Here's the deal, we had a terrible first experience here, came in and was dismissed and ignored by all floor staff. But this is a review about how HASSAM changed and saved a customer. Fast forward a week when I couldn't stop thinking about the dining set that we saw after attempting to find something at several other stores, all I wanted was the dining set from Ashleys. Against better judgement my partner and I went back to buy the table. Now this is when the god sent floor staff Hassam was sent out way. Hassam was an absolute joy to work with. This young man made us feel heard and appreciated. He took everything we said and made sure we got exactly what we wanted and needed. Hassam is the type of sales person that will keep you coming back to a store. He has such a welcoming personality and finds ways to connect with his customers. You can tell he is in it for making you feel comfortable and not in it to just make a sale. Hassam and his manager turn our experience around and we will absolutely be back to work with Hassam in the future. This young man saved a poor interaction and kept us as Ashley customers.

We always LOVE Ashley furniture but this visit was exceptionally awesome thanks to Sushma! She was the best! Very helpful& knowledgeable about everything we wanted!! She is an asset to this company!! She deserves a raise! She is sweet & funny!! Love her!! We will come back here because of HER!!

I gave it 4 stars out of 5 because they were all really trying to push the furniture insurance/warranty policy on me. I wasn’t going for it, didn’t buy it and I’m good with that….. That was my only complaint. Other than that it was a great experience and delivery service was smooth and on point.

We went to Ashley’s in Lynnwood, WA to purchase our couch and Red was our representative. She was attentive, patient, and very helpful throughout the process. Our couch took a week to be delivered by Ricardo and another guy. They were both quick and professional. It didn’t take them more than 20 minutes to set up the couch. We bought a couch and other things with Hassan Karim and he was amazing!! We came on Saturday and looked around. He was very patient and was not pushy at all with us. We promised him we would come back Monday and we did and he helped us get everything we needed. We came back twice in one day and he was so patient with us the entire time. Edit: reducing to 1 star as I've received no reply after following the instructions from the "owner's" response below. 12 days, two emails and nothing. TL;DR don't waste your time with this company. I recently bought a couch and ottoman from Ashley Furniture at this location. The couch is great and I kept it. The ottoman didn't fit and I tried to return it within the 72-hr return window. That's when I was informed that the 72-hr policy only applies to defects, otherwise "all sales are final." You hear a LOT about this after the sale and not much prior. I guess it's my fault for not reading the fine print, but wow...talk about shortsightedness to permanently lose a customer over a $350 ottoman. Also, to add insult to injury, I drove 30 minutes to the store thinking surely an in-person conversation will resolve this. The store manager wasn't there. I was assured he'd get in touch with me and that never happened. They did, however, open a ticket for me to "keep an open line of communication." I checked in after a week on that ticket and got a robotic reply, once again, stating "all sales are final." I would give Ashley Furniture zero stars but the couch I kept is quite good and the staff are all very friendly. It's basically the nicest "Sorry we can't help you" you'll ever get.

Visited this outlet few days ago. I was forced to run a pre-authorization for credit via Synchrony bank without even finalizing my furniture. I was told it would be a soft check and its always good to know. I received mail recently that credit was applied on my behalf via Ashley. Absolutely shocked at the level of scam being run to get commissions. Please beware.

We worked with Nazia at the Lynnwood store and she was fantastic!! She was not pushy and initially just let us browse until we started to settle in on the things we were interested in. She was extremely knowledgeable about all of the products, and particularly the mattresses and adjustable beds, which you want since they are a big investment. There was a potential issue with delivery timing and she worked very quickly with the store manager to get it sorted out and expedite the delivery. We will be going back and working with her on our other rooms!!!

The store and couch were great, but the delivery was terrible. The guy was in a rush and very rude. We ended spending a lot of time and sweat re- adjusting the couch after 'white glove' service was concluded.

DO NOT SHOP FROM THIS STORE!!! WORST COSTUMER SERVICE!!! I recently shop from this store and spent almost $5,000 for a few items.And one of them is a floor mirror, unfortunately when it arrived it was broken already.Called support and I was instructed to bring it back to the store before they can issue a refund or a replacement. Travelled 45mins to get to the store on a Monday and one of the associates said two of the employees called out so they are short staff for the day and all they can do is received the item and they will process the replacement the next day.Fast forward,a week gone by and did not hear anything from them no emails no phone calls.Called them the next Monday and took maybe 20mins before someone finally answered the phone and same reason I get again, 2 employees called out and they couldn't give me any answer or an update about this case. No available supervisor to talk to and no one can help. Seems like if you are shopping and about to spend some money they have all the people to help you out,but after you buy from them and have a problem like mine.You don't have anybody to talk to and no one can help you out.

Recently bought a sleeper sofa from Ashely Furniture in Lynnwood and it was seamless. My sales associate, Nazia, was helpful and friendly, easily able to answer my questions. Then 2 days later I had my new sofa delivered. Couldn’t have been a smoother process. I will definitely return to this store for future furniture needs.

They push you to at sale time to write a great raving google review, everything was down hill from then. *New furniture coming from Mor now, no delivery fee. The manager of the Ashley store in Lynnwood treated me very disrespectful. I asked from the beginning if they can match the prices from their website since they have better deals and they said that they can but in the end he got mad and yelled at me in front of all other customers because he wanted to overcharge me for the delivery and I said that I can order them online then because is the some distance between the warehouse to my house. When they deliver the furniture they were two guys. One was in his phone talking personal stuff instead of helping the other one and they made a big dent in the wall. I do like Ashley's furniture but the customer service is horrible. They need to hire professional stuff.

After a not so great experience at a previous furniture store that shall not be named I was a little nervous to go couch shopping again. We have been very dissatisfied with our experience at Ashley and will never buy anything here again. We purchased the extra service that if it was screwed up, they would fix it. I’m not sure what we paid for that but it felt like it $500? The two couches were $3700. The extra service lasted 5 years. So right away we noticed the left arm had no padding and we notified them of that. They sent out a tech who said he could fix it by taking the entire couch apart in our living room, adding the padding to the left arm. Wow- I mean, that feels like the entire couch will be worse off afterwards to me. I would much rather have had the choice to just replace the couch. As you look at the couch, you have to basically take all the staples and attachments off, take the back off, dismantle and strip the couch, put the padding in, which was foam and not sure that’s even the same material as the other ones, and then re-attach it. Part of the reason we choice Ashley was that they are a massive furniture conglomerate. So we figured that standing behind their product would be easy for them. They are a complete scam and joke. Avoid them at all cost. Don’t bother buying anything from them. Go to Costco. Ashley makes it an absolute hassle and unpleasant experience to help anyone that bought something. Avoid Ashley. They aren’t going to help you. Definitely don’t buy the extended warranty. Oh- the arm rest has no padding in it? Let’s just swap that one chair out for you. No problem. Oh- let our tech completely dismantle the couch, stick some padding in the arm rest and leave you with that. That seems absurd.

When I went to Ashley in Lynnwood to replace my old couch, Valeriya was very helpful in showing me options based on what I was looking for without any pressure. She also gave a great recommendation for a head pillow (the right size that didn't give me neck pain!) and gave me a refresher on adjustable beds. She was able to schedule the delivery just a few days later and informed me of the details on the warranty. Unfortunately, because of my measurement mistake, the delivery crew were unable to get the couch through my narrow stairway. (The crew tried very hard! They gave me the number to call for claims before they left). So on my 2nd trip to Ashley to pick a different couch was when I met Ali (who showed me options for modular sofas and set up my new sofa purchase) and Nancy (who followed through with return and walked me through the process of moving forward with the new one). Nancy called me a few days later (as she said she would) when the return had cleared. On my final visit to conclude my purchase, Kay helped me out with the paperwork and scheduling of the delivery. Everyone was very helpful and friendly! Thanks to my silly mistake, I got to meet most of the wonderful crew at Ashley in Lynnwood! I highly recommend going there.

Customer service is a mess. I ordered a couch from Ashley and I took 2 days off of work to sign off on the couch, both times having the couch delivery get cancelled due to financial hold, which when I followed up on it through the company I was leasing through, they told me the store was lying to me and that there was no financial hold. Ashely’s customer service was almost impossible to get ahold of and when I finally got in contact, I get told two different things. Once the couch was finally delivered I noticed the lease was $600 more than the couch, so once again I found myself not being able to get in contact with the store so I went in person and was given a paper showing my fees which showed a $200 5 year warranty I never was told about or agreed to and a $200 delivery fee that was never disclosed to me. When I try to get some compensation for the mess with the delivery or for the things I was never told I would be paying for, they denied. In the future I’ll be buying my furniture from JR or Costco. While Ashely’s has nice couches, the store is untrustworthy and a mess.

Avoid buying here. The quality is not the same as what is displayed in the store, and returns are not possible. Disappointing experience!

Never buying from them again. We purchased a recliner sofa from store. The delivered sofa does not match the showroom model. (At the time of purchase, the sale rep told us the model in the show room is new and guaranteed us we will get the new finish just like the one in the room.) Then we received the one with the old finish. We went to the store and called customer service. Both kicking balls saying it's just the lighting. I am a design professional and knows differences between finishes. The customer service just closed the ticket without even letting us know after we emailed them photos of both model with close up pictures. We called again and they say they will re-open the ticket and reach out. Haven't heard anything again.

I went here looking for a new couch and new kitchen table . Selection of both categories was great and I was easily able to find what I was after. The salesperson, Yong, was very helpful. For example, I mentioned that I was looking for something cat resistant for the couch, and she immediately took me to a couch very similar to the one that I had been looking at, pointing out that the model she was showing me was microfiber which is among the most cat resistant materials out there for couches. That aligned exactly with what I'd read online after consulting several sites and threads on the subject. Similarly, she directed me to the table that I ended up getting after I told her I was looking for something small that can be extended. All in all, it was a great shopping experience and I will certainly visit again when the time come.

We recently bought dining chairs from Ashley Furniture. The sales associate, Rama, tried to upsell us at every turn and wouldn't let us browse without constantly interrupting and asking us if we wanted to look at something else. Once we had found the chairs we liked, she automatically added a $99 delivery fee without telling us until after we had finished checking out. At this point we were frustrated and wanted to leave and figured if the $99 charge included assembly, then it was fine. What wasn't disclosed is that there was no assembly associated with the items we bought. We were effectively scammed out of $99. If you go to this location, do your due diligence and ask about any hidden fees. Update: I emailed the store and response I got "we’re unable to refund the delivery fee since the items were successfully delivered". Their responses to these negative reviews are performative at best.

I was a little bothered when the order was written up for us to sign, and the deluxe delivery service and the optional 5-year protection plan were both added without our even being asked if we wanted them. I want to thank Leilani for her customer service. My husband and I purchased a set for our living room. Leilani was informative. She took the time to help us find what I was looking for but most importantly Leilani gave us the space to decide. I enjoyed her customer service, knowledge about the products on the floor and to top it off her kindness seemed genuine.

Poor customer service. I requested help trying to find assistance repairing a table and never heard back. The warranty I was sold did not cover 'mechanical/moving parts' which excluded the mechanism for the butterfly leaf table I purchased. Therefore I was advised to call the store to get a referral for out of pocket repair work. I never heard back from them....

Working with Rama and Mike was fantastic. They both get 5 stars for being super nice and very helpful. I love the furniture I received. I took one star away because the company they use for “white glove delivery” was lacking in professionalism during the scheduling of the delivery process. They repeatedly cancelled my agreed upon delivery dates, leaving me sleeping on my sofa with my clothes in bags in an empty bedroom while waiting. Their excuse each time was ridiculous - stating that I didn’t call them to confirm, when in fact I did call them and confirmed delivery both times. The delivery men were nice; however, I would not call it white glove delivery because they didn’t remove the protective coverings that are literally stuck under the bedside table handles. In order to get this set up properly I’m now going to have to remove the handles myself and re-install them. But overall a good experience with my salesperson and the sales manager. I also appreciate the staff who had to call the delivery company on my behalf in order to get my furniture delivered in a timely manner. I big thank you to that person as well. One other issue (neither the fault of the Ashley Store staff nor the delivery company) was that the Ashley warehouse sent the wrong support legs for the under-bed beams. I was told by customer service that it would be another 10 days of waiting for those, so I had to use my nice books to stack up under the super short legs that don’t even come close to touching the ground. I realize accidents happen, some I’m patiently waiting for resolution, hopefully sooner than 10 days. Rama to the rescue again to ensure they will be sending the correct pieces in a timely manner. Thank you Rama💖. Rama is so intelligent, kind, and helpful. My mom and I truly enjoyed working with her. I would buy furniture from her again.

Great In-Store Experience, But Customer Service Needs Improvement. The manager and staff at the Ashley Store in Lynnwood were friendly helpful, and made my in-store experience great! However, the customer service department needs some serious improvements. I couldn’t get a straight answer on the store hours over the New Year holiday—not from a representative or even the AI agent. Additionally, my delivery was significantly delayed due to a truck breakdown, but no one called to update me until after the scheduled time because they weren’t notified in time. Even customer service was alerted late. While I appreciate the helpful store team, better communication and responsiveness from customer service would go a long way in improving the overall experience!

Overall good experience- low pressure sales and reasonably priced quality products. We did get charged twice-$1k+ dollars but refund is in progress- will update if that doesn’t happen in reasonable amount of time. Installation/ delivery was good- but corporate could provide better assembly instructions as we thought item was defective as lights didn’t work and one cord on back was missing a connection- we then found it before they took it back as defective/damaged (power cord was in arm rest). Simple instructions to installers would make their job easier and less stress amd dis’s appointment for us- in the end we all figured it out and we like the chair. Installers were polite, friendly, efficient and professional.

If you are looking for quality service, do not buy from Ashley Furniture. This store has great sales team, but the Ashley Furniture service department will make you crazy. They are rude and will never try to solve their fault. The "premium" delivery who did not even know how to read English on the assembly instructions broke every single item delivered. They grabbed the leg of the dining table to turn it upside down. They dropped the drawer on the floor. They stepped on screws damaging my hardwood floor. I called the CS, but they always lied to me and the escalation line was the rudest person I've ever met in my life. I only learned that their logistics department lied to the CS department saying that the furniture was defective in the first place, and the CS department refused to replace the broken items due to that reason. I decided to just return everything and buy from another brand. I spent two months to get the broken ones picked up and receive refunds. I am still waiting for about 10% of my payment to be refunded. I feel sorry for the staff at this store, but this brand needs to reform or shut down their business. + today, I got a response from their protection plan partner for my previous purchase. They rejected all of my claims based on their false assumption. They keep telling me to refer to the terms and conditions. They literally say that I did this or that which I did not and never said I did. DO NOT BUY their protection plan. It's a scam now. It wasn't used to be like this a couple years ago...

I am extremely disappointed with the service. We ordered a dining table with chairs and a bed frame, and after multiple delays, we finally received the bed frame today. However, the customer service has been nothing short of terrible. We received broken dinning table chair back in November, and despite contacting customer service numerous times and visiting the store several times, nothing has been resolved. It’s been an incredibly frustrating experience, and the lack of accountability and follow-through is unacceptable.

Nothing worse than going into a store to shop and not really knowing what you want and having a sales person following you around. I didn't feel that at all. When I was ready to talk, I had someone come up quickly. Isaiah answered every question I had. I felt like he was very knowledgeable on the products, showed me many options and helped me make my decision. He wasn't pushy and I didn't get the feeling that he was just about the sale. He felt like a friend. I really liked the options and the showroom floor was nice. Couldn't recommend this place enough. I will definitely be going back for future purchases.

My review is as follows: I went to the store and bought $1100 worth of furniture, my invoice had the incorrect name and delivery address, then the representative said she would fix it. That was just the beginning. I was told that they would have to split my delivery even though I told them I needed the couch ASAP. The delivery itself was good, I did get all the same time so thumbs 👍. I received a call after the delivery saying I have 72 hours to call of any ptoblems. When I realized that the dresser was too long and blocking my heater, I went online to the chat as it was a coming holiday. The rep on the chat then told me that all in store purchases are final. I was livid as no one bothered to mention that and it was no where on the invoice I received. She said that I should received a call from someone 24-48 hours, that was on Saturday 1 day after my delivery. I also ask them that if that was the case why did I receive a call after my delivery stating I have 72 hours? I called the store on Tuesday and spoke to Nancy who said she would call me back, it's been 3 days and I'm still waiting. I chatted again online yesterday about the case and again was told I would get a call from the store. Still waiting. My guff with this is this: please make your customers aware of things that are not visible on your invoice. If I knew that all sales were final I probably would not have spent so much there. At least I would have know what my choices are. That being said, make sure you if you want to shop at Ashley, get everything in writing up front or else they won't hold up their end of the bargain. For me, that has ruined my trust in them. They always say the customer is their priority but it's really just money. Fool me once, you won't get to fool me twice. Never again will I shop there and I will never encourage anyone either. But if you do, do it with all the risks in mind. Protect yourself and your finances.

I bought from Ashley store and I can say I am really grateful to the management there and also to one of the customer service there named Nazia who was very polite, patient and experienced and gave us the best guide for the purchase and I appreciate Nazia. Also, within 5 days all our purchase was delivered and I am very happy because I had the best purchase in a short time and with excellent quality.

Update: The delivery people couldn't fit the couch in the elevator, even after I was assured it could fit in a smaller elevator before buying. They then just left it on the first floor and told me to figure it out rather than at least talking it up the allowed 3 flights of stairs. I ended up having to carry it up 5 flights. Still waiting on my refund for the white glove service I paid for.

Amazing experience

Louise was very helpful and kind when we came in looking for a new sofa, she showed us multiple options tailored to what we wanted. We have had our new reclining sofa for a week and love it. She was great about showing us different material so we could choose the best one for a home with pets. I also want to give a shout out to the people that delivered the couch. They were very nice and professional and made sure to not track dirt into the home. They figured out very quickly how to move the couch in despite us having a tricky amount of space in the hallway of our apartment

I never write reviews, but my experience at Ashley was very disappointing. I purchased a dining table set, and during checkout, the sales associate rushed me through the process. Without my knowledge, I was automatically signed up for the $50 'no-hassle delivery' option, and no other delivery methods were offered. When I tried to address this issue, I could only reach the call center, who couldn’t even contact the store. Visiting the store in person didn’t help either—the manager dismissed my concerns and claimed everything had been explained, which wasn’t true. Eventually the front desk person helped me switch my delivery method so I wasn't paying an additional $50. The lack of clear communication and accountability from both the sales associate and manager was super disappointing and I would not recommend shopping here.

My boyfriend and I were looking for a sofa and ended up buying this nice reclining sofa. Tali was our rep and she made the ordering process easy. She explained the delivery options and answered all our questions. Overall it was a simple but great experience.

I purchased a dining table from Ashley on December 15th, with the assurance that it was in stock and would be delivered within a week. However, just before the scheduled delivery, I received an automated call from Ashley pushing the delivery back by a week, citing that two chairs were out of stock. This happened again the second time, and then the third time I received a call from a person who informed me that the dining table was actually out of stock, but the chairs were available. On January 8th, they finally delivered the chairs, but the bench arrived damaged, so we had to return it. I then contacted the Lynnwood store where I made the purchase, hoping to speak with the store manager. However, I was consistently put on hold or told to wait for a callback because the manager was always with another customer. In total, after about a month and spending around $2000, we’ve only received 4 chairs, with no updates on the table or bench. The entire experience has been extremely frustrating, and it feels like the store was fully aware of the logistical challenges when they made the sale but chose not to disclose them. This has left us feeling completely ripped off.

We recently purchased a bed frame from the Lynnwood store. Colton was our salesperson and we were extremely happy with his knowledge, service, and professionalism. We had an issue with the computer order not matching with our payment that caused a one day delay in finalizing the sale.we had the option of paying twice and receiving a credit in a week or waiting to see if the glitch was fixed. Colton was great…my husband tends to get anxious over situations like this but I think he felt the issue would be resolved without a second payment. I’d definitely go to the Lynnwood store again if looking for a furniture piece. I recommend you ask for Colton.

Leonardo at Ashley Furniture in Lynnwood was extremely helpful in our decision making over finding the perfect recliner. He spent time with us tracking information on various models and his friendly and helpful attitude was very much appreciated.

When I entered the store with my older sister to help me Rama helped us and gave us really good options for bed sizes prices and material she was so nice and we got to experience the way the bed feels before buying it every bed was unique in there own way I felt like I was on a cloud when I got to go on one of the beds now I can fully understand why Ashley store is the best place to buy your furniture from even the manager was so welcoming.

Recently went to Ashley to look at couches, and we were lucky to be helped by Nazia! I scheduled an appointment with Ashley customer service twice and confirmed it over the phone. However, both times, I received an email hours later (on the following day) stating that my appointment had been replaced with someone else, and I was asked to choose another day. This happened twice, which shows a serious lack of coordination within their department. Canceling my technician appointment twice is completely unacceptable and frustrating. I think it's because the customer service representatives are not in the USA and they said different things when email sent it to them. Anyway their customer service system is out of service completely.

I had two major issues with my recent purchase of a dining room set from this store. First, the dining room table I received had a defect. The top storage on one side was not aligned with the rest of the table edge and also had a crack. I've been contacting customer service for over two weeks now, but nothing has been resolved. Their customer service is extremely weak and unresponsive. Second, while placing the order, I was told by the store guys that there was no free delivery, and I had to pay for delivery and installation, even if I placed the order online. However, when I checked online, I found that free delivery was offered without installation. This means, this store wasnt trustworthy, as I could have installed it myself and saved the extra charges. I'm very unhappy with my purchase from this store and Ashley. I would not recommend it to anyone.

We recently purchased furniture for our new house from Ashley Furniture in Lynnwood, WA. We were quickly greeted by a sales rep who was engaged with other customers. She couldn’t help us right away but it was good to be acknowledged. She showed us to the section we were interested in and let us browse on our own. Took 30 minutes or so to reconnect but in that time we found what we liked. Nazia ( our sales person) was a real pleasure to work with. Friendly, smart, engaging - she actually made the furniture-buying experience enjoyable. (I’ve bought a lot of furniture in my life and that has not always been the case!) she and Nancy at the service desk were wonderful to deal with. Scoring note: I tried calling Ashley Furniture several days later to add a $700 love seat to our order and couldn’t get through to an actual human person. I left a detailed message asking for a return call in order to BUY MORE FURNITURE but never got a response from anyone. So the final score for the business itself is 3⭐️. Nazia & Nancy get 5⭐️ for a final score of 4⭐️

My husband and I went to Ashley’s Furniture, and Nikki helped us. She was so positive and full of energy, and we were so glad she was the one assisting us. Nikki helped us pick out a dining table set and couches and then helped with the paperwork at the front. While she was asking another worker some questions about the paperwork, that worker was really rude to her. We didn’t catch the worker’s name, but her attitude was terrible. My husband and I were upset because it wasn’t necessary at all. Nikki was just asking for help, which is normal, but the other worker made it seem like she asked a “dumb” question. Even though the worker didn’t say that, the way she answered was very disrespectful. Other than that, Nikki was amazing! We hope she’s the one to help us again when we come back to buy more furniture.

We went in looking for a new bedframe. We walked around the entire store twice before deciding on a set, not one employee greeted us or asked us if we needed help. I had to flag someone down. The employee who helped us was very kind and knowledgeable. His breath smelled so bad that I had to keep my distance! He was able to get us a deal and a quick delivery. I purchased a couch and recliner. They were delivered with broken parts on them. There is no way to call the store. When you call you go directly to a call center in India. I have scheduled repair appointments 4 times and confirmed them via email only to not have anybody show up. I spent $3000 on broken furniture. Would not recommend buying anything from this store.

Looks like I'm in the minority here, but tl;dr I did not have a good experience ordering from this store and will not be purchasing from Ashley again. I went in to purchase a sofa that was "in-store only". The sales rep helped us through the order, but after payment was submitted they said that something was wrong with the delivery method and the order needed to be canceled and resubmitted. They said there would be 2 charges to our account, but the first would be refunded within a few days. A few weeks later, the couch was delivered (just 1) but the first order has still not been refunded. I suspect that someone dropped the ball submitting a refund request and have been in talks with customer service. The charge is more than $1k, so I'm not too happy and wish they would take issues like this more seriously. Giving them 2 stars instead of one because the actual product is great, but I think their sales/customer service are subpar.

Excellent store with lot of furniture features and within price range and affordable. I personally recommend Jyothi for her patience and showed us all items what we want. Happy for the Purchase

Amazing customer service, quality product, happy family! My husband and i were searching for the perfect couch and had been to so many places. When we decided to check out Ashley, we were met by Isaiah Yanni who was knowledgable, kind, patient and wonderful with our wild 2 year old daughter. We went back and forth and he was so patient and positive the entire time. We are extremely happy with the quality of the couch we bought and how we were treated. Next time we are in the market for furniture we will absolutely come back to Ashley and ask for Isaiah again.

Horrible service, both from customer service and the sales person themselves. Will never buy from lynwwod locations again. It's clear they all work for commission and the customer service is not genuine. My sales person Jyothi kept going back and forth from me and 2 other customers to see who she would get the best buy from. Ashleys needs to change that policy if they want customers to come purchase their products. When I called to return an item, the lady at the front desk told me their was no manager and the manager would not return for 2-3 days. That's makes it difficult when I need to return an item within their 3 day policy and the return has to be approved by a manager. When I was told I would receive a call back, I did not for 2 days. On the second day, I showed up to the lynwood store with my returned items just to find customer service once again confused and unable to give me a definite answer . I left the items I wish to return at the store and will continue to follow up. I don't usually leave feedbacks or comments on stores or services nor do I have the time for it. Ashleys lynnwod employees are truly unprofessional, unacknowledged of their own products and sadly their commission is the only thing that keeps them employed. Everybody at the store deserves -1 star on their ranking for reviews they have at their store. One thing is for sure, my refund will be issued and hopefully my pending orders will not experience the same issue .

My wife and I spent about 3 hours at Ashley Home Store in Lynwood yesterday. Valeriya provided us with excellent concierge service while we were there. She is extremely knowledgeable about all of the products on-site. We were looking at mattresses, sectional sofas, and recliners. We ended up purchasing a recliner, that we weren’t even in the market for! We’ll be back before the Black Friday sale ends to purchase mattresses and the sectional. I would shop with Valeriya anytime!

Today we experienced one of the worst service from Ashley - Lynwood from one of the representative. Her name was Sushma. We went for a couch which we liked. However during the entire purchase process, Sushma was very rude while we were conversing with her on the offers and discounts. She was not clear with the offers and had to ask her manager multiple times. She even made us confused and provided limited information. Eg: there seems to be a payment installment plan which we could avail. But we were not made aware of it. At the end of the purchase she mentioned she was tired as she was doing 11 hours shift. I would advise her to understand that if she accepted the extended shift, she should keep help customer rather being frustrated and rude. And after this behavior she was forcing us to give the a review and mention her name ‘Sushma’. It was very bad experience for us.

They have one of the worst policies in terms of return or price adjustment. Online support does nothing if you bought the items from in-store. Store owner only respond to google comments just to show the people that they are doing something but they never take action. Its been months since I send a email to provided email but no response yet.
