I needed to purchase some furniture for our new home in Washington state but we are currently in California. Andrew and Tanner were awesome trying to get my order to go through while I'm out of the area. It took a lot of work and patience to get the order paid for, but we got it done!! Andrew and Tanner were both dedicated to completing the purchase and displayed customer service that we don't see a lot of these days. I'm looking forward to receiving my purchase and buying additional items from Ashley. Kudos to both Andrew and Tanner for a job well done.

The initial experience was okay. I felt chased by the associate through the store as I was browsing, but I think that's required by their training. After choosing my furniture, everything that was in the warehouse, I had no issues with getting delivered and installed. However if they tell you anything has to be ordered or shipped in, do not believe their estimate. I'm going on 4 months for more than half my furniture. That's frustrating, but the worst part is the updates they say you will get are non-existent. You get one email every now and then that says they're working hard to fulfill your order, but it has no dates and no other details. If you actually want to know the status of your order, you need to sit through the call tree until you can get customer service or use their online chat bot until they put you through to a real person. Apparently you cannot track in store purchases from their website. Overall, the lack of communication and overall experience has made me not inclined to work with them again.

Very unhappy with service. My elderly mother spent $7K yesterday and they forgot charger her for delivery. The sales manager refused to take a CCARD over the phone for the delivery fee so now my disabled, elderly mother in a walker and on oxygen has to go back to the store to swipe a card. Come on Ashley-we can order a pizza over the phone but you can’t take care of this with some customer service?

Went in to buy a dining room set and they had a weekend sale where you get a discount if you finance any ready to ship purchase. It was a hefty discount, so I decided to go this route despite having the funds to buy outright. The person that helped us was actually very nice and helpful. Now, why the one star? Well, now I have received the bill from financing. Turns out, they opened an Ashley credit card for me. NO ONE mentioned that I was opening a credit card. I will never be shopping here or any Ashley furniture again. It makes me more angry with how nice the associate was, they had to have known they were duping me. Terrible people, terrible company. Shop elsewhere.

I have never been more disappointed with customer service from a furniture store in my life. I bought a $6,000 couch on Mother’s Day, two days after finding out my wife is pregnant. The sales person Kelly was great up until I handed over my credit card. As a promo for Mother’s Day, we were supposed to get free shipping (pay upfront and get reimbursed via gift cards to the tune of $400). Additionally, they had an elite rewards program going where you get an additional $400 for your first 4 financed payments. We were told it could take 4-6 weeks to get the gift cards. No big deal. At the 4 week mark, we call the sales person and she gives us the runaround. We call Ashley customer service and again, runaround. At the 6 week mark, and numerous attempts to resolve any of this we finally received one set of 4-$100 gift cards. We attempted to find information re: the other $400 we were owed. Runaround. Runaround. Runaround from everyone at every attempt. We finally get news from an employee at the Olympia store, Tonya, who’d been helping us track this down (with no resolve), that she’s quitting and she’s moving it on to her manager. Where’s Kelly, our original salesperson when we need her, right? No response from the higher up of course. We begin working with someone at the Ashley elite rewards program customer service department and she ensured a 5 day turnaround where we’d hear from the vendor distributing the cards. Can you guess what happened on the 5th day? I bet you can….. we are still stuck in limbo with this and I sincerely hope this gets resolved prior to baby’s arrival in freakin January! It’s been 14 freakin weeks since we bought the sectional and it’s a bit unreasonable… I will not shop at Ashley furniture again - instead I’ll go to Old Cannery EVERY TIME as their customer service is impeccable, they are BBB accredited and hold up to those standards, and the pricing is honestly way better than Ashley. I regret buying my sofa from Ashley entirely. Save yourself the headache and don’t shop here.

Updating my review … I was scammed so hard by these people. DO NOT BUY THR INSURANCE … they will tell you in store that the insurance covers any and all damage to your item for 5 years … well I called and that’s not correct they just come clean your item … I have been waiting almost a year for a refund on the insurance and no one is giving me answers… save your time and go somewhere else… Original review “Wendy was extremely helpful to help us get a new table !! I couldn’t appreciate her more 🥰 thank you so much for helping us out !”
