A little on the higher end but still great looking furniture. Picked up a swivel recliner for a discounted price, they even helped me load it into the truck. Overall easy and fast experience.

Terrible customer service. I purchased a brand new sectional with ottoman from here, it was delivered yesterday and the ottoman had a stain on it out of the box. Their idea of fixing it was telling me to drive the ottoman 4.5 hours to a warehouse and drop It off to be cleaned. No apologies, no actual attempt to make it right. Just told me to waste my time and money (9 hours of driving) to fix a factory issue. Don’t buy from this store, wish I hadn’t.

I will save you some time. Customer service is nonexistent. Do not purchase insurance it is useless, Customer service representatives are overseas very hard to understand and poorly trained. The furniture we purchased turned out to be poor quality. When I contacted store directly they refused to help, stating its up to the secondary insurance company. We had the furniture for 3 days and still under 1 year store warranty. This is an ongoing unresolved issue for a few months now. Take your business elsewhere!
Decent furnitures.
The only issue that I had was, we ended up working with two different sales people. And it appeared that the information between the two was not consistent. So in other words, I pricing of a mattress with one sales person was different, too include the bed frame that we purchased. Overall, the experience is good, and the price was more than acceptable. Only issue was it seemed like inconsistency with the two sales people so it appeared to me that you didn’t have consistent pricing.

My husband and I purchased a rocking recliner for our nursery on the 1/12/25, we were not told about the $99 delivery fee. We set a delivery date for today 1/16/25 and I told the sales person that I wouldn’t be home until 12pm because of an OB appointment and she said that’s fine it would be between 12-5pm. I get a call at 11:15am that they are waiting outside and I would have to reschedule in 24-48 hours. I canceled my order and will be purchasing a chair from a chair from a company that is more forthcoming about their fees/deliveries.
Chris was very helpful. He was attentive and gave us a variety of options to choose from. He understood what I was looking for and directed me to comfortable and affordable options. I also got a great frame with plenty of storage. Super glad I found what I was looking for. Thank you Chris for helping me out. :^)

They definitely helped us out, and I did buy a couch... but frankly they forgot to put my 150$ discount for buying over 1000$ and it was a hassle. They said they'd get the manager's permission to drop delivery to 50$ from 100$, as a another discount... but after they forgot to do the main 150$ discount, they went back on that and said it was apart of the 150$ and not an extra "deal". Anyway, I think next time I'll do an online purchase
Delayed my delivery and not even send me a message to let me know. Bought the dinner set on November I was clear that it was a Christmas present. Remarked to the manager that I needed to be delivered on December 20 2024. They insured me that it will be delivered on time. Well, they delivered it January 3 2025.
After-sales service is very poor, no refund for returns, and forced to continue shopping in the store
We went in for some help on a warranty plan with a previous purchase after having trouble contacting customer service. Lei (manager) was more than helpful!! She was very kind and went above and beyond to help us. She had Leonel assist us with picking out new items to replace our previous item that was no longer available. He was extremely helpful and made the whole process very easy. April worked with us on finalizing the order and picking a delivery date. She was very thorough and made sure everything was taken care of. We are so happy with this Ashley furniture store and how they took care of us! They truly are awesome to work with! I spoke with the manager over the phone to ensure I could get the couches earlier if I went in to order them. She was very helpful and arranged for a sales associate to meet me in the store when I said I would be there. Mohammad was very polite and worked with me to get white glove delivery and protection on 2 love seats and an ottoman close to my budget.

Luckily, it was an easy fix and Nikki and Christine got our order corrected to the color we ;) (my wife) really wanted. They were extremely helpful and both very engaging people. Took advantage of a special I saw on an ad on instagram. Visited our Ashley store and bought two couches. In and out very quickly, salesman was knowledgeable and our couches were delivered in less than a week. Delivery was quick and efficient. Happy with our purchase.

Very poor. Was told that they only deliver to my area every other Thursday. I said that’s great because I have a delivery this Thursday. Only to be called and told the bed is on back order. Then called and told to come pick a different bed because it’s not available. Will never buy from Ashley again. Poor poor experience after sale.

Ask to have terms and conditions printed prior to purchase. High pressure sales don’t tell you that they have basically a zero return policy. Salesmen will lead you to believe that if you don’t like it just bring it back. Won’t honor their own 72hr return on anything tempurpedic. And all promotional financing signs you up for a credit card. All of this is probably in the terms you sign on a tablet. Again ask for a print out of what you are signing. I will never shop there again. Adding to the review— while not lying the terms for financing are very misleading-sales person stated pay whenever and how ever much as long as it is done before the 5 yrs. actually miss a payment 40% interest and a fee. There is also a promotional fee of 2 % that is on an Ipad in fine print. In the end all my fault for assuming the salesmen was completely honest. Not only will we never shop there again I will make a point to let everyone I know to ask for everything to be printed out prior to signing.

I like my furniture but the experience since my purchase has been less than ideal. Delivery was tricky as what was promised by the sales rep wasn’t accurate. My reason however for a low score is the experience with their in-store financing through Concora Credit. They offer interest free financing and the only way to pay is with either their online portal or through telephone but their payment system doesn’t accept payments although it tells you the payment was made. I had to make multiple attempts to pay my bill and each time the payments were reversed. I pay my bills early but if this had happened closer to the payment due date then I would’ve been late payment and lost my interest free financing, paid a late fee, and have negative impact on credit reports. I caution anybody who decides to use the credit financing offered by this company as they are shady with your payments and it seems to be a real problem for consumers! Buyer beware!
I came in after doing some research online and ran into Victor who was a great help to me. He helped me choose a great product that wasn’t in store and set everything up smoothly. He’s very friendly and professional and would love his help again in the future

I ordered my bedframe three months ago and still haven't received it. I've had to change my delivery day three times now and again still have not received it. Why put it on the floor for display if you don't have it in stock.

Customer, be aware!! After almost 3 months, we still haven’t received what we paid for. I bought a table from Ashley Richland store and never got it. They send it to a wrong address even after I asked them to update the address before I signed the receipt at the store. Over a month later, we still haven’t received the table that we ordered & couldn’t get our money back. They wanted us to ask the refund to FedEx who delivered it to the address that Ashley got it wrong. What a nightmare!

I really like my choices of furniture. Unfortunately it has been a bit of a nightmare for me. I wasn’t informed about Amica charging 10%, I wasn’t informed of delivery charges. The lamps I ordered were discontinued but wasn’t notified. They tried getting me lamp replacements but it wasn’t allowed due to refund already being sent. Then I ordered a carpet and was told it would be here in 5 days. I get a call later saying it’s back ordered and won’t be here for few weeks. I surprised by all the issues I’ve had. I won’t be shopping with Ashley’s again

This place reminds me of a car dealership. They seem to have an 'up' system salesmen take turns greeting customers and the others sit around on furniture playing on their phones. We asked about a 4 poster bed and the salesman looked at us like we spoke Martian and said to look around. We did see a nice looking patio set but the gang was busy watching funny video on one of their phones so we just left.
Went into Ashley furniture, Chris greeted us and helped us the entire time. We ended up buying a bed set. I would highly recommend this furniture store and have Chris help you.

It's frustrating that I have to wait so long to get the furniture I purchased. I bought them on April 21st but will not get them until June 14th. I did not find this out until the next day when I had to call to schedule the delivery and then was told it'll take 7 weeks to get it. Had I known this, I would never have purchased the furniture in the first place.

I won’t be shopping at Ashley’s again. I will even pay more money to shop somewhere else. I set up a delivery date which was a month away, and the day of delivery i double checked and it was changed for ten days later. So without contacting me at all to even see if my household is available that day, they chose a random day. That is poor business and I will be taking my money elsewhere in the future. Also, when I called they said that the delivery department in charge of date changes frequently doesn’t contact the customer. What type of business does this to their customers EDIT: this business YET AGAIN rescheduled the delivery without informing me. Immediately called for a refund. DO NOT SHOP AT ASHLEY FURNITURE!!
The Ashley Store in Kennewick had a great selection of furniture that enabled us to make a decision to purchase exactly what we were looking. Our salesman was Victor and the sales manager was Mike; both individuals were very professional and easy to work with. This is a 5 Star business. Thank you.
1 star is too generous, but Google will not allow me to give 0 stars. I will and would NEVER shop here again, even if this was the last place to buy furniture on earth. I hesitate to call them a “business” because they are irresponsible with consumer money and no one cares about the situation THEY put me in. I purchased over $2700 worth of mattress (which I did receive) and a mattress cover that I never received in June 2023. I have called the store twice as of July and November, and then visited in person in December and I finally found out the pad was discontinued prior to being sold to me. Each time I called in and visited, I was LIED TO. They would say, “you need to contact USPS,” not even checking the order the first time I called. They realized it was discontinued the second time I called in. From then on, they would say “we’re working on it”, or “we will order you a new model and ship it to you asap”, then in December they said they would ship it to the store and call me to come pick it up. Well, it has been over 8 months that this MOCKERY of customer service has been going on and I am FED UP. I have not heard a peep from the store and I spoke face to face with the store Manager for the first time in December after calling in multiple times over 6 month months. I’m disputing the charge with my financial institution and never EVER shopping at Ashley Furniture again.
I had great service from Susanna and her manager, Mike and the ladies at the finance desk were awesome. Enjoyed my outing and love my furniture.!

Someone was ready to help me right away. I ordered two chairs and they will be delivered to my home. My only complaint would be is that they did not have swatches of the different fabrics that the chair came in. This store did not have the chair I wanted in stock but I had seen it in a Seattle store. I might have chosen a different fabric if they would have had samples.

1st off it is Kim's account not Richard's. The follow thru AFTER the signing of the sale paper has been terrible. They kept changing delivery date and times only after I would call to see where my furniture was several times.We were told it was in the ware house and it would be delivered on 1/5 never received until 1/22/24 The office employee called me a liar and the manager acted as if she didn't hear it They love you until they make the sale then you no longer care if the rest is completed and delivered .Spoke to many employees even at corporate level and nothing was ever done about

What a crock. I bought a dresser a year ago that continues to have mechanical problems with the drawers. The first year of the warranty Ashley sent folks out to fix the drawers, but now that we’re into the second year, the warranty will only cover the dresser if I spill something on it or set it on fire. Lesson learned, and I’m out 800 bucks.
We had such an amazing experience working with Susana who helped us make a comfortable living room for us. The attention to detail up to the pillows and the wall art, we highly recommend coming to see her she will treat you well and courteous. We will be coming back to her in the future.

I recently needed to purchase a new coffee table and some other items for my house. I was very happy with the service at the store Dalene was the person who helped me. She was quite willing to show me all of the tables in the store. I will be shopping there again.
Lie about things that are in stock just so u can buy them then when it comes to delivering it they keep pushing the date further. They gave us a date and a confirmation for or delivery date 2 times and never got it and then they call and say it isn’t in stock when the items we specifically picked we made sure to ask if it’s in stock and they said yes!!! Now they want to say it’s not . It’s been 3 weeks. Terrible
We have had the worst experience ever with this store. We ordered furniture from them the beginning of November and we were told it would it would be here 2 weeks ago. Our stuff is still not here and we were told it could be up to another 4 weeks. No one has a clear answer for me on why it’s taking so long and why we’re being told something different every time. I’m beyond frustrated. Adding to this: I received a call from an Ashley number telling me my order was in and ready to be picked up in store. We set up a date and I drove TWO hours to pick up my furniture only to get to the store and them tell me my furniture was not in and they’re not sure why I got a call saying it was. Worst experience I have ever had and we cancelled our order. Still haven’t heard anything regarding why I received a call when my order wasn’t actually in.
Well not sure where to start customer service is terrible was in store discussing what me and the woman wanted to do while the guy helping us sat there in store stairing at us not giving us any space then during the delivery of the king bed set the bed set was broken guys doing it didnt speak english and the women they called understood less and tried to blame me for it on every turn so when the new part arived today i decided i wont be dealing with them again and installing it on my own much to my suprise as i was taking it apart i started to realize screws are missing everywhere.... so at the very least if you decide to buy from here go into it knowing you should install it yourself and everythings terribly cheaply made thanks

Good service. I was disappointed that on Black Friday they didn't have any of the door busters or sales that the national chain advertised but that is their right. Most of the furniture arrived on time, one piece was back ordered and I wasn't notified until the day before it was suppose to arrive. When I received the pieces only one stool sat evenly with all four legs on the floor correctly which was disappointing for it being an $80 stool.
My husband and I went into Ashley furniture store on 11/25/23 to purchase a fireplace and a couch set. We ended up finding what we needed and purchased both items. We paid 1,285.77 debit card and the rest on an Ashley furniture card. Originally I tried to pay cash and the rest on store credit card but the store manager Mike who helped my husband and I asked us to drive to the bank and deposit the cash we tried to use and pay with my debit card in case we had to return the purchase that it would take less days to process the return. We got our couches delivered and the fire place insert our stand was to be delivered on a later date. It never arrived and it got rescheduled two more times. I called Ashley furniture store and ask for a refund so I can go buy a fire place at a different store that could have one in stock because I had originally planned to buy a fireplace for my husband who is going thru chemotherapy and he is always cold and I figured this would help him stay warm. But Ashley refused to give me my money back.Now I’m left without a fireplace, no money to purchase a new one. I called the store multiple times I spoke to Mike (he never returned my call) I spoke to Lei another store manager and she also could not help me all she could do is refund the fireplace on my synchrony card but not debit. All they could say was sorry that they made a mistake but they could not help me.
We purchased approximately $12,000 worth of furniture from Ashley furniture. We purchased all of the extended warranties and were assured if there were any issues with our purchases we would even quality for full replacements. The furniture was very overpriced - but we wanted security that someone would take care of future issues vs. saving money. Initially they ordered the wrong furniture, so there were delays in re-ordering the correct furniture. No big deal, mistakes happen. Leter on, eventually one of the power recliners broke down (after about 2 years). When we contacted the warranty company, they didn't have any warranty information for over half of the furniture we purchased. The Ashley Furniture sales associates mis-entered the warranty information for floor rugs (we didn't purchase any rugs). When we went down to Ashley furniture to ask for their help in sorting the issue out, they said we would have to call the 1-800 warranty center and work it out on our own. They said yes it was Ashley furniture's fault, but that the sales associate that mis-entered everything doesn't work there any more. Also, the furniture leather is extremely poor quality. All of the coloring is coming off of the leather (again after 2-3 years of use). Not something to be expected from two recliners and a couch and a few other pieces of furniture costing $10,000's of dollars. Long story short, do not take your business to Ashley furniture. Their high prices do not come with any customer service. Their quality is the same import garbage as any other volume furniture store. Go to a cheaper store - you won't be missing out on anything, and maybe you can avoid the hassle of non-existent pre-sales and after-sales customer service.

Wow. W-O-W! I do not recommend doing business with Ashley Home Furniture. I ordered a bed, nightstand, dresser, dining room table and two dining room chairs from their Kennewick store on Nov. 11. Almost $1500. I confirmed with them, at the time, that they would deliver and assemble the furniture on Black Friday, Nov. 24. I was assured that it would be delivered on that day, since they only deliver to Walla Walla on Fridays. On Tuesday of that week, I receive a text asking me to reply "YES" to lock in the delivery. I did so immediately. Response indicated that delivery was locked in and it was too late to change. On Friday morning, at 7 a.m. … nothing. 8 a.m. … nothing. Finally, at 9 a.m., I called its delivery service and was told that delivery had been rescheduled for the following Friday, Dec. 1. The table was holding things up. I asked to speak to a supervisor and, after being placed on hold for less than a minute, was disconnected. Tried calling the store. Not open yet. Called the CSR line back, went through the spiel again and asked to speak to a supervisor. 23 minutes of being on hold later, a supervisor answered. All she would basically say to me was that the fine print of my receipt indicated that delivery could be rescheduled for any reason by the company. I indicated that I had Nov. 24 off, but did not have Dec. 1 off and that this would cost me vacation time. Not her problem. I mentioned that Ashley had, in no way, attempted to contact me to let me know that the delivery had been rescheduled. Nothing. I mentioned that I had a business meeting on Dec. 1 and asked if the delivery could be scheduled for the afternoon. No. She had no control over the delivery time and I would not find out the four hour window until a text the day before. And then she said, "Well, if you must attend this meeting and cannot accommodate the delivery, you will have to reschedule." And that's when I came unglued. I literally said, "Ohhhhh, you did not just say that to me." And then I went off. And hung up. Got an email the Monday before Dec. 1 confirming delivery. OK, took the day off. On Tuesday before Dec. 1, I got a short call to tell me that the delivery was rescheduled to Dec. 8. Rails for the bed wouldn't be delivered in time. No appeal, no one to speak to. Done deal. Day off repealed. Today, Dec. 4, I received a voice mail telling me that my delivery has now been rescheduled to Dec. 15 "due to inclement weather and a couple of back-orders on a couple of your items." I've been sleeping on a camping cot since Nov. 22. I've been eating over the sink or at my coffee table. I am so done with this company. I don't know whether it is fraudulent, incompetent or both. So, again, I would strongly recommend doing business with some — ANY — other company than Ashley Furniture.

Wanted to come on and say how impressed my husband and I were with our experience with Mo. Right away he was so helpful and eager to help. We went to other furniture stores in the area and were barely acknowledged by the staff. Mo made our experience so easy and smooth! Would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to buy!
The local Ashley Furniture store has amazing people who work really hard to help you! They are polite, responsive, and try to find solutions for you. However, I am not impressed by Corporate Ashley or the delivery company they contract out to in Washington. Over the course of a few months we struggled with delivery teams cussing and avoiding speaking to us, and even rating themselves and forging our signatures in front of us(it didn't seem safe to disagree with them when they were already upset). Our local store immediately contacted the delivery company and reported the incident. Yet the next time they came, it was the same delivery personnel and we received the same treatment, but this time they broke the furniture(they checked it, watched the recliner tip sideways and quickly put it down telling us it all looked good to go). Corporate wasn't much better than the delivery service. When there was a misunderstanding (between corporate and local team) about what the original couch was capable of doing, we were called by corporate instead of them allowing our local store to handle it. It took long conversations for them to believe what was going on. Their solution didn't fit our needs but our concerns weren't heard by corporate. Only when we spoke to our wonderful local store, was the solution resolved to meet our personal needs. It was frustrating 3 months but when all was said and done, our local store was so kind and understanding, and processed a full refund. I had to call corporate twice to get the down payment refunded after the store had already put through the approval. It was a frustrating experience for us as well as the local team. Local store 5 stars! Corporate and Delivery Company 1 Star.

It's a nice place but my experience at the entrance was unwelcomed. I was stared at while entering the front door, like I was going to Robbe the store. Both time I entered the door I was greeted with a frown . I felt unwelcomed by the front door representatives but didn't stop me from purchasing some furnitures worth over a few thousand dollars.

This was probably the worst furniture experience we’ve had. We bought an L shaped desk, expecting it to be shipped. They decided to give us the floor model, which is all fine, however they required us to move the desk to the car. When we got to the car, it was too big and didn’t fit. We then had to take the desk apart (in which it was mildly damaged by the worker). We like the desk, but the transfer was very poor, we were definitely expecting better customer service.

This is a place to avoid at all costs. The amount of frustration, delays, excuses and inconvenience is not worth whatever you’re looking for. Three different delivery date changes after speaking with managers, customer service agents and the salesman that sold the items they still would not tell me my delivery date Or provide me with a tracking number. They’ve given me multiple dates the items we’re supposed to arrive only for nothing to arrive, wasting my time and interfering with more important things to do. No one that works there can provide you with an adequate answer and you basically get passed along from person to person ending with no more information than you started with. MOR furniture for less right next door provided a much better shopping experience, they were professional, knowledgeable, polite and the order actually came earlier than expected. I had absolutely Zero issues receiving the merchandise I paid for and left feeling like I scored a good purchase. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere that values your time, money and won’t put you through unnecessary hoops and headaches in exchange for your hard earned money. I would give them a negative 5 stars if it were possible. Avoid this place and don’t make the same mistake I did by shopping there.

Updated review: Ashley Store corrected the charge as originally agreed. Problem was a human error on their part due to the way their software works. Would have been 5 stars if I hadn't had to drive back there to get it fixed. Store is clean and personnel are friendly. The floor staff are good to give options when you explain what you are looking for and they aren't pushy at all - pleasant to work with.

The quality of the furniture has sharply decreased while the price has risen just as sharply. The biggest problem with this is that they sell a 3rd party warranty that you will very likely need and will not be of any value. We have been trying for almost a year to use the warranty that cost nearly an extra 1000 dollars with no success. Once we finally were able to convince them that we purchased furniture, which took considerable effort, the company then began canceling claims unilaterally and promising contacts with repair companies that have yet to happen. Steer clear of this place if overspending on furniture that doesn't last a year doesn't sound like fun.

I have purchased two different items from here. The staff who helped me during both experiences were fantastic and easy to work with. The store manager is very friendly and a pleasure to do business with. My only gripe is that the way that the company processes orders can lead to significant delivery delays. Though that is a problem with the company and not at all the staff of this Ashley furniture store. I will likely be purchasing more furniture here in the future.

The store had a wide selection of furniture, and we found a well priced 3-piece couch set that we're excited to get into our home. Hoping now that the delivery process goes as smoothly as the purchasing experience. Update: Our couch set was delivered on-time (within a week) and assembled quickly. When you come to Ashley furniture ask for Valary she is the most down to earth incredible person to work with. I got exactly what I needed and left there happy. What I appreciated the most is I didn’t feel pressured to buy anything. She listened to what my budget was, what I wanted and found me the perfect thing! The deals they currently have are incredible and the quality of products they have are worth every penny.

At first Leonel was very knowledgeable and I felt secure when it came to my purchase. And then everything changed, Store Manager Lei advised I would receive discounts on mattresses (because they were on sale) The discounts were not applied. I asked Leonel several times and he stated everything was applied. After looking over the invoice, I was not receiving discounts, and I was being charged $229 for delivery, when I was advised $129. He continued to be pushy and wanted me to sign the lease to purchase, I didn’t feel comfortable and advised I was going to think about it. As I was leaving, Lei approached me and asked how it went I advised her of everything. She went and corrected the amounts. And then when she went to process my order she couldn’t because my application was already process for credit, so denied the second time around. She advised she would follow up with me since I was already there for 2 hours and it was getting late. It’s been 2 days and still no response. I just moved back here and my children need a bed , very frustrating!!!
Went o local ashley website and ordered Theo table set. SET WAS DELIVERED AND DAMAGED. Was told by local store they can not help with online purchases. Called and chatted with online rep and they told me I have to donate the item send them slip and only then would they send replacement. I was told I could return to local store and they refused to accept it. They would not give me refund period. After going back and forth with these people I asked if I keep it and fix it will they give me a discount. They offered 10% discount for broken coffee table that can not be used! Horrible customer service and ability to make things right. I was patient and tried several avenues to return, refund, or replace the item with no avail. I will never do business with this company again, period!

We ordered a couch with an autumn and a recliner rocker, the couch showed up with no autumn and we still can't get it and it's been over a month. The glider rocker delivery is still unknownwhen so we had to cancel it and their customer service is ridiculous. I would not recommend going to them if you would like your furniture in a timely manner.

I went in on 10-26-2022 to buy a mattress. I got a mattress, box spring, protector. I was told that I had 72 hours to return anything. Delivered on 10-29 I decided realized I didnt need the box spring. So I told the truck driver i didnt want it and to take it back so I could be refunded. He told me he cant take it back and to take it to the store. I went to store 10-30 and was told that it was considered "bedding" and I could not take it back. I told them I was told i had 72 hours and they opened a case and said that they would call a district manager to approve. 10-31-2022 I received a call that on wednesday 11-2-2022 between 3-7pm it would be picked up, and my card credited. Now I also called today (which is wednesday 11-2 and confirmed that they would show between 3-7pm. The agent said yes. But then came back on after a 5 min hold and said "Oh wait - from 6-7pm they wll be there." Well it is now 8:30 PM. They never called me. They never text me, they never showed up. So now this box spring which I never opened from the box, lays on the living room floor, and I have been lied to again. Lied to at time of sale, lied to by the truck driver, I would say the customer service person showed some hint of honesty and at least tried, but then lied to by the caller on Monday who assured me this would be picked up and i would get my money back Well they LIED and after this mattress is all paid off i will cancel this ashley card and never do business with them again. they are LIARS! Horrible business!

We purchased our living room set from Ashley about 3 months ago. We love it, Chris provided great service- very patient, knowledgeable, and helpful, and so we went back! Just purchased a sofa sleeper today. Chris helped us again, and I couldn't have asked for a smoother experience. The price initially came up wrong, but then they made it right. Delivery times are accurate now (estimated 1- 2 weeks!!!) and they have a great selection, as well as some of the best prices around (at least for the items we were looking for). They've made a repeat customer out of us, that's for sure.

STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND. I have currently been waiting 16 MONTHS for my order that still has not arrived. I was told all items were in stock when I ordered in store. The company also will change anticipated delivery dates without any notification.

We purchased a couch from Ashley home store in Richland Wa in September 2021, the couch was delivered and we went about our lives on October 6th me and my partner fell asleep on the couch overnight and woke up with BUG BITES everywhere! I subsequently reached out to an attorney (who insisted we go to the dr) didn’t think it merited medical help, we just wanted the couch replaced, I also reached out to the store that sold us the couch, they said they would call and send out a technician, month goes by and nothing, I called again spoke to a gal she assured me the technician would call us! She gave me a ticket number, I reached out again a month later, still no call, I just gave up on the store and reached out to customer service they said there was no record of a bed bug complaint! and the stance they have is bedbugs couldn’t possibly survive in the warehouse! A study I found said they can live dormant 18mo in freezing temperatures! I asked her to expand on that she couldn’t! She said we waited too long to reach out! This is ridiculous! The worst part is they tried to lie and act like we never reported Bed bugs!! They said it was all about a cushion! (The smallest issue we reported) Not too mention the color was off we are pretty non confrontational and laid back so we said the colors not bad we will be fine! Wish we would have stuck to our guns! Terrible customer service! We even bought a warranty!
I hope corporate is watching. Cause the Kennewick store lost $5,000 today for poor communication on a sale that was already in the bag and 90% finalized. I’m pretty sure that someone also fraudulently signed or docusigned my woman’s signature during this process. Really hoping they close there doors as sketchy businesses like these should not be permitted to operate.
Very let down by this company. Worked with a woman named Lei, won’t ever be back. Picked out a lovely set was told it was available and in stock. Week or two for delivery per norm. The system was down couldn’t finish paperwork. Never received a phone call to come back an sign after giving them 800 dollars down towards our new purchase. Can’t get ahold of anyone on the phone due to 25 min wait times. Managed to push my contract through involving my credit without a signature from me which is highly illegal. Most likely illegally did this through docusign. Was unable to show me said contract when I went in person to get my deposit back. ( they set a delivery date you can’t set a date til the document with the bank is pushed through insuring they are funded as a company.) Very misleading company. The office lady got loud and rude like she could bully us into not questing what was going on. (Super rude woman probably shouldn’t be in customer service because she’s absolutely bad at it). Blown away as someone who is a financial manager myself over how this was handled. Also anyone looking to shop here just no it’s a long wait time to get anything while your still having to make payments 10 out of 10 do not recommend to anyone. They were more then happy to lose 5100 dollars worth of business with an attitude from the over weight desk help.
I DO NOT recommend to buy anything from Ashley. They are simply FRAUDS! I had purchased bed room furnitues in store in Washington. There are two major fraud cases with me from Ashley. First fraud: The sales person had given me words to deliver in time. However, none of the furnitures came on time. I called Ashley store, they told me that there is no meaning of giving words! Instead they delivered wrong items. I informed them about the wrong pieces, they took it back. I saved their money but they were not delivering my furnitures. I called them again, they apologized and credited $300 as a compensation of wrong delivery, delay, and lot of hassles. Second fraud: Even nearly after month of purchase, I didn't get my furnitures. I called them, they shipped some of my furnitures to a wrong address, my billing address. They asked me to take $37 as a compensation if I get my furniture from the wrongly delivered address. I agreed but was SHOCKED at the same time. The store manager told me that there is no refund of earlier $300, rather claimed that I was mistaken. I asked them to pull up the call history and check with the employee, but they denied. I wanted to return my furnitures, but they denied. This is only a half story. I am still waiting for some of my furnitures to get delivered. I am REALLY REALLY considering them as FRAUDS! PLEASE DO NOT TROUBLE YOURSELF, THERE ARE MANY DECENT STORES IN THE US. BUY FROM THEM!
Worst service that I have ever experienced. I was promised my furniture in 6-8 weeks. Eight months, and several phone calls later, I finally received my furniture. EVERY piece came in damaged. This has been a horrible shopping experience for sure!
We have been very disappointed in Ashley's. We ordered furniture in April. Recieved one piece in June after being told 5 days before delivery that both pieces would be delivered on that Friday. When I called today because I was told we would get our second piece this Friday, I was told that now we were looking at the 18th of August. Needless to say we canceled the order and we will be not go to Ashley's in the future.
Horrible shopping and customer service experience. Found what we wanted to buy quickly then waited 15 minutes for a sales person to help us and then even longer for him to complete the sale. We were over charged and the sales person and finance person said there was no way to refund the money right then, but that they’d process a refund which I should see in 7-10 business days. I called customer service after not seeing the refund and learned no refund had even been started. When I was transferred to the store they said they could see they owed me a refund and would process it. I should see it next week. Still waiting to see if that is the truth. Other than the general customer service agent, I found all the store people to be rude, unhelpful, and not to have done what they said. New to town and my business will go elsewhere.
Worst customer service I've experienced from a store. I reported an issue with my couch a year ago and it's still not taken care of. I've tried calling THREE times today. First time the lady couldn't find my account for some reason after being on the phone for 30 minutes. Called back later and after an hour and being put on hold, they dropped My call. This last time, I got a call back and wasn't even in a minute on the phone before her line went quiet... so fed up with Ashley Furniture!!
Dishonest in delivery with no follow-up on delays. Purchased an INSTOCK item as advertised with sign, said initially would be delivered in 2 weeks, got pushed out to a month, waited a month and got pushed out to 2 month and said item got discontinued. Mostly disappointed that nobody followed up with status. Got a refund.
AVOID ASHLEY FURNITURE AT ALL COSTS. Ashley Home Furniture is the worst company I have ever done business with. I ordered a dining table set on November 5th, 2021, and I have had nothing but issues for 8 months. To begin, I ordered this table set in store, the delivery date was delayed twice. When it was finally delivered there were multiple parts damaged. The tabletop was broken, all 4 chairs were poorly assembled, and the bench was broken. I filed a report letting Ashley know there were many issues with the set they delivered, and customer service reps were incredibly rude. They did not deliver the replacement parts until January 7th after the holiday season. In January when they were replacing the broken tabletop, they broke the base of the table which would not be replaced until JUNE 24th, 2022. Aside from the issues we had with the furniture itself, we had issues with the Ashley customer service representatives, the staff in the local store, and the delivery team members. We reached out to customer service for help multiple times and they were nothing short of unhelpful and rude. The staff in the local store gave us misinformation regarding upgrading part of our orders and did not fulfill the promises they made. The delivery team missed delivery dates multiple times, would not call to give us a delivery window or notice, and damaged the furniture further every single time they delivered replacement parts. I missed work over 10 times waiting for the replacement parts, they came 3 times to just take photos and inspect the furniture, they would call me when they were at my house with no warning making me rush home and often leaving before I could arrive. I have never experienced such carelessness from a company. This company would not take responsibility for their faulty furniture and went as far as saying my floor was uneven and not the chairs. Between the time I had to take from work to wait for deliveries that never happened and the times I had to leave work to rush home for appointments that were useless, or the delivery team would leave before I could arrive; I lost more money that this set cost. Ashley has made no efforts to remedy the issues we have raised, the furniture is not high quality, and the hassle of this entire process was not worth it. I will never be doing business with this company again and I advise others to never do business with this company either.

Do not buy anything from here. Not unless you're absolutely okay with waiting 4 - 8 months for delivery. Their shipping times and communication on your purchases are horrific. We bought a couch at the beginning of March and we were promised a delivery window of 8-12 weeks. We have talked with 4 customer service reps who could do nothing but "reassure us" that our furniture will be on the way soon. As of now our delivery has been pushed back 4 times and "IF" we receive it this time around it will have been 15 weeks. The customer service woman told me my wait wasn't as bad as some people are waiting until November for their orders... So frustrating when you're spending such a large amount of money and you are receiving BELOW par service.
Its a great place to give a greasy salesman your time and money and get no furniture in return! If you want to get ripped off, HIGHLY RECOMMEND lol
Stores like this one are the reason Amazon will be around forever. We are in a small town and drove 3.5 hours as we've purchased furniture there for several years. Picked out two leather sofas and a recliner and were told they would deliver to us like they have in the past once they got a full truck. About three months later we get a call saying they don't deliver to us anymore. Irritating to say the least. We say ok we will come get it at the store. After 5 months of waiting for our order we get the call saying it's ready for pick up. My wife makes the 3.5 hour drive to Richland and arrive to only one sofa and the chair. Store cashier (not friendly) says the couch is on back order. They weren't willing to negotiate, not willing to even attempt to make it right. Ashley furniture has lost a customer of several years and I will never recommend them to anyone. Flat out awful.

They say hardware should be there in 2 weeks. 5/2022 - NOBODY HAS CONTACTED ME. I call and they say it won't get here until end of June. I GO IN PERSON AGAIN. They try to get me some hardware. I think, Yes, finally. They say it should be delivered this Friday. 5/2022 - My day off (not for the bed). NOBODY HAS CONTACTED ME. I wait all day at home for them to get there. I CONTACT THE STORE AT 6PM AS I WAIT TO GO ON MY B-DAY DINNER. Looks like they stopped the delivery and NOBODY TOLD ME. I speak to April, she's working in Tacoma. Said she will work on it and bring hardware from Tacoma personally. 5/2022 - It's that following Monday. NOBODY HAS CONTACTED ME. They say someone from the delivery team should have contacted me. I AM FED UP AND FURIOUS AT THIS POINT. I TELL THEM I WANT IT RETURNED AND MY MONEY BACK. 5/17 - THE INCOMPLETE BUNK BED IS STILL AT MY HOUSE. MANAGMENET, SALES, BACK OFFICE, WAREHOUSE, DELIVERY, ALL PROVIDE GARBAGE CUSTOMER SERVICE. PLEASE, DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!!!!!!!!!

I went to the store to order a stool to match an ashley stool that I had that I bought online. The color was no longer available so I went ahead and ordered what I thought were 3 stools. That is when the chaos began. I was delivered 4 stools and told by the driver they are sold in sets of 2 but that one set was backordered. I immediately began contacting Ashley to cancel the remaining stools. Every phone call was answered by a pleasant person who assured me I would be reached out to within 72 hours. I called back every 3rd day for 3 weeks until I was finally reached out to by the office manager at the store that I purchased the stools. She explained that the stools were sold as one and I actually had one extra, but that she was working on crediting the account and not to worry about the stool since it was not my error. I was then called the next day to say she couldn't credit the account and that I would need to return a stool and that she would put in for the delivery people to pick it up. At this point, I am furious to have wasted hours on bar stools. I placed the stool on the step and told her to come get it. I am not responsible for whatever happens to it. I requested the corporate phone number and was just given the same customer care number that is on the website--the same number that the local store manager could do nothing from. It has been a fiasco and not a pleasant shopping experience. I will never shop at an ashley furniture store again.
If I could give a zero I would! My grandma bought several pieces and paid in FULL at the time of purchase. Everything was on back order for several months!! She understood (as a gracious woman would) Her house was taking a little longer (out of her control) She asked if they would hold it for her. They completely agreed to hold it longer. House is ready now, arranged for delivery and come to find out they SOLD all of them to someone else!! Told her they would re-order it but now it’s going to be several weeks and she’s not going to have a bed to sleep in!! Giving my grandmother a run around to try to get her money back. Total lack of communication! That is customer service 101!!! Only offered her a SMALL discount. I used to have a great experience with Ashley’s but whom ever is managing the store should CLEAN HOUSE!
There has been more than one occasion where Ashley does not deliver purchased merchandise. Calling only complicates the problem & gift certificates only results in more delayed merchandise. Still waiting from November 2021 for a large mirror and a cabinet. 1 is for receiving the lamps, clock, vase, trays, & throw blanket.
Purchased my wife furniture in Dec 2021. Still has not arrived. Every time we call our delivery date gets pushed back further and further. It is now March 2022. Last time I had called the recording told us the elivery date was pushed further back being April 2022. Today I called to see if it had changed and now my delivery date says May 2022. Starting to feel like the closer I get to the date, it will change again. Spoke to Customer Service told us dates wouldn’t change anymore and they have. Customer service stated our furniture was coming from Afghanistan. I just want our furniture. Don’t want a refund want what I purchased being that’s what my wife wanted. Getting a refund would mean they bar-owed my $3000+ for these many months. They tell you what you want to hear and don’t fallow through.

Durning the Sale everything was great but after! It will be over 10 weeks before I MAYBE get my couches after being told it would only be 3 weeks, and getting a conformation email for 3 days before delivery just for a call the next day to day it will be another 3 weeks. A week later getting another email saying it will be another 4 weeks after the 3. After numerous calls to talk to a manager, no one ever called back! This place is the worst and the customer service is horrible!
This is the worst customer service and purchasing experience I’ve had in my life. They billed me in full for my purchase over 3 months ago (thousands of dollars) and have not yet completed my full delivery. I get a monthly call saying my delivery has been delayed with a variety of excuses such as supplier issues/delivery teams being booked on other days, etc. but I feel like as a business, their logistics/procurement team should know these dates and pushing them out on a monthly basis four times cannot be justified. If I were to make an educated guess, I’d say they sell you products that don’t exist and have no idea when they’re about to be produced, just to get your money. They’ll deliver it whenever the product comes into existence, no matter when that is. You’ll get a monthly call saying it’s delayed if it’s not ready at the time. They do not value customer satisfaction or a good business transaction at all. This way of operating is shady at the very least, if not illegal. I recommend you shop elsewhere. 4/4/2022 (update) - rescheduled delivery for the 5th time, again 2 days before delivery date. After running out of excuses like supplier issues, delivery company issues, etc. and putting the blame on other companies, this time Ashley furniture’s excuse is ‘switching warehouses’ (photo attached). What a disgrace!
I am very disappointed in the process of getting my bed frame put together. The Terrible communication within the store company. It’s been a week since the delivery team came to put the bedframe together but stop due to a lack of Materials needed. I’ve communicated with the local store In Kennewick Washington four times on how I can get someone to come and complete the task of putting my bedframe together now it’s going to take three weeks to get that done. Never again will I shop at Ashley‘s furniture.
The salesman, Trevor, was great. Extremely helpful, straightforward. Appreciated all his help and would HIGHLY recommend him! OH...and we love the recliner!!!

They are helpful when they want to make a sale and have you purchase furniture, however their team quickly becomes unhelpful when their products are delivered damaged. We ordered an expensive white rug and when it was delivered part of the plastic was ripped and exposed the rug which was delivered extremely dirty and basically black. We tried to clean it as best we could but was clearly stained pretty deep. We kindly asked to return it but no one was helpful, giving us the run around only to basically say they can’t do anything about it. This is the photo after cleaning it as best we could ourselves. Poor customer service with damaged products.
I ordered a dining room set back in mid November. I was told it would be delivered in December 15, then January. Then February. Today, the delivery showed up with only half the items, and what pieces did come were defective. Can’t get anyone from the store on the phone. I’ve been on hold for over 30 + minutes.
I have 3 Ashley sofas/ love seat I love! However Don't buy them at an Ashley store! Service is terrible! Sad.... as what ive purchsed( elsewhere) the pieces aware great, well made!

We bought a sofa and love seat 2 1/2 years ago from them at over $4,000 per item. The sofa is almost unused so it’s in good shape. The loveseat is so broken down it is almost unusable. And we’re not “big people”. We don’t have children jumping on the cushions either. Before the holiday season last year I finally had enough so I attempted to open a claim with the VERY expensive insurance we bought with the furniture. NOPE!! Not covered. We were told it was a “bumper to bumper” policy when we bought it so we naturally assumed it was going to cover fixing our love seat. NOT A CHANCE. So I called and talked to April at the Richland store. She said she’d get this resolved. I stopped in the store a few days later and she assured me Ashley would repair the love seat cushion. At that time i said if she’d do that I wouldn’t “social media” the store. I did, however, say I would speak badly of the insurance. She asked me not to do that since it’s a “bread and butter” item for the sales crew and it wasn’t “fair to them” so I stood down on that. Well here we are MONTHS after I contacted her with NO resolution. The love seat is still almost unusable and I’ve had no less than 4 different promises (on a handshake) that they’d repair the cushion. SO the point to my thesis is if you want quality furniture that will last more than 3 years this isn’t the place for you. If you DO decide to make the purchase do yourself a favor and DO NOT buy their “extended warranty”. The only thing it extends is their profit. And lastly if it ain’t in writing you ain’t getting it. Their word and reputation are worthless. At this point the only real recourse I have is buying a new love seat somewhere else and hoping it lasts better.
The sales process was smooth, fast, and easy. The salesperson was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The prices were reasonable and the salesperson was willing to reduce the price. I would highly recommend Ashley HomeStore to a person looking for quality furniture for their home.
The staff was very nice and polite, and they don't bother you. My biggest issue was the prices. We went there when they were having a 40% off everything sale, near Christmas time. They had a beautiful chair there that I actually bought a year ago at a different store. The price, even with the discount, was well over $300 what I paid for mine originally. Once I saw that mark up, it totally turned me off to shopping or wanting to buy from Ashley.

Nice store. Wonderful showroom with many lovely choices. Friendly, helpful sales representatives. Pretty good store policies. (During COVID pandemic) Inventory can take a while to receive and repair service as well. Only real negative is that our representative has been inconsistent with follow through. Often no return calls for weeks. I have had to reach out with reminders several times.
We were working with Cristopher. He was courteous young man , understood our needs, did research to find the right color, style and found him very reasonable in making the deal. After he explained the benefits of 5 year protection plan, we also included in the package. I called on 12/26/21, order was places on 11/29/21with delivery in three weeks. Now the delivery is projected over 6 months. No one called me either. When you call, their system was supposed to automatically track your order- totally untrue! It takes for ever for someone to answer your call. I won't go there anymore . Very unsat follow up on the order!
Update: despite assurances the address was only used for internal record keeping, Ashley home furniture fliers have now begun appearing in my mail box. More junk mail. Reduced to one star. There has been 20 min of paperwork and loitering to buy a $50 clearance rug. I’m surprised the kid didn’t want a blood sample.
It was fine-nothing spectacular. The sales people were sort of pushy. I know they work on commission but it was a little much. My order is supposed to be delayed until February (it’s currently Thanksgiving). I think that’s the new norm in Covid but it’s still sort of frustrating.
Very nice store! Quality furniture at a great price, picked out some very nice furniture to match our new carpeting, And will deliver it directly to our home on way from warehouse! And will set it up! Salesperson that helped us very nice, friendly made buying a good experience! Will definitely go back for future purchases!

Never Again. “Delivery in two weeks” when we ordered it in the store. Call from Arizona after 2 weeks and told another week. Another call… another week. Another call… another 2 weeks. Finally, we clear out the TV room because it was for sure coming tomorrow. Tomorrow comes and “the truck broke down” will have to reschedule for 4 days from now. Why is there only one truck? Why will it take 4 days to finish this delivery? Well… I guess I’ll wait and see if it’s coming on Tuesday.
Not only they change my bed delivery 2 times, they also forgot to send me parts, costumer serve are rude, I really regret going to Ashley
If I could give less than 1 star review I would! I’ve received 4 replacements for a cabinet and have been waiting 2 months now for a refund/discount. I’ve been into the store where I ordered itin July, on two occasions now and am at a loss for how to even move forward. First they offered me $175 credit/discount then they lost that quote and requoted me $146 credit and then offered a $25 gift card to their store. Promised me the refund would credit two weeks ago and now I still have nothing but a 25 dollar gift card.
Cheap and low quality. Chair on table cracked not even a year in. The bs insurance company they offer called GBS is garbage. They don’t cover anything or attempt to help you when you submit a claim. Save your money and don’t get the “warranty” or “insurance.”
Got there knowing exactly what I wanted because of a previous call I had made to the store. They told me I had to come into the store to order the furniture. Waited around for 30 minutes before I had to go and ask someone who clearly looked like they didn’t want to be there for help. They proceeded to tell me the couch I had called about previously somehow is going to take 3-5 weeks to ship instead of the 1 week they said over the phone. He then told me he would get the guy I talked to over the phone. He did not and I waited for another 30 minutes until I asked another worker if they could get who I talked to on the phone. They finally got the guy who I talked to on the Phone and he proceeded to do and tell me the same exact thing the first guy attempting to help me did. I proceeded to walk out. If you want horrible service, absurdity long wait times, and straight lies about shipping times, come to this store!
Bought a desk and book shelf. The desk was damaged by the delivery team that put it together and the bookshelf has a 10” crack in it. We Called, emailed, and went into the store seeking help, and have received none. Customer service by phone is a joke. Foreign call center with long wait times, and nobody who can actually help with anything. Wish I would have actually read some of the other negative reviews before shopping, sounds like others have similar experiences. The only way I can imagine they currently have a 3.9 star average is they use the same foreign customer service call center to pad their reviews.
My boyfriend and I bought a couch full price in April being told there was an 8 week back order, so we'll have it by June. In June I heard nothing from them so I called and they said it wasn't ready so it would be July, in July I called and it wasn't ready so it would be August. In August I called and IT STILL WASN'T READY, was told it would be September, well now it's September and it's still not here. Had I known it would have been a 7+ Month backorder I would not have purchased. Absolutely ridiculous.

Went into the Richland store over two months ago and ordered a couch set. We were told we would have the couches in early August. I called the store about three weeks ago to check on the status of my order and was told they were scheduled to arrive in the warehouse this past week and would be delivered today. please note, each time you call the store expect about a 30 minute wait until someone alive picks up the phone. Today is Sept 2 our scheduled delivery date. I called the store and we now have a Sept 17 delivery date! no one bothered to let us know. The guy implied the woman who gave us the Sept 2 date actually just gave us a place holder date which is not what she said during our conversation. we gave away our current couch set yesterday in anticipation of today’s arrival. guess we will be sitting on the floor for 15 days. We are not pleased with customer service and will not be buying from this store again. Also ordered a lamp when we ordered the couches. Was told two week wait and they would arrive in mail. That took a phone call too to get the lamps
I ordered a couch from Ashley. They put it on me to call them the day before the delivery and confirm they are still coming. I was on hold 4 separate times for over 30 mins. Then they confirmed for the next day just for me to find out, the couch in fact is not coming when it was promised but 1 week later. They made no effort to inform me of the change I only found out because the tracking wasn’t working and I called. Very bad communication. A lot of head ache
The young lady that helped us went the full measure to assist us with getting just what we needed for my disabled brother in a timely manner and at a reasonable cost. Even got an opportunity to get delivery sooner than anticipated.
Ordered a couch for the first time from them and paid for the delivery service. They have reschedule twice now in which ive had to center my entire day around their delivery time frame. On the second time they rescheduled, they didnt call me until 8pm to reschedule for an order that was scheduled to be delivered from 12-4pm. Absolutely unacceptable.

Worst experience ever. Sales persons are very pushing. The prices were raised so that they could do big discounts. Don't trust their annual 50% off sale lies. They do that very often. Just check their online store. Most things are cheaper if you buy online.

Worst retail experience I have ever had. Went in to window shop for a couch and saw they had a deal and financing with 0 interest for 6 months. The salesman was very deceiving not telling us that only a small portion of what we paid would actually go to what we owed on the couch. To make matters worse the salesman put insurance on my couch because " I looked like a young guy that would have lots of parties and might have people spill drinks on it " after I had told him twice I didn't want insurance. All in all I had to pay the remaining amount all at once and paid 1400 for a couch that was on "sale" for 800 dollars. Do not shop here unless you hate money.
Absolutely delighted with the experience at Ashley in Richland. Our sales rep, Alejandro, was extremely knowledgeable and very patient and courteous. When we couldn’t find what we “thought “ we wanted, he was able to show us other possibilities, which, as it turned out, were better for us. No pressure - a real pleasure. We usually dread shopping for furniture, but it was worth going the extra distance to shop in this store. Wonderful selection, great options. Wound up purchasing an entire set instead of just recliners……and happy to do it.

I feel they lied about delivery time to get my business. Multiple people in sales and even the automated phone message claimed delivery times of a month & a half. Some furniture did arrive after several "delays" (3 months later) which was mostly in as promised condition, 1 piece had a factory defect that was quickly replaced. After too many delays on the rest of the order, I cancelled the remaining items. I hate being lied to & strung along; if it's going to be 6 months, tell me 6 months.
Went into Ashley’s at the end of March looking for a couch and had a wonderful saleswoman help us buy one. We were told it would be delivered on May 20. Not getting any details on a delivery time on May 19, I called to find out about what time the delivery would be and was told that there was no delivery time set because our couch wouldn’t be in the warehouse until after July 2. I understand a delay from COVID, 8 weeks already, but no notice about another 10 weeks. Communication after the purchase absolutely horrible!!!! Taking time off for delivery I lose money from not working and now no couch!!!!! Never shopping there again!!
This was such a bad experience. Husband and I went on Saturday to buy a new couch/chaise (Mother's Day gift) and picked one out. Prior to paying we asked Rose, who was a very nice salesperson, do you deliver to La Grande, Oregon? We said we did NOT want to purchase unless this was guaranteed. She said it was, checked the zip code, we paid our $1,400 dollars.... Sunday morning (Mother's Day) I get the phone call that they cannot deliver to our area. And, they are willing to refund only some of the delivery fee (for it not to be delivered!?). I have called multiple times about getting my account refunded the money and getting a confirmation email stating it will be done and it has been the run around. I was told today 7 -10 business days... we will see if that happens. Such a terrible experience. I just felt like it was the bait and switch. Nice salespeople, but they aren't very honest. Sorry to give such a bad review, but I have never experienced such poor service.
It's a very long story that has yet to finish. Went into Ashley looking for a bedframe early February found one we liked ordered it and was told we would receive it end of February early March. About 10 days into March we still haven't received anything and haven't been contacted about the delivery we call customer service and are told we are scheduled for March 19th and that we would receive a text/call to confirm the delivery. We receive a text and confirm. My husband takes the day off to be there for the delivery, by 4pm we have not received anything so we call customer service and are told we aren't scheduled for a delivery that day but if we would like to schedule the delivery, we schedule the delivery for the 25th of March. March 25th we receive the bedframe. The delivery guys are about to assemble it when they realize that there is no hardware, they call customer service and we are told we can send the bedframe back and wait for it to be delivered again God knows when or they could order the hardware and we would receive it in 7-10 days. We decide to order the hardware. We receive what we thought was the hardware in about 10 days we contact customer service to make sure our warranty isn't voided if we assemble it ourselves they say it won't so we decide to assemble it, my husband goes to check and turns out we are missing more hardware. We call customer service and are told that's the first shipment and we are waiting for another 2 shipments, 1 that will be delivered in a month and another in 2 months! So a month goes by and nothing yet I call customer service again to return the bedframe because I have been charged for a bedframe that I can't use. She says I can only make a return within 72 hours of delivery but she opens a case anyways gives me a case number and tells me I'll be contacted in 3 to 5 days about the return. 2 weeks pass and I call again to be told that I can only make a return 48hours after delivery but since it was an in store purchase that I couldn't return it! So I'm being forced to keep this pile of boards that I can't use until I receive the rest of the hardware. Going on 2 months already and have yet to receive anything. Do your self a favor and look for a better furniture store. Does anyone know where I can report them to if I don't receive anything by the end of this month??

We purchased a living room set on December 6th and were given a January 6th dilevery date. I tried to call to check on the delivery date and couldn’t get through on the phone. After numerous tries I finally went down to the store in person. When I got there I saw 4 people setting in the break room. I finally was able to get someone to help me. I was told it would be another 2 weeks before delivery. The set was not delivered until 5 weeks past the delivery date. I was told that the coffee table was discontinued and I would need to order a different one. This was 9 weeks after the sale. If you want service after the sale go somewhere else. This store still never answers the phone.
Awful experience. Buyers beware, your furniture might take a quarter of a year to arrive! We were not allowed to pickup our furniture and were told it HAD to be delivered ... for a price. That delivery date was confirmed in store and was set to be 6 weeks out. When the day finally arrived ... nothing. We never got a phone call, before or after, telling us something was wrong. So I had to contact Ashley Furniture myself to inquiry what was going on, after I took the day off to be home for the movers. Turns out a piece of our sectional was out of stock and it would be another month! No phone calls, no apologies, not even a $20 gift card to make things right. The old couch is gone, the carpets are cleaned and I'm stuck without furniture hoping they stick by their word this time.
It took 3 months for our order to be delivered. Then it was wrong. Today is the 8th day and I’m still waiting for a call back after 3 different people told me that they’d contact me within 48 hours. I waited on hold for over 35 minutes to speak to a manager, but none could be reached. No one answers the phone at the store when you call. I’ve called, emailed, and messaged. We spent almost $5000, and have been given the run around. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE unless you want to lose your money and your mind!!!

While it is difficult to find any furniture sets right now, Ashley did all they could to help me get a couch set that we desperately needed as we just moved to the area and disposed of our old furniture sets.
They promise quicker service than other furniture in the area, then delay to the same time frame as the other stores promised for products. They don't explain their services until after you signed and make payments. Therefore, paying for basically a penalty fee for payments on time or ahead of schedule. They claim it's taxes.... really taxes on each payment after already doing down payment to cover taxes. Only recommend if paying all up front and can pick up yourself, otherwise you'll end up paying more than the actual price of the product.
It was such a pleasure working with Le at Ashley Furniture in Richland. She is so knowledgeable about the products and inventory. She could even help me narrow down choices I had from online inventory by showing me comprable cushions, designs, or fabrics in store. The furniture itself is a great quality. They offer very affordable warranties which cover repair as well as delivery and set up. Le even helped me pick out new furniture that would fit better after I coudn't get my original through some tight corners in my house. I will definitely be back for future big purchases!
Alejandro Valle, sales associate took the time to show us the different options and the differences in materials, etc. Love the furniture it really helps my home function and feel warm and welcoming. I have bought my sofá, end tables and my bedroom dresser at this store.
Seems like the prices were raised to offer a generous special event sales price. Lay away offered but it is actually 90 days same as cash. Sales staff working with others, moved us out of the way several times to make room for their clients. When asked if I need help and I say I will let you know when I do, that does not mean follow me around and keep checking in with me every 5 minutes. You lost a significant purchase to Macy's furniture next door.

Disappointed with the service. I've purchased furniture at the kennewick location several times, this most recent experience, purchasing a mattress, was disappointing. A no return policy? I've returned furniture before. Then I was told the policy was because of the pandemic. Next it was due to new ownership. Then it was Sealy's fault . Excuses were sale scams. What was worse, when the sales staff including the general manager new I was wanting to make a return, they ALL scurried away. They had no problem taking my money, but didn't have the decency to deal straight with me. Lost my business.
In purchase a new bed here and was told it would be here a specific day, when that day came and when I was told they didn’t have it till another day. That second day comes and now I got told a third day. Why lie to your customers, I’m going now 3 weeks without a bed. This is ridiculous!
Ridiculous. We ordered a dresser in November and were told 2 weeks delivery. After 2 weeks it was “one more week,” which lasted into February. In February I called to find out when it was going to be delivered, they said oh we changed moving companies and you’re now out of range, we have to cancel this order. I asked when they changed moving companies, they said early January. It’s now February and you never called us! The person then says “it’s good you called because we never would have known about this.” When we cancelled the order, because we found the dresser elsewhere, they told us 3-5 days to get your refund. After 2 weeks when I called about customer service I was told it was a 20 day process. After 30 days it should 72 hours. After 10 days, it should be 24-48 hours. Still nothing. Now I have to file a credit card dispute. And don’t get me started on how hard it is to get through. They’re automated line sends you to corporate every time!
We ordered our furniture a lot of it, way back in March. It finally came and was all broken. All that wait for nothing. We bought almost 8 thousand worth of furniture and waited almost 4 months just to receive it damaged. Will never go through Ashley's again.
If I was able to give zero stars I would. We initially ordered a sectional back in November of 2020. We were first told it would be there by Christmas, then January 13th, then end of January, then February 12th, then end of February, then finally our “final” date was the first weekend of March. It was than pushed back to the 13th of March. On the 12th we were told it wasn’t going to be delivered and it could now be expected some time in April. We went to the local Ashley’s store in Kennewick and were met with incompetent employees and managers. All of which couldn’t explain why the deliveries were so messed up and only attempted to make excuses as to why their store is so unhinged. We received a refund for our couch rather than dealing with this pathetic establishment any further. I wouldn’t go as far as to attempt to buy a placeholder from this store. Absolutely incompetent from the top down. 10/10 do NOT recommend.

My family has always shopped at Ashley’s furniture store however the last couple times the owner was very rude. No manners whatsoever considering we’ve spent quite a lot throughout the years at his store. He scuffed at us because we wanted some credit due to them scratching, and peeling our furniture when they took it apart and tried to load it. A lady at the front desk also appeared to be pretty rude when asked to send a tech to fix our furniture. She said she’d put a pick ticket in but she “ doubts anyone will fix it because it’s not a priority” I also asked for a print out and an expected date they can go and fix it and she didn’t denied me a printed sheet with the information and didn’t have an answer as to when a tech would go out.

Worst furniture buying experience I’ve ever experienced. Buying the item was easy enough. I was told it was stocked in the local warehouse, so the item should arrive within a week. So far so good. But it got nothing but worse from there. 1. I confirmed delivery within the week. 2. I received a call on the same day of confirmation letting me know it was a week late. Again, after confirmation of delivery. 3. On the delivery date, the delivery personnel could not get the shelves to fit, saying the shelves were wrong. Ashley apparently sublets delivery to a third party, this dropping the quality control significantly. 4. The drivers packed the item up and took it. But not without leaving a nice parting gift. THEY MANAGED TO RUN OVER MY MAILBOX. 5. After discussing issues with Ashley, I received a call and reimbursement from Ryder Moving Company (huh?) for the mailbox. Still pending. 6. A new date scheduled for a new item showed up. However, when it did, it had numerous scratches and dents all over the piece. Ashley stated they could send a technician out to fix it as long as I take the item. Ha! No. If I buy something new, I expect it to be new. 7. Rescheduled the next delivery date after talking in much frustration with customer service. 8. Again, after confirming the new date, I receive a call saying that the item is delayed and won’t be delivered on the confirmed date. 9. I call. Customer service says the call was wrong and the item was to be delivered. 10. Item never showed. 11. New date scheduled. 12. Item shows up. Again, the item is damaged. Customer service asks for me to scooter the item and they can send a technician to fix it. 13. I ask for a refund. Customer service states that I have to go back to the store for the refund and they can’t initiate a refund. Ashley cares about the selling of furniture, but not the delivery of their product. Makes zero business sense. They have lost my business.
I ordered a bedroom set 2 months ago. They said it would only take a couple weeks. After calling them I got them to ship half the set so I can have end tables and a dresser. One of the end tables has both doors broken and the bottom piece is falling off. I honestly don’t even have the time or energy to keep dealing with their custom service. Junk products and service. Don’t waste your time or money. I’d give zero stars if that was an option. Absolute robbery
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE..!!! my wife my 3 kids and I went to this store to try and find a dinning table for our home, and we find one also bought some plates and table mats, but they say that because of covid 19 it was going to take about 1 month and 1 week for the delivery day, so we said alright its not an emergency, but then 3 days before the delivery we got a call saying that it would take 2 more weeks and that we were going to receibe part of the dinning table and chairs and the rest in 2 more week, so we decided to cancel the order.. but then we start receiving letters saying that we needed to pay for the plates and mats.. an amount of 320.dlls wich we never even received. My wife call customer service like 6 times, every time they would take about 40mins to 1hr to answer and some time maybe 2 or 3 times they said they were going to fix it.. wich they never did, so we keep receiving the letters saying the same thing, so we decided to go directly to the store and talk to the manager a lady around 35 to 40 years old who said that she was going to take care of it. And she even apologize. We left the store that day thinking it was going to be taken care of. But today i received a new letter saying that i did took the plates that day and that i was going to have to pay that amount. So at this point i dont even know what to do i already told them to check the cameras to check the inventory or whatever they need to do to realize that i never took anything or received anything. Because it seems they trying to make it look like i stole from them and just dont want to pay for ir.. SO FRUSTRATED.. 😡😡😡😤😤😤👎
We purchased our furniture in December of 2020, it was supposed to be delivered in January. Then February. Now March. If you try to contact the store, they always have ‘longer than normal’ call waits. If you contact the company directly, they can’t tell you anything about your delivery outside of 24 hours. It’s like they are intentionally setup to be the least helpful to customers who have spent thousands on furniture from them. Their furniture is amazing, their prizes are way too high and the customer service is a dumpster fire.
Has taken 6 months to recieve a little over half the order my mother in law ordered. Everytime she has tried to get information or someone to do something it has had to be escalated to the manager for anything to happen. It is insanely ridiculous for such an expensive purchase to take 10+ tries to get right. Wont ever reccomend to anyone to go here.
Becareful, once you sign for delivery there is no satisfation guarentee! No matter what buyer beware!!!!!!!!! It has been over two months since we filed our complaint about our dissatisfaction with our purchase and we have heard nothing from them. Each time we have tried calling, many, many times, we either get transfered to anothe line, are told that someone will contact use about our problems within 24 to 48 hours, placed on hold or completely disconnected. Usually we can't even get passed the computer selections. Within a month our reclining sofa developed a squeak, and the center cushion is much higher and harder than the side cushions and the problem became worse. We had to go to the local store, talk to the manager who told us that there was nothing we could do after the furniture was delivered and signed for. He said he would start a customer complain. However we have not received any response by phone, text or email. This will be our last purchase from Ashley, even though all of our home is furnished from Ashlee.
Very Rude and unprofessional Staff when i got there i got these ugly look from the staff which you should never greet someone like that also when i was paying the agent refused to apply the discount to my purchase! I've been trying to contact manger but been unsuccessful. And got a broken dresser.
Paid $150 delivery fee to wait two months, then to have it delayed an third month. Who knows if it will be delayed again! My lease might be up before the furniture I paid for even arrives.

Ordered couches (love seat,couch, and ottoman) paid in full (part cash/part debit card) during Early October of 2020, was told my order would be ready in 6-8 weeks. In November 19th 2020 was told it was on back order new date would be December 19th, 2020. Just got a notice that there’s another delay until January 19th 2021 & there’s no guarantee. I will be having a baby in February 2021 & am just disappointed that it’s taking this long. Really was excited to buy here for our new home. But fed up with all the delays so I canceled my order and requested a refund, now they’re telling me I won’t receive my cash refund until 6-8 weeks as well. My debit refund can’t get refunded to my new debit card (since I lost my old one) although it is the same account. So now I have to wait even more for my money back. Worst experience ever. Employees whether in store or over the phone, and via chat couldn’t seem to care whatsoever. I will not be back or even recommend. I regret my decision to even purchase. Was told I would get a call today 12/18/2020 & have not received any news about my debit refund or cash refund
Two different salesmen lied to us to make their sales. October 28, 2020 we purchased bedroom furniture and a couple of small tables and stools for the dining area and were promised delivery by mid-December. We went back on November 16 and purchased a loveseat and couch at which the second salesman quoted delivery of all pieces purchased for December 16. I call today to find out the timeframe they will be delivering on Wednesday, December 16 and was told that 1.) They stopped delivering to Pendleton 7 months ago, 2.) Part of my bedroom set will be “picked up” for delivery on the 19th after I’ve already taken the 16th off and rearranged my schedule to be home, 3.) Due to being outside their “delivery bubble” all of my items will be picked up by a third party carrier, taken to Portland, then to La Grande, and then to Pendleton, all by different trucks and crews so it’s a 21 day delivery time from the day what’s available is “picked up” on December 19, and 4.) The couch and loveseat are out of production until late March 2021 and there are orders ahead of mine so chances are with the 21 day delivery schedule from the time mine is actually “picked up” I’m looking at April-June. I asked if we could go pick the items up to which the manager cheerfully said yes, but we would have to go get the items from Tacoma. Unbelievable! She told me all of this information was readily available to both salesmen and she couldn’t tell me why this information was omitted. I asked to speak to her boss by the end of the day to which I have not received any communication back from him. In the meantime we missed the Black Friday sales where we would have gotten better discounts at other places and already had our furniture (we know this because we shopped around before buying and had already checked on availability of other stuff we liked and looked at the Black Friday sales at a few places but didn’t feel right about cancelling our orders just to save a little money. We committed to the purchases and when I used to work commissions I hated it when I was banking on a certain amount and then someone would cancel an order and ruin my expectations). Even if we would have had to pay a little more we would have been glad to do that we would have our furniture. I will NEVER, NEVER purchase from Ashley again. It is it reprehensible for not just one, but two different salesmen to lie and make false promises to get the sale. The manager I did talk to didn’t even make any efforts on her end to make it right. She just told me not to kill the messenger and it is what it is. In that is also like a $500 delivery fee.
Very helpful salesmen here. Especially Le, she did great on trying to get me exactly what I wanted and showed me everything she had to offer on the showroom under my specifications. I didn’t buy anything this time, but any time I intend on getting furniture I’ll be headed here first.

We purchased a sectional and were given a delivery date that we were okay with. The sectional arrived on the delivery date as scheduled. The delivery process was seamless. We received a text to confirm our delivery day, one to inform us of our delivery time and the morning of a link that allowed us to follow the delivery schedule. Super nice. We received a text when the delivery was 10 minutes away. They arrived 10 minutes later. The delivery driver and helper were very professional and careful they took safety protocols as well. Our sectional was perfect just like the sale, communication and delivery. Thank you Ashley Home Furniture.

I highly do NOT recommend purchasing any furniture at this time. They use COVID-19 as a reason for everything. We have been waiting for our furniture for 3 months, we purchased in July. And we got part of it in October, now they are telling us it will be Jan now. RIDICULOUS! We purchased a power operated recliner sectional. The only part we are waiting for is the part that does not recline and has no power or arms. We spoke to multiple customers rep which told us that the part was ready and will be shipping out in Nov. So why are we being told now that the part is NOT ready, because is it still needs to be made at the factory. This is no Joke. Just do not purchase at this time.
We were supposed to get our new furniture in September. We ordered the beginning of August. It is now November!!! It was supposed to be delivered October 29th and then it got changed to November 3rd. And again it’s not coming!!! It is supposed to be here next week because they are booked tomorrow. Not like I have been waiting 3 months or anything!!!! Ashley Furniture’s customer service sucks!!! If it doesn’t come next week, I’m getting a refund.This is beyond ridiculous. When I called, the lady couldn’t care less. She was really unprofessional. Not ever going to get my business again.
DO. NOT. BUY. FROM. THIS. STORE. Not if you actually want your order or any help from customer service anyway... I placed a nearly 13k order on a full living room and bedroom set back in AUGUST. With covid going on they advised itd be a bit before we got out order (thats fine I understood) but if we waited until mid October they could guarantee we'd have everything all on one delivery. Perfect! Right? WRONG. Ashley called my s/o instead of me (the account holder) to say our delivery was scheduled for a day different than what we confirmed in store, and we would on receive about half of the order. When my s/o told me this I tried calling myself to verify the details and guess what, no one answered. For 5 days I called and only got to leave a VM saying someone would call me back in 24-48hrs. In a last ditch effort i reached out to their online chat via their website. The gal I spoked with on there confirmed my order was good to go and I'd be getting my entire order on the correct date. Ok, weird they said otherwise before but cool! Good to go. I even double checked 1wk before our delivery date via website chat again and again they said my order was complete. Day before delivery s/o gets another call saying they dont have everything... I'm now upset because I don't know whats going on and I cant get a hold of anyone at the store. Dudes come to deliver and say they dont have x y z AND they left our box springs (required for the bed frame) in Tacoma... but I could go pick them up (4hrs away) if I wanted to... so now I have half an order and I cant even sleep in my own bed. Now here's the kicker. These delivery folks banged up my freshly painted walls. And they hid the fact they damaged my brand new dresser and improperly put my bed frame together so the screws are stripped out and it wobbles and squeaks! They pushed the damaged dresser side against the wall where I couldnt see it. And obviously since I couldnt use the bed yet I didnt know they screwed that up until later in the evening after we had to find somewhere local who had two cal king box springs. So now, its been 4 going on 5 weeks I STILL HAVEN'T GOT A CALL BACK TO FIX MY ORDER. Thats all I've asked for, is to talk to someone at the store or a manager. I've even reached out to their fb messenger and I got the runaround saying theyve escalated my claim again, then get ignored on there as well. Absolutely awful customer service. I thought I was investing in quality furniture with a good warranty, turns out they just like taking my money without delivering and then ghosting me. I'd give 0 stars if I could... I would have been more than understanding and willing for them to make things right if they offered. But at this point Im canceling everything else and telling everyone I know to spend their money elsewhere after such a frustrating and deceitful experience.
Service was amazing! I was definitely very indecisive, the Alex was extremely patient and very helpful! My furniture should be here within 2 weeks, so hopefully the quality of my furniture is as great as the service! I will definitely go back! Update: when I received my couch, the bottom part was ripped. I called and they sent someone out right away to get it fixed. I was also promised pillows as part of the sale of my couch. They were not the pillows that came with the couch, they were in another set. But Alex promised me the pillows, and now 3 years later.. I still never got the pillows. I even called a few weeks later to check the status and Alex told me he was ordering them. I never heard from him again.
I sent my wife in and let me tell you these guys went way out of there way to be helpful and make sure she got everything that she needed. If you’re looking to upgrade your furniture head in to Ashley’s and ask for Mike M. Great guy, great service and awesome store!!!

Go somewhere else! I ordered a sectional in July and knew the store/company was on backorder due to Covid so was given 6-8 weeks as delivery date which I was fine with. I got a call saying it would be delivered 9/24 which was a wait. I got no notice of it being delayed. It had been pushed back 4 times from 10/08, 10/16, and 10/22 with all of those times being me having to contact Ashley not Ashley Furniture contacting me to let me know it’s delayed. I just called to ask if it was getting here on the date they told me so I can plan to be home and now they told me it’s estimated November 1st for delivery. Again, it is me having to contact them and the date now getting pushed 14 weeks and counting since purchase date.
Unfortunately, they lie about their delivery dates. We ordered lots of furniture back in July and we were told we would receive it all early September. We just learned we will not be getting any of it until end of October and beginning of November. We also just bought a new home with no furniture.... so currently have nothing in our living room and bedroom. We have ordered a dinning table and an office desk from other furniture stores in the beginning of September and already received that furniture this week. I wouldn’t recommend shopping here if you want to wait MONTHS to receive anything.

If you have any problems customer service is the worst I have ever encountered. When putting the desk together they drilled through the wood. Been almost 2 weeks now trying to get this issue taken care of. Every time we call over 5 times we get a different story on how to take care of it. Try to schedule a technician today was cut off and nobody called back to following up. Before they leave make sure everything is good or you will spend more time trying to get things fixed then it is worth. Just spent another 47 minutes on the phone trying to get a tech out to my house and was disconnected. Just shop somewhere else. Just shop somewhere else.

Warning! A good friend of mine bought a desk from Ashley HomeStore Richland yesterday. He paid $500 for it on a clearance sale. When he got home and opened the sealed box to assemble it, he realized there were no legs in the box. There is no way he could have known that the legs were missing. When he went back to the store to return the desk they told him that all clearance sales are final and they would not refund his money. He just couldn't believe it. They told him to make his own legs or have them made by a carpenter. Unbelievable.... Please beware of shopping at this store. They appear to be fine with taking advantage of people. I know I won't ever be shopping there.

Make sure you double check the price that they are giving you because I made a $3000 purchase only to find out online the couch with $1000 cheaper. Went looking for a bedroom set and let me just say they are not very customer service oriented. Was looking around and everyone seemed to care more about there phone and texting than any question I had. The guy "helping" me, Josh, didnt seem to care about anything but texting away. Yeah no thanks. I'll go buy somewhere else, where they'll care to help me buy. On top of that, he seemed to be bothered by trying to help me out. Yeah, it's OK. I rather shop elsewhere.
The staff at the store are okay. The customer service after the sale is the problem! Every single transaction my family and I have had with Ashley has had delivery issues, billing issues, or return issues. Customer service is non-existent. They overcharge for delivery, then change delivery dates or show up at different times. They bill you way before they provide you with the product. We were billed for one of our orders, then the delivery kept getting pushed out. When I called (on hold for over an hour), I found out that the item purchases was no longer available. That was almost two months ago and I still have not been credited for the item. Currently when you call, you sit on hold for 15 minutes, then they either hang up or ask you to leave a message, with a call back within 48 to 96 hours. The call back never happens. I would suggest going somewhere with better (any place would be better) customer service.
Not happy with my purchase at all. Shipping will take forever, handling is not good I got a broken bed. Two ladies helped us at customer service and they both lied about that shipping dates. They always call me and delay The shipping. I will never buy anything else from Ashley Furniture.
I bought a recliner at Ashley's furniture in Kennewick WA. they said it would be delivered that Friday they never told me I was suppose to get an email and a text the day before to confirm my delivery...I got nothing and no recliner. I thought it was already set up when they said Friday. I looked at my paper work I saw my phone number was wrong right numbers wrong order email address was incorrect instead of an m they wrote two nn's. I called customer service to see what was going on they said that they fixed all was ok and I'd get an email me and text me the day before (this took hrs within 3 days) I called the next day to verify no answer just a "please hold one of our representatives will be right with you" 2 more days of calling I finally connected with woman that never said her name I asked her what her name was she changed the subject I thought maybe she didn't hear me I explained everything to her and asked to speak with a manager she straight up hung up on me. Grrrr I called again no answer just hold for the next person to help finally I spoke to another woman told her the same thing she said it was fixed with an attitude cut me short and said good bye. I still did not trust that my information was correct so I tried calling the store of corse no answer just another hold on someone will be right with you. While still on hold I drove over to the store to make sure I wouldn't miss the next delivery date. I went straight to the front desk and explained to the woman what was going on she looked at her computer my information was still incorrect she supposedly fixed it because we were face to face. I hope it will be delivered soon. This process took a week an a half to fix. I'm so upset with their service I'll never ever shop there again. I gave it 1 star because I had to, no other choice. I'd give them a ZERO
Had a great experience, I got help from Lupita and I loved the way she helped us she helped us find exactly what we were looking for, we even got a great deal.
We had ordered a dresser the first of the month. Since no one their would answer the phone, we had to go there. Not by choice. My mom needed to make them Ware that she could not answer theirwpredelivery call and had been told they would not deliver otherwise. She is in an exact radiation schedule. Our paperwork in the managers hand which we brought in from the sales person the call would be 2/27 and delivery 6/3 . When the manager looked it up, she said w÷ receive your order 3/6, the truck is full on Friday, we we don't deliver sunday or Mondays. Our paperwork had completely different confirmation and we never received any call changing it. This order is now coming a month and one day later. The manager sis offer something different, but my mother knew what she wanted.

I had read quite a few negative reviews online specific to Ashley‘s. I cannot speak to them I can only tell you what our experience was. We started at Ashley‘s and went to four other furniture stores eventually returning to Ashley‘s because they had the furniture that we wanted after we looked around. Leonel (pronounced Lionel) was the individual we worked with he was very good knowledgeable and friendly. They were having a great sale on furniture and we received what we thought was a very good deal. The furniture was delivered in one week it came in boxes and the delivery crew took it out of the boxes put it together and placed it in our living room where we wanted it. They were professional friendly and fast. We are very pleased with it it looks great! We had a positive experience at Ashley’s and with the sales person we worked with. We will go back in the future to purchase from them. From our experience from start to finish we would recommend Ashley‘s!

I've shopped here more than once. I have received good service as well as products.
I purchased a leather couch, and a chair and a half w/ ottoman from the Richland location. I was told that my couch would be delivered Nov 14 (11 days after I bought it) and the chair and ottoman 4 weeks later in December. No one showed up or called on the first delivery date. Long story short, I have had to call customer service 5 times (usually on hold for at least 30 minutes) and have been told a variety of stories and new delivery dates. The bottomline is I still don't have a delivery date. They are now telling me that I am "out of the delivery bubble" and I have to wait until they have a full truck to deliver near me before I can get my furniture! The individuals I have talked to every time have been pleasant, but the logistic and customer service protocols have ensured I will never buy anything from this company again. If you are planning to have furniture delivered, I would go somewhere else! *I just went to look at what other reviewers said and the horrible delivery complaints are repeated over and over. Wish I would have checked this website before I purchased! I ordered a table and chairs from Walkers and it was delivered in 5 days. I also ordered a bed frame from Pottery Barn and it came in 6 days.

If I could give -10 I would. Delivery service is a nightmare! They sent me a msg saying my bar stools would be delivered on a Tuesday afternoon. So I arranged to take the afternoon off at a time when I was very busy. I also scheduled some home warranty work for that afternoon since I would be home. At 5pm the night before, I get a mug saying my delivery was changed to the morning and could not be changed. I immediately called the customer service number to try to make different arrangements as it was too late to arrange for someone to cover for me at work. Was on hold for 56 mintues!!!! And they basically said other deliveries had dropped off their schedule so I was moved up and there was. Nothing they could do about it. I had to take the whole day off, losing a day's pay. Totally unacceptable!! So the bar stools arrive and they are like rocking chairs. The legs are totally uneven. The delivery guy says he can take them back, a tech will fix them and they will bring them back, could take a couple weeks, or he could call a technician to come to my home and fix them. I decided on the second option and he called in the repair. They were suposed to call me last night to let me know what time the technician would be here. I never recieved a call and it is fix it day at 10:00am and I've been on hold for 17 minutes so far. My purchase was made at the Kennewick, Washington store and shipped out of Olympia. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN!!

Just wanted to take a second to send a shout out to the salesman Josh Rodriguez. I had bought a couch from this store in April of 17’ and just two days ago I was doing some deep cleaning while prepping to move and one of the zippers to the arms of the couch broke. Tried calling for a warranty and was told it wasn’t covered even though I financed an extra 500$ with my purchase for said warranty. Came in a little upset asked for a manager and Josh was more than willing to lend an ear and help me out! Highly recommend this store and Josh himself. Went in upset and walked out a happy camper as well as purchasing a new dining room table! Great job guys, keep up the good work!

Delivery is absolutely terrible. Waited two months to receive my furniture. Delivery department blames store and store blames delivery department. This company needs better communication within each other and to the customer. Never recommending to family or friends.
‼️ Poor customer service. ‼️ I placed a order on a living room set about 3 months ago. I moved in to my new home about two weeks ago and still haven’t gotten my love seat delivered. They just keep rescheduling me for delivery And don’t end up showing on my door way!! I’ve been trying to call into the store and apparently none there can take my call. Very disappointed wouldn’t recommend this store to anyone.

The store layout seems to focus on room settings versus individual furniture piece assortments. Not wrong orbad but inconvenient when you are looking for one furniture item such as a sofa or side table.
Well they never answer the phone when we call so we have not had a good experience. We called 3 times in one day. No answer. So we purchase our furniture somewhere else.

Once they’ve sold you your furniture the customer service disappears. I should have read the Yelps before shopping here - lots of similar complaints. I just got off the phone with their corporate office who said they have been having issues with this store for delivery mix-ups, being unresponsive and not answering their phones. We were promised one delivery date, planned to be home, but never received a confirmation. So when I finally made contact we’re told we got “kicked off the system” and it’ll be another week. Three weeks after purchase.
Just lost us customer, and I am pretty bummed because I liked the local store. Ordered furniture for our office in early August and was supposed to be delivered by August 21. Now, cannot deliver until September 25...which is out of a new budget year, so had to cancel. To say the least, not thrilled with their customer survice.
Absolutely no communication regarding delivery. Purchased in-store and was told a truck delivered to the area once a week. Never received a call regarding delivery; when I followed up I was told trucks were booked out for four months. Each time I called to get help/answers, I was on hold for 15-20 minutes before anyone answered. Corporate is not able to assist on local store purchases.

We has bought from Ashley furniture in the past. We recently bought a bedroom set for my daughter when we got it delivered it was in really bad condition it looked like it was a return and it had been sitting in the warehouse for a while and to top it off the mattress was not the correct one. We went to the store the older lady in the customer service desk is not helpful AT ALL the guy that sold us the set stepped in and said that he would look into it. He later called us to let us know that our correct mattress was in the warehouse that we could go for it to just take the one that was delivered which we did when my husband got home with the "new" mattress it was stained and ripped the mattress is the bed in a box mattress it wasn't even in a box the mattress was all ripped. When we got our new set delivered the painting quality was bad the delivery guys told us someone would be calling us to set up a service appt to get it fixed, till this day we have not received a call and I didn't even bother on calling them I will just NEVER purchase anything from them again.
Hope you never have to deal with their delivery service. Just bought our second couch here and I never get any communication when my delivery falls through. Just had to call again after not having my things delivered when I was told. Never a call or email. This happened with both purchases now. Definitely taking my business elsewhere.
Little to no communication. Unable to communicate with anyone other than the store and a regional manager. Employees are caught between a corporation that doesn't care about a customer and an angry customer. As of August 1, still waiting on a complete furniture delivery place in May. I stupidly chose to give this business a 2nd try after my first botched order. There won't be a 3rd.

Okay, so Mike really helped us out. He knew his product and was prompt to answer all our questions. (We has alot). He helped us take advantage of the promotions that were going on in the store during the 4th of July week and we were really satisfied. If you go, check him out. He will most definitely get you a deal and make you aware of the little things we may not know.

Spent thousands, waited six weeks, then received same-day confirmation for a delivery that never arrived. When we called to ask what was up, they couldn't tell us where our order was or when it would be delivered. Turns out parts of it were delayed several weeks, but no one told us. Bottom line: Shop here if you have a lot of patience, and aren't particular about companies delivering as promised.
Bought furniture 3 weeks ago. Have had 2 different delivery dates with no call, no show both times. Now have another delivery date set 3 more weeks out. The Kennewick, Wa store DOES NOT have a direct phone line to reach ANYONE. Last time I went in, the sales rep flat out lied to me about my furniture being in the warehouse. Overall, absolutely awful customer care after they had my money. The worst I’ve ever seen. I’ve even had car salesman take better care of me than this. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. This company is the epitome of why sales folks get a bad name.

If I could give negative amount of stars I would. I went to Ashley months ago. Ordered sofas from their online kiosk and waited a long time before I received couches that were not what I was told they’d be like. While at Ashley’s they told me I had 14 days if I wasn’t satisfied with my purchase. Turns out they switched companies and I had to go through a ridiculous amount of hoops to get them to exchange the sofas although I was promised good service and an easy exchange when I first purchased them. Had to keep the sofas I didn’t want wrapped up in my living room for many weeks, meanwhile I have no sofas of my own to sit on. It’s been months since I’ve had sofas due to their ridiculously long shipping period. I finally got the ones I actually wanted today. Funny thing is they scheduled for my new sofas to be delivered two weeks ago, and had to reschedule due to being back ordered. Adding even more time to the months of waiting I already had to do. For what? For them to be damaged upon arrival. OF COURSE the sofas are DAMAGED. Now I will have to wait YET AGAIN to get them repaired or exchanged if they don’t make it impossible for me to do once again. I’m already sensing that this process is going to be difficult AGAIN and it is at no fault of my own! Service is terrible, only a few reasonable employees. They take forever to answer the phone, that’s if they answer it at all. Shipping is ridiculous, never waited so long for furniture anywhere else. They have many employees at the store, hardly any customers, and yet they cannot answer a simple phone call. I wouldn’t even recommend this store to my worst enemy. This store is the biggest waste of time and money. Terrible customer service and I will make sure to spread the word. Do not waste your time or money at Ashley’s, do not make the same mistake I made.

If I could give it a minus I would! We’ve been dealing with them since October and management along with service is very unorganized. First off took us until March to “receive” a bed we ordered in October. That bed never actually got here and they had us back and forth with the order... we ordered and exchanged new couches just to find out that one of the pieces arrived ripped from the AND to top it off service keeps getting scheduled on days that the tech either is not working or on vacation and now they have us calling again back and forth. Oh and not to mention that our refund from the bed took forever to get to us even when the store manager promised it.... store manager will absolutely do nothing for you to help at all!! Very frustrating and on top of that They still haven’t adjusted the difference of the previous couches we exchanged.... we are fed up and very frustrated we can’t actually talk to anybody else higher up than the store manager to help resolve this issue.... stay away from this store if you can! Wayfair overstock hayneedle is the way to go customer service is great! And fast shipping very responsive!

Had the day off today to enjoy a long Memorial Day weekend, so delivery was perfect. Then I get a random phone call saying my delivery would have to be rescheduled and somehow it “didn’t make it onto the truck”. Now I’m going to have to wait until, at minimum, Wednesday, and have to take MORE time off work with their god awful four hour delivery window. I’ll look elsewhere from now on.
Wish I could give them no stars. Got a bed set from Ashely furniture waited a month and a half for my bed frame, then when it finally came in they brought the wrong size bed slats called and complained said that the right size bed slats will be UPS to my house so I had to wait another week and half. Once I got My bed slats in I didn’t get all the screws so I had to go buy some from Home Depot because I was not about to wait another week for the screws. Definitely will not be buying from Ashley furniture again !!!!!!
Horrible customer service!! We had furniture on layaway and went in to make a payment and no one would assist us. Waiting about 15 minutes and ended up leaving. Tried calling the store and that was a mistake and we could reach no one. I had to call corporate just to talk to someone so I could at least make a payment over the phone. What a hassle!! THEN I get a call from Ashley a few weeks later stating that they will no longer be doing layaway as they were bought by a corporation and wanted me to finance what we still owed on the furniture. We are Dave Ramsey followers so of course I declined and asked for a refund check of what we've already paid for the bedroom set. She said that was fine but it could take UP TO 6 weeks. It's now been 6 week (actually more) and I recieved nothing. Tried calling the store (again BIG mistake). Waited on hold 20 minutes for customer service to tell me that I would have to call the local store to inquire about the check. I told her yeah that was the number I called. She said oh well you probably got transferred because no one answered at the store (no surprise.) She transferred me back to the same wait line that I waited 20 minutes on already!! I had enough so tried calling corporate and waiting again another 10 minutes just to have them give me another number to call!! Holy moly!! So called this other number and of course was on hold for 25 minutes!! When I FINALLY got through to the store (over an hour later-wish I was joking) the lady says I'll have to call another number to find out where my check is!! I'm not going to just eat over $600!! I will never do business with this company or recommend to anyone!!! ***edit to add that I had to call another number and was on hold 40 minutes for them to tell me call the store because they dont have access to where my refund check is 🤦♀️ what a nighmare!! Tomorrow I call consumer affairs because after being on the phone (95% on hold) their office is now closed.
Terrible customer service. You purchase furniture in Febuary and dont get it till the end of May. If you call their phone service is horrible, you have to wait 32 to 45 minutes to speak with an agent. Sometimes the agent presses the wrong button and disconnects you and you cant call back without waitin a solid 45 minutes. Worst Customer Service Ever!!!
If I can give this store zero stars I would. I’ve been trying to cancel an order with these folks all day. They keep hanging up the phone as soon as they are aware of us trying to cancel due to them changing their delivery dates on us several times. Save yourself time and stress. Don’t shop here. I will never shop here again nor will my family.

I went into Ashley to purchase a coffee table set and when the salesman found out that I didn't want got buy new sofas to go with them he became very rude and short with me. I guess if you're not spending more than $500, they aren't interested in providing customer service. Won't be going back.
We went here tonight and Josh was our salesman, he was very kind and understanding and helped us pick out a new couch, bedside tables and a dresser. He was very patient with us and our kids that were throwing a fit. This place has a great atmosphere and I will definitely recommend them to friends and family!
We dealt with a salesman full of white lies. It absolutely ruined the experience. Instead of admitting he didnt know something or just getting someone to help him answer questions, he would tell us what we wanted to hear. So we ended up with a bed that wasnt going to work for us. When we wanted to exchange it, he claimed the other bed we liked was cheaper. When we asked for the price he started trying to push us through paperwork to make a sale. Seeing the new frame was another $300 more was it for me. I dont know why he would claim the bed was cheaper when it was significantly more. Looking forward to just returning the thing and being done with the whole mess. We'll be out about $100 with the restocking fee but I frankly dont have time to keep dealing with them. I'll be looking forward to buying a bed from someone a tad more honest.

Not quite the real wood furniture I was hoping to buy, but it's out of my price range. That being said, my wife and I found two bedroom sets that we both liked and were in our price range. We worked with Dale, whom was courteous and very patient. He gave us space to talk, but was always somehow available if we had questions or queries. He is definitely the reason we stuck around and ended up buying a complete set from Ashley's instead of somewhere else.
Worst purchasing experience I’ve ever had. Spend $120 delivery fee for them to deliver half my bed two weeks after purchase, and then make me wait another month to deliver the other half. Why would you stock beds in halves? Parts were missing upon delivery as well. Expensive bed winds up being cheap particle board that splinters the moment I put screws into it. I wish I bought a bed on craigslist.

My 82 year old mother bought a bed in Oct and scheduled delivery Thanksgiving weekend. Mom was moving and needed a bed to sleep. The delivery driver showed up with the headboard only. When we contacted the store they said it was on back order. They would not provide a loaner bed. They were OK with having an 82 year women sleep on the floor. We had to rent a bed. Three more times the delivery was scheduled only to be rescheduled. The bed was finally delivered on Jan 27th, over 2 months late. I tried to contact customer care and the local store manager. I never received a return call or message. Definitely VERY POOR customer service. We will never buy from Ashley again.

The sales man tossed a Ver-Tex Twin item in the middle of my order for 279.99 with out me noticing. I recall he claimed he was getting me a bed protector for "Free" So keep your guard up with these used car sales men....

We ordered furniture from them on a sale, they delivered half of our order and after waiting four weeks with them telling us each week they would be delivering, we never did get the other half of our order so we took back the first half. We will NEVER go there again

Seemed to have a decent selection, but felt uncomfortable with the salesperson trying to shove down each and every inventory down or throats while ignoring what kind of table we were looking for. They eventually just dropped us in front of a screen of their inventory for us to peruse
Worst experience ever!! Ordered our bedroom set to go in our new house. They didn't show up for our delivery date so we spent the first night sleeping on the floor. They showed up the next day. They dented our headboard upon delivery. Fast forward 1 year and the mattress sunk and had to be warenteed. Warentee process started on oct 20th. It took them a month and a half to exchange the mattress with no showing or delivering on the wrong day 4 times. Only to deliver the wrong mattress (extra firm not a plush pillow top).... it is now December 27th and still have not recieved the correct mattress. They have no showed 2 more times without calling. When you call the store you get an answering service somewhere else after you wait on the phone for over an hour..... they will offer you 10% off your next purchase but no options for your actual delivery.

My husband and I wanted to buy a piece of furniture for Christmas we looked in 4 different stores around the Tri cities area and designed on Ashley we bought the piece we wanted the sales men looked it up he told us it was in the warehouse and we should have it by friday, I rearranged my schedule gave my old furniture to a friend who needed it and got ready for my new purchase, my husband and I both got a email and phone call confirming delivery time... my husband got a phone call Thursday night after he had gone to bed telling him our purchase had not made it on the truck and would not be here till the 27th!!!! This was our first time buying anything from this store and I can tell you it will be our last. To treat a first time customer that way is not good business to us, and I made sure I told my friend who was going to buy furniture from them and they lost that sale forsure!!!

I just want to share my experience with Ashley Furniture in Richland Wa so that everyone is aware before selecting this store for any furniture purchases. I went in on Black Friday and ordered two couches and a king size mattress to be delivered to my sister’s house and then to mine. I asked the sales manager if this was possible or if i would need to pay an additional delivery fee he advised that “they get those requests all the time and it would not be any trouble at all” I called yesterday to confirm my delivery for today at noon and they said they would not be able to deliver to two addresses without an additional delivery fee, they said someone would call me in 20mins to confirm . That was at 10:12am , after waiting an hour I tried calling back , waited for 30mins and then the line would just hang up. I tried all literally all day to reach a person that could help and the line would keep dropping after having me hold for 30minutes each time. I tried all the options they had , but each time the same thing would happen. Finally at 3:45pm a person, a live human was at the other end of the phone letting me know that they were only delivering to one of the residences on the list. I get up the next day rent a uhaul , go to the dump, throw out my old couch (too far gone to be saved ) and wait for my delivery. At 1pm i called to double check on the status because noon had come and gone . I was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt again no call with updates. I asked what the ETA would be and they said the driver was running behind and would not be there until 3pm. Welp that time came and went again and no phone call so I called back and was advised that they would call me back in 20mins with an ETA no call . I called every 30mins with the same results each time . It is now 6:30pm an no furniture I call once last time very frustrated, the lady puts me on hold for 15 mins comes back and lets me know that my delivery had been cancelled due to complications!! I am beyond myself right now! I’ve literally wasted my only day off to wait on these people for hours back and forth on the phone to be told that they are not coming. I have since a cancelled my $2100 order and will NEVER EVER so much as look in that stores direction again ! Please take note that Ashley Furniture could care less about their customers, their promise, and their service! I would highly advise that you go anywhere but there for furniture!!
I am so excited about my purchase today! Lupita was so very helpful while I figured out which couch sets would work for my library. I had a strict budget, and she helped me find what I needed within my budgeted amount. The Black Friday sale was amazing and really stretched my money. Thank you for a wonderful shopping experience!

Nice furniture, good prices, but sales people do NOT communicate with DELIVERY people! Ordered sofa on Oct 26, told sales person I wanted delivery on Nov 6 (due to remodeling work on house). He said they could do that. On Oct 30 got a message that sofa was being delivered on the 31st! Called delivery people to explain -- and they could no longer do Nov 6. Had to reschedule to the 7th. Next day I got *another* message asking if I'd be home for delivery on the 31st!! I said NO! ! DO NOT DELIVER! On Nov 1 I got another text saying it was on its way -- when I called the delivery #, they had no record of a scheduled delivery for ANY date. Delivery people turned up, of course, and I had to send them away. They claimed it was rescheduled for Nov 7 but I have no idea if that will actually happen. ABSOLUTELY HORRID SERVICE! UPDATE: delivery did NOT happen on the 7th, they were running too late. Was told it would be 8th between 2:30-5:30pm. Was having lunch with friends when I got a text (at 12:30pm) saying truck would be at house in 10 minutes! Had to interrupt my meal to call and get them to come when they said they would. Finally got sofa at 3:00. Never shopping there again!
Quick and easy
The worst delivery service every they promised the furniture would be delivered between 12-3 then called again said 4 to 5. And again 5. It’s almost 6 and it’s not here! We been on hold off and on for the last hour and still have no resolution! Plus no promise when it will actually be delivered. You need refund delivery or give money off the furniture if can it deliver a promised.
Waited at the door for them to open. We left 😣

Cruz was amazing! He was so patient as my husband and I debated what piece of furniture would fit on each wall and as I went back and forth testing out each set. We bought furniture from Ashley almost 9 years ago and it has lasted through 2 moves, 4 months in storage and 3 kids! Can’t wait to get our new sets soon!

Nice place but not always good quality
I got a great dining set and couch with the help of sales associate Le Reynolds. She patiently took me around for over a hour, answered all of my questions, and got me a good price. Update. I lowered my review to a 4 (I wish I could do 3.5) as their delivery service was poorly run for the large cost required. I had to wait 2.5 weeks for two separate pieces of furniture to be delivered. The first was schedules for a Tuesday morning and the driver called me mid day Monday asking to do them a "favor" and to come so they could drop it off then. The second delivery was set for a Saturday and the instructions texted two days earlier say 1-4 pm. Come Saturday morning I get a automated text at 1030 am saying they will arrive in ten minutes. I was lucky able to rush home in time as there was no number to call to reschedule pick up.
Very bad service and manager did not want to resolve the problem which we have and if we call them they don't want to talk. On my end they can't handel the big orders..
The sales associate Lupita was very great and patient even though I had a thousand questions. However, everything after the sale was a disaster. I bought a sofa and an accent table on a Friday. I was having the sofa delivered the following Friday. I then decided on Monday to have the table delivered with the couch and was told that it wasn't a problem as long as I pay the delivery fee for the table which I did. On Wednesday, I went to the store to confirm my delivery (even though I already recieved an email confirmation that my items would be delivered on Friday). They said that the sofa part of the sectional wasn't going to be available until Saturday but she wasn't sure She said that I could push my entire delivery back to Saturday or wait to see if they will be delivered on Friday (for what ever reason they couldn't confirm whether it will actually be available or not). So I was annoyed but just decided to push the delivery. I also double checked that the table would be delivered with the sofa and they said it would. I got a call Friday confirming my order and again I wanted to confirm they had the table being delivered with the sofa. She said no it was being delivered to a different address.....what!? They mixed up my billing and shipping address (I was in the middle of moving so they were 2 different addresses) even though I'm already having my sofa delivered to the correct address. She said she would call and have it corrected. Saturday came and I got a call from the delivery guys and thought everything was good. When they started unloading, I asked about the table and they said they didn't have it. It was on a different delivery truck. They called the other truck and he couldn't confirm whether it was on the truck or not because it was listed as reconciled on his paperwork. A few hours later, the other delivery truck did show up with the table. All in all I love my new pieces of furniture but I do not want to go through that again so I will never buy furniture from this store again. Even though the problems came from the delivery side, it seems like it was really the store/sales part of the house that kept messing up and not communicating well. Very disappointed in this store.
This was our first time ever purchasing furniture. Adrian did an awesome job helping us. He gave us all the information we needed and worked with us until we found the perfect couch for our home. He was very friendly, helpful and patient with us. Overall it was a great experience.

Great staff, great selection, reasonably priced, stylish furniture. Easy financing. They also let me return an item before I took ownership of it because we changed our mind at the last second. They also have an in house repair man so no more waiting for 6 weeks to get a repair (Furniture Row). Will definitely shop here again!!

Had a good shopping experience. Walked in and was helped immediately by a kind and personable worker named Le who showed us (my wife and I) around and asked for what we were looking for. There is a somewhat good variety of furniture here. Most of the display sets were kind of crammed and it was hard to tell which pieces went with which set. Le helped us try out mattresses and got us pillows and everything. All the workers did everything they could to calculate the payments and give us appropriate discounts to better afford what we wanted with the given credit limit. Overall, recommend this store as the workers were friendly and helpful and the furniture is decently priced and decent quality. Wish the pricing was a little bit lower as it's pretty expensive realistically.

The sales people are nice and friendly will to help you shop, only issue I had was once you buy something and go get it you have to help load it as they only have one poor guy trying to wrestle the furniture by himself. I would rather help then see my furniture damaged because it was so awkward and heavy to handle for one guy. They really do need to get some help at the loading dock as I don't think it's right I should have to help out.
Very bad experience with. I bought a full bed set they send me the wrong bed and broke plus several call and go to the store and talk with the sales person dont help me at all he talk with the mánager and told me wait gor the call never happen. Is no ny first time a bought something in this store and always had issues the only reason bought this time the bed is because I really love the bed when I saw but I was expect this time dont have any issues and the west thing ma kids dont have bed 😡😡😡😬😬

Did not purchase because of the fee they charge you to pick up your purchase, which is close to what the delivery fee would be. Ridiculous. Will not return. The gentleman who assisted me with questions was very pleasant and helpful.
Good quality and better than average pricing
Stopped in on the last day of a sale, after running errands with the dogs and cleaning, i.e. sloppy appearance. Recieved immediate amd excellent service from Le who looked for exactly what we asked for, walked us through a myriad of options and helped us decide upon a purchase we have put off for months. She also got us a great price, and 0% interest for 60 months. It was our first time in the store ever. Highly recommend this store, all the sales staff and management were extrenely helpful, knowledgable, and didn't ignore us or treat us poorly for being in sweats and ponytail!

I would not buy one more thing EVER from Ashley Furniture! Took 4 deliveries to get one complete bedroom set that was NOT damaged! Spent thousands of dollars and Ashley could have cared less! We originally had to wait a month for original delivery of our bedroom set and entire load was damaged!! Then they made us wait another week, damaged!! And this went on for 4 deliveries!!! Then they sold us a mattress that we were told we had 90 days to try it and at any time could exchange it! Then we call them 2 weeks later wanting another mattress, to which they said, sorry can’t get you another one until you slept on it 30 days!! We’re we told this, NO! Then they proceed to tell us if we choose a cheaper mattress, we forfeit the difference. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Don’t buy from ASHLEY FURNITURE IF YOU DONT WANT TO GET SCREWED!!!

I went to a different furniture store before heading to Ashley Furniture. I was helped but not in the way I needed. I had an idea of what I wanted and the staff did their best to stick to what I described. After a few hours I left without buying anything or finding anything of interest. I walked into Ashley and was greeted and welcomed by Martin. I told him what I wanted and didn’t want. I was adamant on not getting leather furniture. He listened and took what I like or didn’t like about something to find something I loved. I ended up loving and buying leather furniture. Martin wasn’t pushy in the slightest. I didn’t feel like I was buying furniture, but filling up my home. If you head to Ashley Furniture, you can count on Martin to fill your home with what you’ll love.

For my Christmas present my husband took me to Ashley Home Store in Richland. Long story short...my husband purchased the 9 pc Krinden set. Absolutely beautiful, rustic, just what I wanted..but not in stock. Daniel Choisnet reassured me that it would only take a couple weeks and it would be delivered to our house. I was just notified it will be here 11/30/17, almost 2 weeks early!!! But the best part....as we were leaving the store, Daniel was walking us to the door we passed he Manager. I commented to the Manager it was just my luck that I purchased my dream dining set just a couple days before Black Friday Sales!! The Store Manager stated, "Don't worry if it's cheaper on Black Friday call Daniel back and we will refund you the difference.". Long story short....I just called Daniel Choisnet back and his Manager is refunding me the difference.!!!!! Wow!!! What a honest, refreshing, fantastic, amazing, unexpected pleasure it was and has been for our family to purchase from Ashley Homestore in Richland,Wa. Thank you Daniel!!!

All I can say is Michael was a truely profession dude knows his stuff he actually sat us down on one of the couches and explained the quality of the furniture and walked us through the materials used for the Ashley's furniture I was shopping around for a while and not one salesman did this for me at any other furniture store they just went straight to what do I want and showed me where they were and that's it. I recommend talking to Michael before anyone else.

My salesman (DCHO) was awesome. I showed me a picture of my cabinets, he took me right to th e table that would go perfectly with it. I told him I was buying a house and needed to make sure the table would fit before i bought it, he explained the layaway that the store offered. So I took advanced of it and got the 20% promotion that was being offered i wouldn't have known about either of he hadn't told me.
My wife and I worked with Le (pronounced Lay). She was great to work with! Very patient and honest. she helped us find the perfect couch and bar stools for our place. Overall an awesome experience

We stopped at Richland store and spoke with Le, she was awesome! She was the first to approach us after walking by a few other consultants. If she hadnt came up and talked to us we probably wouldnt have bought anything because we didnt see anything we liked. We ended up buying a coffee table,3 side tables and a sofa table because we told her what we wanted and she was able to find our style online. Definitely a good experience, ask for Le :)

We spent 2 weeks going to every furniture store in the area looking for the Furniture we were seeking. Had many different experiences place to place in customer service, sales, pricing, inventory, etc. Ashley is one of the better places for inventory to choose from. Jewel (sales) is so great. She's not pushy and she's highly knowledgeable, helpful and tries to help you get what you're looking for. Management, however, comes across as pushy. The prices seem comparable to other stores. So it's just if they have what you're specifically looking for. The main thing (shocker) is that by the time you pick out your furniture and then go to price out the end cost, it is EXTREMELY higher ($1,000-$2,000 more depending on purchase). Once they add on warranty, tax and delivery charges the amounts become huge in comparison to the price you see out on the floor. I think that needs to be taken into consideration before you even begin looking. I was so hopeful to find something there as Jewel deserved the commission. They just didn't end up having what we were looking for.

Friendly sales staff. The range in product quality is a bit too much. The lower end products are too fat below the standard of quality that the Ashley name used to stand for. They need to evaluate their product mix a bit and upscale it to where it was 4-5 users ago.

Today we had a wonderful experience shopping at Ashley's Furniture Home store. We were assisted by Nikki (product specialist) whom answered our many questions as well as Kreesia (Manager) who helped us with making informed decisions. Kathy (office manager) was very friendly and helped us with finalising our purchase. We found that the store carried many quality items at fair prices and they offered a very good protection plan. DON'T GO TO THIS STORE!!! GO TO LES FOR MORE OR WALKERS. THEY ARE MORE PROFESSIONAL AND DELIVER AS PROMISED. ASHLEY'S IS A RIP OFF. I would give this store a negative rating if I could. My experience was a nightmare. The delivery was terrible. Don't go to this store. Mor for Less down the street was 10 times better. - Update as of 1/27/2017 - Is it possible to give this Store and Business a negative 100. Once again I am having issues with Ashley Furniture. They were supposed to deliver the rest of my daughters and sons bed yesterday. Well let's just say my daughters bed was moved out another week and my sons bed they delivered the duplicate piece they already delivered. The delivery people has nerve enough to say we needed to keep the duplicate piece so we could barter with Ashley's to get the piece we really needed. The sad thing is I'm already paying for this bed because they say I have a piece of it in my home. Jo Lisa from Customer care is no assistance at all. She just calls and tells me they are working on it. My sons headboard won't be delivered until February 16, 2017. Keep in mind I ordered his bed in November.
I bought bed and base and I have to wait another week because They arrived with missing bolts. The headboard holes were un aligned. Now I have to wait another week so they can fix it. I have to cancel the order, these people need to know when you buy something is because you need right away.
Wow....just wow!! Never recommend a company who lies about a delivery date not once, but so far twice!! Given a delivery date of almost 3 months from the day ordered. Only thing given to me for waiting this long... my delivery fee waved. Not to mention no one can seem to answer the store phone. I just love how when I ordered it I was told 2 weeks for delivery & come to find out wasn't true. Give an inch & they run with it. I don't need no I'm sorry for your negative experience blah blah that isn't help the fact I have been lied to & DON'T HAVE MY BED! Get it together!
The Richland, WA store along with the company itself have TERRIBLE service! SNAGGED poor quality pillows that you can't exchange. When I contacted them about it they gave me the run around, eventually have to prove the pillows were defective via text and they completely ignored me and never got back to me! I will never buy from here again and am telling friends not to as well! TERRIBLE QUALITY AND SERVICE

We made an order for a bedroom set to be delivered today. To start off, in the store our salesman Sef was super pushy. I know how salesman are but this guy took it to the extreme. My fiance and I barely had time to talk to each other because he followed us around the whole time. I had to literally ask him to give us a minute to just look. We ended up making a purchase and merged both of our schedules so we could be home for the drop off and set up. We confirmed a time between 10:30 am and 1:30 am. Furniture did not show up. After calling they told me I was missing informed on the time and they should be here this evening around 5:30. Unfortunately we will be at work and have to reschedule. Unprofessional and unacceptable are the two word you describe this business. Don't waste your time. Go to MOR furniture instead.

While the salesman and staff were great, the experience afterward not so much. We went there to get all new furniture for our new house. Spent over 3 hours there, and over $4000 and we ended up cancelling the entire order. We were told that half our stuff would be delivered on 9/8 and the other half on 9/22. Well low and behold it's the 8th and no call for delivery. We call the delivery company and are told that half of our stuff will be in their warehouse the end of this month and the rest not until the end of October!!! The delivery company almost laughed at the dates we were given. Called the store and got a sales manager that said he would look into it. After waiting all day we just cancelled the entire order. Called to do that and spoke to the office manager who didn't seem to really care. I will never recommend them nor will I ever step foot in the store again.
I had an amazing experience thanks to the help of my sales associate, Ben Cearley. Other sales members were eager to help and made very helpful suggestions. The savings were huge; I went back the next day to purchase more quality furniture for my new hope. I couldn't be happier!

If you buy from Ashley you may buy nice looking furniture, but you risk discovering its poor quality and craftsmanship later on in your own home. I bought a table that was solid and looked great, but one spill of water on the table top caused it to warp. This was literally the first spill on the table. Ashley furniture customer service said that it was not covered under the manufacture's warranty since the table was not designed to withstand water in direct contact with the table top. This was mind boggling to me since it is a dining table. So, be very, very cautious of buying anything from them. It's also telling how the only positive reviews are fake looking reviews for the same salesman over and over.

Horrible customer service!!! horrible delivery setup!!! no communication between store delivery facility and customer service!!! don't ever order anything from this place unless you want everything that could possibly go wrong to go wrong ... ordered a bed a month ago didn't show up to their house i understand that was manufacturer but then got told that they would deliver it to me instead the next week on Thursday my one off day leaving me sleeping on a air mattress for a week....cv now they don't deliver on Thursdays and now i can't get my bed for another week which happens to be the day at work again... just stay away from this place... getting my money back and taking my business somewhere else
Worst Customer service I've ever had. I was mislead and given false information. We then returned thinking lets go and give them exactly what we wanted after looking online and even the manager didn't want to help us, we let sales man know we would come after work to pay our total if he could get it pulled together for us and we left our phone numbers and never got a call. Must not care to sell us furniture.

I can't give less than one star. Poor used car dealer approach to selling furniture. Had a table listed with 4 barstools come to find out the barstools they meant where not the ones on display but these 12 dollar ones like you can find at target. Bait and switch often?
I'm so disappointed, i bought whole set furniture and i paid it cash. And until now i still didn't have my furniture. This is ridiculous!!
Worst customer service ever. They have reschedule my delivery 3x and still I don't have the product I've paid for. The manager didn't seem to concerned or cared. Never again will I but from here.
I attempted to purchase a sofa from them in March. Went to pick it up 2 weeks later, and it was damaged. They said they would reorder it and deliver it for free. After no phone calls, I finally got an automated message saying it would be delivered. I waited on the day of delivery, no sofa. No phone call. Nothing. I called and asked what was going on, and they said it got pushed out another 2 weeks. What the heck? Unacceptable! I said I would pick it up on the date it was to be delivered to the warehouse. Call that day, and much to my surprise, IT WASN'T THERE! Weird! They have zero urgency in taking care of customers. They lack any basic communication skills. Most AWFUL COMPANY TO WORK WITH. I am extremely angry and disappointed.

I'm afraid I have to give a bad review, also. Wish I'd read the reviews before I bought a sectional that didn't come until long after promised, and after sitting on it for about a week, seats were breaking down, and the stuffing in the sectional and ottoman are crackling like they're stuffed with stiff plastic bags - no foam that I could detect. Am returning the sofa and going somewhere with a better reputation, and even though I might have to pay a little more, it will definitely be worth it.....
i am not satisfied and do not recommend this place, i bought a bed and they never brought it until i called them more than 20 times and when you call the place no one knows anything about the furniture and they will keep sending you to places to talk to or just hang up on you, they also sent the wrong bed and they never wanted to change the bed, and i ordered it on november and they brought evreything on February.

Me and my husband bought two twin mattresses at Richland Ashley store. Lady who helped us was very nice and helpful. But they delayed our pick up day and have no explanation for that, did not even call to let us know. Very poor costumer service, made lots of mistakes telling wrong information to us and to speak with somebody you have to wait forever. Floor manager Michael was not helpful at all easier. *** I don't know if they shipping stuff on camels** Very disappointed***. We counted on mattresses to be here at time because we have kids. If we would know that it so not organized at Ashley furniture, we would go to other place. ***Again very disappointed***

WORST customer service and communication for a well known company. Took 2 months, a wrong color order, multiple delays, back orders and even a broken down delivery truck before I even got my furniture. They even tried reimbursing with a $50 in store credit! HA! I laughed when they told me that. What's that going to get me, a pillow? Ashley Furniture is the last place I'd want to spend my money again. WILL NEVER SHOP AGAIN OR RECOMMEND ANYONE.
We had a GREAT experience with MJ and Sef at the Richland, WA Ashley Furniture store. We found them both very knowledgeable in all of their products! We have always had wonderful service and treated with respect. Thanks guys!!
Communication at Ashley furniture is terrible. The departments work independently and could care less about the other. Was given confirmation that my item was in after being back ordered; went to pick it up to find out from wharehouse it was not in. Was promised several return call, was never once called back. It has been 3 months since I bought my ottoman and still do not have it.
Bought a bed and was told it would be delivered within a week. They day before the scheduled/promised delivery date, they call to tell me that the delivery date was pushed back another 3 weeks. I told them I needed it before then and requested a refund. After waiting forever on the phone with customer service, they told me I would get my refund in 7-14 business days, not including weekends. The 14 business days came and went and I still haven't gotten my money back. Called customer service again and they tell me that the refund wasn't approved until about 3 days ago. Now I have to wait another 7-14 business days for the refund to appear on my account. Update: it's been 20 days since they told me they processed my refund and I have yet to receive my money. I called customer service and the woman on the phone is telling me they have no idea where my money is and I have to wait another 7-14 days to get my refund. Update to the update: another 14 days has gone by. "Customer service" rep told me that the refund is "currently being processed by the accounts department as we speak" and I should be seeing it on my account in 7-14 business days. Sound familiar? Worst customer service ever

After waiting a week, the delivery guys put the bed together upside down in parts. Had to wait another 4 days for someone to come fix it. Tried to get refund and was told they don't do that. No refunds 2 days after purchase. It was a week before they could deliver it, right? Disgusted with their service and delivery.
Bought a leather love seat 2 chairs w/ottomans cost was over $2000.00 on the weekend of the 2015 4th of July sale, paid cash. Paid to have it delivered to our home 40 miles away. Was told by Lionel the Ashley's salesman that the delivery date we should see no later than the 29th of July. Called the warehouse 2 weeks later to find out status of our purchase as we had not heard from them, Was told that the love seat and chairs were in but not the ottomans and were waiting for those. Man on the phone said he would tell my salesman to get a hold of me. Nothing no call returned. After several calls later in the week the phones went to voice mail-which seemed fishy to me. The agreed date of delivery came and as the day neared the closing of the business day with no call or delivery time. Another call was made and straight to voice mail it went. The following Thursday the decision was made to go to the store after work and find out what was going on. When we arrived the store had posted a "Closed for Renovation" sign and the doors were open, so we walked in. Store was closed and was changing owners is what we were told and could not access the orders or phone systems (pretty sketchy) until Friday. There was no intent on delivering our purchase by agreed date. We cancelled our order told them we would not be paying the "$400.00 restocking fee" for the order cancellation. This store is quick to take your hard earned money, but not willing to give you good customer service. We went to Walkers and made our purchase there instead. Bottom line:Telling customers up front "there we will be a change in owners, so it may take a little longer on delivery, but will do our best for you. Or even a call back may have changed the outcome. Glad we only dealt with this small purchase as we are beginning to furnish the entire house. We will never again shop here again and will tell our friends, and customers about our experience.
Very bad customer service I . Will never buy anything from them in the future. If you deal with their warranty service, they have no cordination with them. They all made us run around too after the purchase and its warranty coverage.
Severely disappointed in the delivery time. Salesperson said it would be here in less than three weeks. Nope. It will be here in over a month. I will not buy here again. Edited to add: Ashley contacted me about my review and gave me a gift card. I appreciate them making things better with me.
Bought sofa the seat is breaking down to the point I am having pain in my legs and back. Someone came out took pictures over 30 days ago they keep telling me that the parts to repair the sofa are not in yet.. Very bad customer service. would never buy from Ashley again and do not recommend that anyone else does either..
We have been searching for a sectional for our home but didn't want to pay an arm and a leg for it. We went to Ashley's Furniture in Richland and found just the one for our home and in our price range. From the time we walked in the door until the furniture was delivered we had an excellent experience. The sales people were awesome, and the sectional was delivered a week earlier than expected. The delivery team did a great job setting it up for us and were very friendly. I would highly recommend Ashley's Furniture as a place to visit for your furniture needs. We will return for future purchases.
Bought a sofa was told it would be delivered in about 3 weeks, "give or take a couple of days" called on delivery date and was told it was at the warehouse and the salesman would check on it. Salesman called the next day and said the warehouse would call to schedule delivery. Warehouse called and said it would be delivered in 2 weeks, I said I have today off could it be today, (I live 50 miles away and paid $80.00 for delivery) I was told by woman at warehouse "we only deliver out of town on the last tuesday of the month, your salesman should have told you that!" then she hung up on me. I got the warehouse managers number and called and in a angry manner told him I wanted to know 1 when the sofa arrived at the warehouse 2 why the lady hung up on me 3 why no one told me that it would not be delivered until the last tues of the month. The manager told me to hang up and call a counselor if I wanted to vent. I informed him that I spent a lot of money there and I was upset at being hung up on. He told me he didn't have to listen to me. I have cancelled the purchase and my card was never charged. I told them I will never even consider shopping Ashley again.
