The Ashley Store in Olympia is located next to Nordstrom Rack in the Cooper Point Plaza. Our store address is 1200 Cooper Point Rd. From Highway 101, you take the same exit as you would for the Capital Mall. We are open Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. The best time to shop at our Ashley Store in Olympia is after 7 p.m. daily. The sales experience was fine… At least a four. But the delivery experience sucked and I would give it a one. I was given a three hour window for when the delivery truck would arrive at my apartment. The driver and his helper arrived one hour earlier than the window and I told him I was not there because they were early and that I could be there within 10 to 15 minutes. The driver said he would wait for 10 but not 15 minutes. I then “persuaded “ him that he would not leave until I arrived, as it was his fault that he was one hour early, not mine. He started to blame the company’s app and of course I told him that was his problem, not mine. Totally unprofessional and unpleasant experience for the delivery part.

Our experience in the store was awesome! Anya helped me pick a great sofa in my budget while also letting me have space and time to think it over. I appreciated that. I don't usually shop in store because I don't want the old school sales tactics. I was very pleased! I would say it's very Autism friendly store as well. I told Anya a family member was coming with me and they needed time to get comfortable walking the store before buying. They were amazing and helping us!

I will never shop at your stores again! Your salesman out right lied to us on two different occasions. First, he lied about the cost of the protection on the sofa. He said it was $300 and in fact is $595. Second he claimed that the original quote he gave us didn't include the $300 protect and proceeded to add $300 to our amount. The next issue we had was getting a copy of our invoice. It took me over a week and several calls with no luck. I ended up having to go back to the store to get it printed out. Last time I purchased furniture at your store was completely different experience. I realize you won't take any action on this issue. Must be nice to not have to worry repeat customers.

I ordered furniture in store and scheduled a sofa delivery with their AI Automated system as this is the only way to schedule delivery now according to the store employee. I cleared my entire day and waited for my order, and then called the store just to confirm the time it would be delivered. No one even bothered to call me to tell me the furniture would be delayed by weeks. No one called me to tell me. The automated system didn’t even send me a message. This is ridiculously unprofessional but of course they will just blame it on “the automated system” which also Happens to be an AI system btw. In the end, I cancelled my order bc why would I ever do business with a company that wastes my time and doesn’t even bother to tell me my furniture isn’t coming the day I scheduled. They lost a customer for life.

Sept 29, 2025 I purchased a temperpedic mattress and adjustable base. The base did not work correctly upon delivery. Ashley does not care. They got my money, they blame supplier. It’s been over 3 months. No new base, no parts replacement. Nobody takes accountability. I was told a motor would be replaced 2 months ago. No updates. I’m so sick of this crap. Ashley, you owe me a working adjustable base. Period. I get the same response every time. “We will send you an email”. ….never happens.

If I could give no stars I would. We bought a reclining sofa and liveseat set less than 2 years ago. We also got the warranty. Both are crap. After less than 2 years the recliner on one side of the sofa will no longer g9 down. I called the warranty people and they told me that it wasn't covered because it wasn't "accidental " damage. They said that it was a manufacturer problem. I spent a great deal of money to only have to replace my furniture is a crazy amount of time.
