We went to help my husband grandma get a bed but while listening to Valeriya talk we realized we needed one too. She was amazing at helping us figure out what we needed. We have had 2 amazing nights in our new bed and no regrets
Paid for furniture last week and was told they would call this week to schedule the delivery. I heard nothing from Ashley so I called them. After calling and being put on hold as the 301st in line I opt to take text. Here is what I'm told now: ''I show that your order is on an extended delay. Due to disruptions from COVID, it has caused delays with furniture, so we are not committing delivery dates. The estimated timeframe for an extended delay is typically 5-7 weeks. You will get bi-weekly email communication from us to let you know the status. Once we have a firm delivery date for you, our Order Management team will reach out to you to schedule a date" Most our choice were based on avaibility and the invoice says Premium Delivery. Now I'm finding out it going to be over a month. Now I'm reading reviews that this may not be ture. Why bother lying to the customer just to make a sale? Just say it's unaviable so the can move on.
It’s wore service I have ever experienced. There was no proper reason communicated why delivery was delayed. Each time there is just call indicating order was delayed with new delivery date. It’s so frustrating experience. I would recommend not to buy if store says there is no stock. My friends suggested same and I realized.

Very poor service, my product was supposed to be delivered on 25th April and it’s still not be delivered (22nd May). Called the customer service team multiple times but no support. Please don’t buy it from this store.
Due to my varying schedule, I ended up working with three designers: Maria, Keira, and Mark. All three were wonderful! No pressure, informative, and friendly. Communication was clear with each other so they knew where to pick up from my last visit. Purchase of my ottoman was easy, and they even matched the online price which was offered at a slight discount. Would recommend checking this place out!
Awful. I purchased furniture that was advertised as in stock in the store and the delivery has been delayed three times now. The second time they delayed the delivery they left a quiet voicemail that sounded like a spam call so I had no idea it was delayed. Now they want me to delay the delivery by over a month. I guess it's a great place to shop if you're okay with putting money down now and getting what you paid for 2+ months later. Update: I called Ashley customer service asking them to make an exception and deliver the furniture earlier since the items had been advertised as in stock and I wasn't willing to wait another month. I was put on hold and then hung up on, so I called the store to cancel my order. I was told it was cancelled and I would receive a full refund within 3-7 days. Today is day 7 and I didn't receive a refund so I called to check and sure enough they had never cancelled the order. Now I'm being told it can take up to 15 days to receive the refund. Be very careful shopping here.
