. Nancy and the other (can’t remember her name) they were super persistent, super helpful, and extremely patient. As was Robbie. It’s nice knowing that you can walk into a furniture store, spend $3000 to $4000 on something, and if the request is realistic and reasonable, that the furniture store has your back and will get you satisfied.

Worst experience ever. Bought a couch that was in stock on purpose due to an immediate need. Was assured it was in stock. Only to now be still waiting 2 weeks later. No offer to refund my delivery fee. No explanation as to how the sales person AND the approving manager said it was in stock. Now they are holding up my entire shipment over the ottoman not being ready.....absolutely NEVER will I shop with this company again. They are dishonest and have terrible customer service. They will just say sorry after taking your money.

HASSAM IS THE MAN!!!!! Initially I had a pretty bad experience buying a large sectional couch. The sales woman I initially worked with was extremely pushy, dishonest about the product to up sell me to a more expensive model, and also dishonest about the price. Needless to say when I went in the next day I was pretty irate. Enter Hassam. When I enter the store, Hassam approached me. I basically let into him about how disappointed I was in my purchase the prior day. Rather than Hassam getting combative, he immediately assessed the situation and promised that he would do everything in his power to address my concerns. And he absolutely delivered. He was the exact opposite of the previous sales person I worked with. He was incredibly patient and really took the time to ask me what I was looking for and what my goals were. After taking the time to do this he actually suggested a much less expensive product and assured me that it would be a better fit based on all the information I had given him. I'm a small business owner in a sales industry and it's so hard to come by sales people like Hassam nowadays. I have all the confidence in the world to refer my friends and family members to Hassam in the future. Ashley has some decent furniture for reasonable prices. But if you planning on shopping at the Lynnwood location, absolutely ask for Hassam by name. If it's his day off, come back. Don't work with anyone other than Hassam. He's a kind, considerate, honest human being that will do everything to listen to you and take of your needs!

Update: Ashley’s proposed “solution” was to offer me an exchange or re-selection. This is not a real solution. Why would I risk bringing more furniture with the same "chemical smell" into my home after the first experience already created serious health concerns? This response feels dismissive and fails to address the issue. Instead of taking accountability and removing these items, they placed the burden back on me to choose more of the same. I am extremely disappointed in how this was handled. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I purchased two nightstands and a dresser from Ashley, and the experience has been extremely frustrating and concerning. The furniture arrived with a strong, toxic chemical odor that quickly filled my home. Even after keeping my windows and doors open for days, the smell only got worse. I developed severe headaches, and I’m deeply worried about the health of my family and pets. Out of desperation, I went back to the store to raise my concerns in person to discuss the return. Shockingly, the customer service manager told me to just “go home and wait” for someone from their support team to come inspect the furniture before deciding if a return would even be allowed. This response was completely unacceptable. While my family’s health was being put at risk, Ashley’s solution was for me to simply live with toxic-smelling furniture in my home and “wait.” I expected much better from a company of this size. This situation is not only a huge inconvenience, but also a serious health concern. Customers should never be put in a position where their home environment becomes unsafe because of new furniture. Ashley needs to take responsibility, improve their quality control, and prioritize customer safety. I strongly urge others to be cautious before purchasing here.

I had a great experience purchasing a mattress from Ashley Furniture. The sales team was outstanding—professional, kind, and patient. Nazia guided me through the mattress selection process with care and made it easy to find the right fit. While the selection isn’t as large as a dedicated mattress store, the quality of the options was excellent. Mike made it clear that if anything didn’t work for me, they’d take care of it—something that gave me confidence in the purchase. And Kay in Customer Care went above and beyond to make sure all of my follow-up questions were answered thoroughly and kindly. Delivery went smoothly. The team was friendly and respectful, and everything arrived on time. My only issue—and the reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5—is that the box spring arrived dirty, with what looked like an oily handprint and some smudges. It wasn’t enough to ruin the experience, but it was definitely disappointing after everything else went so well. Overall, I highly recommend this Ashley Furniture location for their service and products. Just hoping they tighten up the inspection process.

The worst experience ever!!! All they care about is money!! Bought a sectional sofa last week for $2400 at Lynnwood store. In addition to receiving it with a broken part upon delivery and one of the recliner chairs doesn't attach to the rest, I was shocked with how lightweight the material was. Cheaply made and bad quality. The recliner chair knocked me over twice when I tried to get out of it when it was slightly open, and both my kids fell at least once each on the very first day; that's how lightweight and cheap it is. So I had to unplug the recliners so no one gets hurt. We tried to contact the store more than once and they insisted that there's no return and they will send a technician to fix or replace the broken part event hough I told them a 100 times I'm not satisfied with the purchase, but they insisted that all they can do is to send a technician!! Also the sales person who sold us the sofa (Mohammed) deceived us and had us sign the papers without pointing out their lame return policy (no return/final sale). He was pointing out some useless details on the papers such as the delivery instructions, and didn't mention (intentionally of course) anything about their return policy, and we didn't ask as we thought they have a reasonable return policy like all the big respectable stores. Not to mention his desperate attempts to sell us the protection plan. I'll never shop at their store ever again and I don't recommend it to anyone.

They are all wonderful people works here at Ashley. First time I came here to look for a new bed frame and purchased a queen size with 8 drawers which I needed that and were looking for a long time. Their manager Khaled and Ricky gave me some extra time, extra gift and good price that I can handle it. They both made my day with their sincere and an excellent servise. We had a great first experience at the Ashley Store! We came in looking for a recliner/glider, and Reidet was absolutely wonderful! She was warm, approachable, and incredibly helpful from the start. Reidet took the time to really understand our family’s needs and preferences. As a mom herself, she intuitively knew what I would need as a second-time mom, which made the experience feel even more personal. She was also knowledgeable about the store’s inventory and helped us find the perfect fit for our growing family and never rushed us while we made our decision. Highly recommend!

The store is very friendly and welcoming! We initially worked with Ricky to select our furniture, and he was extremely friendly and helpful throughout the process. Later, Nazia assisted us in finalizing and placing our orders. She went above and beyond to help us choose the best mattress, patiently explaining all the details and financing options. Her guidance made the entire ordering process smooth and stress-free. The front desk staff were also very friendly and helpful, making our entire experience pleasant from start to finish. everything was done as planned

We purchased the Kristiland King Upholstered Storage Bed. It took over a month for this to be delivered. Firstly bed looks beautiful. But we were horrified to see under the bed that there is only 1 vertical bar with skinny legs supporting the entire king bed! We were definitely not happy with seeing this as for the price we paid for we are expecting this bad to last for a long time. Now we are worried about the bed falling apart at any point in time.

Went to Ashley to get the furniture for my new home. Fortunately found Ms. Yong who worked relentlessly and got us a good deal. Really appreciate Ms. Yong for making the entire process easy.

When we first went into Ashley, no sales person would help us. I went up to customer service to see if they would haul the old furniture if we were to get the couch delivered. They told me yes, with a small fee. We came back the next day, as we really liked one of the couches. Douglas helped us through the process and was excellent! He even had the manager give us a discount for the poor service we received the other day. This star is not for Douglas. He deserves a five star!!! The star is for the contractor delivery people they sent over and the customer service. The contractors barely tried to get the couch into our doorway, stating they couldn't get it in. The couch we ordered was 94" long, while I just removed a couch that was 101" out our doorway a couple days before. They refused and took the couch back to their warehouse. I immediately called customer service, and they said they could try to redeliver with a different contract delivery crew, but it wouldn't be for another 7+ days, which was unacceptable. They agreed to refund my money in full, however it took over 8 business days, and multiple phone calls to customer service as they said my case # was still open and needs to be closed. When I searched the BBB, their reviews are horrible. I would not recommend using Ashley.

Valeriya, I call her "Val" has been the representative that has been assisting me for the last 5 years. She is easy to talk to, as she takes her time time to explain everything before you buy any funiture. 5 yrs ago, my husband and I bought a house. Val finished our house. A yr later she finished my mother's hse. 2 weeks ago, we decided to change our funiture. I was glad to know that she still works fir ashley lynwood location as she helped up get our new funiture. Our delivery was supposed to be done partially but we only got to find out the earliest this would be was 14th of August and then the other delivery was to be done on 6th September. We bought a $3,000 modular sectional over a month ago. It was delivered missing one of the back cushions, which the delivery driver called customer service to help request one be sent. What they sent out was a throw pillow. We called their customer service again, who couldn’t find our order information. The Ashley store in Lynnwood was no help, they wouldn’t help us order the cushion at all. The only help we received from them was obtaining the order information. When we called back to customer service with the order information, they sent us a seat cushion with no cover. I’ve called into the customer service line twice, with the current representative placing me on hold for a half hour. Do better Ashley Furniture, this has been a terrible experience and should be this difficult to receive a complete couch.

Here's the deal, we had a terrible first experience here, came in and was dismissed and ignored by all floor staff. But this is a review about how HASSAM changed and saved a customer. Fast forward a week when I couldn't stop thinking about the dining set that we saw after attempting to find something at several other stores, all I wanted was the dining set from Ashleys. Against better judgement my partner and I went back to buy the table. Now this is when the god sent floor staff Hassam was sent out way. Hassam was an absolute joy to work with. This young man made us feel heard and appreciated. He took everything we said and made sure we got exactly what we wanted and needed. Hassam is the type of sales person that will keep you coming back to a store. He has such a welcoming personality and finds ways to connect with his customers. You can tell he is in it for making you feel comfortable and not in it to just make a sale. Hassam and his manager turn our experience around and we will absolutely be back to work with Hassam in the future. This young man saved a poor interaction and kept us as Ashley customers.
