Amazing customer service, quality product, happy family! My husband and i were searching for the perfect couch and had been to so many places. When we decided to check out Ashley, we were met by Isaiah Yanni who was knowledgable, kind, patient and wonderful with our wild 2 year old daughter. We went back and forth and he was so patient and positive the entire time. We are extremely happy with the quality of the couch we bought and how we were treated. Next time we are in the market for furniture we will absolutely come back to Ashley and ask for Isaiah again.

Horrible service, both from customer service and the sales person themselves. Will never buy from lynwwod locations again. It's clear they all work for commission and the customer service is not genuine. My sales person Jyothi kept going back and forth from me and 2 other customers to see who she would get the best buy from. Ashleys needs to change that policy if they want customers to come purchase their products. When I called to return an item, the lady at the front desk told me their was no manager and the manager would not return for 2-3 days. That's makes it difficult when I need to return an item within their 3 day policy and the return has to be approved by a manager. When I was told I would receive a call back, I did not for 2 days. On the second day, I showed up to the lynwood store with my returned items just to find customer service once again confused and unable to give me a definite answer . I left the items I wish to return at the store and will continue to follow up. I don't usually leave feedbacks or comments on stores or services nor do I have the time for it. Ashleys lynnwod employees are truly unprofessional, unacknowledged of their own products and sadly their commission is the only thing that keeps them employed. Everybody at the store deserves -1 star on their ranking for reviews they have at their store. One thing is for sure, my refund will be issued and hopefully my pending orders will not experience the same issue .

My wife and I spent about 3 hours at Ashley Home Store in Lynwood yesterday. Valeriya provided us with excellent concierge service while we were there. She is extremely knowledgeable about all of the products on-site. We were looking at mattresses, sectional sofas, and recliners. We ended up purchasing a recliner, that we weren’t even in the market for! We’ll be back before the Black Friday sale ends to purchase mattresses and the sectional. I would shop with Valeriya anytime!

I made a phone call to Ashley store to inquire about a sofa I saw on the website. Ali was very good at answering questions and suggested that I come to the store. Ali was very helpful throughout the process and understood exactly the type and fabric I was looking for. I ended up buying a beautiful set of sofas! I’m very happy with my experience and Ali would be my go-to person for future purchases.

Today we experienced one of the worst service from Ashley - Lynwood from one of the representative. Her name was Sushma. We went for a couch which we liked. However during the entire purchase process, Sushma was very rude while we were conversing with her on the offers and discounts. She was not clear with the offers and had to ask her manager multiple times. She even made us confused and provided limited information. Eg: there seems to be a payment installment plan which we could avail. But we were not made aware of it. At the end of the purchase she mentioned she was tired as she was doing 11 hours shift. I would advise her to understand that if she accepted the extended shift, she should keep help customer rather being frustrated and rude. And after this behavior she was forcing us to give the a review and mention her name ‘Sushma’. It was very bad experience for us.

We had an amazing experience working with Vee in finalizing the furniture for our new home. Today was my first time at an Ashley Furniture and I was a bit intimidated by what I thought were the prices. Not only was I very pleasantly surprised, but I was greeted by the kindest associate, Vee. It was a sincere pleasure having her help my wife and I through the sofa selection process. We walked the entire floor and did not feel rushed, nor pressured to make a selection. We will definitely be coming back!

Update-I received my last item today (11/6-ordered 9/2). I would still not give this experience a higher rating due to the days and hours of wasted time and effort for a simple item. I do appreciate the manager reaching out but it was too late and only happened because I made a public post. Previous review-Unfortunately still haven't received my last item after months and calls and promises after showing up with a truck they couldn't use on my driveway for the furniture -after being told specifically it would be a problem. Poor delivery guys still made it work. Very disappointed except for them.

Ashley furniture has many items in stock and, in our experience, has been able to deliver inside of a week. The prices are good. We're happy with the quality.

I came in here with every intention to purchase a dining set I had my eye on… When I walked in the pregnant girl asked what I was looking for. She gave me the pre look at the sale and walked me back to the table area. Half way back I asked her about delivery times. This is my second furniture store, (the first one doesn’t do weekends and won’t accommodate for evenings) she said no to weekends, and they do evenings. I had asked her the times, and she had refused to give me the delivery hours, and that’s when it turned into a argument back and forth and people started watching… (how humiliating) it’s a simple question… delivery times… she kept coming back… it’s evening… you’ll get a text few days to confirm.. after 3 rounds I gave her sell paper back and said it’s not going to work because you don’t delivery evenings and I’m not going to waste my time picking out furniture since you don’t deliver the evening hours I’m home…. Then she went and asked… again, the audience we got… I never yelled, raised my voice.. but why is she arguing with me, then the pouting look on her face the rest of the time following me looking at tables, and folding her arms… now I’m not buying the table and closing my account…

Not timely delivery, no return policy

1 because I can’t put a zero. We had a bed delivered 9/27 it was built incorrect and we had to go into the store multiple times as well as reach out to corporate to even get a resolution started. Their resolution was to wait until mid November for the missing parts to come in ours was to get a refund and have them pick it up. It took them until 10/31 to get someone out to pick up and start my refund process. Do not shop here if you care about customer service.

Daniel was very helpful in our search for a new love seat for our RV. He really listened to our needs, showed us several options, even provided us with a tape measure. We left thinking we really like one, and returned later the same day and made the purchase with him. Will be recommending Daniel's services to our friends.

I like that she was down to earth in just let us be to make our decision on the new furniture set. And when we were ready she helps us to move forward. Sales people like her make all the difference.

I rarely write reviews. I had planned on leaving a less than favorable one because the Sales Person, Nazia, ordered the wrong chairs for my dining room set. First she stated the set would arrive in 4 weeks yet it took 8 weeks. After waiting that long, she had ordered bar stools. We literally were on the showroom floor looking at the dining set. I have been in sales for 28 years. You must know your product. However, I am not going to fault and entire store for lack of attention by someone who clearly needs more training. Here is why I am giving 5 stars. The table itself is beautiful. I simply wish that I could sit at it. The delivery guys were amazing! The real super star in that organization is Nancy. She works in costumer service or the front desk, I believe. She was able to calm me down, assist me with fixing the mistake, and assure me that the situation would be resolved. She's a keeper and is to be commended for her attention to detail. I look forward to meeting her in person the next time I am in there as I still have one more room to recreate.

Yong was very helpful and saved us a 2nd delivery fee. I’m adjusting my review as I was promised I would have two delivery dates, one estimated at 10/31/24 and one 11/19/24. Yong even wrote that on my receipt. I need to call and verify our first delivery and I cannot contact the local store to talk to a human! I’m very frustrated and would appreciate a call. Another adjustment as I just spent 35 minutes on the phone with a customer service rep on the east coast. He was very nice, however, there is no way you can split the deliveries with one delivery fee. I cancelled half my order and am waiting to hear if we can receive our item when it was promised. Just keep in mind, you get what you pay for and don't trust the sales staff. Once you order, pay and walk out the door, it's out of their hands.

Yesterday I made a purchase at this place. The person who helped me was Nazia, she explained very well all the doubts we had, and she was also very attentive and very kind. The prices are affordable compared to other places. I recommend this place.

Purchased a recliner for my mom with delivery. Was contacted several times to confirm a specific delivery date and time. After taking the day off to receive the chair, the window passed so I called them. They informed me for the first time (and after confirming delivery!) the chair is on backorder and delayed indefinitely. Absolutely horrible service with tons of hassles. Shop elsewhere.

me and my husband went into Ashley’s searching for a dining table for our new apartment. It was a successful find first time up thanks to leilani. She was amazing and helped us through the whole process. She went over the return/exchange policies, protection plans, delivery options, and pricing. She was patient, helpful, and super friendly! There was a couple week wait for the specific table we wanted, but it was so worth it. She stayed in contact with us, with updates on when the table would deliver and followed up afterwards to ensure we were happy with our purchase. We chose the delivery option that comes with set up so we didn’t have to go through the hassle of building it. The delivery team was amazing! They were in and out in no time. The table is very stable with no scratches or damages. We had an overall amazing experience with Ashley’s!

Sushma was such a huge help ! I had a very specific issue in which I needed a couch that could fit into my apartment complex with really narrow hallways. I wasn’t finding anything in the store and she gave me a great idea and showed me a 4/5 piece sectional and helped me order it as a 2 piece! I got to pick the couch I wanted and it fit. She was a huge help and the store was great !

Freaking bad store! I bought a throw online 3 months ago and it never delivered to me. I contacted to the customer service for 5 times and it hasn’t resolved it. Now I am still waiting for the case get resolved. Will never visit this store anymore

Rashan assisted us well throughout the process, giving us enough space and time to look around but was always available when we had questions. He even helped us by moving one of the accent chairs across the store so we could see it next to the loveseat that we liked!

They take the order but do not have furniture in stock. Dates keep getting committed but furniture is not delivered yet. Really frustrating customer service, they won't tell you the exact dates.

ORDER ONLINE: Bought some furniture from this location, our sales lady told us the configuration we wanted and the pieces. Unfortunately, lady didn’t configure it correctly so our couch came assembled wrong and doesn’t fit correctly in the house. Fast forward I contacted the store to get this simple fix taken care of. They won’t do anything about it, said the manager would contact us and help make it right. Ignored us for days and just pretended like they didn’t screw us over. Not to sound like a Karen, but we literally showed the lady how we’d want the couch and long end to face with a photo. And then she went on the computer and said yes this is what you want. And we even said are you sure?? Anyway, if you order online they have an actual return policy and this store doesn’t. Each store is owned individually, so it’s better to order online. Or even a store that won’t screw you over.

Went in with a set from their online store and was quickly helped by Yong right away. She helped explain the price matching and delivery/warranty services. We were in and out in 30 mins and satisfied with our purchase and experience today.

This is a long 2 parter folks buckle in and please read to the end That said I will tell you about my experience in the past and the one I just had with Ashley an employee. Mind you I have only been in the stores twice. Once 7month ago and once now. Let’s start with the first time I came to the store, I was immediately greeted by associate after associate etc.and finally (call her “Maya”. I was already irritated by the bombardment of the pressure sales, “Never let the customer leave without a sale, and if you made a confirmed sale always try to upsell”, I worked in all sorts of sales so I easily saw tactics the employees were using. I could not get a minute to my self, they would not leave me alone to browse and pick out a few favorites to get more information when ready. because there always was a new feature,sales,and don’t forget about that financing!I left with nothing, due to the negative feeling in the store, like the pressure, my guess is they have a quota to make and once they’ve hit that quota they start making a small commission (I worked in various types of sales and was really good at it for 15 years so it’s an educated guess, but that adds extreme stress to the salesperson which ends up making the customer feel uncomfortable like they HAVE to buy something then leave feeling guilty when they don’t because they were just browsing, or want to buy but needs to know how much to save up because financing may not be an option for them, I left as quick as I could. But onto today’s visit (technically it was yesterday) i went in to give Ashley another try and as I walked in I was kindly greeted by Zach with a warm smile. And asked if there was anything specific I was looking for. I said I’m going to browse for a bit but if I have any questions I’ll come to you and he replied “take your time and educate yourself on the products, that way I will be able to steer you in the direction that is best for you (rarely have I heard a salesperson honestly say I just want what’s best for you.) so I told him I need a new couch for my game room, preferably a couch with recliners. I was by myself my husband was at home (which meant there was no way I was buying today). So I asked him to show me what he would get in my situation (I have chronic pain in my back and tailbone.) letting him know that that couch would be where I would be spending most of my day. He showed me 3 different couches. They all had an electric recline feature, some had a headrest recline feature. The arms of the sofa opened up for storage and the middle console came down creating a table then the middle head rest raises up and there are two led lights pointing at each side. Some had seat warmers and air massage and even lighting under the couch. But Zach treated me like a friend asking me questions about the couch like how much time I spend on it how comfortable should it be. He truly tailored the experience to my needs and wants. He knew I wouldn’t be buying that day especially because I didn’t have the dimensions of the room😂but because of his customer service and honesty, in a few months when we are ready to purchase I will make sure that Zach is my salesperson. He knows his facts (if he does not know the answer to a question you have about the product he will go out of his way to find the answer), not pushy, gave me my space unless it was a quick check I or I came to him. If you are coming to this store ask for Zach. NOBODY there but him will actually educate you about the product you are interested in or create a wish list for you, and especially pay attention to your needs and aesthetics in a piece of furniture. Zach is the rare “perfect” sales person. He realizes that the sale might not happen that day, but you know what you want and how much to save (if you’re going to have to save) when you leave. When I come back to buy that couch it will be with Zach. This is a true salesperson: finds out their wants and need, price point, amenities, etc building rapport resulting in repeat customers. Zach if you are reading this you are THE star seller there!

I refuse to give even one star to this store after my experience purchasing furniture for my entire home. The sofa set I bought was oversold. I had to visit the store five times in a week to check the status of my order. The service line is useless as there was no coordination between the store and the central orders list. They cancelled my order even when I had paid for it and for delivery. I was told this only when I called to check as I did not receive the furniture after waiting for the whole day, taking time off from work to receive the only piece that was available in the whole order. The manager was rude, the service agent had not useful. This was the worst experience. Honestly the ashley store at Lynnwood mall should be shut down and the manager fired for total incompetence.

I have had a very negative experience with Ashley Furniture this week. I ordered multiple items including a sofa and loveseat, dining and occasional table set at the Alderwood Mall Parkway store in Lynnwood, Washington last week. After saying they have all items in stock, and even calling me to assure delivery this week, we discovered the sofa is out of stock and won't be delivered. After promising me the floor model in case the warehouse is out of stock, they sold it to someone else! They told me, if I still wanted the sofa and loveseat I need to rush to another store at the other end of the city that same day to pick up the sofa and loveseat by ourselves. I had to rent a truck and rush to pick it up and pay for it once again. Since then, we have struggled to get the remaining items on the order delivered. The coffee table set was delayed to next month and we had to cancel it. The store manager promised the remaining item, the dining set would arrive today. Nothing arrived today. I called customer service and they are saying the whole order is canceled! The store manager is unreachable. I'm at a complete loss. Why is Ashley so dysfunctional in fulfilling the order?

Horrible customer service. Unable to reach a human being at the store by phone. I was not informed that only part of my order would be delivered on the day scheduled. Left us with no sleeping arrangements for our move. Was told by two different people they would follow up and call me back and they did not. Apparently I am able to order beds and mattresses from Amazon quicker than I am to get a return phone call or delivery of my furniture.

I ordered a dresser and side tables from Ashley. They were going to come in different shipments. The side tables arrived, but Ashley, without any notice, just canceled the dresser delivery. I have been advised to call the Lynnwood store directly. I have now tried calling them at least a half dozen times. No one ever answers, I just get routed to a calling center in the Phillipines. Those folks tell me to call the store directly, or go visit it--but since it's an hour away, I don't want to do that unless the dresser is in stock. Correction: I was actually able to reach the store one time, and spoke with someone there. But she said that she could not take a payment over the phone, and that the payment specialist (?!?) was out for two days, so I should call back then. And the cycle has continued: calling Lynnwood, getting routed to the Phillipines. Kafka would be proud of this store manager! Update: I received an email from a customer service person (or robot) and was asked to provide the order number for the shipment they cancelled and which I no longer want. I asked this entity if it would be possible to: 1) call the store; 2) pay for the dresser; and 3) pick it up at the store. I always assumed that this was more or less the concept of a store, but perhaps I'm wrong. No response. My wife and I have called 3-4 more times since then, routed directly to the call center in the Phillipines. Will we ever speak to someone at the store? Will they sell us the dresser? Stay tuned!

Lynn was my sales person here at the store. She provided me with a great customer experiance . Besides being very knowledgeable about the products she was also very polite. Ask for her the next time your in the market for furniture.

This store was beautiful and clean, very inviting! Our sales rep, Nazia, was just perfect. After welcoming us in and giving us a quick run down of the store her customer service was outstanding by giving us the space we needed to browse and picture our dream set up. Once we were ready , she was easily accessible and knowledgeable with all the questions we had and getting us checked out. This store had so many amazing selections from living room , bedroom , dining room and even patio furniture and accessories! We will definitely come back in a bit to pick out our more furniture for our patio! 10/10 recommend

Pure incompetence. I bought 2 bed sets and a sofa. The sofa was damaged. The bed set in my room did not have all the pieces to install the lights that go on my bed. They told me to go to Home Depot buy screws and install it myself The bedroom in my daughter’s room is still not put together after nearly 2 months. 5 times they have sent techs to my house to fix her bed. 2 brought no rails, 3 brought the wrong ones . Pathetic

Sushma helped us when went in to purchase a new couch. While we knew the specific couch we wanted, we still had questions concerning the delivery and had to ask her the same questions several times as she pushed for the purchase and to fill out information and submit payment. Finally I told her that it all felt “rushed, forced, and pushy”, which afterwards she apologized and slowed down a bit. After we finally made the purchase we asked how much a coffee and end tables were and she said she would find out, but about five minutes later another person came by and told us the price, which only enforced the feeling had earlier of not being valued as a customer but only being a “transaction” and “sale” to Sushma and the store. Overall was not a great experience.

I wish I could give them 0 but, unfortunately, I won't be able to give them zero. Simply put, they were the worst service I have received in the last ten years from any store. The only positive side was the courteous behavior of their people in the store and that was the only thing. I have ordered a dining table late April. First, they simply put you in a position to write them a google review right there in front of them. Then, they planned to deliver a dining table two weeks after. In the first attempt, they delivered a wrong part. Second time trying, they still did not figure out what parts to send and sent me the wrong items again. I asked them to give me a refund because they were incapable of giving me my table in over two months. They said they cannot do that and they need me to wait for the third delivery. In the third delivery, they still got it wrong (no wonder). I claimed refund through my bank and they put up a fight to reject my refund request. After three months, they just accepted that they can give my money back and I should wait for another two months. Just imagine I paid them in April, they provided no service, and they return my money in August. If this is not epitome of mismanagement and lack of respect for customer, I don't know what is. I definitely recommend not to buy anything from them.

DO NOT BUY FROM ASHLEY FURNITURE IN LYNNWOOD This is by far the worst furniture store I have ever dealt with. The staff at the Lynnwood location are beyond horrible; they lie straight to your face and then deny everything. Specifically, "KHALEED," the store manager, is an absolute thief and a pathological liar. I seriously doubt he's ever uttered a truthful word in his life. Here's what happened to me: I purchased two twin XL mattresses based on Khaleed's recommendation. He assured me that, despite being different models, both mattresses were of equal size and height. However, upon delivery, I discovered that they were neither the same size nor the same height. When I raised a complaint, the store's response was outrageous. They claimed that nothing could be done since the items were clearance products. I explained that I had been given incorrect information and misled, but they insisted that I would have to pay more money to buy something else from their store to exchange the mattresses. This is absolutely unacceptable. Despite my complaint, they flat-out refused to take back the products. As if dealing with Khaleed wasn't bad enough, I then spoke with their regional manager, "JOSH," who is just as bad, if not worse. He didn't understand or care about my issue and tried to sell me something at a higher price than what was listed on their website. His attitude was dismissive and condescending, adding insult to injury. The level of deceit and dishonesty at this store is beyond belief. They not only mislead customers but also refuse to take responsibility for their mistakes. This store is a nightmare, and their staff is an absolute disgrace. STAY AWAY FROM ASHLEY FURNITURE. Save yourself the frustration and money. This place is a den of liars and cheats.

Rating this place 1 star because it's not possible to give 0 star sadly. We purchased dining set for our new home and informed our sales associate many times that billing address and shipping address are different and please make sure to ship the furniture to the new house address. We even texted ship address to the sales associate but lo and behold furniture showed up in the billing house address. We informed of this mishap to our sales associate hoping he can still help us get the furniture delivered on the same day but nope, he told us he was going to check but ghosted us after that. No text response or call back. Ashely's customer service was equally a bad experience, not helpful at all. It sounded like they were just going off of pre-written scripts and impatiently wanted to get off the phone as soon as possible. We opted for the $199.99 delivery option because the pickup option was only available through their Spanaway warehouse but with all the hassles customers have to go through for their team's incompetency, Ashley should be embarrassed to charge customer delivery fee. Even though they have some nice furniture, it's not worth the hassle to shop here.

We had an amazing experience at the Lynnwood Ashley Furniture Store. Nazia was professional and so helpful in guiding us to just the right purchase for our home. She did not rush us and gave us plenty of time to make our decisions. If making a purchase in the future, we will ask to work with her again.

However your company needs to fix delivery issues. How can I order a chair and it takes two weeks before you can deliver? That is very frustrating and I wish you would tell people that before they purchase, I was very angry and disappointed. Overall it is a very good store to shop for furniture and the people who work there are very helpful.

Very bad experience with this Ashley store. This store does false promises and try to over sell. After purchase customer support is worst than that. Incident 1: Manager promised some discount and ask to take mattress instead of that discount but after that didn’t provide any discount but when I rechecked my bill he mentioned that Oh I already given maximum discount. They only provide 50% of that money back. Incident 2: I got my furniture delivered after multiple rescheduled on 06/09 and chest was broken and customer service promised me to deliver it on 06/10. After calling that they mentioned that no delivery date is selected and asked me to schedule it for 06/12. I scheduled it. On 06/12 they mentioned that delivery is not scheduled and ask me to schedule on 06/14. Let see if I need to keep on calling them to get my furniture Incident 3: Customer service staff on ashley is worst because when I call them to ask my refund status entire day they were telling manager is out and speak very rudely. I won’t recommend this store to anyone Only good thing about this store is sale agent Zach who helped us alot and worst is store leader/customer support staff

Prices were pretty reasonable. Nancy and Regina were both very kind and extremely helpful. I appreciate that most of the staff were ready to answer any questions when need be, but largely left us to privately discuss and try out chairs and loveseats. Much preferable for a younger couple like us. We, like many people we know, do not like it when salespeople are pushy... which some people here were to be honest. You can sense an atmosphere here that they are very sales competitive and judgmental of the other staff. More than one person said something along the lines of “oh they were supposed to be helping you” like they were looking for a reason to get one of the people who WERE helping us by giving us some privacy into trouble. I had to clarify that I WAS being helped. Not that anyone here was rude. But not everyone likes the pushy salesperson of yesteryear. One woman who I don’t want to get in trouble was trying to get us to buy a couch. We really liked it and almost bought it, but literally backed out because we started to feel like we were being sold something rather than buying something on our accord. We wanted a loveseat to cuddle (we’re a married couple ok) and this didn’t want the divider that most loveseats seem to have. When she asked why we didn’t want the divider and we had to awkwardly explain that we wanted to cozy up, she said “well me and my husband have one and we just hold hands it’s totally fine”. Hahaha. How am I supposed to reply to that? She’s not going to convince me that I don’t want what I came it for and want something else. Overall the people here are friendly and everything. And the prices are pretty reasonable for new furniture. But it feels like there’s a toxic work culture behind the scenes from management.

Had a wonderful experience visiting their store and bought a couch that I really liked. Opted for the premium delivery option, but they missed the provided time slot on the delivery day. Now have to wait for 5 more days for the redelivery.

Rashan sold me great quality bed for daughter at reasonable price. He was professional, helpful, knowledgeable; I really appreciated his help cause I was torn on going less expensive from IKEA or Wayfair but had a metal frame break within 1 year before so wanted to know that wouldn't happen w/this bed. Had to pay alittle more but not bad, considering. Delivery & setup was great! Sooo worth the delivery fee.

Valeriya hooked me the **** up, if you go, ask for her. Ordered a king size bed, and I’d always wanted one. She helped explain every aspect of the purchase, and helped me realize 0% financing would mean I could keep my money in my pocket and increase my emergency fund, and just draw from that account for the bill. Beyond the sales experience, she seemed to be an amazing person, and it’s not often you meet people like that in this area. The conversation we were having unrelated to the purchase covered topics ranging from the tragedy of war to the loss of loved ones, and I left wondering if I owed money for an impromptu therapy sesh. I love to speak to well traveled, interesting individuals and she is absolutely one of them. The insight she gave me helped bring me some peace in loss, and I’ll be eternally grateful for that. Money can buy things, but it can’t buy a 10/10 shopping experience.

I hadn't been furniture shopping in a while, and I forgot about commissioned sales staff. I just went with it, and she was helpful in showing us what we were looking for. After looking at several reclining love seats, we settled on one that cost $2,000. I was asked three times if I'd like the extended warranty. Each time I was asked, I gave a firm No. These warranties are typically pure profit, so that's why they are pushed so hard. It seemed to take longer than I thought to complete the transaction for one item. Eventually, she got it right and went through the charges on the iPad screen. It was only then that she mentioned the $200 delivery charge. Seems like it should have been mentioned earlier than after it being rung up. She also stated that ALL SALES ARE FINAL. I thought that odd as usually the customer has the right to be satisfied, even if that means returning the item. On a bright note, they did offer a 5% discount and delivery only two days later. I've yet to receive the love seat, but am hopeful it will work out.

Zach (Zachary) was absolutely incredible across the board. We went in after visiting multiple other local furniture stores and not only did he humor the 30+ questions that we had, but he did so with patience and grace. We originally only went in for a new bed frame (which we purchased today), but we will now make this Ashley location the ONLY place we buy furniture and Zach is a major reason why. When we are ready for a new mattress, couch, table, etc., he will be our first call!

We purchased a recliner from Ashley store Lynnwood WA and the recliner delivered was not comfortable at all. The customer care online were not able to help us. We came back to the store and spoke with Store manager (Khaled) who really helped us exchange the recliner to the one we like and made it hassle free.

This store and its people gave me fantastic service and I'm loving the quality furniture I bought. Valaria was exactly the right amount of helpful (not pushy while I browsed and very knowledgeable when I had questions). She really listened to me. I purchased 2 clearance items one day, then ordered two more new items when I came back to get my clearance items the next day. Once the phone service agent and I figured out that I entered the wrong phone number for delivery confirmation, it was rescheduled and things were delivered smoothly.

Worst experience and very bad customer service. I purchased a Sofa few weeks back, and to my surprise they delivered defective one and after many followups they said that they will not replace but repair it, also there will be not be any compensation for their fault and causing so much pain for us. Worst the manager neither take calls nor ever calls back even after so many calls. Very disappointed. So be ready to have repaired item even when you pay for new one with no discounts.

Absolute worst customer service experience of my life, wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy. Couch was mishandled when dropped off, because the movers parked illegally. Took 4 weeks to get Ashley to send movers back (after 7 phone calls), only to have the movers not move my couch up to my second floor again. Every call to Ashley resulted in nothing and never a call back. Will never shop here again

I'm going to give him a five star because JR furniture was disrespectful and extremely invasive when they came out to my house. They ain't friends on my space and the gentleman that was looking at the damage for the couch was more interested in saving the manufacturer money than he was diagnosing the problem with the track. He was so upset with the dog hair underneath the couch that he was taking multiple pictures and then when I swept it up he took a picture of the pile before I got it in the garbage. He even bother to take the bolt off the track to see what was wrong with the track or if truly the motor was wore out. The office sent me a message at JR furniture and said we've been in contact with multiple manufacturers which is only one manufacturer in the first place and they've denied it and there's nothing more we can do for you. That's not what a company is supposed to do I sent them a rebuttal and they won't even comment back. Previous years in California I never had a problem with you with Ashley's furnitures and they always took care of my problems. So now I'll be back to Ashley's.

I had such a good experience in the store, but the delivery and follow up through social media was so horrible, I’ll NEVER purchase from Ashley again. I ordered a dining set from Ashley in store on April 14. During the checkout, the rep accidentally had me signed up for doorstep delivery, but I wanted delivery and assembly. No problem. The transaction got fixed at the front desk to delivery & assembly, and I was on my way. Delivery was supposed to be on April 27. A few days before the delivery, a rep called to say that it would be delayed. That happens and I was rescheduled for delivery on 5/4. I have to choose Saturdays because of work demands during the week. The first red flag that I should have noticed was that an agent called the week of 4/29 and told me that whoever rescheduled the original appointment didn’t do it correctly, so she was reconfirming to make sure the delivery date of 5/4 was held. The day before delivery, I got notifications that I could expect the delivery between 9:45a and 2:00p. At 9:00 I get a call that the delivery is 1 minute away - early to the delivery window so I’m glad I was even home. I open the door and the delivery driver is asking if I want the dining set delivered to my front door or in the garage. I’m like, “???” Because I paid for delivery and assembly. After some back and forth and showing my receipt with the void for the original doorstep delivery and charge for the correct delivery condition, the driver, who had a defensive demeanor and tone throughout, loudly exclaimed “take it up with the store”. Ok. So I had them put a 200 lbs box in my garage and they drove away. Conveniently, customer service called to check how the delivery was and I explained to the agent that it was terrible and didn’t meet my expectations in any way. I did not get what I paid for. After a few minutes, the agent confirmed that the delivery was supposed to have assembly and attempted to get the driver to come back. I was on the phone with her for about 10 minutes when she comes back to say the delivery team is “too far away” at the point to come back and finish the job so now I have to schedule a 3rd weekend for this delivery. I took to twitter to voice my frustration with the entire process and got nowhere. The agent incorrectly said that I paid for doorstep until I showed a screenshot of the receipt. Apparently, the updated order never got input into the system? So now, I have a giant, 200 lbs box in my garage that I have to set aside yet another weekend to have somebody come back to move it and assemble it. To say I’m frustrated is an understatement. So, I’m giving a one star for inconvenience, some negligence on the part of the staff to make sure my order was correct for the delivery team, rudeness of the delivery crew, and unhelpfulness of the twitter team. Please make sure you check that your order is correct before you leave the store. I’d hate for anyone else to have an experience like mine. I will not be considering Ashley for any of my future furniture needs.

I purchased a new Thadamere vanity. Yong, Correa and Shaun assisted my Daughter and I this evening. Shaun helped me earlier in the day with some helpful information about my Ashley account, he was kind and very helpful. Yong the sales rep was very personable, understood when we needed space and very professional and knowledgeable. The manager Correa, sealed the deal by updating all of my account information and getting us out the door quickly. Shaun won my daughter over by sharing a KitKat. Thanks Yong, Shaun and Correa (hope I didn't miss the spelling too badly). See you soon when we come back and purchase our new couch! Our experience at Ashley purchasing our new couch was amazing! We started out with Zach a few weeks ago who was very kind and helpful. He answered all of our questions and helped us find a few good options to think about over the next couple of weeks. When we came back today, Zach remembered us but he ended up heading out for the day as we were arriving. He introduced us to Valeriya and said she would be taking care of us today. We were asked by the moment of the purchase if we would ensamble the sofa or we wanted the “premium delivery” that includes the service. The room were we wanted to put it has a small door, and because we didn’t know who much work would take this sofa to put it all together (and loosing the guarantee), we decided to add the premium. Oh surprise that the day of the delivery, the guys brought the sofa ensambled!!!!! Their attitude was pretty helpful as it was not their fault the warehouse gave it to them like this -it seems they’re a third party. They tried their best to putting inside the room but unfortunately we had to return it. I called Ashley next day and the lady “processed my refund” and told me that in 48Hrs we should received a refund invoice. As we didn’t receive any response. I called back two days later and another lady told me “oh the last agent didn’t processed the refund” and she did it again. It has been 3 days and we haven’t receive any email/confirmation or refund. Nothing. It has been a stressful process, and I start feeling that I got robbed by this company 😔

I am very disappointed and irritated with this store, for more than 30 days I have been fighting for them to exchange the wrong part for the right one, today after many phone calls they showed up here and collected the wrong part and left me without my sofa, it is definitely a lot incompetence, there is no correct communication between the sectors and they do not know how to solve problems at all. Making all mistakes but persisting in the error and not having a solution is abuse. Now they asked me for 2 days to return the correct item, if they don't comply with the agreement I will ask for the product to be returned.

Great customer service, I recommend Abraham very much. The place is great, it has lots of furniture, good quality and good prices. However, they were not clear on when my furniture would arrive. They said one week more or less. I called after a week and they said it was delayed one more week. So I'm calling again and they are saying "oh yeah, that's the date when it will arrive to the warehouse. After that it will be shipped to your home in 7-10 business days". So it hasn't arrived, I'm still wondering when will I get it.

I was assisted by a nice sales associate named Regina. She was fantastic in helping my grandma fine the right bed. She was also clear and thorough about the price, delivery, and plan. We wouldn’t have found the perfect bed set for my grandma without her.
