The Ashley Store in Olympia is located next to Nordstrom Rack in the Cooper Point Plaza. Our store address is 1200 Cooper Point Rd. From Highway 101, you take the same exit as you would for the Capital Mall. We are open Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. The best time to shop at our Ashley Store in Olympia is after 7 p.m. daily. My wife and I ordered a couch and coffee table. On delivery day the couch was not fitting through the door. The delivery men did not make any attempt to fit the couch through the door. No attempt to take apart pieces that could easily be taken off, no attempt to take off the plastic wrapping or the cardboard materials. They placed the couch next to the door and outright said they could not fit it through. Instead, the delivery men told me that if I paid them $100 on the side, they would take the door off and then put the couch through the door. So there was no problem getting it through the door, they just wanted to make money on the side. I asked them if this isn't something they already do, considering all other companies I have used prior to Ashley do take the door off if needed for deliveries. They said no. I contacted the store to report the issue. I spoke to two people named Ryan and Heather. Ryan left my wife a voice message stating they could bring back the couch and take the door off (her iPhone even has the transcript of the voice message). When I mentioned this he backtracked and stated they wouldn't take the door down, I even mentioned the voice message. He simply gas lit me saying he didn't say it. I asked both Ryan and Heather couldn't they take the door off as a courtesy, since their delivery men tried to take an extra $100 from us (something Ryan confirmed they should never do). Neither one was willing to do us the simple courtesy. Instead Heather decided to be rude. Horrible customer service. Would never recommend them. How can you work with a company that tries to take extra money from your customers? And how does a company offer no appeasement to a customer who had a negative experience? I have worked in customer service before, if a customer has a bad experience there is an attempt made to appease them, a small attempt or a big attempt. Ryan nor Heather attempted any appeasement. Horrible.

I enjoyed my experience at Ashley’s furniture.. besides the products, The ladies that assisted in the sale were absolutely great . ( Mariah n Kelly ) outstanding individuals. I also got the pleasure to work with the ladies at the front desk , whom also did a fabulous job . Pretty sure i will always start there before any where else . Thank you to all !

Great staff. Great options to buy furniture. Unfortunately there delivery service is bad. Becareful getting anything delivered from them. The 2 guys that did deliver our couch forced there way thru the hallway and ended up ripping off our closet door handle. Have spoke to there customer service and pretty much you get to fix whatever they damage in your house. Won't be returning to buy anything from them again. Plenty of others that don't destroy your stuff inside house when delivering furniture.

The best shopping experience for finding the perfect piece for our home. I had an amazing experience working with Didier. From the moment I walked into the store, he was incredibly helpful and attentive. Didier took the time to understand my style preference and budget, offering thoughtful suggestions. Whether it was recommending specific pieces, helping me visualize how they would look in my space, or just offering expert advice. There was also a slight issue with the WiFi that day, but Didier along with manager Jeff were there in the best way to make the process as smooth as possible and I truly felt they had the best interest at heart for the customer. If you’re looking for someone who really knows their stuff and goes the extra mile, I highly recommend Didier and Jeff!
