Our experience at Ashley purchasing our new couch was amazing! We started out with Zach a few weeks ago who was very kind and helpful. He answered all of our questions and helped us find a few good options to think about over the next couple of weeks. When we came back today, Zach remembered us but he ended up heading out for the day as we were arriving. He introduced us to Valeriya and said she would be taking care of us today. Veleriya was incredibly thoughtful and personable. You could tell she wasn’t just trying to make a sale and she genuinely wanted us to be happy with our decision. She sat down with us, looked at pictures of our living room, and gave us options that would be the most functional given the amount of space that we have. We ended up going with the option that we really loved over what would look more aesthetically pleasing and we couldn’t be more happy. Shoutout to Zach and Valeriya!
